Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wake yo wa.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
Hi everybody. Good morning.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
Every morning I wake up, I brush my teeth, I
look in the mirror, and this is my test to
see how I sound. Six one seven nine three one
one nine. It's the nine where I can tell if
I'm still congested or not. But I feel as if
this is the best that I have sounded at six
am in the last couple of weeks.
Speaker 1 (00:38):
Yesterday when I left, you were on the phone with
the doctor. Yeah, getting more clarity on what's happening.
Speaker 3 (00:44):
They just switched up a few things, so hopefully that
does the job and I it gets It's the worst
in the morning and at night obviously, like I feel
like that's for a lot of people that are sick.
And thenviously you're adding the sinus situation. But still no
sense of smell. Okay, I still can't smell it a
(01:05):
damn thing.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
But what did they call it? Just a cold?
Speaker 4 (01:10):
No, I have an infection, that's it. Yeah, and then
sinus infection just came from a cold.
Speaker 3 (01:15):
It's like a severe sinus infection that they believe came
from a cold.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
I believe came from razor blade COVID.
Speaker 3 (01:23):
But I tested negative the past two months for COVID,
So I don't know. I mean, but I my throat remember, remember,
like a month or so ago, my throat was telling
us how badly my throat was hurting.
Speaker 2 (01:35):
Oh it was when we were on vacation.
Speaker 3 (01:37):
Yes, my vacation was just trash because my throat was
hurting so bad. So I think I had that and
it turned into this severe sinus infection.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
That's my guess. But I'm not. I'm no doctor had.
Speaker 1 (01:46):
A crazy run if you think about it, because even
before this, you had the stomach stuff, like it's been
a rough stretch.
Speaker 3 (01:54):
If we're adding that in and the fireman does it's wait, yeah,
we're it's it's damn near.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
Five six weeks of illness in that house. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (02:05):
The only positive I can take from it is that
maybe this means like this is what's going to happen
to us, and now the winter time will be free,
free of it, because I don't know what's left really.
Speaker 1 (02:15):
Yeah, I mean I feel like your system is just
building up some good immunity. So yeah, so I think
you're good.
Speaker 2 (02:21):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (02:21):
The science of vection is crazy, though, and I'm just
I'm so ready for it to end. But the doctor's
like yeah, these things can linger in tiness. Infections can
last fourteen days longer depending you know. So that's where
I'm at, right in the sweet spot of fourteen days.
So we'll see multiple anti antibiotics in the next step
is for me to see ear nose and throat, which
you went to yesterday, right for it?
Speaker 4 (02:42):
Yes, Well, they say, well, I didn't go see the specialists.
You got to go see your doctor to get the
recommendation to go see the specialists.
Speaker 2 (02:49):
Did you get the wreck?
Speaker 4 (02:50):
Uh yeah, yeah. They're kind of pushing back on it.
They were like, oh, you should try something now. I
was like, bro, listen, I've been dealing with this damning
in my whole life.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
Just give me the right the ranation. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
And then the thing is that you don't see your doctor.
You see another doctor who now thinks that he got
the solution to it, like, let's try all these other
things first. I'm like, bro, I've been here before. Just
do what I'm asking you to do it. The thing frustrating.
Speaker 1 (03:17):
Its completely broken and you have to jump through so
many hoops just to get help, and it's crazy.
Speaker 3 (03:21):
And then they wonder why people don't go to the
doctor because it's impossible.
Speaker 2 (03:26):
Sometimes it really does.
Speaker 4 (03:28):
I feel like that's the play, just so we can
spend more money, because we talked about this. You go
to urgent kre okay, cool, you might get sung, but
even the bill itself, you end up paying like mad
bread for it.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (03:38):
I know people who have had to go into a
ambulance and said no, I'm not taking it because they
know they're going to get hit with a bill.
Speaker 3 (03:45):
I tried when I ruptured my achilles. They were like
at the gym, I said, I'll get a ride. I
was in the worst pain in my life. I said,
I'll get a ride. That's so sad, but I knew
how bad, how expensive it is gonna be. But the
gym was like, your your foot is falling off and
we're liable, like we're calling that when you're getting in
the ambo.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
I haven't.
Speaker 3 (04:06):
Kind.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
It's embarrassing to the ambulance and fuck dead club foot. Yeah,
so bad.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
The system is. Yeah, it's really like broken.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
Yeah, I mean, and it's a running joke, but I'm
dead serious, Like, call your primary care doctor. I don't
feel good, Like I feel really sick. It's September, what
is it, sixteenth? When can you see me.
Speaker 2 (04:29):
They're like, November one at noon, are you available?
Speaker 1 (04:34):
I've been dealing with an issue for like three weeks now,
and my appointments October thirtieth.
Speaker 2 (04:39):
I'm like, what if? I mean, I'm not gonna die.
We hope you're heeled right, But I'm.
Speaker 1 (04:44):
Like, why do I have to wait that long to
get fixed? It's kind of crazy.
Speaker 4 (04:48):
And like I said, I saw my and I like
my PCP. My PCP school actually made him even my
son's PCP, because he's a young dude who understands a
little bit more, you know what I mean, Like he's
he's more hips to trying different things. I couldn't tell
you the last time I saw him in person, you
know what I mean. I've seen like five other people
who I have no clue who these people are. And
again you create a history with the adopt like he
(05:09):
understands your your concerns, and I got to go re
explain everything again to this other new doctor who's probably
not gonna be here in six months, and I'm like, bro,
this is crazy.
Speaker 2 (05:17):
Yeah, that happens to me too. They'll always be like,
well do you want to see you know so and
so she.
Speaker 3 (05:23):
Could get you in earlier. But your main doctor can't
see you for two months. I'm like, I'll listen, I
will take a blind person and I don't care.
Speaker 2 (05:31):
Yeah, that's the sad part.
Speaker 1 (05:32):
Had a doctor a few years ago that he called
me obese, Like so I've left ruined.
Speaker 4 (05:41):
No, like I left the practice like half the words
because on the charney put on beasts. Instead of saying like, hey,
you could lose some weight, he put it just on
the chart. I was so mad at that I left,
and like some of these people are not nice.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
That's the whole other thing, you know, that's his job.
I don't okay, maybe.
Speaker 4 (05:59):
There's a better way to like relay that information, you know,
like you don't remember they they talked to a thousand
other people in that day, delivered the news it was
the worst album here is that you need to you
need to We're like okay, Like I like I know,
and I knew at the time, but he wrote it
down and I'm like I was looking.
Speaker 3 (06:18):
I said, like, so we have usual like parameters that
we used, you're you're a little.
Speaker 4 (06:23):
Bit outside Like it was like it was just too aggressive,
So that.
Speaker 3 (06:29):
Go off that I'm obese, Like if you go off
of I'm dead serious. If you go off of like
the charge, I'm I'm morbid, I'm one day away from death.
Speaker 1 (06:39):
At the time, I was unhealthy. I was really like
challenging place. I just would have appreciated, like a different world.
I didn't like that.
