(00:03):
Good morning everybody, and happy postSuper Tuesday and Jimmy Cara follow before we
pop right in here. I wantto give you an example of the fight
that is being had in the trenchesin communities every day to make America great
again and how they need it.And I know Nikki Halo is going to
(00:25):
have a news conference today about howDonald Trump needs to work hard from here
on out to win over her voterswho are eighty five percent of them supporting
Joe Biden. I think Donald Trumpwould be better off reaching out to women
like this who spoke before the DenverCity Council. She's a retiree on a
fixed income to speak on behalf ofthe poor, the elderly who are struggling
(00:51):
because of the issues that you dealwith and how you deal with them.
Yep. And then she goes onto say, you know what, we
make a certain level income, fixedincome, but I still have to go
to the food pantry. I goto the food bank, and I'll tell
you what I see. I seeimmigrants coming in shotling and pushing us out
(01:12):
as a cut line, take morefood than is they're required to do,
and our poor staff that deals withthose things are out of their ever love
in mind, trying to figure outhow they're going to handle it. H
Yeah, you ask how I'm coping, for God's sakes, help me.
(01:34):
Yeah, that's the person that PresidentTrump needs to focus on, not a
North Carolina and Nicki Haley voter whodeclared that they think Joe Biden's doing a
great job. Anyway. Welcome theshow, Jim. I thought you'd like
to hear that. Yeah, Soyou know, do I do policy not
politics, Yes, but I butyou know, I observe the political scene
(01:56):
because that's the cauldron in which Paulicyit's made. So one is and there's
there's two things that there are. There are some people that just they their
heart's in a good place there, maybe even they're conservative, but they just
don't understand. One is they thinkit's all about Trump, right, it's
(02:17):
the hair, it's the tweeting,it's the crazy you know, the crazy
talk, and the reality is it'snot. People forget when Romney ran for
president, they treated him just likeTrump. Oh, if anybody in the
Republican Party got the nomination for presidentthe next day, the entire you know,
Keith Oberman and ms A, theywould just be this guy is just
(02:40):
another Donald. So it doesn't matter. So it doesn't matter if you're nice
or presentable, or you're gonna gettreated the same way. So so you
have to look past the characteristics ofa candidate that bother you, because it's
not about characteristics, it's about theunderlying depth of you know, FDR on
(03:04):
his worst day as a practical,as an as an invalid, was a
better president than Joe Biden on hisbest day, right, So you have
to look past that. That's theone thing. The other thing is they're
kind, gentle people, and Idon't. I don't. I'm not dismissive
(03:24):
or angry at them, and honestly, I don't know why people are or
or they say mean things or whatever. That they're people with a good heart.
They mean well, but they thinkit's can't we all just get along,
you know, can't we just meetin the middle. And the reality
is no, we can't. Theseare two completely different visions for this country.
(03:47):
You cannot put two completely different objectives. They just meet in the middle.
That's that's because you don't get anywhere. And when you get a fork
in the road and the road goesin two directions, you say meet the
bill. You walk in before us, and you're dumb. You have to
make the hard choices here. Andthat's what's wrong with people. That is
this is the It's not about thepolicies that Trump has. It's not about
(04:12):
his vision for the country. It'snot about what he's going to do for
the economy or the fact that heactually was a very good foreign policy vice
president. It's we don't like thepersonality and we would much rather compromise.
Well, okay, fine, you'reliving in the wrong country, because that's
not the future of American politics. The future of American politics as we had
are forking the road and you've gotto decide to go down one or the
other. And if you want tomake your choice on orange share or whatever,
(04:35):
you know, that's not the smartestthing. You know. If they're
two there are two different roads. One might be bumpy and buddy, but
if it takes you to the placeyou want to go, dude, that's
the road you want to go down. So I don't think being angry and
mad at these people is really goingto change anything, because it just really
But but you have to tell themwith love in your heart and compassion what
(04:56):
you want for the Republican Party, what you want for American conservatives. It
just won't work. It's like we'rein the same juggle with cannibals, and
the notion is going to the cannibalsand saying, well, just can't we
compromise, And then they're like, yeah, we'll just see your children.
