Speaker 5 (00:17):
Monday, June's second, And some sad news for Rihanna. Her father,
Ronald Fenti, has died seventy years old. According to reports,
he died in LA after a brief illness. Foreorn had
looked this up for us, and the Internet says that
at some point Rihanna and her dad kind of had
a falling out because of his substance abuse. But what
(00:38):
I can tell you is TMZ got photos of Rihanna's
brother bringing Rihanna into cedar Cy and I in LA.
That was at the end of May, right before her
father's passing, So who knows, maybe they were able to
make amends there in his final time on Earth. I
have no idea, but I remember there was talks about
(00:59):
their relationship being a little rocky.
Speaker 6 (01:01):
Which I'm sure for all of them is really good
because closure at the end is probably the best thing
that you can do.
Speaker 4 (01:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:06):
It says that he died after a quote brief illness,
so I don't know what was happening prior to Rihanna,
by the way, has not released a statement or said
anything yet. She's very pregnant. I don't know if she
ever will, especially given that they had that kind of relationship,
but you know, going through the passing of a parent
plus being pregnant, I'm sure her emotions are all over
the place.
Speaker 6 (01:26):
Unfortunately, I know we'll see some paparazzi guy get video
of her walking into something. It's gonna blurt out that question,
so they always do, which is so stupid.
Speaker 5 (01:33):
One percent all right, Meg, the Stallion is entering the world,
By the way, this world is so foreign to me.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
And I know how obsessed people are of anime. Oh,
I don't know anime.
Speaker 5 (01:46):
I don't know what it I Anyways, Over the weekend,
she teased an upcoming anime series at dream Con. She said,
you ain't never seen an anime like this ever in
your life, not a ton of detail, but it is
expected to debut on Prime video.
Speaker 4 (02:02):
Do either one of you watch anime?
Speaker 2 (02:04):
Nope? No, my son is into it. Crazy?
Speaker 4 (02:06):
What and what is it like?
Speaker 1 (02:08):
What?
Speaker 2 (02:08):
Like Japanese cartoons?
Speaker 4 (02:10):
Right. So I'm wondering if Meg is going to be
a character.
Speaker 7 (02:13):
Yeah, I think she's she revealed a character of herself.
But yeah, I'm not in that world.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
I don't know. I don't know nothing about it.
Speaker 7 (02:20):
My son though, obsessed, like they go out to stores
that open days, a store that open up and match.
That's all about anime. Now that he wants to go
check does have merch everything, comic books, merch, toys, games,
you name it. It's seris business.
Speaker 4 (02:33):
It's big No, it's hute, it's big Bucks too. You know.
Speaker 5 (02:36):
Say what you want about Meg thee stallion. M she
got her hands in a lot of pots right now.
She's she's doing the right things better than a right
foot walk right into that right no glass.
Speaker 4 (02:52):
All right, let's talk Karen Reid. Week seven. We are
walking in to dead him this morning.
Speaker 5 (02:59):
Now, we wrapped up with Matthew desgra the defense's expert
who was going to kind of analyze accident reconstruction.
Speaker 4 (03:06):
Basically there, I believe, to combat the.
Speaker 5 (03:09):
Shannon Burgess testimony about the timeframe of you know, when
Karen reversed and all of those things.
Speaker 4 (03:14):
I think we're done with him.
Speaker 5 (03:15):
We've wrapped up with him in the cross Hank Brennan
was basically like, well, you're kind of evaluating other people's research,
why didn't you do your own? That was kind of
like the prosecution's defense on that. Now, this is the
weird thing. As of this morning, we're being told that
the defense is putting someone on the stand that we
did not see in.
Speaker 4 (03:35):
The first trial.
Speaker 5 (03:36):
This is exciting news because most of the people A
we've seen b I think a lot of expert testimony
of the last couple of weeks, people are starting to
get a little boring for some people or just for
civilians like beyond.
Speaker 4 (03:46):
Us, right, Like it's hard for us to understand. So
who is it going to be?
Speaker 5 (03:50):
Karen left court on Monday and she said, quote, you'll see.
Speaker 6 (03:54):
But it's probably somebody that they're really excited for us
going to be very impactful to their case, right.
Speaker 4 (03:58):
I would think.
