Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's time for the Top four, four with Levac and Goz.
Time for the four biggest stories in the world of sports.
It's Roja i mohawk Condo where they always go out
of the way to please you gods. What sport big story.
Speaker 2 (00:14):
The Associated Press's Top twenty five poll is now out
after an exciting, upset filled week in college football.
Speaker 1 (00:21):
Yeah, I really exciting.
Speaker 2 (00:22):
The top five is a little different, the top six
is a little different.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (00:26):
A lot of shakeups in the top ten and now
looks like this quickly. Georgia, Texas, Ohio State, Alabama, Ole
miss is the top five, Missouri, Tennessee, Penn State, Oregon,
Miami in the top ten. Oregon almost beat by Boise State.
Miami continues to look good. Missouri has the only ranked
versus ranked matchup this weekend as they take on Boston College.
(00:50):
Levac Notre Dame loses to Northern Illinois and a twenty
eight point dog in the Huskies. We're now in the
top twenty five. We saw some upsets across the board.
Speaker 1 (01:00):
I'm upset about that. Can you just say this? Yeah?
So Michigan falls seven after losing to everybody's number one
or number two team in the country Texas and then
now we're only one ahead of Notre Dame. Who gets
who gets stomped out by by a team by a
MAC team? Is that we're doing? Is that where I
get to be? I feel right, I don't feel I
(01:20):
don't feel like it's appropriate.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
It was odd watching the whole thing happened between Michigan
as you are a Michigan fan. Michigan fan and Notre
Dame fans arguing back and forth on social even the
stomped out. I don't know if I'd go that far,
but Northern Annoyd did win and they were more physical
and that coach uh I love the postgame interview and
reminded you know what.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
It reminded me of.
Speaker 2 (01:38):
It reminded me of the coach from the Billings Outlaws, Like.
Speaker 1 (01:41):
Very similar thing, right.
Speaker 2 (01:42):
They have a huge victory and upset they take down
the Almandy Firebirds in the arena. Bull you just pouring
salt today in that game, and then coach Hammock has
the postgame press conference speech and everything else. Did you
see what happened with the athletic director at Northern Illinois?
Speaker 1 (01:59):
No I missed it.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
There's a clip that's going viral of when the coach
of Northan Illinois is going to the fifty yard line,
it seems as if the athletic director is trying to
kiss him.
Speaker 1 (02:08):
Oh I did see that. Oh I didn't, So that
was the athletic director. I didn't know it was the
athletic directors trying to kiss them. I mean on the lips.
It was a good job. I mean it was just
I don't know if that's what people are gonna google now.
Some people are, you know, some some front offices are
very close. Boston, My court is always trying to kiss me.
I don't think it's true. Never Boston College. Why not pretty.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Nebraska, by the way, they looked awesome. Colorado, Gosh, we
about to do that in the third hour. The Colorado Buffaloes.
They actually might stink. They might be terrible. Shad Door Sanders,
I still believe is a good player. I'm starting to
feel like I don't have as much support on that
as they used to. Nebraska. You know what Nebraska is.
Nebraska is the team that if you dial it up,
you draw it up a little bit and say, hey,
(02:54):
here's the squad I would like to have if I
loved in Nebraska, big country boys on the O and
D line, a quarterback who's acting like Mahomes and Syracuse fans,
by the way, not quite yet for the Orange. If
there was a top thirty pole, Syracuse would be number
twenty nine.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
Okay, that's really They.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
Were twenty ninth in voting this week. There's a chance.
I like week I like es.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
I think I think what we were talking about with football,
where you don't really know these teams, you don't get
to watch them play together much. I think the effort
you saw from Syracuse week one to Week two was
a significant improvement, and they did enough to win in
Week one, So I think you might be honest them
this year with your q's team, you might you might
(03:44):
be a top twenty five, or you might be a
team that's that's fighted outde I don't think you would
roll over for North and Illinois. No, like Notre Dame did.
Speaker 2 (03:53):
I would have twenty fifth, right, I would have Syracuse
at twenty seventh. I've not a lot of issues at
this pole. I think Arizona is ranked way too high.
Their twentieth they almost got beat by Northern Arizona, but
they're still in the top twenty five.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
Boise is better in Illinois is better.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
Illinois knocked off than ranked Kansas in Boise State in
a loss to Oregon. Had that game won, Organ's got
some issues on the offensive line.
Speaker 1 (04:17):
They will figure it out before it That's all they did.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
Let's move on to story number three. We touched on
this about twenty minutes ago. The New York Mets start
a series of the Toronto Blue Jays seven h seven.
First pitch in this one via Canadian National Anthem jus
favorite song Paul Blackburn on the mound for the New
York Mets Tonight, Mets in that leaderboard, the stainings, the
wild card chase with dove To Analytics. If you missed it, Apple, Spotify,
(04:42):
and the I Heart app, you want to listen to
all of our number one, they sit tied with the
Atlanta Braves for the final wild card spot in the
National League.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
Back.
Speaker 2 (04:51):
I'm gonna swing it a little bit like this though,
because I don't know if we mentioned this discussion.
Speaker 1 (04:55):
I know we didn't.
Speaker 2 (04:57):
That's it, right, Like, the Cubs are done, the Cardinals
are done, the Giants, the Cubs are five back. It
feels like it's four for three. Now right, Padres, Diamondbacks, Mets, Braves.
There is not a late charge a horse coming around
the stretch a Las Saratoga. It feels like it's four
for three now that I'm ready to write off the
Cubs and everybody underneath them as a potential wildcard team.
Speaker 1 (05:19):
All right, all right, let me look just me love
real quick before I say absolutely, Cardinals are right behind
them to a Cubs. Now, yeah, I don't something something.
You need two of these teams to collapse. I don't
think two teams collapse. No, no, no, no, Yeah, I'm
with you. I'm gonna. I'm gonna. I'm gonna Robbert Stamp
what you say.
Speaker 2 (05:37):
We're just giving more love for the Mets, and rightfully
so they deserve it. Of hey, it's September ninth. Uh,
nobody else is left in contingent except Atlanta, who you're
gonna potentially be able to knock off at some point,
Arizona and San Diego?
Speaker 1 (05:51):
What how did that happen? What?
Speaker 2 (05:53):
In the Philadelphia is really good? Maybe the favorite to
win the National League. But this is a spot you.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
Want to be in.
