Speaker 1 (00:00):
Movies, music, and all the gossip in one place.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
It's the celebrities gup on Star one oh five point seven.
Well this has turned downright nasty. Singer Sea's divorce from
her second husband has now ignited a custody battle, both
of them hurling very serious accusations at each other in
new legal documents. Sea's a strange husband, Daniel Bernard, is
now asking the judge for sole custody of their one

(00:25):
year old, alleging Sea is a serious and immediate danger
to their son. But Sia is now saying Daniel's already
restricted to monitored visits because of a child pornography investigation.
So on Daniel's side, he says Sea is an unfit
and unreliable parent that is struggling with substance abuse and addiction.

(00:46):
He says she is incapable of providing safe or stable
care for their child. He is the only safe and
reliable parent. He's a doctor, he's young, he's healthy, he
has no criminal history or drug or alcohol addiction issues.
Now Daniel is asking Sea to submit to random and
regular drug testing, and then wants her to be limited
to just two hour professionally monitored visits three times. A

(01:08):
week now. CIA's responded. She says there is no emergency
reason to grant full custody to Dan. She says their
son is safe in her custody since the separation back
in March. And then she said, by the way, Dan
already has restricted professionally monitored visits because he's under investigation
by the LAPD and DCFS over illicit child pornography allegedly

(01:30):
found on his computer hard drive. Oh my goodness. So,
as for the investigation, Daniel vhamently denies any involvement, says
he believes Sia actually planted evidence in order to restrict
time with their child. As for sobriety, Cea says she
has been sober for over six months and it is

(01:51):
absolutely disgusting that Dan would weaponize her past sobriety journey
in order to get access to their son. Wow. So,
Daniel's also fighting Cea over spousal support. He's asked a
judge to order her to pay him over two hundred
and fifty thousand dollars per month. This whole thing started
when she filed for divorce two years after getting married,

(02:13):
citing irreconcilable differences. This thing looks to be just getting
more serious. All right, spoiler alert if you have not
had the chance to watch Dancing with the Stars Live
last night, I am going to tell you who was
headed home. But first let's talk about the unbelievable Halloween
night as we are already into week seven of the competition.

(02:33):
It was really, really cool. I gotta tell you, I'd
never seen a dance monsters on, very very impressive, all
nine couples on the floor at the same time, and
eventually it was Whitney Levitt that scored the top five
points for an unbelievable four minute routine. Well, we also
learned more about Elaine Hendricks. She was not able to

(02:56):
perform last night due to a rib injury in rehearsal's
earlier on in the day. She was actually carded off
stage on a stretcher and taken by ambulance to a hospital.
She has been cleared by doctors to continue in the competition,
and even though she did not perform last night, she
was safe. Unfortunately, someone did have to head home, and
it turned out to be Yes Secret Lives of Mormon

(03:20):
Wive star Jen Affleck. She had this to say to
Extra TV.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
I feel just so grateful and I'm so grateful we
were able to end off on an amazing note. I
really worked hard, not only this whole journey, but especially
especially with the dance that we did tonight. And yeah,
I'm just I feel like it was our best performance

(03:44):
yet and I'm grateful we were able to go home
on a good note.

Speaker 2 (03:49):

And finally, it was a fashion emergency for Kim Kardashian,
but thankfully her co star Naomi Watts stepped into help.
Never heard of this before, but a certain object used
in intimacy was the saving grace. As Kim is in

(04:09):
the middle of press interviews in Europe for the new
Hulu series All's Fair, fashion emergency, Oh my god, you
look amazing. Wait really quick, I need for my pants.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
