Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is a podcast from wor from.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Everywhere, USA. It's Fox Across America with Jimmy Fayala.
Speaker 1 (00:08):
Oh girl, here we go, Here we go. Got a
wild one coming your way on.
Speaker 3 (00:12):
Fox across America.
Speaker 1 (00:14):
Donald Trump bringing back pure cane sugar in Coca Cola.
It's the recipe we know as Mexican coke. That's the
good news. The bad news is Tom Horman. Tom Holman
just reported the Mexican coke. Hey, oh big day, come
in your way. Diamond Dave Landau is going to be
with US comedy Sexiest Man Erica. Donald's her husband could
very well be the next governor of Florida.
Speaker 3 (00:36):
We got that to look forward to. And we're not
just going to talk America.
Speaker 1 (00:39):
We're going to talk the world because the UK just
announced moments ago that they are lowering the voting age
to sixteen years old.
Speaker 3 (00:47):
I don't agree with it, but I.
Speaker 1 (00:49):
Will admit it's nice to see someone doing things with
sixteen year olds. Besides Prince Andrew eight of eight seven
eight eight nine nine one zero if you want to
be a part of today's show, also the phone number
if you don't want to be a part of the
sh show. I am, of course, a talk show host.
I am not an activist. I am very much an inactivist.
So although I'm conservative, although this is Fox News Radio,
(01:09):
we are not doing a conservative talk show. We are
very much doing an American talk show. You are all welcome.
Speaker 3 (01:15):
I don't care where you come from.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
I don't care what color you are.
Speaker 4 (01:18):
I don't care how smart y'all.
Speaker 3 (01:19):
I don't care.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
I'm gun y'are no man. The only rule we say
it every day. You can be a Republican. You can
be a Democrat, be a libertarian, you could be an independent.
The only thing we ever ask of you is that
you don't be a bang happy Thursday, fire it up.
If you saw me on waters World last night, we
had a really rowdy time talking about the Obamas, and
we're going to get into their relationship on Fox New
(01:41):
Saturday Night this weekend with Carly Shimkiss and Julie banderis
why because if you watch the body language, the Obamas
are not happy.
Speaker 4 (01:51):
I agree with that.
Speaker 1 (01:51):
Now that's neither here nor there, because the list of
unhappy people to get to starts with NPR, who, of course,
are now going to be the victims of some funding
because the Recisions package passed in Congress, shaving nine billion
dollars off of our federal budget, which is really a
kick in the nuts for the NPR listeners. But if
you think they're shocked by the spending cuts, wait till
(02:13):
they find out that Hunter Biden's laptop is real.
Speaker 5 (02:16):
You know, Hunter's a dirt bag.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
NPR. We're gonna get into them in a little bit.
Tried to make the case this week. It's one of
my favorite things in the world. They're like, Wow, we're
NPR and you can't cancel us. We're not biased, they
with a straight face, so crazy someplace else, we're all
stocked up here. They literally published a piece called why
We're not covering the Hunter Biden story, and then in
(02:40):
chapter and verse told us it was Russian disinformation.
Speaker 3 (02:44):
That is a fact check false.
Speaker 1 (02:45):
It was all the way false. They were activist masquerading
as journalists, and they are coastal elites who hate Middle America,
which is why my favorite thing about their last desperate
gasp for sympathy was they said, well, you can't cancel
NPR because Middle America is counting on NPR. What the
(03:06):
farmers that the families I married into, that NPR calls
white supremacist, white nationalists and Nazi sympathizers. Okay, Middle America
is counting on NPR the way Planet Fitness is counting
on Stacy Abrams.
Speaker 3 (03:21):
Okay, they're really not banking on the support. I gotta
be honest.
Speaker 1 (03:24):
So we're gonna get into that at great length because
it's ridiculous. And when you talk about the activism and
you talk about why they let their ideology corrupt their broadcasts,
it speaks to everything that's currently wrong with the Democratic Party.
Them discussing things in a bubble that emphasizes diversity but
(03:45):
ostracizes diversity of thought. Yeah, the Democrats want everybody to
look like a Benetton ad When you know, I always
tell that joke about when you go to the Hillary
Clinton rallies back in the day, they had an audience
coordinator that would make sure there was one of every
type of human being who could possibly be pulling a
voting lever standing up on stage behind her. We need
a black couple in row one, Okay, we need something.
(04:07):
We need a trans white person road too. We need
a gay and row three. Give you a gay and
row three and you'd see Tim Waltz come running out
with his arms flaling. But the point is, yes, they've
always emphasized diversity, but diversity of thought. Hell no, look
at the faculty at these elite college universities. That's where
the issue is. But as we get under way right now,
(04:27):
I would be lying if I didn't go back to
the Epstein story for a minute.
Speaker 3 (04:31):
Okay, I know they.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
Want us to stop talking about it in certain circles
in Washington, but not Fox across America.
Speaker 6 (04:38):
This guy will say anything, Well.
Speaker 1 (04:40):
The real problem is, and I'm being honest with you, Okay,
this is the problem in a nutshell.
Speaker 3 (04:46):
Do I know which way the wind's gonna blow on this?
Speaker 7 (04:49):
No?
Speaker 1 (04:49):
Do I think there's a list coming out?
Speaker 7 (04:51):
No?
Speaker 1 (04:51):
To be clear, Okay, was Epstein probably engaged in blackmail
of some people?
Speaker 8 (04:56):
Say?
Speaker 1 (04:56):
Maybe we're people up to no good on his Island
death Italy. Do you know The New York Times has
a piece from twenty sixteen that said, Jeffrey Epstein is
a convicted sex offender, but the elites continue to hang
out with him.
Speaker 4 (05:15):
Is people with the dirty mind that think like that?
Speaker 3 (05:17):
Think about that?
Speaker 1 (05:18):
And then they talk about how Katie Kirk went out
to dinner with him, like a year after his sex conviction,
went and had dinner at his mansion, And how Anderson
Cooper hung out, went and had dinner at his mansion
after after the guy was already a convicted sex offender
down in Florida.
Speaker 3 (05:32):
I mean, really think about that.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
So there can be no doubt about the chicanery and
whether or not the elites were friendly with that sort
of thing doesn't mean they did. It doesn't mean I'm
trying to convict anybody. I can't prove it, and I
you know, I don't have the money to get in
a suing match with Bill Gates. His wife does. And
his wife says he went to Epstein Island too much
and that's why she divorced him.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
So how do you just ignore that?
Speaker 1 (05:54):
You can't? That being said, the problem Trump has, the
problem the White House has. The problem right wing media
has is they classically over promised.
Speaker 3 (06:06):
You know what this is?
Speaker 1 (06:06):
This morning, when I got out of bed, I was
on with Mark Simone Mister New York on seven to
ten WI the Voice of New York. I was on
PHT this morning with Kale and Company, Greg Stocker, those maniacs,
Dawn who I like, but I was on both of
those shows this morning, and when I was on with Simone,
we were talking about the problem for right wing media
is that this turned into the classic exercise in great pumpkining.
(06:32):
Your followers, do you remember the Charlie Brown cartoon, the
Peanuts cartoon, The Great Pumpkin. Do you remember it with
Charlie Brown and Linus is telling him, you gotta get
down to the pumpkin patch on Halloween because the Great
Pumpkin's gonna fly over and give us all kinds of
awesome stuff.
Speaker 5 (06:50):
You must be crazy, Morney going to stop believing in
something that isn't true.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
Okay, the Dan Bongino's of the world, the cash Betels
of the world who did five years worth of pot
saying Epstein was killed by the government. There's a list
of elite pedophiles out there and they're all getting away
with an international sex trafficking ring. They promised all of
their followers that if they got down to the pumpkin patch,
it wasn't quite the Great Pumpkin in this instance, it
was the Great Pedophile. Get down to the pumpkin patch.
(07:17):
The Great Pedophile is gonna fly over and he's going
to release a list of all the powerful people that
were shagging underage prostitutes and then covering it up by
killing the guy. You gotta get down there, and that's
what they did. They promised and promised and promised, and
then they got into office, got their hands on the
(07:38):
intel and realized.
Speaker 3 (07:39):
There wasn't a lot they could say.
Speaker 4 (07:41):
This could be a problem.
Speaker 1 (07:42):
Yes, And as you'd imagine, that problem has manifested itself
in the form of cratering support by people who are
really furious that Cash and Bongino said to get down
to the pumpkin patch.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
Yeah, I said it yesterday. I'll say it again.
Speaker 1 (07:58):
The old adage in politics is that you under promise,
you under promise, and then you over deliver. Well, what
they did is they well over promised. Now they've underdelivered,
and everyone's man at them, including Trump. There is a
poll out right now and it's a ras Mussen poll,
and Rasmussen always pulls really well for Trump, but that one,
(08:18):
the Quanepiac poll, don't bode well. The Quanepiac poll Okay,
sixty three percent of American voters and the numbers high
with Republicans disliked Trump's handling of the Epstein files sixty
three percent. I'm not telling you I know what's in
the files. I'm not telling you why. I'm just telling
you this is a really bad look for them. And
(08:40):
as much as they wanted to go away, you know,
Trump is very much leading the room. Hey, this is
what we're doing now. I can't believe you're still talking
about Epstein. But ain't nobody following? And now even like
the Mike Pences of the world are weighing in. Every
time Mike Pence opens his mouth, I feel like Twitter
needs a button called who asked you? Okay, really, but
here's pens clip four.
Speaker 9 (09:02):
I think the time has come for the administration to
release all of the files regarding Jeffrey Epstein's investigation and prosecution.
It's important that we protect the names of the victims.
They should be excluded from any disclosure. But whether or
not the facts justify charges, I think that anyone who
(09:26):
participated or was associated with this despicable man ought to
be held up to public scrutiny.
Speaker 3 (09:31):
So Pence wants the files.
Speaker 1 (09:33):
Get him out of here, get not alone. Here's Tom Tillis,
outgoing senator in North Carolina that very well may open
up an opportunity for LARRD.
Speaker 3 (09:42):
Trump. My homie, here is Tillis Clip five.
Speaker 4 (09:45):
I have to disagree with the President.
Speaker 10 (09:46):
I don't think human trafficking of young teenage girls being
exploited at by billionaires on a.
Speaker 4 (09:54):
Private island is boring.
Speaker 6 (09:56):
I think it's despicable, and I believe that anybody who
anything to do with it or knowledge of it should
be held accountable.
Speaker 11 (10:04):
So just release the damn files.
Speaker 1 (10:07):
Amen. Okay, And you know Trump has tried to say,
why are you talking about this? It is boring. We
got to move on. But here is Brett Bayer giving
you some of the most sobering analysis there is.
Speaker 3 (10:17):
Clip eleven.
Speaker 11 (10:18):
President Trump says his attorney general should release whatever documents
she thinks are credible concerning the late businessman and convicted
sexual predator Jeffrey Ebstein. It's his latest comment in the
ongoing controversy that has split many of the President's supporters. Meanwhile,
there is new pressure tonight on Attorney General Pam Bondi
from an unlikely spot.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
The top Republican in.
Speaker 11 (10:40):
The House, the Speaker, of course, David spont has the
story for US tonight. But even David, I mean this
story does not go away.
Speaker 1 (10:47):
This story ain't going away, guys, It's not going away.
So what is the silver lining in all this? You know,
I'm always a glass as half full guy. And granted
it's Mickner's whiskey in the glass, and that's fine. I
drink the rye. I must know. The Unblended American not
an endorsement. They don't sponsor me, just they probably should
when you consider how much of it I consume on
the weekend.
Speaker 3 (11:07):
I mean, man, are we putting up numbers in the backyard.
Speaker 4 (11:10):
Drunk and stupid. There's no way to go through lifestyle my.
Speaker 1 (11:13):
Silver lining right now, because I don't know how this
is going to go. Trump's under a lot of pressure.
They look bad, He looks bad. BONDI looks terrible. But
let's be clear, most of the people trashing BONDI are
doing so because they don't want to upset their followers
in trash Trump. That's reality right wing media right now,
nobody they don't want to pick a fight with Trump.
They want the access. But more importantly than that, if
(11:33):
you are a right wing podcaster, your entire business model
is predicated on getting clicks. You need the clicks to
come from your followers. If you stop telling them what
they want to hear, they suddenly stop clicking on your links.
That's why all the right wing people are getting more
and more sensationalist. Okay, The reality very well could be here.
It very well could be here that these guys just
(11:55):
over promised. They got into office and they realize that, Yeah,
the most powerful people in the world are shagging underage
prostitutes and ultimately need to kill the guy who ties
them all to the process. They can in fact make
that go away. But one of the things they make
go away too is the evidence. Bingo, there might not
be a lot to show us. I completely believe that's possible.
(12:18):
But the silver lining here, and this really matters, really matters, okay,
is that right wing media, right wing media by and large,
is functioning properly.
Speaker 3 (12:28):
Why do I mean that? Why do I say that?
Speaker 1 (12:31):
Because our job in the media is to hold people
in power accountable. If we see chicanery, we're supposed to
call it out. Which is very encouraging to me because
I've pretty much everybody on the right that works in
media is watching this Trump thing unfold with the Epstein
files and going.
Speaker 3 (12:49):
This is absurd.
Speaker 1 (12:51):
We went from Pam Bondi's handing out binders that say
Epstein files Phase one to there's no phase two, like
that happen, Like she brought everybody to the White House
and said, here's the documents Phase one, hold up the
binders for a photo, and then came out two months
later and said, you know, there is no other phase.
(13:12):
That is totally absurd.
Speaker 3 (13:14):
Totally absurd.
