Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wait yo, oh my, oh my, oh my, my.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
My, my, my, my my my, gil big child.
Speaker 3 (00:33):
I don't really know what to say about yesterday.
Speaker 4 (00:38):
I mean, obviously we'll cover.
Speaker 3 (00:40):
A lot of it next in the news, but you
know what, I'm sitting there last night and I'm feeding
the baby, getting ready to put her down, and I
post on Instagram and I said, like with the with.
Speaker 4 (00:50):
The JT News added in reading these.
Speaker 3 (00:55):
Transcripts from Diddy, like my soul can't take much more.
I'm I'm not okay now, mind you. I wake up
this morning to like I went to sleep right after that,
probably woke up to fifty messages of people being like,
what happened to justin Timberlake?
Speaker 4 (01:08):
I want to slap all fifty.
Speaker 3 (01:10):
Kat nothing they thought GT justin Timberlake.
Speaker 4 (01:15):
I'm like, follow along here? People follow along?
Speaker 2 (01:18):
Well, I guess if you're not a basketball fan, I
can understand why you'd get that.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
I got another message this morning, Wait, what's the tea
on justin Timberlake Ashley?
Speaker 4 (01:25):
I googled him. I can't find anything. He cheats.
Speaker 3 (01:27):
That's the tea A lot cheats, you know.
Speaker 5 (01:32):
I was.
Speaker 4 (01:32):
I was thinking about this on the way in and.
Speaker 3 (01:36):
I even battled myself yesterday when I reported on the
Diddy trial.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
Should I say about urinating thing? Should I talk about that?
Should I not? I thought that was could at least
give you a little.
Speaker 3 (01:50):
Bit and you'd be like, oh, okay, that's what's happening
in that courtroom. The things that came out yesterday were
so offensive and so bad. I can't actually today, there's
really no way. In the biggest one that everyone's talking about.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
I can't.
Speaker 4 (02:06):
I cannot say that on the radio.
Speaker 2 (02:08):
I cannot Which one.
Speaker 4 (02:11):
I mean, I don't Does it get worse than the
nipple thing?
Speaker 2 (02:13):
No, I don't think it was.
Speaker 4 (02:15):
Which one's worse than that?
Speaker 2 (02:16):
I can't say.
Speaker 4 (02:18):
There's nothing worse than that.
Speaker 2 (02:19):
I think.
Speaker 4 (02:20):
I can't say is it alleged or actually came out yesterday?
Speaker 6 (02:24):
It was in the transcript, so unless that was a
I but no, it's in the transcript. Like I I've
been following this thing.
Speaker 1 (02:29):
I don't think.
Speaker 3 (02:30):
I think, yeah, I think we need to chat off
air because this what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (02:38):
I don't this was that was to me that that's
what everyone's saying.
Speaker 2 (02:40):
You know what it is with that one? And people
can find find that it's just it doesn't make sense
to me, like the whole like process of well, why
would you want?
Speaker 4 (02:49):
Not really sure how that's turning you on?
Speaker 2 (02:54):
It doesn't make sense.
Speaker 3 (02:55):
Yeah, I think Diddy was like, yeah, do you with
the other thing that I'm gonna tell you off?
Speaker 2 (03:02):
It makes sense?
Speaker 4 (03:03):
Does I think?
Speaker 3 (03:06):
I honestly think that the combination of and you guys
might arguing with me on this, I don't know, but
I think the combination of having more money than God
and watching so much porn and him trying to always
one up and look for something more. He sees all
this crazy stuff and he's like, how do I go crazier?
How do I get how do I make this bigger?
(03:26):
How do I keep reaching and reaching reaching? And so
I think some of the things that he was making
Cassie do is is his efforts and his craziness on
the inside of him being like pushing the plane plain
things aren't enough for him.
Speaker 6 (03:39):
Oh yeah, that's very true, and that's really what it is.
He's a freak with money and once he went and power.
So when you're able to influence people just to do it,
like you push that line and you're like, oh they'll
do it, OK.
Speaker 2 (03:49):
Yeah, let's keep going.
Speaker 3 (03:50):
And to know that the the baby oil thing was
of zero exaggeration, that he would have this woman in
kiddie pools full of it is mind boggling to me.
But on the lowest level of things that she had
to do, like her laying in a baby a baby
pool filled with baby oil, like we would have heard
that a couple months ago, been like, that's wild. That
(04:12):
is nothing on the richter scale of the things that
she had to testify to yesterday, by the way, in
front of him, in front of his family and in
front of her own husband, and extremely pregnant. And remember
when I was pregnant on here and I would talk
about like a puppy that fell and I would start crying.
Speaker 4 (04:28):
Imagine trying to do this pregnant like that.
Speaker 2 (04:31):
The thing with him is that, like, if he didn't
abuse her and do all these things, these stories would
be laughable. We be making fun of him and all
that stuff. But when you add in the fact that
he was abusive towards her and everything like that, it
just makes it scary. And like you picture him like
beating her up and then making her do all these things,
and you feel so bad for her.
Speaker 6 (04:49):
And that's the thing when they leaked that video smart
because now you believe everything she says. There's not one
thing that she could say to you that you'd be like,
he don know, that's not true, you're exaggerating.
Speaker 2 (05:00):
Ain't the way he did that?
Speaker 3 (05:01):
And the power he had over her where you know,
she would say, like his team would come in, take
her computers, take her phone, like she would have no
access to the outside world, you know, because I do,
I do see this other narrative of like why didn't
she leave?
Speaker 4 (05:15):
She didn't have a choice.
Speaker 3 (05:15):
Why didn't Tina Turner leave? Like they don't, they don't
feel like they can. This power is being held over her.
She she thought that was the only way to have
a career.
Speaker 6 (05:23):
And she also said that if she didn't, if she'd
stopped him from doing the freak off, she felt like
he would go do it with somebody else.
Speaker 4 (05:29):
Which, yeah, because she loved him too.
Speaker 6 (05:31):
Put you in the mindset of where she was at,
where she was just so desperate to be with this guy,
you know what I mean. Oh, he had like manipulated
her brain so much and brainwashed the into being like, yeah,
I'm the one you love and you should stay with me.
Speaker 3 (05:43):
It was like, I'm sitting there with just a little
baby reading some of this and I wanted to crawl
out of my skin.
Speaker 4 (05:49):
I was so I'm just so disgusted. He's disgusting, he's
a deviant.
Speaker 3 (05:54):
With all that being said, that does not mean he
did sex trafficking, and that's what he's on.
Speaker 4 (06:04):
Just saying that.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
But at the same time, I guess when you run
the numbers and the you know, prostitutes and coming across
the state lines and all that stuff, it does fit
into that.
Speaker 4 (06:12):
No, it does, but we're not really we don't have
any of that yet.
Speaker 3 (06:15):
Now, Cassie did say, you know, she was getting prostitutes
off of Craigslist and stuff for this, and she had
he had her doing some of that stuff.
Speaker 4 (06:25):
But you know, the defense is going.
Speaker 3 (06:27):
They've already his defense has already come out and been
like he's horrible, Like all of these things are horrible,
But that doesn't mean.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
But the racketeering part, I do think because if you
like the intimidation and all that stuff with all with
like all the money, that fits into the whole recal
Predicate Act.
Speaker 4 (06:42):
Yeah, we'll see.
