(00:02):
Good morning, everybody, and happySuper Tuesday to all of you, and
happy after the nine zero drubbing dayas well. Happy Danny's are here.
So one of my favorite takes onthis comes from one of these Trump imitators,
and his name is Sean Ferache andthis is his take on the Supreme

(00:27):
Court decision. And it's really superfunny when you think about it. Even
Katanji Brown Jackson, who doesn't knowwhat a woman is, knew that I'd
belong on that ballot, and nowthey're putting me back on there, and
they're going to put my name onthat ballot in twenty four. Character.
It's really super funny that that KatanjiJackson thing is is hilarious. And then

(00:51):
the idea that he's going to beput on a his name's going to be
put there in twenty four Carrot Gold. It just doesn't get any more fun
in better than this Super Tuesday updatefor you before we get to my buddy
Joe Brazl. So, Trump hasstaggering leads in almost all the fifteen Super
Tuesday states. We've got Alabama ateighty percent, Arkansas at ninety two percent,

(01:19):
Oklahoma at eighty nine percent, andTennessee at eighty three percent in favor
of President Trump, California seventy sixpercent. So some of the well these
conservative southern states, with California atseventy six percent, that that kind of
total, by the way, isonly going to help Steve Garvey big time

(01:42):
as he tries to topple Adam Shiftin Massachusetts at sixty six percent. The
question is as we go into themain season and the actual November election,
and here in Missouri the August primaryis voter integrity. And I talked to
my buddy Joe Brazil, who isa Saint Charles County councilman, the end

(02:05):
of night over at Billy Bush's place, and first of all, how you
doing, brother, Good to seeyou, man. I'm doing great,
Jamie, how you doing. I'mdoing fine? Thank you. So you
were giving me some news on Saturday, not only about the absolute excellence of
the caucus result for Donald Trump, but also some decisions you guys made in

(02:28):
some other areas as well. Sogive me the lowdown, bro. Yeah.
So what we do is every timethey put together cocas they do platforms,
they say, okay, what isgoing to be the Republican platform?
Well, Saint Charles County along withevery Well, then we're going to go
to the Jeff City and we're goingto push these platforms as well, and
we're going to get this done. But one of the most interesting, well

(02:50):
there's quite a few of them, but it's Sami. We passed the platform
to get rid of all voting machinesand go back to hand ballots. So
that's what this Missouri probably shows istheir platform. So the way I see
it is you've got these loser politicianswho, oh, there ain't no cheating
going on, there's no machines becausethey don't read it. They know what's
going on. I'm not smart enoughto know that they're actually cheating. The

(03:12):
evidence is right in front of you. And so so that's some Republican platforms.
So if these rhinos, oh,we're not going to do nothing,
well, they're not founding the platformand they should be censored from the Republican
Party. That's that's one of them. You got questions on that one.
I mean, that's tremendous. Ohyeah, you know, no doubt.
I mean, and and how howwas that? How possible? Is that

(03:32):
just the what has to happen tomake that happen. Is it at a
county level, Well, so SaintCherle's County. You know, I don't
really approve that that's they want thatto be the platform. So in my
view, even even in Saint George'sCounty, it's important to say that.
So you got these are these Republicans, Oh, there's nothing wrong on machines

(03:52):
like Kurt Barr or Director of Elections. Yeah, what just says, if
you're going to claim to be aRepublican, then you've got to put out
of the platform or other right. You're going to be censored and the Republican
Party shall not and will not standbehind you. That's how I see it
now when it goes to the statelevel, then it goes to the state
and the federal politicians. And soI think it's very important. So art
what we're saying in the perspective ofa Republican, if you choose to be

(04:15):
a Republican and be in a Republicanparty, then you shall follow the platform
that you feel that we should getrid of these machines. They're not safe,
we don't like them. They canbe manipulated, and we want to
go back to hand counting and they'vebeen given hand counting some in ares throughout
the state, and it's more efficient, it's more cost effective. So the
argument that doesn't work is false. So no, it's a good sign.

