Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well, well, well everybody, we're back in Medford. We were
in Salem on Friday. I still feel like I'm riding
the high of us being at Rocketellers and Salem. That
was the craziest of crazy.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
What's insane about it is that for me, that was
like Halloween. Now we're back here and like I mentally
feel like Halloween is over. I can totally see that.
Speaker 1 (00:21):
I get it, I think, because well, you also have
like older kids.
Speaker 3 (00:25):
Will they trick or treat?
Speaker 4 (00:26):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (00:26):
The yes and no? Okay, so they definitely were right.
Speaker 1 (00:31):
Yeah, I'm still in the thick of it with the
tricker treating, and we had so many events of the weekend.
But you're right, I feel like this past weekend was
like the big hallowek at Hallowekend and other than Friday
for actual Halloween and tricker treating, which, by the way,
we're all.
Speaker 3 (00:45):
Just gonna get soaked.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
I know.
Speaker 1 (00:47):
So it seems I agree with you. I think this
past weekend was the big one.
Speaker 2 (00:51):
But even so, like our event, there was a big
like build up to the entire thing.
Speaker 3 (00:55):
I was explaining it to my best friend Jody, who
lives in California.
Speaker 1 (00:58):
She was asking me all about it, and I said
to her, it was such an amazing thing for people
that came because number when I know it was a
big ass you gotta get off work, you got to
be there early in the morning. But all of like
the major players, like the major street performers, people who
you would have maybe walked up and down Essex to
actually see, like Lucifer, the fourteen pound Cat, Frankenstein, Jack Skelly,
(01:23):
all of these people ended up coming in while the
show was happening, so there were photo ops taking place everywhere.
I didn't even know this, but Rockefellers was like, we'll
open the bar for the people that are here for
the show that come to show, and then we're shutting
the bar down until we actually open because they don't
open at that time.
Speaker 2 (01:41):
The characters who came by, they're really interesting. I guess
I'm not used to like seeing people like that in character,
not in character, but they almost like are famous and
they they are right, oh yeah, and for that moment
they're taking full advantage of their fame. I don't want
to say it in like a bad way, but like
they are riding their wave of fame.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
When the fourteen pound black Cat came in and that
the guy he's been on the news like every every
other day, and he.
Speaker 2 (02:08):
Walked in with like the aura of knowing that he's
been on the news and he's recognized, so he is
that makes sense, he's sound fame, no, I know, but
like he's holding a cat, like it's not really about him,
it's about the cat. So it was really like odd
to see it like that because I think we've experienced
it with celebrities in the past and like you could
kind of like understand that part of it, but the
guy holding a cat thinking he's famous was really like
(02:30):
odd for me.
Speaker 1 (02:31):
It was just I know, it was just so exciting
and there was so much excitement, and I actually feel
like on our Instagram jam in ninety four to five,
you did kind of get a feel of the excitement.
There's a couple of videos of us going through like
the costumes and everybody's mingling.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
I did.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
I did feel like we blinked and all of a
sudden it was slammed in there and there were people everywhere.
But I mean, we had some amazing costumes for the
costume contest as well.
Speaker 2 (02:55):
The costumes are really good, really good. The DUDEO one
that was a Kim Kardashian thong. Yeah, was very clever.
He was very very good. At first, I didn't understand.
Speaker 1 (03:03):
What he was. Well, he walked in with a robe
on and me and you were kind of like, what, like,
what's happening here?
Speaker 2 (03:10):
But I loved it.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
I just I had the best time and I was
so happy to be able to meet all of you guys. Obviously,
your costume is in my friends groups, still being talked about.
I just I really hope we've learned a lesson here
that will try on our costumes before. And then the
man shows up to be Chucky with me in a
costume that's six times too small in the crotch area
and doesn't even bring the knife.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
I lost a knife halfway through.
Speaker 1 (03:36):
Yeah, you know it's funny. Another Chucky gave us that night.
She was like, you can have it. And people have
been setting me photos from like the day of them,
you know, with me in them, and I'm licking the knife. Why,
I don't know was hammered Because I got hammered after
the show.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
I don't know where that knife is. That woman could
have had that knife.
Speaker 1 (03:55):
Upper bowl, okay, And I'm just licking that knife in
every photo, trying to stay in character.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
It was a lot. It was. It was fun. It
was like a fun day.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
I had a feeling that once the show got over
and I kind of like had a second to look
outside and look on Essex Street, that.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
It would be packed.
Speaker 1 (04:13):
But I didn't realize that, like the second hit ten
thirty eleven o'clock, you could barely walk.
Speaker 2 (04:19):
Yeah, that's how nuts it got. But the atmosphere seemed
pretty good. Though. I feel like that weekend is the
weekend to go because if you go next weekend, it's crazy.
Even on Friday, it is pure insanity. It is I
can't tell you. Like when we were in high school,
I used to go down there all the time. That's
where I saw a pregnant girl get into a fistfight,
like it's on Halloween. No, on Halloween night, a fistfight.
(04:41):
That's how crazy it is. And anybody's hammered, everybody's fighting,
and it's nuts. But like I mean, I was.
Speaker 1 (04:45):
I kept describing the atmosphere as electric, but that's just exactly.
Speaker 2 (04:49):
What it is.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
That definitely his and I'm with you that it did
feel like that was our Halloween. But I'm also just
like I have been holding onto my real Halloween costume
photos for weeks. Oh my god, I forgot about that
for weeks, and so many people hit me up over
the weekend being like is this it? And I'm like,
what me and Santi is a couple's costume? No, this
(05:11):
is not my family photo. Like that's on the way
and it'll either, I'm thinking me either drop it Tuesday
or Wednesday this week. I am itching like I might
this could this could be the year for me.
