Slovaking guys on the voice of theCapitol Regions Sports Fan Fox Sports ninety five,
nine and nine eighty. I hateI hate that. I'm already looking
at the new Madden. I hateit. I'm it's college football game.
That's that's the game I need tobe playing. It did the college football
game has like resparked my Madden lovea little bit. Though. Why is

(00:24):
that? Well, just because II don't. I didn't have the time
to build like a way to play. Like when you're when you play,
when you're good at Madden, you'regood at at you know, NCAA football
and stuff like that, you gottayou gotta have some form of a style,
you know what I mean? Youcan't just you know, if if
I play you and you never play, well, yeah, we can just

(00:45):
horse around and have some fun,use whatever the coaches recommend, whatever.
But if you start playing like ourguys are claim to fame, if I
started playing Madden er college football againstthose guys, I gotta have a way.
I like to do things, youknow, I want to run my
run heavy? Do I do?I do? I perfect my passing windows?
What do I like? What doI do? And I just never
had the time to do that. Now I'm kind of into it again.
It's probably because Boston Dan's playing alot. I'm playing a lot like some

(01:07):
of the guys on the team areplaying. I'm gonna finally buy a headset
for my damn PlayStation because I Ijust I don't like I don't like playing
with people online a lot, butthis I might have to. Oh that
take makes me feel so good aboutmyself. I feel so much better about
myself because if the two things yousaid, the last one of not playing
against people online. There is agroup of people who listen to the show,

(01:30):
more so mid twenties and younger thatwould mock us for that. They're
like, what do you mean youjust play against the computer? Yeah,
well yeah, we just play.Yeah, what do you mean you don't
play online? Like? There arepeople who are way younger than us would
mock us for that take. ButI'm fine playing against the computer. I'm
good. And I also like,I thought I was a weird own freak,
but found out there's other people likeme out there. I need the

(01:51):
storyline like you do too, LikeI just can't fire off an hour of
video games with nothing. I needthe am I building a dynasty. Am
I finding out a player development?Am I trying the ticket? I'm not
gonna win the heisman there? AmI gonna be storylines? That's what we
need. Like, that's why achievements, That's why I'm not great at one
player shooter games. I've admitted that. I've understood that because once I go
down, once I'm like, wellI'm dead, that's it. What do

(02:12):
you mean I'm back alive? Doesn'tmake any sense to me. I already
died. Game's over. Nope.I need those storylines, all right.
But I don't want to start anew game yet. No. This is
what like my daughter's boyfriend, mynephew. I drive them insane because I'll
play the same game, Like whenwhen God of War Ragnarok came out.
I've played that like six times now, and it's the same game, Like

(02:32):
you just need to do a littledifferent stuff and change story a little bit.
But but Borderlands I played multiple times. I don't want another game yet.
But when I see the Madden rankings, I know I'm gonna have to
go get Madden. I'm gonna haveto win the Super Bowl, the Raiders.
Somebody's gonna have to do it.And I don't know if Antonio Pierce
is ready, but Jeff Levac mightbe ready to win the Super Bowl with
the Raiders. So that's why.So I see this out now, the

(02:57):
Madden twenty five top ten players perposition is out. Here's how I want
to play this because I have notseen this list. How many positions do
you have up there? All?Can you give me five? I would
like to see if you have thetop quarterback, running back, wide receiver,
tight end me. Let me dothose four, and then I think

(03:20):
maybe I'll pick one defense I definitelyhave. All Right, here's what I
have. I have defensive line,I have running backs, I have safeties,
I have wide receivers. Those arethe ones that are in front of
me right now. Okay, Ican handle that. Let's do defensive line

(03:43):
because I want to do just onedefensive player. But I like the defensive
line because I think that's where themost intriguing conversation is so particular. I'm
between two players for the best defensiveline, and I would make an argument
they're the two best players on defense. Michael Parsons is sort of in that
conversation, but for me, it'sbetween Nick Bosa or Miles Garrett. I

(04:03):
would take Miles Garrett as the bestdefensive football player in the NFL in twenty
twenty four. He would be mypick here as the number one highest ranked
defensive player in a defensive line.Oh my god, so this doesn't include
edge rushers. This is just thisis the meat. Oh, this is
just dtackles. Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, sorry, I didn't

(04:24):
read that part of it when Ibecause I was so enraged when I didn't
see Max Crosby on the top ofthe list. I didn't. I almost
walked away. But yeah, thisis so yeah, So this is your
your dtackles. Aaron Donald retired.YEP, I don't love this guest,
but I know he's probably up there. I'm gonna go with Quinn Williams number
three for the New York Jets ninetyfour overall ranking. Give me the top

(04:48):
two. Who are the top twothere? You know you know at least
one of them. I'm so ohChris Jones. Chris Jones number one,
Kansas City Chiefs. I hope nobodyknows. I hop and so many people
got that reference and didn't get thereference, and I have to wonder what
that meant ninety seven overall, thetop ranked interior defensive line. He's also

(05:09):
a lock for the Hall of Fame. Now I would think, I would
think, I mean, I wouldthink number two is also a New York
athlete, Dexter Lawrence. There yougo. I was gonna ask Dexter Lawrence
before Quinn Williams. I guess itwasn't that far off. All right,
all right, let me see numberseven will be big to you, Vita

(05:29):
Villa, Yeah, buddy, ninetyoverall rating. All right, let's see
running backs here. Mccafs by theway, Christian Wilkins number nine overall for
your Las Vegas Raiders. How youdoing? McCaffrey is the number one running
back? Correct? Okay, Iwant to know this. What's the difference
between Christian McCaffrey in the second bestrunning back? Don't tell me the name

(05:50):
of the running back, but likepoints? Three points? Only three?
Only three points? I would bewilling to say that. I don't think
you're gonna guess it. I don'tthink you're gonn guess number too? What
tease? I would say this aboutChristian McCaffrey of any position in the NFL.
Now I'm grouping in offensive lineman, his guard, center, and tackle.
I'm grooping the maull in and someonesaid that's not the right way to

(06:11):
do that, but I would groupthem all in in this. I don't
believe there is a single drop offin any position in the NFL, more
so than McCaffrey versus the number tworunning back. Like you could have a
conversation like we're about to have aboutwho's the best quarterbacks, wide receiver,
d line, edge rusher McCaffrey versusnumber two. There is no position with
a deeper drop off. I wouldconsider putting Saquon Barkley at too, but

(06:34):
I would be shocked if he's atwo. So I don't think he's at
two. I'm gonna take this theguy who's gotten the most preseason hype.
I don't think he's the second bestrunning back in the NFL? Is it
Breece Hall. Breece Hall is notin the top ten rankings. Thank goodness,

(06:55):
My fantasy football magazines are telling meI gotta take him as the top
five pick. Thank goodness. Itshould also be true. Yeah, you
know, over fantasy Q, Idon't think you're gonna get either one of
them ooh the second best running backin the NFL. Uh according to Madden
ranking Derrick Henry. Oh right, number three Derrick Henry with a ninety four

(07:18):
overall rating. Now see this iswhy fantasy football is sometimes the worst.
How many years in a row hasit been that this is the year Derek
Henry falls off? This is theyear Derek Henry is not the same.
I believe he's finally twenty nine. And by the way, McCaffrey and Henry
were in that same Heisman Trophy roomin twenty fifteen, and McCaffrey was a
first round pick and Henry was thesecond round pick. So there's somebody between

(07:40):
Henry McCaffrey. There is Where's Saquon? Why am I second guessing myself?
Where Saquon Barkley? He's fourth, ninety two overall ranking. Someone screaming at
I can hear someone screaming at theirpodcast? Come on, guys, you
know it's so and so. Comeon, there's a reason you want get
it. There's a oh gosh, these you know what, here's my guess.

