result of that confrontation, one of the responding officers did
charged their weapon, which struck Miss Fitzsimmons once.

on leave from postpartum depression. She had had her weapons
taken away from her when she got put on the

han't been on the apartment like a year and a half. Now,
mind you, she had recently gone to her superior and said,
I want to get my weapons back. I feel better,

during the time, which is insane. She as of yesterday

was in stable condition. But something just like I don't know,
there are a lot of rumors circulating around this one,
and it is something we're missing something.

to reach a verdict on the biggest one, which is
that rico racketeering conspiracy charge. Listen, I know how extensive
this Diddy case has been and you know, trying to

that charge, that big one, the racketeering conspiracy charge, basically
is alleging that Diddy is this massive mob Boston, that
he has this criminal enterprise where he is trapping and

sex trafficking by force, fraud, a corsion, the victim being Cassie,
transportation to engage in prostitution, victim being Cassie, four and five,

a couple cops went to this off duty police officers
home to serve her a court approved restraining order. Something
happened and a weapon was discharged when one of.

The offices was escorting Miss Fitzsimmons during the service of
the court order. A non confrontation took place. As a
result of that confrontation, one of the responding officers did
charged their weapon, which struck Miss Fitzsimmons once.

Multiple moving parts here. So the officer Fitzsimmons, she was
on leave from postpartum depression. She had had her weapons
taken away from her when she got put on the
initial leave. Now I don't know if she had weapons
in the home, if she went to grab an officer's
a weapon. But the man who used his weapon has
been on the department for I think they said over

twenty years, so a vet in the department. Her only
han't been on the apartment like a year and a half. Now,
mind you, she had recently gone to her superior and said,
I want to get my weapons back. I feel better,
you know, like I said, struggling with postpartum depression. I
can also tell you the baby was home, oh wow,
during the time, which is insane. She as of yesterday

was in stable condition. But something just like I don't know,
there are a lot of rumors circulating around this one,
and it is something we're missing something.

into a struggle, which means either she wasn't handcuffed because
