As Fantasy Football rolls on into Week three, I figured
we should do a little you know, I know you
love your steaming hot NOGGIESO. I need some, but there's
some Nuggies out there that make me think, maybe I
need to cool off some of the steam around other players.

Speaker 4 (02:05):
Let me let me sometimes I wonder if listen to
our show for the first time, there's some nuggets out there.

Speaker 6 (02:10):
Listen, here's a Nuggie that makes me wonder. With Tua
tongue of below are going on the ir SO gone
at least four weeks because this concussion is does that
downgrade the entire Dolphins team? Fantasy wise? Is is Tyreek
kill still an everyday start? Or with Skyler Thompson, who

(02:34):
I heard the line earlier today, sounds like you should
be on a w NBA team, not on an NFL
team from his name, do you still play Tyreek Hill
every week? Or is it matchups? Now?

Speaker 4 (02:45):
I you're in a sixteen league.

Speaker 6 (02:48):
I'm in a six and a sixteen. I mean I
wanna start fourteen here?

Speaker 4 (02:52):
I would at this point, he's always a start Tyreek Hill.
If you are in a league that's maybe les less
than ten teams, maybe considerate it's hard. No, no, no,
you can't bench Tyreek Hill. I would say I need
another week to two to even consider it. You've got
to think at least Skylar. Tom's gonna throw a deep ball.
So he is not in the level of benching Tyreek

(03:13):
Kill yet even in smaller amount of team leagues.

Speaker 6 (03:17):
No, not yet change a quarterback in Carolina do anything
for you? No, if anything didn't, he didn't he get
he got to play. It was like week three or
four last year. Did he throw it for like three
hundred yards a bunch of touchdowns? He did?

Speaker 4 (03:31):
I would I would say this about Bryce Young if
you are in a dynasty league or a long term
keeper league. Again, this goes to roster size two, this
would be the perfect time to trade for him. And
I know that sounds wild, like he's not playing. Guys,
you aren't starting Bryce Young in the league. Maybe you're
in a two QB league and maybe I don't think
you even started him at that point. Why say you

(03:52):
might want to think about trading for Bryce Young now?
Is let's say, for instance, again a long term keeper league,
you get him for nothing, a twenty twenty five draft pick.
If you play it that way, you get him for
somebody cuts them, you hang on to him. Injury hamps
to your quarterback Andy Dalton gets hurt, or they go
back to Bryce Young because it's week two and it's
week eight and he gets a nice matchup, I would

(04:14):
say now's the time to get him, even though he's
not probably gonna touch your line up until twenty five,
twenty six, or matchup place for what could be important
games for the playoff push.

Speaker 6 (04:24):
I believe this is week three. Last year, it's Week
two or three. I can't, I can't remember. There'll be three.
Andy Dalton thirty four for fifty eight, three hundred and
sixty one yards, two touchdowns.

Speaker 4 (04:37):
He's been in the league for fifteen years.

Speaker 6 (04:40):
One million years.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
That's a long time he's been.

Speaker 6 (04:43):
He was the thirty fifth pick of the twenty eleven
NFL Draft. That's Cincinnati Bengals.

Speaker 4 (04:50):
All right, So that was close fourteen years.

Speaker 6 (04:53):
All right. So now let me ask you this one.
Oh Gazi Bear, I sayble check os up. He's gonna
be out. Kareem Hunt has been signed to the practice
squad by the kids. They Chiefs, you want them.

Speaker 4 (05:07):
This is my most frustrating thing in fantasy football. This
drives me nuts when we get to running backs who
are the second, third, and fourth stringers, because there just
comes to a point and maybe this is a blind
spot for me, maybe this is from doing this job
with you, that when you look at so many rosters
and so many players taking the field every single week
for all the teams, eventually you could have takes of

(05:30):
this guy's really good, this guy is good, this guy's average,
this guy stinks, this guy's terrible. When you are a
fourth string running back and people don't know who you
are and the only reason you're getting selected in teams
is because you think somebod's gonna get hurt, or you
play fantasy football, I actually don't know if you're good
enough to be in the league. And if you don't know,
this example I'm giving you, Like, if you play fantasy football,

(05:50):
go look at your roster. Go look at your drafts
from round twelve to eighteen over the last five years.
How many of those players are still in the NFL. Seriously,
Like especially the running back.

