Speaker 1 (00:00):
I thought it. Update you on the great Woke beer Wars,

(00:04):
bud Light, Dylan Mulvaney, etc. I beat you, Michael, beat
you out, punch anyway, Garth Brooks weighing in with a
surprising stance. Jack all right, Garth Brooks new bar will
be selling quote every brand of beer when it opens,
he insisted in a new interview.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
Garth Brooks has a bar.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
He's about to the friends in Low Places Bar and
Honky Talk still under construction downtown Nashville.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
God, he'll make a lot of money with that.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Thing, Yes he will. Good gracious, there's going.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
To be a lot of hot chicks and jean shorts
in that place.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
Really, he says, quote I want it to be a
safe place you feel safe in. I want to be
a place where you feel like there are manners and
people like one another. And yes, we're going to serve
every brand of beer. We just are. It's not our
decision to make. Our thing is if we let you
into this house, love one another. If you're an a hole,
there are plenty of other places on Lower Broadway.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
That's where I use to hang out. Lower Broadway, that's
where you hang out if you want to have a
good time in Nashville.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
Well, as you might guess, Big and Rich as John
Rich and Kid Rock have taken a different stance than Brooks,
both in musicians standing against the brand. Blah blah blah.
I don't think we need to go in.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Garth was in a bit of a no win situation there,
Yes he was, But I kind.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
Of like his Hey, everybody get along please.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
Because he says no bud Light, he ends up with
protests outside. I mean, he becomes a here to a
certain crowd. Uh, but he's got protesters outside and blah
blah blah.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
And from the department of being somewhat unclear on the concept,
bud Light is reportedly sponsoring an all ages drag party,
despite the brand's current downturn in the marketplace, et cetera,
et cetera. The all Ages Pride event will reportedly happen
in Flagstaff, Arizona. Titled Pride of the Pines, the event
will include drag queens and other alphabet soup themed performances.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
I know I keep saying this, did I did I
sleep through something? I miss a day? Connect the dots
between gay marriage is okay and men dresses and as
women dressing around for kids, dancing around for kids.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
What's the connection there.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
I missed the whole transition from we should all accept
gay people, which I'm fine with, to drag shows.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
For children, and that confused adolescents who say I'm a boy,
now you've got to call them him even not for children.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
They I don't understand what the connection is at all.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
There are a number of gay groups log Cabin Republicans,
Gays Against Groomors, whatever, that say, hey, we've spent all
our lives saying this is not about sex, it's about
human rights. It's about you know, we love differently than you,
but we we deserve all of our rights. And every
time we go to a Pride event it's like who
can be the most hyper sexualized and weird. This is

(02:53):
not me, That's got nothing to do with me. And
I feel for you folks, because if you dare stand
up and say, hey, kids should not be watching this,
they accuse you of being against the cause and some
sort of evil fascist or something.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
We got more people saying more things about Trump, Wow,
what a mess, and other stuff on the way. If
