Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wake yo.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
All right, the whole gang's back together.
Speaker 3 (00:14):
We are officially back live from Medford. You know, I
felt a lot better saying that we were live from Orlando.
Look at it Mickey's house. But now I get to
look at Foreorn's pretty face again.
Speaker 4 (00:28):
We're bad's got.
Speaker 5 (00:29):
A pretty face? Did you miss us? It's kind of
hard to we were.
Speaker 4 (00:33):
We weren't gone.
Speaker 5 (00:36):
We weren't gone.
Speaker 3 (00:37):
We were just we had them up on a computer
screen the whole time so we could see them. Where
do you rank that Disney trip in your Disney experience?
Speaker 4 (00:46):
It's probably one of the top ones, if not the
best one, because I think my kids are all at
an age where we can go on every ride together
top to bottom. And obviously the fact that everything was
paid paid for helps helps out too.
Speaker 3 (00:58):
And we talked about because Joanne made a comment to
me about how she was like, I don't envy that
age that, you know, because the trips are different, depending
so much so on the age of the people that
you're with. You know, you guys ended up waiting to
go on tron again. You waited an hour because you
can do that. The kids are on their phone for
an hour, that's nothing miss.
Speaker 4 (01:17):
And that weight was very easy. I can't imagine doing
that with like a young kid. You don't, so you
just don't. I would say probably because of that fact alone,
it was the best one.
Speaker 3 (01:24):
I couldn't get her to wait, would I wouldn't even attempt.
I think twenty minutes might be the max that I
would try, because then it gets like legit torturous.
Speaker 4 (01:32):
And that's another thing when you see these times, like
people are waiting this entire time, and it's wild to think.
So if you don't have these lightning lanes, then you
maybe are getting on like two rides and like like
just unless you're getting there from top to bottom and
you're there like all day, but most people don't.
Speaker 3 (01:46):
We're gone from there now, so I like I couldn't
say this, Well, we're still doing the giveaway, but foreign.
So there's like the like regular lightning lanes which you
can purchase. You can get those. You can actually you
used to only be able to get them on day up.
Now you can advance by them each day. Can depend
price wise what those are going to cost depending on
how many people are at the park that day, but
just on average, if you and your family are going
(02:08):
to buy lightning lanes for everybody. It's thirty five dollars
per person per park. Now they have a deluxe version
of the lightning lane. So the regular lightning lanes. It'll
say to you, oh, you have a lightning lane for Dumbo.
You can go on Dumbo between nine twenty and ten twenty.
You have to check in a Dumbo and you can
cut the line. You still to wait a little bit,
but you can cut the line during those times. Now
(02:29):
they also offer a deluxe version of the lightning lane,
which is what we had. If you have the deluxe
version of the lightning lane, then you just can go
at any time.
Speaker 4 (02:38):
Just walk up, just walk right up.
Speaker 3 (02:39):
It's not going to say to you be there between
nine twenty and t twenty's however you feel like it.
Speaker 5 (02:44):
Did you look at the prices? PI did not on
average three hundred per park?
Speaker 4 (02:48):
Really person? Yeah, oh my god. Yeah, Now wait dollars
thirty five way before.
Speaker 3 (02:55):
Which, by the way, you need well worth it, you
need it. But yeah, I clicked the one day now,
mind you, it was mid afternoon. I don't know if
the prices had changed depending on if you book out
or not, but I at that moment in time, if
I had wanted to buy three more of those lightning
lanes that you just it was three hundred dollars.
Speaker 4 (03:13):
Did you see what the ticket prices were, like just
a regular ticket, They started like at one seventy nine,
So you're paying that to get into the park.
Speaker 5 (03:20):
Then the light that's on top, lightning lanes are on top,
they are not included.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
Yeah, it's not cheap to go there, it's not at all.
Speaker 3 (03:27):
No, And then and then when you're in there, you
can see, in my personal opinion, why you're paying what
you're paying. Absolutely it is.
Speaker 5 (03:35):
It's a well oiled machine over there.
Speaker 4 (03:37):
It definitely is. But like to go to Disney, and
even if you stay away from the property too, it's
still expensive because then when you're in the park, you're
paying for food. For a water was like eighteen dollars
for water.
Speaker 3 (03:49):
It's crazy. What did that tilapian rice costs?
Speaker 4 (03:54):
Yeah, for all of us? Do you want to tell you? Yeah,
it was six hundred and something.
Speaker 5 (04:00):
For a lot. I'm done.
Speaker 1 (04:02):
Especially in the gam In Morning Show with DJ Foreign.
Speaker 6 (04:05):
And Sunty when you need to know, we got you
three things you need to know on Boston's Number one
for hip hop and the best throwbags you haven't any more.
Speaker 5 (04:15):
Five all right, babes.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
Thursday of March thirteenth, and we're just days away from
Christmas for a lot of Irish folk here in Boston.
Speaker 5 (04:24):
Saint Patrick's Day.
Speaker 3 (04:26):
Is Monday, so this weekend will be the big, big,
big party party nights for a lot of people. By
the way, this will be my first ever Saint Patrick's
Day in Marshfield. And I heard Saturday in Marshfield gets
legit crazy. They call Marshfield the Irish Riviera.
Speaker 5 (04:46):
Yay, these are things that I'm learning while living there.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
But yeah, Essentially, they do a five k run and
then they shut down brent Rock, which is a specific
part of Marshfield and it owns and of almost turns
into a huge, massive block party and people go in
and out of the bars and they drink. So I
have babysitter Nana Red day to go and we'll be
(05:12):
heading the streets of brent Rock on Saturday.
Speaker 4 (05:14):
So Marshall turns into Dublin.
Speaker 3 (05:16):
Essentially, by the way, that's what I'm being told. I
will be the judge of that because I've been to
many a SOUTHI parades. I'll see what's going on that parade,
The famous South Boston Parade is happening on Sunday. It
always happens the day, you know, like leading up to
Saint Patrick's Day, that the Sunday before just so happens
that Saint Patty's is the next.
Speaker 5 (05:37):
Day, Monday.
Speaker 3 (05:39):
They're really trying to curb the drinking, and they think
that if they start the parade at eleven thirty instead
of one pm, that that will help it turn into
a celebration of the Irish and of the veterans and
all of the things it's supposed to mean, instead of
it being like Marty Girl, Henny hour and a half.
Speaker 5 (06:00):
You think an hour and a half is going to
change that won't. They'll just get up earlier.
Speaker 4 (06:05):
Well then the other part about it, it gives you
more time at the bar like afterwards. So right, yeah, and.
Speaker 5 (06:09):
Well I will tell you this.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
They do close the barstone, they don't open them. They
don't open them till a certain time, and they close
them down earlier than they normally would. They're not going
to be open late. So they really do try to
do their best. But there's so many house parties. I
remember one of my very first Southie parades. I was,
and this is going to come as a huge shock
(06:31):
to you, guys, absolutely hammered. And there's a photo of
me laying on the floor at a stranger's house with
this boxer dog on top of me, and I'm like
drinking a beer and we don't know whose boxer it was.
Speaker 5 (06:40):
We don't know whose home it was. But that's what
it's like to go out on a parade day in Southie.
Speaker 3 (06:45):
But yeah, they think today changing it from one o'clock
to eleven thirty might do the trick.
Speaker 5 (06:49):
Here's the commissioner.
Speaker 7 (06:50):
Boston is a welcoming city, but the fact is we
do not welcome unruly and unlawful behavior, because that's been
particularly drive of some of the violence that we had
last year. All package stores in South Bostin will again
be closed four pm. Taverns and restaurants will not admit
anyone after six thirty pm. Alcohol service will end at
(07:12):
seven pm, and all patrons are to be off the
premises by seven thirty.
Speaker 3 (07:16):
There are talks that even moving it out of Southey,
that's how bad it got. But at the very end,
I'm watching it on the news. They reported, guys, more
than a million people in South Boston. Last year at
the parade, only ten arrests.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
Only ten?
Speaker 1 (07:29):
Who is light?
Speaker 4 (07:31):
Eight million? And you'll rest ten and all of a sudden,
we got to change times.
Speaker 5 (07:34):
That's what I mean. Ten arrests is light.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
You might get ten arrests on a random Saturday. I say,
that's not that bad, but something must have happened. Clear
they keep referencing last year, last year, last year. Here's
the one thing I do know. For a lot of
like older people that live in Southee and they haven't left,
they like to bring their kids, and it's getting tougher
and tougher to bring.