Speaker 2 (05:23):
Yeah, I think I've outdone myself. Where I like about
this series is that there's a set involved as well.
There's a set that makes sense.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
We've been waiting for the moment where like Daisy last
year was just an apple, like she was just a blob,
like a baby blob.
Speaker 3 (05:37):
She couldn't really, I've stepped up.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
I've stepped up so we have we have.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
A lot of Halloween content to come.
Speaker 2 (05:43):
I get it. This was the weekend.
Speaker 1 (05:45):
We have a lot of Halloween content to come. But
if in fact you did hang with us Friday, I
love you. I think I'm still recovering and well stuffing.
Speaker 5 (05:55):
Show and you need to know we got you three
things you need to know in Boston's number one for
hip hop and the best throwbacks, she haven't any more.
Speaker 1 (06:03):
Five all right, Monday, October twenty seven, and we got
to show some love to our patriots thirty two thirteen
beating the Browns.
Speaker 3 (06:13):
Duh, the blind could beat.
Speaker 1 (06:14):
The Browns, and we knew that was gonna happen. But listen,
they were looking good out there. The big news Drake
May showing off again and Stefan Diggs grabbing his first
ted as a Patriot.
Speaker 3 (06:26):
You know what it is.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
He leads the team in catches, so in my brain
he has already scored a touchdown, but he hasn't thoughts
the first one again. I know, I know, finally crossed
the line. You could tell he was so excited. His
teammates were excited for him. He actually is set to
do a press conference today. We don't have any audio
from him. He's gonna do it today, so I'll be
anxious to see what he has to say. You know
how he is with the UH, with the media.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
But no post some CARDI right, so you have to
assume that they're completely done.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
We all know how nosey I am. The second he
scored that touchdown. I went to her Instagram on her
story right now, it's videos of her playing with her
little daughters and their baby dolls.
Speaker 3 (07:04):
They're off.
Speaker 1 (07:05):
They might not be done for forever, but in this
moment they're off because she doesn't post that touchdown. Uh uh,
not good, Absolutely not good. Here's Drake May after the game.
Speaker 6 (07:17):
The fans have been awesome all season. It's really cool
to really see the difference from from last year to
this year. Man, it's been a it's been a journey
and you know they've been through it and they've been
you know, the fans have been through it the last
couple of years, so it's just new credits.
Speaker 2 (07:30):
They have been through it.
Speaker 3 (07:33):
Yes, yes, we have.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
It feels good to see them performing like this once
again because this is what we're used to. This is
like going back to like the Tom Brady years. Winning
was great and now we're back here.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
It's just they they're having fun and you can tell
they like genuinely enjoy each other's company. They're having fun.
They're sitting at six and two. They play again Sunday
at one against the Falcons. You know who's not having fun?
Let me tell you this. Celtics not having fun. The
main highlight other than the Celtics being zero to three,
is that Jalen Brown's like.
Speaker 2 (08:03):
Did you see that I did? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (08:05):
Yeah, Jalen Brown uses a little spray to like help
out his hairline and he did a little dive into
a white jersey. And see it's I do that too.
When my grays start to pop back in, I give
him a little spray up top. There's nothing wrong with that.
Speaker 2 (08:18):
But you're not playing in a basketball game. I also
have to assume that if you start sweating, the beads
are sweating and to be running down your face.
Speaker 1 (08:24):
No, well, maybe listen, Jbie's got the money and the
off season, maybe he heads to Turkey.
Speaker 2 (08:29):
Yeah, like he should have already gone.
Speaker 3 (08:32):
All right.
Speaker 1 (08:33):
Jamie Foxx went viral for going off at his daughter's
Halloween party. It's called the skulk Fest. I guess she's
been doing it since she was thirteen years old. It
started out as like a celebration for her birthday. Then
it turns into this massive Halloween themed festival. She organizes
the entire thing. Think like large scale festival but for
a certain amount of people. They have different artists there,
(08:54):
They got rides, games, other festival like Elements, but it's
a big Halloween thing. Uh. Glilla was there performing from
what I gather for free, like there to kind of
help out and be a part of the party, and
somebody threw a glass bottle at her on the stage,
and rightfully so, may I add Jamie Fox went.
Speaker 2 (09:14):
Off, why would you do some like that? Damn?
Speaker 3 (09:21):
Why would you trust something at the stage?
Speaker 7 (09:23):
Man?
Speaker 8 (09:24):
Who know this is for free?
Speaker 3 (09:33):
I'm so disappointing.
Speaker 1 (09:35):
I want.
Speaker 3 (09:39):
That cool, bro, this is not cool.
Speaker 1 (09:41):
And what I'm assuming is that a lot of the
festival goers were probably friends of analyis his seventeen year
old daughter, so I'm thinking it was a lot of
high school age kids. And you can hear it in
his voice where he's like, y'all don't deserve something like this,
very dad tone.
Speaker 3 (09:56):
But also he's right, we talk about this all the time.
Who are these people throwing things at the stage?
Speaker 1 (10:03):
They have to be young, because it just it makes
zero sense to me as an adult, why anybody would
ever do that.
Speaker 2 (10:09):
That being said, when I was that age, I used
to do stupid things like this. I used to throw
ice onto like basketball courts and stuff that because I
thought it was fun, you should be slapped. Yeah, it's crazy. Now,
as an adult, I understand that's really stupid.
Speaker 1 (10:18):
Right, and especially somebody like Lorilla who's probably just doing
a favor to Jamie Foxx and is getting a bottle
thrown at her.
Speaker 3 (10:25):
I'm free leaven paid.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
This party did look kind of crazy happy.
Speaker 1 (10:30):
It definitely did. All right, I got some news for you.
