Speaker 1 (00:00):
Arris especially and the Jamin Morn Show with DJ Foreign
and Sauty.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
When you need to know, we got you three things
you need to know on Boston's number one for hip
hop and the best throwbags. You haven't any more vives.
Speaker 3 (00:15):
All right, it's all Tuesday, October seventh. Let's start out
with Diddy. Did he asks the judge to send him
to Fort Dix? That is where the attorney is requesting
that he serves his sentence.
Speaker 4 (00:27):
It's just way too easy for the joke. So we're
going to keep it moving.
Speaker 3 (00:30):
But it says, dear Judge on behalf of mister Combs,
we respectfully request the Court strongly recommend a designation facility
to the Bureau of Prisons. We request that the Court
strongly send mister Combs to be placed at FCI Fort
Dix for our DAP purposes and any other available educational
and occupational programs.
Speaker 4 (00:49):
Now we have heard.
Speaker 3 (00:52):
That Fort Dix is the one you want to go
to if you're going to federal prison. Like it is
a lap of luxury to be sent to Fort Dix
as opposed to some of these other places.
Speaker 4 (01:02):
Just from down the hall, knew.
Speaker 3 (01:03):
Somebody that was in there and was like, listen, our
doors are open and shut like you.
Speaker 4 (01:07):
They're not locking up at night.
Speaker 3 (01:09):
The people that go to Fort Dix protect Fort Dix
because they want to have the ability to do the
things that you can't do in other jails. Luckily for us,
AV called and he was like, ash, I had a
very close connection to somebody in Fort Dix. AV tell
everybody who you know that went to the this federal.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
Prison more in Ashley More.
Speaker 5 (01:32):
How are you?
Speaker 6 (01:34):
Yeah, So my father was in Fort Dix. Okay, my
father did ten years.
Speaker 3 (01:38):
And there ten years in Fort Dix. Did you go
visit him?
Speaker 7 (01:42):
Yeah?
Speaker 8 (01:43):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:43):
I visited him every Sunday.
Speaker 3 (01:45):
Every single Sunday. And talk to us about Fort Dix
in comparison to other prisons.
Speaker 4 (01:50):
Like we've been told that this is where people want
to go.
Speaker 6 (01:55):
So first of all, that food day bomb that is
bomb is there our father My father was eating swell.
Speaker 4 (02:04):
Wow, you don't hear that often.
Speaker 5 (02:06):
There's no there's no barriers like I was. I was
able to sit next to my father. I can hug them,
we can play like my mother can give him some smooches.
Not it's wavy, he's gonna be waving.
Speaker 4 (02:17):
There very relax. I mean, yeah, you don't hear that often.
Some smooches, some hugging.
Speaker 5 (02:23):
He's still he's still locked up. You know, nobody wants
to be locked up, but I mean he's did he?
And I guarantee you today this morning when those one
of those persons that found out that he was going there,
Oh man, it's gonna be a party in there.
Speaker 4 (02:36):
Oh my god?
Speaker 3 (02:37):
Did he when your dad got when your dad got out?
Did he miss anything about it? Because sometimes we hear that,
We hear people call in they're like, well I miss
you know, the schedule, I missed the food whatever?
Speaker 6 (02:47):
Did he?
Speaker 3 (02:48):
How? What?
Speaker 4 (02:48):
How was her?
Speaker 1 (02:51):
He didn't miss that?
Speaker 5 (02:51):
He got a he got a first clasp trip to
the send them packing pea.
Speaker 4 (02:57):
Yeah, it was about of there.
Speaker 3 (02:58):
All right, Well, listen, thank you for the inside info.
If in fact, did he does get in there, we'll
probably have you back on to chat a little bit more.
Speaker 4 (03:05):
But there you have it.
Speaker 3 (03:06):
Did he is expected to most likely go to Fort Dick's,
the luxury federal prison.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
It sounds like you can do the conjugals there as
well too. I mean, right, smooches among other things.