(08:03):
You know, I think be JohnRobinson. No, b John Robinson.
At this time, as I look, not in the top ten Okay,
give me number two, number two. You're not going to guess it
because he was injured for most oflast season. Nick Chubb yep ninety six
overall wrecking gosh, one more fantasyplug. If I can get Nick Chubb

(08:26):
in the second round. You're notkidding, please, I don't think I
want to Chubb so bad. Imean, it depends the league we're in.
I mean, some of them.I don't wonder how smart people are.
The fact that I didn't even wantto out loud say Nick Chubb and
thought like I'm the only one whoknows about him. No one else knows,
right, no one else knows aboutNick Chubb, but he more except
me? All Right? You knowwhat? Uh? These aren't the power

(08:46):
rankings where I usually get all workedup and upset. I like what I'm
doing, So okay, So uhcan we go back to quarterback? We
don't have quarterbacks? Okay? Widereceiver? Yea, I would say,
justin Jeffers number one, you wouldbe incorrect? Incorrect? Are you sure?
Yep? Is he two? Istyreek Hill one? Correct? All
right? Tyreek Hill and Christ McCaffreyare both in the ninety nine club.

(09:09):
I have no problem with Tyreek Hillor Christ McCaffrey being number one, more
so Tyreek Hill because you have tohave somebody have ninety nine speed and if
he's the fastest player in the NFL, and you know how those ranks.
Yeah, that's fine. See it'sI'm looking like here's the sad part.
Like there's not a ton of NewYork around here. So they ceedee lamb,

(09:31):
They've got three. A J.Brown tied for four with a Moon
Ross Saint Brown, so the Brownfamily, Davante Adams number six, Jamar
Chase seven, Stefan Diggs eight,Mike Evans and Brandon Ayuk tied for nine.
Let's do this question. You gaveme Dexter Lawrence. Yep, you

(09:52):
gave me Quinn Williams. Okay,Josh Allen is floating around somewhere in quarterback
land. I put him. Probablyit's second behind Mahomes and a Madden ranking.
Lamar's probably third in the in Maddenranking. Do you think Aaron Rodgers
Stiff's the top ten or is heprobably like fourteenth or ooh, fourteen's the
random number that you just dropped.I think he's probably fourteenth. I don't
know why you dropped that number onme. No, I feel like he

(10:13):
flu Oh no, no, Idon't have quarterbacks. Oh okay, I
would guess fourteen just because it randomlypopped out of your mouth. But of
the New York players, okay,Quinn Williams, Dexter Lawrence, Josh Allen
Diggs is no longer there. Youwould have to say of the New York
teams, Bills, Jets, Giants, the best player in the NFL in

(10:33):
New York is Dexter Lawrence, LikeI would say Josh Allen. I think
they're all pretty close. But JoshAllen because of what he can do both
running the football, passing impacting game, I would go that would be my
order. Josh Allen won, QuinnWilliams two, Dexter Lawrence three is the
best New York NFL players, Whichis always intriguing to me that conversation we

(10:56):
head into a season. Hmm,I'm thinking, I'm just trying where I
want with Garrett Wilson because they werethe actual quarterback. Because he like we
know, he's special. I thinkhe becomes less special because people haven't you
know, listen, if I'm throwingyou the football, you're less special.

(11:16):
If if someone told me that GarrettWilson they believes a top ten wide receiver,
they'd say, well, statistically,he may not be as good as
ten or twelve receivers. Okay, let's reframe this conversation. What if I
told you Garrett Wilson finishes a topthirty scoring Fantasy football wide receiver and had
Zach Wilson and Tim Boyle throw himat the football. Yeah, I'll put
him in the top ten. Okay, you know, maybe a top seven
quarterback of all times throwing the ballthis season. Yeah, Garrett Wilson,

(11:37):
because of the lack of quarterback play, probably should be ranked higher on this
Yeah. Yeah, I'm waiting forthe rest. I don't know when they
walk him out, but the widereceiver is is there, and like you
know, Madden'll dribble it for awhile, just so that we can we
have to keep talking about. They'llprobably be tonight on Sports Center. They

(11:58):
seem to they seem to to favorthe old four letter network, but two
ninety nine already out there. Youknow what I'd love to have happened.
If you're a video game player, whoever really is into it, can you
just send us a picture of Lavakand Gons and Madden. You know,
realistic, this is getting out.All you got to do is drop our
face on there, Lovac, justdrop it on there, see us running

(12:20):
around for the Raiders of the Bucks, those creative player spots. Please,
if you create Lavac or Gons onMadden, I will send you a Fox
Sports ninety five nine or nine eightycoozy once we get him back in starre
in probably twenty twenty five, butI will. I will make that commitment
to you if you create it andsend me a picture of myself because I
don't have the game or a PlayStationfive. Yeah, you need to.

(12:43):
You need to get to your place. I feel good about it now.
We got Thursday and Friday coming up, which is I think where I start
my comeback. We're getting there.I also saw thank you to sir Bert
on Twitter. Sir Bert passed alongthat PlayStation fives are now one hundred dollars
off. It's certain places, soit may not be five hundred bucks.
It may be four hundred bucks.Here. You you still got to get
the controller and the game. It'syou know, it's never easy. They

(13:09):
don't make it easy, buddy, all right. They don't make it easy.
The controller is usually included in abundle, so you can get that.
But like I said, I gottaget the headset now because apparently I'm
gonna start playing against people again. So no, no, no, no,
no, don't see that. Ihave to have. I have to
Everyone needs to know how good Iam. I'm not gonna just hop on
a CDTA bus and go play them. I'm gonna do that from home.

(13:30):
But the technology I've got though,if I were to use cdtah it'd be
so much easier because you can justhop on board c ETA and explore the
Capitol region. They have over fiftyroutes connecting you to what matters. Along
with the CDPHP cycle featuring e bikesand the Drive electric car sharing program,
CDTA is what connects us with amobility menu. To meet all of your

(13:54):

Nyra Bets and the Saratoga Casino Hotel. The trolley route offers convenient service to

(14:15):
hotels and attractions along Broadway in downtownoperates to the front door of the Saratoga
Racecourse and the Saratoga Casino Hotel. That's going on. Enjoy that. It
goes every day from noon until tenpm Wednesday through Sunday during the meat Enjoy
that. Oh well, oh youwant to a Hard Knocks giants, big

(14:35):
big episode tonight? Is it?How we have to figure out what episode
it is? That's all coming up. It's Love Acing Gods. Fox Sports
Radio ninety five nine nine eighty. It's Love Acing guz on the Voice of
the Capitol Regions Sports Fan Fox Sportsninety five to nine and nine eighty.
Tonight, Hard Knocks in season HardSchool the Hard Knocks. Yeah, I