Speaker 5 (03:59):
So there's even rumblings online and I've seen in a
few blog sites that supposedly this witness has a quote
massive bombshell.
Speaker 4 (04:07):
For the case.
Speaker 5 (04:09):
Give it in me, honey, I mean, and obviously it's
going to play to the defense.
Speaker 4 (04:13):
That's today, that's today.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
What could that bomb shall be?
Speaker 6 (04:16):
Though I don't know a ring footage camera or something.
Speaker 5 (04:21):
I'm in text. I'm intact with Nick Rocco. I want
to answers. I want to know. We also found out
that the prosecution is fighting the defense right now because
the defense has asked to add a witness to the
list who is a friend of Michael Proctor. We know
that they don't want to call Michael Proctor to the
stand because they're afraid of Hank Brennan and the Cross,
but they're willing to have a friend of Michael Proctor
(04:43):
the stand.
Speaker 7 (04:43):
One already two right, did you see that? I think
it was on Friday, maybe Thursday. They had the dude
that was on there and said that he was in
the group chat with Procter.
Speaker 4 (04:51):
Now I don't know, well because.
Speaker 7 (04:54):
He said that, oh all of a sudden, he doesn't remember.
He didn't think that anything was disparaging. He don't remember
any disparaging.
Speaker 4 (05:00):
Then he and he was a witness for the defense.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
He was on the stand. I think that's who they're
trying to get.
Speaker 7 (05:04):
Maybe that was what they call it of what there
or whatever they say there, But he was on the stand, yeah,
talking about it, and they were like, yo, were you
part of the group check and you recognize all these numbers?
He was like yeah, and she he was about to
call out all the names, but the judge was like, no,
don't say no names, just say he recognize the numbers.
Speaker 4 (05:18):
It's interesting because if he's a witness for the defense,
you would.
Speaker 2 (05:21):
Think he would be exactly which was kind of weird
to me.
Speaker 7 (05:24):
But then at the end, the defense was asking, Okay,
so you know, do you remember these texts, these disparaging
the texts, And he was like, nah, I have no
clue about him.
Speaker 2 (05:31):
Mine.
Speaker 7 (05:32):
He's in the text, he's in the group chat. And
he's like, oh, I didn't. I don't remember any disparaging
comments in there from Proctor Wild I don't.
Speaker 4 (05:43):
I didn't even see a video of this.
Speaker 2 (05:45):
Watch the whole thing. It must have been. It must
have been again that thing. Wait, it's like where the
jury is out. Yes, I think it was one of those.
Speaker 4 (05:51):
And you know what it might have.
Speaker 5 (05:52):
Been, because then they're trying to decide if he's going
to be included or not. Maybe, but that doesn't sound
like somebody I'd be pushing for.
Speaker 7 (06:00):
He was avoided because then because the state then came
and said how why are we bringing this guy if
you guys, if you guys want to see the state,
because the defense is arguing this shows biasness, right that
Proctor already had a biasness against this lady.
Speaker 2 (06:13):
Look at what he was telling his friends.
Speaker 7 (06:14):
This guy's on here saying that he was part of
that group chat, and the defenses, I mean, the state
is like, well, if you want to get the truth
about whether he was biased or not, which I agree,
he kind of played him nice. He was like, I agree,
it's it's not good what he did. He shouldn't have
done that. Maybe he did have some biasness.
Speaker 2 (06:31):
Why don't you.
Speaker 7 (06:31):
Bring Proctor on this? Yeah, bring him on the sand
and you asked him why were asking his friends who
were in the group chat? Let's not worry about it.
But that must have been exactly what that was to
see that.
Speaker 4 (06:40):
That makes sense because prosecution obviously is fighting it. They're like, no,
what we want his friend on on for?
Speaker 2 (06:46):
Correct?
Speaker 5 (06:47):
So yeah, I I By the way, I don't think
the witness today has anything to do with that, because
this is done deal. This person is coming on the stand,
but again not a part of the first trial.
Speaker 4 (06:57):
So we shall see This is exciting.
Speaker 2 (06:59):
It's a neighbor.
Speaker 4 (06:59):
It has you think it had, because that's the only.
Speaker 6 (07:02):
Thing that's gonna be able to say. Listen, she just
pulled off and didn't happen or I dragged a body
out type of thing.
