(04:30):
the power of neuroscience, his InnerSize movement, and breaking through limiting beliefs
to change your life. Welcoming nowto the show are Dan and John.
Welcome superstars, Hi Zen, HiJoe. Nice to be on. All
right, Let's dive right in.John so excited to have you. You
and your expertise have been featured inso many publications and media outlets and even

(04:51):
eleven movies, including the blockbuster hitThe Secret, which is a documentary featuring
various experts like yourself, focusing onthe w law of attraction, visualizing your
goals, and exploring how to ultimatelychange your life. And for those of
you that aren't familiar with the Lawof attraction, it's a philosophy where positive
thoughts bring positive results into a person'slife, while negative thoughts bring negative outcomes.

(05:15):
And based on the book by RhondaBurn, The Secret was made widely
popular by celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey, Ellen Degenerous, and Larry King.
So I know being featured in thisfilm must have been a huge moment for
you. So with the lasting impactof the Secret, how do you view
its legacy and ongoing influence on mindsetand personal development? Sure? So I

(05:38):
think the Secret got part of theequation right, but it got some of
the equations wrong. So let meexplain. We don't achieve what we think
about. We don't achieve what wefeel. We actually achieved what we do
or don't do. So the secret, you know, it is all about
this law of attraction that you attract, you know, the things to you
that you dominantly think about and feel. And that's not true. It might

(06:00):
activate, you know, some ofthe energy or vibration required, you know,
to be in resonance with things. But we all have to take the
right actions in the right order toachieve what we want. And that's part
of the secret that was missed.Yeah, And keeping with this law of
attraction philosophy to your point, areview from the American Psychological Association found that

(06:23):
people with a positive effect were morelikely to find success across life and marriage,
friendships, in calm, health, and career, and to go one
step further, having a positive mindset. It's absolutely crucial, not just for
attraction but also your physical well being. Right, positive emotions have been linked
with better health than a longer life. But negative emotions and chronic anger and

(06:43):
worry and hostility, while those therisk of heart disease as people react to
these emotions with raised blood pressure andstiffening blood vessels and so on and so
forth. But what you're saying isso accurate. The doors of the Bunch
actually get to their destination much quickerthan the dreamers of the Bunch. So
you're right, the secret missed outon something that you picked up on.

(07:05):
Now, I know Dan has somequestions as well, so I'm going to
hand it off to him. Yeah, John, thank you for being here.
How has your own personal growth journeyevolved over the years and what key
miles students have shaped your current philosophies. Sure, so I got on the
journey literally forty three years ago.I was a teenage derelict, get into

(07:27):
trouble with the law, failed English, failed math in high school, left
high school grade eleven. I wasactually voted most likely to fail in life
and out of mentor one guy whotook an interest in me that asked me
what I want to achieve in mylife, and I said, I don't
know. And he had me writeout a vision for my life for health,
wealth, relationships, career, business, charity, fun and experiences.

(07:49):
And I wrote out all these thingsand he asked me one question. And
he asked me, are you interestedin achieving these things? Or are you
committed to achieving them? And Iasked him, well, what's the different
His name was mister Brown, andhe said, if you're interested, you
do what's easy and convenient. Hesaid, if you're interested, you'll come
with stories reasons that excuses why itcan't be built or you can't do it.

(08:09):
He says, but when you're committed, you will do what it takes
to upgrade your knowledge, your skills, your identity, your belief in yourself,
and you will actually take the actionrequired to achieve these goals. And
so then he says to me,are you interested now or are you committed?
And I said I'm committed, Andhe reached out his hand. He
said, in that case, Iwill be your mentor. And then he

(08:31):
put me on the path to thinkthe right way to regulate my own emotions
and to learn what were the rightactions to take, and then I built
a few companies as a resulted that. But more importantly, I built a
life that I was proud of andhadn't purpose and meaning. But it was
one man, one question, onedecision, and they're followed by action,

(08:52):
change my life. Wow, that'show simple it really is. Right now,
let's shift a bit. You're thecreator of inner which is a proven
process utilizing the new signs of neuroplasticityto strengthen your mindset and help you understand
how to master your inner game,so your utter game and results aligne with
the internal vision you have for yourlife and family. Now, you wrote

(09:13):
a best selling book on this process, but you have also created an inner
size app and have over one hundredthousand success stories. So can you share
with us what inspired you to createthis app? Sure? So back to
my first mentor when I set thesevisions and goals I had for my life,
he asked me, what would youneed to believe in order to achieve

