Speaker 1 (00:00):
Especially in the game in morning. So with DJ four
and it's Sautilynn.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
You need to know, No, we got you three things
you need to know on Boston's number one for hip
hop and the best throwbags.

Speaker 3 (00:11):
Do you haven't any more?

Speaker 4 (00:12):
Five?

Speaker 5 (00:13):
That'll be a physical series. You know, we'll come down
to the margins. You have to be able to fill
it out following rebound, take care of the ball, execute,
be able to get the different stuff defensively because of
their ability to put pressure in the rim and get
great shots.

Speaker 3 (00:27):
It's a very simple game.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Yeah, put the orange ball through the hoop into the
net and they'll turn it over. Take care of it.
It's yours. Make it be your most prized possession.

Speaker 6 (00:36):
And control the game in transition. Okay, y yeah, shot
in the dark.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
No, no, that's good. Yeah, you gotta control the game
in transition. Monday, May fifth, also Synchroy Mayo, which, by
the way, I haven't mentioned.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Celts are back in action tonight after a few days
of rest, which was for the best. Taken On the
next tonight at seven, Drew Holiday and JB Jaylen Brown
off the injury list.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
This is exciting.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
The Celts are favored, but hey, it's playoff basketball.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
You never know.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
There are so many like again, this is it today.
Three things you need to know because these are all
things that are going on tonight. Also the met Gala tonight,
So you know, whatever you're into, you a little fashioning,
a little hoops, can have it all.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
Go Celts game tips at seven. We can watch a
full hour of that. I'm excited. Dinny is in trial today.
Holy hell.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Jury selection is starting today. Remember no cameras allowed in
the courtroom. I think it is for the best. We
are all dialed in on Karen Reid. We cannot add
another trial to our list. We can't. But if you remember,
for remember we became obsessed with Tory Lanez and following
it on Twitter. There's always somebody inside the courtroom that
will tweet out.

Speaker 7 (01:39):
One particular lady, especially on Twitter. She's a loyal or
something like that. But she seems to be at all
these trials and I can't wait to see what she
gives us.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
Updates timeline wise.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
Did He was arrested last September in New York after
being indicted on one count of racketeering conspiracy, one count
of sex trafficking, and one count of transportation to engage
in prostitution. Since then, additional trafficking and prostitution charges were
added both of.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
Them last month. We all know what it is.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Did he is looking at some serious time for inviting
people to parties known as freakoffs. Freakoffs never going to
one of those don't sound fun A lot of baby
oil if in.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
Fact that is true.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
Either way, prosecutors claim that did he invited these people
coerce them into sexual activities at the Freakoffs there were cameras.
He sat in the corner and watched people do certain
different things. Jury's election begins today. Once the jury is set,
we are expected to also believe that Cassie will take.

Speaker 6 (02:34):
The stand, which is going to be damaging for him.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
Tell me the charges again, please, Yep.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
He's looking at one count of racketeering conspiracy, one count
of sex trafficking, one count of transportation to engage in prostitution,
and additional trafficking and prostitution charges.

Speaker 7 (02:47):
I've got jail time for prostitution for racketeering because again
a lot of people pay to have sex.

Speaker 6 (02:57):
I think it was the fact that a common for
people to cross state life.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Exactly, and there was the talks that somewhere underage.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
But again, but those are charges are not there. There's
no age.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
I don't hear any underage. Think, guess that was the rumor.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
I remember we've talked about this, like even back to
the baby Lil thing and all these mystery tapes. Do
they actually exist or was this just an internet rumor
we know that did. He said he was all good
on a plea deal, meaning to me, he doesn't think
they have enough receipts to lock them down.

Speaker 7 (03:24):
I don't think so either, because again, if you just
listen to the charges and then go to what everybody's
talking about, you know, the Cassie trial is not gonna
be Cassie's video is not gonna come into the at
least I don't think, because that has nothing to do
with this case, right, No, But I.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Do think if I'm on the jury, she gets up
there and she talks about who he is the person
that might be enough for me.

Speaker 7 (03:44):
Which I think was a strategy that they I think
they found the videotape in one of the votes, leaked
the Cassie video, because then you're tainting the pool. It
became such a big story that anybody's gonna see it.
Almost everybody's gonna see it. Now when you see her
talking about it on that stay.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
On in the on the stand, you're right, thank you.

Speaker 7 (04:02):
All of a sudden, you're gonna be like, damn, he
might have he might have had one thousand bottles of
baby all in the crib and having people slipping and
sliding everywhere. We got him up.

Speaker 3 (04:18):
This one goes right into the.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
Karen Reid retrial because listen, we we've discussed. I mean,
even having Peggy o'keeff on the stand, it was powerful.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
It meant something.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
It's we didn't learn anything new from Peggy, but it
was enough to take a step back and she's like,
oh my god, we lost a life here.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
Remind the jury that John o'keith is gone.