Speaker 6 (06:01):
Barring anybody at grab where it's like knew they were
gonna be out four weeks and I got I had
the guts to grab, but nobody else did.

Speaker 4 (06:06):
Yeah, Like, you're really not picking a player, You're picking
a team who has the backup. Like you said here
for the Chiefs, you're hoping he's gonna fall in the
end zone. So I can't get on here and say,
you know what, I love Carson Steel when two weeks
ago Carson Steel could have showed up to the studio
and be like, hey, Carson, how I have no idea
who he was. If you forced me to pick between
Carson Steel, Kareem Hunt, or the third guy who I've

(06:29):
already forgot who's in the backfield, I would take Kareem
Hunt if he gets signed today, because I at least
know what he can do. He led the NFL and
rushing his rookie season.

Speaker 6 (06:37):
Well, but didn't he was on the roster last year.
I never never really got in the game right, maybe
like four or five carries a game, and he got
down to it all right. So I mean, I'm just
saying I did go three and all this week in
the leagues. I'm in. I didn't. I don't personally need
a help. I'm I've lost one game so far was
to you, and it was poop. It was it was bull.

Speaker 4 (06:56):
These are for the losers out there who don't do it.

Speaker 6 (06:59):
I had you beat a week and all of a sudden,
all of a sudden, like I look up, I'm like down,
I'd lose by like two.

Speaker 4 (07:04):
I'm like, what is this the last play of the
game too? My gosh, I would say, like the wide
receiver position like it's it's different than a running back
and wide receiver because like let's say you're going to
the Rams, right and the Rams are missing Cooper Cup
and they're missing Pooka, somebody does have to catch the football,
like DeMarcus Rotms is getting talked about a lot. Colby Parkinson,
I believe is the name of the tight end. So

(07:25):
maybe that's the spot there where you started thinking about
taking somebody. Eventually, Stafford's gotta throw the football. I feel
more comfortable with taking a flyer on a wide receiver
I don't know than are running back, just because of
actual workload, and if your team is self for an
injuries and your team's not very good, you would just
think by matchups that the wide receivers are gonna get

(07:47):
more and again PPR leagues and half point PPR leagues
receptions are gonna push you a little further.

Speaker 6 (07:53):
All right, here here's one that I think needs to
be dealt with seriously. If if the Bengals lose one
more game and they go own three. Should they call
Dallas and offer t Higgins for a bunch of draft picks?
Because right now Dallas has seventeen targets to Ceedee Lamb.

(08:19):
Do you know who the second most targets receiving targets
go to is Zeke? Nope? Zeke is is way down.
He's only got five targets. Jalen Tolbert eleven, Brandy Cooks nine,
Luke Schoolmaker six. Who else on the Dallas offense besides
Ceedee Lamb makes you even remotely nervous, Noboddy, they have

(08:45):
to go get somebody right now.

Speaker 4 (08:47):
I agree with you on that take. But here's what's
going to frustrate people who are fantasy football owners and
cowboy fan is probably yelling and saying like we know
because you know what Jerry Jones head all off season.
Remember we had like July and I was like, hey,
Dak Prescott's Contract's not done yet. That needs to be
a priority. See Lamb's contracts not done yet, Michael Parsons

(09:08):
contract is yet. They just sat there. So I really
wonder financially if they're like, Okay, we got stars and scrubs.
We've heard like for the last six years about the Cowboys,
where every Cowboy fan knew going into the season, you
just can't have cde Lamb, Dak Prescott and hope you
can win games. They had opportunities even in the draft,
they could have brought somebody in, but they didn't make
the move that they could have made. So Cowboy fan

(09:29):
knew this was coming. It has arrived, and I don't
know the Do they have the intail to get t Higgins?
Do they have enough? Can they afford them? Are they
gonna have to pay them? They walked themselves into this
and now they have to pay for the roster that
they have. And the New Orleans exposed them in Week two?