(09:35):
them? I don't about that.I need to believe I was smart enough.
I need to believe I was worthenough. I need to believe that
I can figure out how to doit. And then he had me look
at my vision every day. Howme read the beliefs you had me record
them onto back then was cassette tapesand listening to it over and over again.
So that's part one of the story. But part two of it is
what I've discovered in the last fifteenyears, and that is functionally, every

(09:58):
brain works the same and we allhave about one hundred billion brain cells that
when they fire and wire together,we develop beliefs, habits, perspective,
self image, self worth. Soby innercizing strengthening my self image, self
worth and empowering beliefs, I startedto feel, I started to see myself.
I started to take action or Iwas procrastinating self sabotage you before.

(10:24):
So I termed that inner work innercize. Just like somebody who wants to get
a better shape by go to thegym or go outside to walk to exercise,
what about training your neu muscles? And so I developed this entire body
of work on neuro muscles, andI developed Innercize, the app to give
people hundreds and hundreds of innercizes tostrengthen their mind. I love it.

(10:48):
And why is mindset and mental fitnesscrucial for overall well being? And how
does that innerciz specifically address this need. Most people don't think of themselves,
uh and their brain specifically as thisyou know, one hundred billion dollar bio
computer that they own. And whenyou think about mindset, Carol Dweckt wrote

(11:11):
a really good book on mindset, said some people have a growth bit set,
which means they're open to growing, changing, learning, and becoming more
and other people have a fixed mindset. But the other side of that is
every time I use empowering positive youknow, build you up constructive language patterns,

(11:31):
I'm actually turning on certain circuits inmy brain that then release the neurochemicals
that caused me to either take actionor don't take action. Well, if
I'm, for example, in astate of fear, I'm gonna be usually
in a protective mobile. I'm eithergoing to try and fight it, I'm
going to freeze and not do anything, or I'm going to run away and
do something else. Well, mostpeople don't know that's just a circuit that

(11:54):
was turned on. So Inner sizeis not only there to teach people to
be aware of their own circuits, but also aware that they can release the
neurochemicals that will cause them to takeaction instead of not take action. And
we know that what we do ordon't do causes our results. So inner
size it gives you the awareness, the self talk, the emotional regulation,

(12:18):
but more importantly, the ability todevelop empowering habits that will cause them to
live the life of their dreams. That's very thorough, But I do have
a question. Sure, can youexplain what types of exercises people are coming
across on the inner size app Sure? So, let's say somebody has doubt
or fear, or worry or stressor anxiety. That just means that those

(12:41):
circuits have turned on one of themor more of them. Well, most
people are not aware that by takinga few simple, long, deep breaths
in through their nose slowly, slowly, slowly, and then breathing out with
pursed lips like they're blowing out througha draw six times, doing this deactivates

(13:03):
the stress, worry, anxiety orfear center. That's just inner size called
take six calm the circuits. That'sinner size number one. Innercize number two
is called actor's studio. So what'sactor studio? Actor studio is based on
what does every actor learn how todo? They can go from a really
angry emotion to having other pentaclipsols, and they can move shift emotions deliberately on

(13:30):
demand. Well, isn't that turningon or off different circuits in the brain
that release different neurochemicals. So somebodycan cry on demand, somebody can laugh
on demand. Well, Actor Studio, Inner size allows you to recognize that
I am not my emotions. Ihave emotions. Now when I can become
aware of the emotion, which isthe energy emotion, I can ask myself

(13:52):
a question, do I really wantto be in this physiological, mental,
or emotional state? Oh no,great? Well why not learn how to
shift in one second? That issomething that we practice now. A Hollywood
actor practices her role. She doesn'tjust pick up a script and is the

(14:13):
role. She has to practice thatrole. Well, every one of us
has that level of capability, butwe don't have the level of training.
Well, why not train yourself tocontrol your feelings, to control whether you're
feeling happy or sad, which isyou know, a can be a very
very good thing. But every emotionsthere are six core emotions that we can

(14:37):
manage better, but we're not taughthow to do that. Inner side does
that, so we have better selfcontrol, self regulation, and that means
we can actually take action instead ofbeing frozen in fear or worried or stressed
out that we might be embarrassed orashamed, ridiculed or judged or rejected or
unloved, etc. To keep thatbillion dollar machine effective and sharp. I