Speaker 3 (06:43):
I I just I think they you know, all of
these things that were learning about what he was doing
to her sexually, like horrible, lock him up and take
away the key. But does that prove that he was
bringing Not yet, but it's common. I hope it does.
But yeah, I just you know, and and I know
(07:05):
how supportive her husband is, he's always been about all this.
And seeing him walk out of that courtroom yesterday and
just having to picture him sitting there listening to that,
I just you all must just want to hold Cassie
and like hug her off Craigslist.
Speaker 2 (07:21):
Like are you serious? Did he like you have high
you have so much money that you can call people
who are like pay insaeing them mounts of money back.
Speaker 4 (07:30):
It was it back in the day, even when you're.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
Like when you're say, let's call him like a billionaire,
the people that you can call for like not Craigslist.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
But I know, but he needs to find low level
people who are afraid.
Speaker 4 (07:42):
Of him and aren't going to say anything.
Speaker 2 (07:44):
Yes, you're right, but the high level people, the ones
that keep the secrets right.
Speaker 5 (07:48):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (07:48):
I think he was used to intimidation, and I think
he thought if he got these people in here that
had nothing to lose that they would be like, oh
my god, it's Diddy was doing that for a reason,
going to correct Yeah, he hey, and let's.
Speaker 4 (08:01):
Be honest, it worked for a very long time.
Speaker 3 (08:04):
I also thought it was crazy that hearing her say
freak offs, Like I thought that that was maybe an
invented term that people say because there was always these
rumors about these crazy did did he parties, But she
was actually calling them in her testimony freak offs, Like
that's literally what they were called.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
When I hear that, I can picture him like mentioning
like those words and in like his tone, like I
can imagine him like coming up like it doesn't have
a freak off.
Speaker 3 (08:27):
Yeah, if you missed any of this yesterday, wait until
I tell you next how long some of the freakofs
would last for Cassie.
Speaker 4 (08:37):
It's just diabolical behavior. We'll talk about it next time.
Speaker 5 (08:41):
Especially and the Jamine Boy Show with Foreign and Santy.
Speaker 7 (08:45):
When you need to know, No, we got you three
things you need to know on Bustin's number one for
hip hop and the best throwbags.
Speaker 5 (08:53):
She haven't any more vive.
Speaker 3 (08:55):
Wednesday, May fourteen, And like I said, I felt as
if we live lived sixty five lives.
Speaker 4 (09:02):
Yesterday, it wouldn't stop.
Speaker 3 (09:04):
At this time yesterday morning, I was breaking down for
you what it was like for me when I ruptured
my achilles tendon, and you know, we were just kind
of having a conversation of this looks to be what
JT's injury is. We're not positive, but that's all signs
are leading to that. What's crazy for me to think
is at six point twenty ish yesterday when we were
(09:27):
talking about this, that man had already.
Speaker 4 (09:28):
Had the surgery, wild already had the surgery.
Speaker 3 (09:31):
And by the way, by mid afternoon yesterday, when we
still hadn't heard anything and people were taking the videos
of him and slowing them down. Remember how I talked
to you about when I ruptured my achilles the tendon coiled,
meaning it snaps at the bottom and it sneaks its
way up to the top of your calf. When they
slowed JT down, it coiled right there in the court.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
You could see it. Oh my god. I just the
thought and the feeling of what that must feel for you.
Speaker 3 (09:54):
Yeah, so I bet you he his doctors told him
the second he got off that court, you've ruptured your
Hilly's tendon like we're gonna you know, and they he
was immediately on a surgical table because you want to
get that part done as fast as possible.
Speaker 4 (10:07):
Is No, I was in and out the same day.
Speaker 3 (10:11):
I didn't sleep over anything, and I highly doubt he
will either, just because he has the best of the
best around the No.
Speaker 2 (10:17):
No, no, no, no no no no.
Speaker 3 (10:20):
You're completely Yeah, you're put out. You're also numbed, like
they completely numb your leg and yeah, I mean they
got to go in and pull it back down.
Speaker 2 (10:28):
Yeah, I also re attached. You're lying on your stomach right,
Because I was thinking about this.
Speaker 4 (10:33):
I believe so.
Speaker 3 (10:34):
Actually, yeah, I believe they did. They did tell you
that when you are they roll you over when you
fall asleep.
Speaker 4 (10:40):
Yeah, uh so we did find out from the Celts.
Speaker 3 (10:43):
They announced Jason Tatum today underwent successful surgery to repair
a ruptured right achilles tendon. No timetable is currently available
for his return, but he's expected to make a full recovery.
Further updates will be provided when appropriate. You know, I
was watching a clip of Charles Barkley and Charles was like,
if I'm JT I'm waking up. He's like and I'm
calling Kevin Durant because Kad had this exact same injury
(11:06):
and he's still out there playing high level basketball. And
I do think that I think Jason Tatum can get
back there. I don't know what it will look like
for him, how long he'll be out, but here's a
doctor talking about just the recovery of an achilles eruptured
achilles tenon.
Speaker 8 (11:21):
Just in general, it's typically six to twelve months, and
Tatum will, I'm sure, have around the clock treatment, but
there are certain timelines that you have to abide by.
So he'll be non weight bearing and unable to walk
on his foot for a bit, and then you slowly
progress being able to walk with a little bit of pressure.
Speaker 4 (11:43):
I was on Santia.
Speaker 3 (11:44):
I almost feel a little weird talking about this in
a sense of like, I know, I'm not NBA caliber
by any means, but I did it playing basketball. I
went back to basketball after so I can talk to
that part of it. And it is just one of
those inies where you know it does take time, it's fragile,
(12:04):
and you have to be really careful, Like right after
the surgery you can't put any pressure on your leg,
and then you work too, uh crutches, and then you
work out from the crutches and you're in a boot,
and then after the beauty, it's just it takes time
because you know, you're you're basically babying a tendon that
was just reattached, and you have to give it time
to then build your calf muscle back up and build
(12:26):
the strength and your thigh and your leg. There's going
to be atrophy, you know, because you will not have
been put putting any pressure.
Speaker 4 (12:32):
On that leg.
Speaker 3 (12:33):
And then really, for me, it became just the mental
aspect of it. And I'm not playing NBA calib religion,
but I know the game well and I know what
it feels like to go out there and play.
Speaker 4 (12:47):
Just a teeny.
Speaker 3 (12:49):
Bit tentative because you're worried, like what if it happens
to the other one, you know, And it's just I
just feel so bad for him.
Speaker 4 (12:57):
I also can't believe that he is dealing with this
name arrative of.
Speaker 3 (13:00):
People being like, haha, that's what you get, like Knicks
fans coming out and saying that they're so happy that
this happened. I'm like, y'all are discussing like people are
disgusting it's crazy you can wish somebody to lose a game.
Speaker 2 (13:13):
And it's also the internet too, so people.
Speaker 3 (13:16):
The Internet's crazy. Pepe care some of the things I've
been seeing people say. I'm like, okay, Like, you can,
of course wish that the Celtics don't win a singular
basketball game, but to wish, uh, you know, career type
altering injury on somebody is just creep level stuff.
Speaker 4 (13:32):
It's like Diddy Weird, you know.
Speaker 2 (13:35):
I mean, it's weird.
Speaker 4 (13:38):
It's probably that Weird.
Speaker 3 (13:43):
Reported yesterday that they said that's the quietest they've ever
seen the Celtics locker room after the game. I can't
imagine what it's like now. If you're asking me, there's
no way the Cells lose tonight. There is no way
with all of this stuff happening, that they go out
there and don't win this game.