Speaker 1 (13:15):
And everyone on the right is rightfully calling it out
because our loyalty is to the truth. It's not to
the party, it's not to the people in power, whether
we voted for them or not. And it's a silver
lining to me because at the very least the people
on the left, it's pitched a shutout on four years
of Biden's dementia, four years of a guy getting lost
(13:37):
leaving the stage and making the sign language interpreter shrug,
violated effective strategy to mobilize true in it and I
suffered a pressure. Okay, you don't have a sign for that,
nor does the sign language interpreter. But what did the
media do for four years? Oh shut up, that's a
right wing conspiracy. Nothing to see here, and what are
(13:58):
they all doing now? Writing tell all books about the
cover up, you know, the one they were a part of. Okay,
I always say we're living in the death of shame,
and we really are. And nine times out of ten
that applies to liberal media. But when it comes to
the handling of the Epstein files, a little bit of
that applies to the people handling them.
Speaker 12 (14:14):
Right now.
Speaker 1 (14:16):
Am I encouraged that the right wing is calling it out?
I legitimately am like, I hate what's going on with this.
I hate that we're getting such a hand handed response
because I'm going to tell you in the next segment
how they could handle this, put the whole thing to
bed and look really good doing it.
Speaker 3 (14:29):
There is an answer, there is a solution. I just
don't come here to burn things down.
Speaker 1 (14:33):
But the only thing I'm taking any heart in right
now is the fact that people are out there on
my side of the aisle col and bs because that
is our job. Whether it's popular, whether it gets us access,
whether it's gets us likes, or it loses us likes.
Speaker 3 (14:48):
Okay, The fact.
Speaker 1 (14:49):
Remains, if you're going to get in front of a
microphone and talk to people every day, you have an
obligation to them to tell the truth, whether they're on
your side or not.
Speaker 3 (14:58):
He knows what he's talking about.
Speaker 4 (15:00):
It's the fastest part of your workday.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
Wow, oh girl. It is Fox Across America with Jimmy
Phalis stack Deck of a show today, Erica Donald's, Dave Landau,
a little bit of you and me time lot to
get to you. Regarding the Epstein stuff, the story is
not going away. And I'm telling you because I care.
I made the analogy earlier, I'll make it all day.
This is the Great Pumpkin. In the movie The Great Pumpkin,
they tell the kids that go down to the pumpkin patch. Hey,
(15:25):
Charlie Brown, Hey Lucy, you know all that stuff. Hey Sally,
get down to the pumpkin patch this Halloween. You're gonna
have the best Halloween ever because the Great Pumpkin's gonna
fly over and give you everything in the world. That's
what they did with the Epstein list. Get down to
the pumpkin patch. The Great Pumpkin's gonna fly over. Great
Pumpkin ain't coming, kids. Mark Simone told me this morning
it's like when Heraldo had that embarrassing stint with al
(15:47):
Capone's locker. Do you remember they opened al Capone's locker
or safe whatever, and you know, they opened out al
capones safe on national TV and they're like, you can't
imagine how much stuff we're gonna find and al Capones
vault and then they opened it on TV. Yeah, this
wasn't quite al Capone's vault. It was more like al
Capone's daughter's middle school cubby.
Speaker 3 (16:10):
Because that's who's involved.
Speaker 1 (16:11):
It's a disgusting story, but it ain't going away, and
I am going to tell you bit by bit. I
am an expert crisis management firm. My whole life is
a crisis. I impregnated my wife. We implanned on doing this,
but we were still very poor. I was driving a cab.
You know the old adage you get paid weekly, very weekly. Hey,
(16:32):
oh we didn't. You know, everyone talks about not having
money in the bank. We didn't have health insurance. We
didn't have a bank. We had a shoe box, okay,
And that's where I started in life, you know, in
my adult life anyway, and my whole life, because I
was driving a cab and pursuing show biz interests, was
always crashing and burning in some type of spectacular fashion
where we had like an hour to come up with
(16:54):
like six grand that we didn't have. Okay, That's been
my life for like twenty years, so I'm pretty good
at crisis matas. I'm also pretty good at spotting distress
signs on other people, and I'm seeing a lot of
distress signs out of this White House. They're doing such
a good job on the economy, on the border. I
love that they cut back some of the funding and
trimmed back NPR because they deserved it. But that being said,
(17:16):
this is still very much a real crisis, and they'd
be lying if they said it wasn't. So we're gonna
get into it in the next block, and I'm going
to explain to you exactly how to put it to bed.
I am, trust me, a disaster on experts. Okay, yeah,
I'm an expert on disasters. That's how good it is.
Speaker 4 (17:34):
Have you ever had a chat?
Speaker 1 (17:36):
That's how big of a disaster I am. I can't
even get the words out right now.
Speaker 5 (17:41):
What we've got here is failuw CA.
Speaker 1 (17:46):
Do we ever? But no one, no one is failing
to communicate worse than the people in the White House.
Speaker 3 (17:54):
So we're gonna have a grown up talk about it.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
When we come back and we're gonna bring in some
backup Diamond Dave Land that as well, So don't go anywhere.
Speaker 3 (18:01):
It's about to get real chippy.
Speaker 1 (18:02):
On Fox Across America, Oh girl, Jesse Waters had me
on a show last night to talk about the new
season of Love Island, and I had to I have
not seen the new season of Love Island. I saw
the original season where the guy hung himself and they
won't give you the list of who was in the cast.
That's the Love Island I'm talking about right now.
Speaker 3 (18:22):
It's not going away anytime soon.
Speaker 1 (18:24):
Fox Across America with Jimmy Paylop, We're in crisis management
mode for the White House right now because this Epstein
thing ain't going away like they can be.
Speaker 3 (18:34):
Like, shut up, why are you talking about it?
Speaker 1 (18:36):
Trump tweeted yesterday my former supporters and if this is
all you're gonna get hung up on, this is an
old story we're making all. I don't doubt that he's
pissed because Trump has been a historically consequential president for
the good lot of great stuff. Right now, wages are
outpacing inflation for the first time in forty years.
Speaker 3 (18:58):
Okay, Trump is doing that good. On the economy.
Speaker 1 (19:02):
Okay, I can give you a Brett Bear clip right
now of us going back to back on the two
lowest recorded border encounters in the history of the country. Like,
there are things going on that are good. Okay, we'll
start with Vance. Here he is on the economy clip
thirty two.
Speaker 13 (19:21):
I'm really excited about the fact that for the first
time in a very long time, workers wages are rising
faster than inflation. You're able to buy more, you're able
to do more, and we're just getting started. And under
just six months of the president's leadership, we've got inflation
is coming under control, and blue collar wages are rising
(19:43):
faster than they have risen in sixty years. That is
a testament to great presidential leadership and the great American people.
Speaker 1 (19:50):
So there you go, okay, And those are all good deliverables.
Here's the other one. Here's Brett Bear on the border
clip thirty six.
Speaker 11 (19:56):
Month of June highlights the lowest month of encounters ever recorded.
Customs and Border Protection says it is the second month
in a row of zero releases of illegal aliens into
the US, compared to almost twenty eight thousand releases in
June of last year.
Speaker 1 (20:15):
Think about that, twenty eight thousand in June of last
year under Joe Biden.
Speaker 5 (20:22):
Biden is such a disaster.
Speaker 1 (20:24):
Okay, Now do you know what the number was two
months in a row.
Speaker 3 (20:28):
Zero?
Speaker 1 (20:29):
Guys, that's insane how successful he has been at the border.
So I don't doubt there is a part of him
that's really mad that they passed this massive legislation, biggest
tax cut in American history. No tax on tips. Think
about that, no tax on tips. After all he's been through,
Donald Trump is still looking out for Storming Daniels. Anyway.
(20:54):
The point is a lot of success is to speak
to the wages outpacing inflation. Inflation come down. Gas price
is coming down, grocery price is coming down. Everything's coming
down except interest rates. Because Powell hates Trump and they're
in like a real housewives fight. But the point is
he has a lot to point to in the form
of massive domestic success, foreign policy success in Iran. It's
been great, okay. But the thing overshadowing him right now
(21:18):
in the immediate moment is Epstein. But here's a newsflash.
Trump is the reason that he's being overshadowed.
Speaker 4 (21:26):
Direct Mundo.
Speaker 1 (21:27):
Okay, Trump is the reason. Trump was one of the
people who said, yeah, no, we'll take a look at
release in that when we get in. Trump is the
reason Pam Bondi was allowed to go to the White
House have a press conference, pass out white binders that
said Epstein files Phase one Again, she announced there was
a phase one and there's no phase two, three, four five.
(21:50):
That's stupid. Use your commonsis weapons grade stupid from a
pr standpoint. But what happened was and this is reality.
There are are a few realities. There's three possibilities in
my view here.
Speaker 12 (22:04):
They are.
Speaker 1 (22:05):
Number one is these people really believed their own bs
when they were outside the government. Bongino Patel not Ai
definitely didn't kill himself. There's a list of pedophiles, and
they believed it, and they set it, and they got
clicks and they got likes, and they made all kinds
of money, and they were like, the FBI knows, the
FBI knows, and now they're in charge of the FBI
(22:26):
and they're looking at the intel and maybe what they
were saying for five years getting rich for saying wasn't true.
Speaker 4 (22:32):
That can't be good.
Speaker 1 (22:33):
Not good, And they're like, oh man, so we got
in here, we let BONDI cook up the binders. We
got all excited, and now we look like frauds. And
remember they went on Fox and Fronts and they were like, yeah,
he killed himself. That's what they said, with a straight face,
Like I know it sounds crazy. I can't believe it either,
but from what I saw, he killed himselves. They had
to go on TV and say that. They had to
about face five years of the deep state killed Epstein
(22:55):
and there's an elite pedophile ring. So possibility one is
they over promised, the evidence under delivered.
Speaker 3 (23:01):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (23:02):
Possibility two is that they were right, but they're not
allowed to say so because there's an invisible hand inside
the government who's like, you ain't saying a word of
candy pants. And they were like, all right, I don't
need to look at another picture of my family sleeping.
I think I'll call off the dogs now. Possibility number
(23:23):
three is that either Trump or people that are instrumental
in the process of getting what he wants or involved
in those documents. I cannot prove any of the three
things I just told you, But what I can do
as a crisis management expert, look at me if you're
watching Fox Nation right now. I'm in a pink denim jacket. Okay,
my whole life is a cry for help. I am
(23:44):
a walking, talking crisis. So what were they supposed to
do with the Epstein files? They were supposed to JFK
the Epstein files. What does that mean? Do you remember
when Trump declassified all the JFK stuff. What did he
actually give?
Speaker 7 (23:58):
You?
Speaker 1 (23:58):
Give you nothing, but he looked transparent. People have been
waiting to get those files for sixty years, and he
went out and he say, hey, there's everything we got
on JFK. Here you go, and just gave it. Let
people go through. They're not gonna find anything because here's
the news flash. If the CIA killed JFK, the CIA
didn't put it in an email. They didn't put it
on a letterhead. You know, given the technology the time.
(24:18):
If the CIA helped the mob kill JFK, the mob
didn't put it in an email. There's not a document.
If the Cubans killed JFK, If the Russians killed JFK, If.
Speaker 3 (24:29):
Somebody who liked Marilyn Monroe and didn't.
Speaker 1 (24:31):
Like the fact that she was shagging Jack and his brother,
I mean that was a thing.
Speaker 4 (24:35):
Oh, yes, I've read about that in the Bible.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
But whoever killed JFK, even if it was Lee Harvey Oswald,
there is not a chain of emails go to, hey,
we're killing them on the twenty second, I'll see you
in Dallas.
Speaker 3 (24:47):
They didn't do it.
Speaker 1 (24:48):
Professional hits aren't done that way. And the same goes
for Epstein. There's a lot of stuff they could be
releasing right now. They wouldn't tell you anything you didn't
already know. So when you we hear the question that
they can't at least do that to look more transparent,
it makes you wonder what the other side of the
coin looks like to them. Are they on it? Are
(25:11):
they protecting someone they need? There was a time There
was a time when Alan Dershowitz, the man who negotiated
Jeffrey Epstein's twenty fourteen plea deal, pled guilty to sex trafficking.
Remember that Epstein pled guilty to sex trafficking in twenty fourteen,
So all the people who hung out with him afterwards,
the Bill Gates Is of the world, the Prince Andrews
(25:32):
of the world, the Katie Kirk's of the world. They
all did so knowing that he was a convicted sex trafficker.
He was convicted, he pled guilty to sex traffic underage
kids and got a fugazy deal will He served time
in his Florida mansion and guess what he did after that,
went right back to sex trafficking kids. But there was
a time in March of this year where Alan Dershowitz
(25:54):
was adamant that he knew who was being protected. Here
he is in March before the White House said shut
up Clip thirteen.
Speaker 6 (26:02):
I know for a fact documents are being suppressed, and
they're being suppressed to protect individuals. I know the names
of the individuals. I know why they're being suppressed. I
know who's suppressing them. But I'm bound by confidentiality from
a judge and cases, and I can't disclose.
Speaker 1 (26:19):
What I know.
Speaker 6 (26:20):
But I hand to God, I know I know the
names of people whose files are being suppressed in order
to protect them.
Speaker 3 (26:28):
And that's wrong.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
But is he still saying that now? Nope, he's saying,
you know, there's a district attorney in Manhattan and blah
blah blah. Okay, James Comy's daughter fired Maureen Comy, who
was handling some of this, and the ditty case, I
tweeted yesterday Maureen Comy got eighty six from her job.
Apparently somebody misread James Comy's Seashells on the Beach. Anyway,
(26:54):
if you're the Trump administration, you want to make this
go away. And it's going to look like they cave
now because last week they tried the old year.
Speaker 3 (27:00):
We're still talking about this. That's enough.
Speaker 1 (27:03):
Yep, we're still talking about it because the thing is,
and we took a lot of calls on this yesterday.
If a thousand underage kids were sex trafficked, a lot
of us ain't happy. A lot of us want justice
for the girls. We want to know who did it.
If you're telling me it's just kitty porn, the latest
explanation we got is, well, you idiots on the right,
you conspiracy buffs, there's nobody in the kitty porn. It's
(27:27):
just Epstein had kitty porn, meaning it was kid and kid.