(15:00):
love what you're saying. Can youalso elaborate on how neuroscience research influenced the
design and exercises that are included inthe Inner Size app? Sure so.
Up until let's say twenty years ago, when we were doing research on the
human brain, it was a deadbrain. It might as well have been,
you know, this plastic brain.Right now, we can actually use
functional magnetic resonance imaging and we actuallysee inside the human brain. We can

(15:26):
see when blood flow is moving fromone part of the brain, maybe the
prefrontal cortex, where you can seewhen the occipital lobe, the visual center
of the brain is active. Wecan see neurons firing, we can see
neurons being created, which are braincells being created at reinforced. So if
we think about this, I'll digressfor a moment. Were any of us

(15:46):
born with any beliefs? No aself image, no, beliefs about anything
that's good or bad, fears aboutsnakes or spiders, or driving or flying,
or sex or coming across something wedon't know in being petrified, we
weren't born with any of these patterns. So what neuroscience has showing us based

(16:07):
on neuroplasticity is the brain cells thatyou deliberately if you want activate, fire
and wire together becomes more dominant withspace repetition. So I could use language
patterns in the form let's say, affirmations, I could visualize, and visualization

(16:29):
is a simulation, and so Ican use a variety of different science based
techniques to activate and create empowering constructiveterms in my brain help me take action
instead of being frozen in fear orbeing worried that I might fail. Wow,
it's clear that there is so muchintent and thought put into this app,

(16:49):
and it's actually paying off because Iknow that. Statistically, just after
seventys of Inner Size app usage, seventy three percent of your users said they
felt unstoppable, ninety three percent feelmore focused, and ninety eight percent reported
feeling more confident, having fewer limitingbeliefs, and felt closer to reaching their

(17:11):
goals. So it's obvious why thisis the number one mindset coaching and mental
fitness training app. Now, whatare some common mindset challenges that you've seen
people face? Some of the badones, and I like to break them
down as limiting beliefs. I'm tooyellow, I'm too old, I don't
have the money, I don't havethe time, I don't have the resources.

(17:34):
So those are some limiting beliefs. But some of them are around self
image and self worth. I don'tfeel I deserve to achieve xoy, I'm
not worthy, I'm not capable. So they usually will fall into one of
three categories limiting beliefs, self imageor self worth related or fears. What

(17:56):
most of people don't know is there'sa very highly sensitive circuit in our brain
called the fear circuit, and there'sover fifty different types of common fears that
hold people back. So somebody's afraidof failing, they will take action because
they want to protect themselves. Ifsomebody's afraid of losing money, they're going
to be in a protective book.Somebody's afraid of being embarrassed, to shame,
ridicule, judge, rejected, unloved, alone. If somebody's afraid of

(18:19):
disappointing themselves again or disappointing their spouseor children or coworker. They will not
take action because they are in aprotective mode to avoid any paid or discovery.
Those are the common ones that justhold people back, and they don't
even know that. They repeat andreinforce those patterns year after year, decade

(18:40):
after decade, and then pass thosefears on generationally. But I love that
Inner Size helped people overcome these hurdleswith a simple step one, two three
guide. It's great, Dan.What advice do you have for individuals struggling
to break through their limiting beliefs? As you mentioned in pass condition, So

(19:00):
let's just take any limiting belief likeyou can take any living belief and write
down that limiting belief. That's numberone, First and foremost, don't reinforce
it. What I want you todo is write down that limiting belief and
then rewrite it. But do this. In the past, I used to
believe and write it down and thensay now I'm choosing to believe and write

(19:22):
the polar opposite of what that beliefis. Now what am I going to
do with that? Well? Numberone, I want you to write it.
I want you to read it,I want you to record it,
and then I want you to practicethe new belief every day for thirty days.
Put it on your mirror in yourbathroom, see it, feel it,
and start to believe it. Now, if you think about this,

(19:45):
did you believe anything when you wereborn? Know? And so you were
given what to believe by your parents, your teachers, tea, your school,
maybe your siblings, maybe what youwatched on television. Now, belief
is nothing more than a pattern inthe brain that's been reinforced. The pattern
doesn't necessarily have to be true, but anything that's been reinforced is what we

(20:10):
expect to be true, and wedevelop these cognitive bodiases towards those beliefs.
So why not deliberately and consciously createa new belief and then imprint it,
impress it into your subconscious money sothat you not have a new belief and
now you start to expect and behavein ways that match the new belief.
It's truly, you have something prettyexceptional here. And I love the way