Speaker 6 (09:45):
But how do you pay Dak as much as CD
as much as you do, and you literally you have nothing?
Like you have none of those running backs are starting
on most teams. No, you have the you have one
of the best wide receivers in all football. But Brandon
co just a retread. Tolbert's not the guy, like you
gotta go do something, all right? You want another fantasy question.

Speaker 4 (10:09):
I'm just wondering, like who is it?

Speaker 6 (10:10):
Like? Who? That's what I'm saying, Higgins, I don't know who.
You need somebody to fall on their face so you
can go take their stuff. So t Higgins is what
is the one that jumps out to me, especially because
like all right, I know people think Devanta Adams with
how much he makes it makes them tough. But also
the the Raiders are gonna be favored in the next
three games probably, And.

Speaker 4 (10:27):
I wonder about the Niners with McCaffrey hurt, with Deebo hurt,
with rumors about Justin Jefferson, what I Yuk eventually did sign.
It may again come down to how much they're willing
to pay price wise to get some of these guys.
But I do wonder if the Niners are like, we're
not done yet. We know what our window is right now,
we actually will be active to get somebody in there.

Speaker 6 (10:48):
I maybe, I mean that could be the thing too,
is like now you're actually going against them to get
it done. Anybody on the Steelers worth playing in fantasy football?

Speaker 4 (11:00):
The defense, I guess Najie Harris, Like the think about
Naji Harris.

Speaker 6 (11:05):
Is it he's gonna get touches.

Speaker 4 (11:07):
Yeah, in as much he's one of these examples. And
this has happened recently with wide receivers more than running backs.
There was a time where like a running back Zeke
and Saquon really the kings of this where there was
so much hype in Melvin Gordon. There was a player
named Ryan Matthews. You remember him. He played for the
Chargers Bjon Robinson. There's so much hype around running backs
we're gonna be true number ones that if they don't

(11:27):
reach those expectations, people start to turn on. Like Naji
Harris has been probably twentieth to twenty fifth when it
comes to fantasy football running backs over his career, But
if you're in a twelve team league, he's a starter,
like you gotta play him. So if you are somebody
who went heavy on wide receivers or heavy quarterback early,
you're kind of stuck with Naji Harris and that's about it.

(11:48):
Maybe pickens, but he doesn't get me super excited. That's
probably it.

Speaker 6 (11:54):
Yeah, take it feels right? Didas get another start?

Speaker 4 (11:58):
Isn't it weird to say that I would have felt
more confident in taking him for the Bears than Pittsburgh
because of how bad historically the Bears quarterback plays. But
fields used to have the potentially give you a thirty
five point game. You know, one hundred yards rushing, two touchdowns,
two hundred through the air he had. I don't see
it in Pittsburgh. I really don't. If he does it,

(12:19):
like if he has a game like that, isn't Russell
Wilson done? Because Russell Wilson.

Speaker 6 (12:22):
Wilson's already done. I think it's already over. But yes,
I think it's all it's all over. It's all over, Johnny. Hey.
What I know is not over is the great deals
and people that you get to meet and hang out
with and take advantage of those great deals. Over at
Mohawks Chevroli. He just talk back to twelve of the Northway.
I love Mohawks Chevy. I mean, these are my people.
When you go in there, say hey, talk to the

(12:43):
general manager Travis Horn, Say, Lavac set me in. He said,
you're gonna take great care of me. You've got amazing
vehicles over the lot, and he's gonna produce you to
Derek or whoever. They're gonna walk you around, they're gonna
find what you're looking for and you're on your way.
You can also do all that from home Thecarbravo dot
com and right now they are actually helping on payment
Mohawks Chevrolet with certain Carbrovo vehicles. Gotta get the details.

