Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wake up, Wake Yo, Tess, wake yo, as wake up.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Well, well, well.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Hi everybody, good morning. It's Tuesday, but it's actually an
iconic day for this show. Tuesday, March twenty fifth Foreign.
Do you know what that's yes?

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Woh, guys, I was talking to somebody about this.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Has it been can anyone? I'm not good with this.
Six that's what I thought.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
It's twenty nineteen. That's a long time.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Only reason, yes, the only reason I know this is
because turn around.

Speaker 3 (00:38):
Look at the calendar. Pop wrote on our calendar.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
Happy six year, because today, to remind us, today is
our six year anniversary. In the in the world of radio,
in the world of morning shows. Yes, I mean listen,
there are some iconic shows that have been around for
double digit years.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
But six years is a is a long time.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
It doesn't very And I think the most important part
about it is they let us stick it out through
COVID because I know no one's told me this, but
they don't need to. We were a new show and
then COVID hit. They got rid of a ton of people.
I know our show had to have been on the
shopping block, there's no question because we were so new.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
I think so too, and I think there was a
conversation because people let this conversation out that weren't supposed
to that they were thinking about maybe switching their radio
station to something else at one point, yeah, which would
have been crazy.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
It doesn't feel like six years, No, it doesn't. Honestly
feels like three, which is a good thing.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
Just got rid of the word new last year, like
two years.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Which is good because I think we've been a part
of some morning shows where like three months or six
months has felt like years. It just dragged on. I
was a part of a morning show that was like
we lasted from April to like November, and it was
just pure hell hell for that.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
I was part of when we lasted from January to
feb it was like a month. Really No, I don't
I don't know how long I was on with Frankie for.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
But it wasn't long.

Speaker 5 (02:02):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
I think I could set you because you guys came
on in July, yeah, and then February.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
I think, yeah, it wasn't long. God, how long were
you Ramiro and I doing that show?

Speaker 2 (02:14):
We did it like about three years, okay, which is
you know, I thought that one was gonna last really
good yeah, and then whatever happened happened the next you know,
but six years is something positive. It's really good.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
Hundred and like I said, I you know, during twenty twenty,
when it was that really weird, everybody was home.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
People weren't listening the same way.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
The people that were listening were people that had to
go to work, like emergency personnel.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
It was just a total different vibe.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
And you know, I wasn't sure what was going to
happen because they came to us and said, hey, we
need you guys to go an additional hour from six
to eleven. And I remember being like, guys, we can't
say no, yeah, we have to do this. We have
to do it for free, because I just don't know
what the future is going to be.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
I don't know what's going to look like. I mean,
our company is still recovering.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
That was also the year where they made us take
unpaid vacations. We had two extra weeks.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
Yeah home god, yeah, because they were trying to get
back to zero.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Yeah, and I don't know, Well it's public, so yeah,
so they're still not back.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
But no, I haven't seen it. Rais in years.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Yeah, stock continue, the stock price is not doing well.
You can buy hot.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
This is how we don't continue to celebrate a seventh year.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
People involved. Right, If we can get that people, we
can buy the majority of stock, and then we can
own they played themselves millions of dollars. Yeah, I.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
Wonder if we could get anybody you know, or a
couple of people during the show today to call in.
We have had people call in and admit I've had
people call in and be like Ashley, when they first
announced the show, you, I was so mad, like I
hated you. I didn't want to listen to you. And
then I listened for a while and now I love
the show. Or somebody that's just like I've been listening
for the last six years, Like I listened when it started.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
I'm still here.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
I think in the beginning people were upset because the
Breakfast Club was on and then totally but let's just
be real. The Breakfast Club the ratings were horrible, horrible.
They were so like business wise, it didn't make sense
and they weren't local.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
Yeah and yeah, and when I took over, and by
the way, Charlottagne was like so excited for me, one
of the most excited people for me. It was never
h We're going to try to be the breakfast club.
We're nothing like their show is their show and our
show is our show.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
But that was that was a.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
Weird time for me there for a minute, because people
were mad. I mean people were mad when I came
on with you and Romeiro because they still wanted Pebbles,
like it's just the radio weird and and again people
just get used to that's just the way it is
for them. And nobody likes a schedule to be broken.
I mean I certainly don't want to have one, like
a routine. Pebbles wasn't on the show, No, he was gone,

(05:03):
and then I auditioned, yeah, list.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
So all the time thinking that all of y'all were together.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
It was literally just me, Santi and Rameiro.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
I did not know yah yeah yeah yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
And then Pebbles was great with you, you know, she
was like negative and all that stuff were coeparate.

Speaker 3 (05:22):
Like amazing. Yeah, like there's no people.

Speaker 4 (05:25):
Were up at first, but I think they came around
quick change change. People have except change, yeah, you know
what I.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
Mean, Like my routine is my routine and if something changes.
I remember when we switched over to this building, I
was like wait, what what do you mean. I just
don't I don't like when things aren't the way.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
This building I was like about time.

Speaker 3 (05:46):
No, it was, it was. It was falling apart.

Speaker 1 (05:48):
But I've actually only had real radio beef with one person.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
But by the way, I forgot to play this cliff
for you.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
Guys.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
We got mentioned on I can't remember. I'm gonna get
the clip and I'll play for you. But we we
got mentioned. Basically, the guy insinuated that our whole station
is AI.

Speaker 2 (06:10):
Really yeah guy, yes, yes, as a crackhead, Justin like
that's crazy.

Speaker 1 (06:16):
Justin from down the hall said it to me because
you know, he likes to get me going always. It's
the sports Hub, Sports Hub, Toucher and Hardy.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
The Big Show. Yeah, I used to work over there,
just talking about radio. He made it quick.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
He made a little thing like, well, you know, jamming
and kiss went away like it's all AI anyway, No
one listens to kiss since Maddie.

Speaker 3 (06:45):
I think he's friends with Maddie.

Speaker 4 (06:47):
Yes he is, okay, so yeah, while we always get
called in the cross.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
But the thing is, shouldn't say anything about us because
if anybody could like back up, like anything between fighting
or or talk is it's us right? Hello?

Speaker 6 (07:02):
Right?

Speaker 2 (07:02):
You want us to be on your side? Yeah, I
met other people in this business. They're not tough, they're.

Speaker 1 (07:07):
Not Yeah, bitch buss, Oh my god, will you know what?

Speaker 2 (07:15):
Guys?

Speaker 1 (07:16):
Happy sixth anniversary to us.

Speaker 7 (07:21):
Actually and the jam In Morning show with DJ Feign,
it's santy when you need to know.

Speaker 8 (07:26):
No, we got you three things you need to know
on Boston's number one for hip hop and the best throwbags.
You haven't any more.

Speaker 9 (07:33):
Five, turn yourself in. Turn yourself in immediately, and let
the process begin. We already have two people and two
families that are destroyed right now. We don't need anybody
else's family to get hurt.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
Tuesday, March twenty fifth, and we finally have identification on
the shooter in Brockton, twenty two year old da Vinci Leonard.

Speaker 3 (07:57):
Authorities do believe that he has cut his hair.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
It's the story that we're hearing so far is that
he had some sort of altercation with the fifteen year old,
shot him twice, killed him, and then shot the eighteen
year old female.

Speaker 3 (08:11):
Once got away, got.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
Some new clothes, supposedly cut his hair and is now
on the run. Obviously, you could hear authorities there basically
saying like, we know who you are. You're not going
to get far, turn yourself in, and let's get this
process going. There's rumors circulating in the city as to
what could have transpired. Why did he have this altercation

(08:35):
with the fifteen year old I did see a tweet
from the mother of the eighteen year old female, and
she said, my daughter trusted you. She told me she
was safe and felt safe with you. You made her happy,
and you killed my baby da Vinci. I can promise
you this will you will not get you will never

(08:56):
get away with this. You have two choices to turn
yourself in or take the coward way out and shoot
yourself in the heart like you did my baby girl.
Now again, I don't know who this woman is. I
don't know if this is one hundred percent you know
her mother. But when I read that, I'm wondering if
we have a situation where maybe he thought that the

(09:16):
fifteen year old kid was talking to his girl.