(04:38):
I mean we're going in a positivedirection when we start making things like this
happen. Oh yeah, I totallyagree, and I think that's something that
we should definitely consider and a signnot to mention the whole photo id kind
of stuff. So are you confidentas we go into it, especially out
there in God's Country of the voterintegrity? Are you you feel good about

(05:01):
it? Well, well, letme let's back up now. So in
our county, it's that we're acharter county. Kurt Barr has sole responsibility
of the election of the election authority. At the Durn budget hearings, I
made a motion to defund the defundthe election authority. Tim Baker seconded,
but the other Rhinos didn't do anything. And the reason the purpose was that

(05:24):
for is for him, for misterBarr to take a more serious look at
our election machines. There's a lotof issues with our elections and our election
authority. And so nothing happened onthe level of a county level. But
the more and more we educate people, the more and more you and I
and people talk about this, themore and more they see the reality of
what a problem they are. Andeven if you don't believe the problems,

(05:44):
just the fact that it's not apeace of mind. Just so people need
to know for certain that the electionsare not manipulated. That's good and that
should be good enough for anybody toget rid of the machines, throw them
in the trash. I was outof town. I was in Hawaio several
weeks ago, and they they knewthat my position would be strong, and
so they threw on the consent agendaon a Friday afternoon to vote on a

(06:05):
Monday, the past six hundred andfifty thousand dollars and additional machines and maintenance
and stuff like that. It wasjust such crap, and so now our
we got to work on that. But Jamie that it's a good start.
To answer your question, it's agood start. So they did that while
you were gone. Well now thatwhen I was gone, I went to

(06:27):
Hawaii for business, and they puton the consent agend on a Friday morning,
a six hundred and fifty thousand dollarsexperience for voting machines. And when
we just went over this ad budgetmeeting and he never brought that up and
he said, oh, I spentabout one million dollars. Well, I
had my secretary put together and theyspent about four million dollars on machines.
His numbers were completely wrong. Ourcounty council, we are in charge of

(06:50):
our budgets, and they did nothingabout it. They didn't care about it.
It was really embarrassing. But sothat's what we got that on the
platform. So for the reinals whodon't think we should do something, they
will be put on notice if theydon't support getting rid of the machine.
So that's what's important about this. And then Jamie, we passed the Constitutional

(07:11):
Sheriff initiative and that's huge. Theconstitudo sheriff states. Missouri does not have
a constitutional shriff. A lot ofthe counties out west have a constitudior shriff,
which that means is they cannot beremoved by the legislators. The only
way they can be removed by thecourt of law through the process of going
through a trial and be in charge. And the way our constitutions set up

(07:31):
so in a lot of these smallercounties, you'll have the FBI, you
have the DA. They'll go kickingsomebody's door, looking like the irs kicked
in a rancher's door looking for paperwork. He never found any paperwork, and
the sheriff with furious because he's like, that was one of my best friends.
He would have I could have calledhim, we could have went over
there, we could have met withhim. And that's a lot of instances.

(07:51):
The same thing with a gun dealer. The ATF kicked in a goods
looking for some certain gun and agun dealer and he didn't have it in
a tour shoppe are And so onething is in the Missouri the sheriff should
be notified. They don't have control, but they need to be notified first
of any investigation or anything going onin their county because the people elect the

(08:13):
sheriff in their county and and sothe person should be answerable to the people
who's in charge of law enforcement inevery county in the state of Missouri.
And that's going to hearing Jamie nextweek. That's going to a hearing next
week. Now, Deane Parker,Carl rowd and those two liberal lefties.
They've been totally pushing back on this. So it takes a voice of the
people to push this stuff kind ofthrough. Yeah, so how does that

(08:35):
work? How does the constitutional sheriffwork? Is that is that sheriff elected?
Well, well, the sheriff.Every county has a sheriff. Scott
Lewis is our sheriff. He's agreat sheriff. He's one hundred percent behind
this. Our county stripped our sheriffof the authority four or five years ago.
They went to a police department, our county Police apartment, our county
police somemart does a great job,no criticism, criticism there, but it's

(08:58):
run by the county executive and thebureau cuts up up the top. So
what happens is is like, forinstance, I got a dispute with with
the over this issue when they weregoing around the community development was who's corrected
by the county executive going around andcleaning out barn saying that the barns were
dirty. They need to be condemnedor you're not weed whipping around your fence,

