your own self for the life beingan extravagance in Newington. Kicking off this
year Wednesday July twelfth, rounding offof course with those fireworks on Saturday July
fifteenth. So here's where I exitthe interview and Build de Mayo takes over.
Bill. What's happening? All right, Well, we'll go quickly just

but we have over twenty four foodbooths for all four nights, so that's
exciting. That's new this year wehave the biggest fireworks show in Newington's history
from twenty seven to twenty eight thousand. We're just finishing up our front raising
right now. We're hoping to dothat. We've got the greatest bands in
the entire world. We've got LocalMotion on Wednesday night. Thursday night is

still kicking with the Big City Horns. Friday nights Booya and Saturday, we've
got two giant bands twelve noon NickCasey's Country Band, if anyone wants to
country rock out. And then wealso at night Shaded Soul before the fireworks,
So entertainment galore. Happy Harry's Wineand Liquor is going to sponsor our
beer and Wine Garden. That's goingto be extraordinary. And then let's get

going with clowns, magicians, stiltwalkers, train rides, heywagon rides,
blue blocks for the preschoolers, giantmonster murals for the kids, and a
giant kids carnival. I mean noteven it's an adult end kids carnival.
We have nineteen amusement rides coming intoMill Pond Park, so that's cool.
But on Wednesday, we're going tostart off. We've got a favorite comeback.

The United Church of Christ is sponsoringfree ice cream Sundays on Wednesday.
That starts at six o'clock sharp onWednesday, July twelve, and then at
seven o'clock, Paint Enterprise is sponsoringthe Cupcake Kickoff, which is brand new.
The first two hundred people that comeget to decorate cupcakes. Thursday night
is BYOC and everyone says, whatdoes that mean, and I say,

it's bring your own cheese. Youbring your own cheese, we give you.
We'll give you a free glass ofwine from Happy Hour from six to
seven. While the kids are onthe carnival rides, their parents can enjoy
themselves and walk around the park.Friday night is craft Beer Night. We
still have some tickets available, thirtytwo different flavored craft beers and selters that

people can go around and try andtaste with food. We have Remax hot
air balloons from six to eight withthe craft beer. Booyah is Mike Bafundo's
band, which is unbelievably great.We have fire jugglers it Friday night only
twenty five dollars is craft Beer Nightfrom six to eight and it's forty dollars

at the door. So we're tellingeveryone buy your tickets on line. It's
so simple. Just go online,look up Newington Parks and Recreation and you
can get your tickets and tell allyour friends and relatives this is the party
of Newington's history. And then Saturdaywe have one hundred Arts and crafts.
We had thirteen Arts and Crafts boothslast year one hundred this year, and
we're adding another row so that wehave corporate Row. We've got all kinds

of entertainment, fun, drinks,and just a bunch of a bunch of
entertainment for all ages. I thinkthat's the key. We just need everyone
to pray for good weather and we'llgo from Wednesday to Saturday. Absolutely good
good weather is what we want,but I want to just give everybody a
little bit of a rundown. Wednesday, July twelfth is when it kicks off.
So Wednesday will be five to ten, Thursday July thirteenth five to ten,

Friday July fourteenth, five to ten, and then Saturday it is an
all day event ten am to ninepm, finishing off with those incredible fireworks
that Bell was just talking about.Now, Bill, where can people go
directly besides my community access dot combecause I'm going to have all the links

hot air balloon rides, so youknow, the things are going really fast
and we love all our sponsors.Um it's it's absolutely amazing. Tony Palomino
is paying for all the kids entertainmentand we've got um happy. Harry's I
mentioned that the church paying enter procedure. Ridge Construction gave us ten thousand dollars
for fireworks this year, so we'rewe're so happy with everybody's sponsorships because without

them we couldn't do it. FloodLaw will be doing the craft beer night
along with B and M Tree Serviceand that's exciting. So we've got a
lot going on and we're hoping thateveryone will come out to Mill Pond Park
and enjoy themselves. Bring the entirefamily, tell all their friends and relatives
because if you miss this week,you're going to miss the whole summer because