(15:00):
might have just set an alarm.I think it's funny what I keep for.
I keep joining it like ten fifteenminutes in or falling asleep towards the
end. You could wait, wait, you're not watching off the app.
You got the up on the television. You're not casting it. You've got
the HBO on the old cable box. Yeah okay, yeah, yeah,
yeah, yeah, yeah, thatone. That's the one I think I
have. I don't know, it'sjust nine o'clock it's there, and then

(15:20):
I watch it again later. Uhno, Yeah, I don't have I
don't pay for Max the streaming app. Oh that's right. You've told me
your ways in which you No,I don't know what you're talking about.
I just watched TV and yeah, that's right. Consume content, as I
should say. How dare I?I am a I'm a consumer, so
I'm gonna call me a consume Uhconsume? Uh no? So tonight off

(15:41):
season Hard Knocks, is this thelast one? I think it was only
a couple episodes, right, Iwould think it's not the last one.
Usually they'd say on the season finaleof Hard Knocks, like usually they'd have
lee of Shriver and horrible impression byme attempted there that they would tell us
when because they still gotta have likerookie OTA's and free agent. I would
assume that tonight's all about the draft. From around one to round seven,

(16:06):
the season finale will be talking abouthow the guy is develop and practice.
Five episodes. So this is thefourth, Yeah, okay, so there's
one more after this one? Allright? Yeah? Uh, here you
are, I've got the I've gothere you go? Are these the synopsis.
Yeah, Giants GM, Joe Shaneand the front office mult over options
for their number six overall draft pick, attending pro days, conducting interviews,

(16:29):
and exploring trade possibilities. Wait aminute, that was that was last week?
This is yeah, this is episodenumber five this season finale. Wow?
Okay, I staying correct and Idid not hear Ray Donovan dropped the
season finale promo when I watched it. Maybe I just didn't get it on
the app. All right, allknew, Ray Donovan? Sorry, Yeah,
so this is it? After this, you gotta wait until the next

(16:51):
one. Are the Giants gonna surviveto season two? Where are they gonna
kill off? In season? A? Different on it? That's different?
Yeah, that's yeah. A wait, who's us the best the regular Hard
Night? Yes they are. Ibelieve that starts in August, so so
tonight's to Night to Nice Night. We see how it all goes, how
the draft gets gets set, andthen Live Schreiber goes out, Leave live

(17:12):
mister Schreiver, rayy to Wanavan,he comes out at the end and goes
No one will know until the seasonactually plays whether or not the Giants moves
or the right ones can I dothis stupid joke because then waiting on it
all summer? Who do you thinkthe giants take tonight? Hey? You?
You ever know? And the sixthoverall pick? Like there's a lot

(17:33):
of options out there? Hey youI do. It's not like they were
sitting there the whole summer nobody thoughtit not like a it's not like a
deep burning hate. It's just butit's there's like a frustration and anger.
Do it at Tom guys T andMG it was easy on Twitter at w
lf X ninety you give us yourtake on who you think the Giants will

(17:53):
take sixth overall tonight's episode. Idiot, I'm leaving. Am I going to
let me give you my taking?Who I think they're taking? I think
they're taking them leak neighbors from ls CU the Wide Receiver. I'm not
even talking to you right now, like I'm actually I'm thinking about leaving.
Is that just a cannon ball ofsarcasm you did want in your face right

(18:17):
there? I've never liked you,I've never This is as bad as yesterday
when that nineties kid dropped the oldHell, if somebody scores more points,
they'll win, Like that's I can'tand then somebody actually commented on it,
Well, you can't argue with thatlogic, I can. I hate everyone?

(18:38):
What does this show become? Howcould she only here at Levaki?
Guys that question? I feel allright, no, no, no,
no no. I wanted to waitit all summer for that show. Ahead,
do your thing now, I'm beinga professional. I will ask a
real question without the cannonball of sarcasms. Cody Knit. This won't be the

(19:02):
best episode of the season. Lastweek's is the best episode of the season.
I'm pretty fired up for this one. Lastly gave us the insight into
why they might potentially move on fromDaniel Jones and why there was a conversation
between Elak Neighbors and Roma Dunza andMarvin Harrison Junior of who they potentially would
do. This will be not asgood as last week, but I'm excited
to watch the phone call Elake Neighborsand all that stuff. I feel like

(19:25):
we've gotten everything we need out aHard Knocks. But you seem to be
maybe Giant fan isn't so as consumedabout the first round pick as they are
about what was the difference in themiddle round picks can a fourth, fifth,
or sixth round or be contributor tothe team. What made them separate?
Who are they really the most excitedabout that stuff? I find far
more interesting tonight than lak Neighbors atsix because we all get that, and

(19:45):
it's being sarcastic, but I wantto see their reaction to the picks coming
off the boards because I did.I didn't realize how much they clearly liked
Jayden Daniels. I mean, weall heard about how much they like Drake
Man. We knew those things, right, But when you watch this take
place, Joe Shan said it overand over and over and over. If

(20:08):
Neighbors or Harrison Junior are there,we turn in our card and we and
we're gone. I want to seeif they make a last ditch attempt to
get another quarterback. I want tosee all those things like because there's still
there's still a chance that this thisgoes parly wrong for Dale Jones. I
mean there's there's still a chances acouple different things that happened the we haven't

(20:30):
seen the actual did they do thesake one thing yet? Yeah? They
did last week? Right? Yeah? I fell asleep during that, but
like even that, like the wedidn't see the remember it got salty for
a second, that might pop upin this episode, and O good the
whole like they have to do it. You know it's gonna have like a
positive spin to it. But healso like no one knows the future holes

(20:51):
for the New York Giants, However, they feel good with it. Stacked
blah blah blah blah blah blah blahblah blah blah. I've felt this throughout
this season. Maybe this is whatmakes this season of Hard Knocks so much
fun. Fantasy football players. Ifyou're a fantasy football player and you've had
the live draft before and people jokedaround in the past, oh almost feel
like what the real NFL draft islike people did that joking around. I'm

(21:15):
actually feeling like it's more and morelike the NFL draft because what's gonna happen
tonight, Like you're gonna have tosell or convince yourself, Okay I like
this player because you're now with thatplayer and you're gonna root for their success,
and you have to convince yourself inthose quick moments of this may not
be the person I wanted on ourteam. But I considered them. They're
here on the board. This makesthe team better. We're going with this
guy just like you do with yourbuddies in August and September. This may

(21:38):
not be the player I want tosupport for the rest of the season,
but I and I know that soundsso simplified and so easy, But there's
some realness to that quote of they'reon our team now. Like we get
talk about who who could be aboss and who could be awful, but
once the name is said, theattitude needs to change. You got about
twenty four hours to complain that thatwas in the guy you wanted, but

(22:00):
now he's on the team. They'renot gonna cut him after Twitter unleashes on
him or mel kiper Junior. Yougotta roll with your guy after that.
And right now you're the darling, like you know what I mean, Like
they'll never be another first offseason editionof Hard Knocks. The Giants Joe Shane
has become a stud off of thisthing. I love a Brian Dables doing
with this team, I really do. I mean, they just signed Van