Speaker 5 (07:07):
Yeah, all right, there's three things you need to know
for Monday, June second. Let's do round two of these
weekend tickets. The phone is already going crazy six one seven,
nine three one one nine four five Able is going
to be kicking it at Gillette Stadium on June eleventh.
Hopefully with you, good luck and as always, may the
odds be ever in your favor. Hi, everybody, good morning.
It's Ashley in the jam In Morning Show, Levi and
(07:29):
Hyde Park is our winner for the weekend tickets.
Speaker 4 (07:31):
We will run that.
Speaker 5 (07:32):
Back tomorrow morning at seven twenty and twenty. But do
not forget. You always have a shot if you want
to listen. Later on in the afternoon, DJ pop dog
I was saying I wasn't sure.
Speaker 4 (07:43):
Yeah, sorry pop.
Speaker 5 (07:44):
DJ pop Dog hooks you up sometime in d three
pm hour. Good morning, It's Monday, Okay, let me Monday.
Speaker 1 (07:53):
Dashy and the jam In Morning Show with DJ four
and it's Sapig Morning.
Speaker 3 (07:57):
Bustin's number one for hip hop in ninety four or five.
Speaker 5 (08:03):
Hi, everybody, good morning. So I was saying, we're in
the midst We're in the thick of the first birthday planning.
We're having Daisy's first birthday bash on the fourteenth of June,
so not this upcoming weekend, the next weekend. I actually
cannot believe that it's been a year. I know I
(08:24):
keep saying that. I've said that over the last couple
of weeks, but it's nuts to thing. I was looking
back at photos of me in here this time last year,
just massive, just like, oh, remember I kept saying she's
coming early. I'm like, it's coming, It's happening, and you
guys were like it might not be happening. And then
I started contracting live on air, and then you were like,
I don't know what this could be. I'm like, hey,
actually your due date's like tomorrow.
Speaker 6 (08:44):
Baby.
Speaker 4 (08:45):
People were calling in before baby.
Speaker 6 (08:47):
And then last summer you were basically off the entire summer,
or not off.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
You were on.
Speaker 4 (08:52):
Yeah, I was not summering. I know that. So we're
we're we're planning this. That was weird.
Speaker 5 (08:59):
I am planning because the apart man has no idea
what's going on. He's just handing over the credit cards
so we can split the costs. I'm trying to get
him to pay for more than me, but you know,
that's a work in progress.
Speaker 4 (09:09):
It's I know, I know. So anyways, you know, new house.
Speaker 5 (09:15):
I've never this is my first time hosting like a
big party at my house. When we lived here in
the city, it just wasn't big enough, so we weren't
able to do it.
Speaker 4 (09:23):
And I'm excited.
Speaker 5 (09:24):
That's why we bought the house to be able to
have gatherings like this. But the number keeps like getting
higher and starting to get like an insane amounts of anxiety.
And when you have a party at your house, you
don't really like realize all the things that you need.
Speaker 4 (09:39):
You need tables, you need chairs, you need food, you
need booze, like you need all of the things.
Speaker 5 (09:46):
And yesterday we left to go to BJ's because we thought, Okay,
we'll buy the stuff.
Speaker 4 (09:51):
For the party as much as we can in bulk.
So that's the game plan.
Speaker 5 (09:57):
For food for the party. We're doing CJ's catering, which
I'm super excited about. It's the son of this restaurant
hat Ads in Marshfield, and he's every he came highly,
highly recommended from people in Marshfield.
Speaker 4 (10:10):
He does.
Speaker 5 (10:10):
He's like famous for his sliders and stuff. So we're
gonna have like an arrangement of sliders at the party.
We're doing wings from my guy Kevin from morning Wood Barbecue.
But the rest of the stuff, like the juice, the
booze and stuff like, we have to obviously provide that
for people. So we're leaving for Bejys and we run
into my neighbor and he's like, Okay, what's the deal, Like,
what's the update with the party?
Speaker 4 (10:29):
And he goes, okay, well.
Speaker 5 (10:31):
I don't know if anybody has told you this, but
beware of that many people.
Speaker 4 (10:35):
And like the septic, I was just going to ask you.
Speaker 6 (10:39):
I was going to ask you about bathrooms.