Speaker 5 (07:55):
Your kids because there's all these drug people and they're
acting that.
Speaker 4 (07:58):
Well, that's always the thing. You always see pictures like
on like on barstool, or people peeing behind the dumpster
or having sex. Yeah that last year.
Speaker 3 (08:08):
Yeah, akaa can get grotesque, but it's also just so fun.
Kegs and eggs the best.
Speaker 4 (08:14):
I remember the first the first year you moved here,
you actually hosted a party that we went to.
Speaker 3 (08:18):
Yes, but I lived on parade route, so it was
like it was perfect. So we will see eleven thirty
instead of one. Okay, let's talk about the Converse logo
that's all over the garden. A lot of Celtics fans
are taking this as a disrespect SGA. Shay gillis Alexander,
he plays for OKC. They beat the Celts last night,
(08:41):
and now everybody is waking up and seeing what honestly
looks to be like a batman signal of his own logo,
his signature converse.
Speaker 5 (08:50):
Logo on the garden. There's one on the prew.
Speaker 3 (08:54):
I mean, if I'm a Jason Tatum or a Jaylen Brown,
I'm like, get this man's whole literal logo.
Speaker 4 (09:02):
Off my building. I mean, they a lot of money
should have just won, and that way is an easy
way to avoid that.
Speaker 5 (09:07):
You beat the Celts in a playoff type situation. Logo
it up.
Speaker 4 (09:11):
Yeah, this was like what are we doing? By the way,
yesterday I flew back on a Celtics plane like it
was it was Jet Blue, but it was done up
in the logo and all that stuff that has to
fly to other cities where it's like not Boston. So
it's like the same thing. It's not.
Speaker 5 (09:25):
I don't know what you just said.
Speaker 8 (09:27):
No, he's saying, like there's some planes, there's some planes
that are decorated, like teams like Jet Blue will do
a Celtic themed plane.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (09:35):
Well, he's saying, it's like, that's the same feeling if
it landed at an airport in Washington, thank you for it,
When only like three hundred people that are traveling on
the plane will see it, It's not the same thing
putting the billboards everywhere.
Speaker 4 (09:49):
I tried to make a connection. I'm sorry you tried
on my head.
Speaker 5 (09:53):
I'm like, am I drunk? That was tough. I was
on a plane and there was a there was a I.
Speaker 4 (10:00):
Mean see no it was the logo was called Lucky Blue.
Speaker 3 (10:04):
Yeah, it's like you're trying to hype up Disney and
telling me that you had like Rice peelof I'm.
Speaker 5 (10:10):
Just anyways, moving on. We finally got some audio of
Never Forget.
Speaker 3 (10:18):
When Jay Z got this first accusation against him, he
came out with a statement and he said, not only
is Jane doe going to be embarrassed, but Jane Doe's
going to be reminded of who I am because this
is absolutely fabricated.
Speaker 5 (10:30):
I didn't do this.
Speaker 3 (10:30):
You're trying to embarrass me, You're trying to hurt my
family and so it seems, and so it came out
Jane Doe was one hundred percent lying. She changed her
story fifty five thousand times. But remember her initial claim
was that Diddy and Jay Z raped her after the
VMA's party in the two thousands either way, early two
thousands either way. We now have audio of her not
(10:51):
only admitting that, but also saying that she was pushed
by Tony Busby to do so.
Speaker 4 (10:56):
But Jasey was just saying he was definitely there, but
he had no heart in it, or he was just
he was there. He was just there, but he didn't
have anything to do with any sexual acts towards you.
Speaker 5 (11:06):
It was strictly yeah, this idiot, how is PI By
the way, how the hell does it go?
Speaker 4 (11:12):
From me? Obviously, but like if there's audio, why would
you push her to like make this whole thing up?
Speaker 3 (11:17):
Well, this was prior to and I'm sorry, this was after,
so was yay, this was the after And then she
then she admits, like I don't know if this other
clip for it is her, is her admitting that it
was in fact her lawyer who pushed her.
Speaker 9 (11:31):
He was the kind of pushed me towards going forward
with him.
Speaker 5 (11:34):
With jay z best video.
Speaker 4 (11:36):
Yeah, do you know why?
Speaker 3 (11:39):
So it was never gonna be I don't think for her.
I think she was going to probably just try to
take it up against Diddy and lie like that. But
her her lawyer at the time, Tony Busby, was like, no,
let's include jay Z too. Clearly, Tony Busby has it
out for jay Z, which is why jay Z is
now doing him.
Speaker 10 (11:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (11:53):
I mean he's a lawyer.
Speaker 3 (11:54):
You know.
Speaker 8 (11:54):
He jac called him an ambulance lawyer, eight hundred lawyer,
which means, you know, he's trying to get a payday
off of my name. I remember when Day won the
suit and he was like this, this lawyer tried to
hide behind a Jane though she's catching a straight bullet
because he's swing her too.
Speaker 11 (12:08):
You feel me.
Speaker 4 (12:09):
But he really wants to get at Busby. He wants
to destroy Busby's career.
Speaker 5 (12:13):
Yeah, and I feel like that that woman. I don't
know where this all began.
Speaker 3 (12:18):
Was it just like, Hey, I was at this party
and he knew she was there, and he knew he
could use her as like a vessel.
Speaker 4 (12:23):
I don't know, he didn't go up properly.
Speaker 3 (12:25):
Yeah, either way, he certainly didn't because then she started
singing like a bird to a pi like that was
all it would take.
Speaker 5 (12:31):
Jesus.
Speaker 3 (12:32):
All right, this three thing needs to know for Thursday,
March thirteenth, Disney Giveaway.
Speaker 5 (12:36):
Are we doing a back to back? Are we separating?
And we do have two today?
Speaker 3 (12:39):
Our girl took an l yesterday unfortunately, so we have two, son,
how do you want to do it?
Speaker 5 (12:43):
I don't want to lay it out.
Speaker 4 (12:43):
To let's do two today because I think we have
talked about it.
Speaker 5 (12:46):
We're going to time wise. Do you want to do
them back to back?
Speaker 4 (12:48):
Do you won't? Let's do one at eight thirty one
at nine thirty, okay, So.
Speaker 3 (12:52):
At a twenty that will be our first potential shot
for you to go to Disney the way we did,
which was there's no other way. It was a Disney
trip provided by Disney, planned by Disney, best probably that
I've ever been on. So we'll kick it off at
eight twenty and then we will do it again at
around nine twenty.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
Say, and the jam In Morning Show with d J
four and it's Sundy Morning, Cousin's number one for hip
hop jam In ninety.
Speaker 6 (13:16):
Four or five.
Speaker 5 (13:19):
Hi rebody, good morning.
Speaker 3 (13:23):
So many locations this week that we've gone Orlando, to
Medford and now to Hell.
Speaker 4 (13:30):
We're not going to Hell. I think it's a valid question.
Speaker 5 (13:34):
I'm not listening. Hey wants to discuss this, I said,
you can.
Speaker 4 (13:38):
Okay, the floor is yours. I gotta I got a
DM and it was for somebody in their gofund me page,
directly from them. I think it's a little weird when
you're dming people, you're gofunding. Where I think the most
ideal way to do it is if it comes up
organic in somebody story, or if somebody sends it to
(14:00):
you or you see a post on Facebook. But if
you get a direct message from somebody asking for money,
I think that's a little bit different. I don't know
if it's really designed for that, that's my opinion. I
don't know. That's why I came to my friends to ask,
and I shouldn't be shamed for her asking a question.
What are you asking?
Speaker 3 (14:18):
He's basically saying, if you if you have a gofund
me setup for yourself, there's a go Let's just use
an example. There's a GoFundMe for AG's dating life. She's
been spending a lot of money on outfits and she
needs more outfits. I'm example, if this is not real,
someone's gonna think this is real and nasty message.
Speaker 5 (14:35):
For example, Okay, so AJ does a gofund me help
me go on dates.
Speaker 3 (14:39):
She sends it to you directly instead of like putting
it up in her Instagram story and being like, here's
my goalfundme, she directly messages it to you.
Speaker 5 (14:48):
Does that make you feel pressure?
Speaker 3 (14:50):
Do you feel weird that she sends it to you
directly and didn't just kind of let you see it
on your own.
Speaker 8 (14:55):
I mean, I think it's a dumb thing to be
getting a goal fund me ful, but it speaks to
their point of depends on what the go fundmes for. Okay,
if you're trying to go fund me for some gear, yeah.
Speaker 5 (15:05):
Okay, So say it's a fund me for health related
issues or something like that.