Yeah, go ahead. Yeah.Well, you know, and that story
told by that woman, I wouldventure to guess, and I don't mean,
(05:19):
I don't know she's she's her husband'sa retired school teacher. She's of
this, and my guess would bethat they're probably maybe lean, maybe more
Democrat and everything else. But thereality is circumstances have really changed people's minds
and priorities. And so this woman, this is the illegal alien problem is
(05:44):
really hurting her and really hurting hercommunity, and she has a very very
detailed story about it. This isn'tabout hating immigrants. This is about this
is about the problem of stresses onthese communities. And I mean, I
was just telling people that today becauseI'm doing some radio in San Diego.
You know, they're now spending moneyon migrant transfer centers while they don't have
(06:09):
adequate homeless shelters for the homeless inSan Diego. So they decided to pass
a bill allowing them to park inany parking space they want to on the
street. And this is just notright. They like that and this is
the problem, right, which andwhy I think some voters are are frustrated
(06:30):
about where to go because what doeswhat does the other side present? They
give you a narrative. They don'twhether it's the economy or immigration or for
they don't solve a problem. Theyjust give you a narrative. It's not
our fault, it's Trump's fault.If you don't like this, you're a
racist. And you know people thatare that are actually dealing with this stuff
(06:54):
in their everyday lives. Yeah, you know at some point that we're really
think if you are living in moreArthur's Vineyard and uh, you know,
you go to the really nice supermarketswhere you don't even have to like,
uh, you just walk in andcharge your credit card when you walk out,
you know, and you don't lookat the prices on anything. You're
(07:15):
fine with this? Right? Ohyeah, everything's fine because Joe Biden told
me so, because MSNBC told meso. But if you're if you are
living the reality of life in America. When you listen to a White House
press briefing or the president or youknow, Chuck Schumer, I mean it
must be I think that's that's whenthings get really tough, when you have
(07:39):
to look in your heart and say, oh, but I always voted for
these guys, because we always votefor these guys, because there are guys.
The other guys aren't our guys. This was the real challenge in the
interim election because what happened is thecountry was headed in the wrong direction and
a lot of people were very dissatisfied. But people automatically thought, well,
they're gonna they're gonna vote for theother guys, and they didn't because this
(08:01):
is something about American politics. It'sjust because you don't like what's going on,
you don't like your guy, doesn'tmean you're going to vote for the
other guy or girl. Right,But at some point, right at some
point, when you were going tothe food pantry, and you're shamed into
this because your entire life, you'retaking care of your family, you've paid
your bills, you never had anydebt, and here you are is a
(08:22):
retiree going to a food pantry toget food to not starve to death,
and you and your shouldered out ofthe way by illegal immigrants, and you
watch your streets go to hell. You got to ask, am I just
going to keep voting for the samepeople? Really? Yeah? Yeah,
it's really interesting. I mean, let's take for example. You know,
(08:43):
I know it's not really necessarily aproblem in American Samoa, but did you
notice that Joe Biden lost to thisguy, Jason Palmer, who's a Gates
Foundation guy, but seems like anice enough dude. And you know,
I think even they recognize even ifthey're not directly affected by it, because
they're way they're way out there inthe ocean, dude. Have you ever
(09:05):
been there? No? Yeah,I mean, well I haven't been there,
but they but they see this stuffup from They see the China stuff
there. They see the lack ofleadership from the United States. The impact
on the economy ripples through the wholecountry. Doesn't matter if you're in a
territory or or you know, inNew York City. So yeah, people
people are it's not like they're watchingTV and you know there's Yeah, people
(09:28):
are voting from life in the street, not from TV commercials and other stuff.