Speaker 5 (10:41):
I am I don't understand, So, like, where does the
poop go? Is it just in a tank out front
of my house?
Speaker 2 (10:49):
Liketh the ground? And so what does Marshfield and anyway else?
Speaker 5 (10:54):
No, So okay, obviously I've lived in the city all
my life. I've never been on a septic. Are you
on a septic or no, you're in the city. So
there's just like from what I gather, Okay, I can
be explaining this wrong, but there's just like a poop
barrel under the ground, okay, and it collects the poo
and the pea and everything else, like sifts through down
into the.
Speaker 6 (11:13):
Soils pretty much. Yes, scientific.
Speaker 5 (11:16):
So then every couple of years you're supposed to or
maybe once every year, okay, you pump, you pump the poop. Yeah, okay,
first off, disgusting. I don't want to be on a septic.
Speaker 4 (11:28):
That is to think of that.
Speaker 5 (11:30):
And by the way, every once in a while I
come outside the house and there's like a smell in
the air in the neighborhood and someone's like, oh, someone's
probably pumping their septic. Your poop steaks, And I don't
want to so that when the day that that comes
or we're getting rs pumped, I'm not going home.
Speaker 4 (11:46):
I don't need I don't need the neighborhood being like, oh,
that girl from jam AND's septic is getting pumped.
Speaker 5 (11:52):
But mind you, I don't poop, but whatever whoever does
in that house, it's not gonna be good.
Speaker 6 (11:56):
One time we got ours pumped, and the things filled
a little bit, like on the driveway.
Speaker 4 (12:01):
It was weeks. I would never come home.
Speaker 5 (12:05):
So anyways, my neighbors like, ash, you got that many
people like you might want to run a port partty
or just realize like you should probably after they the
party happens, you should have them come in. It's like
two hundred and some bucks and they'll pump the the septic.
He's like, cause that's going to be a lot of flushes.
These are the type of things living out in the
in the boonies.
Speaker 4 (12:25):
I don't want to deal with this. It's crazy. I
never would have thought of this. What you know, when
you at a party, who are these people?
Speaker 1 (12:34):
As?
Speaker 2 (12:35):
It's everything?
Speaker 6 (12:36):
But sometimes the overflushing backs it up and then thing
starts pouring out.
Speaker 4 (12:41):
And we're okay. If it starts pouring out where it
is it's a.
Speaker 6 (12:44):
Yard, I'm not kidding. It goes into your yard. And
that is the worst thing you could ever deal with
in your life. That's why you have to call every year,
like even though you can probably go a couple of years,
but that's not we want. When you were talking about
how many people are coming to the party, the two
things I thought about is parking, one, but I'm like parking,
we're good. And then the other thing, I'm like, oh,
you should order something in some like bathrooms and just park.
(13:05):
I'm like, outside, that way you avoid this whole Non.
Speaker 2 (13:08):
Is it cheap? What to do it that way?
Speaker 6 (13:09):
I don't know if it's cheaper. No, it's definitely not.
Speaker 5 (13:11):
No, but it's you see, he's Heather's telling me, Oh
God to Heather, Like, Heather, you think I should rent
a p I can't run up for this part?
Speaker 4 (13:20):
Like that's nuts, right, No.
Speaker 5 (13:24):
Girl, you gotta. They make these fancy port now that
they actually even have like ac so they come as
a unit. It's like self contained. I've been to parties
out in the burns.
Speaker 4 (13:34):
And this is how we roll.
Speaker 5 (13:35):
So you gotta do it.
Speaker 6 (13:36):
You gotta do it right.
Speaker 4 (13:37):
How much does that cost? Because it's like free to
let them poop in my house?
Speaker 6 (13:41):
Like that sounds nuts.
Speaker 5 (13:44):
You gotta pray, pay to pray to the porcelain gods,
you know, Yeah, seriously.
Speaker 4 (13:48):
I gotta help has diarrhea at my party? Like what
is this?
Speaker 6 (13:51):
Would you rather pay for those or would you rather
have like deuces in your yard?
Speaker 4 (13:56):
That's not funny.
Speaker 2 (13:57):
No, I'm not funny.
Speaker 7 (13:58):
I'm being dead like dead my brother, you know, my brother,
my brother back home has a rental property and that
just happened to him. It overflowed. Yeah, and he said,
it's horrendous. It's like this.