There was no adult, there was no elite, there's nobody
to throw in jail. You're still wrong because all of
that porn okay, which is illegal to possess, has a
digital chain of custody that would implicate others in possessing
it and watching it and everything in between. Okay, not
(27:50):
just Epstein, who we shared it with, who he got
it from. These are usually relevant questions, like if you
went to Best Buy right now and told them to
clean your laptop and the geek squad found a bunch
of kitties, they call the cops on you.
Speaker 3 (28:02):
They don't go out. It's just the kiddie. But it's
not a big deal.
Speaker 1 (28:05):
Let's just make sure we get the password keychain cleaned
up so the guy knows how to get to the
kiddie porning, you know, more quickly. That's not what they do, guys.
It's really illegal, really not good. And they could make
this go away, or could have went made this go
away if they released a Phase one as they did.
Speaker 3 (28:20):
They were they did that, they gave.
Speaker 1 (28:21):
Themselves permission to look like the idiots that they do,
and then they came out with a blind to that
was phase two and they were like, hey, this was
phase two, and it was you know, a bunch of things,
and it turns out it was inconclusive and we just
don't know. People would have accepted it and they wouldn't
have looked bad. And what they're banking on right now
is that same type of collective apathy. Guys, do you
(28:42):
know not one person listening to the show right now
can name the man who committed the biggest mass shooting
in the history of the United States of America. Jog
your brain. Happened at the Mandalay Bay out in Las
Vegas when they were doing a country concert across the
street in the parking lot, and a guy who had
enough weapons to wipe out the Libyan government somehow got
(29:03):
twenty six cases of weapons to his hotel room on
the Vegas Strip, broke a window and shot a few
hundred people.
Speaker 3 (29:12):
Okay, And to this.
Speaker 1 (29:13):
Day we don't know why, we don't know the motivation,
we don't know how the guns got up there.
Speaker 3 (29:18):
We've just kind of moved on with the story.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
The point being is when there is some type of
deep state or hand of governmental god involvement, they do
get their way, and they're gonna get their way on
this one too.
Speaker 3 (29:31):
I'm not telling you they aren't.
Speaker 1 (29:32):
I'm just telling you they're going to pay a very
heavy political price for doing so because they look stupid.
It's not a kitchen table issue. It's not people love
the economy, people like that the border's better. People want
to see inflation go down, they want to see wages
go up. They're going to survive it. I'm not telling
you it's the end. I'm telling you they've been willing
to subject themselves to a level of embarrassment that was unnecessary. Okay,
(29:55):
let me give you Van Jones on this. Okay, I
don't make a big habit of quoting CNN on my show.
Speaker 5 (30:01):
CNN is the worst.
Speaker 1 (30:03):
But what he's saying is true. Trump is acting bizarre.
It's bizarre, guys to spend five years go and there's
a list. We got it, We'll give it out. Go
read Don Junior's tweets. Don Gey, you know how many
tweets he has where he goes. Why would anyone want
to cover up the Epstein list? Think about that for
a second. What is it telling you how many times
he's tweeted that. Okay, these are people have had on
(30:23):
my show. I bear them no ill will. I'm saying
it looks weird to objective observers. There are a lot
of people in media who just go, oh, that's what
you guys want us to do. Okay, shut up, yeah,
we'll do it. We don't want a problem. We just
you don't want to be cool, Okay, but I am
on the air here trying to do a show with
you in good conscience. It just looks weird to go
from five years they have it, they're covering it up.
(30:44):
They definitely have it. They're definitely covering it up, okay,
to all of a sudden you're in power and you're like,
there's nothing at all. I mean a they were just
over promising and under delivering. They were waging that attack
against Democrats because they thought it was politically viable and
they knew it would get likes on Twitter, and they
never thought they'd be in a position to have to
find the truth. Be ei they're not allowed to tell
(31:07):
you the truth or see they're protecting themselves. I don't
in a billion years believe they're protecting themselves. I don't.
Speaker 14 (31:14):
You know.
Speaker 1 (31:14):
Everybody always says, well, you know, if Trump was on that,
the Democrats would have leaked it. I you know, there's
a part of me that says yeah. But there's a
part of me that says no, because if Trump is
on it and the Democrats are too, it's a theory
of mutually assured self destruction. I know we met Epstein.
I know we famously threw Epstein out of mar A
Lago because the guy turned out to be a creep.
And one thing I can tell you about really really
(31:36):
rich families. Okay, I don't come from one, but I've
met a lot of them in show business, like really
crazy rich families, people that have made hundreds and hundreds
of millions of dollars billions in some cases, okay, is
they're very good at figuring out if there's a grifter
in their orbit, because there are common traits amongst grifters
(31:59):
that rub people the wrong way. And when the family
has sat down and discussed their shared interactions with certain people,
it winds up being pretty common for them to go,
you know, who's a kind of a mess? I don't
really like, by the way, so and so, and there's
no way Trump doesn't have that radar as a guy
who's been rich and famous his whole life. So I
(32:20):
don't doubt he excommuned Epstein because he thought he was
a grifter. I mean, he made a half a billion
dollars grifting off somebody. People say he was extorting people
who were having sex on his island. I don't know that,
but I also don't believe Trump is on the list,
because the truth is they would have found a way
to leak it even if the Clinton's were on it
or something. If they can leak a Supreme Court draft
and not go to jail. No one went to jail
(32:41):
for leaking Dobb's decision. Nobody's fired, nobody's in trouble to
this day. If you can get away with leaking a
Supreme Court decision to the media, if you can get
away with the biggest mass shooting in the history of America,
you can find a creative way in that same deep
state to leak that Donald Trump is on the Epstein list.
So I definitively put my name in my insta behind
He's not on it, okay, which makes this look even weirder.
(33:04):
Here is Van Jones Clip seven.
Speaker 15 (33:08):
This is a president that's in trouble. He has lied
to his base. He told them that he was going
to do something he's afraid to do. Why is Trump
afraid to release these documents? That is the question. I
have been defending Trump, actually saying it's inconceivable of anything
that's in these documents got to hurt Trump because Biden
would have released them, but he's been acting well, now
(33:31):
he's acting so weird.
Speaker 4 (33:33):
Trump is acting so bizarre.
Speaker 1 (33:36):
He is acting bizarre, guys. Okay, it doesn't mean I
don't support him, doesn't mean I don't like what's happening
in the country. But if all the reporting I'm hearing
is true, is that Trump is just furious. The reason
he's lashing out about our obsession with the Epstein files
is because.
Speaker 3 (33:49):
It's overshadowing his successes.
Speaker 1 (33:52):
Okay, listen, If Trump is tired of Epstein overshadowing his successes,
Trump should stop overshadowing them and release everything.
Speaker 4 (34:01):
Bingo. He's the most talented man on the radio, but
he needs your help.
Speaker 12 (34:07):
We all know somewhere underneath all of that bright collar
there's a man who's not right.
Speaker 4 (34:12):
This is Fox Across America with Jimmy Fayla.
Speaker 1 (34:15):
If you're watching on Fox Nation, you just saw some
of my radio team give way to my TV team.
Annie and Max were here. Maybe record a little promo
that's gonna air on this weekends. Fox News Saturday Night
with Jimmy Phalo. Carly Shimkiss is on that show. Julie
bean Daris is on that show. Ryan Reese is on
that show. Aaron Berg is on that show. We're actually
(34:37):
playing a game. Did you guys see that Elmo's Twitter
account got hacked this week and tweeted a bunch of
Nazi propaganda. We're playing a game called Socialist or Sesame Street,
where I'm gonna read the audience a tweet and they're
gonna tell me if it was from Nazi Elmo or
zoron Mom Donnie, the guy who's currently the favorite to
be the next mayor at New York City. This is
the kind of hard hitting journalism we get into on
(34:59):
Fox News Saturday night, and that's exactly what we'll be
doing this weekend. In the next hour, Erica Donalds is
in studio. You know I love Erica Donald's huge fan
of her Husband's going to be the next governor of Florida.
According to the polls, Florida knows how to elect a governor.
Ron DeSantis, pound for pound, is as good of a
governor as we've had in our lifetime, and BD has
been smart to offer to build on that success. Okay,
(35:22):
you're replacing a successful governor. It's not like you're running
in California and you'll look like I'll do the complete opposite,
like Newsom sucks. You know, the FEDS just canceled that
high speed rail project. We're twenty years in. They haven't
built a mile of track. Think about Newsom and homelessness
and everything in between that's gone wrong in that state.
They're not rebuilding anything in the Pacific Palisades. They failed
(35:43):
in their fire response, and he's now asking to be
in charge of the whole country.
Speaker 3 (35:49):
The balls of that cause. I think about the HUTSPA.
Speaker 1 (35:52):
Imagine at the end of the OJ chase, he gets
out of the bronco, they handcuff him and he asks
out the first girl he sees. That's Gavin Newsom, still
asking to be in power after all the things he's.
Speaker 2 (36:03):
Killed from everywhere USA. It's Fox Across America with Jimmy Fayla.
Speaker 1 (36:12):
The world is on fire and we're getting ready to
roast some marshmallows on the Blaze eight at eight seven, eight,
nine to nine one zero. It's Fox Across America with
the radio buddy, Jimmy Fayla. Erica Donald's is going to
be here as well, and we're gonna talk with Dave
Landau about all things comedy. This is Obviously this Epstein
thing we're yucking it up about, but it's a very
(36:32):
serious story.
Speaker 3 (36:33):
We're gonna get into. St Shane Gillis.
Speaker 1 (36:35):
Last night at the SBI's who did what he was
supposed to do, which is just tell jokes about everything
in the room. So a shout out to him on
doing an A plus Epstein's Epstein, SB and Epstein.
Speaker 3 (36:44):
You see how those two go together.
Speaker 1 (36:46):
They should have a worst show called the Epstein's. No man,
I don't know, but we're gonna get into it. And yes,
an A plus sb's monologue for Shane Gillis. That would
have been like a B plus on Fox New Saturday night.
But that's neither here nor there. We got some radio
to do, and you know the rules if you want
to do it right here with me. You can be
a Republican, you can be a Democrat, just don't be
(37:07):
a bang. Our number two is on your way. And
you know who This is interesting. The entire Democratic party
is getting fed up with Barack Obama.
Speaker 3 (37:21):
I don't see you doing any better in the booty department. Wow,
this is a juicy one. First, he took some shots.
Speaker 1 (37:26):
From the view Whoopy Goldberg pushing back on his claims
that they needed to get tough. Then Charlemagne the God
said Obama kind of looked ridiculous for making the kind
of statements he made. And then Obama went on his
wife's podcast yesterday. You'd have to be to go on
that turkey. But Obama went on his wife's podcast and
(37:49):
tried to make the case, you know, in addition to
playing up their marital strife and trying to make, you know,
a joke of the whole thing and maybe downplay the
story anyway, which is fine. I don't care. I already
I don't need to analyze their failing marriage. I'm already
a part of one if we're going to be and
you're right, you're right, and you're right. It's not true
any of the best. I love you if you're out there,
but uh, I make jokes. But the truth is Obama
(38:10):
got into things about men and how the Democratic Party
has screwed up with men, and I'm going to give
you his take in this hour, and it's really so
illustrative of why the Democrats are so spectacularly out of
touch with the average American voter. And it's really fascinating stuff.
(38:30):
And the reason I want to highlight it is because
there is a really teachable moment out there, and I'm
teaching conservatives in this particular sermon, so you know, it's
a lot of conservatives who think, you know, liberals are
nuts and they don't see life through the same lens
as us, and they don't have the same values that
we do. I'm here to tell you that's not true.
We live in an era where the squeaky wheel gets
(38:52):
the most grease. So you're, obviously, when it comes to
the Democratic Party going to focus on the far left
loonies who make the most noise. You're going to focus
on Jasmine Crockett, You're gonna focus on AOC, You're gonna
focus on zoron Mom Donnie. But that doesn't necessarily mean
that every single person who votes liberal is some type
(39:13):
of Sharia laws socialist who wants to race bait us
into oblivion. The average person wants to get paid and
wants to get laid. They want to make money, okay,
they want to find somebody to spend their life with.
They want to afford a place to live, they want
to be able to put food on the table, and
they'd love their get their kids a solid education. Okay, Unfortunately,
you can't do that where I live if you're sending
(39:34):
them to public schools. I love the poorly educate. It's
one of the reasons why nobody's really screaming and yelling
about Trump breaking up the Department of Education. Guys, just
so you understand, we were ranked number one in the
world when the Department of Education was founded. Number one
in the world. Do you know what we're ranked now.
We're ranked fortieth fortieth. Think of this as professional. If
(40:01):
you had the number one payroll in the world and
you came in fortieth place, every single coach and general
manager on the team step.
Speaker 13 (40:11):
In in my office, what because you're fired?
Speaker 3 (40:15):
You'd be fired.
Speaker 1 (40:16):
Okay. If you're not allowed to have the highest payroll
in sports and finish in fortieth place, you're certainly not
allowed to start out in first place, have the highest
payroll and finish in fortieth place, which is what the
Department of Education did by fighting a lot of the
wrong battles. The mess Obomba is trying to clean up
right now is the mess of education deciding it was
(40:37):
its job not to teach people how to think, but
to teach kids what to think. And that's what happened.
That's when they lost men. First and foremost is they
were just telling them they were toxic for wanting to
do traditional male stuff where you hunt, well, you like boxing,
you want to be in the marines. That's toxic masculinity.
Speaker 3 (40:56):
We can't have it.
Speaker 1 (40:57):
What do you mean you get aroused around women?
Speaker 4 (41:00):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (41:00):
You know, June is here. I'm wearing a pink jacket.
I'm not gonna give Pride Month a hard time. If
you didn't see Punchlines and Patriots, here's a spoiler alert.
I believe that Veterans Day should be twice as long
as Pride Month. I'm not saying get rid of Pride Month,
but if gays get a month, veterans should get to.