(09:18):
silly stuff like this on hunterd AcreFarms, And so they condemned the
barn and they and it was guy'sname was Ernie Catchwick and he was living
in Jonesburg at the time. Hemoved from his farm and it was just
an old family farm. And sowhat they did the county went over the
community and they took everything out ofhis barn. They took a Troy tailers
all this stuff and they moved itout. And I was furious about it,

(09:39):
and Ernie called me and told me. I told me to call the
police. The police went over thereand they called me and said, well,
we can't do anything about this.I go, why not, Well,
community valuty cleared it up. Igo, they stole it. They
didn't have the guy never got notified. If they did, he was out
of town. And so they tookhis stuff and never gave it back to
him. They wouldn't file a policereparm because Elman's in charge of the police
department. There's no division. It'sjust doesn't make sense. I'm not saying

(10:01):
that Steve is not in any waydoing anything corrupt, but it just doesn't
it's not the proper process. Itdoesn't work that way. The county executive
should not be running community Defense department, the health department, and then sending
their caps out during COVID sending thecaps out, like when Sugar Creek both
opened, when I told them theycould open, they send the caps out
to Sugar Creek. Well, that'snot right because it wasn't the law anyway,

(10:22):
we never passed in the Organs.Okay, So there has to be
a clear division of an elected sheriffthat runs a sheriff department in a police
department, versus a bureaucrat politician.Right, so the constitutional sheriff would be
elected, Yeah, it would beScott Lewis. He's running again, So
Scott Lewis. But see in ourcounty when the coster sheriff is going to

(10:45):
go to a vote to people inthe state of Missouri saying yes, we
want to constitutor sire, but thatmeans nothing when that passes, that means
nothing for the state for Saint Gearlege'sCounty until, if until we do a
charter remendment that says we want tokeep our police department, keep our police
chief, but it will revert backto the elected a sheriff who will be
in charge. He'll be the mainadministrator of the police department. You'll still

(11:07):
have the chief, you'll still havetheir command staff. Our police department does
a great job. It just changesthe leadership and it's the very top.
Instead of it being an elected electa politician, it's going to be a
law enforcement officer that knows law andis elected by the people. So that's
how it works in St. CharlesCounty. So that is that are a
lot of these badass sheriffs that comeout and they're very public about their opinions

(11:31):
about things. Are they constitutional sheriffs? Is that kind of yes? Yes,
yes, they are constituto sheriffs. They cannot be removed by the commissioners,
they cannot be removed by the statelegislators. And so those are the
sheriff if they're having a sheriff conventionin Reno right now. And Mike,
Mike Botham in Osh County is agreat outspoken sheriff. He's an Osh County.

(11:52):
He's a good friend of mine, and he was going to be taxes.
So they're all having a meeting now, all the sheriffs in the country
about bord about this border issue. And I texted him yesterday, I go,
Mike, why are you wasting timein a committee talking about the border
when you get no one's doing anythingbecause our federal government is so just functional.
Good he said, Well, goto pay attention the all the sheriffs,

(12:13):
especially the councilors, sheriffs on theborder, all standing up. We're
just going to start doing it.We're gonna get fout, we're gonna get
deputized people. We're gonna start defendingthe borders, and if the federal government
don't like it, then we're gonnahave a problem with them too, And
that's what they're gonna start doing,Jamie, that's what they need to do.
Yeah, well that's good man.Well I appreciate you, Joe.
Thanks for all your hard work, brother. And those are some things.

(12:37):
Those are some real super local andimportant issues and these all kind of make
up the whole and so really appreciateyour hard work on those things that in
the end matter really a lot toSaint Charles County voters and people out there
in God's Country, even if theydon't really think that they do. So
thanks Joe, Thanks Jamie, keepup the good fight. Thank you my

(13:00):
friend. That is Joe Brazl,Saint Charles County councilman. And the again
these is the constitutional sheriff that's that'sthe good one, because when they don't
have to be kiss up to legislaturesor commissions and things like that. I
figured as much that a lot ofthese guys, you know, the big
hats out there out west and andbe I like in Texas, I figure