So well, and then to yourpoint, Jim, that's why I
think that, you know, Irealize that there's you know, President Trump
today is going to be tasked withunifying the party, but in many ways
(09:48):
I believe that his bigger fish tofry is reaching out to these groups.
The woman you just described and Ijust played or sound by. Are these
people who really do understand uh,their problems and these are these are problems
that are that are actually crossing allparty lines. And this is a this
is a real time, real convergenceof deep concerns among Americans. And it
(10:13):
seems to me that Americans, Idon't know exactly who's all voting, it
seems to be that they're gonna They'reokay with a guy who might tweet meanly
every once in a while and orhas a spray tan or whatever you want,
whatever ways you want to pick onhim. I think people are beyond
that. Yeah, you know,as a with my historian had On and
(10:37):
and somebody that's lived American politics foryou know, now decades, you know,
I I think the only thing Ican really offer is is if I
take my political experience and my militaryexperience and my my work as I story
immersed them all together. The mostconsequential thing I can offer is leader leadership
(11:03):
is about characteristics and character. Really, you have to look at the look
the characteristics of a leader. Lookat the character of the leader. So
you know, people thought, youknow, he loved MacArthur. They hated
MacArthur because they thought he liked verygenerally. I thought he's a very peefish
person. And people thought they couldbe a great general by acting like MacArthur.
(11:26):
And that's the superficial stuff. Youhave to look at the underlying character,
you know, like I said, you know, let's be honest.
In the end, FDR was aninvalid, but he was still he still
was a bold and an effective wordleader. It's character, not characteristics,
So you have to look past that. And the other thing I remind people
(11:48):
is is leadership is is rhetoric andaction. You know, the Day of
Infamy speech would have meant nothing ifwe didn't go fight World War two.
Lincoln's speeches would have meant nothing ifhe didn't persevere as a as a war
leader. The Gettysburg Address would becompletely forgotten if we hadn't actually won the
(12:11):
Civil war. So the talk isoh, I mean, you can listen
to the talk, but what reallymatters is what they do and in this
you know, honestly, you knowwhat, I reflect back on the Trump
errors as a nonpartisan guy now asa Republican and I as a Democrat,
(12:33):
and also but as somebody who observedthe Trump foreign policy very first guy that
was never in government, about asclose as you could get by meeting people
in the White House, talking toforeign governments, watching things in action,
having a lot of access, Igot to be that it was some of
the most effective foreign policy that wehave had in modern history. Right,
(12:56):
we didn't start any wars, Chinatook notice, the Russians feared us.
You know, somebody tweeted the otherday, my good radio friend, I
want to who was so man cowtweet the other day goes Nikki Hilly just
won the Ukraine, which I thoughtwas hilarious. Right, but but but
but I tweeted back, because he'sa good friend and I love the guy,
(13:16):
and he's a good conservative. Isaid, you know what, if
Ukrainians could actually legally vote in aprimary for Republican candidate, they would overwhelmingly
vote for Trump and for one simplereason. They know that Vladimir Putin fears
Donald Trump. Oh, so youlook at what people do and and when
(13:46):
you and that's how you pick uppresident. You don't pick up president because
they're pretty, or because you knowyou like their crazy politics, or their
daughter or you think their wife's attracted. You pick up resident because what they're
gonna do for the country. Andwe know what Joe Biden is going to
allow. Votever you want. Weknow what Joe Biden's gonna do for this
(14:07):
country. You just played it onthe radio. Yeah, you just heard
a woman tell you exactly what JoeBiden's done for this country. And if
you want more of that, votefor Joe Biden. I love about this
a lot. And the thing peopleare, well, we have dead luck
and good luck, and we hateeach other and we all at each other.