Speaker 4 (14:00):
For that, man, is my personal opinion.
Speaker 2 (14:02):
I would be with you.
Speaker 6 (14:03):
But history is proven that when they went the last game,
they blew that too. And I know, and you know
what I mean, I know, I know what guy said,
you gotta beat us four times. I don't know. There's
just I don't feel good about it. I want to
say that, yes, we're gonna win this one. But I
don't know.
Speaker 3 (14:20):
I'm thinking tonight is this They're not gonna win the series,
They're not one of that series. But I think there's
something special in the air. And there's something too, like
our boy is down, that's our that's our guy.
Speaker 4 (14:30):
Now we got to go to war, and we can't lose.
We can't lose Tonight.
Speaker 3 (14:33):
After all of this, here's Chris Perzingis on the injury
and on JT.
Speaker 4 (14:38):
And honestly, he doesn't sound good.
Speaker 2 (14:40):
He does not.
Speaker 9 (14:42):
Tough, tough situation for us, But who were grown man,
you know. Obviously it's tough to see. But who hasn't injuries,
you know, And it's a part of this support, part
of this game. And we feel for him, of course,
but we have to move forward, you know. You don't
want us to be over here, you know, sad and
not play our best basketball. So we're gonna go out
there and leave it all out there and live with
(15:02):
the results depression.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
Maybe Derek White will turn into Kobe tonight and the
next game, maybe.
Speaker 4 (15:09):
Peyton Pritchers is gonna be out there just raining on hose.
Speaker 3 (15:12):
You don't know, but I do think that there's I
think they're going to have something.
Speaker 4 (15:16):
Charles Barkley said it too.
Speaker 3 (15:17):
There's just something about it when when this is in
the air and they're like, that's our brother and this
just happened to him.
Speaker 4 (15:22):
Like we can't go out like this.
Speaker 2 (15:24):
Maybe a unicorn will appear too, uh huh.
Speaker 3 (15:26):
Our bigfoot, but you actually believe in him. Nicks are
up in the series three one Back at the Garden
tonight game five, seven p m.
Speaker 2 (15:36):
Tip.
Speaker 4 (15:36):
We'll be thinking about our guy JC.
Speaker 3 (15:38):
All right, let's talk about it as much as we
possibly can. I again battled with myself on the way in,
because you know, yesterday I did report about a male
prostitute saying that Diddy would make him pee on Cassie,
and you know.
Speaker 4 (15:55):
I thought that was a lot for me to say.
Speaker 3 (15:57):
And then once Cassie Ventura took the stand yesterday, there's
close to nothing of her testimony that I could report
on at six twenty eight in the morning.
Speaker 4 (16:06):
That would be okay. I mean, that is how horrific
it was.
Speaker 3 (16:11):
I told you that she would have to participate in
freakoffs against her will, and sometimes they would last forty
eight hours. Jesus, she said thirty six to forty eight
hours and she would be so dehydrated and her body
would just literally shut down on her. That her life
turned into freak offs, recovery from freak off, next freak off,
(16:36):
recovery from freak off, next freak off. Like that is
how bad it was, she said, at which we had
heard a rumor that she took copious.
Speaker 4 (16:43):
Amounts of drugs to get through.
Speaker 3 (16:45):
This one of the craziest stories that came out of
her testimony yesterday. If you just google Diddy and nipples,
you can find it in the transcript. That was what
I read last night while I was nursing my almost
eleven month old baby, and I thought to myself, this should.
Speaker 4 (17:05):
Be illegal to even read facts like deviant behavior doesn't
even cut it.
Speaker 3 (17:12):
Look up voyeurism. Diddy was a cuck and we talked
about this yesterday.
Speaker 4 (17:17):
Is the term for it.
Speaker 3 (17:19):
But there's levels to it, and I didn't even know
the level of what did he was doing existed. I
think this is a combination of endless and cobious amounts
of money plus porn and him just continuing to try
to one up himself every single time. How crazy can
I make it? How crazy can I go and I
(17:40):
didn't even think. I just wasn't. I think you can
hear my voice.
Speaker 2 (17:44):
I wasn't prepared, and listen, being a freak is not illegal.
Speaker 4 (17:48):
I agree.
Speaker 6 (17:48):
You could be the biggest freak and do the weirdest
things and do whatever you want to do. It's when
you start doing the abuse and you start hitting and
you start stomping, like she said. I think she said
that he's stomping the head like, that's when it becomes
a problem.
Speaker 3 (18:02):
And I think you can be the biggest freak in
the world do the freak east of things, as long
as the person you're doing with is freaky.
Speaker 4 (18:09):
As well and wants to be doing these things.
Speaker 3 (18:11):
At one point, the prosecution asked her, did you want
to get pete on by him and by prostitutes and
multiple people, And she's like no, Like I laid on
the floor and I was abused, like I you know.
He would threaten her with her career, with her life.
He would take away her computers, he would take away
her phones, he would have constant eyes on her. His
(18:32):
team was watching her the entire time. And she was young,
and she was confused, and she thought, like this is
what love is like foreign mentioned she didn't want him
going to do this stuff with anybody else because she
thought he has to do with me because he loves
me and I love him.
Speaker 4 (18:49):
She said cool.
Speaker 3 (18:49):
I felt disgusting, I felt humiliated. I didn't have the
words to put together at the time how horrible I
really felt. And I couldn't talk to anybody about it.
You know, I took drugs to cover up the pain.
Do you remember when we first talked about this and
the raids at Diddy's house, we got into a conversation
about Cassie and how it kind of seemed like did
he had her dress a certain way, cut her hairs?
(19:11):
And she also confirmed that she couldn't wear what she wanted.
She couldn't cut her hair the way she wanted, she
couldn't wear makeup the way she wanted. It was all
what he wanted and how he wanted her to present herself.
Speaker 2 (19:23):
Did psch crazy when Gary?
Speaker 6 (19:25):
I mean, if you really think about it, did he
was already You know, Diddy's been doing his thing since
I think seventeen, so he's been in this industry. I
know it was a lot of just he's he seasoned, right,
and then he meets this young lady who she admittedly said, listen,
I was young, I was ninety seventeen. I wasn't sexually
experienced like that, and he was a man who he
you know, he started introducing me slowly into small things
(19:45):
and he woke. He baby stepped all the way through
me exactly. That's exactly what it was. And to her,
like like Ashley just said that was that was love.
To her, she was like, if I don't do it,
He's gonna do with something else, yo, She said she
took every kind of drug. She would throw up from
the drugs and he would still be like, nah, let's
keep going, yeah with this freak golfing.
Speaker 3 (20:04):
She's like forty eight hours like again, to the point
where that just became her life because she her body
was so hurt and so tired that she would have.
Speaker 4 (20:13):
To rest to get ready for the next one. Because
nothing was.
Speaker 3 (20:16):
Ever like for people like Diddy, like he's a divin,
nothing is enough, Like he just needs more, more, more, more,
more and more more, and at that point in his life,
just regular sex is nothing, like that's just nothing for him.
Speaker 2 (20:31):
But like to go to the steps that he went to, Like,
at what point does that come into your mind and
be like, you know what, I want to try that,
and the whole nipple thing. It's really crazy when you
think about that thought process on those mindset, the like
gas level, the depths.