Speaker 2 (14:10):
Is talking, you know, and you know what. You live
on the hill, so it's just gonna roll down there.
Speaker 6 (14:17):
It's gonna be a poop tsunami and your neighbor thanks
to you, and everybody's gonna be putting at her.
Speaker 4 (14:23):
She is so nami. I'm moving. I have to leave.
I am moving out of Marshfield. The house is for sale.
If you're looking for a three bed hit me up.
Speaker 1 (14:35):
And the Morning Show with d J four and it's
Sat Morning.
Speaker 3 (14:39):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four
or five.
Speaker 5 (14:46):
Hi, everybody, Court and Denham Week seven officially underway.
Speaker 4 (14:51):
We we had talked about this earlier.
Speaker 5 (14:53):
There was talks of Michael Proctor's buddy who he's been friends.
Speaker 4 (14:58):
With for years and years and years.
Speaker 5 (15:00):
I'm gonna go potentially on the stand and talk about
his text messages. That is happening as we speak. So
then Santa and I like a side combo of like
could you imagine really I mean your text messages, so
you think are sacred between you and your buddies, whether
it's a group chat with your family or with your friends.
(15:23):
But those things always have the potential of seeing the
light of day, which is horrifying, horrifying.
Speaker 7 (15:29):
Doesn't even matter if you're on Snapchat or anything like that.
They can they can dig them out if they wanted to,
and then.
Speaker 6 (15:34):
Like out of context. That's so hard. They can pull
something out and make you look crazy.
Speaker 5 (15:39):
Now, Michael Proctor idiot, because you're a cop and like
a detective, a detective and so like that's.
Speaker 8 (15:46):
How you catch people, right that if you think about
it like that, yes, lunacy assuming he thought, well, this
is my private number to my private friends, and I'm
making a joke about whatever a.
Speaker 5 (16:00):
Balloon knot, you know, yeah, but it's still nonetheless scary
to think that. You know, it's it's even it goes further,
like people will be like, oh, I sent that email
in private, honey, what yeah, once you hit send, I'm sorry.
That's why you always have to be careful with what
you respond to people on social media.
Speaker 4 (16:21):
I know, I laughing, I'm assuming.
Speaker 6 (16:27):
What happened is just like my dms to Ashley are
really bad, Like I send her crazy videos.
Speaker 2 (16:33):
All the time.
Speaker 4 (16:34):
Yeah, because she responds.
Speaker 8 (16:37):
First off, sometimes you talk about crabs in a bucket.
Speaker 6 (16:42):
You tell me stop by, like like enough.
Speaker 5 (16:46):
A lot of times I write leave me alone, leave
me alone.
Speaker 4 (16:51):
I think if I go back and like.
Speaker 6 (16:53):
But you're not blocking me some some there. There are
sometimes where you're sending like the laugh emojis.
Speaker 2 (16:59):
So I don't know.
Speaker 4 (17:00):
First off, why are you incriminating?
Speaker 2 (17:02):
I don't know anybody here.
Speaker 5 (17:05):
Oh the last thing I put, you're going to hell.
I put no crying laughing faces. Please leave me alone.
I hate you, Santi leave me alone. Oh, it's usually
people with no limbs, like no, It'll be.
Speaker 6 (17:23):
For example, like somebody who doesn't have arms kicking like
a soccer ball through a that's like one hundred yards away.
Speaker 5 (17:30):
I'm like, look at this. This is incredible. A lot
of it is this, A lot of it is. I
can't wait till this happens to us. I can't wait
till this happens to us. It's a woman working out
and she accidentally farts like stuff like that.
Speaker 6 (17:43):
But I think the whole thing is like I think
that's a safe space.
Speaker 2 (17:46):
Right. But again, if we get.
Speaker 5 (17:49):
Me, there's no way you're sitting there sending me this
stuff while you're out. You cannot be saved.
Speaker 4 (17:55):
And that's a.
Speaker 5 (17:55):
Woman with no arms making soup. Yes, blind, but that's
really what it is.
Speaker 6 (18:01):
Am I the only person that finds that very like
like cotivating or amusing.
Speaker 2 (18:07):
Yeah, by the way.