Speaker 3 (03:18):
That's what I heard all right, let's talk more judges
and Karen Reid. A judge has dismissed a claim that
Karen Reid negligently inflicted emotional distress on John O'Keeffe's teenage niece.
This is a lot, guys, but to dumb this down
for you, remember that when Karen first woke up John's niece,
he was shaking her. John didn't come home. She says
(03:40):
that Karen was saying things like did I hit him?
Speaker 4 (03:42):
Did I hit him? Did aplow driver hit him?
Speaker 3 (03:44):
Like she was really trying to wake the niece up
to adam, and that John never came home, and the
family believes that Karen then, in fact, had inflicted this
emotional distress on the niece.
Speaker 4 (03:56):
And the judge said, absolutely not. We're getting rid of that.
Speaker 3 (03:59):
Karen tried to dismiss a whole bunch of other claims
and the judge said, no, no, no. The O'Keeffe's they can
feel free to move forward with those claims and they will.
The civil suits expected back in court in late November.
Speaker 1 (04:11):
Gonda imagine the entire case must have been traumatic for
both those kids.
Speaker 4 (04:15):
Right, Oh my gosh. Remember the big thing we learned
from the niece.
Speaker 3 (04:18):
Also is that she she said that John O'Keeffe told
her that they were him and Karen were pretty much done,
that that that the relationship was okay, but that it
had run it run its course and they were not good.
Speaker 9 (04:30):
A lot of lawyers I was watching this when this happened,
was saying that they would have had to prove that
Cameron did that intentionally to the niece.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
But how do you, yeah, like, how do you do that?
Speaker 9 (04:40):
And that's probably why the judge do it, was like,
you know, there's no way that she actually was like
I'm gonna wake up up, I'm gonna say all these things.
I'm gonna like, there's no intent behind it. So why
were we even trying to do that? But again, you know,
coolness to them because they're trying to bring him the
kid and be like, look at what she did to
a kid. Now that kid suffering with such a big loss.
Speaker 3 (04:56):
But listen, they believe Eve that Karen did this, So
no matter what, they're going to do their best to
take this woman out because they feel like justice was
not served.
Speaker 4 (05:08):
All right, what are we getting from Lebron today?
Speaker 1 (05:11):
Retirement?
Speaker 4 (05:12):
One more season and we're one more season then we're out.
Speaker 3 (05:15):
Lebron is doing his the decision to today at noon.
Speaker 4 (05:19):
He's calling it, quote, the decision of all decisions.
Speaker 3 (05:22):
If in fact, he announces that he is going to
play his last season, he'll be the first player in
NBA history to play a twenty third season with the Lakers.
Speaker 1 (05:32):
It's impressive though, because physically he's still imposing. No, he's
he could keep playing. He's forty. What he's forty, I think, right, yeah,
forty forty one. Wow a lot.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
Sometimes I look at him and I'm like, it's weird
to even think that we're talking about this. But his
his hairline, you know.
Speaker 9 (05:47):
His hairline has said, yeah, his head has never been
around full will yeah.
Speaker 1 (05:51):
Yeah, sometimes you never know, toss up with the hair
and he really can't shave his head, not because they'll
have a big scar in the back of his head.
Speaker 4 (05:58):
From the surgery. Yeah yeah, Well, the decision to happening
at noon.
Speaker 3 (06:03):
It seems like, judging off of the Internet, people are
kind of annoyed that he's making this huge thing up
the engine.
Speaker 4 (06:10):
The internet is your selfish and is.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
A massive underbyte too.
Speaker 4 (06:13):
If you really look, I see you can't make one
hairline joke.
Speaker 3 (06:17):

Speaker 3 (07:18):
I don't need help in the dating game. Santi doesn't
need help. DJ Forurn certainly doesn't need any help, but
I know someone that does.