I'm giving you an event to go to next year.
I gotta say, of all the tours we've been announcing,
this one, yeah, sounds very exciting.
Speaker 3 (10:41):
New edition.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
Boys to Men and Tony Braxton all getting together, They're
gonna hit the road in Jam of twenty twenty six is.
Speaker 2 (10:51):
The vision, all three of us on the same stage
every night, not taking turns, actually performing together, fans on
around us on a christe.
Speaker 3 (11:03):
No barriers, no separation, an original music experience with all
the sadustry.
Speaker 2 (11:08):
It feels like Ruyalty. This is too big for one city.
Let's take this to the fans.
Speaker 3 (11:14):
You know what it does kind of sound like Royalty. Also,
Mike Bibb is my guy.
Speaker 1 (11:18):
I know I'm gonna text him right now and be like,
we're going I want to get back to imagine we
need to meet Boys to Men and a new edition
Tony Braxton linup.
Speaker 2 (11:26):
I feel like please text him because I want to
go to this show. Sounds amazing.
Speaker 3 (11:30):
We're going We're actually gonna have to use our plug
at this point.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
Like you always say, like it's giving me all the feels,
giving this man the feels.
Speaker 1 (11:38):
Pre sale starts tomorrow actually, and the general on sale
will begin on Halloween.
Speaker 3 (11:44):
I mean me, I'm just gonna put mourning. Yeah, how
you doing, Mike BIV? What's up with the Celtics.
Speaker 1 (11:49):
That's three things he needs to know from Monday, October
twenty seven. Don't forget about the talkbacks. We didn't get
to utilize them on Friday just because it was absolute
Mayhem and Salem. But if you can't call us, you
can aways down the free iHeartRadio app. Put Jammin on,
hit that little red microphone and say what.
Speaker 2 (12:03):
Out come on show.
Speaker 9 (12:07):
Good morning.
Speaker 5 (12:08):
Bostin's number one for hip hop jam In ninety four
or five.
Speaker 2 (12:13):
High everybody, good morning.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
If you weren't able to catch up from Friday's show
at Rockefellers, let me fill you in. Santi and I
learned that AJ was keeping a secret. She's been chip
chatting with a.
Speaker 3 (12:29):
Man that lives in South Carolina.
Speaker 1 (12:32):
Come to find out, it's not a hello, good you know,
good night, every day thing, but you have been chip
chatting yep.
Speaker 2 (12:40):
Getting calf fished. But that's a whole other thing.
Speaker 1 (12:42):
Yeah, I mean they haven't, that's the first question I asked.
And you can go find it their receipts. I said,
have you facetimed? And she said no. So it's like
she doesn't she doesn't care if Neve is somewhere lurking.
Speaker 2 (12:53):
Yeah, she doesn't care.
Speaker 1 (12:55):
I seen pictures or Yeah, seriously, it could be Santy.
Speaker 2 (13:02):
For real, and you're believing it while falling like just
in love with this guy.
Speaker 10 (13:05):
Because it just it feels real, like he's a.
Speaker 3 (13:08):
Real feels real. So anyways, that's that was her latest update.
Speaker 1 (13:13):
And then she was just telling us this morning that
she went to Encore over the weekend. Was this a
planned thing or is this Yeah, that was a plan thing.
All right, So you're at Encore. You, by the way,
are still drunk and or hungover.
Speaker 10 (13:26):
I don't know what I am right now. I feel terrible.
I don't want to be here right now.
Speaker 2 (13:30):
What were you drinking?
Speaker 10 (13:33):
Margarita some high noons.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
Anything insight, look at you anything. I thought, it's so
nice that it's not me. And I was drunk all weekend.
Last night was the first time where I was like,
I have to shut this down because I am unwell.
So you're at Encore and you start talking to a
twenty three year old.
Speaker 10 (13:53):
Yeah, So he came up to me and my friend
and immediately I look at him, I'm like, how old
are you? And he's like twenty three, Like oh my god,
Like this is laughable.
Speaker 3 (14:02):
I'm about to be thirty. He barely got led into
that casino fourteen years younger than I am.
Speaker 2 (14:06):
But yeah, it was wild. What does the twenty three
year old do for work?
Speaker 10 (14:11):
I couldn't tell you. This was at like three am
at this point, so I don't never got there huge recollection.
Speaker 3 (14:16):
But he's Italian.
Speaker 8 (14:18):
That is.
Speaker 10 (14:18):
We were having like a very PG convo and I
found out that he is Italian.
Speaker 1 (14:23):
I don't think we can put this on all Italians
by any means, because she said that's so I want
to make sure that's not the narrative here. But as
you guys were mid convo, just out of nowhere, he
hit you with a question that is so vulgar. I
can't say it on air. We were trying to think
of other ways in which I could say it. But
(14:44):
just imagine you're, you know, just chit chatting with someone
and then all of a sudden they're like, and ask
you a question that involves sex.
Speaker 3 (14:51):
That's just yeah, like actually gross. It was so appalling.
Speaker 10 (14:55):
Even his friend that was talking to my friend was
like wtat, like.
Speaker 3 (14:58):
What did you just say?
Speaker 2 (15:01):
Like you was answer it?
Speaker 10 (15:02):
No, I was like absolutely disgusted by it. And then
he was like trying to convince me to like let
him come upstairs to my room and I was like, no,
absolutely not.
Speaker 1 (15:11):
I know you guys are like Ashley, you better give
me something more because I would I would feel the
same way I when A. He basically was like, when
AJ gets to the her peak of like the big oh,
I'm trying.
Speaker 3 (15:25):
I know, the could be kids in the car.
Speaker 1 (15:26):
So when AJ grabs her big O, when that happens,
does a certain thing.