Speaker 2 (06:47):
They wrote obese. What would you rather f a t
that or like anyone I would have taken husky overweight?
Yeah overwait on a overweight? Okay, thank you?
Speaker 1 (06:58):
That that ecasomic, but it was an obesity and I
was like, Yo, this guy man like chill in that left.
Speaker 2 (07:05):
Now do you want to go back and apologize that guy?
Speaker 1 (07:08):
No, I definitely don't, because again his tone was a
little like too much the person I have Now, it's
what you find, you know. But yeah, doctors man.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
Yeah they listen. That's just their job what they gotta do.
Speaker 3 (07:21):
But anyways, I will never ever again in my life
when someone says they have a sign disinfection and be
like and.
Speaker 2 (07:30):
Move, I will. I mean, my teeth hurt, my neck hurts.
It's the crazy. This is the crime affects like the
wildest things that you never think about, never in your life.
Speaker 3 (07:40):
It's like when you can't use your thumb, or you're
pinky or something, and you're like, what does that matter?
I don't use them anyway, and you find out that
you use them for everything.
Speaker 2 (07:48):
That's kind of where I'm at. So, but I do
feel like I sound a little.
Speaker 1 (07:51):
Yeah, but I guess that nine does sound it. But
it does sound.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
That's why I keep practicing with the nine. It's the nine,
and it's the cough too.
Speaker 2 (07:59):
The cough.
Speaker 3 (08:00):
It's like you guys say funny stuff and I'm like, damn,
now I know because and you know what.
Speaker 2 (08:04):
I used to get annoyed at my mother for doing that,
and now here I am.
Speaker 3 (08:08):
I am my mother obese, No, no, no, I don't thinking, dear.
Speaker 2 (08:14):
That was tough.
Speaker 5 (08:18):
Actually ended Jamie Morning Show with DJ Foreign.
Speaker 6 (08:21):
And Santi When you need to know, No, we got
you three things you need.
Speaker 3 (08:26):
To know on Boston's number one for hip hop and
the best Throwbags.
Speaker 5 (08:29):
She haven't any more five.
Speaker 3 (08:32):
Tuesday, September sixteenth, and.
Speaker 2 (08:35):
Our girl listen call her what you want.
Speaker 3 (08:39):
But I'm gonna go ahead and use infamous Kelly Devers
if you forget the name a lot of players. When
we talked about Karen Reid, she was the Boston Police
officer that just like did not know why she had
to be on the stand, like.
Speaker 2 (08:55):
You can't remember my name, I don't remember. I can
remember your name is so the answer is I don't remember.
Speaker 7 (09:03):
No comments, all right, So no no comments, just questions.
Speaker 2 (09:09):
Please lost.
Speaker 8 (09:10):
The police department supports you at Officer Deaver, do the
right thing.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
So he said my name correctly, he said Dever And
that's let's see the questions. So mister Jackson, let's go
ahead and answer please yes, And.
Speaker 3 (09:27):
He said nothing with the intent of guiding me one way.
Speaker 1 (09:31):
I asked you what he said to you?
Speaker 9 (09:33):
What what his words?
Speaker 2 (09:33):
Do you that's not a yes or no answer?
Speaker 1 (09:36):
Well, yes, it actually is.
Speaker 3 (09:39):
So no comments, okay, just you understand the question, the question, yes,
the implication.
Speaker 8 (09:45):
The question is in any of those I'm asking you
opening the question in any of those cases, officer, not
including this one. Let's Michael Cox, Where did you up
to his office to discuss your testimony?
Speaker 2 (10:03):
No, good old Kells.
Speaker 3 (10:05):
Remember how icy she was up there? A lot of
people thought she was hot.
Speaker 1 (10:09):
I thought she was definitely hot, very attracted.
Speaker 3 (10:11):
She is attractive and maybe you know we had some
characters up there. She was certainly one of them pretty pissed.
I don't know why I'm up here. I don't know
why I'm here. I don't know why I'm doing this.
At least he knows how to pronounce my name.
Speaker 2 (10:23):
Just a lot of comment Terry.
Speaker 3 (10:25):
So anyways, she's been on medical leave since earlier in
the summer and now she has officially resigned.
Speaker 2 (10:35):
Never forget too.
Speaker 3 (10:36):
She had that quote false memory where she said she
thought she saw Higgins.
Speaker 2 (10:41):
But then she didn't see him and she wasn't remember that.
Ye false?
Speaker 1 (10:45):
Is this a situation where she resigned, but she was
kind of forced to resign just because of everything that
has happened.
Speaker 4 (10:50):
Because remember that God came out and the chief or
whatever came out and said, I never talked to this lady.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
Remember she said that they had That's what they were
talking about right there.
Speaker 4 (11:00):
She was like, I've never spoke I don't know why
I'm involved. I've never spoken to her. But really tough
in this situation. Tell who's telling the truth it is
and that's your boss like putting you under the bus
like that, You know what I mean? They stick together. Now,
Here's my only issue is that Yeah?
Speaker 2 (11:12):
Cool?
Speaker 4 (11:13):
They probably false. They probably were gonna get rid of her,
and they tell her go go resign, but she's gonna
go find another job somewhere else. Yeah, and if you
do the resigning as opposed to being fired, then you're
able to do that.
Speaker 3 (11:24):
The medical leave was probably even something that they may
or may not have concocted to be, like, let's take
a break, take a breather, and we'll figure this out.
Speaker 1 (11:32):
Maybe she could be she could be a cop like
up in New Hampshire. There you don't have to deal
with anything. Does not need to be a police officer,
I mean at all. All right, then like a fire fighter.
Speaker 2 (11:50):
Yes, you would say put her at a desk, but
she was before and you lie there.
Speaker 1 (11:54):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (11:55):
So yeah, I don't know what Kelly Nevers is onto,
but I'm sure one of the turtle.
Speaker 2 (12:01):
Wistleths will find out.
Speaker 1 (12:02):
Oh true, Yeah, all right, Lil.
Speaker 3 (12:04):
Nas X is doing the right thing and is seeking help,
so says his attorney. Don't forget little nas X walking
around la damn near naked, yelling things, walk around with
a cone singing. But his attorney says, he's officially getting
the help he needs.
Speaker 10 (12:25):
We're doing what is best for Montero from a personal
standpoint and a professional standpoint, but most importantly for his
well being. He is surrounded by an amazing family, an
amazing team of people that care about him and love
about him and love him, and we're just addressing those issues.
Speaker 3 (12:43):
The judge basically said, listen, Uh, Montero aka Little naz
X is his first name, is allowed to remain out
of the state as long as he remains in treatment.
His attorney said, he's in a facility outside of California.
Speaker 2 (12:56):
Listen, that was drupe.
Speaker 3 (13:00):
I got't his His dad is really trying to fight it,
and he's like, no, it's the pressure.
Speaker 2 (13:06):
The pressure has caught up him.
Speaker 3 (13:08):
Fine, maybe it's a combo of pressure and drugs, but
that that was not normal.
Speaker 1 (13:13):
Why they using the word facility when they when they
say that, it gives me the feeling like it's like a.