Speaker 4 (07:24):
And I'm gonna let.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
You talk specifically to her coach please, because you told
foreign there's rules to the dating game.
Speaker 4 (07:32):
AJ is listening help her out.
Speaker 8 (07:38):
All right, Well, I don't know if I can be
as much help as she needs.
Speaker 5 (07:42):
Rules to this game.
Speaker 4 (07:43):
All right, let's go.
Speaker 5 (07:44):
I'm just saying.
Speaker 8 (07:46):
I'm just saying, you know, you gotta be You gotta
understand sometimes you you might have to take that ale
because there's guys out here doing they thing and they
don't want to take an ale. They messing around, and
sometimes women messing around guys who know they are in
a relationship. So you know, you got to take what
you're getting. When it don't work out, that hell got
to move on.
Speaker 10 (08:05):
But be patient.
Speaker 11 (08:07):
Stop trying to have.
Speaker 8 (08:09):
It be perfect at the start. Sometimes it take a
little work, and you know, everybody wants it the way
they want it right away, but you got to understand,
if you're gonna be doing this, you don't get all
what you want up front right away, And if you
doing other things while that's sticking off, then you know what,
if it don't work out, that's on you. Just like
(08:29):
it's I'm a dude who don't want to you know,
he's playing the game. But then you want the girl
not to be with nobody else. N I don't have work,
bro it goes away.
Speaker 5 (08:38):
So just be patient and uh take that game.
Speaker 8 (08:41):
You know the way it is.
Speaker 5 (08:42):
There's l's involved.
Speaker 8 (08:43):
Everything ain't sweet.
Speaker 3 (08:45):
Yeah, well she's taking a lot of those, buddy, more
times than we can count. But they're at patience. That's
what we've learned here. Patience is key.
Speaker 7 (08:52):
Aja all right, patient, Yeah, I'm patient.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
She's going to be a patient in one Yeah.
Speaker 4 (08:57):
Yeah, she's upset right now. She don't know what she's.
Speaker 3 (09:00):
He listened to what Drey was saying and it was
like that meme while there's all the numbers.
Speaker 4 (09:03):
Up time, like, I don't know where this is headed.
But Dre, we will push that with her. We will
tell her be patient. Sometimes you have to take seventy
five l's to get one.
Speaker 3 (09:13):
W it might thank you so much for the call.
Speaker 4 (09:18):
I mean, I wouldn't say that Aj is not patient.
Speaker 3 (09:21):
I would just say like she just I don't know,
I don't want to speak on your behalf. But now
she I mean, she she just wants a guy who
maybe like doesn't have a wife.
Speaker 4 (09:27):
Liked those facts.
Speaker 9 (09:29):
Bro, let's not forget about the white sister.
Speaker 4 (09:32):
That's I love the white sister. Feel like we need
to refresh everybody.
Speaker 3 (09:39):
Yeah, so AJ was seeing this guy and she got
she was really into him. He was a he was
a nice black man, and she was in love. Yet
she really like this was the one she was into it.
It was time for her to go to his house.
So she walks into his home. She walks past his
refrigerator and there he is hugged up with a white
woman on his fridge.
Speaker 4 (09:58):
And you know what, he told her, Oh, that's my sister.
Speaker 3 (10:02):
And she said, okay, I see the similarities.
Speaker 1 (10:08):
You know what. You know what like a red flag,
you just ignored it, you know what.
Speaker 7 (10:13):
She was being patient from Salem, was kidnapped in another country,
calling you for our help.
Speaker 3 (10:18):
I never forgets true, but I forget that Wilden have time.
Speaker 4 (10:24):
But anyways, let's go to Virginia. Virginia is in Waltham High, Virginia.
Speaker 10 (10:30):
Good morning, Hi, Ashley, good morning.
Speaker 4 (10:34):
How are we what's going on?
Speaker 10 (10:37):

Speaker 10 (10:42):

Speaker 4 (10:44):
Sometimes the best.
