a phone prank on you and your husband, Damon.
Speaker 2 (04:20):
Say you up? Oh my god, he said.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
That your car's your baby and you've had it in

pranks weekday mornings on the twenties is another two bull phone.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
Prank weekday Mornings on the twenties, only on ninety six seven.
Kiss that then?
Speaker 1 (04:56):
Hello, Well, if it isn't Miss Heavyfoot herself, who's this,
hi Arden?
Speaker 2 (05:04):
This is Pete Eakins.
Speaker 1 (05:05):
I'm calling from Apartments Residence Services and I'm calling to
go over a few things with you because we've gotten
a lot of noise complaints about you.
Speaker 5 (05:15):
Okay, what are you talking about?
Speaker 1 (05:17):
Nooise complaints. I'm talking about your downstairs neighbor who has
quite a few grievances that they've let us know about,
and I need to go over those with you because
you're going to be charged quite a bit of money
in the upcoming months.
Speaker 2 (05:33):
To make up for it.
Speaker 5 (05:34):
I'm getting charged for noise complaints. And this is the
first time I'm hearing about it.
Speaker 1 (05:38):
Well, it's been going on for quite a while, and yeah,
we decided to finally put in a call because it's
really gotten to be quite a problem. You moved in
in twenty twenty three, and the first incidents of the
heavy footfall was Wednesday, March third, twenty twenty three, at
seven to twelve pm, and the decibel level on that,
by the way, was sixty seven.
Speaker 5 (06:00):
Eb are you they're keeping track of.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
My what the well?
Speaker 1 (06:08):
You know, we started getting a nowise complaints and so
we do have somebody there reading decibel levels every single
time there's an infraction, a heavy foot infraction, and of
course the unruly chair scooting. First incident of that was
April seventeenth, twenty twenty three, at six oh three am.
There was some unruly chair scooting that measured seventy two decibels.
Speaker 4 (06:27):
This is ridiculous.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
No, no, no, I'm not no, I'm not paying any
of this. I'm not doing it. Well, what else is there?
H Do you want to talk about the loud yawning?
Speaker 4 (06:41):
Loud?
Speaker 2 (06:41):
What yawning? Yawningoards?
Speaker 1 (06:47):
What are you?
Speaker 2 (06:47):
What are you talking about?
Speaker 1 (06:48):
We encourage our residents here to be respectful of the
other tenants around them, and we've had many instances of
loud yawning. First incidents to that was Sunday, May seventh,
twenty twenty three, at nine forty six am. The sustained
vocalization was upwards of sixty four dbs. So I don't
know how loud you're yawning up there, but you might
want to think about that the next time you're doing it.
Speaker 5 (07:11):
So wait, a second home and I've allowed to yawn
in my own home, I'm going to be charged to yawn,
which I'm quite sure everybody does.
Speaker 4 (07:20):
What else? What else is there?
Speaker 2 (07:21):
Well?
Speaker 1 (07:21):
Yes, but I think the respect of their neighbors and
they keep it down a bit. I don't know if
you're yelling or what you're howling, howling like a wolf
at the moon or whatever you're doing when you're yawning.
Speaker 2 (07:30):
It is very loud.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
Also, there's been a lot of cluster sneezes lately. I
know it's allergy season. But Tuesday May twenty fourth, twenty
twenty five, at ten fourteen am, there was a loud
cluster sneeze that we got measured at eighty five decibels.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
It's very loud to be.
Speaker 5 (07:50):
Sneeze, cluster sneeze.
Speaker 2 (07:51):
What's the is a cluster sneeze? It's more than three?
Speaker 5 (07:55):
Oh my gosh, who is this neighbor?
Speaker 4 (07:59):
That's a big a list of all this stuff?
Speaker 2 (08:00):
Who is this? Who is what? The neighbor?
Speaker 5 (08:04):
Yes, who's the neighbor that's keeping track of everything that
I'm doing in my apartment?
Speaker 2 (08:07):
Well, I don't think I'm allowed to share that information
with you.
Speaker 5 (08:11):
Not, no, no, tell me who it is.
Speaker 2 (08:14):
Last week I was awoken to the clapping aloud to music.
I think it was. Yes, it was last Wednesday.
Speaker 4 (08:22):
The tenant was what I was having a birthday party.
Speaker 2 (08:24):
I was shook out of sleep. Wait what what did
you just say? The resident was shook awake.
Speaker 4 (08:33):
They said to where I heard you say you?
Speaker 2 (08:37):
And I was saying.
Speaker 5 (08:38):
The resident was, well, that's not what you said, that's
not what you said.
Speaker 4 (08:42):
You said, I was awoken.
Speaker 1 (08:44):
Up in my sleep.
Speaker 4 (08:45):
I was woken up out of my sleep.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
Is it you?
Speaker 4 (08:48):
Is it you?
Speaker 5 (08:49):
Have you been like cripply checking everything that I've been
doing because that that that's weird. That's weird. You're the
worst person on this planet. You're sitting there are in
your apartment making lists after lists about all the noises
I make in my apartment when you should really focus
on your own.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
And I'm gonna call the.
Speaker 5 (09:08):
Office that you're a part of and I'm gonna get
you fired.
Speaker 4 (09:11):
How about that?
Speaker 2 (09:12):
How about we don't do that?
Speaker 5 (09:15):
Oh I think we should do that. I think we should. Okay,
this would be off enough.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
Let's not though, because this is a prank phone call.
Speaker 1 (09:25):
This is actually Jubil from the Jubil Show doing a
phone prank on you and your boyfriend set you up.
Speaker 4 (09:34):
He's not to be my boyfriend.
Speaker 1 (09:36):
He said, Do you live in an apartment when they're
always picky about noise and stuff and wanted me to
mess with you.
Speaker 2 (09:42):
Yeah, they are
Speaker 5 (09:44):
Wait out every morning with a jewbol phone pranks weekday
mornings on that twenty