Think about the logic here, my uncle Chester stormed the
(41:22):
beach at Normandy and killed thirteen Nazis. He gets a day,
But if he gave one Nazi a hand job, he'd
have a month. Really think about that for a second.
If you storm the beach, you get a day. If
you spoon a guy on the beach, you get a month. Okay,
a little bit of an inadequacy. If you're gonna fix America,
(41:42):
yes you celebrate your reward. You play up the accomplishments,
the valor and the sacrifice of our veterans. Okay, but
the point is the Democrats told him that was bad
and noa nah, we don't need killing machines in the military.
We need people who think they're trapped in the wrong
Bodies's get some pronoun trading in there.
Speaker 3 (42:02):
A couple of drag shows they did that.
Speaker 1 (42:05):
They played up diversity, and they tried to tell you that,
you know, we needed to. If you remember this, after
Biden got elected, they made the military stand down so
they could investigate white supremacy in the ranks of the military.
Do you remember when Lloyd Austin did that? Just embarrassing guys.
There's no room for discrimination on a battlefield. Never in
the history of the world is someone gonna say cover me,
(42:25):
I'm going in except you people. If you guys could
hold your fire, I'll risk getting shot at from that side.
That's never happened. It was all pretend stuff, and that's
really why they're losing men. That's really why they're losing
most objective observers is they're fighting a bunch of pretend
battles on a racism that doesn't exist. Barack Obama, you're
a two term black president. The idea that you and
(42:48):
your wife are gonna get on TV every day and
tell us how racist we are after we all just
voted for you. Race is not where the line is drawn.
Is God's side and the other side. I mean, I didn't,
But the point is he won with overwhelming majorities. But
here is Obama on his wife's podcast, which, if you
want to know why they're marriage is having a hard time.
(43:08):
I mean this, Oh, this is a toughie, but it's true.
His wife looks so much like her brother so much.
Do you know that scene in The Nutty Professor where
Eddie Murphy is playing every character at the dinner table.
That's what the podcast looks like. And if you're Obama,
you've been with this woman a long time. Once you
see that, you cannot unsee it. And when you see
(43:29):
the contrived acting in this podcast, you go, oh wow, Yeah,
this is the whole Thing's a cry for help. So
here is Obama talking about the divorce rumors. To start
the pod clip fifteen.
Speaker 16 (43:39):
Welcome to I Am Oh look at you.
Speaker 4 (43:43):
You wait, you guys like each other?
Speaker 16 (43:46):
Oh yeah, really, that's the rumoral. Now, don't start, I can't.
Speaker 3 (44:00):
It was such a god. It's so nice to have
you both in the same room, I know, because.
Speaker 16 (44:06):
When we aren't, folks think we're divorced.
Speaker 3 (44:09):
I mean, that was absolutely dreadful.
Speaker 1 (44:13):
So they're trying to play it up. Look, we're so
happy together. Do you know when like a gay rapper
records a rap song about how much he likes boobs
and then it's like, this is my new song, I
love booby.
Speaker 3 (44:25):
That's the Obamas trying to convince you they're happy about this.
They're not.
Speaker 1 (44:28):
But it right gets into the problem with boys and
girls in the way Democrats have approached people. Really listen
to this. This is clip sixteen.
Speaker 17 (44:38):
I will say as quote unquote progressives, democrats, progressive.
Speaker 3 (44:49):
Parents, enlightened ones.
Speaker 17 (44:52):
We've made that mistake sometimes in terms of our writer,
where it's like workhouse, the talking about it. You know,
what's wrong with the boys, what's right with them?
Speaker 1 (45:04):
He's not wrong about that, what's wrong with the boys
instead of what's right with him? But now listen to
the rest. With the girls Clip seventeen.
Speaker 17 (45:09):
We rightly have tried to invest in girls to make
sure that there's a level playing field and then they're
not barred from opportunities. But we haven't been as willing,
I think, to be intentional about investing in the boys,
and that's been a mistake, and I think people are
(45:30):
starting to recognize that.
Speaker 1 (45:31):
So okay, so we said, you know, we've been out
there and you know we haven't invested enough in the boys.
We've done all we can to protect the girls.
Speaker 3 (45:40):
Guys. This is a twofold problem.
Speaker 1 (45:42):
They've their party has told the boys that they're girls,
and they've let the boys compete against girls and steal
scholarships and trophies and medals from them. The Democrats have
not protected women. They Actually that's the punchline to fifty
years of feminism is they're now emboldening the patriarchy, letting
them beat women out of jobs that were women only spaces.
Speaker 3 (46:03):
Think about this.
Speaker 1 (46:05):
We are just at the fiftieth anniversary of Title nine,
which was supposed to provide a legal and level playing
field for women athletes only, and the feminists who brought
on Title nine and fought for that historic legislation have
now turned it into Title nine inches and they're now
letting men compete against women, telling you they're doing so
(46:28):
in the actual name of protecting women.
Speaker 4 (46:32):
You're truth.
Speaker 1 (46:33):
I mean, do you know how dumb you'd have to be?
Do you remember the Mister Rogers song, Only girls can
be the mommies, Only boys can be the daddies. Yes, not,
according to Barack Obama's party, the boys, the boys can
be the daddies.
Speaker 4 (46:53):
I mean, thank you for the education, gentlemen. We've just
received a PhD in.
Speaker 1 (46:58):
Stupidity, and they spent the last four years telling you
you are a murderous transphobe if you refuse to fail
biology with them. And that's why when you focus on
identity politics. I tell you this all the time on
the show. Identity politics don't work because they pretend we
all have different needs. You're not supposed to focus on identity.
(47:19):
You're supposed to focus on humanity. Humanity is the same
no matter what race you are, no matter what religion
you celebrate, Okay, does not matter who you're sexually attracted to.
Humanity is the same. You need to make money, you
need a place to live, you need food to eat,
you need a ride to work, You need to work
to get to Okay. You care about your family and
(47:39):
the people close to you, it's all the same. And
when Obama sits down with Michelle and is like, wow, well,
the problem with the boys as while we're empowering girls,
but we're looking at boys, and uh, William shut up.
The problem with Obama? Okay. The old adage in boxing is,
don't tell me what the guy's record is. Tell me
who he fought. Okay. I don't care if he's thirty
(48:01):
one to zero, if he fought a bunch of blind,
one legged women, okay. But if he's twenty six and
nineteen and he fought the forty five toughest fighters on
the planet, this is a guy you gotta watch out for.
The record doesn't matter, it's who you fought. And the
problem with Obama is he didn't fight anybody. He is
a paper champion. He was covered as a president the
(48:22):
way they covered Buckingham Palace. People never criticized the Queen
of England because they didn't want to lose access to
Buckingham Palace, so they just wrote nice things. If she
did something wrong, they just didn't touch it. I'm not
telling you she did a lot of things wrong. Obama
did a ton of things wrong. Oh good God, gave
fifty billion dollars in cash to the biggest state sponsor
of terrorism in the world. People who chant death to
(48:43):
America to this day. Hey, here's fifty billion dollars in
cash in cash paying in can tell him rush, okay,
think about that. The Affordable Care Act jacked up your
healthcare premium is buy three one hundred percent. A curious
media might call that guy out. He might have a
(49:05):
fight out his hands. If Trump gave the biggest state
sponsor of terrorism in the world fifty billion, you don't
think we talk about it. If Trump drove up your
healthcare premiums by three hundred percent, you don't think we
talk about it. And that's the biggest problem for Obama.
He sucks at this. He's so bad at this, but
he never had to fight anybody to improve his game.
Now he's a post president. He's been post presidential from
(49:27):
his mid fifties on, and he's just becoming more and
more irrelevant because people realize he has nothing to offer
a substance. That gobbly goook I just played you about well,
like you know, the problem with the boys is we've
been helping out the women so much and we gotta
cut Yah.
Speaker 3 (49:42):
I've been helping out the women.
Speaker 1 (49:43):
You've been telling women to hold on a minute, we
got to go put some tampons in the boys room.
Speaker 3 (49:48):
That's how you've been helping the women.
Speaker 1 (49:49):
You've been helping the women by fighting to keep MS
thirteen gang members who rape and kill women in the country.
Even helping out the women by fighting Ice like violently
fighting them in your party. And oh, by the way,
declaric sanctuary status in cities that harbor violent criminals. Show
a hands to the ladies listening right now, how many
of you in the car go you know what would
(50:10):
make our community better? We need to keep more of
the rapist and murderers in the community. That's what the
Democrats are doing.
Speaker 3 (50:16):
They're not helping women, They're not helping anybody.
Speaker 1 (50:18):
But this stuff makes sense when you communicate in the
ideological bubble Obama does where nobody is allowed to criticize you.
And that's why he makes such a fool of himself
on his wife's podcast and people say, wow, that sucked. Yea,
he should be punished for being that's stupid and doing
so many dumb things to the country.
Speaker 3 (50:34):
No, he shouldn't.
Speaker 1 (50:35):
You know what the punishment for being Barack Obama is
it's being Barack Obama. You've got to walk around thinking
you're so much better at everything when everybody watching what
you say walks away with the same takeaway.
Speaker 14 (50:49):
You suck gock ass.
Speaker 4 (50:52):
If you're listening to the most relatable man on the radio.
Speaker 2 (50:55):
Best friend to describe who was to say, he's a
typical boy next door?
Speaker 1 (50:58):
Fuck Fox Across America with Jimmy Fala America. Donald's in
the on deck circle doesn't get any cooler. She's gonna
be the next first lady in the Great State of
Florida when Byron becomes governor. I was actually just hanging
out in her district. Meet Jenny and Lincoln. We filmed
Punchlines and Patriots with Sean Hannity. Then on the way
down to Fort Lauderdale, we stopped off in Naples. Got
(51:20):
pretty rad I'm not gonna lie. We got our money's
worth on vacation. Punchlines and Patriots are streaming on Fox
Nation if you want to see it, and if you
want to see me live. These are the options right
now for the rest of twenty twenty five. I got
four shows left. That is it. Lincol's gonna be Senior
in high school, so I want to stick around and
watch those games. But August ninth, we're in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.
August ninth, November twenty second, we are in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
(51:44):
Hey girl. November twenty eighth, we are in Florida. S
excuse me, California, San Louis Obispo, San Luis Obispo, California.
In November the twenty eighth, and then November the twenty ninth,
Viva Las Vegas, we were at Durango in Las Vegas.
Tickets for all of those shows Fox Across America and
if you want to come to a live taping of
Fox News Saturday Night with Jimmy Fala, those tickets are
(52:05):
free at foxacross America dot com. You are all welcome
that being set on the radio show. It's my main
gig here. Let's talk about it. I got another great
Obama clip. He's talking about how boys have lost chivalry.
But this is funny clip eighteen.
Speaker 17 (52:21):
Talking to Sasha. Sometimes they go out with their friends
and you know, they're in a group and the guy's
got crocodile arms. You know, it's like not picking up
not picking up the check and It's like, Okay, you
don't have to pick it up all the time. But
if you're never picking enough, right, that's a problem. If
(52:41):
you're never opening a door or pulling out a chair,
because that's just common, that's.
Speaker 4 (52:47):
Just I'm run.
Speaker 3 (52:52):
Guys, here's the news flash.
Speaker 1 (52:54):
Do you know why people probably aren't picking up the
check with the Obama's kids because their parents are worth
five hundred million dollars? Whoaw, I'm not saying guys shouldn't
pick up the check. I picked up the check in
ninety nine percent of the lunches I've had in my life.
I was on the wrong end of the financial dynamic.
(53:15):
And you still try to pick up a check. I'm
not saying it's a bad thing, but the idea that
somebody's worth five hundred million dollars would get on National
TV or whatever the hell they're on and talk about
people being cheap. If you got that kind of money
and you can't buy your friend's lunch, you're a lot
cheaper than they are.
Speaker 3 (53:30):
But that's their problem.
Speaker 1 (53:31):
There is a brazen lack of self awareness on that
liberal left because there's nobody in the media to call
them out. Again, think of the Biden thing everybody's made
about Epstein. Look at how many conservatives are attacking Trump
on Epstein. Biden got through four years of telling us
Cannibal eight, Cannibal's eight his uncle, and the media never
said a word about any of it because they didn't
(53:53):
want to hurt the political party.
Speaker 5 (53:54):
The media is a bunch of losers.
Speaker 3 (53:56):
Totally. We'll talk about it. Erica Donald's coming.
Speaker 1 (53:58):
Buy Stuff's about to get nuts, Buckle up, water cup
back after this.
Speaker 3 (54:04):
It is Fox Across America with Jimmy Thala.
Speaker 1 (54:07):
I'm in a bit of an awkward spot, as you know,
Sean Hannity and myself. We're just down in Clearwater, Florida.
The Ruth Hacker Hall film and Punchlines and Patriots. This
next guest couldn't get in because she's a bit of
a security risk when she goes out of the weekends.
Erica Donald's back on the show. Hey girl, I love.
Speaker 18 (54:22):
To be here.
Speaker 1 (54:23):
It's good.
Speaker 4 (54:23):
You know.
Speaker 18 (54:23):
I come all the way to New York just to
see you.
Speaker 1 (54:25):
Well, I know, because they wouldn't let you in, which
is not true. But I always tell people the most
difficult you know in sports, they say, like the hardest
guy on the team to guard. Okay, well, as a comedian,
the toughest person to deal with in the crowd is
always a woman who has a bunch of kids that
got a sitter for the night because she is there
to blow off steam. She's gonna drink, she's gonna hackle. No,
(54:47):
that wasn't you, but it could have been you. That's
the point. There's a lot of there's a lot of
potential Erica Donald's in the audience.
Speaker 18 (54:54):
I blow steam.
Speaker 1 (54:55):
Amen, you are, You're a model citizen. I've I've been
to comedy shows with you and you've been just fine.
But it's nice to have you back in New York.
That matters. And it's nice to tell the listeners who
heard Byron on the show earlier in the week that,
according to the polls, I could be talking to the
next first Lady of Florida right now.