Speaker 3 (20:44):
And obviously there's the big question mark now of was Diddy.
Speaker 4 (20:49):
Also doing things with men?
Speaker 2 (20:52):
I mean, I feel like that's been so consistent for
so many years.
Speaker 4 (20:54):
I ever heard that rumor for sure? You know what,
I also couldn't handle.
Speaker 3 (20:57):
We're in here learning about just how a usive and
sickening this man is, and in the courts sketches he's
turning around and doing like the heart hanned heart to
his family is like your mother's hearing this, You're disgusting.
Speaker 4 (21:10):
I hate him so much.
Speaker 3 (21:12):
Cassie is expected to continue her testimony today, so I
can't even imagine.
Speaker 2 (21:18):
She's so pregnant, super pregnant.
Speaker 4 (21:19):
And by the way, Cross hasn't even started, so I
don't know.
Speaker 2 (21:23):
Why do they spind this.
Speaker 3 (21:26):
She did that, she did it when I mean, that's
the only thing that I can jury.
Speaker 6 (21:31):
You're not going to believe that, You're not You're not
say that what She herself went on to Craigslist, and
she herself went and found certain you know, what I mean,
she made certain phone calls and went and found these
prostitutes as well. Again all under you know, this thing
of threat and being like, if I don't do it,
I probably you know, get my mind.
Speaker 3 (21:48):
Well she would if she did anything like. They asked
her straight up, why didn't you just tell him I
don't want to do it anymore? And she said she
was afraid. She's scared to tell him.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
I'm interested in how they try to defend this.
Speaker 4 (21:58):
They will because you know that's what they did, all right.
Speaker 3 (22:01):
And lastly, real quick, we finally got an answer as
to who stabbed Tory Lanes. Remember Tory got stabbed fourteen times,
seven to the back forward of the tor so, two
in the head, one in the cheek, both of his
lungs collapsing. He was literally dying in the hospital, placed
on a breathing apparatus. Then he was able to slowly
breathe on his own again. Somehow, some way, the man
(22:21):
is still alive. It's a legit miracle. But the prisoner
is suspected of the attack. Santino Cassio, forty one years old,
serving a life sentence for murder.
Speaker 4 (22:33):
That's a man with nothing to lose. Absolutely nothing.
Speaker 3 (22:36):
What I can tell you is he's being placed in
restricted housing pending the investigation on the attack of Tory.
You can't put Tory Lanes back in a facility with
this man.
Speaker 6 (22:47):
You got to put him in PC. And that guy,
that guy already was in jail for murder. Then he
attacked an inmate a few years back, got years added
to his sentence. Then they found him with a weapon,
added more years his sentence. Yeah, and then he violated
a think another weapons.
Speaker 3 (23:01):
You ever you know it's his it's a rap sheet.
You ever look at someone's mugshot and be like, oh.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
Yeah, I'm good.
Speaker 4 (23:08):
I'm not messing with him.
Speaker 2 (23:09):
Santino.
Speaker 4 (23:11):
Santino, what you want to do? Yeah, do what you
need to do, sir. I'm not messing with you.
Speaker 2 (23:17):
He's the reason why I don't break the lot, because
I can't be locked up.
Speaker 3 (23:22):
I can tell you that there's three things need to
know for Wednesday, May fourteenth. Don't forget about the talkbacks.
You obviously can utilize those. If in fact, you can't
listen in the car you gotta go into work. You
can listen live on the app. It is free, download
it and once you play jam and hit that little
red microphone and say whatever.
Speaker 5 (23:39):
Nash and morning shot with DJ four and it's Sat Morning.
Speaker 7 (23:43):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four
or five.
Speaker 4 (23:49):
Hi, everybody, good morning.
Speaker 3 (23:53):
We could spend the entire show talking about what's going
on with this Diddy trial. Cassie took the stand yesterday
and she's just detailing what it was to live her
life as Ditty's girlfriend for ten years, and however bad
and crazy and freaky and just sickening you thought it was,
(24:16):
it was ten times worse.
Speaker 4 (24:17):
I genuinely couldn't believe what I was reading.
Speaker 3 (24:20):
And I'm getting a lot of messages this morning of
people being like, I'm disappointed in.
Speaker 4 (24:24):
You, Ashley. You know you're You're where I get from
my information from.
Speaker 3 (24:28):
You usually always say the things I do, always say this,
say the things. But we are legally not allowed to
describe a sex act, and that's what I would be doing.
I have told you if you want to go read
the transcript for yourself. I'm surprised, like Forourn and I
were saying our timeline was just all transcripts. I don't
(24:49):
know if foreign and I are like guys are well, no,
I just think the gossip accounts that we follow were.
Speaker 6 (24:54):
Following carefully because some people put off false information and
you never know, you know, yeah, read as much as you.
Speaker 3 (24:59):
Can, so you can google, if you put if you
if you just put nipples Diddy. That's the one that
sticks out to me because that's the most I can say. Uh,
you will find the transcripts and what I'm.
Speaker 2 (25:11):
I keep trying. I keep trying to get in the
mindset of what he was thinking with that one specifically,
because that one is very weird. It's sexual, yes, but
it's weird.
Speaker 6 (25:20):
Remember he's high too, and when you're high yet you
might not be thinking straight, you.
Speaker 2 (25:24):
Know what I mean.
Speaker 4 (25:26):
Well, I also don't think he's all the way straight.
Speaker 2 (25:29):
Yes, Like that's true. Yeah, And to that point, usually
when you're high, you do things that you're like pushing
down right and that they just come out. So to
that point, yes, he's probably by and he was like,
you know what, let me give this a whirl. It's
just weird.
Speaker 3 (25:44):
And to me, the fact that she's bringing it up
means it happened on more than one occasion.
Speaker 2 (25:50):
Yeah, this those years and years and.
Speaker 4 (25:52):
Ye years and years.
Speaker 3 (25:53):
Yeah, and you know, we were talking about this earlier, like
she was groomed. He took her room when she was
just seventeen years old, and she thought that she was
in love with him and that this was what love
was and you kind of have to do what it guys.
It reminded me so much of the way Tina Turner
would talk about Ike, like really crazy stuff. And you know,
(26:14):
she's pregnant right now, and she's in a great space
in her life and she's happy, and to have to
relive all of these things, you know, we we had
guessed some of this stuff, and we had chatted about,
you know, maybe he was making her cut her hair
short like that, remember what she cut her hair shorts?
Speaker 4 (26:27):
The hell she doing.
Speaker 3 (26:29):
Maybe he's the one that made her wear certain things.
And we learned yesterday he was controlling every single aspect
of her life. He would take away her access to
the outside world. She you know, was asked, you wanted
to stop, and she's like, of course I did, but
I was afraid.
Speaker 4 (26:43):
He hit me. He abused me.
Speaker 3 (26:45):
He would stomp on me, he would drag her out
of rooms and beat her until she did what he wanted.
Speaker 4 (26:52):
And he is.
Speaker 3 (26:57):
Horrendous. I just picture I don't know why I keep
going back to this. I picture him chopping it up
with Ellen, and him and Ellen degenerous are laughing and
they're giggling, and Ellen's like.
Speaker 4 (27:09):
Oh, Sean, you're so funny, and is it Sean's the devil?
Like Sean was doing the Devil's work.
Speaker 2 (27:17):
I watched any of the docks. That's how I think
there did one.