Speaker 4 (15:09):
I might. I might, I might, I might feel impelled
to donate. I don't know. I don't know.
Speaker 8 (15:16):
I think I'll just leave them in the little you know,
the little box where you don't really you can read
their message, but they don't know they regular message and
keep it pushing.
Speaker 4 (15:23):
Life is over.
Speaker 5 (15:26):
I know the gofund me in which he's referring to.
I donated same.
Speaker 3 (15:31):
I would have donated whether it got a message to
me directly or not. But because it got message to
me directly, I did. I feel a little bit like pressure.
Speaker 4 (15:40):
They're a stranger to y'all. Y'all know them, we all
know them. Okay, then that's different.
Speaker 5 (15:44):
I was gonna go donate to this regardless.
Speaker 3 (15:48):
But then because it was in my in, you know,
think now I'm joining in, I thought to myself, Oh
my god, what if she sees that I've already looked
at the message but I haven't donated, Like I started
to feel pressure.
Speaker 4 (16:01):
Pressure, pressure. Yeah, that's where it's like a little bit weird,
where I think, at this point, we have to donate,
and we were going to to that point. But yeah,
the go who go fundme thing is definitely changing because
people have taken advantage of it and brought it down
to a level of like selfishness, so it ruined everything.
Speaker 8 (16:17):
I get mad random dms of just people saying, you know,
donate because of this, that and the third and I
just ignore them.
Speaker 4 (16:24):
Sorry. And then there's a group of people who want
stuff for like vacation fund and all that stuff which
we've gotten. And I'm the idiot who will donate to
that too. And I'm also the kind of person who's
very skeptical about things like that. Yeah, you're telling me
that you know you might need a surgery or something,
But how do I know you're not just going to
take that money and goal to dr oh, goal to Mexico,
go someone else and do something else with it. I
(16:46):
don't trust people like that, I'm sorry, And go fund
Me loves all this stuff because they take a percern
off of us, of all of it. So the more
people out there asking for dumb stuff, the better. With
someone I knew that that that asked me, I'll consider it.
Speaker 3 (16:58):
Yeah, I've noticed that the goal funds gofundmes that I
do actually give to, I have to know the person
or have some sort of connection. The last one I
donated to before the one this morning was a girl
that I work with. Her sister was giving birth and
like it's still in a coba almost died on the table.
So I don't need to say that because I had
a connection. Yeah, but I once was pressured.
Speaker 4 (17:20):
Yeah, I was waiting, go go ahead, talk about this one.
This one was crazy.
Speaker 5 (17:24):
You got it's your thing.
Speaker 4 (17:26):
I don't want to say the wrong thing, but I
will say that somebody asked you to donate money because
they're something with their animal, right. I forget what the
what happened to the animal, but it was nothing bad.
So you ended up giving money to the person. But
a week later they were all partying.
Speaker 3 (17:40):
And like I basically groomed their dog for them most
And yeah, the next week, the person was like posting
out and about I might.
Speaker 5 (17:48):
Have even been on vacation.
Speaker 4 (17:49):
Vacation. I was just about to say that one was tough,
that one was.
Speaker 3 (17:53):
Tough, and after that, I was like, I'm done with
this if I don't have a connection to it. And
the one today I couldn't couldn't have been happier to
press absolutely money for it. But I certainly did feel
a little bit of pressure knowing that, like, oh my god,
what if she's up, what if she saw that I
hadn't seen the message and I hadn't given them money.
And then you donated before me, And then I was
mad that we didn't do like donation time together.
Speaker 4 (18:15):
I didn't know we had to like set a time.
Speaker 5 (18:17):
No, I didn't neither, but.
Speaker 3 (18:18):
That I felt I felt even more pressure because I'm like,
oh my gosh, she's gonna see that he donated.
Speaker 5 (18:22):
What if she thinks, oh, she's not doing it.
Speaker 4 (18:25):
Well, No, clearly she thinks she only donated because I
because I did.
Speaker 5 (18:28):
I know, because I donated. Two minutes later, I tell.
Speaker 4 (18:32):
You, guys, this person that I know who will ask
me for money like all the time, six kids and
all this crazy thing. But then I see her on vacation.
I'm like, how can you be asking right now? That's fine,
but she needs to hear this. How can you be
asking for money saying you're struggling and all this stuff,
and then go on vacation, I know, without your.
Speaker 3 (18:48):
Kids, right, I know, Oh my god, this has nothing
to do with gofundmes. But I age, I know we're
having this conversation. How do I even transition?
Speaker 5 (18:59):
Should I?
Speaker 3 (19:00):
We'd play a song to break this up? Yeah, let's yes, Jackie,
don't go anywhere to wrap this up. Fore and you
got the same message, So go look at your DMS.
This go fund me that we got today, You got
the same one. I know you did, and we're and
we I'm by the way.
Speaker 4 (19:14):
Saw nothing. Maybe she didn't send this to Flourida because
she's not doing it.
Speaker 5 (19:22):
He's trying right.
Speaker 3 (19:24):
This is crazy, Jackie, don't go anywhere. Agent and I
were just chit chatting about this. We have a little
major news next.
Speaker 5 (19:30):
Oh baby, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (19:35):
Hi, everybody, Good morning. It's actually in the gym in
morning show. We were just having a conversation about to
go fund me. Then all of a sudden, I see
Jackie on the line and it says my daughter is
the star on season eight of Love is Blind.
Speaker 5 (19:46):
I don't watch that show. Never seen a singular episode, Jackie.
Of no offense.
Speaker 3 (19:51):
Respectfully, I barely get to watch TV at all in
my home. But your daughter was on it. Now I
got excited because I thought that you were going to
call about the upcoming season, because I know the upcoming
season is going to be in Boston and they're going
to film somewhere around here as well. But season eight
was the last season and your daughter was the star
(20:12):
of that one. What happened with her? Did she get married?
Speaker 11 (20:16):
Well, she's not the star of it. She is the
star of season six Love is Blind, but she is
at the finale of season eight Love is Blind, and
you will have to see the end of it fast
forward to the end. But she's doing great her season
with season six, and it's an awesome show. There's a
(20:37):
lot of behind the scenes things that you guys don't see.
I myself, I'm on the show with her as well.
Speaker 5 (20:42):
Oh, now you can tell me. Is she with the
person that she met on the show?
Speaker 11 (20:50):
Well, actually you can. You'll now see that. Yes, she
is with someone that she met on a Love is
Blind show?
Speaker 5 (20:58):
Yeah, is your daughter a D at.
Speaker 11 (21:00):
The end of season eight? Yes, a D is my daughter?
Speaker 5 (21:03):
Okay. AJ's a big fan of the show. She's are
you are you fangirling right now? The mother is on?
Because I don't Again, I don't watch, so I don't know.
Speaker 12 (21:11):
Yeah, so I think she's not saying anything. But A
D just had a huge announcement at this year at
the finale that.
Speaker 5 (21:17):
Just happened, okay, which was she's engaged. I see no
grand babies are coming.
Speaker 10 (21:28):
You're welcome?
Speaker 13 (21:31):
What?
Speaker 3 (21:32):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (21:32):
Thanks, I kill here. Okay, all right, well listen, congratulations
to you. You got a wedding to go plan now.
Speaker 2 (21:41):
I do.
Speaker 11 (21:41):
And also take the opportunity to watch her new show
that's being sponsored by Netflix as well. It's called what's
the reality and it's on a lot of podcasts or
any platform that you can go on. She has an
amazing guy, she's an amazing woman, and the show is
a really good show.
Speaker 5 (22:01):
Yeah we should.
Speaker 1 (22:01):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (22:02):
AD's man's name is Clay.
Speaker 11 (22:04):
I'm like, know that her guy's name is Allie from
Love is Blindnes.
Speaker 5 (22:13):
Okay, I'm looking them up right now. Beautiful couple.
Speaker 11 (22:18):
Thank you, thank you. So if you go to the inn,
you'll see the whole engagement announcement, the whole thing. Okay,
great show and she's an awesome woman.
Speaker 1 (22:29):
I love it.
Speaker 5 (22:29):
All right. Well, congratulations mom, that's amazing.
Speaker 11 (22:33):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (22:34):
I have a great day.
Speaker 3 (22:34):
All right. I've never been more confused in my life. Okay,
so let's start at the top of this. We're talking
about the gofund me. I see Jackie's name on there.
I get excited because I'm like, oh my god.
Speaker 1 (22:43):
A J.