Speaker 6 (04:40):
But Cassie's gonna be able to co sign the fact
that she was drugged and forced half sex with with
different people while he watched.

Speaker 7 (04:46):
And we don't have to doubt her, right, Yeah, because
if he could do that to you at the elevator
in the hallway, why else would you be lying about
anything else.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
He did the worst and the worst to you.

Speaker 3 (04:55):
Yeah, crazy all right?

Speaker 2 (04:57):
In Jetam on Friday, it was the Alan Jackson and
Jen McCabe show, that woman was on stand from sun
up to sundown. We got about five seconds with the
forensic investigator. But so many things, so many things. First
and foremost, why I think that this trial in general,
and this whole story is so addicting is because if

(05:21):
you take a step back, you really can see both sides.
You can play it back and forth in your mind.
But to me, there's always been something that could never
be explained away.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Think Jen McCabe.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
Listen, she goes into her house and she sits at
the table with her family, and she's going over what
happened to her with Karen Reid an hour prior. That's
not weird to me, Okay, I can explain that one
to myself. I can explain that away. I'm gonna sit
down at a table with my brother too. But those
butt dials, man, I can't explain it to my I cannot.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
I can't.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
I just can't.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
And if you're thinking to yourself, ask what butt dials.
Jen McCabe was asked to explain to Alan Jackson why
from the time that supposedly John O'Keefe was in the
car outside with Karen Reid of thirty four of Fairview.
He had seven missed calls from Jen McCabe.

Speaker 3 (06:14):
She says, I was at the window that I was
back to the party.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
I was dancing, I was with family and friends, and
I was back to the window to check the phone
was in my pocket. It must have called him seven times. Okay, maybe,
But when I butt dial.

Speaker 3 (06:28):
Somebody, it's a rarity.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
I'm leaving them most likely a furmatut long voicemail because
it's in my phone, it's in my pocket, it's in
my purse. I don't know that it's in there. I
don't know that it has butt dialed you and it's
getting a voicemail. These calls never got to voicemail.

Speaker 8 (06:44):
You've previously given an explanation for what those calls were,
These seven calls that were missed between about twelve twenty
nine or about twelve fifty it's nineteen.

Speaker 6 (06:54):
Minutes, you'll agree, correct, Yes, if you.

Speaker 8 (06:57):
Divide nineteen by seven, that's about every two and a
half minutes or two point seven minutes your phone's calling
a piece fell correct.

Speaker 3 (07:04):
Correct.

Speaker 8 (07:06):
Previously explained, what would you attreat to those phone calls?

Speaker 9 (07:11):
Is that right?

Speaker 3 (07:12):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (07:14):
What'd you explain.

Speaker 4 (07:15):
I think I was going back and forth to the door,
I was texting him. I think I put my phone
in my pocket. I think I inadvertently maybe have called him.

Speaker 8 (07:24):
What did you call it at the last hearing?

Speaker 3 (07:28):
I believe I called it a butt dial before I
made a good point. And I've done it too.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
I text Forn and I'm like, hey, i'll see you
in a few and I don't lock my phone I
put in my pocket.

Speaker 3 (07:36):
Yeah, I could call him, it could, but it would
go to Forne's voicemail and then I would lead you.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
He would hear me chit chatting or whatever, being like
thornes on whatever, whatever it is. I just it's strange.
And by the way, it wasn't just her that night.
All of them were quote butt dialing each other like.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
There was a butt ouse.

Speaker 3 (07:54):
It was everybody was butt dialing the same night.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
It's just very because one way you look at it
is like it's innocent, it's a butt aisle.

Speaker 3 (08:03):
She had the phone in her pocket.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
It accidentally called John o'keef because she had been calling him,
and she'd been texting him being like where are you
are you coming in On the other end, it lends
to the story of John O'Keefe was dead inside the home.
They were trying to figure out how they were gonna
cover it up, but they couldn't find his phone, so
they had to have Jen call in a million times so.

Speaker 3 (08:20):
They could plan it on him.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
It's just crazy because you can truly see both sides.
Now we know Jen was coached. No matter what you
want to say. Seeing her this retrial versu her last trial,
she's different. She's calm, she's she's apologizing when she doesn't
understand the question. She's making eye contact with the jury,
her teeth, Look why her botox looks good. Her hair
is blown out. She's wearing baby blue because baby blue

(08:43):
is nicer.

Speaker 3 (08:44):
People trust baby blue.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
I didn't know that.

Speaker 3 (08:47):
I learned that. And there's tactics that she's using. For example,
when he asks her about the Google search and she's like, well,
what what search are you referring to?

Speaker 6 (08:58):
You're well aware.

Speaker 8 (08:59):
You don't have to be a phone out to know
that there was a Google search on your phone recovered
at twenty seven in the morning. You know that you've
been told that you've seen it, You've been asked about
it dozens of times, haven't you.

Speaker 4 (09:11):
I have been asked about it dozens of times.