Speaker 4 (13:17):
Mental they think putting them in. Yeah, well, because that's
what the articles came out after mental breakdown, had a
mental breakdown.
Speaker 1 (13:27):
He snapped drugs too.
Speaker 3 (13:29):
Yeah, I think it was. I think he was treating
his mental break with something. But anyways, I yeah, I
think he might be in a quote facility that helps
one's mental health. And I think that's the best place
for him right now, because remember he was charged with
three felony counts because when the police officer stopped him, he.
Speaker 2 (13:49):
Attacked the police officer. How he got taken into custody.
He can't be doing that. Yeah, if he's convicted.
Speaker 1 (13:56):
Five years, I mean have a good time.
Speaker 2 (14:01):
No, okay, told there, but yeah, I mean no, he
would right y a right, Let's talk about Cardi B.
Speaker 3 (14:21):
The album is on the way Friday, am I. The
Drama is coming out. She has been the rollout has
been crazy for this album.
Speaker 2 (14:31):
If this album does not move units, all this was
in vain. Something stood out to me.
Speaker 3 (14:37):
They caught up TMZ that is with Offset like a
week ago, and we all know we're Offset and Cardi
R it's not great. And they asked Offset straight up like, hey,
this new Cardi album is.
Speaker 2 (14:48):
Coming out, and he was like, it's unbelievable.
Speaker 3 (14:51):
He had nothing but nice things to say about the album,
where he could have just kept it moving, gotten his car,
didn't speak a word.
Speaker 2 (15:00):
That's unbelievable. But I didn't like the first single.
Speaker 4 (15:03):
So yeah, this is the one, the bet that we're playing.
I think it's imagined every players or whatever it was. Yeah,
people didn't like that that. Yeah, he's been nothing but
like Yo, she's gonna do numbers. He's gonna be heat.
I expect nothing but fire. I know it's gonna be dope.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
He's been very supportive of the album. For sure, Foreign
is gonna get some stuff. She sat down with Kelly
Rowlands and there was an interesting back and forth between
the two of them. We're gonna use that in the
next hour, but right here she was on the Jennifer Hudson.
Speaker 2 (15:32):
Show saying she is preparing the tour is coming. I'm
already preparing for it.
Speaker 11 (15:36):
I'm at the gym and I'm taking Dasney classes already. Yes, yes,
Oh So what all can we expect on this tour.
I'm gonna give a little jazz, a little fade.
Speaker 3 (15:46):
Showtime, the crazy Factor. We said this last week. Cardi
has never been on a solo tour before. She has
never done it, which you wouldn't even believe it, but
she has never done her own tour. She also announced
am I the Drom has a ton of features, Janet Jackson,
Oh Wow, Kaylani, Lizzo, Tyler, Meg the Stallion, Summer Walker,
(16:12):
Cash Cobain and here's one I didn't see coming.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
Selina Gomez. Tons of features on this project.
Speaker 1 (16:18):
So that album has to be good, right.
Speaker 2 (16:20):
Twenty three songs, but remember.
Speaker 3 (16:23):
Wop is on it and Up, which she came out
two centuries ago.
Speaker 4 (16:27):
Yes, yes, I remember. There was a big controversy about that,
like why put that on the album? And she was like, well,
they're my singles, Yeah why not?
Speaker 7 (16:34):
Yep?
Speaker 2 (16:35):
So there it is Friday.
Speaker 3 (16:37):
Friday is gonna be four and you're gonna be busy.
Speaker 2 (16:40):
All right.
Speaker 3 (16:40):
There are three things need to know for Tuesday, September sixteenth.
Playboy Cardi coming to the Garden.
Speaker 2 (16:46):
In November.
Speaker 1 (16:47):
Oh yeah, best time of year.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
I don't want to get crazy with it.
Speaker 3 (16:51):
But of all the things we've ever done for you,
tickets in November, wild yeah, and we're and I'm so
happy that we can do it for you, not just
on but twice. We're hooking you up a tickets to
see Playboy Carti in November.
Speaker 2 (17:04):
You're welcome day and.
Speaker 5 (17:06):
The morning show with DJ four and it's saunt one
and BT's.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
Number one for hip hop jam in ninety four or five. Hi, everybody,
good morning.
Speaker 3 (17:20):
Santi's saying how the doctor wrote the word obese on
his chart, like offended him.
Speaker 2 (17:26):
And how there's you know, because people say.
Speaker 3 (17:29):
Things and it's quick sometimes and they don't really like
think about it.
Speaker 2 (17:33):
They kind of just move on, you.
Speaker 3 (17:34):
Know what I said, He probably wrote obese because that's
what he wrote on seventeen other charts that day, and
that's in his opinion where you were on the line.
Speaker 1 (17:41):
That's fine, and I understand that, but he also didn't
have to echo it to my face.
Speaker 2 (17:44):
Well, what I was gonna.
Speaker 3 (17:45):
Say is, you're right, there is a better way of
putting it, and you should probably Why were you You
shouldn't be seeing the chart, No, I mean you should
be probably not.
Speaker 2 (17:53):
Like I love art, I get it.
Speaker 3 (17:56):
It's funny because and I hadn't told you guys about this,
but you saying that reminded me of this conversation.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
So we all know.
Speaker 3 (18:03):
I'm very close with Justin from Kiss went Away down
the hall. You guys love the old back and forth
of it, snitching on me and stuff. And I talked
to him often, and I really don't know how we
got into the comfort like conversation and what exactly it
was about, but he said he started it with I
(18:28):
don't like no offense and you're about to offend me,
and it's fine. You know when everybody goes no offense,
you're not my type, like you know, like look like
basically like, look what you were to work?
Speaker 2 (18:44):
Excuse me what, sir? Because you know, and I get it.
Speaker 3 (18:48):
He works down the hall and everybody down there always
looks so nice, they are oh so dressed up.
Speaker 2 (18:55):
So I'm assuming, you know.
Speaker 3 (18:57):
He he certainly could have said it a better like
he wrote obese on the charge, like he could have
been like, well, yeah, I mean.
Speaker 2 (19:04):
You you dress athletic because you go to the gym
right after. Not my style.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
So his type is only somebody who dresses up at work.
I think that's crazy. I think there's deeper there, because like,
if I have a type that I really like, she's
in sweatpants, I don't care, she's still my type.
Speaker 2 (19:17):
But what about if you see her in sweat pants?
First though, if that's all the attraction.
Speaker 1 (19:22):
Is attraction, if the girl's pretty, like she's pretty insult with.
Speaker 4 (19:25):
Justin saying, because if you see somebody like dressing up
a certain win, then they really, like, you know, go
all out on their fit.
Speaker 2 (19:31):
Damn. I didn't know you looked like that, but I
didn't know, you know what I mean. It's like makeup too.
Speaker 4 (19:37):
It's like if you see a chick with makeup who
you've normally never seen with makeup, you're like, damn, you
look good.
Speaker 1 (19:41):
But if you say something like that, then you're inviting
the response, which might be Okay, you're not my type too, right, true?