Speaker 3 (22:43):
And I were just talking about the fact that it's
the next season of Love is Blind. I might even
watch it because it's gonna be Boston based, all Boston people.
A J and I were like, wonderful, know anybody, She's like,
I don't know. Maybe if I saw some of these
people on the app cool, great, Florence says, ask Jackie's
on hold, But I think she's listening to hot because
I don't know what she's talking about. We're talking about go.
I mean, this is gonna make any sense. Now I'm
even more confused because it is. I thought Love Is
(23:04):
Blind is US based. It's a UK show.
Speaker 9 (23:08):
They have shows all over the country.
Speaker 5 (23:10):
Now, all right, so what is the premise of Love
is Blind?
Speaker 12 (23:12):
Okay, so Love is Blind is you have say, fourteen
men and fourteen women who date in pods, which means
that they go on dates and they cannot see each other.
Speaker 9 (23:22):
Okay, So they sit and.
Speaker 12 (23:24):
Talk to a wall and ask each other questions get
to know each other, but they'll do activities.
Speaker 5 (23:28):
To basically fall in love with the person's personality, not
their looks. Correct, got it.
Speaker 12 (23:32):
And then once they decide, hey, let's get engaged, that's when.
Speaker 9 (23:36):
They can see get engaged.
Speaker 4 (23:37):
Get engaged.
Speaker 8 (23:38):
Yes, So I think that's the premise of the show,
is that you have to find somebody that you want
to marry or something like that.
Speaker 12 (23:44):
Yes, So once they decide to get engaged, that's when
they can finally see each other.
Speaker 9 (23:48):
Then they go and spend like a week at.
Speaker 12 (23:50):
A resort, say in Honduras or the Dominican Republic, and
then they have four weeks where they live together before
deciding if they are going to go through with the wedding.
Speaker 4 (23:59):
Jeez, I have to assume everybody on the reality show
was good looking, right, Yeah?
Speaker 9 (24:04):
I mean I think they picked pretty decent looking people.
Speaker 5 (24:08):
Okay, So is it a US base show or it's UK?
Speaker 9 (24:11):
Like I believe it started in the US.
Speaker 12 (24:14):
I could be wrong, but Netflix has Love is Blind
in all different countries.
Speaker 4 (24:19):
Now, got it?
Speaker 5 (24:19):
And so Ad was on the UK version?
Speaker 9 (24:21):
No, so a d was on season six in the US.
Speaker 4 (24:24):
Got It?
Speaker 12 (24:25):
She got engaged to Clay. Clay left her at the
altar and broke her heart and now, oh damn, and
I brought Clay up to mom and so now through
the Netflix universe, her and Allie met and they just
got engaged.
Speaker 5 (24:40):
Away from the show.
Speaker 3 (24:41):
Yes, god, Oh, so it's real because it was like
not on the show and they met, probably had an
event or something.
Speaker 5 (24:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 12 (24:46):
I don't exactly know like how their relationship started, but yeah,
they just announced that they got engaged.
Speaker 4 (24:51):
Got it.
Speaker 3 (24:51):
So the next season of Love is Blind I remember
when they when they were casting here, mad people were
hitting us up, being like, AJ, it needs to be
on this show.
Speaker 5 (24:59):
She tried, I did, I did apply. I didn't hear back.
Speaker 3 (25:02):
They were like yeah, but they announced that it's happening,
and they have all of their people.
Speaker 12 (25:10):
So they're currently filming. They've been spotted in Boston. People
have seen the gold cups that Love is Blind is
known for. So it seems like the episodes usually air
about a year after they filmed.
Speaker 5 (25:22):
So they've seen them. How because aren't they in these pods.
Speaker 12 (25:27):
Well, so once they leave the pods, they are then
living in Boston together and they're going out to do activities.
Speaker 5 (25:35):
And stuff to to see if they're compatible for marriage.
Speaker 4 (25:38):
Yep.
Speaker 12 (25:39):
So again, once you have your vacation at the resort,
you are coming home and they put you in like
a condo together. So now you're still going to work,
you're still living your normal life. You're going out to restaurants,
you're meeting family and friends, so.
Speaker 5 (25:52):
You're out in public.
Speaker 4 (25:54):
So fascinating.
Speaker 3 (25:55):
I don't know if anybody will call because there's probably
some like realities around it, but if you know anything
about the Love is Blind, that is filming right now
in the city.
Speaker 5 (26:04):
Maybe Jesus, maybe you.
Speaker 3 (26:06):
Saw somebody, maybe you saw a gold cup, whatever that is,
whatever that means. Six one seven nine three one four
five sixty one seven nine three one nine five.
Speaker 5 (26:16):
If anybody has any loves blind.
Speaker 1 (26:17):
T it especially and the Jamie Morning Show with DJ
Foreign It's Saunty When.
Speaker 6 (26:23):
You need to know, No, we got you three things
you need to know on Boston's number one for hip
hop and the best throwbags. You haven't any more.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
Five.
Speaker 5 (26:32):
You can do all you.
Speaker 3 (26:33):
Can, but it's not gonna stop the green beers from
being drank, the Jamison, all the guinness you can imagine. Thursday,
March thirteenth, we are just days away from Christmas in
South Boston. Parade time right around the corner this Sunday,
and they are doing their very best to kind of
rein it in, and they're going to start the parade
at eleven thirty instead of one o'clock, and the liquor
(26:56):
stores they're closing early.
Speaker 7 (26:58):
Boston is a welcoming city, but the fact is we
do not welcome unruly and unlawful behavior because that's been
a particular driver of some of the violence that we
had last year. All package stores in South Boston will
again be closed four pm. Taverans and restaurants will not
admit anyone after six thirty pm. Alcohol service will end
(27:19):
at seven pm, and all patrons are to be off
the premises by seven thirty.
Speaker 3 (27:24):
You know, we talked about this earlier and I was like,
what the hell happened at the parade last year? And
then somebody had written me and they were like, Ash,
I think a girl died after the parade. So now
I just did a quick google and I know for
a fact there was over a million people there and
(27:45):
there were only eleven arrests. There's always public intoxication, there's
people pooping behind dumpsters and urinating and all the things.
But somebody DM me and told me that there was
a death of a woman post parade last year. Again,
still looking to try to confirm it in any articles.
(28:05):
But if that is the case, I can understand even
more the plight to be like, listen, we have to
we have to get this together. This this we can't
be having people die on parade day.
Speaker 8 (28:14):
Because he used the word violence, so Clay, something violent
had happened. Yeah, Well, there was a lot of videos
that went viral. People like just getting into fights, you know,
ball and getting jumped. I think they talked about the
ten arrest and one of them being somebody had a
gun and they were highly intoxicated, so that was a
dangerous situation. I didn't say anything about no debts.
Speaker 5 (28:31):
No, I know that, me neither.
Speaker 4 (28:33):
And we just go down there and drink a lot
and dance with leprechauns.
Speaker 5 (28:36):
Don't have fun because people they look crazy?
Speaker 3 (28:39):
Do you guys remember the famous video that I showed
you last year on parade Day?
Speaker 4 (28:45):
Vaguely it was.
Speaker 5 (28:48):
It was a It was two people and the woman
was performing. Yes I did, I'm performed. No got sent to.
Speaker 4 (28:58):
Out in the public.
Speaker 5 (28:59):
They were sitting behind a restaurant like daylight. I mean,
honestly it was. It was probably Dinneer eleven Am. I
get it.
Speaker 3 (29:06):
It gets crazy, but you can't. It's iconic. You can't
take it out of Southie. But there really is the
thought process of potentially doing that. They wanted to be more,
you know, Saint Patrick's Day and we're acknowledging Ireland Ireland,
and we're acknowledging the veterans as opposed to it's Marty
Gone everybody gets ham.
Speaker 5 (29:23):
But it's always gonna be that.
Speaker 3 (29:24):
It's part of the home beyond right, it is part
of the ambiance, and it's it's crazy there. Like I said,
more than a million people at the parade last year.
Ten arrests, So we'll see. I mean, they're gonna have
the barricades up. They're gonna do the best they can,
but it will get sloppy.
Speaker 1 (29:41):
Do it.
Speaker 5 (29:43):
On the ground, all right.
Speaker 3 (29:46):
Tiger Wood's journey to becoming the golf legend that he
is is going to get a biopic.
Speaker 5 (29:52):
This is going to be exciting.
Speaker 3 (29:53):
Guess who's doing it, Like, who's being Tiger? Who with
the company that's behind it, Ambling n Barack and Michelle
Obama's Higher Ground. Here's why I'm not watching it. Quote
the scandal and injury that has dominated Tiger's career will
not be a part.