Speaker 3 (15:32):
Happen along with it?
Speaker 1 (15:34):
That is not dry Okay, it's the best.
Speaker 10 (15:38):
What who just goes around act like hey, yeah, I'm Italian,
by the way.
Speaker 2 (15:42):
Do you I got to imagine it's because of his age.
I don't feel like ask stuff like that in the
first conversation.
Speaker 1 (15:49):
I'm going age and I'm going three am drunk and
thinking hopefully she's into this and I can maybe take.
Speaker 2 (15:57):
Her home stuff like that. Like I'm like, it had
to have worked for him at some point in the
past for him to have that much confidence behind the question.
Speaker 10 (16:06):
But also he's twenty three, so it's like, how like
has he done that often?
Speaker 1 (16:11):
It just has to be like a young child's mentality
of this might work, she might be turned on, and
little does he know it's the it's the absolute opposite.
It's so turned off you probably wanted to sprint away.
Speaker 10 (16:24):
Yeah, it was like I look at it that now
it's like laughable, Like what I.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
Think I would rather hear like who did you vote for?
You know what I mean, like something that people aren't
supposed to ask other than that.
Speaker 2 (16:37):
Or something like conversation you vote for?
Speaker 3 (16:42):
Do you believe in Jesus? And how much money did
you make? Other than when you reach you know I
because I can't.
Speaker 10 (16:47):
Yeah, And then he's trying to like come upstairs with me.
Speaker 2 (16:49):
I'm like, no, absolutely not stayed there too. Yes, yeah,
we all wow, Like look at you, I know, and
still no no boyfriend or a guy that.
Speaker 3 (16:59):
Can't don't know what's actually really crazy. This is also
another crazy thing.
Speaker 10 (17:03):
When we were at dinner, somebody who worked at the
restaurant came up to me and was like, AJ, it's
really nice to meet you. We used to talk on Tinder,
and so my friend was like, oh, my god, get
her number now.
Speaker 2 (17:13):
And he's married.
Speaker 3 (17:14):
So apparently I missed out.
Speaker 2 (17:16):
Was he good looking? He was very attractive, see, and
that's your issue. Your mind is super.
Speaker 3 (17:20):
Closely or look like Brad.
Speaker 10 (17:23):
Pine, I don't remember him. I asked him, I go
what happened? He was like, we just fizzled out.
Speaker 1 (17:28):
He was a nice guy who had a good job,
a car, and didn't live at.
Speaker 2 (17:31):
Home or have a wife at the time. She was like, Oh,
that is coral.
Speaker 1 (17:37):
Like it's just like I really hope that's not a
sign of the times like that, that that's what happens
out there, that people are just asking these crazy questions.
Speaker 2 (17:45):
It's also probably a dude who just never like got
not even the confidence, but got the education on how
to talk to females. Because that's a crazy question, not
even like a warm up to.
Speaker 3 (17:56):
That's the thing.
Speaker 10 (17:57):
Like that kind of stuff happens on dating apps, like
the guys will ask wild questions, but never in person
like that, Like that's that's so much more weird.
Speaker 1 (18:05):
Let's see if we can get somebody to tell us
whether it was on the apps or in person. You
were just kind of getting to know somebody and they
asked you this and you couldn't handle it because I
want to see.
Speaker 3 (18:16):
If it was crazier than what I mean. I know
you can probably at.
Speaker 1 (18:18):
Least his points in eyes what she was asked six
one seven nine three one one nine four five six
one seven nine three one one nine four five when
you first started talking to somebody, something crazy.
Speaker 2 (18:31):
That you were asked?
Speaker 1 (18:32):
Hi, everybody, Good morning to Ashley the gim of morning.
So AJ was out over the weekend and a twenty
three year old was trying to Honestly, he was just
shooting his shot, probably thinking if I say something wildly sexual,
maybe sheet she and I know she has a room,
maybe she'll ask me to go up to said room.
In fact, complete opposite, that door was dead bolted on
that man.
Speaker 2 (18:52):
Like the guy was fishing. He was just looking for
a nibble.
Speaker 3 (18:54):
Savannah is in Fall River.
Speaker 1 (18:56):
I was saying, could we think of anything crazy that
anybody has ever said to you? And you've seen this
live action as well. What's going on out here?
Speaker 2 (19:05):
These people?
Speaker 11 (19:07):
This was This was back in the day when I
was younger. I am old now, but I went out
to a bar with my friend and there was a
guy there. We were talking, having a great conversation, and
my friend went to the bathroom. He went to the bar,
and when my friend came back from the bathroom, she
was like, I need you to go to the bathroom
with me. So whatever, I'll go to the bathroom with her.
(19:30):
And he approached her to have her ask me if
I wanted to go back to his place so he
could do things to me.
Speaker 1 (19:36):
Yeah, aj is mouthing to me specifically what he said.
I think we could just leave it at that. Man,
he was starving. He made it very clear, very clear.
Speaker 3 (19:45):
Wow, I love that. By the way, he told the
friend to tell you, yeah.
Speaker 11 (19:51):
Like, this was back in the day when I was younger.
So I'm not gonna lie. I probably if you would
have asked me, I probably would have said yes. But
the fact that he asked my friend was all crazy.
I was like absolutely not.
Speaker 1 (20:03):
By the way, no man is ever going to just
do that and be like all right, see you later.
Speaker 3 (20:10):
It's a precursor. We all know what would have happened,
absolutely all right.
Speaker 11 (20:15):
Probably would have got lucky, You would have got lucky,
came out.
Speaker 1 (20:19):
But wow, all right, Savannah not anymore though she's old.
Speaker 2 (20:23):
Thank you for the calling. Aj not so much. I
do feel like there's a way to ask that specific
thing in a nice way where it could be like
possibly accepted.