Speaker 3 (09:19):
Who knows. But now this turns into kind of even
scarier of a situations. We have two young kids that
aren't with us anymore, and a twenty two year old
on the run that we know has a weapon. And
I was watching the news this morning and they're basically,
if you do see him, don't go up to him,

(09:40):
you know, because obviously you.

Speaker 2 (09:41):
Have to assume that if he's on the run, then
he has fled the States.

Speaker 3 (09:45):
You would think, well, at least, yeah, you would think.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
At some point he's gonna get caught and at some
point he's gonna die in prison.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
They always get.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
Caught, yeah, always always get caught.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (09:54):
I gotta care about people's lives more, man, Yeah, no
matter what the issue is, like, why would you even
do you know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
Did you even think? Why did Yeah? It's it's it's
it's awful.

Speaker 2 (10:03):
Yes, stop.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
I'll keep you posted on that one. This is obviously ongoing.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
Jason Tatum bad news last night. Sorry, Celts fans. This
one is tough. Quite the scare when he took an ugly,
ugly looking ankle injury. I think it was like one
thirteen the thinking that DM winning one thirteen ninety five
over the Kings, but this foul turned out to be
a flagrant. I have not seen Jason Tatum respond like

(10:31):
that to an injury. I mean, this man was hurting
like like grabbing the angle bad.

Speaker 3 (10:38):
Had to get out of there.

Speaker 1 (10:40):
Uh. The most recent update we have is this one
from Joe Miszula.

Speaker 2 (10:44):
Since we're doing okay, he's just icing it right now.

Speaker 10 (10:46):
I didn't see the play, but they made the right
calls of flavorant file and fortunate that he was able
to shoot the free throw and you know, just taking
care of it right now.

Speaker 3 (10:55):
They followed it up. Of course, the injviewers were like, well, wait, like,
what did he say? How does he seem? Joe goes.

Speaker 1 (11:02):
I literally just asked him, how are you doing? He said, okay,
I know he'll do anything and everything to make sure
he gets better. You know, Joe's not playing these games. Yeah,
Joe's not going to be like you know what. He
looked at me.

Speaker 3 (11:13):
He had tears in his eyes.

Speaker 1 (11:15):
He then went back to his phone and looked like
he was texting his girl, like Joe's not giving us
the details we wanted him, Like, he's okay, I think
interestingly enough. Thank god they have off today. They have
some rest day. They're back in action tomorrow against the Suns,
but they always put out an injury report in the afternoon,
so we'll know what's going.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
Rice it It's that simple. Just rice it rest ice
compressed and elevate.

Speaker 3 (11:35):
There you go, bring back.

Speaker 2 (11:38):
He put it in ice like a phone.

Speaker 1 (11:40):
No, that reminds That reminds me of when we were younger. Yeah,
Like I think I learned rice and I think I
went rice.

Speaker 2 (11:48):
In high school, which it does work. The tough thing
is you get to the end and you have to elevate.
It's like nobody wants to.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
Elevation and the ice are like the utmost important and
that's the one you don't want to do. Because he
watched the TV that way And just all right, big
news for Lizzo.

Speaker 3 (12:04):
I feel like I'm talking a lot about Lizzo lately.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
Lizzo is doing a good jobs.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
Are less bigger news because she's lost weight.

Speaker 1 (12:13):
Wow, right right, I saw what you did. I think
it's a combo, but it's big news.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
It is.

Speaker 1 (12:21):
She is getting ready to portray Rosetta Tharp, the godmother
of rock and roll. She's going to star in the
film for for Ama.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
And she can sing, so that might actually.

Speaker 1 (12:34):
According to the Deadline, the film will follow the gospel singer
and she makes waves with her guitar and hides details
of her personal life.

Speaker 3 (12:39):
I didn't know this, but she's.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
Credited for influencing a ton of rock and roll musicians,
including the King himself Elvis.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
Elvis. By the way, did they say that. I think
they said Elvis stole from her.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
Yes, definitely, yep.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton,
my guy, Tina Turner. She was an insanely popular musician
during the nineteen thirties and the forties. I don't know
what she was hiding, but I can't wait to watch
the film and find out. Lizzo is currently developing this
project alongside Forrest Whittaker, and when the news kind of
got out, she tweeted and said, I am so excited.

Speaker 3 (13:13):
I'm so honored it's finally out. Y'all. Now I knew
I had seen Lizo in something, do you remember?

Speaker 2 (13:23):
Yeah? Yes, it was I'm so really musical thing right.

Speaker 1 (13:28):
No, they really gassed it and acted like it was
going to be like they made it seem like the
star of this film was going to win awards for it,
and I'm like, are we really doing this?

Speaker 2 (13:37):
No? Then I can't think of it. J Low.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
Hustlers.

Speaker 2 (13:42):
That's right.

Speaker 3 (13:43):
Remember they acted like that was going to be like
the Ginging.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
Film for for Jail, like a scene.

Speaker 3 (13:47):
Yeah fine, Yeah, Lozzo wasn't a quick Yeah.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
I mean this role was so perfect for her. If
it's again, she's perfectly done the right way. This, this
could be great.

Speaker 3 (13:56):
This I'm good and it's Amazon backed.

Speaker 2 (13:58):
So yeah, hopefully she puts in the work man, that's all.
I hope she has a talent though.

Speaker 3 (14:04):
I think she will. I think she will.

Speaker 1 (14:05):
She's in our comeback era right now, because remember she
was abusing her dancers.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
Let's keep the bananas off the set.

Speaker 3 (14:12):
Seriously.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
That has three things you need to know for Tuesday,
March twenty fifth. The pot is the easiest way to
catch up on this show. You're gonna down the free
iHeartRadio app if you don't already have it, You're gonna
search a shluble and add us to your presecond only.

Speaker 2 (14:26):
And the jam In Morning Show with DJ fourn It's
sausg Morning.

Speaker 8 (14:29):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jamming ninety four or five.

Speaker 1 (14:35):
Hi everybody, good morning. It is our six year anniversary.
It's so crazy because how this show all came together.
Looking back on it now, is. The story is so funny.
I I got asked to go to lunch with Dylan,

(15:00):
our boss's boss at the time, and.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
He said, I'll take you anywhere, anywhere you want to go.
Where do you want to go? Like, let's go for steak.
You know.

Speaker 1 (15:10):
I knew there was big news on the horizon, so
I picked obviously the highest caliber meal I could think of,
Chick fil A at the Burlington Mall. I can remember
what we ate because I thought he was a loser
because he got the nuggets that weren't fried, the grilled nuggets.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
Sat myself from here. Yes, that's funny.

Speaker 3 (15:31):
I mean I don't think it was too That.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
Was the closest one though, No, but I understand.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
So we get there and he basically is like, listen,
it's your time. Like you know, you've you've been through
it in in the radio industry on jammin, Like we
have finally got to the point where it's your time
for a morning show. And I knew the weight that
held because I knew there was no other female lead
in this city. No, there's not even a lot in

(15:56):
our company. So I knew it was a big deal.
And he was like, what does that look like for you.
And I said, there's only one thing that I have
to have. That's the only way I'll feel comfortable doing it,
and that is if we get Saucy back. And I
don't want to make this a weird thing because I
know you're gonna after this, He's gonna get up, he's
gonna be like, can I hug you? But I just

(16:16):
said to him, like, there's number one. There's a level
of comfortability there. And I think anybody who is a
host of a morning show, you you need that, like
you need to feel like you have your person in
the room with you. And I told him, I was like,
I can't see myself doing it any other way. And
He's like, okay, but maybe he doesn't want to come,
Like maybe he's liking where he's at because you were
doing country at the time.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
Yeah, And I didn't like what I was doing.