Speaker 6 (27:21):
TMZ did one, like in the early beginnings, and then
I think Netflix did one, and I'm pretty sure Max
did one. I don't know which one I was watching,
but the Indy they did talk about the time that
Cassie came out with the faded long hair on one
side and the absolute fade on the other side, and
everybody was like, oh, that's fine.
Speaker 2 (27:36):
She was like, yeah, did he made me do that?
You know what I mean? Well, she didn't say.
Speaker 6 (27:39):
But the people who wanted the dock, those people from
magazines like The Source, and you know back then those
were the big magazines who they were like, yo, I
wrote an article about Diddy, and Diddy like wanted the
preview of it before it came out, and he didn't
like what was in there and threatened me. Came to
the office and physically threatened me. She said, I had
to walk around with the original copy and a bodyguard
(28:00):
because he was like, Yo, I'm gonna come find you
if you don't change whatever was in this blah blah
blah blah blah. He was a He was a menace.
And this is not even on the sexual part. This
is just like in business and threatening people.
Speaker 3 (28:09):
And and say what you want to say about Aubrey Day.
But Aubrey Day's been trying to tell us this for
years and years and years. She's like, he is the devil,
like he is a horrible person. But nobody wanted to
listen because it's Aubrey Day and you know, all the things. Uh,
we actually got this talk back, and I remember when
this headline came out.
Speaker 10 (28:30):
So I was listening to all this tvvy stuff and
it's absolutely wild and vile and he needs to be
locked up, like immediately.
Speaker 3 (28:37):
But I was thinking.
Speaker 10 (28:39):
About the time that a while back there was a
lawyer who said that he could he or she could
not represent Stitty in good consciousness. So I can only
imagine how crazy this stuff is going to get. Like
if this is what they're opening with on day one,
I can't.
Speaker 3 (28:55):
Even No, I can't even either, And it's crazy because
I got a DM and she's like, come on, Ashley,
like what do you mean by the diddy and the
nipples thing? So I told her. I was like, I
will message it to you because I can't say it
on air. She goes, my mind couldn't even create that scenario.
That is how I felt reading the transcript yesterday, Like
my mind wasn't even like I never even thought that's
(29:16):
where we were headed. Like the baby oil stuff is basic,
you guys, Like it's nothingness. Cassie would have to like
lay in baby pools filled with baby oil that was nothing,
nothing on the spectrum.
Speaker 2 (29:30):
Like where do you get that in your mind?
Speaker 3 (29:32):
And like what she said that behind she he was
so obsessed with her glistening that they had to reapply
it like a million times during like because and by
the way, during the sometimes.
Speaker 4 (29:42):
This lasted for forty eight hours blood on.
Speaker 3 (29:45):
She described it as like there was blood on the walls,
blood on the sheets, urine just so. Sometimes they would
mess the hotel rooms up so badly that they would
have to pay to have them, like all the way refurnished.
Speaker 2 (29:59):
I don't even know what to say say to that.
I know that sounds crazy because you hear these stories
when there are like these rock rock bands who destroy
like the hotel rooms from partying, but this is from
sex acts. But again, I want to I just want
to say, there's nothing wrong with being a no. You
could do all the baby oil pools you want.
Speaker 6 (30:16):
You could go destroy all the bathrooms and toilets and
hotel rooms that you want.
Speaker 2 (30:20):
There's nothing wrong with being a freaking.
Speaker 4 (30:22):
As long as the person you're doing it with also
wants to be a freak with you. I couldn't agree more.
Speaker 2 (30:27):
Do your weird stuff, the baby oil, I can actually
get behind, like I want to try that and like
that's like you know, but like the other stuff. No,
the other stuff is like again, should be against the law.
Speaker 3 (30:38):
Yeah, Diddy was Diddy was in a competition with himself, Yes,
and why trying to one up? Like, Okay, I did
this a few days ago and that was crazy. Now
how can I get crazier?
Speaker 2 (30:51):
There has to be other females who they are going
to testify to this type of stuff too, and also too,
I'm sure they're going to call his staff up to
the stand as well. Right Being too, Yeah, helping him out.
Speaker 6 (31:00):
So they're gonna I think I think they There was
three witnesses that we're talking about, Cassie Jane Doe, and
there's a third one that they can't find. They can't
talk about. They can't locate the third one for some reason.
Speaker 3 (31:10):
And we do know that prior to this trial, before
Diddy was arrested, he was offering people money to keep
just stay quiet.
Speaker 2 (31:16):
Did He came to two of the concerts here and
I met him. I met him when I was super young.
I was so impressed by the way that he was
handling business behind the scenes. And then a couple of
years afterwards he came to like a summer jam. Was
absolutely amazing one of them. I actually was working for
a bad boy for the day, doing errands for all
of them. Mouths like, man, this organization is run tightly.
Diddy like has a full understanding of everything. Now to
(31:38):
see him in this light, I feel like almost like
duped so deep everybody because I told the story for years,
like did he's the man like a.
Speaker 4 (31:46):
Little Ashley, like a high school age Ashley.
Speaker 3 (31:48):
Did He's like one of the biggest celebrities in the
world to me, Yeah, like there's nobody absolutely.
Speaker 2 (31:52):
And then I remember like watching him with his kids
and being like, wow, he's a great dad too, like
he's my idol.
Speaker 3 (31:57):
Yeah not now, no, no, So anyways, Cassie will take
the stand again today and she'll be cross examined. So
I can't even imagine that. Like that girl in the
talkback said that was just day one. I don't even
know what we're in for, but you know, hug your partner.
Speaker 4 (32:16):
Kiss your kids.
Speaker 3 (32:17):
I might skip a day of yelling at the fireman
for leaving his shoes out and not on the shoe rat.
Speaker 4 (32:22):
I'm gonna skip a day actually, and.
Speaker 5 (32:24):
The Gamin Boy Show with DJ four and it Sati.
Speaker 7 (32:27):
When you need to know, we got you three things
you need to know on Boston's number one for hip
hop and the best throwbags you haven't any more Vive Wednesday.
Speaker 3 (32:38):
May fourteenth, And I can't even call it a roller
coaster yesterday, because I think yes day we were just down,
like there was it.
Speaker 4 (32:45):
You know in the roller coaster you go up and
then you come down. No, we were just down, like
just down.
Speaker 3 (32:51):
At this time yesterday, we were talking about how an
MRI was expected for Jason Tatum, but we assumed that
it was a ruptured right Achilles tendon, and come to
find out he had already had the surgery by this point. Yesterday,
the Celtan announce Jason Tatum today underwent successful surgery to
repair a ruptured right achilles tendon. No timetable is currently
(33:14):
available for his return, but he's expected to make a
full recovery. Further updates will be provided when appropriate. You know,
like I said, I'm super familiar with this injury because
I have done it myself, and I think the physicality
of it is one thing. I mean initially, like right
now he's completely non weight bearing. I mean he cannot
(33:34):
walk on his right leg. He eventually will start to
be a little bit weight bearing and then we'll move
to a boot and all of the things. But it's
also the mental aspect of it. And you know, I
think Charles Barkley said it best. Once the dust settles
and JT gets a second, he should call Kevin Durant,
somebody that's in the league that still plays at a
high caliber and talk to him about the injury and
what the recovery looks like. Because it's it's not an
(33:57):
easy road. I mean, here's a doctor talking about it.