Speaker 3 (20:31):
Right further down the line night one.
Speaker 2 (20:36):
It is tough on night one, but that question is
more acceptable, I think in the way you present it
versus like the what the guy asked agent? Yeah, like
I actually that happened.
Speaker 1 (20:45):
I got asked that one time on date on like
date one, not even date one out once and what happened?
That didn't It didn't happen, Okay, it like I.
Speaker 3 (20:58):
I was drunk.
Speaker 1 (20:59):
I don't know if I knowss. I thought it was
offensive but didn't happen. I'll say that it did not
have in that moment. Maybe guys were just out here
offering that up these days.
Speaker 2 (21:07):
That's nice especial morning show.
Speaker 5 (21:11):
And you need to know we got you three things
you need to know on Bustin's Number one for hip
hop and the best Throwbacks you Haven't any More.
Speaker 1 (21:19):
Vives Monday, October twenty seven. Then, obviously, the Patriots got
the job done against the Browns. My dad, the biggest
Browns fan on the planet, text me yesterday morning asking
me if I wanted to, you know, do a little
friendly wager. I said that would be like taking milk
money from a child. I'm it's sad, I'm not doing
(21:41):
that with you. Thirty two to thirteen, Pat's got the
job done. Drake May showing off again and Stefan Diggs
were having his first TD as a Patriot. I think
I was a little shocked at that one, only because
he leads the team in catches. But yes, the man
finally crossed the line. CARTI did not celebrate him, so
we now know those two are definitely not going strong.
(22:02):
He is expected to talk to the media today, but
after the game, here was what Drake had to say.
Speaker 6 (22:07):
The fans have been awesome all season. It's been really
cool to really see the different from from last year
to this year. Man, it's been a it's been a
journey and you know they've been through it. And they've
been you know, the fans have been through the last
couple of years, so it's just new credit to them.
Speaker 3 (22:22):
He knows, he knows what we've been going throughout here.
Speaker 7 (22:24):
Easy.
Speaker 2 (22:25):
At this point, can we start talking about the Super
Bowl because this's a good chance that they could wind
up there. How crazy is that? That would be amazing,
That would be so great that.
Speaker 1 (22:34):
They're even in that conversation. By the way, this puts
them at six and two. They're back in action Sunday
at one o'clock against the Falcons.
Speaker 2 (22:41):
Another win. Fine, right, all right? Mac Jones bye, Mac.
Oh my god, he plays for the Niners and he's
doing pretty well out there.
Speaker 1 (22:52):
Okay, good, See some things are meant for other people. Yeah,
all right, let's talk about this tour. The text has
been sent. Thank god, we have a plug. This one
might date us a bit, but I'm excited.
Speaker 3 (23:03):
New edition.
Speaker 1 (23:04):
Boys to Men, Tony Braxton going on tour next year.
Speaker 2 (23:08):
What a lineup?
Speaker 3 (23:09):
What a lineup? It'll start in jan of twenty twenty six.
Speaker 9 (23:14):
Is the vision all.
Speaker 2 (23:15):
Three of us on the same stage every night, not
taking turns, actually performing together, fans all around us on
a christ no barriers, no separation an original music experience.
With all this industry, it feels like cruelty. This is
too big for one city. Let's take this to the fans.
Speaker 1 (23:37):
Tickets for the New Edition Way Tour go on pre
sale tomorrow, but the general on sale starts on Halloween.
Speaker 2 (23:43):
That's this Friday. So you already asked for tickets, right Michael.
Speaker 3 (23:46):
We know Mike Bibb.
Speaker 1 (23:47):
He's a friend of the show. He's been on the
show many a time. I mean, we just need a few.
Speaker 2 (23:51):
We need a few. We also need some passives too.
We can't just be in the seats. We need to
be back boys.
Speaker 3 (23:56):
With everybody rown from Philly.
Speaker 1 (24:00):
Okay, all right, do you want to talk about MGK
and Megan Fox getting back together or do you want
to hear what Drake was doing for his birthday? For
his birthday, Drake was celebrating his b day over the
weekend the Big.
Speaker 3 (24:12):
Three to nine. Drake and I were on track. You know, my.
Speaker 1 (24:15):
Birthday is in a couple of weeks, thirty nine. November
eleventh is my birthday. I'll be thirty nine as well.
Drake beat me to it. He attended the World Series
on Friday night in Toronto, to celebrate the series is
tied up one one. Game three is actually tonight. You know,
let me start down for a fun fact for you.
Game three tonight at Dodger Stadium. Tonight is a sports equinox.
(24:40):
Sports equinox is when there is at least one game
from the NFL, the NBA, the NHL, and the MLB
on the same day. So the NBA and the NHL
will have multiple games tonight. Obviously, Game three of the
World Series is tonight and then Monday Night Football Commander
Chiefs tonight.
Speaker 2 (24:57):
Yeah, I think I'd watch the World Series game out
of the four watch Monday Night Football out of the
four teams. Aren't that great?
Speaker 3 (25:06):
Cam, I get to see Taylor Swift?
Speaker 2 (25:07):
True? True makes it exciting.
Speaker 3 (25:09):
I do remember you saying that the World Series would.
Speaker 2 (25:12):
Be just like I said, the Dodgers will win in
five games, so they will Blue thought. You said that
the Blue Jays wouldn't even know they would see one.
But yeah, the Dodgers taking the rest.
Speaker 1 (25:24):
Maybe it was because Drake was there, but either way,
Drake was there. That's how we celebrated. But the bigger
news with him is that he just earned his six
diamond certification. Bringing his total to sixteen diamond records, fifteen songs,
one album.
Speaker 3 (25:36):
He is now the.