Speaker 5 (18:07):
Hold on one, two, three, four, five, six, seven videos
he sent me, and all I wrote was enough, Sorry,
had some bangers today.
Speaker 6 (18:19):
The girl with no arms, right, so she also goes
out and catches footballs at her boyfriend.
Speaker 5 (18:24):
She can do anything, and I I brought her when
my mom injured her arm.
Speaker 4 (18:28):
My mom is actingly she couldn't do anything.
Speaker 5 (18:29):
I was like, Mom, I know of this woman who
can do everything, and.
Speaker 4 (18:33):
Why do I know about her? He also went on
a Turet's tear.
Speaker 2 (18:38):
That's right.
Speaker 5 (18:39):
He loves sending me videos about Touretts. And it's so
crazy because the girl that he sent, she's a celebrity. Now,
when you sent her to me, she would she didn't
have known.
Speaker 6 (18:47):
She was an unknown, So I guess if she wants
to think a career to me, that's basically because I
started because I would send that to everybody.
Speaker 5 (18:54):
But it's crazy because this guy on the stand right
now in the Karen Reata, like all he did was
become friends with Michael, and now look where he succeeded.
Speaker 2 (19:01):
Groups.
Speaker 5 (19:02):
So it's like if I had to go on the
stand and they would say, like read your text messages
with this man or what, like how that would be
tough just because I'm friends, Like that's not fair.
Speaker 6 (19:12):
Listen, I'm not the only We all have a group
message that we've all written some crazy things or stuff
that pushes the line like absolutely.
Speaker 5 (19:19):
I mean I go to my best friend to talk
bad about my husband, Like that's where I go.
Speaker 2 (19:24):
Yeah, if and.
Speaker 6 (19:25):
Then imagine reading that live on the stand while your
husband in the court room, Like that would just be
so uncomfortable.
Speaker 5 (19:29):
Yeah, Or like you see a hot guy out or
hot girl, or you're like, you know, you make a
comment about that.
Speaker 4 (19:35):
It's like, you know, little things.
Speaker 5 (19:37):
You don't want them, you know, you don't want to
have to go on the stand and read she has
a leaky balloon knot like and him say, and by
the way, Hag Brennan's like, did you respond to any
of these?
Speaker 6 (19:47):
And he's like, no, Well he's probably the only one
that did n't. But like, I'm sure there are responsors
in there.
Speaker 4 (19:51):
Oh, I'm sure there was a ha ha. I'm sure
there was a hole down with the ha. Sure there's
a couple of crying, laughing.
Speaker 7 (19:56):
Faces supervisor, And all that was was liking and harding,
like hell, some degrading stuff.
Speaker 5 (20:01):
Well even in the in the doc when Proctor pulls
up and they're like, okay, you know we're arresting you,
and she's like please, like I need to get dressed.
Speaker 4 (20:09):
She was like worried about her outfit. She was gonna
be on the news.
Speaker 5 (20:11):
He goes, see, told you she's nuts, Like we knew
he's making those comments.
Speaker 6 (20:15):
Can we all agree though, Like, if either one of
us are on the stand, we're gonna lie, right, Like,
we'll just lie like each other and discovery.
Speaker 2 (20:23):
Yeah, just to cover there's nothing wrong out of context.
It just looks bad out of context. It doesn't.
Speaker 6 (20:30):
Yeah, just read everything then make make make me out
to be at least a good guy at times.
Speaker 5 (20:39):
Well it's crazy too because you would argue like, okay,
well just because he was setting this in his friend
group text doesn't mean he couldn't do his job.
Speaker 4 (20:47):
Like, that's what.
Speaker 2 (20:48):
There's absolutely false.
Speaker 4 (20:49):
That's I'm saying. That's what they're gonna argue.
Speaker 2 (20:51):
You can't say that.
Speaker 5 (20:53):
I know what, I'm right, that's what the prosecution is
going to say.
Speaker 2 (20:57):
Well, yeah, execution say that.
Speaker 6 (20:58):
But then the craziest thing about it that he's a
cop investigating and talking about it with all his friends.
Speaker 2 (21:02):
That is the part that's really crazy. The lead investigator.
Speaker 7 (21:05):
You're not you're not a you're not one of the
second lieutenants, you're not on patrol. You just don't be
happen to be handling evidence. You are the guy that
makes the decisions that happens to this one.