Speaker 4 (30:10):
Of the area.
Speaker 3 (30:11):
I'm also, we're not gonna talk about hooking up with
girls at the waffle house.
Speaker 5 (30:16):
I'm not in God, I'm not watching.
Speaker 4 (30:18):
That's gonna be stupid.
Speaker 3 (30:19):
I guess they're taking inspiration from and got film rights
to a book called The Tiger Slam. Obviously him winning
the four consecutive major championships. They coined that the Tiger Slam,
and it will include you know, counts from his caddy,
his coaches, his opponents, his supporters. All well and good.
I like, I want to hear it. I do, But
(30:41):
you you're not going to include include the rise with
the fall.
Speaker 4 (30:45):
I'm not going to hear from the hookers, like, come on, guys.
Speaker 5 (30:50):
Speaking.
Speaker 3 (30:53):
Speaking of hooking up with people like outside and in parking,
Lott Tiger was doing that.
Speaker 5 (30:59):
Tiger would that was doing that.
Speaker 4 (31:01):
But he was also a great golf player. Yes, he
was not messing that young man.
Speaker 3 (31:09):
It wasn't the waffle house, though we're sounding like that. No,
it was at one of the girls was at a restaurant.
She was his waitress at the restaurant. He was like,
come into the car.
Speaker 4 (31:18):
I've told you guys that I met one of the girls, right, Yes,
I was in Vegas doing a broadcast.
Speaker 5 (31:23):
You met one of the girls that he hooked up with,
and one of the girls that hooked up with Ben Affleck.
Speaker 4 (31:26):
That's going on. But I met her in Vegas because
she was a call girl and she was working this
broadcast that I was at, and I went out with
them all and she was talking about. They were being
secretive about this guy. You could tell it was a
high profile person. I thought it was an actor because
they were talking about this actor like before. It turned
out they were talking about Tiger. Remember hand the word golf.
(31:46):
I thought they were talking this act was playing golf. No,
it's Tiger Woods. But she was in love with Tiger Woods.
He had convinced her that they were together.
Speaker 5 (31:55):
She was doing that.
Speaker 4 (31:56):
It wasn't like I'm hooking up and think with a
few of them, but there were other ones that.
Speaker 5 (32:01):
He was done. That man had a sickness, yeah, like
a legit sickness.
Speaker 3 (32:05):
And never forget when Eland found out she put a
she put a four iron through his escalator.
Speaker 4 (32:13):
He cried, And you're not going to.
Speaker 5 (32:16):
Come on, it's watching. I don't care what he says.
Speaker 13 (32:20):
You.
Speaker 4 (32:21):
Absolutely Tiger did some amazing things in golf.
Speaker 3 (32:24):
By the fact that there's even a phrase called the
Tiger Slam is incredible.
Speaker 5 (32:29):
He's the goat, Like, no one's taking that away. He's
the goat with the sex addiction.
Speaker 8 (32:32):
I'm sure they're going to mention it, but they probably
want to explore because yes, there was around that time.
It's kind of when he started hitting a little slump
in his career and slowing down, and then he kind
of made a resurgence. So they got to address it somehow.
I just don't think they dive deep into it.
Speaker 3 (32:46):
Is he still hogging up with the restaurant owner because
remember he was dating the woman, well, he was dating
the ski chick. Then they broke up, and then he
started dating the woman who ran the restaurant in his
on his golf.
Speaker 4 (32:58):
The didn't think they're together, like because they were engaged
for a while. Two.
Speaker 5 (33:01):
Yeah taste too, Yeah, yeah, you guys have similar tastes.
Speaker 4 (33:06):
We have similar tastes.
Speaker 5 (33:08):
Yes, all right, huge news for you.
Speaker 3 (33:13):
Your next gig, all right, Kanye is wipe. His ig

Shaved heads are not required for audition.
Speaker 4 (33:37):

Speaker 3 (33:38):

especially the stuff he's been hosting now it's I don't
want that gig. S Yeah, no, I'm gonna stay away from.
Speaker 3 (34:05):
That Sunday service. The Next Frontier is recruiting all male
choir members.
Speaker 4 (34:11):
I don't.
Speaker 5 (34:11):
I don't love it either, but you're a shoeing yeah,
I would be. Could you sing? Could you give me
a little something like holy like night like the Christmas something?
Speaker 4 (34:22):
Okay? All right, oh holy night? The sun comes up
at dawn. I don't even know if that's the words
you should give me.
Speaker 5 (34:35):
But you know what, stick to your day job, period.
Speaker 1 (34:41):
And the morning show with d J four and it's
Sat Morning.
Speaker 6 (34:45):
Austin's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four
or five.
Speaker 5 (34:51):
Hi, everybody, good morning. We're doing the check in. We're
checking on you, your life, your world?
Speaker 3 (34:56):
How are you?
Speaker 5 (34:57):
What's going on?
Speaker 3 (34:57):
Six one seven nine three one one five That is
six one seven nine three one one four five call me.
Speaker 5 (35:05):
We're talking about anything you want.
Speaker 10 (35:06):
Katie.
Speaker 3 (35:07):
I have been told that you have a major announcement
for the show. Uh, give it to us, give us
your major news.
Speaker 14 (35:16):
It's a major and announcement, but it's a special announcement.
Last week it was like Katie Alive Day. On Thursday,
it was like five year discharge from way where I
was in a medically induced coma for five weeks and
I almost passed away Oliver in kidney failure. Oh, so anniversary,
(35:37):
it was my anniversary, Santi. You checked on me, Remember
I did, I did.
Speaker 4 (35:41):
I just never met a person who was in a
coma for three years, Like you missed three years of
your life, and like your family was all like the
age and everything. That's crazy, Katie.
Speaker 11 (35:52):
It was five weeks and I was very sick.
Speaker 4 (35:55):
I thought it was Katie, I'm glad that you're here.
Speaker 3 (35:58):
Yeah, that alforns on this show. Yeah, Katie, I also
am glad that you're here. It was crazy when you
were in a coma though, because you missed the holiday season.
Speaker 4 (36:08):
That's like, that's what it was.
Speaker 3 (36:09):
That's what it was, because you went to the coma
like right before Christmas and when you got out it.
Speaker 5 (36:13):
Was the New Year.
Speaker 4 (36:14):
Yeah, yes, it was.
Speaker 14 (36:16):
It was right when covid roll thought and everything.
Speaker 5 (36:18):
Too, wild, wild, wild wild.
Speaker 3 (36:22):
What is one thing now that you're here after being
in a coma that you'll never take for granted?
Speaker 14 (36:26):
Again, I don't really have anything that I take for granted,
but obviously the kids my angels on earth and every
day so I'm grateful for them. And I favorite Auntie
just like a J. And they came. My little niece
(36:49):
came every day to visit me. I'm in the ICU,
and she kept me going.
Speaker 5 (36:53):
Every time we talk.
Speaker 3 (36:54):
I realized there's so much more similarities between you and
AJ than I ever thought.
Speaker 10 (37:00):
I know a J.
Speaker 14 (37:01):
We gotta go out for a dab?
Speaker 5 (37:05):
All right, Katie, will you do? I thought you were
calling to tell me that you found love or something,
but we love you.
Speaker 14 (37:12):
I was hoping it's I'm fighting for her just like
a J is so fingers crossed. Maybe we should be
each other as well, Lamb.
Speaker 3 (37:19):
Yeah, one day at a time, all you know what,
I'm gonna make her text you today. We'll keep you
posted by Katie.
Speaker 5 (37:24):
Thanks for the call. She she really did dupe me.
Katie Man said she had a special announcement, which it
is special because imagine that that's crazy.
Speaker 4 (37:32):
Katie. One time stuck into the building. She got through security,
and I looked out the like looked outside, She's right
by the studio door, Like, wait on, my kid, you
can't sneak into a building like this. So then I
had to walk outside to the parking lot and she
went in the parking lot, and I guess was she
went to the bathroom in the parking lot. So that
was a whole whole nother thing. Yeah, so I'm like, hey,
you can't seek it in the building, then you can't
(37:52):
go pee in the front.
Speaker 5 (37:53):
You also get banned from like a market basket she was.
Speaker 4 (37:56):
She went to a target and then she was like
ripping stuff off off of like like all the racks
and she was screaming. I didn't tell her to do that.