Speaker 3 (55:10):
That's pretty rad.
Speaker 10 (55:11):
It's very rad, especially for someone who grew up in Florida. Yeah,
sixth generation Floridian.
Speaker 18 (55:17):
Love Florida. I love my state.
Speaker 10 (55:19):
And to think, you know that that may be a title,
an honor that I would get to carry in a
mere year and a half, which you know, time is
just flying.
Speaker 3 (55:28):
Isn't it cool to wind up in a position to
help people.
Speaker 18 (55:31):
That's exactly what it is. I mean, that's the best
part about it.
Speaker 10 (55:34):
If you will talk about chasing titles or whatever and
that's really not what it's about, or never has there
across I served on the school board and was so
excited to be on the scoard because I could help parents.
When they called me, I wasn't like I don't know
what to tell you. It was like, here, I can
help you solve your problem. I can get you to
this person, I can get you a call back. That's
(55:54):
a great position.
Speaker 3 (55:55):
It's the coolest thing in the world. I can tell
you this.
Speaker 1 (55:57):
From the time I was in fifth grade, I had
a fifth grade teacher, Missus Pascana, nice woman, and she
had told me to go home and watch the tonight show.
She's like, I ask your parents if you could stay
up late and watch the tonight show. I just want
to talk to you about it tomorrow. And the next
day she's like, did you watch? It?
Speaker 3 (56:11):
Was like yeah.
Speaker 1 (56:12):
She had a lot of questions about what I like,
what I didn't like, what I thought was good, and
she's like, I'm telling you you could do that someday,
and she might have said that because she felt bad
she saw my report card and I had no other
options this kid in the direction here, But I really
believed her from fifth grade till the day I got
my own show.
Speaker 3 (56:27):
And I will tell you this.
Speaker 1 (56:28):
The second the second that like they you know, they
they the screenplay ended, like here's the show.
Speaker 3 (56:34):
That really is the first thing.
Speaker 1 (56:35):
I got in my bronco and drove home to tell
Jenny because I wasn't allowed to tell her over the phone.
And I was like, God, I could like call up
so many people right now and like blow their minds
and like put them on TV and help them out.
It was like the coolest thing. And that's probably got
to be the best part about being you guys right now.
So you're in charge of a whole state. There's so
many people that you now have the wherewithal to pick up,
and that is so much more empowering. It's crazy as
(56:56):
it sounds, it's actually oddly more empowering than any thing
you get to do for yourself, and.
Speaker 18 (57:02):
People don't talk about that.
Speaker 10 (57:03):
I think the reason why you're given those opportunities for
greater influence and greater impact is because You've stewarded that
impact at every level that you've been given. Right when
we were volunteers for campaigns or for the party, you know,
we stewarded that influence. And then as school board members,
as state reps, as a congressman. You know, people are like, oh, okay,
(57:23):
you give this person some power and influence and they're
doing good with it, so now we trust you with
more power and influences.
Speaker 18 (57:29):
Kind of been biblical. Actually, now that.
Speaker 3 (57:31):
I said that, Wow, how about it pass it around
a collection? Play during the commercial brands A lot going
on that'll preach, but I get it.
Speaker 1 (57:37):
Okay, well, let's talk about this if we're going to
get into sidewalk profits. I was playing them clips from
the Obama podcast. I think the Obamas actually were hurt
by the media. And what I mean by that is
they've been bumper bowling in the public eye their whole lives,
great knowledge everybody around the country. If you don't know
what that means, it means you can take your kid bowling,
and there's a version of it where they cover the gutters.
(58:00):
Your kid has to knock down a pin because you
can't throw it in the gutter. And because the media
did that for the Obamas on every bad idea they
had because they didn't want to alienate them and lose access.
They're now out there in the post presidency and they're
becoming less and less relevant because they're not having the
same conversation as anybody else. And what frustrates me, and
I'd love your take on this is like they are,
(58:21):
in theory, the ultimate symbol of achievement. He's the first
black presence, first black first lady. It's like such a
huge empowering thing that anyone can be anything. And it's like,
I don't know if it was their idea or the
left's idea, but they're using symbols of achievement to sell
us oppression. And they go out in front of the
mic and they're like, yeah, life sucks here, you can't
do it. And I'm like, which mansion did you record
(58:42):
this in? They're doing okay? And do you think that's
the strength of someone like your husband? Is he focusing
on empowerment instead of beating people down?
Speaker 10 (58:50):
Well, we certainly don't enjoy the bumpers in the media.
Speaker 1 (58:54):
Yeah, oh no, puperbowling where you are? They're grease on
the floor, giving you heavier ball, you name it.
Speaker 10 (59:02):
But I completely agree with that that they don't get
that negative feedback that says, hey, you've lost the room,
and they continue with that really even beyond the presidency
and Michelle Obama, especially unless she watches Megan Kelly, who
actually does a hilarious impersonation of this coming from a
(59:24):
place of privilege, preaching though, to your point, to the masses,
from this perch of elitism, and they're just so out
of touch with the American people. And then contrast though
with Trump, who's also on some standpoint elite. Right, he
is a billionaire, but he relates so much to the
(59:46):
everyday man, to the everyday American.
Speaker 18 (59:49):
He talks on their level. He doesn't talk down to them.
Speaker 10 (59:52):
And no matter how they try to help people or
they think they're helping with their advice, they are so
unrelatable that it just it comes off as condescending.
Speaker 1 (01:00:01):
Amen, we're talking to Erica Donald's from the America First
Policy Institute, future First Lady of the Great State of Florida.
If you didn't see me down there with Sean Hannity,
it is on Fox Nation right now, Punchlines and Patriots.
It was a wild time. The one thing I'll give
your state so you cannot offend them. They're the best
comedy fans in the world. No one has ever got
it offended by a joke within twenty miles of a
cracker barrow. It's never happened. You go to the Southeast,
(01:00:24):
you're gonna kill every time. If there's a waffle house
on the way to the gig, there's a cracker brow,
you win.
Speaker 3 (01:00:28):
You're gonna win every time. You need to know that.
Speaker 1 (01:00:30):
One more on the Obama you took about people like
being out of touch. So Obama was talking about how
men have lost chivalry. I don't believe that my son hasn't.
I'm sure some have. There's a lot of people who
aren't raising their kids well. But that's not what I
want to give him a hard time for. He goes
on to say in this clip, and maybe you should
just hear it. He's talking about how guys that go
out with his daughters don't pick up the check enough.
(01:00:53):
I'm like, but yours, which could be fine. But if
you're as rich as he is, you really can't give
people a hard time for going to dinner with you
and thinking you're going to pick up the check. You
know what I'm saying. I get it goes both ways,
and I've been on the wrong end of the financial
power dynamic my whole life, so and I would still
pick up a check. I get it. But it just again,
it sounds like a weird thing to lecture people on.
(01:01:14):
You know, it's not empowering. I think so much of
what they're doing is they've become elite hole.
Speaker 10 (01:01:19):
Monitors, especially from their position because now that their daughters
are older and are impacted by the effects of their
long term liberalism. I mean, I would say if that
is occurring, and it could be because of the money dynamic,
but even if it's not, for others in this world
that aren't. I see these kind of conversations happening all
(01:01:41):
the time. It's because of liberalism that the Obama's of
spouse that now they're like, oh, but my daughters, they're
not getting the chivalry that I've been preaching against for
the past twenty years.
Speaker 1 (01:01:53):
So true, it's a great point.
Speaker 3 (01:01:55):
Let me give you the clip. It's clip eighteen to
Malia Slashas.
Speaker 17 (01:01:58):
Sometimes they grow up with their friend and you know,
they're in a group and and the guy's got crocodile arms.
Speaker 1 (01:02:05):
You know, it's like not picking.
Speaker 17 (01:02:07):
Up not picking up the check, and it's like, okay,
you don't have to pick it up all the time.
But if you're never picking enough, right, that's if you're
never opening a door or pulling out a chair, because
that's just.
Speaker 1 (01:02:25):
It's He's actually making a real good point in theory,
but no one wants to hear it from a super
rich person. You know what I'm saying, pick up my
pick up my daughter's lunch. It's a weird thing. And
I just think it comes back to self awareness, that's
all I That's what I think.
Speaker 10 (01:02:40):
And and it aligns with when Michelle Obama was telling
us how expensive it is to live in the White House.
Speaker 18 (01:02:47):
Paying for her own food. I'm sorry, it just.
Speaker 3 (01:02:54):
Again so out of touch everything I say, and this is.
Speaker 10 (01:02:58):
She keep talking though, are talk more and represent the
Democrat Party and left leaning everything.
Speaker 1 (01:03:06):
And it's amazing how quickly they've lost touch with that,
because if you come up in a normal middle class
or even lower middle class life, or even raised poor.
I mean, I was driving a taxi, so all I
always tell people we didn't have a bank account. We
actually had a Nike shoe box. When Lincoln was born,
we went to the bank of Nike. The goal was
to save up enough to get to the bank of Rebok.
I mean that was the goal, okay, And once you've
(01:03:27):
seen the world through that lens, you really do always
think about people who are still in that position. They don't.
It's not nothing they're saying is actually elevating people in
that position. And that's the part that I think is
such a waste, is that he was supposed to represent
this moment as a country where we took this collective
step forward, and instead we've gone all the way back
(01:03:49):
to identity and condescension and all of the class warfare stuff.
Nobody needs be one more point. It's a lot of
what the Democrats are running on right now. It was like,
eat the rich, but wouldn't you argue that most people
in America want to become the rich, they don't want
to eat them.
Speaker 10 (01:04:04):
And that's what President Trump puts forth is yes, I'm rich,
but I want you to be rich too, and I
want to promote policies where every working American can live comfortably.
And that's part of this whole illegal immigration conversation as well.
How I heard that statistic the other day to only
twenty eight percent of your farm workers, hotel cleaners, things
(01:04:27):
like that are illegal immigrants. So when people are saying
that Americans don't want those jobs, what are they saying
to the seventy two percent that.
Speaker 18 (01:04:35):
Do have those jobs?
Speaker 3 (01:04:37):
Right?
Speaker 10 (01:04:37):
And President Trump is going all of this work is dignified.
Speaker 18 (01:04:41):
We should uplift them. We should make things cheaper for them.
We should bring more.
Speaker 10 (01:04:44):
Of those types of jobs back to the United States
and give them to Americans so that they can thrive,
not that they're victims, and that they should be picking
up the check for a million dollar.
Speaker 3 (01:04:54):
Daughters every amen, thank you? Then you sorry? How dare
you not buyside? It's just turkey club.
Speaker 1 (01:05:01):
You got a lot of nerve, man.
Speaker 18 (01:05:03):
But to be clear, I believe in chivalry taking up.
Speaker 1 (01:05:05):
You're raising sons. I totally agree with you just the same.
I'm just telling you it doesn't work coming from a
rich person messaging problem. That is the problem there, and
it speaks to that lack of self awareness. And this
is where I say this all the time. The media
hurts the Democratic Party because people on the left think, no, no, no,
they don't they're in our pocket.
Speaker 3 (01:05:22):
They're good, but it really hurt them.
Speaker 1 (01:05:24):
I mean, if you just think back to the past presidency,
they pretended for four years it was fine. We had
a president who made the sign language interpreter shrug. Okay,
he was making up words.
Speaker 3 (01:05:36):
It wasn't okay. Everybody knew that.
Speaker 1 (01:05:38):
But the fact that the media was like, no, no,
it's fine is why the credibility problem hurts them when
it's time to sell a real idea.
Speaker 10 (01:05:45):
Yes, and when the curtain was pulled back, there was
no question that they had been in the Democrats pocket
the whole time. It wasn't like, you know, the curtains
pulled back and people were like, well, were they or
weren't they? No, they clearly were. They clearly have not
been reporting fairly this entire time. You can't believe anything
they say. They've lost all credibility.
Speaker 3 (01:06:04):
Well, let me give you one more on that.
Speaker 1 (01:06:05):
We're talking to Eric o'donald's America First Policy Institute. This
is important, Okay, when we talk about the Biden thing
and how they all wrote best selling books now about
the cover up, they were a part of the reason
we know it's still disingenuous is because if you're gonna
go out and write the book about you know, he
was cuckoo for Coco Puffs and it turns out the
White House was lying, Then why aren't they investigating the
(01:06:26):
auto pen If you're admitting, if you're conceding he was compromised,
this should be the only thing anyone's talking about right now.
Speaker 10 (01:06:33):
Yeah, they're filling a whole new section in the bookstore,
the CYA section right the bookscalore to cover up the
cover up. Ye, And to your point, but they're not
getting specific because they can't get specific because specifics mean
who was in the room yep when that happened. They're
not naming each other, right, they're not implicating.
Speaker 18 (01:06:56):
But if you saw the.
Speaker 10 (01:06:59):
Press conference yesterday, I believe with Jim Comey and my husband,
after Jill Biden's chief of staff pled the fifth thirteen
or fifteen times, says that that he or at least
can't say whether he knew, as Jill Biden's chief of
staff that was with her all the time, whether Joe
Biden had his faculties about him to be able to
(01:07:22):
execute the duties of the.
Speaker 18 (01:07:23):
President of the United States. Think about that without incriminating himself.
Speaker 3 (01:07:26):
Think of that which is the key context there.
Speaker 4 (01:07:29):
What a day.
Speaker 1 (01:07:30):
Anthony Burnell pleads the fifth Kamala drank a fifth.
Speaker 3 (01:07:33):
It was a it was she's coming in, I hope
so I know.
Speaker 18 (01:07:39):
Representative Donald says Kamala needs to come in and answer
some questions.
Speaker 3 (01:07:45):
And you know she does.
Speaker 1 (01:07:46):
And what's so funny is when Biden glitched out on
that debate stage. She was the first one on TV
and she gave Anderson Cooper a hard time. She was like, Anderson,
She's like, one bad debate? Does it undue four years
on my comma. He didn't speak English for an hour
and a half, like it was bad. And we weren't
mad at him. We were mad at them, you know,
because they didn't want to call it.
