their one year old son. He says Sea is a
serious and immediate danger to their child and says Sea
should have restricted access. In these papers, Daniel calls her
an unfit and unreliable parent that is struggling with substance
abuse and addiction, rendering her incapable of providing a safe

or stable environment. Daniel is asking Sea to submit to
random and regular drug testing and wants a judge to
limit her to just two hour, professionally monitored visits three
times a week. Now. CIA has responded and said, wait
a minute, there is no emergency reason to grant full
custody to Dan her son is very safe. And now

she's noting that Dan already has restricted professionally monitored visits
because he is under investigation by the LAPD and DCFS
over alleged illicit child pornography found on his computer hard drive.

his innocence and in fact is saying planted the evidence
in order to restrict his time with their child. Sia meanwhile,
says she has been sober for over six months. She
is absolutely disgusted that Dan would weaponize her sobriety journey