Speaker 2 (19:46):
True? I should have said that it like is he
it's unnecessary? Honestly, yeah, And it's just he.
Speaker 3 (19:53):
Hit me with the respectfully or no offense line, and
it's yeah, so I to be honest, what I wanted
to say back was, uh, well no offense. You look
like an idiot in those glasses every day. But I
already said that, Yeah, I don't. I don't beat a
dead horse, you.
Speaker 2 (20:11):
Know what I mean.
Speaker 1 (20:12):
I would have followed up, but like, well, you're a
X on a ten, so what and.
Speaker 2 (20:18):
No, because it wasn't that.
Speaker 3 (20:19):
I don't even know where, but it's I guess it
just reminded me of it because we talked about the
best thing.
Speaker 1 (20:25):
I think there's just a group of people out there
who give you, like unsolicited like comments that don't have
any context of what's happened my mother. That sometimes sting.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
My mother's really good at that. She just will walk
in and be like, didn't sleep last night. Huh, just
I know it is, it is, But sometimes that honesty
could be like just said in your head.
Speaker 3 (20:47):
Yeah, because because again there was a way to say it,
Like he didn't have to write a beast and he
could have said to you like, hey, he is I
know a specific.
Speaker 2 (20:58):
This plate of reality.
Speaker 1 (21:04):
Die like say overweight, it's not to you're overweight. You
could stand to lose a couple of pounds. When you
say obese and obesity like, it messes with my head
out crazy.
Speaker 2 (21:13):
I have issues. I can't handle that. That's why I
can't when it comes to that.
Speaker 3 (21:18):
I can't even look up the height to weight charts
that the weight you're supposed to be, because they'll put
me damn you're dead, they'll put me in the morbid.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
But that's also from a timeframe where people just didn't eat,
I know.
Speaker 2 (21:29):
Or opposite, maybe they ate what they were supposed to.
Speaker 1 (21:32):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (21:33):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (21:33):
When you start talking about something like somebody's weight, it
just changes. Like I had my daughter tell me one time,
this was like three years ago, and it changed my
whole like thing. She told me that I was buff,
but I had a belly through me put me into
orbit of craziness. Yeah, so that's why I eat broccoli
every single day now because of that.
Speaker 2 (21:51):
Yeah, it's not even a joke. He really does.
Speaker 1 (21:55):
Ye know, people in their comments, man, just hold the comments. Hey,
you're not my type. You know, you don't need to
say that.
Speaker 2 (22:01):
He has asked me why my belly button looks the
way it does. She is an audie.
Speaker 3 (22:05):
Oh and she'll like push like my stomach and like
push into my belly button.
Speaker 1 (22:10):
You know, they don't know, they don't. They just observe,
and doctors they know. Yeah, I feel like he was
saying it to like make a point. I mean he
said it mean too, so I left the practice. That's
what he gets. He doesn't get my insurance. This guy
is mean. Not all doctors are good people. At the
end of the day, there are people, and that guy
wanted to cut me deep.
Speaker 2 (22:30):
Listen, We've talked about this.
Speaker 3 (22:31):
No matter what the person is saying, it really is
the delivery of the message. Because there's sometimes where it's
like a very serious thing that I have to say
to whoever it is. But you can kind of like
lessen the blow a little bit. It doesn't have to
be as aggressive sometimes.
Speaker 2 (22:44):
As people make.
Speaker 1 (22:45):
It definitely like a hand on the shoulder and like
just a nice comment with a nice tone.
Speaker 3 (22:49):
When it further, Hey, I'm tired of looking at your
biker shorts every day? Why you wear a pair of jeans?
Speaker 1 (22:54):
Yeah, I don't mind the biker.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
Wearing jeans here, I'm not for what.
Speaker 1 (22:58):
Yeah, well you have one gen, especially when it's like
some sort of event or.
Speaker 2 (23:01):
Something for sure occasion. Yeah, if we have come to
the j.
Speaker 3 (23:06):
Old bisal No, and by the way, we're we're fortunate
that we don't have to wear stuff like that.
Speaker 2 (23:11):
But in my head, I'm thinking for what for who?
I don't like if I had.
Speaker 3 (23:16):
Something after a professional thing like Santi walked in looking
like he cut down a few trees last night and lit.
Speaker 1 (23:21):
Up a fire talking about unnecessary comments that have nothing
to do with the whole thing.
Speaker 4 (23:25):
You said, your mother, how about you?
Speaker 2 (23:28):
Damn, this is crazy.
Speaker 5 (23:33):
Dam I in ninety four to five traffic.
Speaker 1 (23:36):
Didn't have the traffic.
Speaker 2 (23:37):
But you know what, woh, it's up now you're cutting
down trees.
Speaker 1 (23:40):
Ninety three southbound. We have stopped and go traffic after
one twenty and looking at a forty five minute ride
there all the way down to the Zac and Bridge
Root one outbound heavy traffic after the Squire Masspike, he's
found delays after four ninety five and about a thirty
five minute ride to one twenty eight.
Speaker 3 (23:53):
The best month of the year is right around the corner.
Had I known that my birth month was the best.
Speaker 1 (23:58):
Month for counseling, really is between the foliage and Christmas.
Speaker 3 (24:02):
If you didn't listen to the show yesterday, that was
when this moment came that. By the way, we'll live
on for probably till till November passes. But we were
chatting about the fact that we have these Playboy Cardi
tickets Playboy Carti tickets today He's going to be at
the Garden on November fourth.
Speaker 2 (24:22):
I think that this show is massive. People are really excited, and.
Speaker 1 (24:26):
The timing is good. I think like November is a
good time of the year for a concert. Why I don't know.
Speaker 3 (24:33):
That is such a prime of example of people speaking
just to speak, had no idea what to say to
He's like, let me say some bs.
Speaker 1 (24:42):
I should have said my son is excited for this show.
I'm sure I'm going to be getting tickets for it
much better.
Speaker 3 (24:47):
I don't know, but you know what, No November is
coming in just a few minutes.
Speaker 5 (24:53):
Especially and the Jamie Morning shown it's santy.
Speaker 2 (24:57):
When you need to know. We got three things you
need to know.
Speaker 1 (25:02):
On Boston's number one for hip hop and the best
throwbags you haven't anymore Vive.
Speaker 3 (25:08):
Tuesday, September sixteenth, and let's start with Little naz X.
Speaker 2 (25:12):
That video was wild. I feel like it was forever
ago now strutting, shrutting. I mean he really was looked
good physique. Man's been in the gym, Yeah, yeah, he has.
Speaker 3 (25:25):
Been working it out. But yeah, Little naz X, what
would we call that? Maybe had like an episode.
Speaker 1 (25:30):
Probably like some sort of mental breakdown, but it was
also laced with drugs, we assume.
Speaker 2 (25:34):
So yeah, he was walking the streets of Venice. Was
he in Venice or Santa Monica? It was somewhere I
don't know, specifically someone.