Speaker 8 (34:00):
It's typically six to twelve months and taitum Will, I'm
sure have around the clock treatment, but there are certain
timelines that you have to abide by. So he'll be
non weight bearing and unable to walk on his foot
for a bit, and then you slowly progress being able
to walk with a little bit of pressure.
Speaker 3 (34:21):
It's such a crazy injury, and I'm sure once he's
ready to and we hear from him, I'm anxious to
know if he heard it.
Speaker 2 (34:27):
Snap. I mean, I think it's safe to say that
they're not making it past the Knicks at some point.
Speaker 3 (34:32):
Whether I don't think they're winning the series, I do
think they win tonight, though I don't gamble and I'm
not going to start. My Bookie is my dad and
he has yet to pay me for their Entucky Derby.
But I think they win tonight.
Speaker 1 (34:43):
I do.
Speaker 4 (34:43):
I just think there's they have. They're fighting for something now.
Speaker 2 (34:46):
It's also safe to say that next year is not
looking good for the Celtics too. They're not making like
the finals without him on the core.
Speaker 3 (34:53):
Right, It's it's I don't even want to get into this,
but I people are already talking about trades and this,
and and I just I think, like give it, but no, no, no,
I can't. But trying to figure out other things money
wise because they're paying him and Jaylen Brown so much.
Speaker 4 (35:11):
But don't I think, Listen, this.
Speaker 3 (35:15):
Injury is this injury, And I don't think we're gonna
see some sort of miracle. But I do think we're
going to get JT back, and I think he's going
to play at the level we.
Speaker 2 (35:23):
Will we need. You think we're getting the JT back
that we do like two games ago, maybe even better,
like top five player, maybe even better. I don't think so.
I think so.
Speaker 6 (35:33):
Remember, I think this guy's not living a regular life.
They're gonna make sure he's right. And I'm sure him
just feeling this, like you said, the mental aspect of it,
he's going to be like.
Speaker 2 (35:43):
Yo, I'm going to come back strong and better. I
think he becomes a better player.
Speaker 3 (35:46):
We'll talk more about JT and this injury with Michaelibbins.
Speaker 4 (35:49):
Michael Bibbins is going to join us at.
Speaker 3 (35:51):
Seven point thirty And Santa, you had sent me like
there's a there's a study about the Achilles injury and
basketball players, and you know what it can.
Speaker 4 (36:00):
It's it's a lot, it is. It is the worst
possible jury that you can, you know, succumb to us.
Speaker 3 (36:06):
And I'm just so sad that it happened to him,
and I feel so awful for him. But that being said,
there is still basketball to play and the Celts need
to get the job done tonight because their back is
against the wall. Nick is up, the Knicks are up
in the series three to one. Game five is tonight
is seven o'clock tip at the garden.
Speaker 4 (36:24):
Come on, Ellas, we gotta do it for big deals.
Speaker 3 (36:28):
All right. We've talked about this in length this morning,
but remissed me not to mention it, especially if you're
somebody just waking up.
Speaker 4 (36:35):
Cassie Ventura took the stand yesterday.
Speaker 3 (36:37):
In the Ditty trial and appalling, just disgusting.
Speaker 4 (36:45):
I don't even I'm I'm me.
Speaker 3 (36:48):
Picture me at a at a at a loss for words.
You know, Michael Biffins might have been at an all
white party before.
Speaker 2 (36:58):
Word for a while. I'm sure he yeah again, but
like I'm not saying, before he became yeah.
Speaker 4 (37:07):
And you know what's so crazy?
Speaker 3 (37:09):
She Cassie mentioned freak offs and talked about the freak
offs and what they were and stuff. I thought the
freakoff term was just like a unicorn, like something that
people kind of said for what Diddy did after these parties,
But that is really what they were called. And Cassie
said sometimes they would last up to forty eight hours.
She said she was so dehydrated, her body was so
(37:31):
hurt after them that her life pretty much turned into
a freak off, a recovery from one and then another
freak off. You know. She was seventeen years old when
she met Diddy, and she thought that this was love,
like I have to do everything I can to make
him happy or else. And the else came in the
form of abuse. He would beat her, he would drag her,
(37:52):
he would smack her. He would take away her communication
with the outside world, her computers, her phones. He made
her dress a certain way, he made her cut her
hair a certain way.
Speaker 4 (38:03):
Cassie was, for a lack of better words.
Speaker 3 (38:06):
Owned by Diddy, and she would do anything he said
because she was petrified to not. In her current life,
she is so happy with Alex Fine, she's extremely pregnant,
She's about to have another baby. But to have to
relive this, I mean one of the quotes yesterday was
I felt disgusting.
Speaker 4 (38:22):
I was humiliated. I didn't have the words to put
together at the.
Speaker 3 (38:24):
Time how horrible I actually felt, and I couldn't talk
to anybody about it. She details some of these freak
offs with urine on the walls, blood on the walls,
getting prostitutes from Craigslist, and that was part of her
responsibilities to get people to these freak offs. Some of
the things that she detailed yesterday are too explicit and
(38:44):
too crazy that I can't I can't include them in
the news. And I thought about this driving in because
I'm like, some of them are so powerful, You're like,
you can't even your mind doesn't go there.
Speaker 4 (38:56):
You can't even believe it. But I can't. I can't
do think.
Speaker 6 (38:58):
She told a husband before this, do you think he's
learning new things in this trial.
Speaker 2 (39:04):
I'm sure he's familiar. He's familiar with all of it,
but I'm sure in the moment that it's it's hitting different.
At the very least, I'm sure there's parts about it
that he didn't know.
Speaker 3 (39:12):
Going to guess that he obviously had an idea of
what she was going to be asked and what her
testimony was going to include but when you hear some
of that, I mean, at one point she details how
she was just laying on the ground and just getting
peed on by like multiple people and they were like
did you want that? And she's like want that? No,
Like no, I was being abused.
Speaker 2 (39:32):
And as a husband, I can only imagine how much this.
Speaker 3 (39:37):
And what's the positive I think in all of this
is she's come out on top. She's living in a beautiful life,
she has beautiful children, but hard to relive this. Nonetheless,
she's expected to continue her testimony today and the defense
is most likely going to cross exam, so let's just
stay in court. Here's what we know about the Karen
Reid retrial. We got a delay yesterday for quote unforeseen circumstances.
Speaker 4 (40:01):
Come to find out, Karen read a sick.
Speaker 3 (40:04):
Karen read a sick that that headline kind of came
out around ten eleven twelve yesterday. I don't think we
know like any more details other than Karen needed today
and she was sick, So I would think it's pretty
serious if she to the point where she needed to
not go into court. Most people believe that we'll be
back in action today, but obviously quote unforeseen circumstances. Maybe
(40:28):
she's still not feeling well. I would think we would
know within the next two hours if court will resume.
It's also still a big question mark as to who
the prosecution is calling next on to the stand.
Speaker 4 (40:38):
We have no idea.
Speaker 2 (40:39):
Sounds like the stomach bug, clud Bae.
Speaker 4 (40:41):
I feel like the flu's going around.
Speaker 3 (40:43):
I feel like people are also complaining that pollen is
like next level. Maybe it's like really bad allergies.
Speaker 4 (40:48):
I believe.
Speaker 3 (40:49):
We also know and it's been confirmed that Karen has
is it crones?
Speaker 2 (40:53):
That can't I think somebody had mentioned that it's something
like that, because obviously the refers back to the time.
