Speaker 1 (00:00):
Star one oh five point seven. Good morning, Happy Tuesday.
If you missed it, Yes, we did officially flip the
switch yesterday.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
It's Schmitty.
Speaker 1 (00:08):
I was in with Tom Helen. We had such a
blast and so many people. I feel like we're ready
for it this year. I mean every single message at
least a couple haters every year. I had none of those. Yesterday.
People felt very ready. And I wanted to talk about
Christmas decor because my neighbor is doing something very interesting
and I can say that I hate it because it's
(00:29):
brilliant if you don't know what to do with your
Halloween stuff. So she has one of those gigantic like
home depost skeletons, and then she's also got the dog.
They're very big into Halloween decorations. But I've always wondered
if you've got one of those huge things, like where
do you store it? Where do you put it? Well,
this guy may just be spending all year with us,
(00:49):
because I was pulling out of my driveway this morning
and I noticed the giant skeleton and dog is still up.
There's a Santa hat on the skeleton. The skeleton has
a giant like Christmas ornament ball that it's holding in
his hand, and the dog has like a fuzzy Santa Collard,
(01:10):
and I was like, oh, oh, girlfriend's not putting this away.
We're keeping this up for Christmas. She's gonna be decorating
around it. And I thought, I don't think I hate that.
I think that might be a brilliant move. I don't
know if anyone else is pulling net six one six,
four five eight one oh five seven. Have you started
decorating for Christmas? Do you posh? Sheer Halloween to core
(01:32):
into it? Because I got these really cool floating candles
for Halloween and I like hung them with fish line
from the ceiling so it looks like they're floating, and
then I kind of hung some witch hats around it.
And then I'm like, dude, I spend so much time
putting those up, I'm keeping them for Christmas. I'll take
the witch hats down and just put like Santa hats up.
Four or five eight, one oh five seven. We've got
(01:53):
Kenzie on the line. Good morning.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
I My mom actually will pay past a few years ago,
and it was just something she always did, so I'm
kind of just trying to hold up to her tradition.
I mean, she would start decorating the day after Halloween,
and I feel the same way, like it's just for her.
It was like spreading the joy of Christmas. And I
think it'd be so fun to just like keep carrying
(02:18):
that tradition on for her.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
And I mean, make the skeleton a part of it.
How fun is that? Are you pushing Halloween into Christmas?