Speaker 4 (25:44):
Oh my god, I remember the part where he was
at was not too far away from like the Ritzy spot,
but he was kind of like in the trenches.
Speaker 2 (25:51):
My body is saying.
Speaker 3 (25:52):
It was either Veness or Santa Monica, but whatever, he
was in La and he was damn near naked. There
was rumors that at one point he was all the
way naked and he was walking up and down the
street acting crazy, yelling weird things.
Speaker 2 (26:05):
Do you remember he was asking me, well, you want
to go to the party? What party? Did you come from?
Speaker 3 (26:10):
Bud?
Speaker 2 (26:11):
But anyways, he.
Speaker 3 (26:14):
Ended up getting stopped by the police, and he charged
the police officer, and then he himself was charged with
three felony accounts of battery with injury on a police
officer one felony account of resisting an executive order after
allegedly assaulting those police officers that were just trying to
take him into custody. If convicted, Lil naz X is
(26:34):
looking it up to five years in state prison.
Speaker 2 (26:36):
But we're all kind of wondering where is he now?
What's going on with him?
Speaker 3 (26:39):
His father has come out in his defense saying he
puts all the pressure on himself to keep everybody else afloat.
But the sluice kind of looked it up and over
the last few months, Little naz X's social media was
a little sassiz was spirally.
Speaker 2 (26:54):
Something was happening, and I'm kind of with Saunty.
Speaker 3 (26:56):
I think it was a mental health break, possibly laced
with a little bit of a little bit of extra
curricular actively by the way, he.
Speaker 2 (27:04):
Was in the San Fernando Valley area of La Okay.
Speaker 3 (27:07):
Yeah, out and about, but his attorney has kind of
given us like a little look ski behind the door
as to what is going on with him and where
he is.
Speaker 10 (27:17):
We're doing what is best for Montero from a personal
standpoint and a professional standpoint, but most importantly for his
well being. He is surrounded by an amazing family, an
amazing team of people that care about him and love
about him and love him, and we're just addressing those issues.
Speaker 2 (27:35):
He has an equote treatment facility.
Speaker 1 (27:38):
Well, it looks like he's in the right place to
get help.
Speaker 2 (27:40):
So yes, I.
Speaker 3 (27:44):
Know we were kind of debating this last hour, but
I feel like the usage of the word facility does
lead you to believe that there's the mental.
Speaker 1 (27:52):
It it was just the drugs, they would have said, yeah,
he's in a facility, because he's clearly getting more help
than just on just about the drugs.
Speaker 3 (27:59):
And maybe he was on some things for his mental health,
and it was the wrong dose. He took something else mix.
We don't know, but that man on the street was
on something. He definitely was, So we'll say, like I said,
if convicted, he will face up the five years in prison.
And by the way, the judge only let him out
of the state because he was in treatment.
Speaker 2 (28:20):
Other than that, he wasn't allowed to leave California, Monty. Yeah, Montero.
Let's talk Cardi B. She is everywhere.
Speaker 3 (28:27):
I mean, you cannot miss her on social media right now,
gearing up for her sophomore album, The Very very Long Awaited,
like centuries long. It comes out this Friday, September nineteenth.
She was on the Jennifer Hudson Show talking about the tour.
She can't wait, She's taken dancing lessons, she's dropped. Hey,
the features you're gonna see on my album? She posted
(28:49):
on ig Janet Jackson, Kailani, Lizzo, Megde Stallion, Selena Gomez
just to name a few. Most importantly, though, she had
to sit down with Kelly Rowland from Destiny's Child and
she was kind of and she's going viral this morning
for this comment, chatting about the fact that she likes
to reach out to young artists and kind of help
(29:10):
them and guide them.
Speaker 2 (29:12):
But sometimes bites are in the butt.
Speaker 11 (29:15):
The internet era is just so insane, Like it's like
there's a lot of pressure. That's why sometimes when I
see like a new little coming up with something and
I feel like they kind of cool, and I feel
like people be dragging them, I be I be sliding
in their dms like beause like, hey, you know this temporary.
This is a good and bad thing, good and bad thing,
but sometimes you gotta know how to do it with
because I have done that two bitches that don't when
(29:38):
and my men and all that. So it's like I
know who you be nice to because it's like these
these bitches right here, you are there philly sympathy for
them and wishing them the best, and these baches will
beat you then you ain't you even realize that?
Speaker 3 (29:51):
Just so hoot it offset hook up with that as
a young artist. So Carnie basically is saying, if I
see a young artist going through it, because social media
is horrendous, it's the devil's playground, I'll hit them up
and be like it's okay, this is a good and
a bad thing. Here's how you handle I've gone through
(30:12):
this and she said one time she did it specifically,
and that female ended up hooking up with her man,
who we gotta believe is offset because she wouldn't hate
anybody else.
Speaker 2 (30:21):
But who's the artist?
Speaker 1 (30:22):
Now? Now we have to play the game of trying
to find out who it is. I know, Meg the album.
I'm sorry, I'm so stupid, you.
Speaker 2 (30:33):
Know what, seriously, because first off, we're not gonna name
any names number one, but number two her of all people.
Let that woman live.
Speaker 12 (30:39):
She was shot in the foot, wasn't she for an No,
the let me say she was not, just by hoosing
jail over it.
Speaker 2 (30:51):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (30:52):
Anyways, Cardi b Am I the drama comes out on Friday.
You better believe for him. We'll have all of the
big time tracks that well for us and we'll uh
deal break them down be like November.
Speaker 6 (31:04):
Right.
Speaker 3 (31:04):
Lastly, everybody's talking about the fact that the Coachella lineup
was announced. I saw a lot of people commenting yesterday,
now I have to go back to Coachella. I was
done with Coachella. I wasn't gonna ever go again. Now
I want to go, and to be honest, I kind
of want to.
Speaker 2 (31:22):
Go the Bebes. Oh really, Beebes is headlining Coachelle.
Speaker 1 (31:26):
But at the same time he's headlining, but you run
the risk of him not headlining because something happens.
Speaker 2 (31:31):
I think he shows up.
Speaker 3 (31:32):
I do too, because then this is it, like it's time.
You've had eighty five albums, you got eighty five new songs,
you got the eighty five.
Speaker 2 (31:40):
There are like two good.
Speaker 4 (31:40):
Ones and allegedly owes a lot of money. So all this,
you know, he needs every coin that he can get.
Speaker 3 (31:45):
I think he shows up, though, but he's not low
Sabrina Carpenter.
Speaker 2 (31:49):
Yeah, Carol G.
Speaker 3 (31:50):
I mean the names are crazy, and I'm excited because
we don't see him off and on stage. If he
goes back into the archive, it'll be a great performance.
Like the new stuff, keep keep a few, but let's
give it a put, let's go back, let's go on purpose.
Speaker 2 (32:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (32:06):
Yeah, No, the names are nuts. There's so many names,
so many names. I myself have always dreamed of going
to Coachella. But what you do, people, is you put
yourself in good situations where you're not going to make
bad decisions.
Speaker 1 (32:20):
What bad decision would you make if.