Speaker 1 (25:36):
Artist with the most diamond records in history. So say
what you will about him and Kendrick Lamar, but the
man keeps winning.
Speaker 2 (25:43):
Well, I wasn't gonna say that. I was I was
going to say that he did get LPE on his
belt and.
Speaker 3 (25:47):
Has nothing to do with that, absolutely zero.
Speaker 2 (25:49):
Plastic some like ads on himself. Are you getting mad?
Speaker 1 (25:54):
And it's three things you need to know from Monday,
October twenty seventh.
Speaker 2 (25:59):
That's defensive, all right.
Speaker 1 (26:00):
Playboy Cardy is gonna be a TV Garden November fourth.
That is uh okay. So the first is Saturday. Sunday
is a second. It's a Tuesday night next Tuesday. Correct, Yeah,
so not this Tuesday, Next Tuesday. Playboy Cardi is gonna
be at the garden and you're gonna be there six
one seven nine three one one nine four five Color

Speaker 2 (26:20):

Speaker 3 (26:35):
We're checking in on you.
Speaker 2 (26:36):
What's up? What's going on? Call us, tell us a story,
ask us something.
Speaker 1 (26:41):
Whatever you want. Six one seven nine three one one
nine four five. That is six one seven nine three
one one nine four five.
Speaker 3 (26:49):
Chrissy is in Roxbury getting it done.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
We had a big, big, big game over the weekend
for the Dorchester Eagles.
Speaker 8 (26:57):
Yes, good morning.
Speaker 3 (26:58):
How you doing Ashley, morning babe. We won, god willing, Yes.
Speaker 8 (27:03):
Our thirteen U team we won against the wound Sucket Warriors.
Speaker 11 (27:09):
Great game, we.
Speaker 8 (27:10):
Won an overtime, we won twenty one to twenty exciting,
exciting stuff.
Speaker 11 (27:18):
Yes, it's first round of the playoffs. We're going to
move into the next game.
Speaker 3 (27:22):
All right, where's the next game? And who we playing?
Speaker 8 (27:26):
So the next game is next Sunday, November two.
Speaker 11 (27:29):
We are playing feel On and it's going to be
in fall River. Not sure the time yet, but everyone
tune in.
Speaker 2 (27:37):
Well, we're invested now.
Speaker 1 (27:38):
So we are now fans of the Dorchester Eagles thirteen
U team as well. So you better be calling me
next week too to keep me posting.
Speaker 11 (27:46):
I sure will. We're real going to get to Florida
for the regional.
Speaker 1 (27:49):
Who that'd be exciting a lot warmer too, So go
Eagles and keep us posted.
Speaker 11 (27:55):
All right, have a glass day you as well.
Speaker 1 (27:58):
What a time it's going to be when you well,
I mean you've hit playoffs for some of the sports
respectively in your house.
Speaker 2 (28:04):
Right, yeah. Field hockey they won last week, so the
next playoff game is actually tomorrow, so they're doing well.
Speaker 1 (28:09):
Okay, just like a field hockey. You've been a cheer dad,
You've been a field hockey dad. All dad is which
dad do you like?
Speaker 2 (28:16):
I like the basketball dad, because the basketball dad's gonna
be coaching the middle school team so they can be
doing a lot of running. Girls. Get ready welcome for that.
Speaker 1 (28:23):
Tiffany is in Methuin, tiff Nothing excites me more than
this because it's like a live version of Craigslist. Do
you remember when Craigslist had that thing? I forget what
they called it, oh, missed connections.
Speaker 2 (28:35):
Do you remember that? Am I old?
Speaker 8 (28:37):
No, No, I never heard of it? How told you
twenty eight?
Speaker 3 (28:42):
All right, bitch, you're flexing now. I'm a little just
a little bit older than you.
Speaker 1 (28:45):
But yeah, so you used to be a thing on
Craigslist called miss connections and it would be just like this,
So you need help finding a person.
Speaker 3 (28:52):
Who you met at Urban Air over the weekend.
Speaker 7 (28:55):
I just I could have seen him. So I went
yesterday with my son around two thirty. I got there
a little while later. I was at like there was
this like obstacle course ballpit area, and I had seen him,
and I was like, wow, he's fairly attractive. I'm not
going to talk to you number one, if I have
(29:15):
my kid with you. I'm just I'm not that type.
And he had kids too, so I was like, I
don't know if like baby mom's around sitting at a
table eating like. I just didn't talk to him, and
I truly regreted.
Speaker 2 (29:30):
Well, I know you would have noticed, but.
Speaker 7 (29:32):
No ring, right, there was no ring. I looked and
there was no ring. No not on the left hand
at all, no ring. He was by himself.
Speaker 9 (29:43):
He was wearing.
Speaker 7 (29:45):
Pa a tan T shirt, some tamo pants, a hat.
He had a little boy, I want to say, around
the age of two, and then maybe like an eight
seven eight nine year old girl with him, and then
when he left he got into a mc akadia. I
thought that you could look up license plates. You can't
(30:07):
look up license plates, because that's what I was going.
Speaker 3 (30:09):
To do well, you're doing it all. So did you
follow him out? When you saw him leaves?
Speaker 2 (30:15):
You could see his snow up.
Speaker 7 (30:16):
I got, I left and I car waiting for the car. No,
I was sitting in the car waiting for the car
to warm up because we were there about three hours.
And then he comes out and he was right in
front of my car, and I was just like, damn,
you are with a female. You're just with your kids.
Speaker 3 (30:34):
So we got him.
Speaker 2 (30:35):
How old do you think he was?
Speaker 7 (30:37):
He was a lot, not a lot older than me,
but I want to say in his thirties. Is really
really tall?