(22:22):
Roten, the guard from the Raiderslast year, which reminded me all over
again that Carmen Brisilla is the offensiveline coach for the Giants. Now that
dude is amazing, Like that dudeis a difference maker for he might make
one of the biggest difference makers foroffensive lines, who never puts his hands
on a defensive lineman. And soI think you're gonna see a very improved

(22:45):
Giants team watching him. Just talkto sa Quon that like two episodes ago
about the offensive line and who they'vegot and whatever. Now, mind you,
some of those guys have been hurtsince then, but like it's it's
infectious. That's big. We closethe chapter on the offseason. We get
into we get into training camp forthe Giants, we will to pay as

(23:07):
much attention as we can. Butfor me, the question that keep popping
around my goofy little brain. Let'ssay the offensive line does a great job.
Let's say Singletary fits that offense.Let's say neighbors is a doubt.
What if Daniel Jones goes out andplays like a top ten quarterback. What
what if Daniel Jones plays in seventeengames this year and has forty five hundred

(23:32):
yards, twenty four touchdowns, seveninterceptions. You're gonna have to pay him
again. That's a giant fan LevaciLevacus laughing and giant fan is laughing like
I want to say, like thejoker in Batman, but sort of like
a sinister like I don't want tobe crazy. I don't want to pay

(23:52):
Daniel Jones again. Don't because here'sreal conversations are gonna about Daniel Jones like
you just had there, Like that'sa realistic Yeah, what gosh, the
community timeline, there's a timeline wecan go through here with Daniel Jones placedness,
yes, yes, where he couldbe really good and the Giants could
be a playoff team. Remember DanielJones wonning road playoff game against Minnesota and
that's the reason he got that. We'll call it interesting contract from the Giants.

(24:15):
Not as high as we've seen inthe last eighteen months from teams,
but he got a contract and he'sgetting paid a lot of money, ah
money, but not a lot comparedto what else is out there. I
mean, come on, And that'swhat makes this so hard to figure out
what Daniel Jones because we've seen thisat Hard Knocks. I don't think there's
any hiding this at this point. If Tommy DeVito didn't help the Giants win
games last season. If the NewYork Giants had the number four overall pick

(24:38):
instead of the number six overall pick, JJ McCarthy's more than likely a New
York Giant. If they have thenumber three overall pick, Drake ban is
a New York Giant. I thinkthey've made that pretty clear that and Joe
Shane said it because of money andcontracts and situation, they would have drafted
a quarterback. Now here's what again, going back to trying to convince yourself
something's right, Daniel Jones didn't getbetter because the Giants had the sixth overall

(25:02):
pick. You know that. That'sjust frustra I could make an argument,
well, I think Giants fan wouldbe frustrated. It's like, okay,
so if they had the three pick, they're taken May, but they have
the six pick, they're taking Jones. So what Daniel Jones is better because
Tommy DeVito won two games. That'swhere the rationale of this stuff in drafts
and contracts, where it's like weall saw you on the quarterback, you
basically admitted if you were in adifferent spot, so of the Patriot you
want him so now Daniel Jones isbetter liked. I want to hear that.

(25:25):
What you're thinking about Jones maybe beingbetter what this hard knocks is motivated
him in a different way. WhenBrian Dable took over the offense for the
Bills, what did they do tomake Josh Allen better? Uh? I
want to say he kind of stayedin the pocket a little bit more,
had more freedom in the offense toa team in the passing game, right,

(25:48):
and Sefon Diggs right yea, Sothey just went and got Bake Neighbors.
So like like so technically, technicallyhe the only way Dale Jon's is
gonna be a better quarterback because ifhe stays healthy and doesn't turn the ball
over, those those are if listen, you take those two little things away,
and Dale Jones is a good quarterback. He gets hurt and he turns

(26:11):
the ball over. Those are histwo biggest problems. You take those two
issues away, and he's he's alegit starting quarterback in the NFL. Maybe
not the one you want, butkind of like what you were saying,
like get over it, because that'swhat you got. So bringing them Alik
Neighbors fix the offensive line. Hestays healthy, change the way the running

(26:33):
game works to where you're actually gonnafocus on running the ball a little bit.
It's not safety valve anymore. It'spart of the game plan. And
see how he does he he mightbe better because you got Milik Neighbors.
There's a world where Daniel Jones byJanuary of twenty twenty five might be heading
towards a forty million dollars a yearcontract. Yep. There's also a world

(26:56):
where Daniel Jones is definitely not thequarterback for the New York Giants in two
thousand twenty five. The problem is, what is the right answer for the
future of the New York Giants. Is it paying him like you said,
is it giving them that money? Is it moving on? Does the result?
Because here's again why Daniel Jones isso wild for the season upcoming for
the Giants. I heard a conversationthat somebody asked, all right, so
where's Daniel Jones ranking rankings of theNFC East quarterbacks? And I thought,

(27:18):
well, wha, Let's not dothe NFC East, the entire NFC.
Like if we did the entire NFC, Sam Darnold and JJ McCarthy, I'll
put them at sixteen, but you'vegot a rookie in Caleb Williams, a
rookie in Jaden Daniels where fan basesare super excited about both of those guys,
where they might say, we're moreexcited about these guys than Daniel Jones,

(27:41):
So what is he fifteenth? LikeKyler Murray's been more I'm not a
huge Kyler Murray fan. He's beenbetter bryce young, but he's played like
some of these guys have at leastplayed. So we're gonna give Daniel Jones
a bit off of the doubt thathe's better than the unrest Like he's probably
not a top twelve quarterback in theNFC, but he could have a season
where he's top five, top sixin the NFC. So that's what's even

(28:03):
makes it more difficult the NFC quarterbackswhen you stack it up against the conference,
Jones could be the worst or headingtowards that and Giant Finn You get
that, like, that's what makesthis so difficult, what makes hard knock
so intriguing the summer? Okay, you ready for this? Are we doing
the rankings THATFC quarterbacks where Daniel Jonesgoes? Okay, which way do we
want to go. I'm gonna putteams below him, okay, quarterback position

(28:27):
teams below Okay, I'm just I'mliterally I'm using him as the I believe
he will have a better year thanthese teams. I'm gonna go west to
East Seattle. I think he willhave a better year than Gino Smith and
what's his face there? I wouldgive the advantage to Geno Smith because statistically,

(28:48):
Geno Smith through his career has beenbetter than Daniel Jones. I'm fair,
Okay, I'm not gonna Murray.I'm not gonna I'm gonna leave Kyler
Murray ahead of them because he's seemsto be doing very well and he's got
Marmin Harriston Junior. Stafford's better.Pretty may not be better, but he's
in a better situation. Everyone inthe NFC South except for the Falcons.