Speaker 10 (10:47):
Yes, yes, me and my son listen every morning, so
we just thought we try and call in. We were
surprised to actually get through.
Speaker 4 (10:56):
I love it. How old is your son? Eight years old?
Hey buddy, thank you so much for listening.
Speaker 10 (11:05):
Thank you mom.
Speaker 4 (11:07):
What do you when it gets a little crazy? What
do we just turned down a little bit?
Speaker 8 (11:11):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (11:12):
Yeah, yeah, you got to keep your hand on right
on the volume. That's that's smart.
Speaker 4 (11:17):
I love it. I appreciate it. I mean, I really
can't say it enough.
Speaker 3 (11:22):
There are a ton of amazing shows in the city
and there's other options, so I appreciate you both for
choosing us.
Speaker 10 (11:28):
Thank you.
Speaker 5 (11:29):
We love you guys, and keep up the great work.
Speaker 4 (11:32):
All right, have a great day. Well, now I have
to tell this.
Speaker 3 (11:36):
Story because I know people are like, wait, what was agent?
Speaker 4 (11:42):
Because AJ was ready with that comeback, and now people are.
Speaker 3 (11:45):
Like And then then I started thinking about that story
and I was flabbergasted again.
Speaker 4 (11:52):
He knew what boss we were.
Speaker 3 (11:54):
Anyways, I'll tell you guys all about that one in
the meantime. Six one seven nine three one one nine

Jamine eighty four or five in Hi. Everybody, good morning.
We're checking in on you, your life, your world. What
(12:14):
is going on. Danielle is in Waltham. I'll tell you
what's going on with Danielle. Danielle is two centimeters yeah, dilated,
like physically you're about to have a baby.
Speaker 4 (12:31):
Not right the second, but it's almost go time.
Speaker 1 (12:36):
Centimeters It's it's.
Speaker 4 (12:40):
Okay, Danielle.
Speaker 10 (12:44):
Yeah, I'm here.
Speaker 3 (12:44):
Okay, how are we feeling? Because I was I got
confused for a second. But you're you're two centimeters dilated.
We're we're just having a baby.
Speaker 10 (12:52):
Oh yeah, almost there. Exhausted, very exhausted, I believe it.
Speaker 4 (12:57):
When is your actual du date?
Speaker 10 (13:01):
October twenty second?
Speaker 3 (13:02):
Oh so we might we might still have a little
bit of time. You could say you could stay at
two for a while.
Speaker 4 (13:07):
I know that happens to people I have.
Speaker 10 (13:10):
Yeah, so high blood pressure.
Speaker 4 (13:13):
Yeah, so that maybe might be coming. First baby, second baby.
Speaker 10 (13:19):
Fourth baby.
Speaker 3 (13:21):
Yeah, trained veteran, she knows exactly what she's doing. But
something's happening that might put you into early labor. Tell
everyone where you're.
Speaker 10 (13:29):
Headed, and the Court for the Lovely Father of the
Child orders on each other and he's coming with his girlfriend.
Speaker 4 (13:40):
Oh my god, you're too cent of you're violated.
Speaker 3 (13:42):
You're going to court to get a restraining order on
the father of the child that is in your womb,
that's going to be here in a couple of weeks,
and he's coming to court with his new girlfriend.
Speaker 10 (13:53):
Yep, that's what's going on in my life.
Speaker 3 (13:56):
And Dan, yeah, that's that might that might put me
in the labor for real. How long have you guys
been apart?
Speaker 4 (14:03):
Like broken up?
Speaker 10 (14:07):
Thanks July. Not the first time. He actually did it.
When I was pregnant with his selling as well, he
left me. He left me while I was giving birth,
and then he came back and two weeks later he
left again because he was like for the girlfriend.
Speaker 4 (14:29):
He is, but he is bad news. But unfortunately he's
he's dad.