Speaker 18 (01:08:05):
The cover worse than the cross.
Speaker 1 (01:08:07):
Always as I literally have a TV show because of
my ability to make fun of Joe Biden. He was
the president when I got on TV, so that was
like the most common go to punchline. And on the
night of that debate, I went from this guy's a
punchline to this guy's a victim, you know, and they
were the people perpetrating this, which is a scam. So
in closing, as you're up here on your New York
(01:08:28):
tour de force, which I think is great. The only
thing I would say, And I think this is a
good collective point for everybody to make, because I listened
to so much of this Obama pod and I'm it's
always good to take a step back and go, do
I look crazy? Do I sound crazy? It's called self awareness.
And I'm saying that as a man in a pink
denim jacket. But it's good for all of you listening.
(01:08:49):
The Obamas are setting a bad example because if you
just surround yourself with yes men, they're going to co
sign every bad idea. And that's how the Biden thing happened.
That's how we're laughing at this Obama thing.
Speaker 10 (01:09:01):
Well not I will not name any names, but everyone
needs to be careful about surrounding themselves with yes men
on both sides of the aisle, right, And I can
tell you know, there are people on our side of
the aisle that people need to be a little more
honest with at times. Right, So we all need to
be self reflective. And you cannot be afraid to tell
(01:09:23):
people in power that you disagree with them. I mean,
I've been with President Trump on the plane with others,
congressional members, future cabinet members. I'm The time I'm thinking
of is during the campaign where he and he loves
to ask people, Hey.
Speaker 18 (01:09:37):
What do you think about this? What do you think
about this? What do you think? When go around the
room and the worst thing.
Speaker 10 (01:09:41):
To see is people who are starstruck and they're just
you know, tell him whatever you want they think he wants.
But he has the most respect for people who are
challenging his thinking. Not disrespectfully, but like, hey, you know
I kind of I don't necessarily agree with that. What
do you think about this? Those are the most valuable
people to its administration. You see that in both the
Cabinet and the White House. And that's another reason why
(01:10:04):
he's so successful in this first six months of office.
Speaker 3 (01:10:06):
A hot six months.
Speaker 1 (01:10:08):
As I said, America right now is hotter than a
stock tip from Nancy Pelosi. It is a wide time
to be us. The great Rika Donalds, we miss.
Speaker 18 (01:10:16):
You ready, love to be here.
Speaker 1 (01:10:18):
Thank you dude again soon take care.
Speaker 4 (01:10:20):
It's the show that leaves you hungry for more.
Speaker 19 (01:10:23):
Will sit around and cook some suity brand.
Speaker 1 (01:10:27):
Desserts and just get all fat and say.
Speaker 3 (01:10:30):
Sy shout out to the great Erica Donalds.
Speaker 1 (01:10:37):
God, you hope like kel she's the next first Lady
of the Great State of Floridick. She's just kids down
there and they care.
Speaker 14 (01:10:42):
You know.
Speaker 1 (01:10:42):
I always tell you the litmus test for me is
not how people sound on the radio. It's that I
get to talk to them off the radio. And you
have to use that horse sense you develop as a
cab driver. You know, when you're driving a cab late
at night, you've got to figure out who wants to
ride home and who actually wants to drive the cab
home with your body in the trunk. You know, you
get good at who's going to Brooklyn and who's going
to a Staten Island landfill with half of you riding
(01:11:03):
shotgun and my horse sense. I always tell you this
about anyone in politics, or their spouse or their cousins
or their relatives, whatever their bookie, if it's Andy Biggs,
I'm kidding, is I always need to know that they're
the same way off the air that they are on.
Otherwise you're just helping somebody pedal nonsense. And they are
very heavily invested in the well being of the Florida
(01:11:25):
citizen and specifically the kids because they've raised them. And
it drives me so crazy to watch the Obama's miss
lead not just the youth of America but their parents.
It's like, you're sitting here selling this message of racial division.
Is you, yourselves are the human embodiment of just how
(01:11:46):
much we've healed. You're the first black president, you're the
first black lady. Don't tell people, no, we can't try
to harken back to that era when you ran for office,
And yes we can. My god, it's embarrassing. We're gonna
talk about it all with Dave Landau.
Speaker 2 (01:12:00):
Next from Everywhere USA, It's Fox Across America with Jimmy Phala.
Speaker 1 (01:12:08):
Oh girl, fire it up to bring you just an
absolute embarrassment of radio riches. In this hour of Fox
Across America, Dave Landau's coming by phenomenal comedian is going
to be talking about obviously some chicanery involving the Epstein
List and this big, giant, fat otal Penn scandal inviting
the likes of Joe Biden in the White House. I mean,
(01:12:31):
he's not in trouble, but a Stafford sure are. And
we'll get into Shane Gillis is set at the s b's.
Some of you I undoubtedly enjoyed it. It was very good.
It was very edgy. Some of you might have thrown
the challenge flag at the fact that they told the
exact same joke we told on Fox New Saturday Night
three weeks ago about Bill Belichick and his girlfriend. I'm
talking word for word, syllable for syllable in the monologue
(01:12:53):
at the sb's. We'll get to that as well, But
then it's not sour grapes. They did a great job.
It was probably parallel thought. If anything, it's just an
honor to be nominated. Eight it eight seven, eight, nine
to nine one zero if you'd like to weigh in
on the winners and losers. But as we get under
weigh in this hour, we have one rule. It's the
same rule we have every hour, no matter how many
stations were on. The show started on twenty seven stations.
It's not about two hundred now, a couple of really
(01:13:16):
big ones. We should probably clean up our act when
you think about it, but we're not gonna. We're gonna
keep on doing what we've been doing. Be a Republican,
be a Democrat, just don't be a Let me give
you a little down shift here. So we're talking about
a lot of heavy stuff this week. Talking about people
attacking ice agents. Those are garbage human beings. Talking about
the folks that could or could not be on the
(01:13:36):
Epstein list or flying down to that island also garbage stuff.
The attempt to cover it up and move on is junk.
And the Biden Auto Penn scandal. If you saw Anthony Burnow,
Joe Biden's chief of staff, plead the fifth yesterday, he
should be behind bars. Let me give you a quick
(01:13:57):
takeaway on that, and then we're gonna downshift into real
comedy like an no howalysis and things that are going
on Biden's staff as we now know it through their
own words, got verbal permission for some pardons and signed
the rest with autopen. He didn't sign any pardons. The
only pardon he signed was hunter Biden's. Now, why is
(01:14:20):
that significant? Because he needs the pardon to hold up
in a court of law.
Speaker 4 (01:14:29):
Ah, you have a good man.
Speaker 1 (01:14:31):
He doesn't care if the Chinese spy with ten thousand
images of Kitty Pourn on his computer and enough fentanyl
to kill America three times over winds up going back
to jail. But if Hunter goes to jail, if that
pardon is ripped up and he no longer has immunity,
that becomes a problem for Joe Biden, Jim Biden, and
everyone else in the family.
Speaker 5 (01:14:52):
Are you the big man, Joe?
Speaker 3 (01:14:53):
Yes.
Speaker 1 (01:14:54):
According to the testimony from both of Hunter Biden's business partners,
Devin Archer and Tony Bobolinski, Joe Biden was getting a
ten percent kick back on everything Hunter Biden did. It
was an influence pedaling scheme that funneled the money over
to Biden. So is it not a little curious that
Joe stuck around to make sure his hand was on
the Hunter pardon, but didn't care about any of the
(01:15:17):
fugazy ones we were all screaming and yelling about. And
if you remember, it was on this show in the
first week of December when we said, wait, Biden is
issuing pardons right now. That really is odd because traditionally
those pardons come in that first week and second week
of January before the inauguration, where they have the peaceful
(01:15:38):
transfer of power and they don't really have to incur
the wrath of the media on how did you pardon
this pedophile? Why is this murderer getting out. How do
you let a guy off the hook who shot a cop?
But the Biden administration did all of that, and then
some including international Chinese spies, got pardon in the very
first week of September. And what did I say at
(01:15:59):
the time, I said, Yo, if their pardoning people, now,
that's their way of sending a signal to other people
who want to pardon to maybe give them a few
million reasons to think about it.
Speaker 19 (01:16:12):
Money money, money, money, money, money, money.
Speaker 4 (01:16:15):
Yo.
Speaker 3 (01:16:15):
They were selling pardons.
Speaker 1 (01:16:17):
And if we now know there were a thousand pardons
Biden didn't sign and wasn't aware of, why do you
think they pardoned that many people? Do you know what
the record is before Biden, it's about give you a hand,
it's about eight hundred pardons less, about eight hundred less.
I think the grand scheme of things, if you count
the totality of the four years, it's over thirteen hundred
(01:16:37):
pardons less.
Speaker 3 (01:16:39):
So why would they pardon that many more? People?
Speaker 1 (01:16:40):
Of the Bidens like these benevolent souls. I know, I'm
not stupid, I know better. They were corrupt, they were gangsters.
Joe Biden, whose Democratic Party once impeached Donald Trump for
looking into rumors that Joe Biden threatened to withhold AID
from Ukraine when he was vice president.
Speaker 3 (01:17:02):
They impeached Trump for that.
Speaker 1 (01:17:03):
They're like, well, Trump threatened withhold aid if they didn't
look into the room of that.
Speaker 3 (01:17:07):
Biden threatened the withhold aid. There's only one small problem.
Speaker 1 (01:17:10):
Biden is on tape bragging about the time he threatened
the withhold aid.
Speaker 20 (01:17:15):
I had gotten a commitment from Porshenko and from Yachtsan
Yuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor.
And they didn't. They said, you have no authority. You're
not the president. The president said. I said, call him.
I said, I'm telling you're not getting a billion dollars.
I said, you're not getting the billion. N I'm gonna
be leaving here. And I think it was about six hours.
(01:17:36):
I looked at I said, I'm leaving it six hours.
If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money. Oh,
son of a bit, I got fired.
Speaker 1 (01:17:44):
WHOA that is Joe Biden bragging. Yeah, I was a
vice president. They thought they were getting a billion dollars
in four and aid. I said, you're not getting it
unless you fire the prosecutor. Who is the prosecutor, the
guy looking into his family. The Bidens are what they
the liberals claimed the Trumps are. You know, the liberals
claim the Trump's are corrupt gangsters getting rich off the office. No, no,
(01:18:06):
the Trumps are rich way before they got into politics,
way way way before they got into politics. The Bidens
got into politics like everybody else and got really really
rich afterwards off jobs that supposedly paid one hundred and
seventy thousand dollars a year, which is a ton of money.
It's a lot of money. Holy hell, one hundred seventy
thousand dollars a year. Tell this cab driver that one
hundred and seventy thousand dollars isn't a lot of money.
Speaker 3 (01:18:28):
It's a ton of money.
Speaker 1 (01:18:30):
But the point is, okay, they became millionaires ten, twelve,
twenty fifty times over. The Bidens have a lot of
money and they got it through influence pedaling. So say
they're emails. You know that laptop that NPR told you
was Russian disinformation? And then PR's up there telling you
(01:18:53):
we've never been biased, we've never displayed bias. NPR literally
ran an article titled why We're not covering the Hunter
Biden story. Think about that. I'll give you some of
their headlines right now to go with that clip. But
the point is the media refusing to hold the Democratic
Party accountable allowed them to really run roughshot over morality,
(01:19:16):
the law. Anything you want to tell me was a
standard in Washington. Here's NPR. This is so great. This
is October twenty second, twenty twenty two weeks from election day,
two weeks headline, why haven't you seen any stories from
NPR about the New York Posts Hunter Biden's story? Read
(01:19:37):
more in this week's newsletter. What's the subtitle? We don't
want to waste our time on stories that are not
really stories, and we don't want to waste the listeners
and readers time on stories that are just pure distractions. Okay,
Hunter Biden was given a presidential pardon because of what
(01:19:58):
was on that laptop.
Speaker 3 (01:19:59):
That's how real the laptop was.
Speaker 1 (01:20:01):
Hunter Biden pled guilty in federal court in California because
of what's on that laptop. That's how real that laptop was.
So NPR was covering up to protect them. Okay, NPR
was out there every single day. And Biden isn't the
first president to pardon a relative. Here's how the power works. Now,
(01:20:23):
they're not biased. The economies is strong, but voters aren't
feeling it. That's a problem for Biden since NPR telling
you you're just too stupid to know how strong the
economy is.
Speaker 4 (01:20:33):
No.
Speaker 1 (01:20:33):
No, I know, inflation hit a forty year high, and
groceries are up thirty percent, the price against doubled, and
inflation is outpacing wages. But trust me, the economy is
really really good right now. You just don't get it.
I mean, that's what.
Speaker 5 (01:20:46):
They don't pee on my leg and tell me.
Speaker 1 (01:20:49):
It's raining, exactly what they did. Okay, but you understand,
NPR has been a NonStop propaganda machine for the Democratic
Party and Biden and these pardons. Nobody, nobody in the
liberal media said a word about the fact that they
just autopenned a thousand, one thousand pardons. Guys, think about this.
(01:21:11):
Joe Biden was yanked off the Democratic ticket. He was
replaced with Kamala Harris because Barack Obama and George Clooney
and Nancy Pelosi said, this is not the same Joe Biden.
The elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor.
The man has been compromised. George Clooney wrote that op
ed with Obama the first week of July last summer,
(01:21:36):
they wrote the op Guys, we love Joe Biden. He's
been a public servant. However, we just did a fundraiser.
This isn't the same Joe Biden.
Speaker 3 (01:21:42):
Mind you.