(29:15):
So Baker ye, Bryce Young correct, and Derek Carr correct. I would
say that Baker again has been statisticallybetter than Daniel Jones. He wants to
Statistically, they're pretty much the same. I know Baker won a road playoff
game, I believe against Pittsburgh andhis time with Cleveland. God, I
know they're replaying this lavaka earlier. How good is our guy Seal Capaccio look

(29:37):
today live from Saint John, WhichI know it's a replay from earlier today,
but Sal Capacio is looking great.Shout out to him. Uh,
Baker Mayfield's been better, So Baker'sDerek Carr has been better. Derek Carr's
gone to the postseason. I believetwice with your Raiders. I though he
did not win because he was hurtfor both of those games. I know
one of them was against the Texas. I will take car as well,
Bryce Young and Daniel Jones. Gosh, I'm gonna take Bryce Young because you're

(30:03):
gonna hate this take. But hewas better in college. Like I got
a lot more better Bryce Young footagetape than I do Daniel Jones tape.
So I will take Bryce Young. So I've taken all the quarterbacks I didn't
know. I didn't realize Carolina wasplaying in college this year. He looked
like an eighth grader when he showedup to the camp. Bryce, Yeah,
Kirk Cousins is hurt, and takePnex too. They'll sink I'm taking

(30:25):
him over Minnesota and I'm taking himover Washington. I will agree for those
are the first two. ILL agreewith you. I agree with both of
them. I will concede that becauseJayden Daniels has not done anything in the
NFL, I can't do the BryceYoung take and then flip it for a
rookie. So I'll concede the rookiethere. And I agree with Minnesota,
so I have him as I havemiddle of the pack. You didn't do
the North Minnesota, Minnesota, andin Washington. What about Chicago. I

(30:53):
think Chicago is gonna be good thisyear. Okay, So you can't killer
Williams over Danish. Yeah, Iam, and not not with any kind
of like just I don't think it'sgonna be a blowout, but I just
I think Chicago's farther ahead in therebuilt. So you took five quarterbacks,
excuse me, you took six.Yeah, Seattle, they're better. He's
gonna do better whenever whoever plays forSeattle, he's gonna do better for than

(31:15):
Carolina, New Orleans, Tampa,Minnesota, and Washington. So Steve,
I have, I have be inthe middle of the pack. So I
got I gave him Minnesota in Washington. That's it. Yeah, but I'm
right all right, so let's Ithink he's gonna like, I think he's
gonna have a good year. Okay, because what happened the last time he
was on a contract year? Right, So I think he's gonna have a

(31:37):
good season. I think he's gonnado what needs to be done. I
don't think he's gonna light the leagueon fire. But let's be honest,
that's not really what you need. It'd be great if you had it.
What you need is somebody who doesn'tturn the ball over, somebody who gets
you in you know, field goalposition, and then has a couple explosive
plays, and he can do allthose things. Let's thread this needle here,

(31:59):
then let's do it. Maybe it'scasting the line. Okay, if
he does what you believe he cando this season, outplay all those teams
quarterbacks he just said, does heget paid by the New York Giants in
twenty twenty five. See here's theproblem. It's the same problem the Cowboys
are gonna have. Dak Prescott isgoing to play. He's gonna play well
enough that you're not gonna have agood draft pick. I think Dale Jones

(32:20):
is gonna play. He's gonna playwell enough that you're not gonna have a
good draft pick. So unless DrewLocke or or somebody is you know,
Tom Brady says I'm coming back,or whoever somebody is is doesn't want to
be where they are, maybe Stack, I don't know. I think you're
gonna have to do something with dalJones again. I think he's gonna play
his way into another contract. Iwould say, if he's only better than

(32:40):
two quarterbacks on my list here inthe NFC, I would say he doesn't
get paid. I thought bringing backDaniel Jones even two years ago might have
been a short sighted play. Butat that point in twenty twenty two,
they know their options. They justthey couldn't do anything. The draft class
wasn't deep enough. There wasn't agood free agent stock they wanted to find.
They believe that he'd be better intwenty twenty three with year two of
Brian Dables. So I would saythey're not going to resign him going into

(33:04):
the season right now for everything I'veseen the hard knocks, But it comes
down to can the Giants get thatdraft position you talked about of where they're
gonna rank when it comes to takinganother quarterback because they don't want to pay
you one. I mean, that'swhat that's it. He needs what were
they what did they end up doinglast year? Six and eleven? Yep,
six eleven. So he needs heneeds to lead the Giants to eight

(33:28):
wins to have a chance of gettinga new contract. He leads him to
ten. He's getting a new contract. But eight wins means you're what ten,
No, you're probably twelve, twelveto seventeen, picking somewhere in that
range. And we're both going toagree that if he suffers any type of
injury that ends this season, likewhether it's eight, that's done, that's

(33:49):
a wrapp well because because then youhave every every reason and then some to
get out of it. But likeI said, I think what it's gonna
come down to, the reason he'shere right now is the team one two
more games than they should have, you know what I mean? Like if
you that's so, that's what itLike Normally I wait till like late in
the season to start doing win math, like how many wins can I get

(34:09):
to get where I need to be? If if you're Dale Jones and Dale
Jones camp, and you believe thebest possibility to have a long and fruitful
career is with the New York FootballGiants. You need eight to ten wins.
Eight you have a chance, tenyou're in, ten and more you're

(34:29):
in. You win ten games andyou have and you get a wild card.
Dudes getting paid and Giant fans arehappy they're in contention. They're back
in a playoff picture, they're backfighting for a championship. Worst case scenario.
See worst case scenario usually out loudto say, oh, they only
win three or four games, it'sreally not because I think you're after quarterback
for the future and you've got amore affordable contract. Worst case scenarios what
Levac late out there, like ifit's seven wins, yeah, and then

(34:52):
you start juggling again. Or he'sa really bad scenario. Let's say the
Giants start four and two and thenJones gets hurt and you're like, well,
we have to move on because he'shurt. Well he was four and
two, he was pacing for eight. But if they're five and one and
he gets hurt and the Giants stinkand they're like, look, how that's
a horrible scenario that could be inplace. The only thing is let's go

(35:12):
back to Hard Knocks. Everything elselooks right. The only thing missing is
that quarterback. Do they pull theEli Manning? Do they give up all
the picks? Now, mind you, you've got to give me more picks.
He's probably not gonna be a topfour, top six. You're gonna
be like, let's say you're eleventhand you're trying to get the seventh because
there ain't gonna be a Patrick Mahomesin the draft. I mean, at

(35:32):
least I don't think. So,you know, can you luck out and
find somebody that slides down the board. Maybe, but I don't know.
I it's gonna be fun. Sotonight closes the the off Season Book of
Hard Knocks and we roll from there. Hey, elevate your brand today the
way the Giants try and elevate theirseason. Giants have one hundred percent elevator

(35:54):
their brand with the way they've lookedin offseason Hard Knocks. You think they
called Dave mcletto over in Elevation thousand? Okay, what should we do here?
How do we make Joe Shane looklovable? They should? Elevation ten
thousand has the capabilities of making theirown Hard Knocks docu series with the team
that they have over there, withthe social media team, with the audio
and visual team. Elevation ten thousandcan help your branding spin, whether it's

(36:15):
finding a way where you can producecontent, whether it's your social media brand,
whether it's your apparel. How oftenhave you listened to Lavakassi? You've
heard me say, levak your rocketelevation ten thousand gear today, No me
on the one today, Lava's outdoing yard working. Here, I am
rocket the elevation ten thousand gear elevationten thousand. Short are they I couldn't
see your legs. You lift themup. There are your calf showing you