(13:04):
One hundred to five hundred dollars down, they're gonna give
you towards your vehicle. How cool is that? Don't for
can check out the dealership online. It is a cool
little show that's gone completely viral that Grace and Ben
and everybody there is doing at Mohawks Chevrolet together. Let's
drive at Mohawks Chevy just off ex to twelve in
the Northway where they always go out of their way
to please you. Guys. I've been I'm sorry, I've been

(13:26):
a little distracted. We have to dump coming up.

Speaker 4 (13:28):
Let's get a nice long dump in before taking out.

Speaker 6 (13:31):
I don't even want to talk to you right now.
He just hit that button.

sports fan Fox Sports ninety five to nine and nine.

Speaker 6 (14:02):
Here he is, we've made it. How are you? I?
I gotta tell you I have had off and on
if I've sounded mildly distracted today. Before we get into
the other dumb stuff, my bank merged within their bank.
I having to deal with that for one hundred years.
I think it was last time it happened. I got.

(14:24):
I remember getting paperwork that said, hey, your accounts and
everything are gonna work. You're fine.

Speaker 7 (14:32):
So let's say, for.

Speaker 6 (14:34):
Example, I paid my taxes, my property taxes, or school
or whatever the hell whatever whatever local one came from
the town most recently that said, hey, Jeff, pay us
all this money. I think it was school because I
remember being ticked off because my kid doesn't go to
school here anymore. Used all my information goes through whatever.

(14:55):
I just get notification, like before the show, I didn't
go through you didn't pay your taxes, your deadbeat scumbag.
Well here's the information. I mean maybe they didn't say that,
but that's how I felt. You know, the town's town
of colony will not be trifled with. So I so
I messaged my bank, and I was like, hey, why

(15:17):
why didn't this thing that's worked since two thoy twelve?
Why didn't it work? And they went, did you use
your account number? I'm like, I did? Did you use
your new account number? I did not. Didn't tell me
I needed a new account number. Oh, you have a
new account. This is how you find it. Okay, cool?

(15:39):
Can you make this payment go through so that my
taxes are paid?

Speaker 5 (15:43):
No?

Speaker 6 (15:43):
I can't do that. You gotta redo it all. Okay,
just like, don't take over my bank if you're gonna
screw my account number.

Speaker 4 (15:52):
No, I'm concerned because I also feel like I used
the same bank as you do.

Speaker 6 (15:56):
You feel like your bank, your your bank now has
like a I don't know, a broader view. But yeah,
I don't know. Maybe they're fine, Maybe he's okay. I
want to believe in you. I do, but I you know,
twelve years I was with Capcom. I have one problem.

(16:17):
Twelve minutes, I'm with this new bank, this new version
of the of the old bank and everything.

Speaker 7 (16:22):
And I've already got checks getting cut.

Speaker 6 (16:23):
Back to me.

Speaker 4 (16:25):
My wife and I split bills. She handles some things.
I handle something you had a little one. No, no, no,
she's she knows their strengths and weaknesses. But now I'm
concerned because that one was in her her ball, balls
in her court on that one that will.

Speaker 6 (16:40):
For any and then and listen, Connie, you don't get
off so easy. Why send me in no reply email?
I feel like this should be a correspondence. It's a
decent amount of money. I feel like this is one
of those things where it was like, hey, you know
that fifty five dollars. Yell us, we're not sure how
we didn't get it. Okay, let me we'll find it. Now.

(17:01):
This is a lot more that there's cor there's a comma.

Speaker 7 (17:03):
Okay. Once there's a comma, it should not be a
no reply.

Speaker 6 (17:08):
Comma equals reply correspondence even.

Speaker 4 (17:13):
Is this Moments like this, I feel like you'd wish
you had like an assistant, like an intern, to be like,
I don't want to handle this, this is so stupid.
Can someone else do this for me?

Speaker 6 (17:20):
However, moments like this, I wish I had one job
instead of three so I had time to handle it myself.