(20:33):
that you're framing it, the waythat you're promoting it, and more importantly,
the authenticity behind the knowledge and you'retruly wanting to see all these people
just experience the best version of theirselves. And that's to me, I think
that's priceless. I believe that everyhuman deserves the right to achieve their fullest

(20:55):
potential. And most of us didn'tget the right training, we didn't have
the right environment, what we wereborn, and so we developed these ideas,
paradigms of beliefs about ourselves and what'spossible. But they're disempowering. And
so now that we know neuroplasticity isreal, why not change because you can't
and you deserve to have a great, amazing life. And so I just

(21:18):
want to develop the tools to helppeople. Well. These principles and practices
that are taught in the Inner Sizeapp are definitely helping people discover their potential,
both personally and professionally. So Ithank you for that. We are
officially out of time, my dearfriends, thank you so much for coming
on being so transparent and filled withknowledge, and really I can't wait to

moment of Zen right here on sevento ten wo R, the voice of
New York iHeartRadio. I'm your host, Zenzam's up in just a few minutes

(22:51):
and are going deep segment brought toyou by Co two Lift. In our
Expert on the Microphone series, We'refeaturing aesthetic wizard, Amy Lynn, founder
of Glowderma Medspot and glow Academy trainingplatform. She's a former er trauminurse with
over a decade of pediatrics and cardiaccare under her belt. Amy transitioned into
facial aesthetics and wellness, realizing herdream of owning a medical spot. In

(23:15):
just her first year, she soaredto Galderma's top one hundred injectors nationally and
is recognized as one of America's topone hundred best aesthetic injectors. Today,
she joins me to chat Carboxy Therapyhow CO two lift acts like a biostimulator,
ranking it high in the regenittive medicinespace. Why she chooses to incorporate

(23:36):
CO two Lift with neurotoxins and fillersand will also get her patient's reaction to
their CO two lift treatments. Welcomingout to the show is the beautiful Amy
Lynn. Welcome Superstar. It's sonice to be here. Today. Thank
you so much for that lovely introduction. I appreciate you and I cannot wait
to get into it with you today. Okay, let's dive right in.
So can you explain the benefits ofcarbon dioxide therapy for skin rejuvenation and how

(24:03):
it fits into regenitive medicine, particularlybiostimulators like CO two lift pro. Absolutely
so, as you had mentioned,I am big with regenitive medicine. I
finally feel that you know, ourpatients people in general, are ready for
this shift of mindset when it comesto aesthetic treatments and this gradual like natural
rejuvenation. And the way that COtwo has really been very effective in my

(24:27):
practice and me personally, is thatit's applying this like oxygen type therapy for
healing, for preparation of the skin. Also as you mentioned, sexual wellness
with the dlift as well, andI think it's something that is easily applied
to a patient care plan and alsoat home use, which I think is
key and I love that back thenyou can do this treatment in office,

(24:49):
but then the patient can also gohome with it and have ongoing care.
They can do it independent from evencoming into the office. So it's dually
amazing. I've seen amazing results onit. For me personally, I will
not travel without this thing. I'mtelling you, this mask is everything,
and it just really makes your skinglow, provides the oxygenation, it gives

(25:11):
it this beautiful radiance, and I'mjust really happy to have it and offer
it to my patient. It's inthe science. CO two lipro also stimulates
collagen and elastin production, which promoteselasticity and helps retain hydration. The list
truly goes on and on improving localmetabolism and elimination of waste products which helps
the body heal localized damage such asscars or acne or hyperpgumentation. And lastly,

(25:37):
but not least, regenerating and repairingdamage tissue to help clients and patients
truly achieve better looking and feeling skin. Now, how does the CO two
lip treatment differ from other skin rejuvenationprocedures and what makes it so effective for
enhancing skin texture and appearance. Well, when I met with Lana on our
founder of THEO two, got intothe science behind it, and she explained

(26:02):
to me that this is really theonly math that has this kind of oxygenation
like kind of therapy, that anymaths are compared to any other maths on
the market, and you can feelit with the skin, and you can
feel the difference that your skin isreally being changed by the science behind how
this mask is being created and whatit does to your skin, even with

(26:22):
the pH balance the redness. SoI just feel like the results speak for
themselves and that it's very unique inthe sense that there's nothing else like this
on the market. And I agree, I love it about that, agreed.
The CO two Lift Pro is thestrongest version of carboxy gel and it's
only available to esthetic and medical providerslike yourself. And of course I'm going