Speaker 2 (05:59):
You can get roll it, you could make it happen,
and it all starts tonight in that matchup in Canada
against the Blue Jays.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
We'll move on to story number two.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
Here a team that's also battling for an American League
wild card berth. That's the Kansas City Royals. They playing
the Bronx tonight against the New York Yankees. Seven h
five first pitch, Brady Singer, the righty five hundred pitcher
of this season, on the mound for the Royals tonight,
Carlos Rodan doesn't sound as fun as it.
Speaker 1 (06:23):
Don't put the weird accent on it. On the mound
for the game tonight, weird.
Speaker 2 (06:28):
It's a four game series, four game win streak for
the Royals, and in this matchup with the Bronx Bombers,
Aaron Judge, remember him, fifty one home runs over three
twenty batting average hundred twenty five RBIs a Bat'll be
tune him and Bobby Wood Junor is gonna be a
lot of fun though. Boby Wood Junior, he's kind of
like the Otani Lindor.
Speaker 1 (06:46):
Thing of imaginative.
Speaker 2 (06:48):
Judge wasn't in my league, they'd probably be talking about
me as a potential MVP candidate. Nope, you're competing against
Aarry Judge bat about three thirty six, almost one hundred
RBIs and thirty home runs, two really good players. I think,
Yankee you get some of the best in baseball in
this matchup starting night tonight against Kansas City, which is such.
Speaker 1 (07:04):
A weird like throwback to my youth with you know,
George Brett and everybody like I know. The Royals had
a couple teams since then, but never nobody stands out
the way with Junior does. So this is a this
will be fun. Hopefully the Yankees continue their winning way
and the Royal stop theirs. No, we don't need that.
You simmer down, No, you can win again after. It's
(07:25):
a nice stretch. If you're a Kansas City sports fan. Huh.
Speaker 2 (07:28):
You have the Chiefs with a three Super Bowl run
here after being awful for fifty years and just not
even getting into the game. You had the Royals win
it in twenty fourteen, awful and then back to being
good again. No hockey team, no basketball team, two really
strong teams in Kansas City having a good decade of
(07:48):
success there for your AC fan, should be a really
good series coach.
Speaker 1 (07:52):
Yeah, I mean the chief should They're just they're filthy.
They're they're new Patriots. They like as the guys who
you know, work and try to figure out how to
go cover every every Super Bowl. I used to get
sick to see in the Patriots. I'm now starting to
get sick of see in the Chiefs. As much as
I even like Pat Mahomes, I even like him, I
like Andy Reid get one for the big guys, but
(08:14):
I'm sick of them. They need to go away this year.
It needs it needs to be anyone else.
Speaker 2 (08:19):
What La Mactas said is he hates the Kansas City
people in fans. Now that the Royals are playing the Yanks.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
They almost created barbecue that we can't leave. I've never
nothing I love for that. The people are actually, I
will tell you his City fans are some of the rutists. Rudist, yeah,
really because they hate the Rangers, hate the Rangers.
Speaker 2 (08:35):
You mentioned Kansas City barbecue there, I would say.
Speaker 1 (08:40):
New York barbecue is underrated. That's fair.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
Is that a New York bias take because people are
about Texas and Kansasy, I feel like New York's barbecue
is really good.
Speaker 1 (08:48):
No, because people don't people don't realize that that there's
like there's basically three New York's. There's Downstate, which is
the city, which is you know, good, probably more gourmet whatever.
There's there's West where you guys have this whole different
Like it's almost like you guys never heard of what
a calorie can do to you, and you just make
the fattest, greatest foods ever, Like you just invent new
(09:12):
ways to pile foods together. And there's up here where
we're like we're rednecks. We just we're we're out here
just making food and having a good time. But like
somewhere in the middle is where you meet up here
where it's like more of a like a gourmet fatty
food but you guys out there with garbage plates and
you know, coney whites and red hots.
Speaker 2 (09:30):
And your breakdown of the three parts of New York
is far different than my breakdown of three parts of
New York. I would have told you it's New York City.
Speaker 1 (09:38):
The whole thing's won everything.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
If you're talking about a Burroughs and a PS high school,
your that part Long Island is its own thing. And
then up State New York. I know, I could get
like a bunch of interactions like what is the state
New York. Let's boast it on a blog and dis
commas a lot of like Binghamton, will yell about it, Poughkeepsie, Nope,
(10:00):
this thing. Everything is upstate New York. If you're not
in New York City or Long Island, the whole thing's upstate.
Speaker 1 (10:06):
Now, I'm just I'm like, I just when you go
out Rochester, syrahcuse like out that way, like you just
aren't ready, like nobody like you spend your days going
all right, listen, let's you know two hot dogs, this
great amount of hot dogs whatever, they're like two? What
if there were four and they were on top of
potato salad with meat, sauce and onions, and uh oh,
(10:29):
what kind of hot don't you want? Red? Hot? White? Hot? Snapcase?
What do you what do you want? What do you like? Dude?
The food's different out there. Oh I could go for
that right now, for that right now. That board's waterproof.
God is drooling. Let's go to story number one.
Speaker 2 (10:44):
It is an exciting day here on the Voice of
the Capitol Regions Sports saying Fox Sports twenty five nine
to nine eighty tonight, marks of the debut of our
coverage of.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
New York Jets football. That's right.
Speaker 2 (10:53):
Your home for Jets football, thanks to our friends at
Curtis Lumber and more is right here Fox Sports twenty five,
nine and ninety. You could hear Jets football all season
long with our pregame coverage getting underway six fifteen. That's right,
an expanded Levakan Goss today. Sorry, Covino and Rich fans,
you're gonna get a little bit more of us way
what I don't want to work more? We have about
(11:14):
depending on how I do my math. Here, maybe a
few minutes into the six o'clock hour, we'll be previewing
Jets forty nine ers again six to fifteen. Our coverage
Heath under way eight to fifteen, scheduled kickoff, the reef
debut of Aaron Rodgers's quarterback for Gangreen San Francisco, the
reigning defending an Egg.
Speaker 1 (11:33):
I think it's just you're like, it didn't even happen.
I mean, it just didn't block it out, didn't happen.
Here we go.
Speaker 2 (11:41):
Here's my advice for you. Yeah, you know what, I'm
gonna save that. I have some advice for Jet fans
and how you should listen and watch the game.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
Tonight.
Speaker 2 (11:48):
What the game means. I got a lot for Jet
fans and we've still got a lot to go.