Speaker 4 (17:27):
However, for you was gonna be the you know, people
always can play like, how do athletes not know where
their money's going be? Like, this is it? What do
you mean we a new account number? I thought my
accountant was handling this. I thought my acent was handling.

Speaker 6 (17:41):
Hey, everything's gonna be cooler because we're bigger and better
and stronger, and you don't really have to change anything,
and you know your your debit card's still gonna work.
I had a new one of those comment. I was, Okay, cool,
that's gonna be different. I'll have to go through everywhere
that I had that debit card set up to pay
mainly gambling websites, and put.

Speaker 7 (17:59):
A new on it.

Speaker 6 (18:00):
I get that, But when you go with that, all
your accounts are fine, and I'm still paying things with
the old account number and it's working.

Speaker 7 (18:09):
What the hell happened?

Speaker 6 (18:12):
And then when I'm talking to the person online earlier,
they're just like, oh, it's this, Like okay, well what
do I do now? What do you mean you have
to use your ten digit account number? Okay, here's your
here's here's the other number. You need a riting number.
I asked that I have that that I have. I
just sorted new checks. What's gonna be on those? Huh?

Speaker 4 (18:33):
Do you feel like you're a fooled? Hoodwink bamboozled.

Speaker 6 (18:36):
I you know what, it's like, I said, long term,
like there's let's put it like this, there is just
as good a chance that a month or two from now,
you and I aren here go after having a meeting
with with this this bank with a broader view. There's
just a good chance to wear in here going. Hey,
it's letting guy's for a broad you know, as there

(18:56):
is me not using them anymore because you know, once
these things you worked out my old curmudget anyways go away.

Speaker 7 (19:03):
But it's just like.

Speaker 6 (19:05):
I don't want to be bothered. I set these things
up to be paid so that it can be left alone.
I have had to Yeah today, if you knew God,
I've just seen some of the things what I have
to deal with in the off season of running a
football team. Oh gosh, I don't. I don't have time
to deal with you and your numbers and your fake

(19:27):
numbers and your new numbers and your no replies. And
again there should be a correspondence colony. Hey, Nolty, I
know you listen to the big Boss, ye chamber listen.
You gotta have something you can do to help this out.
You let the town know. Henceforth, no, no reply emails
if there's a Comma involved. Okay, anything under a Comma

(19:50):
nine hundred ninety nine dollars, no reply. Oh thanks for
the heads up. Anything with a Comma and up, don't
send it for a no rah, like I want to
see Bob at town.

Speaker 4 (20:01):
You know we're yelling at. That's right, someone's getting yelled
at via email and all caps. And I'm gonna find
out who it is.

Speaker 6 (20:07):
Who's gonna help me find my money because then I
can't I can't afford to be losing common money.

Speaker 4 (20:13):
Okay, I like you, I again, tricked, bamboozled, fooled. I
don't know if that's the best way to describe your story.
It feels like I'm sure at times for you, like
you did something right, but now they're telling you it's wrong,
even though you didn't touch it. I have two things
that have happened over the last seventy two hours to me,
one involving sports, one involving life. I'm gonna lead off
with the life one because you went to the life
one first. By the way, this event also happened very

(20:35):
close to a bank situation that might be changing in
the Glenville area. So my dad was in town. This
past weekend. He was in town. We went out to dinner,
my wife, my two kids, we all went out. It
was a wonderful time. But following dinner, we heard music.
So I was like, okay, like it's a Sunday, it's
still beautiful out in the fall here in the capitolal

(20:56):
reaching like where are we hearing this music? And then
I heard a violin and this person was killing it,
like unbelievably good, Like where is this music coming from?
This dude set up a speaker in this like plaza
area and was just ripping the violin, like just playing
like love songs. And at one point he's playing and

(21:17):
he's got the sign out he's looking for tips. He
starts playing the song my wife came out to at
our wedding, and I'm like, oh gosh, now he's tugging
on the heart strings. I got a pregnant woman with
her kids here he's playing our wedding song in the
middle of the parking lot. Now I got a tip
of them. I'm like, what a magic moment I'm seeing here,
What a wonderful thing. This guy's like, you gonna go viral,
hopefully playing his violin out there. And now that story

(21:39):
happened on Sunday, and I'm starting to think it wasn't
him playing the violin.