(26:45):
to reiterate this, it's an inoffice or an at home treatment that truly
delivers COO two cutaneously over these fortyfive minutes. And this transdermal non invasive
I'm going to focus on non invasivefacial mask is really recommended for post prec
your care after invasive procedures such asneedling or laser, but now it's also
being used in combo therapies to pretreat the skin, which brings me full

(27:08):
circle. So we often hear aboutthe use of neurotoxins and fillers for facial
enhancements. But how does incorporating COtwo compliment or enhance these treatments in your
practice, Well, healing time,I think it creates much more effective like
healing time. We put this onafter we do our micro needling or micro
needling in general and injection, soI think that you know the effects of

(27:32):
it as far as like minimizing anybruising or overall downtime. Is a definite
perk because it is providing this typeof oxygenation to the skin. And my
patients love that back because less downtimemeans less downtime, so people are very
happy with that. And I thinkthe preparation is also it's really providing these
nutrients that no other mask has.So my patient's satisfaction is immense, Like

(27:59):
they are so happy about this, they're excited about it, and they love
taking a home so they can dothese ongoing type of therapies at home in
the comfort of their own home.I love it as a single monotherapy and
the comfort of your own home. Now let's shift a little and pivot,
so I actually use COO to liftthe vaginal treatment. It lifts, it
hydrates and rejuvenates in just three applications. I experienced it myself. It really

(28:22):
helped tighten it all and lift itall down there. Basically, you know,
when you look at the science usingcarbon dioxide, it's so so simple
because it brings you back to circulationby rushing oxygen rich blood to tissue and
regenerate cells to improve sensitivity and lubrication. It's truly phenomenal. So some might
find it surprising that an injector wouldalso offer treatments related to sexual health.

(28:45):
Can you share your perspective on COOto lift vaginal rejuvenation treatments and why addressing
sexual healthful lines with your overall approachto patient care. Well, I'm a
female, right and I did havefive children as well my twenties, and
I think that women overall need tobe feel more empowered to speak about these

(29:07):
things because let's talk about sex, right, so we want who doesn't want
better sex? Who doesn't want toembrace that? And just like how we
take care of our faces and ourbodies, that's an area that I think
that some women are still not verycomfortable discussing and having these conversations. And
what I all, you have todo is open up that gate of communication.
And my female patients are ready. They're they're grateful that I have this

(29:30):
to offer them because maybe they're notcomfortable talking about this with their provider or
obgy N and they're here with meand we have this trust and this open
relationship, and I just offer asuggestion that we have this great product,
and I'm like telling you, They'relike, let's get on board with this.
So I do do some sexual wellnesshere as far as like oh shots,

(29:52):
and we do talk about sex alot and talk about sexual wellness,
and I think that it's really importantthat, you know, women we do
start to embrace this a little bitmore and be okay about having these discussions.
And now that we have a solutionto help improve all areas, I
love it. Well, we areofficially out of time. I can't wait
to pivot to the patient testimonial.I know we have two beautiful models waiting

(30:15):
to give us feedback. But itwas such a pleasure chatting with you.
Thank you so much for being fullof knowledge, transparent and beautiful. I
cannot believe you have five children.Oh my goodness. Well, thank you
so much for this opportunity. I'mso excited and let's hear it from my
patient. Yeah, let's get toit. Let's bring them on for reactions
directly from a Glowderma spa in Yardley, Pennsylvania. We're going to be checking

(30:36):
in with the beautiful couple Brandon andLaura Perrosi, Amy's patients, and we're
going to get their thoughts and reactionson the incredible co two lift product.
Let's dive right in. What isthe main reason you visit Amy at Gloderma
for? Because I trust Amy atCloderma for my skin and to look younger

(30:56):
and more youthful. Being in mymid thirties now starting to see some changes
in my skin and just want tosee what I can do to improve my
conditions, starting to see some spots, starting to see some aging around the
eyes and forehead, and just reallycurious to see the results. Amy does
sculpture, disport my lips, shedoes everything. Yeah, it's right,

(31:18):
and I've always been doing this forprobably a decade now, so this is
my first time seeking care and I'mjust curious to see again what the results
are going to be like, becausehers are amazing and it's been a while
since I've seen that youthful skin. How old are you and what do you
do for work? I am inmy forties and I am a hairstylist.
I'm in my thirties and my professionI own a couple of Prima Hogey franchises.

