Celebrity Scoop - Matlock Set Drama

if you're a fan of the hit CBS show Mattlock,
more drama coming to the network. As it appears CBS
is taking another look at David del Rio and his
assault allegations. These were leveled against him by his Mattlock

co star. Now the studio has reopened the investigation. So
del Rio was originally booted from the show after the
actor had been accused of assaulting actress Leah Lewis on
Paramount property. This apparently went down back in October. Now,
multiple sources close to David say the investigation was officially
reopened on Thanksgiving and more parties have been interviewed, including

David himself alongside his attorney. Del Rio escorted off the
Paramount lot and then fired the same day back in
October when the complaint was first lodged. Now, CBS Studios
confirmed at the time his character, who was a lead
in the series, would be written off. Another source says
that future episodes that were in a pre planned hiatus

will have him taken out of certain scenes. Now del
Rio is really, really denying these allegations. He is not
loving this. CBS has declined to comment, saying they do
not discuss legal matters. This was such sad news. Yesterday,
Sophie Kinsella, the amazing author behind the hit shop Aholic

book series I Love Them, has passed away at the
age of fifty five, three years after being diagnosed with
brain cancer. The British writer's family broke the news on
her Instagram, saying even though she battled her illness with
unbelievable courage, she ultimately passed away peacefully, spending her final
days wrapped in family music, warmth, Christmas and joy. Sophie

first shared her cancer diagnosis just last April, revealing she
had glioblastoma, very aggressive form of brain cancer advance. She'd
undergone a successful surgery and was pushing through radio, radiation
and chemo. Of course, the Schoppaholic series, which then became

recent book, What Does It Feel Like Drop last year,
inspired by her cancer journey, Again, Sophie was only fifty five. Well,
if you watched last Night, Taylor Swift making that surprise
appearance on the Stephen Colbert show, and boy was she
