Tuesday - The Speed Hump of the Week

every day at eight, hopefully making that to sit down
to begin the day at the office a little easier.
Ith Schmidy, Listen, I don't mean to be a pessimist,
I promise. I try to find the glass half full.
But sometimes you just have to complain about something that
bothers you, and then you're shocked at how many people

relate with that. And I'm sure I've brought it up before.
Tuesday is my least favorite day of the week. I
cannot stand Tuesdays. And here's my science behind it. Most
people would say, like a little Monday's terrible. But Monday,
you're still coming off of the weekend high. Right. Maybe
you're coming in to share stories with your coworkers, something
awesome happened over the weekend. You're still kind of flying

at a good level. Tuesday is the speed hump of
the week because by Wednesday you're celebrating that you've made
it to the midweek. A lot of times they do
like wind down Wednesday specials. Across West Michigan. Thursday is
pretty much the weekend and Friday, you're not doing anything
because it's Friday. Saturday and Sunday speak for themselves. But

Tuesday really has no redeemable qualities. And so I posted
this to my TikTok at Schmidt in the mid if
you follow me, and the amount of people that were like, oh,
this is what I hate. This is what I hate
people saying, oh my gosh, Lydia, Wednesday is the worst.
It's always Wednesday. We could jump from Tuesday to Thursday,

there'd be no problem Tuesday. Tuesday's literally awful. Sunday it's
my husband's first day back at work after his three
days off, and it messes up your whole week trying
to remind yourself that your Sunday is everyone else's Monday.
This is really I mean a lot of people agreed
with me, but this is when I can't. I can't,

I can't. Alyssa says, the worst day of the week
by far Thursday so close, yes, so far. Get in
on this your worst day of the week. And like
I said, I'm not trying to be a Debbie downer,
but if we all complain about Tuesday and Tuesday feels
so much better, I don't know what it is. It
just does. As Schmidt in the Mint dropped me, the