Speaker 3 (14:33):
Does he want to be in the kid's life or
is he just like deleting himself altogether?
Speaker 10 (14:38):
Oh, he has another baby on the way.
Speaker 4 (14:41):
With the girlfriend.
Speaker 8 (14:42):
Yep.
Speaker 3 (14:43):
Okay, but okay, okay, but you didn't answer my question.
Does he does he try to be a dad or no?
Speaker 4 (14:48):
He's no child to do everything? Do everything?
Speaker 10 (14:53):
I actually, you know, I just filed kind of tired
of doing everything.
Speaker 4 (14:58):
Well, yeah, you need help, honey.
Speaker 3 (14:59):
I'm mean three kids, one on the way any day now,
Like I don't even know how you're talking to me
and still laughing. I would be like crying every second
of every day, which I'm sure you have had that
happen as well.
Speaker 10 (15:11):
Oh yeah, definitely, But what can we do?
Speaker 3 (15:13):
What can you know? No, we cannot because you got
a mother and that's yeah, well as well.
Speaker 4 (15:19):
No more kids with him? I think let's no more.
Speaker 3 (15:22):
Definitely, definitely no more kids of the four two were his.
Speaker 4 (15:27):
Yeah okay, yeah, no more okay and done?
Speaker 3 (15:31):
Okay, all right, well listen, get in get in court,
get what, get it done, what needs to be done,
and get out of there.
Speaker 4 (15:39):
Protect that baby and your peace at all costs.
Speaker 10 (15:43):
Thank you guys so much.
Speaker 4 (15:44):
You're welcome, babe, keep your head up.
Speaker 3 (15:47):
A lot. But you took him back again and then
had to say that I know, but I don't want
to make her more sound.
Speaker 9 (15:54):
People got to look at themselves in the mirror, though,
like if you know what somebody is and they proved
it the first time, and who are we letting them
even do anything again the second.
Speaker 1 (16:03):
Has he said he'll change.
Speaker 9 (16:04):
Yeah, but wait for the change before you start, you
know what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (16:07):
We always think we can fix that.
Speaker 3 (16:10):
We can always look at a photo on a fridge
and say that's not the sister. Now we can our
minds can change things if we want them to. Ali
Al's and danvers aw this happened to us. We got
this call yesterday to first day back to work after
maternity maternity leave from your third baby, your last baby.
You know what's crazy? You including the word laugh. That's
(16:33):
been a big thing for me. Sometimes I'll just randomly
cry at the thought of knowing that I'm done having babies.
That's that's also no one talks about that because that's
also a weird thing too.
Speaker 4 (16:43):
You're yeah, yeah.
Speaker 3 (16:46):
Because I feel like, you know, that's not really a
thing that people discuss. But when you do make that
decision and you're like, you're done, that's also a sad
chapter to close too.
Speaker 4 (16:55):
Although Santi doesn't think that that's closed, because yeah, he's not.
Can have you how many times have we cried.
Speaker 10 (17:01):
Today and not today?
Speaker 12 (17:05):
We'd the we've faced it. But it was a morning
period because I've been pregnant since like off and on,
since twenty twenty. So I just I've been pregnant for
five years. I feel like and now it's over. Yeah,
and you know it's good. We love our babies. But
I would keep going for more and more. But I'm
forty and I'm just it's done. You're done.
Speaker 3 (17:25):
That's exactly where I'm at too, Like I'm about to
be thirty nine this year, forty next year.
Speaker 4 (17:29):
My time is done. I'm already going to be like
the ninety year old that kindergarten. Like, we're good. You
know you're gonna be there with me with our kings.
Speaker 3 (17:36):
Well, listen, I boohooed the entire way back for both
when I came back from Eternity leave.
Speaker 4 (17:42):
So I get it. But you've been around the block
with this.
Speaker 3 (17:45):
You know how it goes. You just got to get
into a routine. And in the end we're better people
for it.
Speaker 8 (17:50):
Better.
