Speaker 1 (00:00):
Especially and the Jamie Morning Show with DJ Foreign and
Saunty Glynn. You need to know, No, we got you
three things you need to know on Boston's number one
for hip hop and the best throwbacks you haven't any more.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
Vives all right, everybody, Friday, January thirty first, And obviously
yesterday was all about recovery. That mission had changed, and
now we're learning some more details surrounding what is the
deadliest US air disaster in almost a quarter century. More

(00:33):
than forty bodies guys were recovered yesterday. By the end
of the day, I can tell you that all sixty
seven passengers, so that would be the passengers on American
Airlines flight and also those in the helicopter helicopter have died.
Also can tell you that we did, in fact recover
the black box.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
Son I had you do this last hour. Do it again.
What is the black box?

Speaker 1 (00:55):
For people that don't know, you have records everything that
the plane is doing, between the audio down to the
detail hill of altitude, speed, pitch yaw like, if the
thing goes upside down, there's going to be data that
tells you that.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
And it's just so important that they were able to
recover that because we're all asking ourselves over and over.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
How did this happen?

Speaker 1 (01:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:13):
How especially because we're being told that in the helicopter
they were asked by air traffic control do you see
the plane? And they responded with, yes, we see the plane.
So what plane were they referring to? The one that
was taking off?

Speaker 1 (01:25):
I just watched the video from the airport. That's super clear.
Oh my god, did it like it was heartbreak and
you can see the plane like banking go down. It's scary.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
It's awful, it really is, and it now touches very
close to home. Six people from the Skating Skating Club
of Boston, located right up the street in Norwood, lost
their life in that air disaster, to the point where
people that are close to this skating club, including a
local former Olympian figure skater Nancy Kerrigan, heard the news

(01:55):
so distraught just drove up to the club.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
She didn't know what else to do. Strong, and I
guess it's how we respond to it.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
And so my response was to be with people like
care about and I love and need.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
I needed support. So that's why I'm here.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
You prayed that there was going to be some sort
of miracle this morning. We obviously were all holding out hope,
and to know that there were no survivors, it's just
it's awful. This was obviously a huge, huge, huge devastating
hit to the skating community because so many figure skaters
were on the aircraft. But we're also learning about all

(02:35):
these other people that were on these in the plane
or whether they were in plane or the helicopter, And
it's just horrible hearing about a thirteen year old, you know,
a dad, a mom. I just saw a story about
a young woman who changed her flight to get on
that flight from wichital to go home to have a

(02:57):
date with her boyfriend.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Devastating, it really is. And I think we'll learn more
as the days go. But what happened in the sky,
like what happens up there?

Speaker 1 (03:09):
We need answers what happened down here too?

Speaker 2 (03:11):
Yeah, and like I said, you guys, deadliest US air
disaster in almost a quarter century. All right, let's let's
try to make it a little bit lighter. Super Bowl
ads they're.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
Huge, Yeah, they're huge.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
You get in a Super Bowl ad, you're getting big
time money. For example, Ben Affleck Love of My Life,
ten million dollar.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
Paycheck, that's what he got paid for that ten million to.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Do a less than a minute ad with his best
friend and his wife at the time. If you don't remember,
here's Ben's Duncan's Ben Uh sorry, Dunking's commercial.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
I don't think you should do this. Last year she
came to my work. Now I gotta show her what
I can do.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
He's here.

Speaker 4 (03:56):
Fleckeration comes the Boston Massacre.

Speaker 5 (04:04):
Dunk Keys touchdown on the Keys play a coach, got it?

Speaker 1 (04:10):
I'm open and need no interrection in my car.

Speaker 5 (04:13):
This is really hard to be your friend, man, you
said you men, don't don't wait, it's a jam.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
How do you like them donuts?

Speaker 4 (04:26):
I'm so sorry I had to see it, but I
forgive you.

Speaker 3 (04:29):
Lay us on the track?

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Are we gonna be.

Speaker 3 (04:30):
On the album?

Speaker 1 (04:32):
We talked about this.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
Let's go. You're blinded by them.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
Pen strikes it the babe, Ruth Tom, you can stay.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
You remember I told you.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
I do anything for you.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
This is anything chill.

Speaker 4 (04:45):
They naming a drink after us.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
I bring this up because Ben has been seen out
in l a holding a Dune Duncan cup, wearing the
dun King's sweatsuit. Again, so everybody's like, oh my god,
the dun Kings are coming back, but he's not with
Chelo anymore.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
Hundred and sixty five days, a lot of things can change.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
So last year was that's about the year before for
the Super Bowl is when they were in Medford, right
and like the drive through, So that's two years in
a row they were together. I think it was, Yes,
I think it was, yes, I'm pretty sure.

Speaker 3 (05:16):
Remember, I mean, I don't know why, what else it
would be for something?

Speaker 1 (05:19):
And it was because we're all watching it and I
know a girl that was in the commercial and I
think we called it the following day, Yeah, because they
did it locally, right, Yes?

Speaker 3 (05:27):
So okay, so j Loo's in the last two they're
not together. What's the premise? Like that? He singled?

Speaker 4 (05:36):
King the story? So whatever they do, they're going to
just surround it around Ben and we're going to be happening.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
Should they be a mention that he's single, just to like,
you know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (05:45):
It's a storyline, So should rip a cigarette and just
be himself?

Speaker 1 (05:48):
Yeah, and beat up a photographer?

Speaker 3 (05:50):
But who but who knows?

Speaker 2 (05:52):
I mean the way it looked like he he had
his laundry with him and then he was quickly putting it.

Speaker 3 (05:58):
On and he was, I don't know social media a post.
I'll tell you Ben. Ben does not mess with the paparazzi.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
He knew they were there, So him putting on the
jacket certainly means yeah, it means something, all right. And lastly,
Cardi B is opening up about parenting her three babes.
She shared on ig over the weekend her biggest fear
when it comes to raising her kids and he.

Speaker 3 (06:19):
Guesses going broke. Yeah, kind of.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
My biggest fear is my kids not having that drive.
I don't care what they want to do, they need
to make a billion dollars.

Speaker 3 (06:30):
Out of it.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
Oh wow, So just maybe ha being passionate and having drys.

Speaker 4 (06:35):
Well, it ain't gonna help buying your kids jewelry, working
millions of dollars and buying them a con they can't
even drive. How they gonna know that they got a
grind to get what they wanted to be just giving
it to them, Like, come on, and you have your
butt crack, Piers, Yeah, that has nothing to do that
has something to do with it.

Speaker 3 (06:51):
Zero point zero.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
Yeah, Yeah, I hope culture doesn't know that she has
her peers I pray.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
All right, that's three things need to know for Friday,
jan thirty. First, the Governor's Ball is happening on our
show right now.

Speaker 2 (07:07):
We're hooking you up six one seven nine three one
one nine four five collars twenty five.

Speaker 3 (07:11):
A chance to go see Tyler the Creator, Tyler T.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