(13:24):
that they were probably constitutional sheriffs, because there are some sheriffs who are clearly
more outspoken than others. Remember theMilwaukee sheriff as well. So it does
help and certainly to have more ofan independent voice as the sheriff. So
I love that idea, so hopefullyit works itself through. And of course,

(13:48):
you know, some of these peopledown in Jefferson City who say they're
Republican are not conservative, and sothat's how that's how the cookie crumbles,
ladies and gentlemen, speaking of theborder, big clashes on immigration and this
whole idea of the immigrant criminal.Good morning, everybody, and happy super

(14:20):
Tuesday to all of you and yours. And it was also a super Monday
with the Supreme Court and its nineto zip decision. And you know how
when the left wing loons always recounthow awful things are, but when they
recount how awful things are, theysound really awesome what they say. It's

(14:46):
kind of like the Hillary Clinton adsback of the day when she, I
guess thought they were anti Trump, but they were kind of actually pro Trump.
Prussian Trump's gold have closed the border. He's gonna do this, and
he's gonna do that. And afterevery Hillary, We're all like, that
sounds amazing. So she was actuallytechnically running ads for Donald Trump, which

(15:09):
she was criticizing him about his policies, because all of his policies she criticized
sounded fantastic. So that's how thecookie crumbled for these idiots. So now
you have Nicole Wallace on MSNBC andshe points out something that makes yesterday's decision

(15:31):
all that more awesome. And Imean, I follow this stuff tooth and
nail. I love Trump. Ilove all this stuff. And even I
didn't put two and two together withoutawesomeness. Is I had to have a
Trump hater do it for me.The very same day that the disgraced ex

(15:52):
president was supposed to go on trialin a federal courthouse for his efforts to
end democracy as we know it,that little January sixth insurrection, the highest
court in the land today kept himon the ballot, and that's awesome,
that's amazing. I didn't even knowthat. So actually, the Supreme Court
made his decision on the very sameday Trump's trial was supposed to start on

(16:21):
the insurrection stuff. Is it awesome? And that that's how bad it was
for the left wing moon beat lunatics. I'm sorry. I don't mean to
be a name caller. I'm alover, not a fighter. But the
decision came down from the Supreme Courton the very same day that Trump was

(16:45):
supposed to be starting on trial forinsurrection. Thank you Nicole for pointing out
how amazing yesterday was. I thoughtit was great just the way it was.
Yet Nicole Wallace, the Trump hater, informed me that I should be
actually doubly happy. The very sameday that the disgraced ex president was supposed

(17:08):
to go on trial in a federalcourthouse for his efforts to end democracy as
we know it, that little Januarysixth insurrection, the highest court in the
land today kept him on the ballot. Oh tell me more, ruling that
dodges the facts of January six andTrump's roll in it. But instead the
Supreme Court handed Trump a second giftin as many weeks on a constitutional technicality.

(17:32):
Oh yeah, that's even better,a constitutional technicality. Is there such
thing as a constitutional technicality? Onlya left wing crazy like Nicole Wallace could
possibly call this a constitutional technicality. But is there really such a thing.

(17:57):
I mean, the Constitution is theconstitution. There is no real technicality to
Oh, that's just a constitutional technicality. It's like, no, these people
not only invent their own realities, they're inventing their own language and their own

(18:18):
phrasing. That just doesn't sound itsounds crazy. But actually, when she
said it was the second victory ina week, it's actually the third victory
if you listen to what she said, because he actually was supposed to go
on trial the very day the SupremeCourt came down and put him back on
the ballot. All over the wholeinterrection insurrection nonsense. In an unsigned opinion,

(18:44):
the Justice is say that states donot have the power to bar candidates
from running for federal office. There'sgreat news. That's great news, all
because of a constitutional technicality. Itgets even better than that, as we
see the news media all then, and even the women at Fox News in

(19:07):
that in that whatever that thing iswith Harris Faulkner. I love her.
But whoever those people are, Inever know who they are. I can
cause I listen to it. Idon't watch it. Uh, but they
all they definitely some of them don'tsound exceedingly bright, I'm sorry to say,
and kind of bird brainy if youask me. And a couple of