Speaker 12 (17:51):
Dad's great. Dad's home with them on the first day,
taking care of them.
Speaker 4 (17:55):
I like the dad.
Speaker 3 (17:56):
Yeah, I like the dad in my world too, because
guess what we could we could be living a life
like Danielle was that just called in.
Speaker 4 (18:02):
So that's a good thing we got. We got good dad.
Speaker 12 (18:04):
No, no, that's not my life. But you know, good
luck to you. But we got a great dad on
our side, and you know he's there to pick up
everything when I'm not around. So very thankful, and I
appreciate catching up with you guys. I watch you well
and listen. We'll watch you Ashley on inside and I
listen to you guys, So take care. Thanks taking the call,
and you know, figures crossed for me. I'll make it
through the day.
Speaker 4 (18:25):
You will, babe, you got it.
Speaker 3 (18:26):
And besides, there's nothing for Santi to see on his
instagram anyway.
Speaker 4 (18:29):
She's like, I watch you Ashley.
Speaker 9 (18:33):
Can I clarify something because a few people DM me.
They're really upset. They're like the dude who called in
and said that fault next is an easy spot has
never been to jail before, and people need to stop
saying that state prison is easy. Like my god, law
was like, I get what you're trying. Well what they
trying to say. He's like, state prison is not at
all easy. This other guy really was upset. He's like,
stop letting these people come on the air and lie,
(18:54):
shout us.
Speaker 3 (18:55):
Well, that's not a lie. He's just telling his dad's experience, right.
Speaker 9 (18:58):
Yeah, but they're almost saying that he's capping.
Speaker 4 (19:02):
Well, I mean he had his dad was in there.
That's why we put him all. I mean, his dad
was physically.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
And there's something to be said for not having that experience.
At the end of the day, I feel like he's winning, right, true,
ye true that.
Speaker 4 (19:15):
Yeah, right, yeah.
Speaker 3 (19:15):
Hey, guys, let's start that no one should to jail,
Like we shouldn't go to jail. But when we're talking
about a specific jail, if somebody knows someone like a
dad that's been in there, give us the tea.
Speaker 4 (19:25):
We want to know what kind of life did he's
going to.
Speaker 3 (19:27):
Be living people in my DM Wow, All right, guys, yeah, hey,
we don't support jail.
Speaker 4 (19:34):
We don't want you to going to jail, but if
you are going to jail that Diddy is at, I
do want the t on that jail.
Speaker 2 (19:41):
In Morning Show with DJ four and it s Morning,
Sustin's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four
or five.
Speaker 4 (19:51):
Hi, everybody, good morning.
Speaker 3 (19:55):
Earlier in the show, when we had a guy on
to kind of he was gonna tell AJ how to
play it in the dating field, Santi started making fun
of you. AJ, and you had a comeback that I
never got a chance to get back to, just in
case anyone had not heard the story ever, And what
was the comeback you had to Santy?
Speaker 7 (20:14):
One time, Santy got contacted by a guy who said
that they went to preschool together and he was over
in another country, Turkey, I believe, and he had amnesia
and needed Sandy to help him.
Speaker 4 (20:26):
Sandy was his only hope.
Speaker 3 (20:28):
Yeah, now, now this keep in mind, this is the
man that if you guys called in and told this story.
Speaker 4 (20:34):
He wouldn't be able to hold the giggles back. He
would be laughing at you so hard. But I'll never forget.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
The day she missed the part she missed the part
that he was that they kidnapped him.
Speaker 4 (20:44):
They kidnapped him? Ye, yeah, that was yeah.
Speaker 3 (20:46):
Okay, so let's backtrack. This was probably a couple of
years back. I get a call and he's like, hey,
I'm like, what's up. He's like, I don't know, Like
part of me feels like I might be getting scammed.
I'm like, I'm not really sure. So I just like
kind of wanted to see what you thought about it,
(21:06):
and I'm like, okay, what what's happening?
