Speaker 1 (00:00):
Let's move on to the National Football League. All right, Cam,
it's right. These predictions here as to say what we
think is going to win the divisions, who will make
the playoffs, who will win the conference championships, and who
will win the Super Bowl. Let me start off AFC East, Cam, Well, first,

(00:23):
let me start with this. So, and this will help
us out. I think a little bit every season, at
least six teams from last year's playoffs do not make
the playoffs the following year. So fourteen NFL teams will
make the playoffs this past season. From twenty twenty to
twenty twenty three, six teams do not make the playoffs.
Same thing for the year before that, And I think

(00:44):
even from twenty twenty to twenty twenty one, it was
eight teams from the previous year's playoffs that missed it.
So and typically it's pretty fair. It's three in the AFC,
three in the NFC or four in the AFC for
in the NFC. So I'm gonna keep that in mind
as we make our predictions. So from the AFC last season,

(01:04):
the Bills and Dolphins made the playoffs. Obviously, Jets and
Patriots did not. Now, I think the Jets will make
the playoffs. Right, Let's start with the Vision winners. First,
AFC East, yep, Okay, I'm gonna go with the Jets. Then, Wow,
New York Jets to win the division. All right, I'm
gonna go with Buffalo. AFC North, I'm going with Baltimore

(01:27):
right there with you, Okay, all right, AFC South.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
Right there with you. What Texans?

Speaker 1 (01:34):
Sorry, I'm just reading your mind, but I am and
my turn on the AFC West, obviously, I'm gonna go
to Kansas City, Sam, Okay, all right. Wild card teams
Bills is fine, Okay. I think it will be Bills
or Jets that win this division. I like the Jets

(01:56):
playmakers and defense a little bit more than Buffalo at
this point. Yeah, he gave you all my yeah, you
hear the other two wildcard teams, since there's three Jacksonville
Jaguars okay. And then from the hold on I miscounted
here in Miami, Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Okay, Miami. I think Miami,

(02:18):
Cleveland and Pittsburgh are the three teams who made the
playoffs this past year.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
Who will not get back.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
Now, the thing with last year is, remember the Bengals
had that serious injury to Joe Burrows. So I think
there's one of these teams. I know, Brown Steelers well
for sure, missed the playoffs. I think in Miami, but
you could tell me it's Buffalo. Now, if the team
has like Homes goes down or Stroud goes down, something
like that, I could see one of those teams missing
the playoffs. But I think Miami and Buffalo, one of
those teams is in trouble. All Right, my three wildcard

(02:46):
teams will be I'm with you about the Jets, at
least in terms of a playoff team. I've got the Jets,
I've got Miami, and I've got Cincinnati.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
NFC East, I'll start off with that. You're an FC
East champion. I think it's the Philadelphia Eagles.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
I'm gonna say it's a doubt now, yeah, Eagles.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
You want to go with that? All right?

Speaker 2 (03:12):
The NFC North, give me the Detroit Lions.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
Detroit Lions, me too, Okay.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
NFC South, I'm going to say the NFC South champion
will be the Atlanta Falcons.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
Sam okay. Uh.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
And then for the NFC West, forty nine ers, yeah
me too.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Okay, you're the three wild card teams I have out
of the NFC East or out of the NFC.

Speaker 3 (03:41):
I do think the Cowboys will be in the playoffs.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
I think the Packers will be in the playoffs, and
I think the Rams will be.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
In the playoffs.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
Okay, that's where it gets tough, because I'm going back
to that that theory of three team for last year's
playoffs will make it Cowboys for sure, Buccaneers for sure.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Is that third team that I'm not sure about.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
I think Green Bay will make it as a wild
card in the NFC West. However, like I think it's
the Rams, but I don't know, Craig. They might be
that one team that does not make it from last season.
So give me Green Bay as a wildcard team, give
me Seattle as a wild card team, and then give

(04:22):
me Arizona. Okay, that's my sleeper pick there. Actually, you
know what, scratch out Seattle? All right, give me Chicago.
I think Kill Williams and the Sprigs team go to
the playoffs. All right, the seventh seed, You're AFC champion,
Kansas City, mine as well, your NFC champion, green Bay.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
My NFC champion is the Detroit Lions.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
I think they're finally gonna make it to a Super Bowl,
your super Bowl champion, Kansas City.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
Yeah, me too boring on that deal. Now.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
I know all the three pete stuff, but as long
as Patrick Mahomes is walking up right, they got a
real shot. I mean, he won the Super Bowl last
year with water boys and equipment managers at receiver. This
year they at Xavier Worthy, Ada Marquis Brown. The defense
only got better. Now they can stay healthy. I don't
see how anyone else will knock them off.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
I agree with you, all right.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