Speaker 2 (32:21):
You went taking things from strangers? I hate, my sins
would be clear.
Speaker 3 (32:26):
That's three things you need to know for Tuesday sixty.
All right, let's do these Playboy Guardi tickets in November
six one seven, nine, three, one one nine four five
Color twenty five.
Speaker 2 (32:38):
You are going to play Boy Cardi. Good luck?
Speaker 1 (32:41):
Next up with Ashley and did you haven't Morning Show
with DJ Flred and Santhi.
Speaker 3 (32:47):
Oh my gosh, sorry, guys, I was literally having a
cough attack right there. That was crazy, you know what
I was. I didn't feel like there was as much
congestion in there, but that came back.
Speaker 2 (32:54):
A little bit.
Speaker 1 (32:55):
Hopefully all came out too.
Speaker 3 (32:57):
Jen in Lakeville is going to playboycar already in November. Congratulations.
Your next shot is going to be at eight point twenty.
We'll hook you up with tickets and go see Playboy
Cardi again. That show is important, not just if you
have somebody in your life it's a Playboy Cardi fan
or you're a Playboy Cardi fan, but your kids most
likely would die to go to the show, so you will. Uh,
(33:19):
you'll be cool in the house if you can win them.
Let's do be on this wipe right now. Let's see
what's happening in the old land of dating. You could
call me and you could say, ash, it's dry as
hell out there. I mean, we are hurting. Or you
could call it and tell me that you got engaged,
you met somebody, you went to I would love to
hear somebody call us for once and be like, I went.
Speaker 2 (33:41):
On a date last week and it was unbelievable.
Speaker 3 (33:44):
I had the best time, we had the best talk,
we had a great dinner.
Speaker 2 (33:47):
We never have anybody say that.
Speaker 3 (33:49):
It's usually like I went out on a date and
he showed me his penis and I left because we
were at who knows.
Speaker 1 (33:55):
Well, I guess like the thing is is the negative
stories are more entertaining, but I'm more sure were held
by the positive ones on because we haven't had him.
Speaker 3 (34:01):
As for the love of God, you've been on the internet, like,
let's let's try to let's try to find a little
bit of positivity or else I'll put aj on what
do you want?
Speaker 5 (34:10):
What do you want?
Speaker 3 (34:11):
Six one seven nine three one one nine four five
six one seven nine three one one nine four five.
We call it beyond this white because you could talk
about anything in the realm of dating, love or the
lack thereup, It's Beyond the White only on Jamming what Exactly?
Speaker 5 (34:28):
And the jam In Morning Show with d J four
and it's saut Morning.
Speaker 3 (34:32):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jamm In ninety four five. Hi, everybody,
good morning. We're talking about dating, love relationships. My favorite
part of the show cause we get to be super nosy.
By the way, we're still looking for Montana Man, because
I know a lot of you are tuning in right
now to be like, is there an update on Montana Man.
We haven't found him, but we're looking for love at
(34:55):
that coffee shops. If you know anything, feel free to
call in the meantime. Six one seven nine three one
five and six one seven nine three one one nine
four five. What is happening in the dating world? Mackenzie
is going to kick things off for us. She's in Gardner,
you know, I said, Mackenzie. I said, we need a
little positivity. We've we've been on Instagram, we've been on Twitter.
(35:18):
We know what's happening on those apps. Let's give everybody
a little ray of hope, shall we?
Speaker 7 (35:24):
Oh?
Speaker 9 (35:25):
Absolutely? I actually I yes, So I started uh dating
my best friend of like twenty years back in, Oh God, February,
and it's been really smooth sailing since then. Like he's
made me so happy, it's unbelievable. All I can say, honestly,
(35:46):
give give your first a chance. You never know, Like
I understand there's the risk, you know, of breaking up friendships.
I totally get that, but sometimes it's best to get
that leap of faith.
Speaker 3 (35:58):
And did you guys have that conversation before you let's
just call it what it is, you know, started getting romantic.
Did we have that convo like, hey, if this goes south,
we might ruin our friendship or did we just dive
right in.
Speaker 9 (36:14):
No, we we had that a conversation. So we were
actually on vacation when all of this happened, and we
were just kind of sitting there like, hey, I have
feelings for you. You definitely have feelings for me. Is
this worth the risk? If you know, we break up
and we both kind of just came to the consensus.
I think this is worth giving this a shot.
Speaker 2 (36:35):
I love this so much. Let me ask you something.
Speaker 3 (36:37):
Did at any point your other friends that are in
the friends group say to you, Mackenzie, why don't you
insert his name hook up? And you were like, nah,
that's my friend or did no one ever kind of
see the signs?
Speaker 9 (36:50):
Oh my god? Yea, so my friends even my family
has been giving me the best talk for years.
Speaker 2 (36:56):
Yep.
Speaker 9 (36:56):
We literally grew up right across the street from each other,
and uh, we've always been like, oh, you know, you
should you should date him, and I'm like.
Speaker 3 (37:05):
I don't know.
Speaker 9 (37:07):
Wow, Wow, I'm glad it made that choice.
Speaker 2 (37:09):
I'm so glad you did too. You guys are going strong.
Speaker 3 (37:12):
Been together since February, so this will be your first
Christmas together as a couple.
Speaker 2 (37:15):
How sweet? Yeah?
Speaker 9 (37:18):
Yeah, and we actually recently just moved in together too,
so yes, very special Christmas here.
Speaker 2 (37:25):
I'm doing the math here. That's pretty quick.
Speaker 3 (37:27):
But hey, when you know, you know, you guys have
been to give been friends for forever.
Speaker 2 (37:31):
So.
Speaker 9 (37:33):
Oh yeah. If that was anybody else, I would not
even consider moving in that close, like you know, like
right six seven, that's really short, a really short amount
of time. But when you know someone that long, that's true.
Speaker 2 (37:49):
Unintended.
Speaker 3 (37:50):
Mackenzie, thank you so much for the call, and maybe
a j should just go start like knocking.
Speaker 2 (37:56):
Her neighbor's doors. Well, that's what love is found. Clearly
this guy lived across the street from her. Yeah, that's
the caveat. Yeah, she could pretend she's selling something. Her love. Uh,
Sydney is in winsak At.
Speaker 3 (38:12):
I said, good morning, Hi, good morning.
Speaker 2 (38:16):
Well listen, we always have to have a little bit
of opposites here.
Speaker 3 (38:19):
We just talked to a girl who fell in love
with their best friend and they moved in. They're celebrating
their first Christmas together. You, on the other hand, just
broke up with your boyfriend of seven years. But Foreren
tells me it was for a good reason.
Speaker 7 (38:34):
Yeah, so we were together seven years.
Speaker 6 (38:37):
He cheated on me twice, off.
Speaker 7 (38:39):
And on, and then one day he was like, I'm
leaving you and then he left.
Speaker 2 (38:45):
So you took him back after the two cheats.
Speaker 3 (38:48):
Obviously, did you catch him in those or now you
found out later.
Speaker 7 (38:54):
I catched I caught him after like kinda in the middle.
