Speaker 1 (00:00):
Movies, music, and all the gossip in one place. It's
the celebrities scoop on Star one oh five point seven.
All right, we have breaking scoop right now. Former Vice
President Dick Cheney has passed away, According to a statement
released by his family, Richard B. Cheney, the forty sixth
Vice President of the United States, died last night, November three.

(00:24):
He was eighty four years old. Cheney's family continued with
a statement, his beloved wife of sixty one years, Lynn,
his daughters Liz and Mary, and other family members were
with him as he passed. They're saying that the former
Vice president died due to complications of pneumonia and cardiac
and vascular disease. An absolute powerhouse in Washington for years,

(00:47):
he served alongside President George W. Bush for two terms
between two thousand and one and two thousand and nine,
Chaney was plagued by cardiovascular disease most of his adult life.
He survived a series of heart attacks and then led
a full and very vigorous life in retirement after a
heart transplant back in twenty twelve that he hailed as

(01:07):
the gift of life itself. So again, just breaking this morning.
Former Vice President Dick Cheney has passed away at the
age of eighty four. Justin Baldoni's multi million dollar defamation
claim against Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and The New York
Times has been thrown out. New court papers reveal a

(01:28):
final judgment has been entered. We've been talking about this
for months, maybe was it a year. This all stems
from the drama on set of It ends with us now.
Apparently Baldoni's lawsuits against the three parties were dismissed. The
forty one year old actor and director had been given
a window to respond after a judge dismissed his case

(01:50):
back in June, but he did not file an amended
complaint by the deadline. Therefore, all parties had been contacted
and a judgment concluded the case now. According to People magazine,
Lively was the only one to respond to this, asking
the judge to finalize the dismissal while keeping her request
for legal fees open, a move the court did approve,

(02:14):
so Beltoni still does retain the right to appeal the
judgment once the court rules on that request. This was
a four hundred million dollar lawsuit. All of the allegations
BLTONI has repeatedly denied. Finally, it's official. Jonathan Bailey named
People's Sexiest Man Alive, the first ever openly gay sexiest

(02:35):
man Alive. He succeeds John Krasinski, who was last year's winner.
The thirty seven year old British actor having a massive year.
Not only do we love him from Bridgerton, but remember
he started alongside Scarlett Johansson in Jurassic World Rebirth. He'll
also be seen later this year in the highly anticipated
sequel Wicked for Good. The news unveiled on The Tonight

(02:58):
Show last night, very very comfy and giggling before calling
the title the honor of a lifetime. He's really really
cute with his cover photo. You can see everything. I mean,
it's it's a good cover shoot for Jonathan Bailey West