(31:42):
So we're looking in New Jersey.Have you heard of carboxy therapy for
skin rejuvenation? I have heard ofCO two therapy at Glow Drama and I
really love it. What really gotme interested in it was the reduction of
wrinkles, the brating of my skinand the rejuvenation as well. What are
you expecting from this CO two lifttreatment for pre and postcare? My expectations

(32:07):
were to see more youthful skin, more hydration and glowing. So I was
just expecting some rejuvenation in my skinagainst some fine live reductions of my wrinkles.
Ear noticing a lot in my forehead, so I'm just expecting an improvement
there and again just braining of myskin. Would you use the CO two
lift mask again for pre or postcare? Yes? My skin feels so good,

(32:30):
I feel so soft and it feelsreally hydrated. Yes, absolutely,
something I would use again. Sousually after injections, my skin tends to
bruise a lot, so the COtwo really helped with that. It helped
recovery time and hydration and less bruising. It was recommended by Amy, my

(32:52):
provider at Glow Dharma, that Iuse a series of CO two masks three
times after my procedure of sculpture anddisport. How did the map feel on
your face? I feel like myface has just been boosted with so much
hydration. My skin feels really nice. I feel soft and hydrated and like
I'm twenty again. What are themost apparent results last spine lines hydration because

(33:16):
my skin tends to be very dryand just feel like it's glowing. Post
procedure with the mask, I've hadzero downtime, zero bruising, and I
feel great. I really can't waitto do it again. I would recommend
the CO two masks. Usually I'mnot a mask girl, but I really
love this mask. It makes memy skin feel really nice. That was

(33:38):

of New York Welcome back, beautifulTri State Area. You're listening to a
moment of Zen right here on seventen WOR The Voice of New York iHeartRadio.
I'm your host zen Zams. Comingup next in our Millennial mong exclusive
feature brought to you by your HomeTV and our friends. We're at Kathy
Ireland Worldwide. Today we're featuring PoshBaby and Teen Furniture store in Staten Island

(35:06):
and we're chatting with Eric Krawjev aboutspace functionality, kid friendly spaces and the
latest trends and styles in kids furniture. Welcoming down to the show is Eric
of Posh Baby and Teen. Welcometo the show, superstar. Now you
don't think for having me on.Thank you so much for joining us.
What a great feature. You've beenchosen as the feature of the month.

(35:27):
So let's dive right in. PoshBaby and Teen Furniture showcases an impressive array
of upscale products for both babies andteenagers. What inspired posh to cater to
these specific age groups and how doyou ensure your products meet the evolving needs
of this demographic Well. Since twothousand and six, Pish Baby has been

(35:49):
the premier destination of for expective familiesand spiftly apparentch of growing families. What
are demands for his industries Loudly's pscipicelooking for green Guard started by Furniture is
as well as gp may certification.A lot of these other majority of the
scripts not pervert the full size betsthat takes another that takes to another different
level, but able you have tobuy tea furniture in the future. A

(36:12):
lot of productimating Canada, Europe andso Pride summating overseas as well. Well.
One of these. One of thesteps we have taken to ensure safety
is Handy allow furniture as a bsafety rating the consumer reports without a doubt.
Pasha's emphasis on meeting the evolving needsof both babies and teenagers really demonstrates
great market foresight and understanding of consumerdemographics by targeting these specific age groups.

(36:38):
I know this for a fact.As a millennial mom, you're definitely tapping
into a niche market with significant growth. And according to the US Census Bureau,
the population of children under eighteen inthe United States was estimated at over
eighty million in twenty twenty two. That's just a few years ago, indicating

(36:58):
a sizeable market for both baby andteen products. So you are onto something.
So I'm curious to know Eric theposh website features a ton of selections
and really a seamless user experience, making it easy for customers to explore your
products. Can you share some insightsinto the strategy you've implemented to get people
to come into your physical store.Well, it's nice about the the the

(37:21):
street is the baby of the streetis evolved at a point in time in
the customer's life. Whether there's moreimportant than a the baby beat out beat
and be the far auctould beat ontime. Besides, is the with with
the showroom where we have over fortyclutches on display. You let to come
in and see, touch and feelit. Yes, we do have a
website, but it's all like creatingawareness online. Majority of our sales local

(37:46):
tri state areas. But on thebut I guess when they come to the
store be able to see you knowwhat they're looking for and hopefully you know
you hopefully are happy with what theylike. Can you talk to me about
some of the new colors in newtrends that we're looking at for twenty twenty
five when it comes to teens andbaby furniture. Yeah, the new color
trades now are tone hazel woods, drip woods, honeytone. Days of the