Can't we all just get luck? No? The thing I love about
this country is no, we havewe have two very different visions for the
(14:33):
future of this country. Pick one. This is a real election with real
choices and real consequence. What morecould you ask for? And that woman
has children and grandchildren and so whatevershe's experiencing, and the and the real
hardship she's experiencing. Then that tricklesdown into the attitudes of the people who
(14:56):
love her, and so at thatpoint there's no way they can tolerate a
Biden future. That's just that's justthe bottom line. So well, we'll
see, yeah, November, we'lltake it out. Well, American Samoa
really quickly. This is really aninteresting statistic. At least sixty nine percent
of the population had a parent bornoutside of American Samoa, a meaning many
(15:22):
these people who live there have justmoved there or something. I don't know.
It's crazy, interesting, cool place. Yeah all right, man,
Well I gotta tell you not aswing steak. No, I know.
Well, only forty five thousand peoplethere, and yeah, they're all kind
of yeah, they're like one family. It's like, yeah, there were
people on more people in Safeway.Yeah all right, Jimmy, thank you,
(15:46):
appreciate you, buddy. All right. Yeah, So what I'm saying
is American Samoa they were the oneswho decided they were they had enough of
Joe Biden and went instead for thisguy who is a Gates Foundation dude who
pushes the same kind of nonsense aboutyou know, you know, conscious capitalism
(16:07):
and all that other stuff, normalpandemic. Believing your parents had a better
chance of getting ahead than you.Somebody's got a champion you as the future
of this country. I'm Jason Palmer, and I'm entering the twenty twenty four
presidential race because I believe we cando better for you and future generation.
I don't even know how the AmericanSamuin's caught onto this guy, because I
(16:30):
had never heard of him until lastnight. And you know, and as
Jim pointed out, it's not aswing state. And it's true because and
they're Polynesians, you know they, and so they have a real gigantic network
of family and it's almost tribal toa certain degree because they have communities run
(16:53):
by chiefs, you know, thatkind of thing, And so they're very
tight knit. And there isn't awhole lot of diversity of political thought in
these kinds of communities. But theyseem to be nice enough people and they're
actually we do know that they're smartbecause they rejected Joe Biden at least went
(17:15):
for a guy who seems to havea little common sense, Jason Palmer,
President of American Samoa. They wantto actually make him chief of American Samoa.
Good morning, everybody, it's commonSense Radio Almond in the morning.
My buddy Charles sent me a textsaying that Joe Biden did not put any
(17:40):
money into American Samoa and PALMN did. But it just does go to show
you that Biden probably assumed, sinceJimmy Krras final pointed out it's not a
swing state by any starch the megization, Biden probably assumed they're gonna vote for
him, and that kind of assumption, that kind of hubris, uh is.
It's always nice to see sometimes whenwhen that flies back in the face
(18:03):
of people. All Right, ifyou guys really want to know and see
the quintessential example of the contempt thatthe left and liberals and Democrats some of
them have for normal, average everydaypeople and a guy, for instance,
(18:26):
who represents them, you need lookno further than MSNBC. It is a
cauldron of contempt for normal, average, everyday people. We'll go to the
beginning here, and that is whenPresident Trump gives his victory speech and Rachel
Manow scolds her own network for airingYeah, you know it's it's it is
(18:56):
okay. I will say that itis a decision that we revisit constantly in
terms. So she's on this paneland it includes Joy Reid and O'Donnell and
a couple other people, and youget the kind of drift when you're watching
Rachel Maddow and her bullyish, butchytype of approach to pretty much everything.