(19:29):
them are like, yeah, thisis that the one who sounds like she's
seventeen years old. Yeah, thissends like it's maybe a five to four
decision. I'm like, I'm evenhearing that on Fox News. So they
even are trying to create this ideathat it was really not nine to nothing,
it was really five to four. That's what the meme was of election.
The headline here is this that thisis a unanimous ruling. But if

(19:52):
you scratch the surface just a little, this is a five to four ruling.
I'm part of it. This isa part of it. There was
no part of it. It wasn'ta five to four ruling on part of
it. This was a Supreme Courtdecision, and it wasn't a part Supreme

(20:14):
Court decision. These people are justso hurt and angry and crazy that they
they continually try to look for waysthat what they're seeing in front of them
isn't really what it is actually afive to four decision. Yeah, that's
right, it was a five Itwas actually a five to four decision.

(20:38):
You know what. This makes themalso anti science because they actually are denying
mathematics. Another example of the leftbeing anti science. Not only do they
not recognize a man as a manand a woman as a woman, they
completely lie about climate change. Theydon't believe a baby in a womb is

(21:06):
a real human being, and theydon't believe in math. It's five to
four. Trump will take this spinit, spread the misinformation disinformation on it.
So yeah, it's five to four. Really, it's really it's not
nine to nothing, it's five tofour. It's like wow, huh yeah

(21:27):
anti science. Oh, speaking ofthat too, Jimmy Hawk, the Gateway
putans on the way, and theplastics industry is finally admitting recycling was a
lie. Good morning everybody, andhappy happy super Tuesday. And I told

(21:48):
you these people in the newsbeating arecompletely antimas. This is a five to
four ruling. I'm part of it. This is actually a five to four
decisions. Yeah, so they didnot mathematical science and deny. That's nine
to zero. You know how offbase they are and anti science they are.

(22:08):
Well, even Katanji Jackson, evenshe sees the wrongness of pulling Trump
off the ballot. Jackson, whodoesn't know what a woman is, knew
that I belong on that ballot.Yes, I mean, uh, there's
there in the media. They're sothey are so anti math, anti science

(22:32):
and election deniers or or decision deniersthat even Kataji Jackson looks common sensical compared
to them. If you can imaginethat the Gateway pun that Jimmy Hoft,
how you doing, man? Whata day yesterday? Yeah? How about
that? You know, I hadn'theard that Trump clip on Katanji Brown.

(22:53):
Oh my gosh, that's goal.I know. Isn't that great? I
mean that was the That's like thebest line of yesterday coming from this guy.
Is his name is Sean Ferris. He does a really great imitation of
President Trump too. It's awesome.Okay, that's what I did. Hear
it well, and you know tumphe does. And you know what,

(23:15):
earlier, when I was listening toNicole Wallace at MSNBC, she pointed out
something that made yesterday even more awesome, even though obviously it made it more
horrible for her. But that's howthings go for the left. It seems
everything bad to them is like amazingto us. And so she said that

(23:37):
this decision came down on the veryday that Trump's trial was supposed to start,
Like, wow, that's even better. It's just amazing, Jamie,
isn't it. I mean, weare living in historic times and it really
feels to a lot of people likeit's good versus evil because the craziness that

(24:02):
the left is throwing at its hurlingat us every day, and the complete
abuse they put this man through,Donald Trump, we have never seen anything
like it. It is just trulyamazing that he is still standing and still
going through this with everything that he'shad to put up with, including this
nonsense of kicking him off the ballot, where even Katanji Brown Jackson, who

(24:26):
can't understand what a woman is evenshe voted against it. Yeah. Well,
and then now they're pivoting to you, Well, we're gonna have Congress,
then do all this nonsense. It'slike, okay, you guys,
busy yourself with all that while webeat your butt in November. How do
you think Super Tuesday is going togo. I mean, I'm seeing upwards

(24:49):
of eighty ninety percentage point leads withDonald Trump. I mean, hell,
even in California he's at seventy sixpercent. It's going well. Yeah,
yeah, I think I think it'sgoing to be a big day for Donald
Trump. He did say at marA Lago last night he had an interview

(25:10):
with Brian Glenn from RSBN, andhe did say, uh, he hopes
that the Maga nation goes out todayin boats in mass and and really shows
gives you know what's going to behappening in November. And he said,
we have to win in November. This is something I don't know if I've
heard Donald Trump say before. Hesaid we must, we must win in

(25:32):
November. This country could be finished. And you know, I totally agree
with that. You know, we'vewe've seen the destruction that Joe Biden has
hurled at us in the world sincehe's been in and I totally agree with
that. It's a very important election. You know, people say that a
lot during for every election, butit's we're at a serious point right now.