Speaker 1 (16:39):
I was about I know, but I didn't know that, okay,
I wasn't okay, So I you know, Dylan was basically
telling me, what else will you do if he says no?
And I'm like, I don't, I can't.

Speaker 3 (16:51):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
I have to have this, Like I'm going to try
to convince him I'll never forget. When I called by,
don't tell me not to tell Sauntie right away. I
was like, first call when I left, but he he
answers the phone. I tell him everything. He's silent, and
he's like, oh, quit, I'll quit right now. Yeah, you
literally were ready to quit that. By the way, the

(17:14):
show wasn't even set. I hadn't even asked foreign, like,
like nothing, and you were.

Speaker 3 (17:19):
Going to quit bad day.

Speaker 2 (17:20):
Yeah. I wasn't happy where I was at. I felt underused.
I feel like my talents were being like appreciated. I
would have conversation with people like over there about ideas
that I had. I was getting ready to quit. I
got asked not to quit two different times by my
box because things were so bad over there, and I
was ready to do my own thing. When you called
and I was like, wow, it was the excitement of
getting back into a situation where I felt like I

(17:42):
could be myself.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
Yes, and then it took weeks almost maybe months.

Speaker 2 (17:49):
It took months.

Speaker 3 (17:50):
It did take months, okay.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
So every day he would call me and be like,
what's the status, what's going on the spot?

Speaker 2 (17:56):
Yes, mons, yeah, and you was just holding on.

Speaker 1 (17:59):
He was just when I tell you, he was itching
to quit, like he couldn't wait to get there.

Speaker 3 (18:04):
So then finally you and Dylan figured it out.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
And and also to add some contexts into this whole thing,
Dylan had fired me, like.

Speaker 4 (18:12):
Yeah, three years before that. I was gonna say, can
we keep it real? Because he was probably like he
might not want to come back because me and him
not wo.

Speaker 2 (18:18):
So we actually had to have a conversation because Dylan
needed to like understand that I was coming in back
into a the whole thing as a different person because
when I got fired from me, I was not nice.
I was I have my perspective on things were completely
like different.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
So he so you did a podcast with Ramiro where
you guys talked not great about the company and Dylan,
so I could you know, I wanted to make sure
he understood it was that was a Ramiro thing, that.

Speaker 2 (18:42):
Was a Romeiro thing. I was just more so like listen,
I got fired and I don't know why why. So yeah,
so I so we had to talk about like all
these things. So being able to come back into a
situation like that, Dylan being fine with it, you having
that be your thing, knowing you were bringing me back
into a situation that Dylan could have been like, no,
he got fired. He's awful. It's huge for me. So

(19:02):
when I thought of it from that perspective, it was
an easy yes for me.

Speaker 1 (19:05):
And I think that's why I'm always like, you know,
if anybody in the building complains about Dylan or has
seen to say about them, like, I don't, I absolutely,
I really don't. I can't say many bad things about
the man because when he's done and out of radio,
you know, I will be a part of his history
and him doing this, like you know, he he allowed

(19:27):
me and gave me this opportunity when I don't know
if a lot of other people were again it's it's
not normal to have a female lead.

Speaker 3 (19:33):
It's not and for it.

Speaker 1 (19:36):
At the time, you were doing part time here, but
you were also working were like doing telemarketing.

Speaker 4 (19:41):
I think right now it's customer service as tank Cluss
Water Heat of company.

Speaker 2 (19:45):
Yes, and I used to do.

Speaker 4 (19:46):
I used to do weekends here and I used to
fill in during the week so sometimes I'd call out
of work to come over here to board up for
the breakfast club, which is which is one of the
reasons why they let me go is because one time,
you know, the little super I just tried to say
that I ain't let her know that I wasn't coming
in anyway.

Speaker 2 (20:02):
That was that was cool.

Speaker 4 (20:04):
What was funny those songs that you don't know is
that Ashley try to be slick right, and she would
like ask me little questions.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
Like, oh, so would you do the morning show?

Speaker 4 (20:13):
Would you have I'm like, why is this chick ask
me these weird asked questions like you know what I'm saying,
And then eventually came out to be like, well.

Speaker 1 (20:20):
You know what I didn't want to do to you
what I did to him, because then he was calling
me every second of every.

Speaker 3 (20:24):
Day like is it time?

Speaker 11 (20:25):
Is it time?

Speaker 2 (20:26):
I realized by me and I'm not the same here?

Speaker 3 (20:28):
No, I know, well listen, and that's the thing.

Speaker 1 (20:30):
I knew you, and I knew I wanted you on
this show, but I didn't like know you know your
doubles that I know now.

Speaker 3 (20:35):
So I was like, let me just sprinkle some things in.

Speaker 4 (20:37):
So she tried to you know what I mean, and
just talk about it here and then I'm not studio
and I'm like, why is she asking me that?

Speaker 1 (20:44):
I also remember too, because like DJs predominantly don't like
number one, know the schedule, but like the schedule, you
know they they're they're usually the ones on a morning
show that are gonna be like this is terrible because
I'm in the clubs and then I gotta do this.

Speaker 3 (20:58):
That's why I was like, let me even see if
he would be up for something like that.

Speaker 4 (21:02):
That's kind And then she Loki kind of told me
what was going on, and then she was just like, yo,
just keep it on the load, don't say nothing, you
know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (21:08):
And then when they bring you into the meeting, just
acts a prize. I'm over there, like.

Speaker 3 (21:12):
God, it was crazy.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
Yeah, And I was saying earlier, I'm like, is there
anybody that's been listening for a whole six years? I
know there is because people messaging all of the time
that they've been listening for six years, But we didn't
get a couple of talkbacks.

Speaker 12 (21:28):
I'm not going to call them and say I hated you.
I hated DJ kulo is that it was Sunday, a
happy sixty universary. You guys are awesome.

Speaker 3 (21:39):
Keep it up, DJ Cool. You don't have those skills now,
she hated me.

Speaker 2 (21:44):
She hated all of them.

Speaker 3 (21:44):
She said, I'm not going to say I hate you,
but she didn't.

Speaker 2 (21:47):
She wasn't that It doesn't sound positive, but at that
time there was nothing positive about the switch like and
kudos to Ashley for, you know what I mean, trying
to bear the weight of the thing because they were
taking shots at you like crazy. It was, I know
it was. It was a tough time for a few months,
you know what I mean?

Speaker 3 (22:03):
It was, It really was.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
And like I said, anytime I get a message from
someone being like I was so obsessed with the Breakfast
Club and they put you on, I hated you.

Speaker 3 (22:11):
I hate you.

Speaker 2 (22:11):
I hate you.

Speaker 1 (22:12):
Now it's six years later and I'm still listening. I'm
super appreciating that, and.

Speaker 2 (22:17):
I'm gonna keep it a hondo. I'm gonna keep it
up buck whatever they say nowadays, I rather listen to
you guys with the news, you guys talking having a blast,
then listening to music. I listened to my music somewhere else.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
The only time I vite with the music is when
my guy did it four it sets up, it's mixes.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
They'd be lit, keep it moving strong.

Speaker 6 (22:37):
But that intro gotta go.

Speaker 12 (22:39):
Switch.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
That intro already six years.

Speaker 1 (22:41):
Okay, we did switch the intro. We added we added
kids' names to it and everything.

Speaker 2 (22:45):
I should be tonight. It's not the original one.

Speaker 3 (22:47):
No, it's not our original intro. But also I don't
know if I like the intro right now.

Speaker 2 (22:52):
I like us.

Speaker 4 (22:52):
It's iconic, right class, It's got a nice catchy beat
to it. Yeah, I mean term and that Mike did
they think German.

Speaker 1 (22:59):
Mike would totally do it if we want them to.
But I feel comfy with it with the intro right now.
It just wouldn't be us if whilst celebrating our sixth year,
we didn't have like beef with another radio show. Because
this is this is so fun to be by the way.
I feel honored that we were mentioned in this conversation
because I know the real issue lies with kiss one

(23:23):
Away and Maddie.