Speaker 3 (09:12):
Yes, you're well aware that your records have.

Speaker 4 (09:15):
Been told correct.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
Yes, they have.

Speaker 8 (09:17):
Those records many times.

Speaker 4 (09:20):
I've been asked by you, Yes, and by others right, yes,
I mean.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
The police at it.

Speaker 4 (09:27):
You've been at I've been asked by you and mister Lowly. Yeah,
I'm miss Lally asked about it.

Speaker 8 (09:38):
Yes, it's about a Google search at two twenty seven
a y.

Speaker 4 (09:44):
It is, but it's not one that I remember doing
or making or did. It's not when I did. It's
just one that is in a record that was miss read.

Speaker 2 (09:51):
My favorite is at one point, you know, he keeps
calling it a Google search, and she goes, sometimes i'thing
Google search, but like that's just an expression, and he goes,
thank you, what what do you like?

Speaker 3 (10:00):
What search engine?

Speaker 4 (10:02):
Did?

Speaker 1 (10:02):
She did? You say?

Speaker 2 (10:03):
She couldn't even say. She was like, I don't know,
I don't know what search engine I use. And she's like,
I'm just saying google search because that's just what people say,
and he goes.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
He goes, it was Google. You used Google. We know
that you know that, so that she goes, okay, it
was Google.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
By the way, She's not doing anything wrong the way
she's answering, he's not doing anything.

Speaker 3 (10:22):
But they're both playing this game with each other, and
it does like a watching it. You're like, I chen
did use.

Speaker 7 (10:31):
Would not admit? She said, I don't know what app
I used? Oh you know, I just googled, just just
a termin knowledge. I don't know how I searched for it.
I'm like, but this is what makes me feel like
there's a little suss information going on, Like you can't
even he's not trying to trap you.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
Did you use a Safari or not? I did? Did
you use Google? Yes?

Speaker 2 (10:49):
I did?

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Did you google this that too?

Speaker 2 (10:51):
There's nothing wrong with you googling your kid's sports schedule
on Google.

Speaker 3 (10:55):
There's nothing wrong with that.

Speaker 7 (10:56):
But you're trying to play this like counteractive kind of
kund of defense type of vib and to me, it
just looks hells us that you can even answer those
simple questions. Again, You've been asked about this three times
in three different trials, and all of a sudden you're like, oh.

Speaker 1 (11:10):
Well, what text are you talking about it? What not?

Speaker 2 (11:15):
One text message that people keep referring to and keep
going back to that. You know, Alan Jackson was reading
Jen's text to her, so she couldn't really you know,
they were right in front of her. Her husband text
in a group chat with her, I believe it was
Brian Albert, Nicole Albert, Jen McCabe and her husband Matt
were in the in the groupie and her husband goes
tell them the guy never.

Speaker 3 (11:36):
Went in the house.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
Like if he didn't go on the house, what houly
why would Of course we're going to say that.

Speaker 3 (11:42):
Because he never won in the house.

Speaker 6 (11:44):
Yeah, it doesn't need to be text.

Speaker 3 (11:47):
Yeah, but then it's like I don't know. Then then
then you can.

Speaker 6 (11:49):
Is he highlighting that that guy never.

Speaker 2 (11:52):
Came in the mar right, Like if I'm telling the story,
I'm like, but no, this matters because he never came
in the house.

Speaker 3 (11:56):
I don't that's.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
Again, that's why you know you will sleep suppose Yeah, no,
this is this is the husband.

Speaker 1 (12:02):
He wasn't there. It's wild to me.

Speaker 2 (12:04):
No, it is, but again, reasonable doubt, reasonable doubt, reasonable doubt,
Like I don't know. But then but then Sati'll be
like she's going to.

Speaker 6 (12:11):
Jail, yeah, because I you know, it was like that,
like that entire night. I'm like, oh, then clearly she
did something.

Speaker 2 (12:17):
Well With that being said, we only got a teensy
bit of the Mass Day Police forensic investigator who told
us this.

Speaker 9 (12:23):
The glad alcohol concentration for that individual at twelve forty
five am could be between zero point one four and
zero point two eight grams percent.

Speaker 1 (12:35):
Along with the wine.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
That woman didn't even know her name was so wrong,
which we knew, but that's wild.

Speaker 3 (12:42):
We will get more from that testimony.

Speaker 2 (12:44):
The Mass Day Police for US forensic investigator will be
up first on the stand this morning. Obviously, our guy
Nick Rokko will join us Friday at seven thirty and
will break down the week of the retrial that the
three things need to know for Sinko and they my
O talkbacks are welcome. Remember if in fact you year
a Kendrick Lamar and says a song ahead or right
to the app, it's free, download it, say your name,

(13:05):
where you're from, your favorite either do it like they're
both in the song or just Kendrick or sciss a
song and then DJ Pupkogg will announce a winter later
this afternoon morning