(19:18):
You get this. Remember the oldcartoons or the old uh you know movies
or something where they're they're gangs ofkids and they meet in the school yard
or whatever, and there's always thatone gang of bullies, right, and
they have like a greaser leader, like get a leather jacket, you know,
a Fonsie type guy. And that'sRachel Maddow because because MSNBC is stocked
(19:45):
with a bunch of bullying, uh, absolutely arrogant individuals who hate normal,
average, everyday Americans. And sothis is her and she's kind of ruling
the roost, and only people aroundher went owned. I don't know,
this is weird to her having atemper tantrum right in front of our very
(20:07):
eyes. And then you have thiswhich is quintessentially a few moments. It's
fourteen seconds, but it tells youeverything you need to know about the attitudes
and the contempt that these individuals havefor again, normal, average, everyday
(20:32):
Americans. This is a discussion aboutthe immigration issue, and they are mocking
this idea that immigration is really aconcern and a top issue for voters around
the country. And it most certainlyis. It most clearly is. And
(20:52):
yet this is Raggedy Jen, rememberher, She's on with Rachel and Madout
doubles down on her contempt for Americato check this sh look at some of
these exempoles. I mean, Ilive in Virginia. Immigration was the number
one issue. I mean again, these could change again. Before I get
(21:15):
to the real killer comment, RaggedyJen lives in Virginia, but she doesn't
live in a Virginia where people haveto care about illegals. We all know
that. I mean, she doesn'thave to live in any town in Virginia
that has to put up with illegalsraiding food pantries or sleeping in the streets
or whatever else. She lives inVirginia, you know the part where most
(21:40):
of the swamp lives, which areway overly expensive homes that are like three
bedrooms, where they're paying three milliondollars for a three bedroom and they live
in those communities where they never ifthey even see a black person, it's
a miracle. But they never seeany American reality in the neighborhoods where Raggedy
(22:02):
Jen lives. She doesn't see it. But that's not the worst part of
this fourteen. If I look atsome of these exempoles, I mean,
I live in Virginia, immigration wasthe number one issue, of course.
I mean again, these could changein virgin Virginia does have a border with
West Virginia. Yeah, I meanif you look at something. I don't
(22:22):
know who said the whole build awall thing. I think it was Nicole
Wallace or Joy Reed or somebody. But imagine this is how they feel,
especially about West Virginians. To makethat kind of cut towards West Virginians,
who are some of the nicest peoplein the United States of America and some
(22:44):
of the hardest working people in theUnited States of America. But to but
you see how much love they havefor Virginia and how much contempt they have
for West Virginia. And it neverceases to amaze me how easy it is
to decode these horrible people, becausethey they absolutely tell you who they are.
(23:11):
They don't they don't hide it,and they tell you who they are.
When somebody tells you who they are, you need to believe them.
But I'm actually surprised at their basiclack of any kind of coyness or wall
to put up to at least kindof hide it a little bit. But
(23:33):
they don't because their audience is likethat too, And their audience who labors
over at MSNBC, they think thesame way they would. They will worship
a state of Virginia and look downon a state of West Virginia in seconds
flat. And they because they thinkWest Virginia is you know, the people
(24:00):
who vote for Donald Trump, youknow, the coal mining people and everything
else. Well, unfortunately, thanksto Democrats, there aren't that many coal
mines left in West Virginia. Andin fact, I've gone to a place
in West Virginia before when I waskind of doing this story on this woman
who worked at the Logan Banner inLogan, West Virginia, and she was
(24:21):
kind of a gossip columnist there. It's a great story. I hope someday
to write it. I don't know, went all the way to Virginia,
Martha Sparks her name, and Iwent all the way there, interviewer talked
to her and her whole family isa family of coal miners and told the
stories about you know, everybody hasa story about but getting rolled, and
getting rolled means you get run overby a coal cart, and it was
(24:45):
a hard life for these people. Are a lot of poverty in Logan,
West Virginia. Well, thanks toObama and Bush to a certain degree,
and the Green Revolution and the absoluterejection of coal, a lot of the
coal mines that supported these communities wentaway. They died, and so instead
(25:10):
of having another generation of coal minersin for instance, Martha's family, they
started a new generation of Walmart workersbecause that's the only place where the jobs
were so democrat destruction is limitless.I'll tell you that. It's common sense
(25:33):
radio. People. Thank you forlistening. One O four to nine The
Patriot. Good morning, everybody,it's common sense Radio. Jb Ollman here,
it's home in the morning, andthis is one O four nine to
the Patriot. You are in theright place. Hope you're happy. Everything
went swimmingly yesterday on Super Tuesday. So enjoy it while you can, because
(25:55):
Queen Buzzkill is going to have anews conference where she's gonna cry on our
front lawn and talk about how she'snot gonna endorse Trump just yet. And
she's got a job for Donald Trump. She's gonna make a little honeydeal list
for him that he must reach outto her voters in order to be a
successful candidate the Republican Party. Soit's gonna be all about Nikki today once
(26:21):
nine o'clock rolls around. So getused to it, because she's never going
to go away. So she's gonnabe squatting in our midst for heaven knows
how long, even though most ofher voters think Joe Biden's doing a good
job and everything else. So that'swe're to have to put up to day.