(36:37):
know you're very proud of your cast. Elevation ten thousand can promach your cast
if you want. I don't knowhow they can do that, but they
can figure it out. I mean, they are pretty amazing. More people
need to see these calfs. Hey, Dave, do I need a calf
website lavaxcafts dot com. Maybe thatcould be the thing. Day would know.
He'd have the plan for you, whether it be marketing strategy, your
website, your apparel, whatever itis. Elevate your brand, say with

(36:57):
Elevation ten thousand. There's a greatEntourage episode about Johnny Trauma getting caffin plants.
I think lamar Odom had the bestcalf. Let's let's go to the
dump. I think we've seen enoughtoday. I think we're ready for that
now, slowaking guzz on the voiceof the Capitol Regions sports fan Fox Sports
ninety five nine and nine. Timefor the dumb blind from the GT Toys
the studio that's toys with a Z. We didn't acknowledge the holiday Happy National

(37:24):
Cheesecake dayh Wait what see? That'smy always instinct that cheesecake is fine.
Cheesecake is a delicious meal is Butanytime I hear the word cheesecake or think
of cheesecake, I'm probably the onlyperson on planet Earth who has this reaction.
Or other kids who played for theGettus, the Westville Night Football team,

(37:45):
the Pop Warner football team growing up. Because here's the thing, Oh,
you guys punished with cheesecake if youdidn't make a tackle or something,
he'd throw a cheese frozen cheesecake atyou. Mentally sounds scrumptious. I feel
like mentally, from the time Iwas seven or eight to the time in
my mid thirties. Notice that somethings have not gone away. You've pointed
this out to me and I've gonethrough life. There are certain things in

(38:06):
life I will be hyper focused on. Yeah, Like there are certain tasks
like Okay, he's gonna get thesedone, and he will definitely get them
done, and he's gonna do them, and sometimes even well, he's gonna
get him done. Then there's otherthings, sometimes good, sometimes well,
sometimes there are other things that willjust cause me stress and I won't know
how to do them, and I'lleither be so unbelievably bad at them that

(38:29):
I just will at some point befired by that task of Okay, you
can't do that one, but youtried, or I just won't have the
same type of focus on it forwhatever reason. In my mind, I
was very aware that the Cheesecakes Sealwas the first like Little League of Vet
thing I had. You know whatI'm talking about, like Paris, so
what I'm talking about, like yougotta go sell. I don't know what

(38:50):
are the kids sell now? Sandwiches, steaks were just selling. We've had
literally all kinds of stuff, butthe my favorite one they ever did was
pizza Kids. You could buy likemake your own pizzas a crappy like Ilio
type pizza when it was done, but it was it wasn't expensive. You
get a bunch of it and thenyou and your kid make pizzas at home

(39:13):
together. They had Crayola pizza sothe dose were all different colors and stuff
and then and whatever, so thekid can make like colorful pizza and they
don't make those anymore. So I'mpretty sure like somebody you know has green
intestines the rest of their life. But but yeah, no, I get
so. Yeah, cookies using cookies, frozen cookies, Yeah, is a
big one. I don't know why. Wow, I just keep seeing one

(39:35):
after another like contest winner. Theymust just try to get on in under
the wire. No sign, Yeah, they told you what signe right,
and especially be by four thirty.I hope, I hope Zachardali is still
here. Geez. But they keepcoming up to this door, like one
lady walked out, stormed up tome. Is the backback there? I'm
like, yeah, cause I'm gonnadrive. I'm like I would like,
I don't know what to tell you, all right, Sorry we told you

(39:57):
people. So Yeah, Coz wasprobably one of to call you. She's
like, she's listening to me.She's like, I've heard your voice before,
and my husband controls the radio.I hate you, so cheesecake take
again. The fundraiser was frozen cheesecake. I don't know why I was so
aware of this as a seven oreight year old, but like the first
one was the cheesecake sale, soyou had to sell cheesecakes. Hopefully my
dad's listening because he can confirm thisas a former coach and champion coach for

(40:21):
the Gettess Westville Nights. But Idon't know why. In my brain is
a young kid, I thought,oh no, how many do I have
to sell? Wait? Are otherpeople doing this? What if I don't
sell them? How is it Ishould have no stress involving cheesecakes as a
young athlete. No, but Iremember it is the first time of my
life. I'm like, I haveto get this task done, and I
have no skill set to accomplish thistask of getting cheesecakes. So mentally I

(40:44):
told myself, you know what,I don't like cheesecake. I've eventually grown
up and eating cheesecake, and Ishould have. But when people say cheesecake
day or like that is my firstinstinct of football, trying to sell the
cheesecake, trying to get the jobdone. I want to am I going
like full Cardell Jones here as ayoung nineteen ninety seven, get us the
best. I'm not here for school, I'm here for football. Well,

(41:05):
I'm not here for cheesecake. It'sreally right when you were when you were
in that, did your parents work, Yeah, we're okay. What were
the line of work for the Forthe rest, they both worked for the
state. Okay, so nine timesout of ten, what these evil geniuses
think is gonna happen is your parentsare going to bring it to the office
and fleece the coworkers. So likeit's like here, you got you know,

(41:29):
ten to fifteen people in the officeat any given time. They expect
you to bring in rex this thingand go all right, come on,
everybody, everybody buy a cheesecake.I bought your stupid kids wrapping paper last
Christmas. Everybody, pony op onecheesecake at least a piece, Like that's
what they expect. Here's the problem. My dad was a school bus mechanic,
so and like so unless the driversall of a sudden we're gonna buy

(41:51):
stuff. There's like four dudes inthere. And my mom I was blessed.
My mom was a stay at homemom. I am this many years
old. I took the fly doorto door in my neighborhood, like the
same people that you that your parentswouldn't let you trick or treat at unless
they were standing behind you. Iwould then go to with a pamphlet that
was like, hey, do youwant to buy cookies? Do you want

(42:13):
to buy cake? Do you wantto Hey? Do you want any of
these things? Hey? Whatever? Now mind you. I also had the
paper route on that, and theyknew that if they didn't buy something from
me, their paper was gonna startgetting there later and later. But like
it was, yeah, I kidsaren't expected to go sell this stuff anymore.
The parents are the ones like Igot a friend who is a girl
scout. Their ter's a girl scout. Yeah, she'll the kid will eventually

(42:38):
contact me about cookies, because youknow, Uncle Jeff's never gonna say no.
But nine times out of ten it'sthe mom or her dad would be
like, hey, look back, what are you doing? You want?
I look, I know, Iknow you're gonna diet I know you don't
what you buy some damn cookies? Can you please? Yeah? Send over
something minutes? How many? Howmany she needed to hit her goal?