So that was partly my fault too. And there was
another part time when she's snuck into the House of
Blues with jello thoughts. She got caught and she got escort, yeah,
with like jello shots, and so she made it through
the door like that girl. Girl can sneak into thing.
(38:19):
She knows what she's doing. Yeah she does.
Speaker 3 (38:21):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (38:21):
Mariah is in Rhode Island, come on right.
Speaker 3 (38:24):
So yesterday we were talking about the fact that it
was the anniversary of me losing my number one dog, Drake.
Speaker 5 (38:32):
But you have a suggestion for me?
Speaker 3 (38:36):
Hi, Hello, can you hear me?
Speaker 1 (38:37):
Yes?
Speaker 5 (38:38):
I can.
Speaker 13 (38:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 10 (38:40):
So I was in the car yesterday with my girlfriend.
We're just die laughing. We're laughing so hard because it's
just like everyone's like, you'll get a dog again, You'll
get a dog. You're like, no, I'm not, no, I'm
not getting a dog again. I would never get a
dog again. And then I was showing he I was like,
did you ever see Ashley. I brought up your Instagram.
We went through.
Speaker 3 (38:56):
I think.
Speaker 10 (38:57):
I was like, look it, this is Ashley. She's like, oh,
I didn't expect they will do. And then I was like,
yeah they have. They have three dogs, but Drake died.
And then now she refers to the other dog as
Fireman's dog, which I thought was hilarious. And then you
absolutely no, you're not getting a dog. But I started thinking,
I'm like, maybe she would like a cat. You know,
somebody who's not a high maintenance, somebody who just like
(39:18):
would love to cuddle with the kids, and they're fairy
and cute, but you also just give them a treat
in their out of your hair.
Speaker 5 (39:24):
Yeah, like you just give them a can of tuna,
I guess, and they just go. I don't you know.
Speaker 3 (39:28):
I'm just not a cat person. I've slowly learned that
I'm not a dog person, not a cat person. I
just don't think I'm in any animal. I don't even
want to fish in that house once the other two
go to heaven, don't even want to fish.
Speaker 5 (39:39):
I'm over it.
Speaker 4 (39:40):
I'm off that.
Speaker 3 (39:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (39:42):
But yeah, the only cat I care about is snow.
And that's for instance.
Speaker 8 (39:45):
Cats are the best. You don't got to do much
with them. You open a window, they can run around,
they're happy. Have you ever heard of somebody getting sued
over a cat bite?
Speaker 4 (39:53):
Never?
Speaker 5 (39:57):
Yeah, no, but we all know the truth of cats.
You die in the house like they will.
Speaker 4 (40:03):
Eat they will don't need your body no more.
Speaker 5 (40:06):
You will not no, no, ran they will like had
Geene Hackman had a cat.
Speaker 10 (40:17):
And your dog was the only one there. He's not
going to eat you.
Speaker 13 (40:19):
No, no.
Speaker 5 (40:22):
The dogs aren't way too loyal. The cats, they're not
loyal companions. No, they're not. Are you kidding me? Josper
left your house every day.
Speaker 4 (40:31):
But guess what he came back to my house.
Speaker 5 (40:33):
Yeah, until every day didn't.
Speaker 4 (40:36):
Until he didn't. Now it's you know, everybody got a transition.
Speaker 10 (40:38):
Maybe a cat like to walk to sometimes.
Speaker 5 (40:40):
I don't know, Mariyah, I can't do it, but I
love you guy.
Speaker 3 (40:44):
By the way, what did you mean when you showed
your friend my Instagram and she was like, oh, I
didn't know it was all that?
Speaker 5 (40:49):
Like, how would you define like what she meant by that?
Speaker 10 (40:56):
Basically I brought it back. I said, you know, she
was on this reality show. And then like I went
from the beginning when you first met the Fireman, when
you got pregnant with Layla. I talked about the traumas
that you had and the hardship, and I said how
interested you are in Halloween and how you guys do
all the Halloween stuff and the photo shoots every year,
(41:16):
and then how the Fireman wasn't feeling it and Layla
wasn't feeling it and you got the pumpin and you
put her in it. She wasn't feeling it. You're the
only one who likes Halloween.
Speaker 5 (41:26):
Wow, what a journey you guys went on. And so
at the end, was she like, Wow, this bitch is crazy?
Speaker 1 (41:32):
Yes?
Speaker 10 (41:33):
And then I talked about songcy and it's she and.
Speaker 3 (41:35):
It's so now She's like, she's never she's never listening
to the show again, And did you get her hooked?
Speaker 1 (41:44):
Like?
Speaker 5 (41:44):
Does she want to listen to the show now?
Speaker 10 (41:47):
So I listened to you guys all the time, so
probably for the past year and a half. I listened
to you guys. And then what She'll get in my
car and I'm listening to the gym and morning show.
She'll turn it off. I don't want to listen to this.
Listen to this radio station, I said, you not, that's
my radio. Yeah, this is what I listened to.
Speaker 1 (42:05):
Wow.
Speaker 10 (42:06):
He puts the volume up, changed her.
Speaker 14 (42:10):
Wow, Mariah.
Speaker 10 (42:12):
I oh, you wait for her to hear this. I
can't wait for her to hear it.
Speaker 5 (42:17):
What's her name, Aliah?
Speaker 10 (42:20):
It's my girlfriend. We've been together for about seven years.
We have a step son. His name is Jase, who's eleven,
and he wanted a dog so bad. I said, hell, no,
I'm not walking the dog in the snow, and it'll
be your dog sometimes.
Speaker 3 (42:32):
Where I work.
Speaker 10 (42:34):
Yeah, so we got a cat. We settled for the cat.
The cat's cool.
Speaker 5 (42:36):
I love it all right, chet to you, dude, your girlfriend,
the kid, and your cat. Mariah. I appreciate you. Thank
you so much for the call, thank you so.
Speaker 11 (42:44):
Much for having me.
Speaker 10 (42:44):
I'm calling back. I already know the answer for the
Disney I.
Speaker 3 (42:47):
Bet I clearly from what I learned here, you definitely
do so good luck. You're gonna have a you have
a chance.
Speaker 5 (42:52):
Actually at eight twenty and nine twenty god speed.
Speaker 4 (42:55):
She The only thing she didn't know was my social locked.
I'm sure she does locked in.
Speaker 5 (43:00):
I love that we've made a lot of death jokes today.
I think we have to stop down. It's crazy.
Speaker 3 (43:04):
I started it, okay, No, Yeah, that was crazy an
hour talking about Horn's cat like it's just it's it's
gotten all. It's getting away from us. Good morning, especially show.
Speaker 1 (43:21):
With DJ Foreign It's Saunty.
Speaker 6 (43:23):
When you need to know, No, we got you three
things you need to know on Boston's number one for
hip hop and the best throwbags you haven't any more.
Speaker 1 (43:32):
Five.
Speaker 3 (43:33):
Wow, it's so crazy that we were just talking about this.
It's Thursday, March thirteenth, and not only is it my
wedding anniversary, but it is also the anniversary of the VID.
Speaker 6 (43:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (43:45):
Because I don't know why it sticks out to me
that there was a possibility of them canceling at the
Saint Patrick's Day parade, and everybody was like, wait, no,
they can't cancel the parade for for this.
Speaker 5 (43:55):
And then then they just canceled the whole world. The
whole world shuts out.
Speaker 4 (43:58):
I remember the big thing that fell was they canceled
the Final Four or the March Madness, and that was
a huge thing, like what the hell.
Speaker 3 (44:05):
I remember us going to our boss's office and he
like showed it up on a screen and you know
where it was in the world, and he's like, I
really think it's gonna stop soon, like it won't be that.
Speaker 4 (44:15):
Big of deal. Yeah, yeah, And he was pointed to
like the number, like this number is gonna go down.
Like I don't know, man, this thing's like just spreading
so fast.
Speaker 5 (44:23):
I don't think anything. I don't think in our time
we'll ever see anything like it again.
Speaker 4 (44:28):
I don't think I think we will.
Speaker 5 (44:30):
I don't think people. I don't think people will listen.
I really don't want to.
Speaker 4 (44:33):
And in the beginning, like I listened, I was all like, yeah,
let's shut the world down. But it turned out to
be like not really worth it, especially for most of
the people. There are a group of people, yes, fine,
but most of the world no.
Speaker 3 (44:43):
I need everybody to take a step back and realize
that we would wear masks to a table. Once we
got to said table, we would take them off and
eat and drink in the same air that we walked
in with them, like.
Speaker 4 (44:58):
Some fancy tables.