Speaker 4 (40:57):
Right right right, So you know, I don't I don't
know what it is.
Speaker 3 (41:00):
Hopefully Karen is better and we can get back in
the courtroom today. That's three things need to go for Wednesday,
May fourteenth, Boston Calling Music Festival. There's a lot of
darkness happening right now. Let us see the lights. I
got two three day general admission passes to Boston Calling.
Speaker 4 (41:16):
Tea.
Speaker 3 (41:17):
Paine will be their public enemy. Tlc Luke Comb's, Avril Lavigne,
Dave Matthews Man just to name a few. The food
is fantastic, the vives of fantastic, the merch is fantastic,
it's organized, the bathrooms are clean. I can't say enough
about how amazing the Boston Calling Music Festival is. So
I'm hooking you up a tickets in right now sixty
one seven nine three one one nine four five. That
is six one seven nine three one one nine four
(41:39):
five colors twenty five. We were hooking you up and
then our guy Michael Bivens is gonna join us around
seven thirty this morning.
Speaker 7 (41:47):
Next up with Ashley and the jam In Morning Show
with DJ Flurd and Sandy.
Speaker 3 (41:52):
All right, let's give a quick shout out, guys flustered
over here, Megan Grafton is gonna go to the Boston
Calling Music Festival.
Speaker 4 (42:02):
We will do that again at eight twenty.
Speaker 3 (42:04):
I literally cannot speak highly enough about the Boston Calling
Music Festival. They just do it an amazing job. It's
the best food in the city, the just the whole
way it's organized.
Speaker 4 (42:15):
There's not a bad seat in the house.
Speaker 3 (42:16):
Plus there's so many different genres of music, you're gonna
be sure to hear somebody that you love.
Speaker 4 (42:21):
So we'll do that again at eight twenty.
Speaker 3 (42:23):
In the meantime, our guy Jason Tatum officially out with
a ruptured achilles tendon.
Speaker 4 (42:30):
There's nobody better in the morning.
Speaker 3 (42:31):
This man hit me up at five A and he
was like, we need to talk Celtics. We are going
to be joined by Boston legend our guy Michael Bibbins
to talk the Celtics next.
Speaker 4 (42:43):
Good Morning sactually the jam Morning Show.
Speaker 2 (42:47):
Dashly and the.
Speaker 5 (42:48):
Jam In Morning Show with DJ fourn It's saunt a
good morning.
Speaker 7 (42:51):
Bostin's number one for hip hop jam In ninety four
or five.
Speaker 3 (42:57):
Hi, everybody, Good morning esactually in the gym and morning
show listen for for most he doesn't need an introduction,
but we do have some young young ends that listen
to the show. So if in fact you're Babes, you
know New Edition bel Bivdevo, Boston Legends, and you.
Speaker 4 (43:15):
Absolutely know this. I don't want to embarrass him by singing.
I just don't want to do it. He also discovered
boys to men.
Speaker 3 (43:26):
Boys to men like sang for you, Michael Bebbins backstage
one time you were like, wow, you guys might have something.
Speaker 11 (43:35):
They sure did, and they had a lot of something.
They did, and I'm proud of them, and I'm proud
that I took the time out to listen. You know,
good morning and good good morning. I called the hype
of this morning show and to make sure anyone's got there,
Southy greenaw and we're excited about Game five being in
(43:56):
the garden. We need to go back to MSG on Friday.
That's what I called about.
Speaker 4 (44:01):
No, I know that, and you don't.
Speaker 3 (44:02):
I don't think about the Celts and Boston and Boston
Sports without thinking about you. You've You've always been a
ride or die for the Celts. We've had you on
often to talk about them. Let's address the first part
of this. Obviously, it feels like there's just this dark
cloud hanging over us, especially going into Game five tonight.
Jason Tatum is out with a ruptured achilles tendon, the
(44:27):
Celtics announcing jt underwent surgery yesterday to repair his ruptured
right achilles. No timetable is currently available for his return,
but he's expected to make a full recovery. Further updates
will be provided when appropriate. This is one of those
injuries that just I would have taken anything else.
Speaker 4 (44:43):
But it is what it is. He's had the surgery.
Speaker 3 (44:46):
So now I just like to say, Michael bibbins, he
is on the road to recovery.
Speaker 4 (44:51):
We're moving on.
Speaker 11 (44:54):
And you know what hensesting, right, And I've been saying
it because I haven't been on the radio with you guys.
I watched it, I went to Game one, I saw
the twenty point League. My thing is this, there's a
few things that's going on. You know, Jalen seems like
what he's dealing with with his legs is hindering him
from flying above the basket and being the aggressive that
(45:17):
he is. Pauzingius is in and out of games one
and two due to his illness, which we still don't
know exactly what it is. So right there, those are
two components that play the pivotal role in lost year's
championship as one with the MVP and one nade It
you know, the play in the final game. But at
this point, with Jason going down, I've been saying that
(45:42):
there's a cure shooter name Richards who when he's in
the flow of the game, he's unstoppable. It's confidence on
the thousand and I've been saying all season, let that
kid go, let him live, Let him, get the flow
of the game, and I hope tonight that the coach
(46:02):
inject him into the point guard position and let him
start and don't hold him to the sixth man award.
Let him shot, you know, run the point, get a
flow of the game, get a real feel of what
it's like to play playoff wall to make up for
the three that we was gonna miss with Taylor with
(46:22):
a pure shooter. Who if he gets hot, the whole
defensive strategy for the next changes, and that's my thing.
I just hope that he goes and Horsford comes off
the benks. You know, so that you have white, you
have brown, you have pazingers, and you have you know,
botomy to none of the two guys tripping this morning.
(46:46):
You know, my man, the kid that helped this one
last year came from Milwaukee. It tungue to you right now.
The other two guards help me out here. He was
on the side. I'm thinking something else. Drew Holiday put
you and put you know, my man at the top.
I just think that's a different lineup, and I think
(47:07):
that's a winning liner. And I just think the kid
can shoot. I think it's his game tonight.
Speaker 3 (47:13):
I think sometimes in sports, there are things beyond just
the x's and o's, and I think there's something in
the air tonight. You almost have to go out there
and win for your guy who's laid up in a
bed right now, probably just as down as you can
possibly be and hurt. Like, I don't think you can
afford to take an l tonight because it's like the
(47:35):
morale is down, Okay, we need to bring it back up.
Speaker 4 (47:39):
We're saddened. So I think they get Game five tonight.
I don't listen. I'm a realist.
Speaker 3 (47:44):
I don't know about the whole series, but I think
they can certainly steal one, especially tonight on their home floor.
Speaker 11 (47:52):
Boston plant has to happen tonight. But we're learning to
ask what made you a great ball player? You're a
pure shooting, right. We got pair of shooters, and there's
a big boy that's sitting on that bench. He's getting
no playing Chung. And I said to myself, how do
you keep a seven foot sitting on the bench that
can give you six files, that can help, that could deflect,
(48:16):
that could block outs when Porzingis can't do it Because
we know Horses isn't a natural five. He's really a
power forward and there's a big boy on there that
I just was looking at, going why aren't they letting
this kid get off the bench and ask unto? And
I think his name is Limus Keta. He's seven foot,
he could dunk, he could defend. And I just feel
(48:37):
like as you get into the playoffs, if you look
at the way championship, there was at least an eight
ten man rotation they got all the way down the
brown coming off the bench, and he only played one
or two years with us, but he helped us win.