Speaker 1 (11:53):
When you want to you want to do that coming
up in the third hour next, you know what, I
think we should do it next now because we also,
I'm pretty sure we're gonna make our picks and play
of the day. So why don't you give your advice
to Jets fan. Okay, Gozz is now the leader of
the Jets fan area. He's the Jets Jets. He's your
he's your your captain, he's your pilot now because he
(12:15):
is running the radio station as Jets Football. So he's
gonna tell you the appropriate way for you to be
a Jets fan.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
Send all angry emails to guzz at iHeartMedia dot com
Jet Fan if something goes wrong during the game tonight.
Now I get it. This is the karma I get.
We're thinking it was funny for Brittany mccatton, Devane and
Chet Davis and Gardner Royce and the phenomenal one A. J. Penkowski. Hey,
they're the reasons why they're not airing the games on
(12:42):
television locally. Email them nasty emails. This is my punishment.
This is karma. Uh, but what's good things in my
life is Lilian David Fine Juelier is located at the
shops at will. I got a story about Lilian and
David coming up at five po forty five. They might
need to help me for this big life decision. This
streak might be coming to an end for me after years.
That's coming up at the end of our number three today.
(13:03):
But Lillian David find Julius can help you find that
wedding band, maybe the engagement right.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
Ron Burgundy.
Speaker 2 (13:10):
They can help you find as a family owned and
operated business. And don't forget Lavac. We're gonna be at
Wilton this Friday. We're gonna be up at Wilton, New York.

The family owned and operated business can help you with
(13:32):
the jeweler on site and more to find that perfect

your lives. Lilian David find You is located at the
shops at Wilton and I hope you stop in this
week and I will offer.
Speaker 1 (13:53):
Jet fans advice. I feel like it's good and we'll
break down the game in more. All right, that's coming
up next right here. Fox Sports Radio ninety five and
nine eighty. It's Lovak and Guz on ninety five nine
Fox Sports Radio. Tonight's the voice the Capital REGI switch fan.
I don't know why I say it like that. I
like that he did switch fan. I haven't figured out
(14:15):
the voices yet. I don't know yet. Yeah, we're still
figuring it out. It's obviously muddled and hurried. Fox Sports
Radio ninety five nine nine. You will it's the beginning.
The Jets kickoff eight point fifteen right here against the
forty nine Ers is going to be the beginning of
a beautiful relationship. Somehow, God thinks he's got to get
(14:35):
me to work a little longer to night jokes on him.
I'll leave what I want. You are willing to offer
advice to Jets fans, Here.
Speaker 2 (14:43):
Is my best advice I can give jet fan tonight.
And I hope our dear friends who are Jet fans,
our guy Ryan McCarthy, he loves his Jets, our guy
Nick and Syracuse hopefully somewhere out there in Kasaki, New York,
our guy Jimmy is listening, Mike and Schenecty. I could
keep going like I'm on the Oscars, but you know,
if your Jet fanning and you listen to the show,
please take this advice tonight when this game kicks off
(15:05):
at eight fifteen, I want you to grab your phone,
go to settings and go to airplane mode, turn the
phone off. Because, like my buddy Nick out and Syracuse
and others, and I'm sure Jet fans you dealt with
the last year, that moment where Aaron Rodgers got hurt,
how quickly.
Speaker 1 (15:22):
Did your phone like explode?
Speaker 2 (15:25):
I think it's our guy Sam Clifford, who's always doing
great things, all the stuff he's up with the Albany
for Dreams. In the past, he had that funny post
they saw on social media said what my phone looks
like on my birthday and it was like two messages
what my phone looks like when my favorite team loses
or something terrible happens, fifty messages.
Speaker 1 (15:40):
That's my advice, Jet fan.
Speaker 2 (15:42):
After all you've gone through in week one last season,
after everything that happened with Aaron Rodgers, just turn the
phone off. Turn it off, don't go on social media,
don't let your friends or family members rile you up
on the first week. Turn it off, and you.
Speaker 1 (15:58):
Know what you gonna be.
Speaker 2 (15:59):
You know what's gonna happen back Some are going to
be tempted to turn it back on. Some are going
to look at it and say, you know what, the
Jets are, plain green. I can turn my phone back on.
I'll ignore that fool goss. He knows nothing. That's all
I ask. We can talk about the game. We can
do the x's and o's and Rodgers in impacket. I'm
sure we'll talk all about that coming up here for
the next half hour plus. You can join the conversation
social media more. But I would hate that piece of advice.
(16:22):
Turn the phone offvac Are you with me on this
advice here of turning the phone off. I know people
are already giving you grief about Michigan football on Saturday,
and I'm sure the Raiders yesterday, maybe you wanted to
smash your phone, let alone turn it off.
Speaker 1 (16:36):
I think for depending upon the way that I'm enjoying
the game, will decide what not my phone is on. Usually,
because it takes about three seconds to find out whether
or not you Boston Dan, my nephew, anybody is watching
on a faster stream than mine. Oh man, because I
(16:57):
started like Raiders games, I will want to undercent turn
the ringer off a just put the phone down. I
don't put on airplane mode because if somebody's like, if
it's an emergency, it'll come through or whatever. But you
start getting those oh man, that sucked, and you're like,
all right, I'm three to one interception. Yay, Oh wow
that you gotta feel good about what's happening there? Uh
(17:18):
three two one, there's a touchdown. I knew it was
coming now, Like, you definitely need to know the speed
in which you are receiving your information, Like I would
think radio would be ahead of most before me. Yeah. Yeah,
So if you're listening you'll have it before everything else.
If you're watching broadcast cable, you'll probably be pretty fast.
(17:39):
But if you're on the stream, if you cut the cord,
you have no idea until it starts coming through, and
five to twenty seconds can make a hell of a
difference of you finding out the information that you don't
want to find out before you get to see it yourself.
Speaker 2 (17:51):
I'm usually like you, and maybe our streams are different.
I usually am the one who's delayed because I do
the double not just streaming but then streaming through the
Chrome cast device. So I've got probably about a ninety
second to two minutal a on mind going on. Boy,
I feel like that's I'm trying to say. I think
that's better advice too, because it's like, hey, something bad's
(18:13):
gonna happen, really bad Jet fan.
Speaker 1 (18:15):
No, I don't want to watch. I don't want to
hear it. I don't want to hear their voices.
Speaker 2 (18:19):
Oh, just a friendly reminder too, because this is the
first or some get the old school radio out, we
are legally not allowed to stream Jet games. So before
you send me the angry email, guys, iHeart apps is
are working.