Speaker 6 (38:58):
He was like it's over, But I caught him red handed.
Speaker 7 (39:01):
I actually spoke to both the girls and they sent
me photos and screenshots and everything.
Speaker 3 (39:08):
I'm sorry I thought about Okay, you took him. We
took him back. So were you shocked when he came
to you and said I'm not doing this anymore.
Speaker 7 (39:18):
Yes, because I begged him not to go like an idiot,
and he left. Anyways, and now he's trying to be friends.
Speaker 3 (39:25):
But see ya later said, we don't have a time
for him and his friendship. Listen, you begging for him back.
I've been there, I've been cheated on. I begged for
him back. That's not you, that's your ego, all right.
Speaker 2 (39:38):
So once you get.
Speaker 3 (39:40):
Through that and you work through those feelings, trust me
when I tell you you, A, you'll be better off.
But B, you're not going to him being in your
life as a friend is not healthy.
Speaker 2 (39:48):
Like what are we doing?
Speaker 5 (39:49):
No?
Speaker 7 (39:51):
Yeah, he gives me designated days to hang out with me, and.
Speaker 2 (39:54):
You're doing it. Stop giving him that. Yeah, we're not
available any day, especially not your designated day.
Speaker 6 (40:02):
Yeah, I know.
Speaker 2 (40:04):
Hey, hey, hey, it's really hard. I know it has
how old you.
Speaker 6 (40:08):
I'm thirty six.
Speaker 1 (40:11):
You said.
Speaker 2 (40:13):
I wanted you to say you were twenty two. Yeah,
we had to know. I listen, and I judge. If
you're twenty two, I'm allowing this behavior. You are too old.
You are damn near forty to be acting like this.
Speaker 3 (40:25):
Don't give him that you're better than this, and said,
you need to meet somebody. You deserve happiness, and you
can't do it if you're hanging out with that loser
on designated days.
Speaker 7 (40:36):
I know, and I downloaded Hinge and it was so
embarrassing I had to get rid of it.
Speaker 3 (40:40):
Okay, that's fine. Maybe it Hinges in't the one. Maybe
you're gonna just meet somebody. That's that's not the point
you need. You gotta start dating yourself because you you
cannot be giving this guy designated days now, to be honest, yeah,
stop even answering his calls.
Speaker 2 (40:58):
Put him on the back burner. Bye bye.
Speaker 3 (41:00):
I'm not responding to your text message. It will Hey,
trust me when I tell you I'll never forget this.
Shout out to Tony Lot from Northeastern. He one time
told me this is this is centuries ago advice that
he gave me him and I were on and off dating,
and he said, anytime you respond to me, whether it's
mean or nasty or nice or whatever, I know I've won.
(41:20):
It's when you don't, and when I don't hear from you,
then I start to worry.
Speaker 2 (41:26):
Silence is the best response.
Speaker 5 (41:30):
I know.
Speaker 7 (41:30):
I've noticed that if I don't respond, He's like hello,
I'm like, what do you want? Man?
Speaker 3 (41:35):
To be honest, you should block him, if just for
your own sake, maybe that.
Speaker 2 (41:38):
Will help you.
Speaker 3 (41:39):
But hey, how about this. Next time he hits you
up and you're feeling weak, you call us.
Speaker 2 (41:44):
We'll give you strength.
Speaker 6 (41:46):
Okay, good, all right.
Speaker 2 (41:48):
We got you. We're here for you. You call us
any time, all right, said thank you bye babe.
Speaker 1 (41:56):
Right now.
Speaker 2 (41:59):
She had such a young voice. I'm like, she's gonna
say she's twenty two, and I'm gonna be like, you're yeah,
three thirty six.
Speaker 1 (42:05):
And I would bet my life that she would take
him back in a heartbeat.
Speaker 3 (42:09):
Wants She's already taken him back twice, and she she's
willing to hang out with him on designated Day.
Speaker 2 (42:14):
I hate him, but you know what, can't blame him.
He's getting everything he asks for. He calls, she picks up.
Speaker 3 (42:21):
Imagine someone says, I could see you what undesignated days?
Speaker 2 (42:25):
That was like me ow, yeah, you know than November
a little ex drugs?
Speaker 5 (42:39):
That hell?
Speaker 1 (42:39):
Are you on?
Speaker 12 (42:44):
Six?
Speaker 3 (42:46):
What? Ye?
Speaker 5 (42:47):
Six?
Speaker 2 (42:48):
Seven?
Speaker 8 (42:48):
Man?
Speaker 5 (42:48):
Bro?
Speaker 1 (42:49):
Check on your man. I'm going on with him.
Speaker 3 (42:52):
Worried six one seven nine three one one nine four five, six,
one seven nine three one one nine four five call us.
Speaker 2 (43:01):
Mew Hi, everybody, good morning.
Speaker 3 (43:07):
It's beyond the swipe ashes in Rhode Island, and you
know you're not the only one.
Speaker 2 (43:12):
Ash. I just got a message from a girl.
Speaker 3 (43:15):
She doesn't want to call in, she's little nervous, and
it said I was so happy for the last thirty days.
We went on a couple of dates. Things were looking great.
We had amazing dinners. I went to text him. He
blocked me and has completely ghosted me. I can't even
find him on social media. And of course I wrote
back and said something had to have happened. She said,
(43:35):
nothing happened. It's just the way the world is right
now with dating.
Speaker 2 (43:39):
Can you co sign it?
Speaker 4 (43:42):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (43:42):
I definitely can't on that one. So maybe I should
give you a little backstory. So I was recently engaged
last summer and then the engagement ended. But the person
is currently incarcerated. They got incarcerated when we had a baby.
The baby was five months and they've been incarcerated for
(44:02):
five years since. So while they've been incarcerated, I've been
out here, you know, supporting and being the mom and
doing all this and working and getting money and visiting
and doing all this stuff and going above and beyond
and making sure he was set, and it started to
get weird. It started to get like, do you mind
if I start sending letters to women just have a
(44:24):
pen pal? Or do you mind if I just have
somebody to talk to on the phone, Little questions like that,
And it was like no, kind of just brush it off.
And then all of a sudden it was I don't
think we should be engaged anymore. I want to be
single while he's incarcerated. So that threw me off. I stayed,
you know, single for a little while. I started to
(44:44):
try to engage, and it was just like the attention
I give to people, or the amount of energy I
give to somebody, I expect that in return. And it's
just these men out here just don't know how to
give that or don't know how to take care of
themselves where they want the women to play that apart
and just they want to just fall back and do
whatever they want.
Speaker 3 (45:04):
I want to shut out real quick to my best
friend Lindsay. Linda was she's so bad at math. I
mean it's like she's blind, she can't I've never seen
anything like it like she and I always said I
was good at math, you know what I mean? I
was better than Lindsay because she was so. But the
math here isn't mathing for me. I like one plus
one is not equaling too. So I'm trying to like.
(45:25):
So you said you got you were engaged.
Speaker 2 (45:27):
And you guys broke it off last summer, last summer.