Speaker 1 (01:21:43):
They did the fundraiser, they let the check clear before
they said anything. They got the thirty six million dollar fundraiser,
and then they wrote the op ed. I get it, money, money, money,
I get how this thing works. And you know, you
want to run for office in this country. It costs
a lot of money to run for political office. You
tell him, Johnny, but you understand, okay, that they did
this and openly admitted the man was cognitively impaired. He
(01:22:06):
cannot be president, he cannot be our standard bearer because
he doesn't know where he is half the time. So
if we're admitting in July that he doesn't know where
he is half the time, we should all be wondering
how the hell they signed a thousand pardons in the
month of December. Six months later, But to this day,
the media is still not calling it out because they're
really more concerned with protecting the Democratic Party than they
(01:22:28):
are with protecting America.
Speaker 3 (01:22:29):
Really think about that.
Speaker 1 (01:22:31):
If you're Jay Tapper, you wrote a best selling book
about the fact that the media covered up Biden not
being there. Okay, never mind that you were part of
the cover up, and you're just a shameless, well played
circus clown at this point. The fact remains, if you
want anyone to believe you're bargaining with them in good faith,
you should want to know what the hell happened with
these autopen signatures. But nobody, and I mean nobody is
(01:22:51):
questioning these autopen signatures.
Speaker 3 (01:22:54):
And that's the point.
Speaker 1 (01:22:55):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (01:22:56):
The media and people on the left are like, oh, the.
Speaker 1 (01:22:58):
Media has got my back because they don't hit the Democrats. No,
they're hurting you. Do you know how many right wing
people are helping Trump right now by trashing his handling
of the Epstein story because it's credible. They're not going, Hey,
I voted for this guy. I don't want to you know,
I don't want to set them. I don't want to
set his supporters. No, there's a lot of people calling
them out because they don't like the way it's being handled.
That's called seeking some form of objective truth. It's not
(01:23:20):
called just taking a knee and making sure you toll
the party line because you don't want to give liberals
the upper hands. And that's the point about the Biden thing.
Dirt bags were selling pardons one billion percent. And if
you can't call out your own side because you don't
want to hurt you know, its chances to beat the
other side. I have uttered this on the show probably
three million times. If the only goal of the Republicans
(01:23:42):
is to beat the Democrats, If the only goal of
the Democrats is to beat the Republicans, if that is
the only thing we value in day to day life,
then no matter who wins the next election, we all
end up losing.
Speaker 2 (01:23:54):
You are correct say these funks across the America Jimmy Falo.
Speaker 1 (01:24:01):
He is one of those iconic figures that fans Careada.
Oh girl, it is Fox across America with your main man,
Jimmy Fala. I'm fired up because in the next segment
we're gonna be joined by comedy's sexiest man making a
long overdue triumphant return to the show. I am, of
(01:24:21):
course talking about Diamond Dave Landau. Yeah, they love him, Yes, listen,
I don't know that Diamond Dave has been on the
show since we launched on WR or WBN, so this
could be your first go round with Diamond Dave. Really
think about that for just a seminal moment in broadcasting
right now, but as we continue to have this conversation
(01:24:42):
around the Biden autopen pardons so fascinating. But I'm telling
you this because I care, so you know the whole
horse sense. When you really pay attention as a cab driver,
you get to know people and read human interest and
everything like that. They were absolutely positively selling pardons in
the Biden White House.
Speaker 4 (01:25:00):
It is.
Speaker 1 (01:25:01):
And when you look at the fallout, here's Anthony Burnow,
Joe Biden's chief of staff. I want you to hear
him pleading the fifth clip twenty three did you ever.
Speaker 13 (01:25:09):
Advise President Joe Biden to pardon his son Hunter Biden.
Speaker 14 (01:25:13):
On the Adviceive Council? I respectfully declined to answer the question.
Pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights under the Constitution.
Speaker 13 (01:25:19):
Was President Joe Biden fit to exercise the duties of
the President.
Speaker 14 (01:25:23):
On the Adviceive Council? I respectfully declined to answer the question.
Speaker 4 (01:25:26):
Mister Bernad.
Speaker 6 (01:25:27):
Did President Joe Biden ever instruct you to lie regarding
his health on.
Speaker 14 (01:25:30):
The Adviceive Council? I respectfully decline to answer the question.
Speaker 1 (01:25:33):
Whooo this is ridiculous, Tell them, Harrison Ford, it is ridiculous.
Speaker 3 (01:25:38):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (01:25:38):
And he's not even speaking in his own tongue. He
is reading a statement prepared by his attorney because they're
all horrified. Right now, You guys, really really think about this.
Joe Biden was forced off the presidential ticket. He was leading,
he had fourteen million votes in the primaries. They wouldn't
let anybody primary him or he would a loss. Let's
(01:25:58):
be clear.
Speaker 4 (01:25:59):
I A with that.
Speaker 1 (01:26:00):
I mean, who wouldn't. But the point is they protected him,
they got him the nomination, and then they forced him
off the ticket because he went on the debate stage
and said, this, make.
Speaker 8 (01:26:11):
You sure that we're able to make every single solitary
person eligible for what I've been able to do with
the UH COVID, with dealing with everything we have to
do with UH.
Speaker 3 (01:26:26):
Look, if we finally beat medicare thank you President abouten
President Trump.
Speaker 7 (01:26:33):
I really don't know what he said at the end
of this, and I don't think he knows what he
said either.
Speaker 1 (01:26:39):
So crazy, we finally beat Medicare. He was trying to
give you an answer on like the border. Trump actually
goes in the in the full salbody goes Yeah, he
beat Medicare, all right, he beat it to death, that's
what he said. It's crazy. But you understand that debate
performance forced them to take Joe Biden off the ticket
(01:27:04):
because they didn't think he could run the campaign.
Speaker 20 (01:27:07):
I am I am very willing to let the American
public judge my physical mental filth, my physical as well
as my mental fitness.
Speaker 1 (01:27:16):
Think about that, he's yanked off the ticket. The elevator
doesn't go all the way to the top floor, that
whole thing. He's cuckoo for cococo puffs. That was the
collective sentiment of the Democratic Party. They watched the debate
and they said to themselves, this man.
Speaker 2 (01:27:32):
Needs a retirement time and a warm bowl of soup.
Speaker 1 (01:27:35):
And that's what they said. They yanked him off the ticket.
If you are not cognitively fit in July to run
for office in what world with a presidential pardon that
you didn't even sign hold sway in a court of law,
And the answer is none. The only Biden pardon that
was signed by hand was the Hunter Biden pardon. So
(01:27:57):
really think about that. Okay, give you a little more
of this. Here's James Comer talking to my man Sean
Hannity clip twenty eight.
Speaker 19 (01:28:04):
I think it would be a hard pitch in front
of a court of law to try to defend what
Joe Biden just admitted to The New York Times that
he didn't know exactly who all was getting pardons or not.
He didn't know who was being pardoned with the use
of his autopin And that's the whole basis of this investigation.
Speaker 4 (01:28:26):
This is just the pardons. What about the executive orders?
Speaker 19 (01:28:29):
I mean, there was no process that we have found
thus far, and we've brought in four people thus far
in our interviews and depositions, no defined process by which
Joe Biden was the one saying, yes, use this auto
pen to sign my name on this pardon or this
executive order.
Speaker 3 (01:28:49):
So think about that.
Speaker 1 (01:28:50):
There's not one person who's comment under oath and said, yeah,
Biden wanted us to sign these. Do you know what
that means? That means they were selling the pardons. Okay,
every single one? Hey, wait, what's that your uncle wants
to get out of jail.
Speaker 18 (01:29:05):
Please give us money.
Speaker 3 (01:29:07):
No, he murdered somebody. We're not big fans of murder,
but please give us money. Ice out went down, but
he's sure Biden's gonna pardon a murderer.
Speaker 4 (01:29:15):
Not.
Speaker 3 (01:29:15):
I don't worry about that.
Speaker 18 (01:29:16):
Please give us money.
Speaker 1 (01:29:17):
That's how it worked, Okay, they sold pardons one million, trillion,
billion percent. You don't pardon that many people unless you
have a motivation to do so. Because they weren't pardoning
like good people who are falsely in prison. They they
pardon chiny spines, they pardon murderers, they call uh child rapists,
cop killers, the worst human beings to walk the face
(01:29:39):
of the earth, all God pardoned.
Speaker 18 (01:29:41):
Please give us money.
Speaker 1 (01:29:43):
Kind of makes you wonder why and when you hear
Biden issued a criteria but didn't sign off on the
individual pardons, that means none of it's legal, and all
of these dirt bags were getting rich. Just something to
keep in mind the next time they give you this
speech about Democrats.
Speaker 3 (01:29:57):
Being the moral side of the aisle.
Speaker 5 (01:29:59):
Here democrats are so full of crap.
Speaker 1 (01:30:02):
Are they?
Speaker 16 (01:30:06):
There?
Speaker 1 (01:30:07):
It is Fox across America with Jimmy Phalo and if
the band sounds.
Speaker 3 (01:30:11):
Fired up, it's because they are joining us.
Speaker 1 (01:30:14):
Now making his triumphant return to the show Comedy sexiest
man Diamond Dave Landau in the house and the crowd
goes wild.
Speaker 3 (01:30:20):
Hey girl, how are you?
Speaker 12 (01:30:22):
Baby?
Speaker 1 (01:30:22):
I love this zoom link. You're all fancy and I
hear you and stuff like that.
Speaker 3 (01:30:26):
What happened? Like we really grew up in the last
two weeks we did.
Speaker 12 (01:30:30):
I bought a camera, obviously for my only fans, and
now I'm able to use it for this as well.
So I'm learning to be an adult in this whole
new world.
Speaker 1 (01:30:41):
The difference between you and me, Diamond Dave, You're starting
an only fans, but I'm too chubby. I've started in
only foods. I just eat sandwiches with fat chicks and
they love it. They love it.
Speaker 12 (01:30:52):
I guarantee you there's a huge market for that, yo.
Speaker 1 (01:30:56):
Do you know much money? I'm not. You're right if
somebody wanted to make money, ironically, big market. But enough
about the audience. Nice work, so uh your your tone.
I can sense the same relief I felt when I
heard the Epstein list wasn't coming out.
Speaker 12 (01:31:13):
I am so glad that it's not a thing, and
it never existed, and we're all just supposed to believe it.
Good God, I'm sorry killed itself, but I'm glad that
homosexual Kevin Spacey would like to see the list?
Speaker 1 (01:31:35):
Is that your way of calling Mike Johnson? Mike Johnson, Yes, exactly, Yes,
I got. I just wanted to make sure the audience
it's a killer reference, but it's so it's deep enough
that I wanted to make sure I subtitled it Dave
Landau's on the phone. We're going hard over here, just
like they did at Epstein Island. Hey girl, yes, no, no,
it doesn't exist. You know what happened just him? You know,
(01:31:58):
it's so funny. I said this to the of the show.
What happened here? Is they Great pumpkined America. Do you
remember the Charlie Brown the Peanuts episode of the Great
Pumpkin Get down to the Pumpkin Patch and the Great
Pumpkin's gonna come and you gonna find out all this
cool stuff.
Speaker 12 (01:32:10):
I watched it every Wednesday.
Speaker 1 (01:32:13):
Well, they filmed the Peanuts episode called the Great Pedophile,
and they were like, if you get down to the patch,
the Great Pedophile is gonna fly over, we're gonna get
the list, We're gonna lock up all the elites, all the.
Speaker 3 (01:32:23):
Kids are gonna be saved. And everybody went down to
the pumpkin patch.
Speaker 1 (01:32:26):
And now they're telling us straight up, Oh no, that
binder we handed you with the script for the Great Pedophile. No,
it's just I don't know. So the thing we did
in February, it's like it's so weird and clumsy.
Speaker 12 (01:32:38):
No, yeah, of course it is. It's like, this is
the time where look, no matter what you ran on
and who your candidate is, you have to be honest
with yourself and just say, look, you promised to this,
you've been using this. I don't know if you're on it.
I don't know if you're not, but we need to
see what it is. Yeah, and there's no way it's
gonna be anything. It's not gonna be like Bill Clinton
(01:32:59):
oral at three PM. It's going to be flight logs
and stuff like you're not gonna really but there's something
there and we're being lied to.
Speaker 1 (01:33:06):
Amen.
Speaker 3 (01:33:07):
I mean, think about this.
Speaker 1 (01:33:08):
Melissa Gates left Bill Gates and did a network interview.
Seguy left him because he wouldn't stop hanging out with
that creep, Jeffrey Epstein.
Speaker 3 (01:33:17):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (01:33:18):
She got a list, Melissa got a list. She knows
at least one guy on the list.
Speaker 12 (01:33:22):
It turns out she's never met Jeffrey Epstein and it
was just Steve Jobs all these people. Look, Gislaine is
locked up. Yeah, so you know, obviously she didn't do
anything wrong, but she is in prison for it. But
I love that She's like, I'll talk and say you're
not on it, which is the saddest way I've ever
(01:33:44):
seen anybody try to get pardoned and he people say
it might be six D chess, but I'm like, this
is this doesn't even look like checker. It's not even
connects four. At this point, it looks very bad for America.
Speaker 1 (01:33:58):
Yeah, based on what we know, it's sixth grade chess. Yeah,
not good. We're talking to Dave Landau. I mean, think
about that point, right, If j Justslayne Maxwell is doing
twenty years for child sex trafficking, shouldn't we want to
know who was receiving these get these kids?
Speaker 4 (01:34:16):
Right?
Speaker 12 (01:34:16):
Well, considering it's just supposed to be one guy, yeah,
that's then you have right, and then you have I imagine
Kevin Spacey's coming out and demanding it, because when he
got to the island and saw all women, he was.
Speaker 1 (01:34:28):
Like this, I want to He's to a manager. Yeah,
this is disgusting. I'm leaving a Yelp review. He turned
in star. He turned into Karen spaceyge what do you
mean it's all girls? That's not right.
Speaker 12 (01:34:44):
He's like, they involved me, That's why I have to
tell it. It's like, well, they didn't involve you, and
I think that's why you're upsets.
Speaker 3 (01:34:50):
He's very not a good No.
Speaker 12 (01:34:52):
I'm just say it's it's amazing to see this. So
I really hope that they come out with a list.