(25:53):
We're seeing the uh, the nationaldebt go up a trillion dollars every
hundred days. Now, think ofthat, Jamie. That's Joe Biden,
and these people are willing to stoptheir spending. And of course the foreign
policy under Joe Biden has been acomplete disaster. America has been embarrassed time
and time again, and then withhis you know, open borders, which

(26:17):
is just going to destroy the country. I don't know if we can go
eight years of that. So Trumpis right, and I hope people do
get out. I hope they comeout in force for Donald Trump, Jamie.
I was going to point out anotherthing. This this New York Times
Cien poll they came out last week. They actually wrote about this in the
New York Times. You think theywould hide it, but it said that
ninety seven percent. I had todouble check this. Ninety seven percent of

(26:41):
Trump twenty twenty voters are already fallingin line and saying, yes, I'm
going to vote for Trump again.Percent that's very significant. And with Joe
Biden only eighty three percent they they'regoing to vote for him, and ten
percent of Joe Biden voters they they'regoing to for Trump. I mean,
these numbers are just they must havethe left very very worried. Well,

(27:04):
you could tell, because they're inmass freakout mode. And I will tell
you though, that ninety seven percentwho voted for Donald Trump, and that
is not counting all of the newvoters. And I'm talking about from the
black community, from the Hispanic community. He's doing even better with women that

(27:25):
he was doing at this stage inthe game in twenty twenty. And so
you're talking about piling up a wholefew more million of voters who maybe even
didn't vote in twenty twenty, orat least are more engaged now to the
more common sense conservative cause. Prettycool. Yeah, absolutely. I think

(27:45):
the pain has been a lot fora lot of Americans, you know.
And just the fact that the mediais still you know, does not report
much on this inflation and how muchit's hurt American families. I think that's
the driving force behind all this.Everybody's feeling this disaster that the Democrats have
been you know, pushing and purposelyyou know, throwing at American families and

(28:11):
American workers, and it's it's devastating. Yeah, there's no doubt about it.
And wait till they hear the newsfrom Jim Hawft the Gateway pundit that
the Biden regime has admitted flying threehundred and twenty thousand illegal immigrants secretly to
forty three airports in the US tolessen the border crossing numbers. That's that's

(28:34):
incredible. How do they do thatwithout anybody finding out? Yeah, this
is just amazing, isn't it.Of course they do this in the in
the in the dark of night, and they hide it from the American people
as much as they can. Butthink of that, it's like a third
of a million illegals we're just flowninto this country. We don't know it

(28:59):
really is a true number on anyof this, because you know, they
always do hide this. I hadheard before that they were flying people in.
But you know, they also haveprograms where these illegals can come up
through Mexico and sign up to getinto the to get into the country before
they even get here. And they'rejust illegals coming through Mexico from all over
the world. So this is howeasy it is for them to get inside

(29:22):
the US southern border. And thegall of these Democrats and Joe Biden to
try to twist this, this thisvicious lie and blame that on Trump or
Republicans. I mean, they havelaid out the red carpet for these illegals
to come in, and that's whywe have, you know, upwards of
ten millions some estimates, have alreadycrossed into the United States in three less

(29:49):
less than four years, three anda half years, not even two and
a half. It's it's unbelievable.Well and almost in concert in Unison all
of the news media, they arerunning with this story about how illegals don't
actually commit any more crime and evencommit less crime than people who are legally

(30:10):
here, which is a complete andtotal lie when you break it all down,
because actually, what we start withthe fact that they've committed a crime
by coming here in the first place, so they're already criminals once they cross
the border. So the numbers don'tmatch, the science doesn't match it well,
Jimmy Haff The Gateway Punted thanks toton Man. We appreciate you.

