another company in Netflix, putting out a doc already, so

knows for the fact that nobody's Karen's team has agreed
to be part of that Netflix documentary. So they're saying
they almost did the documentary thinking that she was going
to be found guilty.

biggest and most important thing you teach in sixth grade kids?

So I actually I teach kids how to build wood boats.

Yeah, we've got a real hands on program. We're learning
math through you know, the things we do. Yeah, and
building lots of good teamwork and showing kids that they
can do so much more than they realized they're so
much more powerful and capable. They can do big things
in this world.

We try and we try, and you know, I already
get the rodeo. So I'm a little bit ahead of
the game. But it just never changes, to be honest,
And I feel bad because I've seen a lot of
students just running in and traffic is horrible, so you know,
praying for the drivers, praying for the students. What can
we do?

Yeah, I didn't know where we were headed with this,
Like yeah, I guess look both ways when you cross
the street, when you're walking into school today, for sure,
I stay with you on that, Tenise.

No, it's not. It's crazy because people got to get
to work, you know, and they got to go to school,
so it's like, what can you do? But then again,
when you work for a when you used to work
for a transportation company, you know the ins and outs
and you just know that it's never going to improve
if you know, like the city doesn't get involved and
you know they work together, and also like help these

drivers out with better buses because these buses are breaking down.

Yeah, yes, I know nothing about it, but if you're
in the industry and so, you would know we got

an eight year old starting third grade, a seven year

Girl March March Babel coming March baby. What's funny enough
is that my last son was born on Groundhog's Day

Let me start out by saying, it's not Karen, but

And we know that. For the past few weeks, I've
been saying, we gotta get Turtle Boy on this show,
like we have, we have to figure it out, we
have to get him on. I know some of you
guys that was this show wrote this man. You guys
had had back and forth conversations with him, and he
was like, I'll come on, like tell them to reach out.

