Speaker 1 (00:00):
Star one oh five point seven feel good variety of
the eighties till now. Good morning to you. My name
is Adam Rocho in for Schmidty this morning. She will
be back on Monday. And I saw the craziest video
while I was scrolling on TikTok yesterday. A Disney World
employee is recovering and expected to make a full recovery
after preventing a four hundred pound prop boulder from hitting

(00:23):
audience members during the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular show.
If you haven't seen the video, it's all over TikTok
right now. But this giant rubber boulder fell off of
its track and was heading right toward the audience when
this cast member stage crew guy heroically jumped in front
of it, knocking it off its path so that it

(00:44):
would stay away from the audience. But this boulder absolutely
sent him flying again. He's expected to make a full recovery,
but got me thinking about the craziest way you got
injured For me, I this is a very embarrassing story.
But when I was a kid, I had just watched

(01:04):
Happy Gilmour for the first time and my parents took
me to the driving range just to you know, see
if I could hit a golf ball, and I decided
to do the Happy Gilmore swing. I hit the ball
and I got so far underneath the ball that it
hit me right in the face, Like the ball shot
up from the mat and just hit me right in

(01:25):
the face. I'll spare you the graphic details, but I
did have to go to the hospital and I could
only eat baby food for like three weeks. It was
absolutely ridiculous. But I would love to hear from you.
What is the craziest or stupidest way you've ever injured yourself?
Give me a call at the studio at six one
six four five eight one oh five seven, or you
can leave me a message on the free iHeartRadio app

(01:47):
talkback feature. We've got Jessica in Granville on the line
with Star one oh five point seven. What's the craziest
way you've been injured?

Speaker 2 (01:55):
I can laugh about it now because I'm healed. But
I was riding aster like a bird scooter dumbhill, going
way too fast and I flew up the scooter and
broke my arm in two places. Oh no, it was
at the time, but but yeah, now I can laugh
at it. I mean one direction. I flew the direction
the bird scooter flew someplace else. It was crazy.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry that happened. But why
do I feel like a few beverages were involved in
that accident? Thanks so much for the call. Star one
oh five point seven feel good variety of the eighties
till now talking about the craziest ways we've injured ourselves.
We've got Erica in East Grand Rapids. What do you
got going on?

Speaker 2 (02:33):
Oh my god, I think when I was about eight
or nine, I tried to jump off of a monkey
ball and got my neck hop on it.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
Oh no, honestly, thank goodness. You were a kid for that.
As an adult, I feel like that would have put
me in a coma. Thanks for the call.