Speaker 13 (45:00):
Was there?
Speaker 1 (45:01):
What were we?
Speaker 5 (45:01):
Were we in pods? Were we barricaded?
Speaker 3 (45:03):
Now?
Speaker 5 (45:05):
But anyway, all this to say, the breed.
Speaker 3 (45:07):
Is happening this Sunday in Southie and they're they're trying
to change some things. They really are hoping that it's
you know, not Marty growth.
Speaker 4 (45:15):
It will be.
Speaker 3 (45:15):
But instead of starting at one o'clock, we're gonna started
at eleven thirty. And if you are somebody that's going
to wait until last minutes to buy your booze, better
get to the liquor store early.
Speaker 7 (45:23):
Boston is a welcoming city, but the fact is we
do not welcome unruly and unlawful behavior because that's been
a particular driver of some of the violence that we
had last year. All package stores in South Bostin will
again be closed four pm. Taverns and restaurants will not
admit anyone after six thirty pm. Alcohol service will end
(45:45):
at seven pm and all patrons are to be off
the premises by seven thirty.
Speaker 5 (45:49):
They're like get out, leave leave.
Speaker 4 (45:52):
Like go out, get him or do some cool, a
little bit of craziness, but go home and pass on.
There's lots of ask from people though, like come on, because.
Speaker 5 (46:00):
You know what, once they start drinking, they're not themselves anymore.
Speaker 4 (46:03):
The streets are running green with beer. Yeah, it's one
day to have fun.
Speaker 3 (46:09):
It is a day to get sloppy, that is for sure.
More than a million people at the parade last year.
Speaker 5 (46:14):
Ten arrests. That's not bad numbers.
Speaker 4 (46:16):
At all, Like really, I mean if you think about it, Yeah,
there's like fifty at the Patriots game, like every week
minimum minimum.
Speaker 5 (46:25):
So we're days away. If you are going to the
Saint Patrick' Day parade in South you have the best
of times. I've done my time there. I have done
my time.
Speaker 3 (46:33):
I'm going to be celebrating Saint Patrick's Day Saturday in Marshfield.
They called the Irish Riviera. I had no idea and
I will report back because I got a babysitter Nana
for Saturday. My dad is in town. And we plan
on getting after it. I'll keep you posting, all right.
A lot of people are upset about this logo controversy.
I don't know if you saw it, but Sga Shay
(46:55):
gillis Alexander who plays for the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Speaker 5 (46:59):
His literal logo that he has with Converse is on
the Prudential Center. It's on the garden.
Speaker 3 (47:07):
People were seeing it last night and this morning after
the Celts lost to Okay See, and people found the
type of way about it.
Speaker 5 (47:15):
It's strange. If I'm Jason Tatum, if I'm Jaylen Brown
and the boys, I'm like, wait a second, why is
this girl man's logo on our building? It's weird. Plus, yeah,
they beat us last night, but it's not even a
playoff win.
Speaker 3 (47:26):
I might hold out on that, although Converse's base is
here and so that makes a little bit more sense.
But you gotta look stupid if in fact, you don't
even make it to the playoffs, or you do and
you lose.
Speaker 4 (47:38):
That's weird about it. There you go. I think they
accomplished what they wanted is that everybody's talking about it.
Speaker 5 (47:44):
Moving on. No, but it's true.
Speaker 3 (47:47):
It's everywhere and people you should see. You should see
the conversation online. They definitely won with it because Celtics
fans are pissed.
Speaker 5 (47:54):
All right.
Speaker 3 (47:55):
I said that foreign believes that you and I are
two of the messiest individuals on the planet. True, but
we're not alone in our messiness. Jimmy Kimmel was interviewing Sizza.
This question is low key, like diabolical. How did he
really expect her to answer this now? She, of course,
is on tour right now with Kendrick Lamar. He asks
(48:15):
about the tour and then goes into the fact that
they're going to.
Speaker 4 (48:19):
Be in Toronto starting in Minneapolis.
Speaker 8 (48:22):
It's an international tour because you're going to Toronto for
two nights, Yes.
Speaker 13 (48:27):
We are.
Speaker 4 (48:28):
Are you worried about that at all?
Speaker 5 (48:29):
Are you worried?
Speaker 4 (48:30):
I'm not worried about it.
Speaker 5 (48:32):
I wouldn't be either.
Speaker 9 (48:33):
Yeah, it's going to be so fun.
Speaker 4 (48:35):
Yeah, but what if you know who shows up to
the show in Toronto, who knows who?
Speaker 1 (48:44):
You know, who knows what?
Speaker 4 (48:46):
The wizard will just wave his wand and you know
that's what.
Speaker 5 (48:49):
The man behind the curtain is curtain?
Speaker 3 (48:51):
She I thought she answered it perfectly, But I mean,
I love him for asking the question, but it is
a little like, Okay, Jimmy.
Speaker 4 (49:00):
Is he pulling up? Though you ever got a show
to do? He's not going to Toronto to watch Chemical
Ma No.
Speaker 5 (49:06):
I mean you never know, you never know, no what
Drake probably won't even be in Toronto at the time.
I feel like that's how petty he is.
Speaker 8 (49:14):
I feel there's gonna be some kind of marketing that's
happening around those two days. Something to show Drake out
there knocked to something to do with him is going
to be plastered all over the short.
Speaker 3 (49:24):
So he dropped something the day they're in Toronto, just
a distract maybe, I mean, you're not going to distract it.
Speaker 8 (49:29):
The show's already happening. But yeah, I mean, I don't
think that was a messy question. It's true, you know, yeah,
are you are you safe? Do you feel safe to
go to Toronto?
Speaker 5 (49:37):
But there's you know, there's there's the sciss A Drake connection.
They kiss at one point.
Speaker 4 (49:42):
One that's worried though if she.
Speaker 3 (49:43):
Is, she's yeah, she's yeah, She's like, it's not my problem,
not my beef. All right, this three thing needs, you know,
for Thursday, March thirteenth. Here we go around one of
our Disney giveaway. We are going to do it together
at nine thirty, but let's kick it off right here.
Six one seven, nine, three one one four five collar
twenty five. It is happening, the chance at the trip
(50:05):
of a lifetime Disney giveaway.
Speaker 5 (50:07):
Now, good luck.
Speaker 6 (50:13):
Oh man.
Speaker 5 (50:16):
You know it went from feeling so good to hear
this music to now I feel so sad.
Speaker 3 (50:20):
Yeah, because we're gone, are breaking. Yeah, that's the Disney effect.
Now we just have to plan our next trip. It's
not about us though, It's about Benita in Rhode Island. Benita,
good morning, good morning, babe.
Speaker 5 (50:36):
We're back.
Speaker 3 (50:37):
It was the best of the best. I can't even
I can't even tell you, but I do feel.
Speaker 5 (50:42):
Better knowing this.
Speaker 3 (50:44):
We got this talk back earlier this morning because you know,
you always wonder are we are we doing Disney justice?
Are we doing the best we can for Disney? And
after hearing this talkback, I feel like we are.
Speaker 13 (50:55):
Well.
Speaker 9 (50:55):
You guys have convinced me.
Speaker 13 (50:59):
I am now calculating it out with my daughter, who
is now eight years old. If we save twenty dollars
every single week for eight years, we can afford to
go to Disney is now I'm creating a separate savings
just to do that.
Speaker 1 (51:19):
I love that.
Speaker 5 (51:19):
Thank you guys. Smart. That's like after pay for Disney.
Speaker 13 (51:23):
I like it.
Speaker 5 (51:23):
That's good, Benita. Do you feel do you feel confident?
Speaker 10 (51:28):
Yeah? I've been listening all week and I've known a
lot of the answers. So if i don't get it
right today, I'm gonna be so.
Speaker 5 (51:34):
Bu We'll give it a try, all right, babe, good luck.
You have five seconds to answer the question.
Speaker 3 (51:38):
Our job, like I said, has been to sell Disney
and just what an amazing, magical experience it can be
just being there, eating there, all of the things. And
then I throw it to Santi and he tries to
sell Disney by telling everybody he ate what at Animal Kingdom?
Speaker 5 (52:01):
That was a hard no. That was a crazy hard question.
Like listen to this man.
Speaker 4 (52:07):
I want to a place some Monday night called Tiffins
Animal and the food was amazing. I had fish and
some rice, but like all the flavor that was international
fish everywhere rice.
Speaker 3 (52:16):
I had no idea that the only place one could
acquire fish and rice was that Animal Kingdom at Tiffins.