And sometimes you gotta use all the files, you gotta
use every trick in the book, and you gotta give
coach Thibodeau a different look. You can't let them go
(48:59):
in locker room and playing the same plan they've been
looking at for four games. Just like when you do
a trick playing football, you called audible, you call something else.
We got to come up with something else tonight. We
can't junk a bunch of ths and we live games
one and.
Speaker 3 (49:17):
Nobody loves a three more than I do. But you
can't live and die on that three point line. You
got to get to the red. I also have this
eerie feeling like Timothy Challomey is going to be at
the Garden tonight and we can't take an Ellen front
of Paula Trades Like, we just can't do it.
Speaker 4 (49:33):
We cannot.
Speaker 3 (49:35):
I don't know hasn't been confirmed, but that that he's
a huge Knicks fan, and I know he was in
New York City yesterday walking around with Kylie Jenner. These
are things you don't care about Michael Evans, but I do,
and I feel like he's going to be there tonight,
and I refuse to let us lose in front of
Timothy Shallom Knight.
Speaker 11 (49:50):
We can't lose this kid with the Timberland John sitting
under the basket. Yes it is call. Yeah, I saw
he was given. He was giving me cool campus shots.
But at the end of the day we had our
foot on him as we just had a collapse and
then we lost the start player, who means a lot.
(50:10):
So at some point the demagic Squere god in star
power was not stopping us. We was up. We just
lost the lead once again. But I still say this
is no coach Jill has to That's the manage the
game a little different. Sometimes you could go all the
way and win the championship. But then the next year
you have to make adjustments, and Thibodeaux is making adjustments.
(50:34):
It's a coach his game too, not just a players game.
We gotta rotate them players at the right time. And
I think Drew and I think Brown sat on the
bench too long in the fourth quarter. I'm watching the
game and I'm gonna why are they sitting on the bench.
He really have one defensive stopper while you got a
scorer doing what he wanted to do at willand Brunton
(50:56):
who's his assignment. Someone has to take that assignments. And
I don't care if I file out what's called zero points.
He's not scoring tonight. That's my job.
Speaker 4 (51:06):
I like that attitude.
Speaker 3 (51:07):
Well, listen, I just hope they come into that locker
room tonight and they figure it out and they find
something and they dig deep. I think Jaylen Brown can
lead this team, and I really hope he does it tonight. Now,
you're my guy, and I love you, so I'm not
gonna set you up and ask you anything about Diddy.
But I am gonna ask you if you think Karen
Reid did it.
Speaker 11 (51:28):
Karen, you know, and I love you for it.
Speaker 4 (51:33):
I knew you were gonna have no idea who she is.
Speaker 3 (51:35):
Michael Bibbins as always, thank you so much for joining us.
I know you won't be there at the garden, but
you'll be there in spirit. As always, Go Celtics, and
I appreciate.
Speaker 4 (51:44):
You for calling.
Speaker 2 (51:46):
Hi.
Speaker 3 (51:47):
Everybody, good morning. It's actually in the gym in morning show.
It's so nice to have Mike bibbins on talking about
the Celtics, Like, obviously, what else, what else are we
gonna talk about? It's Diddy, it's the Celtics, it's Karen Read.
I mean, these are these are the top things right now.
You know, we're not the sports up. We're not an
(52:09):
x's and o's. My basiness was talking a lot of
X and o's, naming a lot of players. But like
I know, for the most part, on average, you guys
that listen to their show, you know you don't want
us to go.
Speaker 4 (52:18):
Down this like crazy sports path.
Speaker 3 (52:20):
But I mean, listen, we're in Boston, and what happened
to him is this injury is horrible. I was just
showing Santi foreign I ruptured my achilles ten in twenty eighteen.
It is now twenty twenty five. My leg that I
did it on. I still can't like fully flex and
get up on that leg.
Speaker 2 (52:41):
Craziness and how long.
Speaker 4 (52:43):
Yeah, when you see me do it, you're it's you're.
Speaker 2 (52:45):
Like, yea, what different?
Speaker 3 (52:47):
I don't walk different, but like my good leg is
my good leg.
Speaker 4 (52:52):
And you can clear see there's a big time different.
Speaker 2 (52:56):
I come.
Speaker 1 (52:58):
What game?
Speaker 4 (52:59):
Like I was like I was retired, you know, and
so I still played.
Speaker 3 (53:02):
I think I think mentally I was scared for a
while there.
Speaker 2 (53:07):
I was would happened again? On the other like, Yeah,
here's what I say about this that this injury is
by far the biggest one in Boston sports history. Like
there's nothing that has bigger, you know what I mean,
Because he's the top of his game, was coming towards
the finals, and this injury is really bad. Nothing has
even come close to this. Tom missing the two thousand
and eight season because he blowed his knee is nothing
(53:28):
bitter of this.
Speaker 3 (53:29):
It's it's a tough injury. The game of basketball is
so explosive, and you know, he he again, we can't
say enough. He's going to have around the clockcare and
the best of the best. He's going to get better
and you know, who knows. Maybe he's going to come
out on the other side of this and just shock
the world. I could see him doing it.
Speaker 2 (53:50):
Like he'll make it back on the court. And obviously
there are people in situations like this that just prove
the odds wrong. But this is a tough injury.
Speaker 4 (53:56):
It is no and that it is what it is.
It is a tough injury.
Speaker 3 (54:00):
You have counted them out for like the rest of
their existence as an organization.
Speaker 2 (54:05):
No, I just said at the very least they won't
be good until twenty twenty seven.
Speaker 4 (54:08):
Well, you've upset some people, did, Santi?
Speaker 11 (54:11):
You say that we're not gonna win next year's championship
because Tatum's gonna be out.
Speaker 2 (54:18):
Do you guys not remember when he.
Speaker 4 (54:20):
Was out with that bone bruise.
Speaker 7 (54:23):
Didn't we win those games without him?
Speaker 2 (54:26):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (54:26):
Santi, you need to go sit down somewhere. Thank you,
good fingers, thank.
Speaker 2 (54:31):
God, I'm sitting.
Speaker 4 (54:32):
I want him to sit for other reasons.
Speaker 2 (54:34):
Here's the thing. Was one game, yeah, it wasn't gained.
Speaker 11 (54:38):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (54:39):
And also to the next they lost three games to
the Knicks. So it's like, and honestly, Tatum's not going
to be back to at the very earliest next year,
like midway through right, Yeah.
Speaker 4 (54:47):
Probably.
Speaker 2 (54:47):
I mean let's just say like they're not gonna be
a team that they are, and then when they start
picking up seam maybe it's gonna be towards the end
of the year. Like we got a good team though
we do.
Speaker 4 (54:55):
You know, it's not like it's a bunch of scrubs
after him.
Speaker 3 (54:58):
I mean, we have Jaalin around, Jaylen Brown is getting
paid big, big bucks.
Speaker 6 (55:03):
There's a lot of book players on the team.
Speaker 2 (55:07):
Are they just championship team? Well, with Tatum, we're.
Speaker 6 (55:10):
Gonna find out that they're.
Speaker 2 (55:13):
Not next year.
Speaker 4 (55:14):
You guys, are you know nothing about basketball?
Speaker 2 (55:17):
Do you know what?
Speaker 4 (55:18):
You repeat that I said?
Speaker 2 (55:18):
That's what they said in the sports on