I might be wrong and they sayshe's gonna get out and she won't
(26:45):
endorse Trump whenever and will make aneffort to call for unity. And keep
in mind, it's not Donald Trump'sjob to unify the party. He's already
He's already done that. It's theirjob to get with the program. That's
kind of how it's gonna go.So again, I don't think Trump has
(27:07):
to have contempt for these people, but it's really at this point, it's
so funny, typical Nicky Haley. As annoying as she is, I've lost
so much respect for her. TypicalNicki Haley. She should have wake up
this morning and make it all abouther. Could have done the whole thing
last night, made a concession speechor whatever, talked about and moved on.
(27:30):
But no, she has to doit today and make it all about
her. She is the whiniest, neediest baby on the planet, and she's
spoiled, rotten, and man,it's gonna be miserable. Maybe I'll be
wrong, and I hope I amso maybe she'll gloriously say, listen,
I put up a good fight. But I believe we all should come together
(27:53):
because, after all, we havethe same goals. It's to make America
great again. And our vessel isDonald Trump. So let's climb in and
take off and set sail into November. But that's not gonna happen. Hey,
you guys, Sometimes the Liberals justcan't hide anything, and and they
(28:17):
and they're so obvious about everything. It's so weird that nobody knows like who
they really are, and nobody knowsreally what they're doing. It's kind of
like, you know, uh,the emperor with no clothes, Like,
how do these clothes look? Everybody? It's like, well, you don't
have any clothes on? Oh yes, I do. What's the matter with
(28:37):
you? It's like that kind ofthing. Oh my lord. It's like
it's like, uh, people whowear spandex pants who shouldn't. It's like
they don't. You don't think wenotice that those spandex pants don't work on
you? Why what are you talkingabout? Like, you know, it's
(29:00):
really your butt is like gigantic. It doesn't belong in spandex pants. What
we're talking about. I thought thatit was sexy. It's like not really.
No, it looks like you geta fat, big, old fat
butt. What it looks like? That's what it looks like. What are
you talking about? Men love that? It's like no, no, no,
no, no, no no nono. So anyway, this cookie
(29:22):
monster thing, I was like,PBS is what you pay for. By
the way, PBS is clearly colludingwith the Biden administration over this cookie monster
and the whole shrink inflation thing. And so I'll let I'll let these guys
(29:44):
over at at ABC or whatever thehell it is. It's CBS, ABC
and the one with back on threehand only back on three hands the egg
all of ath is it? Heis? He reminds me so much of
h who's that rate be boxer thattalks like with a lift of the Mike
tithing. He's like, he's likeMike tything on a good mode in America.
(30:08):
So straighthand is uh is introducing thisstory about a cookie monster tweet and
and the cookie Monster treated out mehate plus enough of Sesame Street by the
way, I'm just playing along here, but zero tolerance. Okay for now,
(30:30):
I get it. All that stuff, I get it, but it
kind of goes the way of winningto poove for me. No more.