Speaker 2 (23:24):
I know that.

Speaker 1 (23:26):
But we we're getting thrown in, We're getting we're getting
lumped in, and I want to be friends Wither and Hardy.

Speaker 3 (23:33):
Yes, I've never met them. I don't know them. Hardy,
it doesn't seem like Hardy has.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
Any beef with us, nor you can tell.

Speaker 1 (23:42):
He was looking between Toucher and the man with the
Captain hat On. I don't know who the man and guys.
If you listen to Toucher and Hardy, you might know
that Toucher had a very long standing relationship with Maddie.
They're very close, so I get it he's defense of
his guy. I would do the same thing for my people.

Speaker 3 (23:59):
But why why what what did we do?

Speaker 7 (24:02):
There are radio stations, Robbie, you might not know this
that do have AI disc jockeys.

Speaker 2 (24:07):
They are not real. They are oh yeah, kiss.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
One eight ninety four point five, all robots ladies here.

Speaker 7 (24:14):
No, they're just they're just boring. But what you do, well,
let's say, baby, but what what you do is now
that they screwed over Manny, I have no time for them.

Speaker 3 (24:24):
Listen, it is listen.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
I get it, defensive of his boy, but it wasn't
even that we're robots.

Speaker 3 (24:33):
Like I giggled at that. Who's the boring a lot
of things?

Speaker 13 (24:39):
Man?

Speaker 2 (24:40):
Okay, but we're not boring, and listen, we're not boring.
But from their perspective, maybe because we don't talk sports
a lot and we don't cover like the dramatic.

Speaker 1 (24:47):
I bet you he's never listened to a singular second
of our show. I don't expect him to, so I
don't think he really I think this again, I think
this is more like a That's what I'm saying, Billy, Yeah,
beef than us. But like while we gotta why is
the man in the captain hack?

Speaker 3 (25:01):
I gotta throw us? And who are you?

Speaker 2 (25:02):
I feel like they were talked at some point of
Maddie making appearance on that morning show from time to time,
which never came to fruition. But who knows. But yeah,
he's like a Maddie guy, which is cool.

Speaker 1 (25:12):
Yeah, like touch our let's yeah, let's be cool. Yeah,
let's hey, don't throw throw jammin in there.

Speaker 3 (25:18):
We're not robots.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
We're here, go back to taking shots at rich Agree? Right?

Speaker 3 (25:23):
Yeah? Why why?

Speaker 2 (25:30):
Certainly?

Speaker 1 (25:31):
By the way, if you're somebody who's been listening from
the beginning, call us on a here six one seven,
nine three one five are celebrating six years today. Hi, everybody,
good morning, It's Ashley in the jam In Morning Show. Here.
I am asking if people remember us from six years
ago when we first started this show, but then we
got this talk back, which is this is back back.

Speaker 3 (25:52):
Ash I still remember when you were interviewed on the
radio when Romero had like several other co hosts come
on and we kind of got to pick you freaking strict,
good job, look at you all these years later.

Speaker 1 (26:02):
Keep it up.

Speaker 2 (26:04):
They didn't get to pick me and Rameiro pick.

Speaker 3 (26:07):
That is true. That is true.

Speaker 1 (26:10):
Tell everybody the fun fact, which fun fact, I was
not the top you were not well, it was.

Speaker 2 (26:18):
Clear, but the top pick was some girl from Philly,
and I think the higher ups here wanted her. They
were very upset that we didn't pick her and all
this stuff. That girl was crazy, like, let me tell you,
so she would leave the studio halfway through the morning
show to go outside and smoke, but she would walk
around barefoot, and she just seemed off. And then she
made like a cancer joke that just wasn't even close

(26:40):
to being funny, and it was like all these things
that were happening. It was more so the way she
behaved like off the air, Santi, you judged the all
cancer jokes I know of you, of all people, but
it wasn't a funny cancer joke. Ah So, but it
was more so the way that she operated like off
the air that we could tell that this girl was nuts.

Speaker 1 (26:57):
And it's that's we've told that story before. But the
way they did it when they were when when Ramiro
and Santi were interviewing was you got two shows.

Speaker 3 (27:05):
So I had.

Speaker 1 (27:07):
Two shows to basically showcase myself, and then they had
another girl in for two shows and kind of so
on and so forth.

Speaker 3 (27:14):
And I'm getting ready to go to the airport.

Speaker 1 (27:16):
I'm dating a guy that lives in Michigan at the time,
and I get ready to go to the airport and
I get the notification that my flight canceled because of
the snow because we were in Brighton and it was
just it was a terrible snowstorm. Anyway, I have to
then call Santi and say like, hey, my flight got canceled,
so nice to me on the phone. Oh my godsh
I'm so sorry. Yeah, I will pick because you were
the one picking people up from the airports and stuff.

Speaker 3 (27:39):
We totally get it.

Speaker 1 (27:40):
So obviously I put on the show that day to
kind of, you know, do my research.

Speaker 3 (27:45):
And these two lighting me up.

Speaker 1 (27:49):
She doesn't care, she doesn't want this, like she's on
a real well, she thinks she's better than I.

Speaker 2 (27:55):
Just get here.

Speaker 3 (27:57):
If she really cared, she would be here.

Speaker 1 (28:00):
So just on and on and on and on, and
then I remember you guys said to me, and if
you want, like you could do the news, like you
could do the entertainment. And I took that serious. So
when it was time and me, I was like, all right,
I'm doing entertainment. But I said I was going to
do entertainment, and then then I never stopped doing entertainment.

Speaker 2 (28:17):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (28:17):
No.

Speaker 2 (28:17):
And it was the fact that you came in here,
you were vulnerable, you were fun, you went with the
flow of things, that was super clear. But you you
like mix with us so like perfectly. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (28:26):
Yeah, And now that's crazy that she remembers that.

Speaker 2 (28:29):
Do you remember the bit that we did the first
day we did something and somehow you we like asked
you if we could get or no, it would ask you.
But it led to us getting into your vault like
the nude picture and you showed up live on the air.
I forget what the whole set up was, like I'm
explaining it.

Speaker 3 (28:48):
Yeah, so creepy, So you've been creepy from this way.

Speaker 2 (28:52):
It wasn't that, but the bit was so funny and
it was like a memorable thing, and I think from
that point, I'm like, man, this girl's down.

Speaker 3 (29:00):
And I still am.

Speaker 1 (29:01):
I man like that's I always say, and I think
that's actually when we started this show, before we before
we begin, I had no questions with that.

Speaker 3 (29:07):
With you, I knew.

Speaker 1 (29:09):
And even six years later, somehow Fororn still has a
job because he lied to me that day and said
he would tell us stuff.

Speaker 2 (29:15):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (29:15):
Yeah, he was like, oh yeah, open books, been close.

Speaker 2 (29:21):
People don't understand like this job. Yes, you gotta come
on the air talk, but you have to open up
your lives and sometimes it leads to bad conversations when
you get home too.

Speaker 3 (29:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (29:30):
Yeah, at least we know in the six years that
we found out that he likes to walk girls like
dods in the bedroom, which was a huge reveal for him.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
But it's also that's like he's.

Speaker 7 (29:40):
Disgusting show foreign and sonty when.

Speaker 8 (29:44):
You need to know, No, we got you three things
you need to know on Button's number one for hip
hop and the best throwbags. You haven't any more vives.

Speaker 2 (29:54):
Since we're doing Okay, here's just I sing it right now.

Speaker 10 (29:55):
I didn't see the play, but they made the right
calls of flavorant following fortunate that he was able to
shoot the free throw and you know, just taking.

Speaker 2 (30:04):
Care of it right now.

Speaker 1 (30:05):
They have it Tuesday, March twenty fifth, and honestly, that's
the best we're gonna get from Joe Mizula.

Speaker 3 (30:09):
He actually gave a little energy there.