Speaker 1 (18:32):
Can't do that, so save you're angry emails for somebody else.
Please no, no, guzz at iHeartMedia dot com. Listen, we
actually uh I talked to corporate and the reason that
we shortened Guzz's email is so that you would have
someone to complain to. So so please don't make that
a waste of time because it used to be Thomas,
you know, and then those III in there for the
(18:55):
third like it was all this stuff. So it's just
three gaz at iHeartMedia dot Com. That's all you need.
That's all you need to complain about whatever you want.
I would complain about everything, Like you know, if you
don't like the current price of a slushy, I would
email guys, That's what I would do. I actually think
this is gonna be a hell of a game tonight.
I see like the predictors and different stuff. The Niners
(19:18):
are the favorite, as they should be. Home team Jets
are forced to fly across the country. The Niners are
the defending NFC champions. They should be the favorite, but
the Jets are really really good. Aaron Rodgers always seems
to have to battle San Francisco, but he usually finds
a way to make it a hell of a game.
(19:40):
I think this Jets team is chomping at the bit
to get a piece of somebody, and the fact that
it's Solids old team, Rogers, old rival. I think this
is gonna be a hell of a game tonight.
Speaker 2 (19:50):
You picked the Jets to cover in this game is
one of your fantasy versus allmypics.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
You headed at four and a half. I think I
got it at four and a half. The look at
the I can pull the sheet up.
Speaker 2 (20:00):
Depending on what sports book you were looking at. I've
seen from when it opened months ago, anywhere between six
to five and a half. This is according to what
I'm seeing right now, and a lot of books is
now down to four four and a half.
Speaker 1 (20:13):
Okay, four and a half. I see a lot of
books within it.
Speaker 2 (20:15):
Three and a half now, yep, let's let's go back
to that real quick for the wager inside of it.
Does that line stink to you? And stink in the
sense of, Wow, San Francisco a team who's been so
much better and gone to the Super Bowl, Why aren't
they a six and a half or a seven point
favorite in a home game?
Speaker 1 (20:31):
Well, and at one point it was a little different
because you did have all those issues. You had Brandon
Ayuku's holding out, But now we're finding out Brandon Yuk
the trade was there to go to Pittsburgh. He negated
the trade to take the deal that was originally offered
to him by the forty nine ers. So he got
a chance to look around. He realized the world isn't
that pretty out there. He wants to go back to
(20:52):
that offense. Christian McCaffrey. We know he's a little banged up,
but I mean they're still they still moved to football.
Now Trent Williams is back, like with the exception of
Ricky Piersall being shot and he's you know, somehow fine,
but he can't play football right now. Like this is.
This is the championship team. They didn't lose. They didn't
(21:14):
lose a lot. I mean, again, he banged up. Christophccaffrey's
a huge deal. But now you look at the Jets team.
Hassan Reddick, who you brought into pressure brock Purty and
do it and all the other ones. He ain't there,
He ain't coming with you ain't gonna make it. That's
a big part of the Bob Solid defense. He's been
looking for that edge rusher since he got to New York,
so you don't have that it is. It's a little
(21:36):
bit of a stinky line, and the fact that it's
ticking towards the Jets is stinkier.
Speaker 2 (21:42):
I have the Niners as my survivor a play. If
you told me, gods he picked one team to win
money line flat out week one, who would you take?
I would have taken and am taking the forty nine Ers.
It's a part of my C four play as well.
That even with the stuff with Anyuk, even though stuff
with Williams, all of that, this team has just fled
out better with the mystery, the question mark, the I
(22:04):
don't know factor of Aaron Rodgers of the Jets, We've
got the small glimpse, not even in the preseason, but
five plays since January of twenty twenty two, with all
those storylines we just touched on there though Ayuk, Williams
McCaffrey banged up a little bit pretty playing too much Rogers.
Way down on the storyline list that may end up
(22:26):
being the biggest factor in this game is a name
that you've said that Jets fans have sworn and cursed
over the course of the twenty twenty three season. Now
hindsight twenty twenty, maybe he's not that bad or we're
gonna find out is Robert Sala? Because if you pinpointed
this schedule, go through a Jet fan all seventeen regular
season games and said, Okay, if I got to pick
(22:46):
a Rogers game, like I think Rogers will play well
against this team because of familiarity and past success, you'd
find one same thing with me. It's harder with Garret
Wilson in Breese Hall. But if there's one game coaching wise,
Robert Sala, who coached under Kyla Shanahan for four seasons,
(23:07):
should have an advantage on it's the Niners. This should
be Robert Sala. It's the same guy. It's the same defense.
He gets to tell all think about this, Jet Fans.
Your head coach knows the defensive scheme because he was
the best who's done it under this coach KYLEA.
Speaker 1 (23:24):
Shanna.
Speaker 2 (23:24):
Not great against the spread and not great in week one.
He's also known to blowing leads. So this is everything
you want.
Speaker 1 (23:29):
Jet Fan.
Speaker 2 (23:29):
Hang on, we get a guy who's not good in
week one, we get a Hall of Fame quarterback, and
our head coach knows their defense.
Speaker 1 (23:36):
I love it. This is the perfect so, Robert Sala,
as much heat as this guy takes, this should be
one that you excel at tonight, especially defensively going against
your old squad man. I I'm not wrong about that, right.
I know four years is a long time, but like
I mean, it is a new defensive coordinator. So Nick
Sorenson is the court is so I'm imagining to put
(23:58):
his own wrinkle on it. But he's but to your point,
he's had to scheme defense against that offense every day
in practice. So and that's the reason he brought him in.
I want more of that guy. I want the guy
who is freaking out of the sideline when the defense
is playing big. But and Demiko Ryans is there too,
Demiko Ryans to get some of that in between.
Speaker 2 (24:18):
Sold, what's happening now? Jimico Ryans looks really good as
the Texans side coach.
Speaker 1 (24:21):
Yeah, I mean he looks great, and that Texans I
think that's why they fight as hard as they fight,
is what is what he's been able to bring to
the table for them. All right, So Nick nick Sorz
is his third season with the forty nine ers, but
he was the passing specialist, bad defensive passing specialists. Now
he's getting a chance to do the whole the whole job.
(24:44):
So yeah, so he probably does know a lot of
what he had to offer, right I I just I
think when you look at what went wrong with the
Jets last year, and and I think you brought it
up a handful of times, people don't realize that the
Jets they still were. They still they He still competed
for most of the year, like there was what they
end up with seven wins or whatever wins. Yeah, so
(25:06):
seven and ten, they competed, they beat some big teams.
