Well, here we go. We were warned about another system
moving into West Michigan overnight last night and has left
us with wet, heavy snow this morning. It is causing
a few school closings including Cedar Springs, Rockford, Greenville, Kenawa Hills, Lowell, Grandville.
Some more schools continuing to call off before seven am today.

and right now will be the warmest it's going to be.
We are still looking at another round of lake effect
that is expected later on this morning into this afternoon
with a winter Weather advisory and effect until four o'clock.

Then we see the temperature drop, so by nine am
back to snow. Everything starts to refreeze at least north
of I ninety four with a cold finish for everyone,

giving us again some accumulation across the board.

Yeah, we're looking at about two to five inches, depending
on where you are. In West Michigan, Grand Rapids is
on pace to finish twenty twenty five with its highest
construction value in history. This is major city officials announcing
the milestone during their Economic Development Project team, meeting nine
hundred and forty nine point three million dollars in permitted

work this year, a figure that totally shatters the previous
record of just over seven hundred million last year. They
say major projects like the new Amway Stadium and the
Jones Sekia Children's Rehabilitation Hospital, along with rising material and
labor costs, are driving a ton of growth in the city.
City Manager Mark Washington says this marks five consecutive years

of growth in construction value, which is a super healthy
sign for our economy. Taking a look at sports, our
Wolverines were in action on the hardwood last night, and