(38:12):
express alwos and the dog rays, they're sort of fading out, and today's
customers well both like like like theuh Woods Philly. Look. Yeah,
moms are into the serene decor andthey're really into the colors that are just
neutral. You know, I thinkthis generation of moms is shying away from

(38:32):
making distinctions between blue and pink.I think it's just more of like a
general uh approach to aesthetic as thegenerations have have really evolved. Now you
garnered a strong following, not onlylocally in Staten Island, but also nationwide.
Interestingly enough, your marketing is righton. What have you found to

(38:53):
be the most effective marketing approach inexpanding Pasha's reach beyond your immediate community.
Well, one of the things wetake in pride on is yes we do
shipdation wide, but local leads whereit's at for us, be the small
business actually engaged heavily in the localcommunity. A lot of chamany events,
fundraises. I know it's I'm alsoproud to be a member of the side

(39:15):
O community. A lot of ourcustomers our window from the Tracity area and
a lot of we don't want afirst day basis, which goes a long
way. When you say, ohyeah, bit, depash do my first
thing and he recommends us. Iwould say probably seven out of a tech
customers recommend that word of mouth. The word of mouth is so important and
it all begins as well with socialmedia platforms. Right, It's impressive to

(39:38):
see how this truly resonates social mediawith audiences beyond the local community. So
with social media platforms boasting close towhat what is it for billion users worldwide?
Leveraging digital marketing strategies really amplify anybrand's reach and according to Well if
if you look at the statistics, seventy three percent of millennial identify with Instagram

(40:01):
as their preferred platform for discovering newproducts. So it seems like your presence
there is a significant driver as wellof sales. I'm going to shift a
little bit to the variety of brandsand styles featured in your store, so
you have a keen eye from markettrends and customer preferences. Your your eye
is always on the newest stop. How do you stay ahead of the curve

(40:23):
in sourcing and selecting the products thatreally resonate with this target audience? What's
funny is I usually is something I'vedone on my own is where I'll take
photos of expecting collections to come out. I get images you with ted collections,
and I actually show what to ourcustomers and you know, extra Paito
would you buy us? Would youbuy the not most part is the customers

(40:45):
nowadays, they're looking for, likeI said, days of FACI, spire
over like not cleat, cross streamlined, and that's the rat will be taken
lately. Yeah, and keeping upwith the market trends, it's not easy.
It's it's no small feet, especiallyin your industry. With sixty sixty
three percent of consumers expecting brands tooffer new products and services frequently right,

(41:09):
more frequently than before, so stayingahead of the curve is essential. Deloitte.
A study by Deloitte found that fiftynine percent of consumers are willing to
pay more for a product that guaranteesquality, highlighting the significant role that quality
assurance plays in a purchasing decision.Right, So, as a mom,
I would rather pay more for somethingthat's going to be that's going to last

(41:30):
longer than for Michia if you willnot not being Ikea. But we all
know how those products right now.Your commitment to quality is evident in the
selection of premium brands and materials offeredin your store. Walk us through your
process of vetting suppliers and ensuring thatevery product meets the highest standards. We
see a monthly shipments. Weekly shipmentsare products. One of the rays that

(41:53):
we very propaately sell of is acompany called Romina. Romina is more or
less like the Mercedes beds of BabyFarage. On the downside is there's a
timeline you have to build it,and once you have this particular brand that's
made in Romania, you have itforever. My kids have it, and
my son just started college and mydoors at high school and they still have

(42:14):
this particular brand. Loved it.Now. Beyond providing these exceptional products,
Posh Baby and Team Furniture offers personalpersonalized services such as designed consultations, which
I think is extremely important. Sohow do you approach client relationships? What
role do you do you do thesepersonalized services that not everybody has play in
fostering that cut customer loyalty and satisfactionwell with date Pride's revery not aggressive sales

(42:38):
pitch. Here, we open walkinto the store. Everybody takes the time,
everybody hangs out, and there's apoint in time during the transaction.
I'll actually you have the layout foryour nursery. Sometimes you'll have the layout.
I go into the computer, typeit an AutoCAD and plug in the
furniture they want for the room, and we try to keep it funk slay.
So we had the room loooks youbest, but the with sizes you

(43:00):
know, everyone has a good time. There's a reason why we have always
several age of five star reviews.Well, you are very very personalized in
your approach and I love it.Your dedication to providing personalized services really speaks
volume about your commitment to customer satisfactionand in an era eric where most consumers
prefer to do business with brands thatuse personal information to make their shopping experiences

(43:23):
more relevant. Like you just said, you plug it into your computer,
you show them what the room willlook like in real time. That is
very relevant and spot on. It'sclear that you know fostering strong client relationships
goes hand in hand with building customerloyalty and trust, and that's exactly what
you're doing. My friend. Congratulations, Well we are at the end.