Now you actually get the quarterback you were supposed to
have all along. I do I think I think they do.
I think they're gonna be very prepared. I think Aaron
Rodgers is gonna play within himself this time. I don't
think if he sits back, if he drops back and
holds the ball for four seconds on the first play,
I would like to end everything I'm saying right now
(25:28):
and just erase it from the record, because that was
the problem. If he doesn't do that last year, he
may never have that ruption Achilles, or it may not
at least be that game. Maybe a couple games down
the road because he sat back looking for that big
play for he wanted that big he wanted that big play,
and the Jets O line was like, we can't hold
them any longer and tough tutors.
Speaker 2 (25:50):
We led the show talking about how bad uh Daniel
Jones has, then moved it into the second segments. We
talk a lot about Daniel Jones in the first hour.
If Aaron Rodgers plays poorly tonight, let's say he goes
I say poorly, like let's say he has like a
sixty percent completion percentage two touchdowns under two hundred yards,
which under two hundred yards in week one actually doesn't
(26:11):
sound that bad according to other quarterbacks who played. Let's
say that happens to the fact, let's say under two
hundred yards, two touchdowns about sixty percent, Jets lose.
Speaker 1 (26:19):
He doesn't even face backlash after Week one.
Speaker 2 (26:21):
Right, this is almost like, oh, he was tired, he
had to warm up, like he hasn't played, and so
it feels like Rogers is going to get a pass in.
Speaker 1 (26:28):
A Week one. I don't know. I don't know if
you can, because the reason you're here is Rogers. Rogers
was a he was the general manager last year and
then he got hurt, so it was like he they
built the perfect team for Aaron Rodgers and then he
didn't play. So now all Jets fans have been cautiously
(26:54):
optimistic for over a year that Rogers was to come
back and be the savior at some point. And I
know most of them are doing the whole like, oh,
he's a year older and you know those older Achilles whatever.
But inside, like when it's just just Gangreen, they're looking
around and saying, this is it's now right, like we
got it, we gotta we got a top defense, we
(27:15):
got one of the best young running backs, one of
the best young wide receivers. The offensive line is healthy.
He didn't rush back no matter how bad he wanted to.
He should be healed. This it's our time. If he
plays like if he plays great and they lose, then
I think Bob Soligets gets gets crossed. If he plays
(27:35):
like Dodo and they lose, I think it goes to
Aaron Rodgers. I think people go, you better get your stuff.
Speaker 2 (27:40):
There could have always, as we see very football, as
so many variables, there could be a terrible throw by Rodgers.
He throws a Rando forty nine er defensive becks chest
to be like, all right, that costs in the game. Look
their plays like that could happen. It could obviously change
the narrative of how we break down tomorrow Jets and
forty nine ors how everything came together. But I for now,
average play he might get have passed. But there are
Jet fans, most of them love Rogers because of the
(28:02):
hope factor. Look, with this guy could potentially bring to
my favorite team a Hall of Fame court. There is
still a lot of hope for Aaron Rodgers. For Jet fans,
maybe the hope has been taken away a little bit
because of the finish of last season, the start that
actually ended up finishing of last year.
Speaker 1 (28:16):
So maybe the hope is odd.
Speaker 2 (28:17):
But there are also a lot of Jet fans that
we found out over the course of the last year
who aren't Roger fans because of stuff he does off
the field and him running his mouth and how he
makes headlines away from the football field. And for those
people that have said, you know what, twenty twenty three
has been different than twenty twenty four. Rogers has kind
of been a little low key, hasn't been talking as
(28:39):
much Hard Knocks is in there. You've been right for
about ninety nine percent of the summer until today because
Aaron Rodgers, there's a two fer on this one.
Speaker 1 (28:48):
We'll do the first one. That's the most recent.
Speaker 2 (28:50):
Netflix Levac during the show today has announced that Aaron
Rodgers has a documentary debuting on September seventeenth. It's called Enigma,
The Story of Aaron Rodgers. The first you look at
the new doc this had over two hundred thousand views
on Twitter within two hours. That's right, the day of
(29:12):
the kickoff, Aaron Rodgers announces he has a documentary coming
out on Netflix to premiere later this month. If that's
not enough for you, Jet fan, that thought, man Rogers,
he did so good this summer. Remember the whole Pat
McAfee thing, Remember like that was every week we wanted
to hear what Aaron Rodgers said about Pat McAfee. You
and I caught a little bit of the McAfee show earlier,
and he had coach Bill Belichick on tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (29:34):
Is usually statistically in the past.
Speaker 2 (29:37):
Traditionally, when Rogers would be on the McAfee show, has
that anyone heard a peep? Are we just gonna assume
he's not on the show this year. Did we all
try to act like did he has to.
Speaker 1 (29:45):
Act like, hey, do you think people forgot? Do you
think people don't remember that Rogers used to be on
the show and made headlines every single week. What he
said he wasn't gonna do it anymore, but that it
was kind.
Speaker 2 (29:55):
Of like I think you said something along the lines
of like, hey, Pat, if this is the distraction and
we're not having funny anymore, or you now I'm putting
you in danger, I won't do it. It was oddly worded,
like very passive, aggressively.
Speaker 1 (30:06):
Like it will happen.
Speaker 2 (30:07):
Also, you know, I don't know if it's not a
big deal. If peop were like, you know, Rogers gets
paid to do those interviews, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (30:14):
He was doing it for free, but I don't know,
Like Mars Shannon meet her Frow and everybody freaked out.
So there you go. Maybe by all people who have
asked to be paid to do regular spots at some
point in their lives, we're like, oh my god, he
gets paid to be on that. It's like yeah, and
a lot more than you. That's why you're mad. You
probably get like fifty bucks a week he's getting a
million for the season. Like that's but by the way,
(30:36):
you Pat McAfee, what says we've been doing this show.
He's been on two different broadcast channels, right, yes, and
we talk about him because those interviews you know now more.
But like that was a million dollars in advertising well
spent for for one show. But man, I just I
think I would hope he doesn't do it. I have
(30:59):
zero interest in in that documentary. You're not interested in
finding out about the enigma? No. The other thing is like,
what of the story? What? Realistically speaking, what do you
want to know about Aaron Rodgers? I don't.
Speaker 2 (31:12):
I'm actually you know, I've given you a grief there.