(30:30):
We'll be watching the Gateway Punted dotcom for all of today's elections, Super
Tuesday revelations and more to come withwhat the Biden administration is doing to further
ruin the country. So thanks forthe heads up, brother. Lots of
great stuff up there and I appreciateyou as always. Thanks Jamie. All
right, coming up, people, she is running to fill the seat of

(30:53):
the outgoing Mitt Romney in Utah andshe is hot on the trail of this
illegal immigration scandal. We're going totalk with her coming up. And plus
don't forget the judge at eight o'clock. Good, good morning, everybody.

(31:14):
It's Almond in the Morning and it'sCommon Sense Radio. And what are the
rock stars of conservatism in these UnitedStates? Would be Carolyn Fippen. She
is running for the Senate seat vacatingsoon to be vacated by Mitt Romney,
and that will be none too soon. She is a constitutionalist there in Utah.

(31:38):
She is a boy mom five boys, which is always awesome and impressive
by any stretch of the imagination. And she loves this country and is ready
to battle all of the left wingcrazy policies that actually are affecting, especially
the border policy. You wouldn't thinkCarolyn Fippen. First of all, welcome

(32:00):
to the show. How are youdoing great? Thank you so much for
having me this morning. Carolinfo Senatedot com c A R O L Y
N for Senate dot Com. Checkit out. You know, it's interesting
because people wouldn't automatically assume that theborder would affect you taught, because you

(32:20):
taught it's not along the border. But times have changed, and the pervasiveness
of illegal immigration is really hurting everybodyand trickling into your state. Oh yeah,
it is everywhere. Travel anywhere inthe United States of America, and
people are feeling the impacts everywhere wego. I go to the grocery store

(32:44):
and I can hardly come across peoplewho are speaking English. It really is
a different place, and this beginsto really change the face of our country.
I've heard stories of schools near mewhere fifty percent of the kids in
the class us room don't speak English, and they're crying. They're sitting there
trying to learn, and they're notbeing put in a situation where they can

(33:07):
succeed. Nor are the English speakingchildren being put in a situation where they
can succeed. None of this benefitsthe children especially, and the people of
the United States of America. Weare all being pinched by our lack of
adherence to the law at our southernborder. Wow. Absolutely, and obviously

(33:29):
the residents of Utah there are tiredof the namby pamby wishy washy politicians like
Mitt Romney, who seemingly, ifthey haven't turned their back on the immigration
problem, even aided in a benetit. So those days are hopefully over at
least is when it comes to Utah'srepresentation. Yeah, we need to make

(33:51):
sure they are. We have someoptions for Romney two point zero in this
race, and that absolutely cannot happen. I'll tell you. We like to
all people who just sound really nice. And there's a lot of talk about
compromise, right, we hear thisall the time. Well, guess what
the Constitution was the great compromise. Those really big compromises have been made,

(34:15):
and now it's important that we allare willing to adhere to the principles contained
within the Constitution. And those whoare looking to do something else in our
nation are the actual extremists. Andthat's time that more of us get on
the same page and get on theright page and do the right things for
the American people. That is CarolynFippens. She is running for the US

(34:36):
Senate seat soon to be vacated byMitt Romney in the great state of Utah.
Carolyn for Senate dot Com and youwere at one time on the Great
Senator Mike Lee's staff. Is thatcorrect? So you know a little bit
about how things are operating there inDC. Huh yo, I know a

(34:58):
little bit. I'll tell you. It's funny because somebody got really upset with
me on Twitter last week when Itweeted something about getting rid of the Department
of Education. Actually it wasn't somebody, it was a whole lot of somebody,
And there was a response at onepoint that was, oh my gosh,
this woman's awful. She's Mike Leein a wig. So let me

(35:19):
tell you, I went out andbought Mike leeanewig dot com and that can
also take you to Carolynfsene dot commike leannewig dot com. But truly,
we need to have somebody who understandsthe importance of the restoration of those principles
that have made this nation great, that have provided economic opportunity for the next

(35:39):
generation, and that have allowed ourcountry to thrive in so many ways,
instead of what we're experiencing now.I recently learned that at the grocery store,
prices are up twelve percent in oneyear twenty twenty two, and of
course, we all know they're upsignificantly more than that twenty five percent overall
just came into office. This kindof thing is untenable. I mean,

(36:02):
the American people cannot continue in thisway. Carolyn Fippin, how does this
election work? Then? In Utahwe were talking off air about a convention
in April, and how does howdoes it ultimately work in terms of the
eventual nominee or how does that operate? Yeah, So here's what happens.

