Is It A Bear Or A Dude In A Bear Suit?

There is a huge controversy coming out of China. They have a "bear" at the zoo that many are saying is fake! So what say you?  Is ita bear or a dude in a bear suit?

that skin hangs off it and everything like that. It
looks like a guy in a bearsuit. China swears it's
a bear. Everybody that's looked at the pictures online says, no,
there's no way that's a bear. You took some dissident
and told them they have to wave the onlookers in
a bearsuit in the zoo, and under threat of pedalty

or death, they're going ahead and going along with the act.