I really don't care. Like I think Rogers or Rogers'
team or someone someone has told him he's way more
interesting than he actually is. I think Dan Levittard, maybe
Cohen Heeiser, guys who have followed his career for twenty
plus years, keeps saying how he's an artist and he's smart,
he's this, and I don't have any interest in it.
Speaker 1 (31:31):
Do you have any interest in knowing about his family?
Because that's probably the only thing I want to know about.
And I don't think he's gonna talk about it. Why
does he talk to his family like what really happened?
Kind of? But I think I figured it out. I'm
gonna yeah, I'm just saying like that, And I don't
think he's gonna talk about that, like I don't think
that's I don't think that's on the menu. Here's my
guess on the family thing. Then again, he can't be
(31:52):
completely wrong because we started talking about jets and now
here we are just talking about Aaron Rodgers.
Speaker 2 (31:57):
I don't want to speak for either one of our families,
but maybe someone who's been through a situation like this
can understand. My guess on the Rogers thing is that
he is so convinced about the way he believes certain
things that if people aren't open to having a discussion
about his new, a new age of thinking, then he
shuts them out like he thinks they're.
Speaker 1 (32:19):
Well.
Speaker 2 (32:19):
My guess is the phrase I'll use, what do you
mean you don't think like me? Well, if you're not
gonna think like me, then I don't want associate with you.
Speaker 1 (32:25):
What do you mean? What do you mean? You're challenging
my thoughts? That's what it comes off to me.
Speaker 2 (32:29):
Like, oh, my family doesn't run that stuff, so I'm
not unless it's just as simple as the gosh, what
was the name of the woman he used to date?
Speaker 1 (32:35):
Who? Thank you?
Speaker 2 (32:36):
Maybe it's never recover them, but I feel like it's
more of an ego thing of here's what I believe.
Speaker 1 (32:41):
They don't we move on? Yeah, I don't know. I mean,
you know me. I have great relationship with all my
family members. I talked to all of them never. I
feel like that was so sarcasting there. Listen, sometime between
now and never, we will all talk again, but probably
closer to never. All right, So, as Advice Jets Fan
airplay mode, my Advice Jets fan enjoys. I think it's
(33:04):
a hell of a game. I think it'll be a
hell of a game. Play Today is coming up next
right here on Fox Sports Radio ninety nine eighty. But first,
I'm not in the lead of the C four Ultimate
Energy Bankroll Challenge right now because I kind of see
how's me and so did Jacoby present.
Speaker 2 (33:20):
You're not in the lead of levak Front. If you've
been following this along with us CE four, the Ultimate
Challenge is back. Lavac is in fourth place right now,
but I'm like second right now you're in fourth. Can
Tara won Cantara not only one, he hit an eight
to one parlay.
Speaker 1 (33:37):
Quinn one.
Speaker 2 (33:38):
Quinn cash in on a three team money line parlay,
I had the Colts and the Patriots both cash. So
not only did three of the four guys cash. But
if you've been following along with our C four Ultimate
Energy Challenge, both on horse race in the NFL one
single week combined, it is the biggest cash we've had
(33:58):
is a four team f for someone would say, Okay,
why does that matter? Because all this is going to
a local charity, So we're actually rooting for each other
to win, but just beat each other. So the fact
that Moore's in the pot now is an awesome thing
thanks to our friends at SEA four.
Speaker 1 (34:11):
So this is the first time I have not been
the lead since the end of the first horse Racing
Challenge because I led wire to wire football wire to
wire horse racing. So this is the first time I've
ever trailed in football.
Speaker 2 (34:27):
You went a full maybe three hundred and sixty five days,
you may found a full year in the knowledge very
Roman reigns like, but we make this happen because our
friends at C four. I had a C four today.
I did it as well. Oh so tasty if you're
looking for it this fall especially. I always say to
talk about schedules changing. I feel like my schedules changing
every single day with the boy.
Speaker 1 (34:45):
More darkness, there's so much there's not much sunlight.
Speaker 2 (34:48):
And if you don't want to drink coffee or other
energy drinks, get the boost that you need. Thanks to
our friends at CE four. I need a little overfiller.
I gotta get back to Stewarts or Speedway. That was
my last one today, so I gotta get myself some more.
Cannot wait to get some SEA four. It's just taste great, Levak.
We both know from experience you have some energy drinks
in the boots that you need that the aftertaste your
mouth taste great, gives you the boost that you needed.
So many different flavors you can try.
Speaker 1 (35:10):
Love me some C four suits Speedway get it today.
I might need another one. Let's get to play a
day going. That's the next right here on Fox Sports
Radio ninety five nine. It's Lavak and Guzz on ninety
five nine Fox Sports Radio Time for the peak of
the PA when they always go out of their way
to please you. Just notice is raining? All right? Obviously
(35:33):
we're gonna be going with tonight's Monday football. You're not
doing baseball today, are I'm not doing baseball today? Now
we already know what I'm taking right it's the Jets.
I but I will do this. I am gonna probably
mess around and added a little little t d parlaye here.
I feel like it's a Deebo Samuel Deebo, Samuel Breese
Hall night. So I got the Jets plus right now
(35:57):
they're three and a half, and then I'm gonna go
Debo in a separate just Deebo and Bryce Hall. Breecee
was that? I think you said? Bryce? Same, dude? This
is the same. Come on now, I'm also fighting this cough.
Speaker 2 (36:12):
I felt bad for like I don't want to crack
it like Jet fans listening right now? There you got
enough to complain about later today. Okay, I don't want to.
I don't know need you go to leavak. You already
got my email and everything else, so anytime in here.
Speaker 1 (36:23):
But there's something that keeps I keep catching this like
tickle and I have to like, thank god, I got
the mute button. In here.
Speaker 2 (36:28):
I'll tell you because I'm hinted it and it's like wow, no, no, no,
I'll tell you what it is. I know what's happening.
You know whose chair you sit in? You sit in
dug Outy's chair. And I say that because.
Speaker 1 (36:38):
Doug Dougie fresh in the air. He has four kids.
Speaker 2 (36:41):
Doug talks about on why his kids are I can't
get sick, dude, Oh no, no, let's combine Levac. You've
got one person's share you're in who has four kids,
but what across from you? Luckily there's glass between you
and I. I have one kid in pre school, one
kid in daycare, and one wife at school.
Speaker 1 (37:01):
This is the combination of going down. Freaking Petrie Dish,
You're going down. I feel like, feel the tickle getting more.
Speaker 2 (37:09):
I spotted it at September twenty fifth was the day
I spott him, Like September twenty fifth, one of us
is going to go down. If not me, you and
Doug and Zach. Zach's young.