Speaker 4 (21:10):
I got this call from uh. I thought it was
a female.
Speaker 13 (21:15):
It was a female, yeah at first, And she told me.
Speaker 3 (21:26):
That, Like, I'm like, I'm really trying to by the way,
I'm trying to like this is this is true.
Speaker 4 (21:32):
This is one hundred percent true. I'm not making any
of this.
Speaker 3 (21:36):
And he's like, and she called and she's asking for
money because a guy that I had gone to preschool
with has been captured in Turkey and they need money,
you know, to get him out. And I I go,
this isn't serious, right, and he's like no, actually was
like he got he was like, Ashley, like, no, listen
(21:57):
to me. Listen, listen to me, Like, please be serious
about this. For I don't know why he's calling me.
He's like, she knew the exact bus.
Speaker 4 (22:07):
That was the main thing. He kept going back.
Speaker 1 (22:09):
To the elementary school. Elementary school that we went.
Speaker 3 (22:12):
This woman dropped, which, by the way, we could probably
all find on a gig.
Speaker 1 (22:17):
Didn't ask for money yet she wanted me to go
to the FBI to help spread from the prison.
Speaker 3 (22:22):
Yes, you're right, because he can't remember his money situation.
So he's telling me this whole thing, and I'm like
trying so hard to be serious because I can't believe
that I'm having to feel this conversation and he's like, ash,
I just I don't know, like you know, she knows
details and he might need my health.
Speaker 1 (22:42):
Really started racking his brain.
Speaker 4 (22:43):
It's like, yo, think I remember him.
Speaker 3 (22:45):
Yes, I think he wanted to believe it so much
so that he created a character in his head from
this like school bus whatever. So fast forward to the
next day. We get in here and we're like middle of.
Speaker 4 (23:00):
She's called, She's called.
Speaker 3 (23:02):
She calls him you guys, So I'm like, give me
the phone, what do you mean. We had a full
on conversation.
Speaker 4 (23:09):
With this woman, and any details.
Speaker 3 (23:11):
That I would ask, like you know, okay, what school,
she'd say the right school name. You could see see
because he was trying so hard to convince it.
Speaker 4 (23:19):
I remember Joanne wouldn't even entertain it.
Speaker 3 (23:21):
She wasn't upset Joanne did. That's why he called me,
because Joanne was like, I'm not.
Speaker 1 (23:27):
Talking about that's funny. We never talked to the guy
because the guy was had dealt with so much that
he didn't want to relive, like all the trauma. So
she was doing all the talking throughout this entire thing.
You know what, the craziest part about this, there was
a moment within this whole thing that I pictured myself
on like a dateline special. I'm not lying. I could
picture myself on the Today Show, like I saved this
(23:49):
guy was kidnapped. You told me that.
Speaker 4 (23:51):
He was like, but I'm just trying to it's mortifying.
Speaker 3 (23:54):
But he was like, I'm just trying to, like really
understand because what if, yeah.
Speaker 4 (24:00):
What if I could say it. I'm like, son, you can't,
Like you can't.
Speaker 3 (24:05):
So then I was getting mad. I was telling the
woman to FaceTime us like it got and then and
then it just disappeared.
Speaker 1 (24:11):
No, it didn't just disappear. They tried to calling me
for months at like afterwards, and sometimes I would entertain
the conversations back and forth. But then I just bought, what.
Speaker 9 (24:19):
Did we face?
Speaker 1 (24:21):
Yes with her? Yeah? Him, no, because he's dealt with
a lie.
Speaker 4 (24:26):
He didn't want to come on because he didn't exist.
That's probably number one.
Speaker 1 (24:32):
That's probably. But this lasted for a while. This wasn't
like a couple of days.
Speaker 4 (24:34):
It wasn't just a blip on the rail. And you
know what, which makes it even more sad.