Good to know, but but need a congratulations, babe, obviously
it pays to listen.
Speaker 5 (52:26):
Yay, hang on the line there, DJ Forren is gonna
get all your info. That was wild.
Speaker 4 (52:30):
That's such a problem with.
Speaker 5 (52:32):
It's crazy.
Speaker 3 (52:35):
The mickey, pretzel with cheese, the dough whip like that.
She's the things that you can only get at Disney.
How much I know, but.
Speaker 4 (52:48):
Though you have to think of that.
Speaker 5 (52:51):
Is not going every time we would go to the
bathroom at Disney. I look at him be like that
was bad, Like really.
Speaker 4 (52:56):
I know the bill makes you feel like it'st but
it's we all know what he was trying to do.
Speaker 5 (53:01):
He was trying to shove it down our throats and
he was dieting at Disney. I don't care.
Speaker 4 (53:06):
I what I cared good for you was good and I.
Speaker 11 (53:09):
Told you.
Speaker 5 (53:11):
Right imagine like he could have had a mickey.
Speaker 4 (53:13):
It wasn't my cheap day. Okay, there we have it.
Speaker 5 (53:17):
We will do it again.
Speaker 3 (53:19):
The Shots at a Trip of a Lifetime are Disney
Magical Giveaway nine thirty will be your next shot, babes,
and I'm telling you you're gonna want.
Speaker 5 (53:28):
To win this. Good Morning's actually in the jam Morning Show.
Speaker 11 (53:33):
Dashi and The.
Speaker 1 (53:34):
Jam In Morning Show with d j fourn It said
morning Bustin's.
Speaker 6 (53:38):
Number one for hip hop jam in ninety four or five.
Speaker 3 (53:43):
Hi, everybody, good morning, big day in my world. March
thirteenth is the anniversary.
Speaker 5 (53:51):
Of my wedding.
Speaker 3 (53:52):
Wow, so many iconic moments at the wedding. Number one,
My wedding was the first like post COVID party, Like
the vaccine had just come out, so none of felt
safe coming.
Speaker 4 (54:04):
But it was still COVID. No, it was COVID. Yeah,
you have to do it a whole post COVID like, I.
Speaker 5 (54:16):
Mean whatever, I didn't trust me, I didn't. I wasn't
worried about any rules.
Speaker 3 (54:21):
But yeah, we did have to go to New Hampshire
to have it because they had less strict rules and
the best decision I ever ever made. I had it
at the Greenery in New Hampshire, just this beautiful, beautiful venue.
Speaker 5 (54:33):
But there's so many Like we.
Speaker 3 (54:34):
Could talk for a while about the wedding because there's
so many moments that stick out, you know, I know
you guys like to talk about, like just the decoors.
And one of my best besties, Megan from House of Catherine,
who was like she I had hired her to do
all of the wedding daycorps and.
Speaker 5 (54:51):
The moments, and.
Speaker 3 (54:53):
We have then since become friends and she's done all
my parties pretty much since then. But you know, I
remember sitting with her on my couch in Dorchester and
I was like, it would be so dope to have
a Jamison and coke wall with these glass bottles that
already have the Jamison infused in them. And she starts
drawing on her iPad and then fast forward and I
can just see foreign carrying around two of the glass bottles.
Speaker 4 (55:17):
Though, Like why the glass, Why the coke glass bottles?
Classic bottle?
Speaker 3 (55:21):
I picked that because I thought it would give more
of a vintage feel than just having like a just
regular coat cans or anything. I thought the glass because
it was like an installation. You could grab the glass
bottles off of it, and like I just it gave
it a vintage you feel.
Speaker 4 (55:36):
You thought of everything, and I know people say that
about other events, like you literally did.
Speaker 5 (55:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (55:42):
With her help, it was anything I could think of.
She was like, just say it and we'll figure it out.
We'll figure it out. We had an ice cream bar.
We caught it like the jam and ice cream parlor.
It was dope, Like every everything.
Speaker 8 (55:57):
I still got the little small thing that you had
on the table with the little leafs in them, the
little blast with oh the florals.
Speaker 3 (56:04):
Yeah, I had, Like, uh, the pizza box are talking
about was dope because I had custom pizza boxes that
said Joyce Pizza Rhea and then on the inside it
said you could have my heart or we could share it.
Speaker 5 (56:15):
Like the last slice, which is obviously a Drake.
Speaker 4 (56:17):
Rush, A bunch of Drake quotes throughout.
Speaker 3 (56:19):
The wedding, some posty ones we had post on the
floor it said now they only say congratulations on the floor.
We had all I mean, it was crazy then. I
mean the moment was when Foreren was like, if you
don't mind, I'm going to take over. When Foreren took
over as being it's zero shade towards my og original DJ.
(56:40):
But when when when it went from like a wedding
vibe to like we are in the club now and
it was amazing. Is fine, but nobody's for no, no, no, no,
that I hyping me up as hypot Yeah, no, I
don't even want to see someone that The moment that
(57:00):
went literally viral the Nunna hip check the Nuna hipcheck
lives on. It was just on ridiculousness a few months ago.
Just you know, even the text message exchanged. Like I
remember texting the fireman right before we walked down the
aisle and I was like, I'm nervous. Are you like
I felt nervous and he put lol no, absolutely no,
I can't wait. I saved that text message I always
(57:21):
posted because it was it was a cool moment. You
would think it would have been the reverse.
Speaker 4 (57:25):
It's been four years right.
Speaker 5 (57:26):
Yeah to day. It was March thirteenth, twenty twenty one.
Speaker 4 (57:29):
That one by so fast, like it feels like really queer.
Speaker 5 (57:31):
Yeah, and then we went on the honeymoon and got
pregnant like a week later.
Speaker 4 (57:34):
It was crazy.
Speaker 5 (57:34):
It was very fast.
Speaker 3 (57:35):
We didn't play any games with that. So, you know,
shout out to my husband today. It's our wedding anniversary.
So that's nice.
Speaker 5 (57:42):
And I already can tell by the face where this
is headed. So why don't you go ahead and get
it out?
Speaker 4 (57:45):
So what did the pizza box say on them?
Speaker 10 (57:47):
Again?
Speaker 5 (57:49):
What Joyce Pizzeria?
Speaker 4 (57:51):
And what is that? What's what's that last name?
Speaker 5 (57:53):
That's his last name?
Speaker 4 (57:54):
Okay, what's your last name?
Speaker 13 (57:56):
For?
Speaker 2 (57:56):
Shake?
Speaker 4 (57:57):
Is that sad days? Bro Feldman? Right, how many you
as I go? Four? Go ahead, ask the question. And
then I didn't you say that when you got back
from your maternity leave, the one that just passed, that
you were gonna have a different last Bro. She also
said she wasn't gonna drink anymore. Drinking was fine, but
like this one she was certain on no, guys, watch
I'm just fine.
Speaker 5 (58:15):
Wrong with you too, Like I'm trying to talk about
the happy moment, Bro, you can't.
Speaker 8 (58:20):
He can't even write a card for you and say
joyce at the end. Yeah, it's gonna say, Folman, you
are refusing my wife before years Ashley Folman, I love
you and we the problem.
Speaker 4 (58:31):
Change your name? That was wrong with you? Get a
weird man?
Speaker 5 (58:34):
I got two kids now, I did say that about
my maturny. No, but here's the thing.
Speaker 4 (58:38):
Yeah, by the end of the year.
Speaker 5 (58:41):
By the end of the year, I will change my
last name. Love you, Fireman.
Speaker 1 (58:47):
Say Morning show with d J four and it's sat Morning.
Speaker 6 (58:52):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four
or five.
Speaker 5 (59:11):
I my job, AJ. She lost her mind right there where.
We're back all right?
Speaker 3 (59:20):
In your defense, we don't usually do it at this time,
but yesterday when we were doing an interview for and
had to do the question for us, and the person
got it wrong. So here we are with a back
to back giveaway. I just want to kind of menu
for everybody what this is going to look like. Tomorrow
is the last day, so Nicole Andover is gonna play
(59:40):
with us right now.
Speaker 5 (59:41):
For a chance to go to Disney.
Speaker 3 (59:42):
We will do our last and final giveaway at eight
twenty tomorrow.
Speaker 4 (59:50):
Oh I thought.
Speaker 5 (59:52):
I was like, when did I change my ring tones
a little more?
Speaker 4 (59:56):
I love her?
Speaker 3 (59:57):
So anyway, Tomorrow our last giveaway, the last one we