Speaker 1 (37:17):
He'll be fine.
Speaker 2 (37:18):
So we in every show. If you don't know, this
was saying, wash your hands. Don't touch your face for
real time. Please do wash your hands.
Speaker 1 (37:25):
Oh reels, Wow, all right, here's what I did. I
you like this because he liked this, because you're you're
as mentally disturbed as I am when it comes to
two numbers. So I had nine. I like the extra
over like the regular number. We'll just say, like say,
had one hundred dollars in my account to one hundred
and nine dollars and fifty two cents, So nine dollars
(37:48):
fifty my play today, Thanks and walks every nine dollars
fifty two cents. Breese Hall anytime touchdown Deebo Samuel anytime
touchdown Deebo Samuel over twenty five rushing yards, that's plus
twelve thirty So nine two brings back one twenty six
seventy one. That's nice play of the day. I just
(38:10):
can't give him minus two ten beat. I can't.
Speaker 2 (38:14):
I gotta get some plus money going here. Because I've
said it, I'm locking it in. It was my play
for the C four Challenge.
Speaker 1 (38:19):
By the way, if the Jets win or cover tonight
cover four and a half, which I know it's three
and a half now, if they do that, I'm two
and one for the opening week of Fantasy Versus Reality.
Oh this is this is four and a half again. Okay,
maybe some shot your odds. Kids, move around, shot your odds. Uh.
Speaker 2 (38:38):
I was zero and three fantasy versus reality and very
bad like Jonathan Taylor. Two stops the two yard line
couldn't get me over the top. Huh, Jacoby, you and
I are screaming. Just give them the book. Okay, minus
two ten. But if I had to wager on something
else tonight to get you some plus money action on
Jets forty nine ers, ah, I can't do. You know what,
(39:01):
I'm gonna try to bend the rules here a little bit.
I'm gonna try to bend the rules. This is how
i'd rank my place tonight. I'll do the minus two
ten just because they got a money line. Just gotta
a survivor all that stuff. Then I would hope the
Niners get down in the game at some point, Like
let's say the Niners are down seven to nothing.
Speaker 1 (39:16):
You know, pumped up Jet fans are gonna be let's
go wait?
Speaker 2 (39:20):
Is that like especially like match? Just like a sixty
year bomb. The Wilson Rogers to Wilson, they beat the Niners,
who are known for a good defense. They're up seven
to nothing. I'm fascinating to see how quickly that line
moves for the Niners. I even get plus money by
the second quarter. So I would go minus two ten.
Hope the Niners get down and maybe get it to
plus money, which is probably unlikely.
Speaker 1 (39:42):
Guess the over.
Speaker 2 (39:44):
Try to get it at plus one ten over forty
three and a half. Shop around for that number. Two
forty four and a half is another one being floated
around a little bit. I would go over if I
had to get closer to even wager than minus two
ten tonight.
Speaker 1 (39:57):
Okay, all right, I don't I don't hate it, but
this is Monday. Football's back, baby. Think about like how
quick we fall right back into our football love Rutt, Like,
you know, wed Thursday, we had Friday, even though the
Friday you can only watch on Peacock, right, I mean,
I think that's the only place you peacock. And then
your full Saturday of college football that's stunk out loud.
(40:20):
I had family in town, so I went hung out
with my family and I'm like, I'm missing the entire
end of the Michigan game, and they're like, oh man,
we're sorry, we know. I'm like I looked over the
score and go no, it's okay. Uh, I choose this.
I choose this. And then Sunday we're back at Rivers,
which was great. Got to see a bunch of people
we haven't seen it forever. We had a blast there.
Then I spent the rest of the day in the
chaise chilling, just chill axing and watching the football and
(40:45):
then literally yelling at my daughter like hey, I need
can you can you see if the dryers empty? And
she's like yeah, Like oh, while you down there when
you throw my stuff in the dryer? Still genius is
the genius move by me? She's like, I know you
did that, And I'm like, it doesn't matter that on me.
(41:07):
I pay the mortgage. Yeah, I'm right back in the rud.
Do you have like do you have a conversation with
the missus before football season? No? You just she just
knows it's coming. I thought I handled it really well,
liked by not handling it at all. That's the number
one God's favorite way to handle things is to not
(41:29):
handle them. Just so we're clear, what do you mean
what your favorite thing? Even like even with me, like
oh you knew that was coming right? No? No? No, yeah,
you loved and not you are you are passively passive?
No no, no, no no. How did you handle football
season coming this year? Well?
Speaker 2 (41:46):
Week one, I went to the game, so we went
back to Syracuse for that, So I thought that was
a pretty good one. Uh nooner this week she had Wes,
the youngest, go down for a nap. So what I
do is I like split it. This is how I've
done it this year. I'll do a little bouncing. So
like let's say it's like midway through the first quarter,
I'll go run outside and play on the swings, play
(42:07):
with the kids, have the fun time. But then I'll
run quickly back into the house for ten minutes, and
then I'll come back and then I'll be so right
now I'm splitting like I'm splitting. I have not had
the full like witching hour for the red zone. I'm
gonna bounce back and forth right now. I having a
full like forty five minutes to an hour fifteen deep
couch sitting.
Speaker 1 (42:27):
I haven't had that.
Speaker 2 (42:29):
Right now, I'm chopping it up. That's why I think
it's going to manage. I know that's not going to manage.
Out loud doesn't sound like a good plan, it doesn't,
But there's no like separation, like I won't see you
for a few hours. Maybe at one point in my
life when we didn't have kids and little toddler's running around,
I might have been able to pull that off a
little bit better. Now that she's got sisters in the area.
Don't think I can pull it off. But I think
(42:50):
my method right now is goot a good.
Speaker 1 (42:52):
Work life balance, work life family balance, family life work balance.
All right, So I mean I respect the like it's
almost like the knowing when to take its like when
to rest your players so they get more arrests and
stuff like that. I respect that the that you've built
a mental schedule. But again, it's not like you've it's
not like you've addressed it with the wife. It's not
(43:15):
like you've gone to the wife like, hey, look, you
know this is this is this is this is the time,
Like this is listen. We do baseball, we do we
do we even talk some hockey when we have to.
Football is where we live, Like you know that this
is my part of this beautiful house has been paid
for it pretty much my football. Like I need to
pay attention. You know you didn't do anything like that.