I'm not going. I know someof you wear your cookie Monster sweatshirts to
the carnival. I get it.But enough anyway, cookie monster, me
(30:51):
hate shrink flation. Me cookies aregetting smaller. So Michael threehands introducing the
eighth a good morning, the America'scan do a whole sorry about this.
Now to the economy and the outcryover shrink flation, with one Sephame Street
character speaking out against high grocery prices. Trevor all Is here with the details.
(31:11):
Good morning, Trevor, Good morning, Michael, Yeah, we're hearing
from one of the great You're noticein the story that a bunch of people
responded to the tweet. There area bunch of Democrats who are trying to
kind of hide the fact that Bidenis economically an idiot uh and is destroying
the economy, and they're going totry to hide the fact that he has
anything to do with it. Andthey don't say anything about the person who
(31:33):
what party. These people are connectedto economic minds of our time, the
cookie monster who is venting about payingmore for less And actually now some politicians
are weighing into we know the cookiesare shrinking. Is it corporate greed or
is it bad policy? I'll takebad policy for five hundred. This morning,
the cookie monster has had enough chipcookie important to me too. His
(31:57):
beef with shrink fla. It's gettingattention on Capitol Hill. After he posted
quote me hate shrinkflation, me cookiesare getting smaller. Senator Shared Brown responded,
me too, cookie monster. Peoplein my state of Ohio are fed
up. They should get all thecookie they pay for. Keep in mind
he doesn't mention that Sharon Brown's aDemocrat. Is erectingly this is not even
(32:22):
a Democrat fing It's just like somethingthat popped out of nowhere. Inflation is
when companies make the size of theirproducts smaller without cutting prices. Yeah,
this is the real problem, yousee. It's not Joe Biden's economy.
It's not inflation, it's not anyof the pressures on you at the grocery
store. It's all because of corporategreed. A report from Pennsylvania Senator Bob
(32:44):
Casey found the size of some Oreocookies has decreased by six percent since twenty
nineteen, and a family size ofwheat thins has dropped twelve percent in weight.
Yeah. See, that's the problempeople are addressing city councils over you
know that. That's the problem thateverybody is talking about amongst each other,
is how small and Oreo cookie isthese days. You see, it's four
(33:07):
times to sheets in one. Evensome Sharman toilet paper rolls now have twenty
fewer sheets, President Biden, meaningsomebody counted it. So, I mean,
somebody out there counted the number ofsheets in a Sharman uh toilet paper
(33:27):
roll. Somebody did, probably somebodyin the news, you know, because
that's kind of what like news organizationsdevote their time to would be stuff like
that, Hey, we're gonna we'regonna have a five member reporting task force
to measure the size of Oreo cookiesand also to count the number of sheets
in the Charman toilet paper roll twentyfewer sheets. President Biden recently took aim
(33:53):
at shrinkflation, calling it a ripoff. Give me a break. The American
public has tied of being played forsuckers. Yeah we are, Joe,
We certainly are, and so aremost of Americas being tired of being played
for suckers. And you are likethe lead person playing us for suckers.
(34:15):
You and of course PBS like webuy any of what this guy is talking
about regarding shrink flation. And bythe way, Biden didn't stop there.
Biden made a big, big speechabout it. In fact, some of
the small snack companies you won't think, you won't even notice. Can you
believe how the Chinese and the Russiansand the Islamic jahatas upmost to be looking
(34:39):
at this going, hey, comehere and look at this many talking you
about the size of cookies. Yeah, I mean, honestly, now's the
time to attack when you got thePresident of the United States, this doddering,
old black eyed man. By theway, have you noticed that?