Speaker 4 (21:16):
But locker room talk exists.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
But I feel like, okay, like a doctor.
Speaker 4 (21:21):
You can't listen it exists.
Speaker 6 (21:23):
Yeah, Like, but I'm not picturing doctors. I guess I
don't know. Maybe texting with their friends like today was
like I bet it happened.
Speaker 2 (21:31):
They talk.
Speaker 7 (21:32):
My sister's a nurse, they talk smack about patients all but.
Speaker 6 (21:35):
Are they texting it? Like Yo, the chick that was
on the bed today was smoking.
Speaker 7 (21:38):
Hot a lot of times. A lot of times they're
on the same floor, right, But yeah, they'll talk about
you if you go in there and you and you're
acting kind of crazy, they'll be don't go help you know,
they won't even help you.
Speaker 2 (21:47):
Sometimes they'll just take a long ass time to show up.
Speaker 5 (21:49):
I think I think it's natural, Like we talk about
people in the workplace, like are people.
Speaker 4 (21:53):
I think it's natural, does it?
Speaker 5 (21:55):
It's but it's like you you don't want to believe
that the man investigating the like the lead investor, is
doing it. But it's like again, I just call it
locker room talk. But that like the talk contraction stuff,
it exists.
Speaker 2 (22:06):
Yeah, it does, you know, But I'm.
Speaker 5 (22:08):
Saying, you know, as for the prosecution, I think that
I think that is really why the defense won't call
Michael Proctor because Hank is going to get him in
the in the crosshairs, and Hank is going to be
able to during the cross Yeah, and he's gonna he's
gonna show all the other cases that you know he solved,
and he's gonna he's gonna show Hey, just because he
said ABC and D doesn't mean he can't do his job.
Speaker 1 (22:29):
That's it.
Speaker 7 (22:29):
But but to me as a job, if I'm sitting there,
the defense, the biggest win you got fired for this.
You got let You didn't get fired for someone else.
You didn't have a duy, you didn't write a bat
ticket over here. You got fired for what you did
in these text messages and your conduct in this investigation.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
That means the biggest win. I know how you spend it.
Speaker 5 (22:51):
But with that being said, like you're saying that whatever
they fear is bigger than that. Whatever they fear is
bigger than that because not putting them on the stand,
they're putting on his friend to read his text message.
Speaker 7 (23:03):
I think the thing is, and I never knew this,
that if you do call a witness as your witness,
you can only ask him a certain way of questions.
Speaker 2 (23:10):
You can.
Speaker 4 (23:10):
The cross examine is different.
Speaker 7 (23:12):
Yes, on the cross examine. If what do they call it,
If you open up that door and you just go crazy,
you can ask anything you want as a defense, you can't.
You have to do it a certain kind of way,
which is why they're like, nah, we're not going to
be able to hem this guy up the way we
want to.
Speaker 5 (23:25):
And again the way that everybody talks about Hank Brennan
and the cross like people don't want it.
Speaker 4 (23:31):
Man's got something going on.
Speaker 5 (23:32):
They don't want to smoke, but yeah, don't worry some
Thank you guys.
Speaker 4 (23:37):
He didn't send me.
Speaker 7 (23:38):
That somebody's actively trying to hack your DMS right now, Yeah, yeah,
I'll tell you my passwords, verification time.
Speaker 1 (23:48):
And morning show with d J four and it's Satific morning.
Speaker 3 (23:52):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four
or five.
Speaker 5 (23:58):
All right, everybody just has enough to debt him. Michael
Proctor's buddy from high school is off the stand, and
we now have Kelly Dever. Quick, quick, We now have
Kelly Dever, who is a former Canton police officer. This
was the surprise witness who was I guess not asked
to testify in the first trial. She's just kind of
(24:20):
detailing where she was the night of John o'keith's death
and how she got the call from dispatch. And that's
pretty much where we're at right now.
Speaker 4 (24:28):
So there you have. We'll see will she drop a bombshell?
We'll be waiting.
Speaker 6 (24:31):
I mean, she doesn't seem happy up there though.
Speaker 5 (24:33):
No, she does not seem thrilled to be there, that
is for sure, all right.