Speaker 3 (24:39):
He behind my back, kept entertaining it after I told
him to stop and don't lie to me.
Speaker 4 (24:45):
Did you ever send this woman money?
Speaker 1 (24:47):
I did not because I didn't know where to send
it to. Maybe in the moment I would have, but
it was always the thing of like what if this
is actually like a thing?
Speaker 4 (24:54):
So what what?
Speaker 1 (24:55):
What? What?
Speaker 9 (24:56):
What made you believe that it was fake? Because she
was she was on point with a lot of stuff
that you said, I have.
Speaker 4 (25:01):
Two things, that's it.
Speaker 3 (25:03):
She she mentioned the bus and like the stop of
where the bus was and then the elementary was going.
That was it. And I kept telling him like you
could find that these people are so good with the
scams now.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
Possible blind but these are things I never spoke about.
That's why I was like, how did she know this?
And that's what always brought me back to the this
could be a thing.
Speaker 9 (25:23):
What was your question? I'll say, like I felt like
what was the line that you was like, okay.
Speaker 4 (25:29):
Ye stand out to you?
Speaker 1 (25:31):
That was live? Yeah. Well, just the fact that he
wouldn't come on and speak to me. That was another part.
I'm like, listen, if I could speak to him, maybe
it will jog a memory that this is actually like him.
Because my memory is really good. That was another thing
that kept like going back to I remember the weirdest
things from all time. I didn't really like remember him
as a person, so I kept going back.
Speaker 3 (25:49):
I remember cackling every time he'd be like, well, because
I'd be like, son, he doesn't exist because he won't
come on the phone, and he'd be like he would
fight me.
Speaker 4 (25:57):
Like no, Ashley, it's traumatic for him to talk to me.
I'm like, oh my god, I do remember.
Speaker 1 (26:02):
You're believing that his name was David. I forget what
his last name was, but yeah, he was kidnapped by it,
my boyfriend brought to Turkey and then brainwashed, so he
doesn't remember anything. And yeah, like I believe that, and
you're so right. Though I never had the conversation with
the wife because she won't even entertain it. She looked
at me with someone.
Speaker 4 (26:20):
Yeah, I remember you.
Speaker 3 (26:22):
You told me on the phone that you because I said, well,
what is Joanne saying about it?
Speaker 4 (26:25):
And he's like, she won't talk to me.
Speaker 1 (26:27):
He bothered by it.
Speaker 4 (26:30):
Because you know why, it's all funny games.
Speaker 3 (26:32):
So he starts sending money to Turkey.
Speaker 6 (26:35):
So sad.
Speaker 3 (26:36):
It's such a cry for help. Then want and need
to be on date line was so great for him.
Speaker 11 (26:43):
Mentality Netflix, he was he really, I'm not lying, like
the contact me. Yeah, the audacity when people are like,
yeah I got scammed, I clicked a link in an email,
He's like, I'm.
Speaker 1 (27:05):
Sorry, I probably got duped worse than anybody.
Speaker 3 (27:08):
Crazy Like this man called me and had to be
like please be serious.
Speaker 4 (27:12):
By the way, so sad he had to call me.
Speaker 3 (27:15):
No one else would talk to him about I couldn't
believe it was and I do remember too, for like weeks,
like he would mention it like, well, she knew this,
and she knew it was.
Speaker 1 (27:27):
Also something about some bombing that went off by his
head too that caused him this traumatic Yes, I believe.
Speaker 4 (27:32):
Actually I think she said he couldn't hear her something.
Speaker 9 (27:34):
Like yeah, I saw there was a picture with band
aids on a guy's heads.
Speaker 1 (27:39):
Another thing they sent pictures and all stuff. Yeah, it's
a really sad point in my life. Like that's like
like low the low. So when I make fun of
other people, you can always just remember.
Speaker 4 (27:49):
Does this mean you're going to cut back on the jokes?
Speaker 1 (27:52):
No down show? It's morning.
