Ben jumping in the studio getting ready to take over.
Speaker 1 (00:18):
How's it going, man, Oh, it's going all right. Midweek
we get through today, it's all downhill to the freaking weekends.
I like to say, I'm ready already. I need. I
need a low key weekend after last weekend at Wantafest.
I don't think I told you this, but I went
one night. I went last Friday night, and then I
had a little too much fun and my wife was like,
(00:39):
I think that's enough Wanifest for you. You did one night,
one and done, one and done and done. So I
need a weekend just to relax. You feel the same
way this weekend? Oh yeah, man?
Speaker 2 (00:49):
Like I said, we're traveling last weekend. I'm hoping to
be here a little bit more this weekend. But I'm
sure we'll load it with stuff we always do.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
I save here, same here, So let's do any one
big thing on a hump day.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
It is actually the perfect lead in because we are
talking about retirement slowing down.
Speaker 1 (01:08):
A little bit.
Speaker 2 (01:09):
Have you ever thought about what you want to do
after you retire?
Speaker 1 (01:11):
So very recently, because last week I just met with
the fine people over a class financial to start planning
my retirement future. So yes, I have okay, perfect.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
Well, you probably won't be surprised that new research revealed
that men and women think very differently when it comes
to their plans after retirement. So a third of women
just want to have more time to spend with their grandkids. Okay,
while probably the majority of men would like to be
I'm gonna use this word and you can think whatever
(01:42):
you want, but I want to be appropriate here.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
This is not what they would say.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
But most men are more focused on more intimacy in
their life.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
You know what I'm saying post retirement.
Speaker 2 (01:53):
Really yeah, like they think they're going to get that a.
Speaker 1 (01:55):
Little bit more man. Thank god they invented that little
blue pill for those other people.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
You know, people are retiring a little younger these days.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
Just because we won't be able to bad. Yes's right,
that is true. Like for me, when I think retirement,
I want to be on on a golf course. That's
what I want to do.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
Okay, Well, that's probably in there too, social clubs, travel,
exercise more. But yeah, the majority of men are thinking
is going to boost that love life? Well, only nine
percent of women are looking forward to that. I feel
like so many guys are sadly mistaken. Then when they retire, right.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
They're gonna be so disappointed. Yeah, oh my goodness, that's what.