Speaker 5 (21:45):
What.

Speaker 4 (21:45):
I'm starting to think he just had a violin and
was just like playing a YouTube video and it was
just like an unbelievable violinist through the speaker.

Speaker 6 (21:54):
What really? And I feel like you can't see you
would be able to see that.

Speaker 4 (22:00):
I thought it was him. I was so convinced me
I asked someone else to give him money in the car.
That's how much I would.

Speaker 6 (22:08):
Obviously you didn't know for you to give him money.

Speaker 4 (22:11):
I didn't have dollars on me at that point.

Speaker 6 (22:12):
Yeah, but interesting.

Speaker 4 (22:13):
But here's the two clues. And I feel like I
have given it away that maybe I'm so moved by
this person you should tip him.

Speaker 6 (22:20):
It's total guy.

Speaker 4 (22:21):
I had to go out and give it to him,
full of God's experience, the team experience. They gave the money.
I got out of the car.

Speaker 6 (22:26):
Oh, you're the You're the definition of the fly guy.
Man like I buy you fly. You got no problem
with that. As long as you're not you will walk
to the bar the violentist, whoever it is, as long
as it's not your money that's going in the cup.
You're fine, I get that, you know what.

Speaker 4 (22:41):
I think I made the right call on this one. Okay,
details are not working in my favor anymore. I thought
this guy was gonna be the next viral sensation. Two
clues tip me off. That mean and I hope. I'm
not a negative person. I'm not a pessimist. I'm not
a cynic. But I look at this and I thought, okay,
one big clue. You know, I wish some down line,
I could be a sneaker head, like I've actually had

(23:02):
money one day, Like that'd be my new collection taste. Yeah,
I got one nice pair of sneakers. I got a
couple of air Maxes that are nice, not the ones
I'm wearing today. But this guy was wearing University blue
Jordan sneakers, like probably a two hundred pair of sneakers,
Like a really expensive pair of Jordan's he was wearing.
I'm like, okay, if you're out, you know, playing music

(23:24):
for money work? Yeah, are you wearing a two hundred
dollars pair of Jordan's.

Speaker 6 (23:27):
Flashygal attention bride means he makes a lot of money
playing the old Uh?

Speaker 4 (23:31):
Just like Okay, maybe fiddle. Maybe he could flip those
for like some are monarchs. There's one hundred and fifty
bucks for you quick if you flip the Jordan's. Oh
do you think he's poor because he's playing the violin
out of publicly?

Speaker 6 (23:40):
Yeah? Yeah, no that doesn't always. Those aren't always the
same thing.

Speaker 4 (23:43):
Yeah, that's what I'm learning here.

Speaker 6 (23:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (23:44):
And then I went on this Facebook page and like,
within minutes, I'm telling you, within minutes of me seeing
this guy out there, this Facebook page is like, anyone
see this guy out in the mall playing the violt again?

Speaker 1 (23:54):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (23:55):
He was up in Rotterdam. Yeah, he was over here.
So I think he's going around the capital region. I
think he has so if other people are claiming it's
not real. And I saw the pair of Jordan's. Now
I feel like I got absolutely fooled that I thought
this guy was gonna be like the next music sensation,
that he's gonna like go viral. Instead, I feel like
the Internet has made me a cynic and believe it's
just YouTube through a speaker with a guy holding the violin.

Speaker 7 (24:17):
I wouldn't see the.