But it just something wasn't clicking. It wasn't happening. We
just it never you know, it never worked. I got
a message yesterday on Instagram and it was a guy
who you know. He had told me he was going
to ask Turtle Boy if he could pass along his cell.
Long story short, tell him about your afternoon sun yesterday.
Speaker 7 (21:28):
It was about maybe twelve o'clock out of random text
and I felt to go off in my pocket and
I looked at the text and it said, Hey, this
is Aiden aka Turtle Boy. I heard you guys are
looking for me sometime to that capacity. So we went
back and forth a few messages. And by the way,
not that I was expecting anything different from him, but
your average guy texting back back and forth.
Speaker 5 (21:49):
So two dudes chat.
Speaker 7 (21:50):
Long story short, we scheduled him for next week. Let's
go next Wednesday.
Speaker 8 (21:55):
Yes. Seven questions is oh, it's gonna be over he.
Speaker 7 (22:01):
And he actually said that he was excited and looking
forward to it too. So he's coming in studio. We
want them in, but can't come in studio because he
has the kids. But he was open to do and.
Speaker 8 (22:10):
You know what, we're not going to take any more
time away from his kids. He was already had to
leave them to go to jail for Karen.
Speaker 9 (22:16):
Here's an interview. Yes, well, I saw it drop yesterday.
I don't know if we should just wait to talk
about it then, but he had a lot to say, though, No,
tell me give me a little inside, all right, So
it's listen. I don't know who the guy was, but
again it was a he was a guest on YouTube.
The guest of course, that's the little you know intros
with the different kind of questions, and he's like, are
you going to be watching the you know, if it
does air, you're going to be watching the civil suit.
He was kind of like, oh, no, not really, but
(22:38):
he kind of broke down the civil suit and how
that works and heights not really look good for the
mccaves and all of that. But then the dude was like,
all right, so what about Karen, Like, are you feeling
a way that Karen didn't come on your show? He's like, listen,
I'm not gonna beg. He's like, I'm better than that,
I'm above that. I'm not gonna beg if you want
to come on, come on. If you don't want to
come on, it's cool, no skin off my back.
Speaker 7 (22:58):
Bro.
Speaker 9 (22:58):
Kind of like, you know, he's trying to entice and
he's like, oh, you seem upset. He's like, no, no, no, no, no,
I'm not upset at all. He's just like, you know,
it is what it is. He said something something to
the comment and what you just said. He said to
the comment, he was like, hey, you know, Karen hasn't
got her car back. A son's son signed Turtle Boy goes,
oh yeah, and don't forget about the over I think
one point something million dollars that we raised for her too.
Speaker 7 (23:20):
Oh And that's why.
Speaker 9 (23:21):
Bur was like, oh, you're upset. He's like, nah, I'm
just stating facts, which is true. The boy was behind
that movement of raising all that money, millions of dollars
to be able to help her case out, right, Well,
and she still had to lose the house and anything,
but that just goes to show how much money she spent.
Speaker 7 (23:38):
Right.
Speaker 9 (23:38):
They're developing a documentary, Turtle Boy and another company in
the works to do a documentary. They've had an open
invite to Karen to be part of the dock. She
said no, Well she hasn't said no, She hasn't responded.
They're trying to negotiate with her. He said again, if
you want to be part of the dock and come
and tell your side of the story, it's cool. Apparently
another company in Netflix, putting out a doc already, so
(24:01):
he's in competition with this. I've heard this, but he
refused to be part of it. And he and he
knows for the fact that nobody's Karen's team has agreed
to be part of that Netflix documentary. So they're saying
they almost did the documentary thinking that she was going
to be found guilty.
Speaker 7 (24:15):
So it's more so on the other side.
Speaker 9 (24:17):
You get what I'm saying it's leaning on the on
the on the keys, on the on the mccaves and
all that. He's like, Nah, this is the story that
we're going to tell. They've done interviews with me, they
came to the court house, We've had an open invite
to Karen feel like.
Speaker 8 (24:29):
He also said they were like following him, that cameras
throughout like the last maybe few months of the trial.
Speaker 9 (24:35):
Yes, and again telling that, he was like, you know,
I've told Karen if we've invited Karen trying to negotiate, well,
but she's not wanting to do it, and so on
and so forth. So again he looks, and he looks.
He seemed a little he's perturbed, and you have every
right to be.
Speaker 5 (24:50):
I was going to say, I don't even know why.
Speaker 8 (24:53):
I'm sure again he's probably trying to play nice because
he wants her to be a part of this doc.
But yeah, it's not surprising.
Speaker 9 (24:58):
Yeah, And he was like, you know, Allen has already
come on the show, so you know, he doesn't understand
why she wouldn't want to come to But again he
was like, I'm above that. I'm not going to gravel.
I'm not going to beg if she wants to come,
she can come. If not, I'm kind of moving past it.
It is what it is.
Speaker 7 (25:10):
I mean, why wouldn't you do it? I mean, this
man started the movement.
Speaker 9 (25:14):
If it wasn't very wouldn't that line of being like, yo,
we raised over a million dollars for you, and that
still won't even show bro no love.
Speaker 5 (25:21):
Yeah.

Now, I understand somebody wants to make some money and
they want to control everything, but at least give this
one person the opportunity, because because of him is why
you're free.
Speaker 8 (25:28):
I'm also dying to ask him about his meet up
with Ben Affleck.

Was that movie related? Was that part of the doc?
Speaker 7 (25:34):

Now? He probably can't technically say much because of the
production stuff, but at the same time, what his response

Yeah, as for the Netflix thing, I don't know if
you remember this form, but remember I had a woman
who wanted to come on the show that took the
stand at one point.

She was ready and willing to come on the show,
but she couldn't because she was contractually bound to Netflix
because of this doc I don't remember, but she's on.
Let's just say, she's on the O'Keefe family side.

Honestly, I feel like it was because of you guys,
because the listeners, because so many people reached out to him.
And it was so funny because somebody wrote him and
was like the girl on jam and once you won
her show, like you should call and he's like.

Call the request line, which had me in tears because
it's true, like the way it was written, like she
I'm basically giving him six one, seven ninth call me.
