Why are the Dallas Cowboys waiting?

Jerry Jones was asked why not just go ahead and just sign Dak Prescott, Ceedee Lamb, and Micah Parsons. His answer or rather his non-answer if hall of fame stuff.

Stephen Jones, is there a successthreshold where you want to see these guys
meet before you go ahead and resignthem. And maybe that's kind of the
hold up with the lack of extensionsfor Mike McCarthy, and the lack of
extensions for Ceede Lamb Dak Prescott.If you look over the lastty something heres,

What you're counting on the people involvedin the inside that are there every