Speaker 6 (24:18):
Jordans, wouldn't be what would tip me to that because again,
he might just make money out there doing it. I mean,
if you make enough money playing, why not there's people
who do well with that. The YouTube part, I would
I'd like to believe I would be able to see,
like the arm failing not in time with the music
at some point, like how good of an air violinist

(24:40):
is he don't. I don't know. That's I feel like
that's that's where it would be. But the sneaker thing,
I don't. I don't think the sneaker thing should be.
You know, he may just literally played really well, made
a bunch of money.

Speaker 4 (24:50):
I wanted the sneakers from them. Those are incredibly nice sneakers.

Speaker 6 (24:54):
And local news radio host beats up violinists and steal sneakers, screaming.

Speaker 7 (24:58):
You don't deserve me, you shared YouTube person.

Speaker 4 (25:05):
You guys, see that guy out I think he's talented,
but I need somebody. I need more eyes and more
ears on this guy out there. I think he's talented.
I said very nice things to him, but I might
have been fooled. I might have been my second one.
There's uh. This is truly the dump. This is when
you know you've been super busy overs few days. We
barely touched on the UFC three oh six Sean O'Malley
hip surgery following the loss at UFC three oh six.

(25:27):
Did you how much of it did you get to watch?
If anything? I saw it, Like, I thought the venue
was incredible. I thought the presentation like that was everything. Unfortunately,
like I told you on Friday, show him like you
know what I'm with O'Malley. He says he's the star.
I'm gonna believe him, and then it was just a
wrestling match for five rounds. Then it was like no
big time punch, not an epic fight. Someone say that's

(25:47):
the most boring part of the UFC. He got out
wrestled in the main event and then he got hurt
in the main event. But quickly, I don't know if
you caught this, like O'Malley getting hurt in the disappointment
of the actual fight and supposed to be his moment
he's the new star. Like within twenty four hours they
announced John Jones versus steep A and masson Square Garden,
So I wonder if they knew the UFC. Do you

(26:08):
think again, I'm being too negative to close out today's
show of Hey, we know that O'Malley fight actually might
not be good. We better cover our butts here quick
and say John Jones is fighting in the Garden, the
New York Guy against Steepe.

Speaker 6 (26:18):
I am, yeah, I didn't think it wasna a good fight.
If you remember I told you I was like, I'm
actually I was betting against Well, I did bet against
the Sugar Show. I didn't. I didn't think he was
he The longer he fights, the less impressed I am
with him. I think he's slower, like everybody thinks he's
like gonna have that Connor McGregor to him because he's

(26:39):
a striker and he's outspoken, but like he does not
have the handspeed that Connor had. Like he doesn't. He
doesn't have any stuff and he proved that. But definitely
nice to have the uh you know, John Jones in
the in the old hip pocket, ready to go versus Steepe.

Speaker 4 (26:55):
I would love. Here's what I really love that have happened.
And I don't know if I can make it. It
really depends on you. I want you to be at
that fight. I want you Levac to go to the
Garden to see a big time UFC fight. I know
you're a Steve b a fan. The John Jones standom
for us is always tainted because of how he's been
out of the octagon. So I would love for you

(27:17):
to go to that fight and cover it for Fox Sports.
I bet you can make it happen because I really
want you to. I want to be there. I want
to go, but baby number three is gonna be born
like that weekend, maybe that day. I want to figure
out a way to get you to the garden for
that fight. I don't think there's any way I can
go press pass. No, you can pass whatever you want.

Speaker 6 (27:36):
I don't. I don't have time to call my own bank.
You think I had time to going on to a
massive square garden for a fight, I don't. I mean
it's possible. It would literally have to be something that
was tied into one of the seventy five stupid jobs.
Like I'm I'm now. This last couple of weeks, I
need to make some there's some tough decisions that need

(27:57):
to be made.

Speaker 4 (27:57):
Hear me out. AF I guess Arena football in twenty
twenty three didn't event in New York City. What if
AF one doesn't event in New York City in the
same weekend.

Speaker 6 (28:09):
I don't think AF one wants to be compared to
AFL at all. Uh And I mean, if you don't
believe that, this time next week, I'll be in Chicago
for meetings. So it's hey, let's go to New York City.
Now let's go to Chicago. Okay, all right, fine, we
had owner meetings in Nashville. Now we're going to Chicago.
So let's say what you want about that.

