that as of right now, is still planning to take
effect tomorrow, a pause in SNAP benefits. Well now, a
federal judge in Boston has questioned the ability of the
Trump administration to argue that SNAP benefits could be suspended

for the first time. This is the food aid program.
During a hearing over a request by twenty five Democratic
led states to keep the funding flowing, a US district
judge told lawyers that the government cannot afford to cover
the cost. There is a process to follow rather than
simply suspending all benefits. According to this judge yesterday, the
steps involved finding an equitable way of reducing benefits. Meanwhile,

early this morning, stories have started to come out that
the President is looking at a quote unquote nuclear option
to end the government federal shutdown. Health and Human Services
Secarate Terry Robert F. Kennedy Junior has admitted there is