Speaker 1 (30:11):
But a big scare for Celts fans last night, ugly
looking ankle injury for Jason Tatum. We're gonna get an
injury report here by this afternoon, but I was scared,
scared the way he was grabbing that ankle.

Speaker 3 (30:25):
I'm like, is it ankle? Is it Achilles?

Speaker 1 (30:27):
Like?

Speaker 3 (30:27):
What's going on? I've had done the Achilles. It ain't pretty.

Speaker 2 (30:30):
But if it's something that was like really bad, I
feel like they would have told this last night.

Speaker 3 (30:33):
I do too.

Speaker 1 (30:35):
I can tell you that later on he was asked
again and he goes, I literally just this is Joe Mazoula,
that coach. I just asked him how he's doing. He
said okay, and he goes, I know him. He'll do
anything and everything to make sure that he gets better.
They have off today, which is a godsend. They're back
in action tomorrow, but like I said, we should have
an injury report here by this afternoon to kind of
get a better idea on what's going on. You just

(30:56):
you never want to see anybody get hurt. But when
it's your best player, like win.

Speaker 3 (31:01):
Sing in that way, uh huh, not good.

Speaker 2 (31:04):
Get the needle. Fill it up a cortizone.

Speaker 3 (31:07):
Never forget.

Speaker 1 (31:07):
When I did my achilles, I yelled out active shooter.

Speaker 3 (31:12):
I thought I had been shot.

Speaker 2 (31:13):
Well, because I think people don't understand that it makes
a natural noise.

Speaker 1 (31:16):
Oh it makes a gunshot sound. Yeah, that's literally what
it sounds like. It's great. That's how thick it is.
Not saying he did that.

Speaker 3 (31:25):
That's what I did. He just has a little ankle
injury and it's gonna be fine. Guys.

Speaker 1 (31:30):
Beyonce's wax figure is going viral. The beehive is not happy.
Did you guys pull her up?

Speaker 2 (31:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (31:35):
Okay, So she has this new wax figure at Madame
Tussau's and Orlando they're basically capturing her Cowboy Carter era
and some you.

Speaker 3 (31:47):
Know, some of the comments include, something's not right here?

Speaker 1 (31:50):
Why do they give her tired eyes? Why does she
look like little Mama?

Speaker 2 (31:55):
She actually does, she does. Can I tell you though?
You can like her eye? You it's almost give me
the feeling like it's a real person though, like there's
depth in the eyes. Yeah, but she does look like
yeah she yeah, it's.

Speaker 3 (32:08):
The hair is off for me. I yeah, you know.
But by the way, what's going on?

Speaker 1 (32:15):
Because I feel like the last few times you've talked
about statues and wax figures like it is a blind
person doing them. I'm getting confused here.

Speaker 2 (32:22):
It's the whole wax thing. I never really like understood it.
So you're gonna go to a museum and see a
fake statue of a person made out of wax that's
clearly like leathery, Like, I don't get it.

Speaker 1 (32:31):
And you're paying like twenty probably dollars a ticket to
go see the wax figure. I will never understood what
people do in Vegas. That's like a thing, and.

Speaker 2 (32:40):
That one's like the worst one. And then you're gonna
take a picture of it, uh, picture of you with
a fake person and put.

Speaker 3 (32:45):
It on your Instagram. They live, they love it.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
I don't get it.

Speaker 3 (32:47):
I don't know. The behaves upset.

Speaker 2 (32:49):
My issue with the Beyonce one. I feel like our
hips are a little bit too too big. Someone else,
like Becky with a good.

Speaker 1 (32:54):
No, somebody else said that someone goes, what is happening
with this? Yeah, no, it's I don't know who made
that wax figure, but fire.

Speaker 3 (33:02):
Them all right.

Speaker 1 (33:03):
Lastly, Drake is chit chatting about the fact that he
the man's got a gambling problem.

Speaker 3 (33:09):
He was sitting down with Steak.

Speaker 1 (33:10):
They did like a three and a half long video
of him asking him all types of gambling questions, including
what is the biggest gambling bet slash amount you ever won?

Speaker 14 (33:23):
The biggest win I ever had. I was actually in Davenbusters.
This is a testament to playing in a brick and
mortar casino or a real casino versus playing on State.
I was getting this random grow to call roulette numbers
for me. I hit like eight out of ten numbers.
I think by the end of the night we had
won like thirty eight million, forty million, the craziest night

(33:45):
ever gambling for surety million.

Speaker 1 (33:47):
Now, remember Seak is an online gambling service, so he's
in He's saying he's in david Busters, but he was
either on like a computer or on his phone, and
he asked a random person to give him roulette numbers
forty million. He even went on to say in that
story that he left at David Buster's and he was
still winning in the car, still winning at the hotel.
He said, it was a crazy, crazy night. It was
in Jane of twenty twenty four and members I.

Speaker 2 (34:07):
Was picking the numbers on the roulette table. Yeah, and
he won eight out of ten times. Mathematically, that's pretty
much like almost impossible, which makes me think that's why
the online like casino games are just sketchy, right, could
be read yeah, because they like tipped, Yes exactly.

Speaker 1 (34:23):
I would much rather gamble out of brick and mortar.
Name you know, to each Sarah and he's constantly winning
on steak. He's also a partner, but he's constantly winning.
I wonder if you guys can answer this, I'll ask
you the question. Notoriously known, notoriously known for having a
gambling addiction. Not my father, but Drake was asked about

(34:47):
this person and his gambling issues.

Speaker 3 (34:50):
Do you know who I'm referring to?

Speaker 2 (34:52):
Michael Jordan.

Speaker 3 (34:52):
Michael Jordan.

Speaker 2 (34:54):
He'll gamble on anything.

Speaker 6 (34:56):
I think.

Speaker 14 (34:56):
I remember it was like All Star Weekends Toronto, and
he had like an advance to be at I beat
him at ping pong like a couple of times, and
he just wouldn't leave the ping pong table like he
kept just betting things like bands like ten bands, many
bands like just kept kept betting because he just couldn't
stomach the loss. You know, he's definitely not a quitter.

(35:17):
I respect him deeply for his for his gambling nature.

Speaker 1 (35:20):
Michael Jordan would gamble on throwing trash out before some
of the biggest games in his career, like the man
would bet on anything.

Speaker 3 (35:28):
Not an exaggeration.

Speaker 2 (35:29):
The difference is that MIKEE can cover his bets.

Speaker 3 (35:32):
Right.

Speaker 2 (35:32):
There's a guy whous to play for the Celtics, Antoine Walker.
He played with them for like ten years, so he
made a hundred mil right Yeah, hanging out with MJ
he lost one hundred miler trying to keep up with
his gambling like addiction, horrible, stupid, stupid.

Speaker 1 (35:46):
All right, there's three things you need to know for Tuesday,
March twenty fifth. I do want to add a fourth
thing you need to know. A very special birthday shout
out to my girl Emmett Barry sixteen.

Speaker 3 (35:56):
Today I played basketball speaking of with her dad.

Speaker 1 (36:00):

to admit this because I do believe that There's no
wetter jumper in the land than mine. Brian Barry Crazy
played at BC man never missed, wore the same outfit
every single time we played basketball, every single time, but
never miss I always wanted to be on his team.

Speaker 4 (38:05):
I mean she did sound nervous, but she probably thought
about it twice and was like, my friend, my record
might kill me because she's ever not her friend who's
obsessed with tender and said that she's currently dating five
dudes right now, none of them know about each other,
and she feels like her friend is insane. She's in
love with every single one of them, and she's like, yo,
she's upset, she's crazy, like she she just keeps jumping

(38:26):
from man to man.

Speaker 2 (38:27):
She went on four days last week and she loves
all of them.

Speaker 1 (38:31):
My god, just the work of that alone sounds so terrible.

Speaker 2 (38:34):
You also assume that she's gotten physical at least some
of them. Maybe maybe not the streets. No what sounded.

Speaker 3 (38:44):
I mean, we don't know. We don't know if she's
for the street.