Speaker 2 (30:43):
All right?
Speaker 1 (30:44):
So the location was Urban Air in Nashville and New Hampshire.
You had to be there yesterday around two thirty in
a tan shirt, camo pants with two kids, maybe seven
and two. And what kind of car did he get
in to drive off?
Speaker 7 (31:00):
Dmc akadia And he left around five five fifteen five
five fifteen, because that's when I left.
Speaker 3 (31:09):
Are tiff well, listen?
Speaker 2 (31:10):
This is I.
Speaker 1 (31:11):
This is the live version of Craigslist Misconnections. I pray
that I can do this for you. The best thing
I can do is have you hold on the line.
I'm going to take your number, and if in fact,
we get somebody to call us back with some infoal
I will let you know, but we'll do it one
more time, drives a gmc acadia tan T shirt, cameo pants,
looks to be in the middle thirties and had.
Speaker 11 (31:33):
Two kids in Massachusetts.
Speaker 7 (31:35):
Licenseate too, so he might he definitely lives, probably Massachusetts area,
like loll for maybe. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (31:42):
Is he white or black? Hispanic?
Speaker 7 (31:44):
He's I want to say he's possibly a Puerto Rican
if he was in it, and it would be really
light skinned, but there.
Speaker 3 (31:52):
Is Okay, Well, Tim, listen, we'll see what we can do.
You hang on the line there, we'll get your your number.
Speaker 1 (32:00):
If anybody calls us and says I was wearing Camo
pants at Urban area yesterday, well we'll pass them along
to you.
Speaker 2 (32:08):
Babe.
Speaker 3 (32:08):
I'm hoping. I'm hoping for the best.
Speaker 7 (32:11):
I hope so too.
Speaker 2 (32:12):
Thank you, guys, you're welcome.
Speaker 3 (32:13):
Thanks for the call. Do you remember Craigslist misconne?
Speaker 2 (32:16):
I do remember that she's too young to remember. Of
them were really sad, depressing, like you need a life.
But this girl, I feel like we can find this person.
Speaker 3 (32:25):
I know very specific.
Speaker 1 (32:26):
I mean once we got to the point where she
stalked him out to his car to know that type
of info.
Speaker 2 (32:31):
This is big, by the way, yesterday wasn't cold enough
where you needed to heat up your car. She was
sitting in her car waiting for him.
Speaker 3 (32:36):
But of course she saw him start to put a
jacket on the two year old and was.
Speaker 2 (32:40):
Like, oh my god, I gotta get out, putting.
Speaker 1 (32:42):
Out six one seven nine three one one four five
six one seven nine three one one four five. We're
talking about whatever you want, whatever is going on in
your world, even missed connections.
Speaker 3 (32:54):
It's the check him only Jam ninety four to five.
Speaker 1 (32:56):
Hi, everybody, good morning. It's Ashley and the Jam in
Morning Show.
Speaker 3 (33:00):
We're checking in on you.
Speaker 1 (33:01):
Anything you want, whatever's going on in your world. Dave
is in Walfam. Dave's got he's got to air out
some grievances he's having at work.
Speaker 3 (33:09):
What's going on, Dave?
Speaker 9 (33:12):
So, I work at a children's hospital in Waltham and
it's disgusting the amount of stuff that goes on in
these closed rooms. So when when your kids are having appointments,
you never know what was just going on right before
that person comes into the room. Make sure they clean
their hands.
Speaker 3 (33:32):
That is extremely aggressive.
Speaker 1 (33:35):
I only can hope that there's more than one children's
hospital in Walfam.
Speaker 3 (33:40):
Do you so are you an employee there? Probably not
after this?
Speaker 4 (33:44):
Yeah no, I still am.
Speaker 1 (33:46):
Okay, yeah you do. Did you try to partake in
some of these and you got tucked down?
Speaker 9 (33:51):
Like?
Speaker 3 (33:51):
Why why are we so mad?
Speaker 4 (33:53):
No? No, no, no, I just it's it's crazy and
somebody should be made aware of it.
Speaker 1 (33:58):
So basically, what you're trying to tell us is all
the employees at this specific place are hooking up.
Speaker 4 (34:04):
I wouldn't say all of them, but probably thirty five.
Speaker 2 (34:10):
I've actually heard this before too, like in the hospitals,
Like there's there's a lot of like employees hospital I
don't worked out? Yeah, oh a stressful job.
Speaker 3 (34:17):
Okay, if they're single, I mean, well they're not.
Speaker 4 (34:22):
That's the thing, they're really not.
Speaker 3 (34:24):
All right, Well, first of who are you talking to?
Speaker 1 (34:28):
What do you? I know?
Speaker 2 (34:29):
Doctors? They tell me this. Yeah it's like you know, okay,
but true.
Speaker 3 (34:34):
Okay, you know what you two are the knowers of
all that's right now?
Speaker 1 (34:37):
Okay, I guess my thing is the hooking up in
the rooms. I mean that's a little maybe outside of
the hospital, but in the rooms is extremely specific.
Speaker 4 (34:48):
In the rooms. Yes, definitely.
Speaker 3 (34:50):
And how do you know, Dave, Like, how do you
know for certain?
Speaker 4 (34:54):
As the fourth hospital I've worked at and they're all
the same, exactly the same. I just got transferred from
Children's Boston, the Children's.
Speaker 1 (35:04):
Yeah, David, have you called the show before because something
is ringing a belt?
Speaker 4 (35:09):
No?
Speaker 1 (35:09):
Never, never, okay, because we had to remember, we had
a disgruntled employee call us and he was he had
just gotten talked to by his boss.
Speaker 2 (35:16):
That's right.
Speaker 3 (35:17):
Yeah, and he made it seem like that he wasn't
part of like the hospital.