(42:59):
Like six, we're fill it out. Whatever, let's do it. But
that's what they expect. They don'texpect. So you if it was modern
day guys, you wouldn't hate cheesecake. No, it wouldn't. I think
that's why I've evolved as a personof change. I've decided my first or
second grade to fully a grown adultmale to not have that same cake.
So cheesecake, You're welcome. Godsembraces you now. So I was going

(43:20):
to ask you this before. Ididn't realize it was like a deep rooted
like I didn't know you gonna haveto lay out a leather couch when we
talked about cheesecakes, like what's thefood that when you were a kid,
You're like, get that f awayfrom me that now you're like, yo,
cheesecake because like for me, theysaid, hey, do you want
cheesecake? And I'm like I was, I was. I was actually a

(43:42):
skinny little kid, and then Igot big. I got small and big
I was I fluctuate, but likeyou broke out cake. I was like,
let's rock, like, give methe cake. I'm ready, give
me a couple of milk and acake. And then they hand me this
this like pudding cake, whatever thehell cheesecake was. I'm like, get
there, what is this? Thisis the texture that I was expecting,
and now I love k Now Ilove cheesecake. You know my answer to

(44:05):
this, You know my meat, that's right, meat in general, steak.
I guess i'll if i'd you know, individualize your request for that question
there, because the steak I thoughtwas steak growing up was just charred,
black, brash, shoe leather, that's right, bricks and blocks, right,
it's all. It was the charcolbercat that was cooking my steak.
I started eating other things like thisis steak. Huh. Yeah. I

(44:28):
can't believe you were You were inyour mid twenties. The first time that
we shamed you into getting a mediummedium. Well, I think we've got
we've got I think we've got youout of medium. But you were at
medium well for a while. Iwas, oh, man, I literally
like there's points like if you ifyou just found this show and you didn't
listen to it when it was onthe other network, Like there were points
where I would just I'm like,I will never have dinner with you again

(44:50):
if you order it well done, like we're getting like twenty thirty forty dollars
steaks and godz is going well done. And even the people are like,
like you hear dishes break in thebackground, everyone's a gasp. Some lady
passes out, clutching her pearls, like no, no, no, no,
he's kidding. He's kidding medium, well, he wants it, he

(45:12):
wants it medium, Well, I'mreally low. That was one. The
cheesecake was bad. Tuna fish issomething I never liked as a kid,
and now I like. Oh,but like most seafoods, I can't like
lobster. The texture of lobster. It when I the first time I ever
had a lobster, it was inMaine. No, it wasn't in Maine.

(45:36):
I'm sorry. It was in CapeCod. It was in Cape Cod
and my brother's like, you gottahave it, You're gonna love it.
I was like, butter, everybodyelse likes it. I'm ready, let's
go. I took one bite.I was like, this is what bad
mashed potatoes feel like in your mouth. I want nothing to do with this.
I want nothing. So the plusside, my brother got the inextual
lobster. But like that's when Ihaven't grown out. I haven't grown out
of my hatred of most seafoods.I kind of like when the dump comes

(45:57):
all the way around, Like wedidn't intend for this to becoming theme of
the show, of like a mistakethat you made in your youth or your
past. Back, let's go radio, La, let's go hack your real
I got a a jaffle of backat Gosh Tuesdays at Is it wax not
Addie? Is that the that's what'sthe l I like that got out of

(46:21):
that somewhere. Carveno and Retro arelike, hey, that's our show.
Hey hey oh oh he walked aroundon the back and now back to the
front. She yeah, she musthave got here too late. Put your
head down, guy, Yes,it's not happy. She got full care
instruck going on. I love watchingthe people watching out these windows. It
is phenomenal. I tried saying thatstory about Josh Allen or Josh Allen John

(46:44):
l Way. I know we mentionedthat a little earlier in the show,
but that's the biggest regret of hiscareer. I now have one. I
had like three stories gonna do forthe dump, but I feel like I
want to share this story now becauseright when he walked in the building today
and yell, I want maybe I'llsay the name of the sponsors. So
this is a story that I learned. You talk about things that impact thank
you for the rest of your lifeyou thought would have little to no impact
if you listen to audio across theCapital region, maybe across upstate New York

(47:07):
for all I know. I shareda story today one of our sales members,
Danielle, is that on a salescall today and she asked, and
I didn't even hear it, butjust like out of the corner of my
ear, somebody gets in the nameof the sponsor, yelled, get her
back here, get her, gether and like poor Zach is like running
Junior's running toget her. They allowedsomebody had gone wrong. Long story short.

(47:30):
I voiced the spot for them nineyears ago. Nine years ago.
The production director, which for thosein radio, that's the person who creates
your commercials. That used to bea thing pre COVID, The person who
creates your commercials, said Hey,I need somebody who's new to the market,
someone's voice they may not recognize.I just need a male voice for
this spot. Justin moved to Albanyvoiced the spot about women's spras. Yeah,

(47:54):
nine years they've run that spot.I hope they become a sponsor on
the show because they've been using mefor nine years. I've gone from producer
to afternoon drive hosts to people askingmy wife about the commercial because they recognized
my voice and knew her from theshow. Where are the eyes when they
ask her? That's what we needto know. That's that's the poor Well

(48:14):
mord Jordan was caught off guard. What are what are these people asking me
about? Yeah? Why why arerandom strangers coming up and asked me about
my brazier leakage? I will,I will, I will say like it
would be one of our greatest achievements. Slashing compliments, accomplishments, that's the
word, all three of them.If we yeah that too, if we

(48:35):
did become like the top like braselling show, like it's a male marketed
shows. Some dudes are picking upbras for their women like here, sweetie,
I love you. And I learnedabout this today from Levac and gods.
Actually that would be Gosl Lovak. That's your brand. That's it's the
last hour with the commercial Russie changeto day for the show. Yeah,
for nine years, that's it.You know that should be anytime the show

(48:59):
takes a turn that probably shouldn't take. Like it's like the multiverse, like
like Ted pull and Wolverine, itgoes, we become gos In Levac,
Hey everybody. Earlier today we talkedabout online gambling and how much we love
it and c DGA and and allthese other great things. But right now,
welcome to gos In Lovac Gods.Tell them about bros. Just imagine.

(49:22):
It's stranger Things, it's the upsidedown, it's the Gossip Lovak Show.
I'm running around looking for Mount Rushmoretopics. No I need that one.
It's the middle of the summer. It's our timeline Levak. He's talking
about how much he wants to dothe Mount rush No, I don't.
What's the name of the company again? Thank you forgetting Do we want to

(49:45):
say the name? Her under things, her under things, her under things.
Yeah, if you've heard that spotin the Camberies the last decade,
Mount Rushmore of clients I want onthis show. That's her under Things is
now joined the mount Rushmore Danielle. We hope meeting went well today. She
wants me to shoot an influencer videofor her for a client. Oh,

(50:06):
I wonder if it's gonna be Isit gonna be me and a bra?
Is that this is all coming togetherat the wrong time? Is it me
in a bro Hey, everybody,it's your fat friend Levac for male bras.
How you doing? They're called brosthe brosiers. Whoa did we just
stumble upon a shark tank idea? No, that's I think that goes back

(50:27):
to Seinfeld. I want to saythat was the Seinfeld. Maybe it wasn't
called a brosier, but I rememberthat that was. That was definitely I
want to say Kramer or somebody waswearing bras at one point. Dude seventy
five. I looked that up theother day. Yeah, he was trying
to bring a stand up back.Yeah, probably not. Man, just
sit on the Seinfeld money. Justdoesn't do something else. He's got some

(50:47):
Yeah, seventy fives up there.Seventy five's up there. And the last
time you were on stage, youfreaked out and dropped the hard R like
a hundred times, like you completelylost your your stuff. I've heard stories
about that that somebody asked, Iwant to say, it's Andrew Santilla.
Now that's the broadcaster for the AmniFirebirds, the comedian there. I'm forgetting

(51:07):
his name right now, but hetoasted podcast red Hair. I believe Santino,
Thank you. He had said, like, yeah, I don't really
have an act. I'm just gonnago up there and wing it. Not
a good idea, Cosmo Kramer andwork out for you. Michael Richards,
Well, I can promise you thatI would rather I'd rather crash and burn
if I lose that Yankee Orioles betthen then go hard R on the crowd.