Speaker 3 (45:30):
But then you said you guys broke up when the
baby was five months old because he was incarcera.
Speaker 6 (45:38):
He got incarcerated when she was five months old.
Speaker 2 (45:40):
Okay, but you were together for five years.
Speaker 6 (45:43):
Yes, so he's been incarcerated this whole time, for five years.
My daughter just turned five.
Speaker 2 (45:48):
And when did the engagement happen.
Speaker 6 (45:51):
The engagement happened a year before I.
Speaker 1 (45:54):
Gave birth, Okay, before he went away.
Speaker 2 (45:57):
I got it.
Speaker 3 (45:57):
Okay, So you guys are engaged, you have your beautiful
baby girl. He's locked up, and after a couple of
years of being locked up, he starts saying, I just
want a penpal.
Speaker 2 (46:08):
I just want to, you know, have somebody to talk to.
Speaker 3 (46:10):
And now all of a sudden, last is it last
summer when he calls you and says, we're the engagement's over.
Speaker 2 (46:15):
I don't want to do this anymore. I want to
be single.
Speaker 5 (46:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (46:19):
When I get home, I want to live by myself.
I don't want to move in. I want to do
my own thing.
Speaker 3 (46:22):
And yeah, well, first off, that must have hurt because
here you are. Yeah, I can't even I can't even
imagine that. So we're in the middle of September. When
is he slated to get out?
Speaker 6 (46:37):
He has two and a half more years?
Speaker 2 (46:39):
Okay, yeah, and I was like.
Speaker 6 (46:43):
I have two kids. So I have a sixteen year
old and a daughter with him who's five. He took
the role on became the father of my oldest, so
I didn't out here just you know, raising them, and
they both call him dad. So that's why I was like,
all right, let me try to make it work. I
know he's in there for a while, but I plan
on being with anybody. I just got to be out
here supporting my kids and do what I do as
a mom, So I'm not paying attention to know other man.
(47:06):
So that's what I thought. It was, just you know,
he's in there, just be that supportive partner.
Speaker 2 (47:11):
Well listen and it least.
Speaker 3 (47:13):
Yeah, I mean, I don't know what he's doing I
don't know why he wants to be single. Maybe he's
worried about you, you know, like kind of putting your
life on pause for him when he doesn't plan on
doing the same thing when you, you know, for you
when he gets out. I don't know what it is,
but I mean I feel like you got to at
this point try to match his energy. There's no point
in hanging on if he's and when he gets out
and you know, you guys are probably gonna have to
(47:34):
figure out a situation where he sees his kid. But
I mean, after him telling you he wants to be single,
you're are you are you prepared to move on or do.
Speaker 2 (47:44):
You still feel like you're holding on to that he's
also in jail, which is like, you know he's in jail.
Speaker 6 (47:49):
You know. I mean, I've been trying to move on.
I've already, like you know, I've went on a few dates,
and it's like I've already tried to like go out
there and experiment, but there ain't nothing out here that
I'm willing to go and try to rebuild a whole
new thing with if like I said, ain't nobody's trying
to match energy of being independent, being strong and being
able to be bosses together and build together. That's what
(48:13):
I'm looking for and so far from these dating these.
Speaker 4 (48:15):
Dates, Jordan, I mean me, Ashley, is that what you're
doing though? Are you being independent and bossing up? If
you if you're stuck on a dude from jail.
Speaker 6 (48:23):
Yeah, I'm not stuck on him. I've moved on it
did her. It was a sucky situation. It was somebody
that I did meet out in Rhode Island. I'm revisionally
from Lawrence and then just people out here like the
people I've met and try to engage with, and it's just, oh,
but you know.
Speaker 3 (48:38):
What, You're going into it with that attitude, and so
I feel like it's a you're always gonna come up short.
It feels like you're going into it with, uh, this
guy's gonna suck. He's not going to be like the
old guy. I'm starting over. I'm doing all these things
first and foremost that the new guy, whoever you go
on a date with, he already.
Speaker 2 (48:57):
Doesn't suck because he's not in jail and you can
actually go on a day with you.
Speaker 3 (49:02):
You know, this man can take you out to dinner
and take you for a nice meal and pay for it,
which is sick.
Speaker 2 (49:08):
I just think you kind of have to like rework
your mindset.
Speaker 3 (49:10):
I think you've been kind of stuck in that routine
for the past five, six, seven years of your life.
Speaker 6 (49:17):
Yeah, that's yeah, and uh love advice.
Speaker 2 (49:21):
Maybe listen.
Speaker 1 (49:22):
We all have our type, but I hope that you're
dating different types of guys.
Speaker 6 (49:25):
Yeah, I am. I actually went off from what I
usually go for. So I usually go for the bad
boy type, you know, so I've kind of fell back
and I've kind of went for like cause I'm a
tattoo artist, I'm building my own company. I kind of
went for that person who has that entrepreneurship kind of
mind and you know, school wise and stuff and not
(49:48):
kind of just in the streets and doing what they
want to do. And you know, so I am trying
to move on and kind of experiment with something different,
not kind of experience, but try something different.
Speaker 3 (49:56):
Ash are you Is he calling you still?
Speaker 6 (50:00):
He does because of the kids, But it's no conversations
with anymore. There's no like, oh, let me talk to mom.
It's more are the kids there or they're not there? Later.
Speaker 3 (50:09):
I think that's that's kind of unfortunately what it needs
to be for you.
Speaker 2 (50:13):
You know, there's always going to be that connection, but
I think you.
Speaker 3 (50:16):
Maybe you gotta start being a little selfish prioritize yourself,
mom number one, and you number two, like, don't let him,
don't let him creep his way in because you know what,
he's sleeping in a bunk bed as a grown man up,
Like really he has to poop in front of somebody.
Speaker 2 (50:32):
And keep helping.
Speaker 4 (50:34):
Yourself in front man, and you over here with your
own tattoo business like about.
Speaker 2 (50:43):
Come on, come on, all right?
Speaker 3 (50:46):
Every day you tell yourself that, and whoever asks you
out next on a date, give the person a chance,
because you're already closing the door before it's even open.
Speaker 2 (50:54):
Give him a chance.
Speaker 6 (50:56):
You're right, you're right, I'll do that, all right, Ash,
good luck, You're welcome.
Speaker 2 (51:03):
That's crazy, man.
Speaker 1 (51:05):
How the hell did he bag you girl from behind
the bars?
Speaker 2 (51:08):
Yeah, and has such a hold on her.
Speaker 4 (51:11):
He probably thought he found something gleaner and somebody he's
been messaging him.
Speaker 3 (51:15):
You already know though, when he gets out, he'll go
one hundred percent. And I just hope at that point
she has met somebody that's just beyond well they're already
gonna better again.
Speaker 2 (51:26):
They're not in jail. I want to leave you with this.
Speaker 3 (51:28):
If you're out in your daily life and you want
to say no to somebody today, we are bossing up.
We have a new way to say it. This one
is for you. Imagine someone says, I could see you.
Speaker 2 (51:39):
What undesignated days