(36:23):
So we have in fact tonight wewill vote all across the state, in
our communities and neighborhoods for those whowill represent us at the state convention on
April twenty seventh, and they willdecide, you know, who will be
the party nominee for governor for theSenate seat. And what happens is April
twenty seventh, they meet, theymake their selection for who the official party

(36:46):
nominee is. It will be whittleddown to one or two. If it's
one individual in the Senate race whoreceives sixty percent of the vote or you
know, sixty percent plus one, that is the official party nine. But
you know, a whole lot ofpeople in the establishment got upset when Mike
Lee took out a sitting senator intwenty ten, I think it was.

(37:09):
And so now you have a processwhere they can still get on the ballot
even if they lose in April. And so what they do is you drop
half a million dollars, you canget twenty eight thousand signatures, get on
the ballot even though you've lost. And that's what I expect to be the
party nominee on April twenty seventh andcome out and I will then face in

(37:34):
a June primary those more establishment candidateswho chose to almost circumvent the system,
they still go through it. Youcan choose to or not, but lose
there and then can still get onthe ballot in June for a primary where
there will be a number of themwho will be fighting for that same maybe

(37:54):
forty percent to fifty percent of thevote. And I expect to win as
the party nominee out of convention inApril. Well, this seems like it's
a version of rank choice voting, which is a complete invention of establishment Republicans
who didn't want to lose to thosewho supported Donald Trump. So don't you

(38:16):
think, right, isn't that whatthat is? Oh, I'm telling you
it's different. But you are exactlyright that it's one more way to circumvent
the will of the people while makingarguments. I'll tell you here's what the
argument was made. Initially, itwas do you want a small group of
party insiders deciding who will represent youor do you want the voice of the

(38:38):
people to be heard? Right?Well, the voice of the people can
be heard if you just bother attendingyour caucus meetings. I'm participating in the
actual process that has been laid out. But now they say, well,
we need to deal with this becausenow you can have more than two people
on the ballot, so somebody canwin with less than fifty percent. You
know, you guys just create theproblem that you're trying to solve. But

(39:01):
isn't this the whole situation that wealways have with government, right? They
are always chasing their tail, attemptingto solve the problem that they just created
by interfering in things that they nevershould have interfered with in the first place.
Yeah, I mean, these establishmentguys always figure out a way to
kind of squat on the ballot, which is what they're doing. They don't

(39:24):
want to leave, they're kind oflike the relative it keeps overstaying there.
Welcome at the house. You knowwhat I mean, It's exactly what it
is. There's got to be anotherway in every single time. But I'll
tell you, as a strong conservative, really constitutionalist Canada in this race,

(39:45):
and one with a loud voice andan ability to speak to the people,
I think this is going to bea little bit surprising. They've had ten
years where they've been able to getaway with this and circumvent that process.
There's some things that are different thistime, and people really have had enough
and I think that could be enoughto get us the right candidate ultimately in

(40:09):
the US Senate from Utah. Well, and I certainly appreciate you being on
with me here in Saint Louis becauseit is important. I try to tell
people that it doesn't matter what stateit is. We all have a stake
in who is elected, regardless ofwhether it's a state we live in.
And so because we know what happensin the US Senate, we know how

(40:30):
important it is to have strong constitutionalconservative senators in the Senate, even if
they're not ours, we need themin other states, and so this is
a really super important election, andCarolyn Fippin, we wish you the best
of luck, really appreciate your timeand know that you're welcome here any day

(40:52):
because we love your take, welove your commitment to this great country of
ours, and we appreciate your fight. Thank you, thank you so much.
All right. That is Carolyn forSenate and it's it's true. This
is super important here, uh andand anything. And to replace Mitt Romney

(41:13):
with someone who's a real American willbe just amazingly awesome. So that was
a ton of fun. Judge Apolitanolots to talk about with him coming up,
So stay tuned. It's Almond inthe morning. This is one O
four nine to the Patriot. It'scommon Sense Radio.