(51:30):
Yeah, I would rather do that. I'll be all right that way.
I got one more if you want, yes some time. This is
this is for you because you're gonnastart dealing with this stuff before Cavino and
rich start taking calls. This isprep from Caveno on Richards Show. Thanks
for friends at Cena. You gotto worry about this. This is this
is your this is your immediate future. This is your impending doom. Guys,

(51:52):
all right, everybody's back to schoolshopping already. So they did a
stuff a new survey scene. Iasked over twenty four hundred, so twenty
four hundred and fifty seven US adultsabout their back to school shopping plans.
The average American will spend well, the American parent, that is, will

(52:14):
spend six hundred and sixty two dollars. I'm back to school shopping this year.
What. Yeah, it doesn't sayif that's per child or if that's
per household, but I'm I meanthat's a big detail I need. Yeah,
Well, because I mean you wouldthink it's probably per household. I
would think, because I don't thinkI ever spent I No, I take
that back. I one percent spentthat much a couple of different years.

(52:36):
Because every once in a while theyneed that super special calculator or the first
time you have to buy them alaptop or whatever that stuff. So I've
done that before. The one thingthat you're gonna live in forever. Poor
Wes is never gonna have a newthing like Wes is never gonna Wes is
gonna have to scratch Rex off theback of so many things. And then

(52:57):
and then baby baby tray, thethird is gonna have to scrape two names
off most things. It's absolutely right. It's already happened with the bottles.
The sticker just goes over. Ithought that was mine. No, no,
no, look at the sticker.I can see my name. No,
no, no. Nearly forty fourpercent have already set aside the money
for school shopping. Nine to tenwill use some kind of cost cutting measure,

(53:20):
like discounts sales at copons apps.More than twenty nine percent are willing
to take on credit card debt touse a payment for buy now, pay
later. I won one hundred percent, did credit card one hundred percent?
Pay it off over next like twothree checks usually probably, And that was
just with one kid, you know, but I was divorced, so it

(53:42):
was different. You've got two incomes, you're you're in a better place,
and two kids sent to me threemaybe seven. There's a couple things they
recommend to save money. Here yougo, this is what you need to
know, all right, I'm readyfor laptops. Check the wholesale clubs,
Costco, Sam's Club, Bjys, even Staples instead of a full price somewhere
else. Make a list of everythingyou need prioritize the essentials, then figure

(54:05):
out how much you can afford, then stick to the budget. That doesn't
work. That's a lie that wehave the results are end. That was
a lie, because again you're not. Your kid's gonna come home the first
day of school and you're gonna goyou don't need that calculator. This one
works fine. And then come oncrying. Jesus said, this is crap.
You are poor and we don't haveNo one likes me now, so

(54:28):
that's not true. You're gonna buywhatever your kid needs. Compare price online.
Yep, just like wagering. Kidsshop the shop the line, you
know, go around, look atwhat's that Staples, what's at Walmart?
What's it here? Good? Comparepricing, that's real. Buy in phases.
Start with what your kid needs thefirst days, then over the next
month, by more supplies as theygo on clearance. That lasting's helpful.

(54:50):
That's helpful. That's real. That'sgood, that's real. And the clothing,
the clothing, or you're never gonnacatch up on the clothing. You're
never gonna do it. You haveno style U for pants today? Yeah,
you're my favorite pair of shoes. They work today. Your favorite that
might have been. Yeah, thoseshoes are are are hideous. They are
hideous. There's some vet. Ihave some venom for you today. I
have a little venom towards you today. I do. I admit it.

(55:13):
I think I mentioned it in thebeginning. I don't even remember now.
It's been a whirlwin today, butlike I'm I may have. I may
have celebrated National Chicken Wing Day,which bodes well for the cheesecake factory.
And I was so, I wasworking from home for most of the day.
I was doing stuff on the computer. And God's text me. He's
like, hey, nobody's here.My meeting's have moved around. If you

(55:34):
want to, you know, gettogether playing you know, Uh, Jordan
Morniano has got a big race.Come up. You gonna plan how we're
gonna do all this stuff? Comeon in, let me know. Nobody's
here. I'm like, oh,perfect, So I'm doing yard work,
working from home. Don't tell mybosses and uh and everything. I came
in. I look, I look, I look like I've been working in
the yard all day. My beardis all over the place. Whenever everyone's

(55:54):
here, everyone's here. The marketpresident, the sales manager, the only
female that work in the office. They're all here today, and I walk
I walk in looking like I likeMatthew McConaughey's fat cousin. I look like
Chris Farley trying to be Matthew McConaugheyin a beach movie. That's what I
look like today. You know whatthat one's on me? I said,

(56:14):
A lot of air people weren't here. Gud. We had a sales team,
promotions team. Yeah. I like, I'm like, oh, that's
perfect. Everybody's off on a Tuesday. That's great. I'll get in there,
we'll get some stuff done. Iwas like, dude, I can
only get like a thirty forty minutesearly. I'm very busy. Someone's got
to play with the dog. Ilove the dog. And uh no,
sure enough, he got me.He got me, kids, he got
me. I will remember this forback to school shopping. I feel like

(56:36):
now things have changed a little bit. Like I know, when I was
a kid, you had to getthat first day of school shirt in like
the outfit the sneakers. Yeah yeah. You can't never get a second chance
to make the first impression. No, And I wonder if, like young
sports fans, are sports fans whoare parents, Like if a jersey is
it? Is it a T shirt? Is it like a school something you
like? Maybe you went to likea Firebird T shirt? Right, Uncle

(56:57):
Jeff knows where to find those.A Baltimore Oriole game or a Yankee game,
whatever it might be. Like,I want to wear this shirt that
I got the game this summer becausenobody else has it. Don't don't.
Don't send the poor kids in Oriolesclose, they'll send it. Don't do
that. Oh look at the kidmediocre all year. That's what. That's
all everybody will see. I'll stickwith Paw Patrol for now. Paw Patrol.
Yankees, there's another one. Weclosed. Stop looking for the prizes.

(57:21):
Why do you guys keep going? It's almost what do you guys?
Give it? What? I knowwe don't have prizes, But what prize
is being given away tonight is sticksand foreigner. Oh and they're picking him
up for a show tonight. Yes, I believe so. And I mean
this guy could be Freddy Thing. This guy could That's what it is.
That dude's got to get over thecar six forty five. He's got he's

(57:42):
gotta go. He's yeah, butin his head, he's he's he's already,
you know, he already hears themusic, he's already whatever. He's
good. He's on the river sticksright now. You don't care. You
know what, I probably screwed upthe math. If you're you know and
rich fan. The show's over.We have we have to leave. We
have no tomorrow or in studio. We thought we might be out Liboard and
Sue do it tomorrow and then we'rehitting the road Thursday and Friday. Okay,
I like all those plans. Washyour hands, don't touch your face.

(58:05):