After handing everybody a binder. It was thicker than like
the Bible your mom had when you were a kid.
Speaker 1 (01:35:03):
Imagine that, and you think about this. The binder said
phase one. Phase one implies. Yeah, it implies that there
are other phases, does it not?
Speaker 3 (01:35:14):
Well?
Speaker 12 (01:35:14):
Phase two is denied. The binder existed. It was a
very weird plan the beginning. And then phase three is
just ignore it.
Speaker 1 (01:35:23):
I mean, were at Mission impossible eight because they made
one through seven.
Speaker 3 (01:35:27):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (01:35:29):
The idea that we're just pretending the titles of the
film don't actually apply to what would contextually happen. Next
is bananas and there's somebody giving So here's what I think.
Speaker 3 (01:35:39):
Okay, extremely possible should be the name of it.
Speaker 1 (01:35:42):
That's what I always say. I'm like, if you pulled
it off seven times, it's not impossible.
Speaker 3 (01:35:47):
Oh come on, we've all watched Tom Cruise.
Speaker 1 (01:35:49):
What's the real mission that gets something off the top shelf?
He's four to seven. No one buys it, But give
me this. Okay, my three scenarios you feel free to
inject the fourth Scenario one is when the Democrats were
in power, the Republicans were saying, there's a list and
as a bunch of elite pedophiles because they knew it
was politically opportunistic. They've now gotten into office and realized
(01:36:10):
they were kind of embellishing on what we'd find out,
and now they're like, they got to walk it back, okay.
Scenario two is they got into office, found out they.
Speaker 3 (01:36:19):
Were right and then some and then as they were
going through.
Speaker 1 (01:36:22):
The files, they alsow a picture of their family sleeping
and were like, Okay, we probably aren't going to discuss
this anymore. There is no Phase two Phase three is
some of the wrong people are on it and they
don't want to release it for fear that they could
be associated with it. Do you think it's one of
those three scenarios or is there a phase four?
Speaker 12 (01:36:40):
I think it could be all of them maybe, And
I think it could also be the phase four of
there is a chance that maybe Milania met Trump through
this network, not in a way of like a sex
traffic thing, but just in a way of could have
met through like billionaires at parties. Obviously Epstein was an associate,
so there's something that there could be there. I don't
(01:37:01):
know if that's true. Someone made that point to me.
I thought it was interesting, uh huh. But other than that, yeah,
I think phase one through it could be any of
those things. But I personally, my honest opinion is yeah,
they showed up and were looking through it, and they
were like, oh, that's my name.
Speaker 1 (01:37:17):
It's like because you know how like remember like usaid
when they were looking at all the crazy corrupt overseas
spending and yeah, and Elon was like, look at all
the stuff for finding here and then but for whatever reason,
the Republicans weren't like, yeah, keep coming Elon.
Speaker 12 (01:37:34):
Yeah, they can find out that the fact that we
paid forty thousand dollars to have a trans ballet in
the middle of Ganda. But yeah, it's it's amazing. I
think that there. It's so mysterious and strange to gaslight
somebody an entire country like this. Yeah, that it has
to be something nefarious.
Speaker 1 (01:37:55):
Yep. Dave Landau is on the line, but he's about
to get killed in a drone strike, so I'll speed
it up.
Speaker 12 (01:38:01):
If somebody's knocking on my door, it seems to be
with the butt of a gun. There's no Epstein list.
Speaker 3 (01:38:08):
Oh you're talking about.
Speaker 1 (01:38:09):
You know what Trump should do just to split the difference.
He should release the Epstein list in auto pen you
know they had, They had Biden do all of that shit. Aedigans.
Give me this as two guys, okay, who were schooled
in the dark arts okay, gambling addiction, drug addiction. Me
and you have been on the worst side of every
(01:38:29):
one of those. Just say no lectures that they give
to the high school kids, okay, and I think you'd
agree with me. Have you ever found your when I
Mine was obviously gambling, yours was substance. When I was
in eleventh grade and the guy came ours was called
lead Week, where they'd bring in people struggling with stuff
and tell you about the downward spiral and stuff. There
was a guy standing in my eleventh grade social studies
(01:38:51):
class crying because he owed a bookie like six thousand dollars,
and at the time I was down.
Speaker 3 (01:38:57):
Three times as much as this grown ass man was.
Speaker 1 (01:39:00):
I was like, suck it up, six thousand. I would
be turning tricks in the faculty room.
Speaker 3 (01:39:06):
They'll only be down six thousand right now. So we've
seen the real stuff.
Speaker 1 (01:39:11):
We've circled a lot of different drains, have we not.
Speaker 4 (01:39:14):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (01:39:15):
So no, absolutely, thank you. So just that being established.
Speaker 1 (01:39:19):
When you hear the Biden White House pardon sex offenders, murderers, rapists,
child traffickers, Chinese spies without Biden's knowledge, doesn't that make
you think they were probably selling those auto pen pardons.
Speaker 12 (01:39:35):
Absolutely it does. I absolutely think they were being sold.
And I mean you had to do it behind Biden's back,
because well, you know, what were you going to do
tell them about it? Like he has the memory of
a goldfish, you don't want to keep reminding it over
and over again. But I think they did and I
think that shows you who's on that list to even
circle it back is it's so corrupt, and it's so elite,
(01:39:58):
and it's so many people, and they did they handed
out those pardons to people. And in fairness, yes, sex offenders, satanists,
there's nobody else that really associated with Democrats. You you
could pardon, that's all that. That's all they have.
Speaker 3 (01:40:12):
But the base.
Speaker 12 (01:40:15):
I don't know if you know Biden's associates, but yeah,
that's pretty much. Them's pedophiles and people that steal from you. So,
I mean, the chances of him signing the pardon, you
would have hit one anyway.
Speaker 1 (01:40:27):
If we're being honest, you're just throwing darts at a
wall now, really, yeah, you're just Oh they're all that, Nat,
That is amazing. We're talking to Diamond Dave Landau. Where
are you heading expert stand up this weekend? I'll be
at Uncle Vinnie's. Yeah, Point Pleasant, Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Yo.
I don't know what her schedule is, but Dana Perino
(01:40:49):
has been known to show up in Point Pleasant. I
have to tell her go see you. I'll see what
that would be a she would she would absolutely positively
love your act the one thing I can tell you
about her because her husban and Peter likes to tell
street jokes, like dirty street jokes, you know, a priest
and a rabbi, you know, or on a plane it's
gonna crash. They're like, we only have yeah, we only
(01:41:09):
have one parachute. We'll give it to the altar boy.
And the guy goes, screw the altar boy, and the
priest goes, do you think we have time?
Speaker 3 (01:41:14):
You know, those kind of jokes.
Speaker 1 (01:41:16):
So anyway, Uh, Peter loves a good dirty street joke,
but Dana loves comedy.
Speaker 3 (01:41:21):
I gotta flash the bat signal on this one.
Speaker 1 (01:41:24):
You might. You might be the reason I'm unemployed this monday.
Speaker 12 (01:41:28):
You know, I try.
Speaker 3 (01:41:30):
You know, we got that going for us.
Speaker 12 (01:41:32):
So we'll always have gambling and substance to turn to
if it ever gets to.
Speaker 1 (01:41:36):
That's the one thing. If we blow this all sky high,
we could we could absolutely be speaking in high schools.
Speaker 12 (01:41:42):
Yeah, so I remember, same with you. I had a
guy up there on stage crying because he had been
arrested twice, and I'm like, I'm on number four and
I'm on acid.
Speaker 1 (01:41:56):
Oh man, you're not kidding. I'm not kidding, and everyone
listening needs to know that. Dave and I living proof
you can overcome just about anything. You know you just got.
We're all in the keep going business in America. If
you just keep going it as a way of working
itself out.
Speaker 12 (01:42:13):
Or you just end up dead. But either way, you tried.
It's just it's saying in the game the way Epstein,
you know, didn't well depends on who you ask. So
give me this, give me this. Okay, Michael fran says.
Speaker 1 (01:42:28):
Okay was the name of that like steroid addicted former
cop who did time for murder or strangling his girlfriend
or whatever. Do you want to you want to humor
me and listen to him talking for fifty seconds. He
was in the same cell Epstein was in. Here is
his take, Josh, this is clip fourteen.
Speaker 7 (01:42:45):
Let me, there's no way you are able to commit suicide.
There's just no way. There's no way to hang yourself.
There's nothing from the ceiling, there's nothing from the best.
You'd have to be a midget and work really hard
to try to hang yourself, and I don't think you
can accomplish it at that point. You know, as far
as the camera's being off I haven't experienced that. I
did eight years in prison, and I haven't experienced cameras
(01:43:07):
being broken and the perfect storm of correctional officers not
walking those cells. They walk in and they look in
on you all the time. As a matter of fact,
you know, sometimes it's embarrassing to go to the toilet
because they're walking past you and looking in the cell constantly.
So I've said this from day one. I do not
believe it was suicide. I can't talk about what happened
(01:43:28):
to him, but I don't believe it was a suicide
because you just couldn't physically do it. It's almost it
would be almost impossible to do it.
Speaker 3 (01:43:36):
Do you catch that?
Speaker 12 (01:43:37):
Yeah, I've met Mike. He was I think he was
Columbo crime Family.
Speaker 3 (01:43:41):
Actually yeh yeah, yeah, it's prety hardcore.
Speaker 1 (01:43:42):
Well that's what he went, okay, fair, Yeah, yeah, pretty hardcore.
Speaker 12 (01:43:45):
No, And if well, if anybody knows anything about killing
and hangings and working out every single angle to possibly
do it, it might be somebody who was associated with
the Colombo crime family in the eighties.
Speaker 1 (01:43:57):
Oh my god, I know who this is. I'm conflating
him with the cop I know Mike Frank Emily Campana
interviewed him, and I know he has Michael friend, says
camble Crop.
Speaker 3 (01:44:06):
You told me about him.
Speaker 12 (01:44:07):
Yes, yeah, he's been on my show. I'm sure you
may have even met him before. He's very, very fascinating
and yeah, he's kind of reformed his life because well,
I mean, yeah, he's in the public eye. He'd be dead,
but I mean he claims to have never have killed anybody,
and I'm sure that's, you know, very true, but he will.
But the way that he's talked about it, You've even
(01:44:29):
seen like Sammy the Bull talk about it where they're like,
it couldn't have been done, and it's I can believe me.
I know every way that you can kill a man
in prison and make it look like an accident.
Speaker 1 (01:44:38):
Yeah, I think about this. We're talking to Dave Landau.
He's in Point Pleasant this weekend at Uncle Vinie's comedy club.
That is, that's a big win for the American people. Okay,
we're being told, Okay, in our final minute here, let's
have this exchange of information because they're trying to cut
our MIC's pretty hard right now. Not Josh and Mikey.
A man just walked in the black suit with black sunglasses.
But anyway, but we're being injecting people, Yeah, exactly. We're
(01:45:02):
being told that the prison camera's videotape for twenty three
hours and fifty nine minutes a day, and then that
one minute of the day where the camera resets to
start the new day. Epstein happened to kill himself. Right
in what world could any self respecting person go, well,
that's a wrap for me.
Speaker 12 (01:45:20):
Then, yes, even at the prison, you'd think they'd go,
we should really fix this one minute glitch where there's
no evidence on our camera s.
Speaker 1 (01:45:33):
Think about Yeah, yes, are good? No, I exactly. I
mean there's no point either one of us is gonna make.
It's funny and it's absurd, and it's literally the people
in power just giving us the middle finger, like what
are you gonna do? Shut up? You know.
Speaker 12 (01:45:47):
And that's what I think hurts the people because they've
they didn't vote for that. They voted for a draining
the swamp. Yeah, the biggest swamp monster we've known of
is Jeffrey Epstein.
Speaker 1 (01:45:57):
Thank you. We voted for a seat at the table,
and now we're not even getting a seat at the
massage table.
Speaker 3 (01:46:03):
This is not good.
Speaker 12 (01:46:05):
We're sitting at the children's table, not protecting them.
Speaker 1 (01:46:10):
Diamond Dave, we'll see in point pleasant. All right, my friend,
thanks for having me, my man back after this bottom
of the nineties on Fox Across America with Jimmy Fla,
did you see this crazy story? Not the CEO who
was at the Coldplay concert and got caught making out
with another woman that was not his wife.
Speaker 4 (01:46:32):
This could be a problem.
Speaker 1 (01:46:33):
And now apparently some of the reporting says it was
the head of HR in the company that he was
in charge of.
Speaker 3 (01:46:38):
I mean, that can't be good. Wild stuff.
Speaker 1 (01:46:42):
I called Jenny to discuss it, but apparently she's at
a cold Play concert, so I don't know. But we'll
try to get into this on Tomorrow's that the show.
Joe Conca joined us. Tomorrow, we're going to talk about
the week in media because it's Friday. Danny Poloschuk, Canadian comedian.
I'm trying to get him used to America before Trump
invade and makes them the fifty first state. And we
(01:47:02):
will continue just I'm telling you calling balls and strikes
on this show. It's been a wild week, but we're
going to keep it. Keep it wild tomorrow because here's
the thing. And this is if you are a frustrated
right wing guy and you're like, wow, all these right
wingers are attacking the Epstein thing.
Speaker 3 (01:47:19):
Be happy. That's the media doing its job.
Speaker 1 (01:47:22):
You're supposed to call out people in power if you
don't like something, regardless of whether you voted firm or not.
Speaker 3 (01:47:28):
That's your job.
Speaker 1 (01:47:29):
And if liberals in the media had done their job
the last four years, this country would be in a
much much better place.
Speaker 3 (01:47:37):
So keep that to heart. The show is over, pay up,
get out.
Speaker 1 (01:47:41):
We'll see you back here again tomorrow.
Speaker 3 (01:47:42):
Until then, be a Republican, be a Democrat, just don't
be
Speaker 2 (01:47:46):
A This has been a podcast from wor