Speaker 4 (28:30):
I tried, I want, I wanted you to do it.
I got to cover two fights in the garden. It
is awesome. I thought there was a way you can
go to I have a bebey coming. We are pregnant.
Why don't people keep saying we're not pregnant. We it's
a team thing.

Speaker 6 (28:47):
I mean, I'm just saying you weren't home all the time.
You know, Kid number two does not look like you
that she was out.

Speaker 4 (28:58):
He was wild today, Terrible twos or something. He's not
even two yet. We by the way, you and I
have a one year old's birthday party. We're going to
on Sunday one o'clock kickoff, one o'clock party. What are
we doing?

Speaker 1 (29:11):
Dan?

Speaker 6 (29:12):
My daughter was all excited about auxcess, so I said,
I go, hey, don't forget, this is just oh, I
have this and this. I'll just be there late. I'm like,
how long do you think I'm staying a one year
old's birthday party? Late means not seeing dad, is what
it means.

Speaker 4 (29:24):
We're gonna check in, I say, you and I checking
around twelve forty five, three fifteen, right for the witching hour,
we check out.

Speaker 6 (29:31):
The beauty of that one is the father has said
to me many times, I really haven't had much to
do with planning on this one, which means that, like
if he did, at least there'd be TV's places, you know,
we'll be able to sneak off watching game updates. So
whatever ang on be the case.

Speaker 4 (29:47):
All right, people are looking for us at Rivers on Sunday. No, no,
no backing guys because of the poker event.

Speaker 6 (29:52):
Playing pin the tail on a donkey right now, sorry
if that's sorry, if that ruins anyone's day. Oh man,
all right, So there's there's the dump. Actually, I'm excited
to go to that party, me too. Actually, family friends, whatever.

Speaker 4 (30:06):
Ice cream themes is what we've been told you and
I will make sure.

Speaker 6 (30:11):
Ice cream kick man. I was never the sweet guy like,
I know, I'm like a fat whatever, but like I like,
I like steaks and you know, tacos and all that stuff, chips, salty,
the sweets and everybody. Just that nice guy. Can't think
of his name. He brought us the Frosty's there, the
Wendy Frosty's, those little baby ones. He hit the spot.
Then back when we were at the track, the lady

(30:32):
from Ben and Jersburg's. I all of a sudden, I'm like,
will work for ice cream? Like this is I'm in.
Ice cream is awesome. I don't know what happened. I
don't know when I switched, but I'm ready. I'm ready
to go. I'm actually gonna stop eating ice cream because
of the video I saw from the pregame before. One
more thing before we got here. The pregame with the
Eagles game. Do you see what Jason Kelsey did. He
was out of his mind. I think he was dancing around.

(30:53):
He almost blew out at somebody's knees. He did blow
knee that super fan who has the fanatic tattooed in
his belly. They brought stays. He had three point stands,
ran jumped, hit each other's bellies. In the air, and
the dude said, he totally bleeped up his knee and
you can see it, like, that's ACL right there, baby,
that's like, that's the scariest thing in the world. And
you're a fat guy and you you hurt your ACL celebrating,

(31:14):
you hurt your like everybody goes, oh, pick a ball,
Like I can hear my ACL just partially popped right then.
I heard it. My achilles almost went right when you
said it. You know, it's more disgusting than a fat
guy walking around a fact on crutches. No, I'm out
all right, that's it. I'm out here. I gotta get home.
I got stuff to do, all right. I gotta go
try to figure out how to pay my taxes that

(31:34):
I already thought I paid.

Speaker 4 (31:35):
Covino and riches. Next, our final time in studio for
the rest of the week. Tomorrow, I do what I want.
You don't tell me where to go. Wash your hands,
don't touch your face. It's Fox Sports Radio ninety five,
nine nine eighty.

Speaker 6 (31:45):