Speaker 2 (35:20):
Click.
Speaker 1 (35:20):
And I'm wondering if this is kind of Now, did
you get asked to leave Boston's Children's Hospital?
Speaker 4 (35:26):
No, I'm here right now.
Speaker 3 (35:28):
Okay, So then, but you're getting transferred to.
Speaker 4 (35:30):
Waltham and you're saying, no, I've been transferred sometimes I
still work in Boston.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (35:37):
Wow, all right. So the people in hospitals like to
hook up, is what we're learning here.
Speaker 4 (35:41):
Got definitely definitely if your husband or wife works there,
very suspect, very suspect.
Speaker 2 (35:48):
Very suspect. Dave, Thank you so much. I'm uncomfortable. I
don't know. This is weird. David Instrikment as a doctor though,
so I don't know.
Speaker 3 (35:54):
Yeah, right, what are you getting nursing assistant?
Speaker 2 (35:57):
I wouldn't even I don't know, No, probably not. No
kitchen maintenance.
Speaker 1 (36:07):
Wow, I again just praying that there's eighty five of
those hospitals in Waltham and I'm unaware. Six one seven
nine three one one nine four five six one seven
nine three one one nine four five.
Speaker 3 (36:18):
How the hell are we? What are we doing? We're
talking about anything you want. It's the check in.
Speaker 7 (36:22):
Good morning.
Speaker 1 (36:22):
Hi, everybody, good morning, It's Ashley and the gym in
morning show. Uh listen, if you want to call in
right now for the check in, you're more than welcome
to do so. Six one seven nine three one one
nine four five. That is six one seven, nine three
one one nine four five. I want to take another
minute in this hour to thank everybody for coming on Friday.
I still like it took me a little while to
(36:44):
come down from the high that was Friday. I had
no idea what to expect at the live show at Rockefellers.
I mean, the show started starts at six am, so
I thought to myself. If anybody really shows up in
the six o'clock hour, they mostly got up in.
Speaker 3 (37:00):
The three or four o'clock time span.
Speaker 1 (37:03):
And I think by six thirty is we had at
least ten people there, and then that number just began
to grow and grow and grow, and by eight eight
thirty that place was slammed.
Speaker 2 (37:13):
The most awkward thing on Friday, which was fun too,
was doing the show and having people look at you,
because we're not used to that. We used to doing
it in a studio, like imagine like they're staring back
at you.
Speaker 1 (37:22):
One thing we lucked out was that the bar opened
at eight, and once the bar opened up, it was
like people kind of would look at us and then
kind of look back to the bar and go back
and forth. There were a couple of times where I
would literally say this s not aunty, we have to
sit down, yeah, because we were standing at points and
I just it does It does feel weird having people
watch you while you work.
Speaker 2 (37:42):
Correct me if I'm wrong. Jake was from Rhode Island.
He was the first one there, like at six o'l
one that was open and he came.
Speaker 1 (37:47):
He was there right away and like just the sweetest
nicest soul. I'm so happy to have been able to
meet him in person because we talk online all the time.
Speaker 3 (37:56):
But we did the big costume contest. If we could
have entered, we may have won.
Speaker 1 (38:00):
If you haven't seen our costume jamm of ninety four
or five, it was myself, Santi and his m egg
plant front row center for everybody. You know, Well, you
know what, guys, Let no, let me just say this.
I begged the man to try on the costume. He
didn't do it, and so it was not my fault.
I wasn't going to let his moose knuckles stop us
(38:21):
from posting that picture.
Speaker 3 (38:22):
We were Chucky and the bride of Chucky.
Speaker 2 (38:25):
Can I just make one thing clear about it, that
it's going sideways. I just want to like point that
out because some people online are being very meat.
Speaker 1 (38:31):
If you've woken up this morning and you're like, you know,
it wasn't a great weekend, you're sad, you feel down.
If you need a little laugh, a little chuckle, you
go to the Jamm of ninety four or five Instagram,
go to Santi and I's post and read the comment section.
There's a good fifty comments in there, all of which
will bring you to tears.
Speaker 2 (38:46):
You also have to realize when we took a picture
like outside, it was dark out, it was cold, all
these things were coming out to play.
Speaker 1 (38:53):
Yeah, sure, whatever you want to say about it, but yeah,
costume was seventeen times too small.
Speaker 3 (38:58):
We couldn't win, though.
Speaker 1 (38:59):
We did have a massive prize one thousand dollars to
our first place winner, which turned out to be the
viral Skims thong.
Speaker 3 (39:07):
He came as the thong.
Speaker 2 (39:10):
At first, I didn't know what he was doing. Then
when he took it off and made total sense, Yeah,
it said Skims.
Speaker 1 (39:14):
He said he really was hoping that Kim Kardashian will
get a look at it. It was so funny. We
had Colonel Sanders and her chicken.
Speaker 2 (39:22):
The chicken was good, really good, And then.
Speaker 1 (39:24):
We had March Simpson and I think it more so
went to how much work Marge put into making her wig.
Speaker 3 (39:30):
It was like sixty loofahs or something crazy like that.
Speaker 1 (39:33):
Yeah, if you missed any of them GM A ninety
four to five, you can see our top three winners.
You can also see everybody's costumes. Because it was hard.
We had some really good ones.
Speaker 2 (39:42):
But people came though. They came prepared as well. I
personally had a few that I really loved, but they
didn't make it in the top well.
Speaker 1 (39:48):
And that was that was another tough thing because we
got to choose the top five and unfortunately Santi was
just going to pick the top five hottest girls sat
Rock and Fellas had.
Speaker 3 (39:59):
As a son. That's not really what this is about,
you know.
Speaker 1 (40:03):