Speaker 2 (38:47):
I know you can just hear it. Five people going
on dates.

Speaker 3 (38:49):
Maybe she's going for the free dinner.

Speaker 2 (38:51):
Maybe she's had.

Speaker 3 (38:54):
Either way. You know, that's a way to do it, though, like.

Speaker 1 (38:58):
Just anybody that says, Hi, okay, let's go on to day.

Speaker 3 (39:02):
That's great, seriously taken care of. Well, there you have it.

Speaker 1 (39:07):
Like I said, you could call and tell me about
your your dating trials and tribulations. You could call and say,
I'm in a relationship and it's not going well. I
need advice. We call it beyond the Swipe because it
is about so many things. Six one seven nine three

(39:59):
is in Quincy. Ali DJ Forarren tells me you're very enthusiastic.

Speaker 3 (40:04):
So remember, we cannot curse. We cannot curse.

Speaker 1 (40:07):
No, okay, I've been okay, no cursing, no cursing, So listen,
you are done with dating? That sentiment is I hear
it a lot from my own girlfriends who are just like,
it is nasty out there.

Speaker 3 (40:20):
What happened with you?

Speaker 5 (40:22):
So I matched with this gentleman on Facebook dating, which
is probably the first problem because I don't know if
people have told you the horror story dash, but like,
Facebook dating is not it. Damn, it's not it at all.

Speaker 1 (40:39):
Who's hiding on Facebook dating? Just like the creeps or
the married men both good good good.

Speaker 5 (40:45):
You can send a message before you match with the
person and the things these men say, oh my lord.
But anyways, okay, so I matched with this man, attractive man,
and you know, Facebook dating is what it is, and
so it's hard to like have a conversation because I
don't check my Facebook. So I was like, here's my number, whatever, Ashley.
This man has called me every single day at eight

(41:06):
in the morning.

Speaker 1 (41:07):
No, no, eight am, amm.

Speaker 5 (41:12):
And on Saturday. So I was like having a weekend personally,
like personal stuff whatever. So I texted him being nice
and was like, I'm not going to be responsive this weekend.
I have some stuff going on. He called me fifteen
times Saturday one Fox.

Speaker 2 (41:26):
First off, you.

Speaker 1 (41:28):
Know what big mom is gonna say, why are you
giving your phone number? Eldest strangers stay on the wall, like,
just Facebook message the man and just until we meet him.

Speaker 13 (41:38):
Okay, but what fifteen times?

Speaker 3 (41:41):
That's crazy? No, no, no, Al, I'm with you. Did
you block him? Because Dubai.

Speaker 5 (41:45):
Oh oh he's blocked.

Speaker 2 (41:46):
We're blocked.

Speaker 3 (41:47):
Okay, we're blocked.

Speaker 5 (41:48):
Wait, but we either have that fifteen calls on a
Saturday or we have hey and then nothing for four days.

Speaker 3 (41:54):
I know, I know, it's like I've moved on.

Speaker 1 (41:57):
I know.

Speaker 3 (41:57):
I hear this all the time too.

Speaker 1 (41:58):
My friends will be like, it was a really good conversation,
like I felt like it was actually going somewhere, and
then poof cast for the friendly ghost gone like the wind.

Speaker 5 (42:09):
Seriously, and you know, I'm in my thirty so it's
not like I'm dating to like well I could, but
I'm not dating to just have fun anymore, like I'm
trying here.

Speaker 1 (42:17):
Yeah, fifteen times is that's that's a stalker like murderer.
So you had your life, which thank god, because had
you answer one of those calls, we might not well.

Speaker 5 (42:28):
Right, And not to mention, we met, we mess it,
we met. We matched on a Monday, and it's it's Saturday.

Speaker 2 (42:35):
Right.

Speaker 3 (42:35):
We haven't been dating, sir. We never even went out.
We literally never even went out.

Speaker 1 (42:39):
Well beware for him on social media, but yeah, block
him and and just you know what, I understand what
you're saying.

Speaker 3 (42:45):
You're not on Facebook all the time? Cool, fine, do.

Speaker 1 (42:48):
Not give out your number until you meet somebody, and
even then maybe you.

Speaker 3 (42:54):
Know, we'll figure it out. But slow, slow it out,
slow it up.

Speaker 5 (42:59):
I will give you an update when we do get
another date.

Speaker 16 (43:02):
You do.

Speaker 1 (43:02):
And by the way, you're on Facebook dating that happened?
Are you on any other apps? Is there any possibilities elsewhere?

Speaker 5 (43:08):
I'm on the hinge? Okay, I'm on the Hinge.

Speaker 3 (43:11):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (43:12):
I have two friends that got engaged.

Speaker 1 (43:14):
And married off of Hinge. So you're saying there's as
on that. Okay, okay, okay, Well.

Speaker 3 (43:21):
There you go, figures cross keep me posted. I will
all right, ba, good luck. You know it's it's it's
not easy out there. It's not. It is, it is,
it is not.

Speaker 2 (43:31):
But has it ever been like an easy thing hearing
these stories forever?

Speaker 3 (43:35):
Well, you know what it is.

Speaker 1 (43:36):
We people have social media now, so we hear, we
hear about it more. Back when we were younger, it
wasn't like that, like that, social media wasn't a thing.

Speaker 2 (43:43):
But I would assume the accessibility to a large amount
of people's probably better now than it was back in
the day because of all the dating apps before you
just have to go out to bars and stuff.

Speaker 4 (43:51):
So I think the odds would be better. But the
more numbers are getting that you're dating the most cycles. Yeah,
the odds and police everywhere.

Speaker 1 (44:00):
You can't be out here giving your phone number to
a whole life stranger.

Speaker 4 (44:04):
Yeah, what are we doing? They just matched on Saturday?
Why are you giving your number? Like right away? You
don't know what kind of duty is.

Speaker 1 (44:12):
And on the other end, fifteen times, yes, sir, sir, he.

Speaker 2 (44:21):
Was, I'm good. I have a buddy that does this.
He would meet these girls and get infactuated, like overnight.
There was one time he wanted a date with a
girl he thought was going so well. So what he
did was he went to the bathroom, came out of
the bathroom wearing just socks because something there said the
vibe was so good that we're having sex. The girl
flipped out and left. Yeah, so there are people out

(44:41):
there who miscues and don't understand him.

Speaker 1 (44:44):
Yeah, yeah, no, it's it's it's it's not easy, but
you know what, love ain't easy.

Speaker 2 (44:50):
No, you gotta work, Yeah, you gotta.

Speaker 3 (44:52):
Work all right.

Speaker 1 (44:53):
Six one seven nine three one one nine four five
six one seven nine three one one, nine four, it's
the reform Tender Tuesday. We're calling it Beyond this Wipe
because it's about so much more dating, love, relationships and
the lack there of six one seven, nine three.

Speaker 3 (45:10):
Hit us up. It's Beyond this Wipe. Only on jam
In ninety four to five.

Speaker 1 (45:14):
Behind Everybody, Good Morning, It's Ashley and the jam In
Morning Show.

Speaker 3 (45:17):
Rebecca is in Boston.

Speaker 1 (45:19):
Rebecca, We're talking about dating, love relationships. We hear a
lot of horror stories out here. You're gonna change that
for us.

Speaker 17 (45:28):
Yeah, this is honestly so crazy. I listen to you
guys every single night, so I'm super excited every night.

Speaker 3 (45:34):
So your podcast every night, every morning. Okay, she's she's
confused day and night, day and night. Gotta gotta got it,
all right?

Speaker 1 (45:41):
Do you listen every morning? You and your boyfriend have
been together for three years. Tell everybody where you met.

