Georgette is a style, travel and spirits writer whose work has appeared in Wine Enthusiast, Departures, Imbibe and Edible magazines. Her best-selling book, the liquid memoir, 'Regarding Cocktails' (Phaidon), is a recipe guide and celebration of her late husband, visionary bartender Sasha Petraske's legacy in spirits and cocktails.

In our chat, Georgette recounts her love story with Sasha, and her inspiration for finishing the book where Sasha left off.  We reflect on Sasha’s rules of gentlemen’s decorum and Georgette offers up some clever tips and hacks for how to stock your home bar, how to live well, and show up for your dates – even while marooned at home.