(43:45):
I can't wait to show the worldwhat we're going to do for Alexi's room
and take it to the next level. Are you ready looking forward to it?
All right, let's do this, and I'm leading my way all the
way to patch you Baby and Teenfurniture store right in Staten Island to check
out what Eric is talking about.Let's go into Harsh, Baby and Cheam

(44:06):
Furniture and see what it's all about. Follow me. I made my way
inside. Can't wait to see whatthey have in store. But apparently this
is the place to go to forthe coolest trends and the latest and furnishings
and kid friendly designs and spaces. So can't wait to see what Eric's can
show them. You're welcome beside out. Thank you so much, boss.

(44:27):
We aren't ready to do this.Yeah, what do you hate? My
friend? So? Alexa is eighthalf years old. She is into simplicity,
she likes simple stuff, and I'mreally looking for something that's going to
help transition her into her teenage years. So, uh, we're looking for
basic, clean furniture and I wantto stick with whites and earth tones,

(44:49):
but she really looks white. Shedon't want to streamlined. You want her
tone calls, all right, Igot the just a thing. Here's a
nice setway. You choose your collarand from that they building. I absolutely,
I'm going to say this to youright now. Love the finishings,
the detail, and more importantly arethe is the hardware customized? Absolutely,

(45:12):
and you customize the lobs if soor pink boinged out traditional round or when
you like, I mean ceiling likewhat's there is going to capture her attention
because this is going to match herwalls that are pink. Now, originally
I came in asking for white, and this is a beautiful white. But

(45:34):
I've fallen in love with a dove, especially after Eric placed the hardware onto
this and I see how nicely thislooks. This could transition very easily for
her as a teenager. But Ikind of feel like I still want to
stick to the white. This isgoing to be really hard. There's nothing
to know how to call it.It's the twenty twenty four tones. Woods

(45:55):
are hot. This is gorgeous, nice as I orange deal farm house style
for here two there's a little classictraditional Those are the option of gold blue
side knobs or silver knobs. Alsowith imagine twenty or four. Bit Okay,
she's, like I said, eightand a half years old, but
very very particular. She just meanssimple. She doesn't want it to look

(46:19):
princess right, which is strange becausewe started off with a princess set for
rooms to go, by the way, but this feels like not only an
upbrade, but it feels like she'sreally transitioning into the next chapter. A
real big girl furniture that I knoware safe. I have it for my
kids. If decide you wanted this, this a less But she goes to

(46:40):
college. Yeah, that's what wewant. I mean, wanted to last
to college. I don't have, you know, extra cash to be redoing
rooms, you know, ten timesthroughout her years. So this is perfect.
Okay, so we won. Shechosen me a batch up with the
pig knobs pink knobs, torn betweenthe white and the dove, but I
can't reveal which one, and it'sgonna be you guys have to tune back

(47:01):
in to figure it out. Nota problem. Make it happy with tod
A. It was a pleasure todo so much. Thank you so much.

and mentor here to talk to youtoday about creating a deep, loving relationship
with yourself. The first practice beingbreathing and a body scan so as you

(49:13):
take big deep breaths in with bigdeep exhales on the way out, you're
doing a body scan from the topof your head all the way down to
your toes, so breathing and scanningand just deepening that connection between your body
and you. The second is ajournaling practice. This is a really incredible
way to practice non judgmental observation ofself. You can ask yourself questions like

(49:37):
what am I avoiding or what isgoing on in the background. We're in
the society wherever and is so busyall at the time, and sometimes it
is a scrafty little way to avoidwhat's really going on in your internal landscape.
The third practice is visualizing your higherself. So visualize that version of
you that has already achieved the nextbusiness goal that you have, has the

(50:00):
relationship that you want, has flourishingfriendships, living in a place that lights
your soul on fire. What doesthat version of you look like, how
do they show up for themselves, how do they carry themselves, what are
their boundaries like? And really allowingthat version of you to really help you
step into the highest alignment of self. This is Emily Hayden and that was