Speaker 17 (45:47):
We actually met off with Tender, and honestly, the first
night that we met, it kind of was a done deal.
He deleted the app in front of me. I don't
know why. I think he was nervous. He's like, I'm
going to delete the app right now, and I was like, okay,
might as well do it for me as well. So
that first night we have been together since. And I

(46:09):
just want to say to everyone with having these crazy
dating experiences. First of all, you're right, don't give out
your phone number on the first day, because honestly I
made that mistake and I'm a little shirt all right,
that person is out there. Don't worry. Just kind of
relax a little bit because what will come will find you.

Speaker 1 (46:28):
Wow, watch this, AJ hop on to my When you
hear something so positive like that, what what?

Speaker 3 (46:34):
What do you? What do you? How do you respond
to that? You have to live positively? AJ? How do
you feel about that? I feel like I'm going to
spend the rest of my life alone. Okay, they have
see you, re Baca, and you can't. I appreciate the sentiment.
We can't change everybody.

Speaker 11 (46:47):
Hey, you know try there.

Speaker 1 (46:49):
You have it all right, Rebecca, Thank you, because we
do get a lot of horror stories.

Speaker 3 (46:52):
You see this.

Speaker 1 (46:53):
I used to believe AJ was going to find somebody.
It's dwindling, negativity lands I agree to Yeah, it's getting
tough out there.

Speaker 3 (47:01):
She'll be our favorite cat lady though Jackie is in Revere.

Speaker 1 (47:05):
Jackie also agrees with AJ that dating sucks.

Speaker 3 (47:10):
Yes, why why does it suck for you?

Speaker 11 (47:13):
So all right, it has sucked for the longest time
I've tried dating and I just can't find a guy
who doesn't cheat. And just over the last like three years,
I started talking to a guy friend of mine who
has been in prison for thirty years, who's actually getting.

Speaker 18 (47:30):
Out soon on parole, and not for nothing but.

Speaker 11 (47:34):
Thirty year Yes crime, honey, it is. He made a
mistake as a juvenile and he's definitely done his time
for it. But I got to tell you, he's one
of the best men I've ever been in my whole life.
So one of the most loyal, solid, stand up guys,
and like he's the best family man.

Speaker 18 (47:55):
He's just he got more from me, iudea than I
could have a du for him in there.

Speaker 3 (48:00):
And so you know, yeah.

Speaker 11 (48:03):
And not all the good ones, Not all the good
ones are out here.

Speaker 1 (48:09):
This is not all the good ones are in the streets.
Some of them are locked up, is what you're trying
to say.

Speaker 11 (48:13):
Okay, Jack, what I'm saying exactly, does he have any
does he.

Speaker 1 (48:17):
Have any friends that committed a crime at a young
age that are reformed, Because like it's not.

Speaker 3 (48:23):
Okay, Well a J single like who's who's his friend?
Whose friend?

Speaker 11 (48:29):
He does have a couple, but I don't want to
put their names out.

Speaker 3 (48:33):
Good, but well a j we have a co defendant
for you, Hanny. All right, Jackie, Well you know if
we're going to let you go for those for the
women that.

Speaker 1 (48:40):
Are listening and they're just they the men that they're
dating that like have freedom that it's not going, well,
tell me too.

Speaker 3 (48:47):
Positives about dating a guy in jail. Give me just two.

Speaker 16 (48:53):
Well, for one, he's not cheating on me, Okay, got it? Okay,
he definitely doesn't have the option of all kinds of
women in and on him. And but jo is this
he's just become like a real loyal, loyal person.

Speaker 18 (49:11):
And I don't know if that.

Speaker 11 (49:13):
I think he's always been my debt, but I think it.

Speaker 18 (49:16):
Also comes with happening, you know, being in the episode long,
How does.

Speaker 3 (49:20):
He show you that he's loyal? He calls when he's
allowed to.

Speaker 2 (49:23):
Is that what you said?

Speaker 17 (49:24):
Well, yeah, he called.

Speaker 18 (49:25):
He calls me every day all day. He sends me jewelry, he.

Speaker 11 (49:29):
Sends me he just paid my rent a couple of
months ago, like he does everything for me. Where's he
got everything?

Speaker 3 (49:35):
Where is he getting those funds? I don't know, Jackie,
in there something you want to find out?

Speaker 11 (49:44):
And yeah, he has a job in there that pays
pretty good. Because he's been in the epis long, Jackie
question a lot of time.

Speaker 18 (49:56):
He actually any day, he's just waiting for hearing now.
So basically he went a bill just passed where like if.

Speaker 11 (50:02):
You were twenty one or younger, you were considered a
juvenile and now anybody who's a juve now can't be
sentenced to natural life. So his his life sentence changed
from natural life to life with parole.

Speaker 2 (50:18):
Hey, I do have a question. So if he committed
whatever he did after the age of twenty one, would
he be doing life.

Speaker 1 (50:25):
If he I'm sorry to say that again, and he
did his crime that he committed after, say he was
twenty eight, and he said the same crime.

Speaker 3 (50:32):
Is he going away for life and he'd be doing
last natural life?

Speaker 1 (50:36):
Jackie, Jackie, Honey, Jackie, Jackie, jack jack Come on, baby baby,
people changed why.

Speaker 18 (50:43):
But but that's not the case. He was under twenty one.

Speaker 1 (50:49):
If we guys, okay, all right, Jackie, Well we're going
to run because we got to talk about you behind.

Speaker 3 (50:53):
Your backwald quick before we go to commercials. Thank you
for the call. Okay, bye, what are.

Speaker 2 (50:57):
We doing here?

Speaker 9 (50:58):
Life?

Speaker 4 (51:00):
I want to know how much our rent is? Ain't
no way because you ain't making no forty fifty sixty hundred.

Speaker 3 (51:06):
I don't care if you. Let's just say he runs
a g like. I don't know where he's getting this
money either does she?

Speaker 2 (51:11):
I mean he could work for it, but they could.

Speaker 3 (51:14):
Like listen, we talked to we talk about levels of crime.

Speaker 4 (51:18):
Yeah, life, natural life, because regular life, regular life.

Speaker 2 (51:23):
You could be out in twelve years.

Speaker 3 (51:25):
Yeah, natural natural life, like that got dead.

Speaker 2 (51:28):
And clearly he's loyalty because he's behind bars.

Speaker 3 (51:32):
She's like, he's not cheating. Yeah with a woman.

Speaker 2 (51:34):
I mean he could be cheating.

Speaker 3 (51:36):
You considered cheating, Jackie. But a penis is a penis.

Speaker 2 (51:40):
I ain't life. Especially in the Jamie Morning Show with
TJ Foreign and Santi.

Speaker 8 (51:48):
When you need to know, let me know. We got
you three things you need to know on Bustin's number
one for hip hop and the best throwbacks. She haven't
anymore vive.

Speaker 9 (51:59):
Turn yourself in, Turn yourself in immediately and let the
process begin. We already have two people and two families
that are destroyed. Right now, we don't need anybody else's
family to get hurt.

Speaker 1 (52:09):
Tuesday, March twenty fifth, and I plead to police, turn
yourself in. We finally have some identification on the Brockton
shooter who shot and killed a fifteen year old twice
and an eighteen year old female once. That double shooting
happened just a couple days ago, and we just found
out it was twenty two year old da Vinci Leonard.
Here's what we know so far. He left the scene

(52:31):
of the crime. They have heard that he cut his
hair off and was able to grab a change of clothes.
We know now that he started an argument first with
the fifteen year old boy that he shot and killed twice.
Now there's a lot of rumor swirling. What happened between
the three of them? Was there an altercation? A woman

(52:51):
who by this tweet sounds like she's the mother of
eighteen year old female said, my daughter trusted you. She
told me she was safe and felt safe with you.
You you made her happy, and you killed my baby.
I can promise you you will not get away with this.
Turn yourself in.

Speaker 4 (53:07):
We got to stop it. You gotta stop it, like, honestly,
stop off in each other. It's not worth it, bro
And then carrying a gun plunk trying to play like
the tough guy role. It just doesn't work in the
end of way.

Speaker 3 (53:15):
And it's like, what happened? Were you with her and
you thought he was talking to her?