How are his eyes black? Thisis weird. I don't want to get
(35:01):
into that part of it, butyeah, this was This was twenty six
seconds of hell from the fact somesmall snack companies you won't and think you
won't even notice what they're doing. And when they charge you just as much
for the same sized bag of potatochips, only as a hell of a
lot fewer chips in it. I'lltell you what. I'll tell you who
(35:21):
did notice a cookie monster? Hepointed out cookies. His cookies are getting
smaller, playing the same price.I was stunned when I found out that's
what. Actually, this is embarrassing. This should be utterly humiliating for Americans
to have to endure this kind ofnonsense, and especially with the White House
(35:45):
engaging public television to help them pusha bunch of propaganda like this. And
then what you had was, oddlyenough, you had a bunch of these
editors they actually started fundraising on itand saying, yeah, three dollars in
(36:06):
my campaign would help fight this, and oh the corporate greed. It was
like, and at one point, even the Cookie Monster account hid the comments
because it was so embarrassingly weird forthese senators to all sit there and try
to raise money on the Cookie Monster. And when this Bob Casey guy started
tweeting out tweeting Big Bird and like, dude, honestly, you guys need
(36:29):
to need to calmed down. Oneperson who was definitely not happy with what
the Cookie Monster did in this tweetand not happy with the way the Cookie
Monster was used for propaganda, politicaland otherwise was none other than the voice
(36:51):
of Cookie Monster, Frank Oz.He has a Twitter account too, and
as you know, he's the originalvoice of the Cookie Monster, Miss Piggy
Bert, Fozzy Bear, and actuallyeven voiced the Yoda character. Here's what
he had to say. I'm shockedto see a news article on Cookie Monster
(37:15):
talking about shrink flation. Jim meaningJim Henson would never have allowed this.
That's in all caps. The SesameStreet muppets need to live in their own
pure world, not our world. What has happened to the integrity of the
character and the integrity of Sesame Workshop. You believe this after with all the
(37:37):
problems we're having Joe Biden and hisweird people and PBS all try to do
a head fake like the size ofan Oreo cookie and a toilet paper.
Good morning, everybody, and happyhappy, happy Wednesday to all of you,
and post Super Tuesday. And accordingto Carlo at Fox News, hey
(38:01):
Donald Trump, stop your little celebratingin happiness, because you've got a job
do. Having said that the highcommand of Team Trump ought to be concerned
about unifying the Republican Party. Ohyeah, of course, you know why
at the unify the Republican Party becauseNikki Haley and our team last night they
(38:22):
were jubilant. She's a happy warrior, and today it's going to be made
clear that you must please Supper campaignheadquarters. I'm told by a campaign source
that the mood inside, and thismight surprise you, is jubilant. And
throughout the day I have heard thephrase happy warrior from all of these folks
that are either getting out the votefor Nicki Haley and these waiting hours of
(38:44):
Super Tuesdays, all these folks livingin some kind of different world where they're
the most important part of the RepublicanParty. It seems I think you guys
have something wrong. I mean,if he would stop walking around and looking
(39:04):
at yourself at a mirror and insteadlook outside of what actually is going on.
Maybe you'd calm down a little bitand stop making this fantasy that somehow
you are winning or who are hunkereddown after traveling to over seven or eight
states in the in just as manydays, because last week and a half
(39:29):
they say they're playing music. Alot of this music has a certain female
tint to it, things like startedfrom the bottom, now they are here
thing, Oh well, you knowwhat today your tune ought to be Samuel
Barber Nikki, You guys can lookit up. But the reference where she
(39:49):
started in this race and the factthat she is now in a place where
she is waiting to see how shedoes against Donald Trump. Yeah and so
and so. Donald Trump's job todayis to keep Nicki Haley and her people
happy because they're playing fun music andthey're jubilant, and she's a happy warrior.
So you must come to the table, Donald Trump, after basically wiping
(40:15):
the table of all the delegates, you must come and please Nicki Haley because
Nicki Haley deserves it. She's workedso hard and they're listening to nice music,
and she's jubilant and She's normal,as she bragged about on the Sunday
(40:35):
Shows. So, Donald Trump, you know what, stop your celebration.
Everything else the world is stopping downtoday at ten o'clock Eastern time, nine