Speaker 2 (43:35):
There's negotiation tactics of I need this hour. Okay, I
got you. I feel like I lose some of the
negotiation tactics with her being thirty weeks pregnant and two kids,
but I'm getting what I need out of it. I
feel like it's a solid, fair compromise. That's what I
think it is. What does she do she is doing
mid November? Does that anger you on some deep level?
(43:56):
Like you, like Goz is the person if you invite
him to a football all season wedding. If he doesn't
say something to you about it, just know he's talking
about you.
Speaker 1 (44:05):
It's right. He's telling people that you're selfish and you
suck and you have terrible timing.
Speaker 2 (44:10):
Both will happen, and I will say it right to
your face before I go to your fall wedding.
Speaker 1 (44:13):
Ben, do you is there a part of you that
looks at the missus and goes you couldn't couldn't hold
off till like February. Oh no, no, no, this was planned. This.
Speaker 2 (44:25):
As much as we want to say this fall baby
wasn't planned, this fall baby was planned. There was a
whole thought process behind fall baby, two of them.
Speaker 1 (44:32):
One right now.
Speaker 2 (44:33):
The due dates on us football Sunday. So if this
baby comes a little sooner, certain.
Speaker 1 (44:39):
What about me? What's about my needs?
Speaker 2 (44:42):
Let's say the women's center we go to, we might
have to be there for twenty four to seventy two hours.
That is NonStop football. We know the newborn's gonna sleep
a lot, so that is right up there.
Speaker 1 (44:52):
Who's gonna do the Sunday show with me at Rivers?
Speaker 2 (44:54):
Well, if the baby comes Thursday, then it's Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
I'll be out of there by Sunday. I'll be I
talked to hr about this today, by the way, didn't
say too much on the call, but alluded to the
fact that she.
Speaker 1 (45:05):
Does the missus. No, this is the playoffs. This she
is very aware of. Okay, okay, well all right, so
you've kind of done it.
Speaker 2 (45:11):
I also, I'm a Fall baby, and you're an August baby,
so pretty much Fall.
Speaker 1 (45:16):
But this is I'm late August. It's not warm. You
ain't doing a pool party on August twenty six. Trust me,
I know there is a chance there. Now.
Speaker 2 (45:24):
Yeah, I don't know if this is ever gonna change,
but late August baby, that between like late November, could
be argued as the biggest disadvantage for athletes, because why well,
that's it. Like, there are kids who are going to
graduate high school who are seventeen. By the way, that
kid for Bama scored again, who's seventeen years old. He's unbelievable,
that Williams kid. Uh, there are kids who graduated high
(45:45):
school and they're seventeen. I was eighteen by October, so
I had like an eight to ten month advantage on
some kids. So that baby will definitely be eighteen years
old when he graduates, so he's gonna live a little
bit of a fall birthday advantage. I was hoping for
a male son to have that advantage at some point,
and he's coming.
Speaker 1 (46:04):
It's a huge difference, it really is, especially like I
went to a small school. Yeah, I hope. I hope,
like Rex becomes like a chess wizard. I hope like
like like actually, Wes might be. Wes is smart, Like
you can see it, Rex is smart, but Wes is
like that annoying smart, like you can just already tell
kids got words figured out. You walk in, he's like
(46:25):
probably middle income, Like he's already judging your credit score
like it's it's oh, oh, like that's growing up, my
oldest brother hated my middle brother like the tool because
my middle brother was smart, like right from the rip.
So like my older brother was trying to figure something out.
Here's the kid who's like, I don't know, three four
(46:47):
years younger going it's seven and like running out of
the room. You know, So like that was that's gonna
be that. That might be your boys like Rex Rex
might be might have Wes in a chokehold at some
point and and God is gonna be torn, like, oh no,
don't do that. But good form, I mean, like that happens.
That happened like two weeks ago.
Speaker 2 (47:07):
Yes, my buddy Dixon, his son Henry, so he's a
big hop for a college football player. We went over
to their house and they're sitting there. Jordan's pregnant. They
have a little newborn baby, Rosie. And in the other
room we put on Roman Reigns and Cody Roads and
they're just brawling and the dads protect your back, don't
give up your neck.
Speaker 1 (47:24):
Yeah that's other kids, Like you know, what is your kid?
That's where the that's where what is your kid beating
up your kid? That's where it's like, oh I'm torn
because man, he looks good. He's got good form there West.
You can hang in. You're all right.
Speaker 2 (47:38):
No eye shots, no throat shots, no fish, no no kicking.
Speaker 1 (47:42):
No nothing. Oh man, that's funny. All right. So quick
recap play of the day. I like a little a
little touchdown parlay action. I got Breese Hall Deebo sam
As both getting in the end zone and then Deebo
I got him over twenty five plus rushing yard. I
don't know how much we're gonna see Christian mccaffret tnight,
which is why I think you see a little extra, little
(48:04):
extra running out of debo. So that's what I got
money lines to play.
Speaker 2 (48:08):
I know that's the week we usually try to get
plus money, but I'm on a record twice with it.
Speaker 1 (48:12):
If I had to give you.
Speaker 2 (48:13):
Play closer to plus money in game niners if they're losing,
or just take the over all.
Speaker 1 (48:18):
Right there, it is your player. They brought to you
by Mohawk Chevrolet to get let's drive at Mark Chevy.
Just off ectit twelve where they always go out of
their way to please you. So like Exit twelve is
where I know I'm going to Mohawk thirteen. That's when
at thirteen s I'm going to the Integrave Sleep Center
in Boston, SPA with Doctor Fred Dreer. Sleeping great lately,
(48:39):
I had like a little head cold going on. You're right,
you guys got me all the all the all the
kid germs are in this building. I'm gonna walk you
with just lyesol a spacesuit. But even with that, like,
I'm able to keep my airway open now, so it's
so much better. I just gotta really clean the mouthpiece
because you know, when you're when you're signis are clogged up,
everything grows. But uh, with the mouthpiece, my airways open,
(49:03):
which means I'm breathing. I'm getting better sleep. I'm getting
real sleep. I'm getting into rem sleep, which I wasn't
doing before I met Doc Drier and the team I
have which knows obstructive sleep avenue. So I stopped breathing.
They said it was like thirteen plus times an hour.
It was. It was bad, man, it was severe sleep abnea.
Such a difference now if I don't have my mouthpiece, like,
if I feel the difference, I feel like I'm not
(49:26):
breathing and it freaks me out and I can't stand it.
So do what I did. Take the easy way out,
take the great way out. Meet great people in the process.