Speaker 2 (53:19):
I would regardless, it's not worth taking.

Speaker 1 (53:21):
Guys like you, like you literally thought it was over ruining,
killing two people and then ruining your entire life. And
and and by the way, how many times have we
had this where I'm like, somebody's on the run and
within a day, within forty eight hours, I'm saying they
were found and captured.

Speaker 2 (53:36):
You will be caught.

Speaker 4 (53:37):
You will be caught, you know what I mean. And
we might move on from this story next week or
the week after that. But the ripple effect that it
has in the community, right, it's like those families, Yeah,
the families, the people who knew them, the friends, the
student the close students like that whole, the whole, wherever
they're from, is gonna fill this for years to come.
Over what I know, over what.

Speaker 1 (53:55):
Thoughtsome prayers to those family and of course all the
kids over at Champion High School. Will be thinking about
you and I will keep you posted on this situation.
The Celts got a crazy scare last night when they
lost Jason Tatum in the game. They did end up
beating the Kings one thirteen ninety five, but I consider
it hill if Jason is really hurt.

Speaker 3 (54:13):
Here's coach Joe Miszoula on the injury as.

Speaker 10 (54:15):
Soon as we're doing Okay, here's just iceing it right now.
I didn't see the play, but they made the right
calls of flagrant falling. Fortunate that he was able to
shoot the free throw, and uh, you know, just taking
care of it right now.

Speaker 3 (54:27):
Right now, Alta is up in the air.

Speaker 1 (54:28):
They do have off today, which is a godsend, But
then they played tomorrow against the Suns and we should
have an injury report by later this afternoon.

Speaker 2 (54:34):
New owner was it was that the game last night
for the last time? Oh is he a jinx? Like
I don't know, Oh my god, don't think about that.

Speaker 3 (54:41):
They're going to see it.

Speaker 2 (54:42):
You don't go to the next game.

Speaker 3 (54:43):
Yeah say it? Oh man, all right, you're adding this
one to the list of ventures for Rick Ross.

Speaker 1 (54:50):
He has officially entered the medical world, he posted on
his ig we did it. We began discussing this plan
three years ago and we have officially opened up our
first dentist office.

Speaker 2 (55:03):
In the US.

Speaker 1 (55:05):
He said, everybody reading this, come get your billion dollar
smile in Sandy Springs, Atlanta. Grateful for the opportunity to
play a part in this iconic move. Invest in your
smile this year.

Speaker 2 (55:16):
His teeth are really good and if they do Veneers,
I am all in on that.

Speaker 3 (55:20):
Yeah, I know you are.

Speaker 2 (55:21):
That's my next move. I'm not worrying about the Yellow
lig anymore. I'm gonna get new teeth.

Speaker 3 (55:25):
There you go, whole new mouth.

Speaker 2 (55:27):
Yeah. Never want to say about but he's a business
he is.

Speaker 3 (55:31):
Yeah, flies coach too.

Speaker 2 (55:32):
And the dentist business models like really good.

Speaker 3 (55:35):
So I'm not I'm not doing this with you, you
and the dentist. I'm doing this last for a second.

Speaker 2 (55:44):
No Veneers, I don't have a choice. They're in there
for ten to twenty years. Okay, but did you not
I I got in this line for a day. Yeah. Sorry,
I had the things on for like two hours. The last.

Speaker 3 (55:57):
He was like, I'm not doing this all right?

our thing.

Speaker 2 (56:45):
Yeah, it is.

Speaker 3 (56:47):
It's my favorite, and.

Speaker 2 (56:47):

Sarah is in Tewksbury, sal You're gonna make me call.
I mean, you're gonna make me cry on this call.
That is what I wanted to say.

Speaker 3 (57:47):
Good morning morning. So your son was born five years ago?

Speaker 13 (57:53):
Yes, and we go ahead, I would say, yeah, he
was a pre MEI so he was six two weeks early.
And because you guys are celebrating your six year anniversary.
I wanted to call in because he just turned five
this weekend and COVID hit obviously March twenty twenties and
he was born. Yeah, and we would have to go

(58:14):
down to the Nick You twice a day, every single day.
And it was a longer drives in Winchester. It's not
all the way down to Boston. But you guys are
what kept me going. I love listening to you. Guys
still do listen to you every morning I drop the
kids off at school, So yeah, driving.

Speaker 3 (58:29):
Now, I love that. How's he doing, by the way.

Speaker 13 (58:32):
He's doing great. He's a normal five year old.

Speaker 10 (58:34):
He was awesome.

Speaker 13 (58:35):
He spent two weeks in the nick You, thankfully, but
it was hard, hard two weeks.

Speaker 11 (58:39):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (58:40):
Those times were so weird, and you know, I think
back to it and we were like, is anybody listening?
And it turns out a lot more people were listening
than we thought. So many people actually still had to
go into work whatever that looked like, or like you
had to go to the hospital. So not only do
I appreciate you listening then, but still now, that's I mean,
greatest compliment in the world.

Speaker 3 (58:59):
I still can't believe that we get to do it
six years later.

Speaker 13 (59:03):
It was awesome listening to you have children as well,
so it's cool. Kind of felt like we were connected
in that.

Speaker 1 (59:08):
Yes, the evolution that I know because we started this show,
it was like pre wedding and then it was baby and.

Speaker 3 (59:14):
Miscarriages and then another baby.

Speaker 1 (59:17):
Just like just such a roller coaster. But I appreciate
you being along for the ride, Sarah, thank you so
much for the call. And then baby No dude, then
let's hope for the snip snip Okay, Anonymous, good.

Speaker 3 (59:30):
Morning, Good morning, So talk to us about your your relative.

Speaker 1 (59:38):
Your relative has decided to move in with her new
boyfriend after only four months of dating. Is your relative
named Gianna? And does she work for Kiss Went Away?
Let's just get it out there.

Speaker 18 (59:52):
No, that's not hers.

Speaker 1 (59:53):
Well listen, Gianna from Kiss went Away doing the same
thing and and and shockingly, I'm all for it. I
love I am invested in her relationship and maybe your
relative relationship is the same way.

Speaker 3 (01:00:06):
What do you think what's going.

Speaker 2 (01:00:07):
On with them?

Speaker 6 (01:00:08):
They?

Speaker 16 (01:00:08):
Like, I don't know that.

Speaker 6 (01:00:09):
I kind of like wanted to open up a conversation
about like I guess there's no one right or wrong
way to do it right, but I just feel like this.
Then some things that are a little worrisome, Like she
has a daughter, and she has a young daughter, and
she moves this new boyfriend in and they're sharing a room.

(01:00:29):
Like this, his son and her daughter are now sharing
a room. And I don't know anybody who knows this
guy or his history, and it's just a little worrisome.

Speaker 1 (01:00:40):
Okay, I can let me, let me, let me just
I'm gonna give you a background. Gianna from Kiss Went
Away and her boyfriend do not have children. They're young,
they're in love, their their leases were coming up, so
they're like, we're gonna move in together. Completely different situation,
I would say than if you are only four months
in a dating and you have young kids, moving the

(01:01:00):
young kids into the same room after only four months
of dating is lunacy, Like I could.

Speaker 3 (01:01:08):
Maybe date somebody for years.

Speaker 6 (01:01:10):
That's crazy, correct, And that's kind of like where I'm
at with my husband and I like, we have two
children from two previous relationships, and boy and a girl.
They've never shared a room, so right, I feel like
this relationship just wools are really fast and to do
that is a little crazy.

Speaker 1 (01:01:26):
Have you spoken to her about this, just like your
reservations on the whole thing, and and what does she say?

Speaker 6 (01:01:33):
Yeah, and a few people have and it's like her
defense is like it's love at first sight kind of thing.
And would it be any difference to a biological children? Yeah,
if you're like, yeah, I mean it would be biological children.
Maybe two girls or two boys, But I don't know.
I think if you have a house that's big enough

(01:01:54):
for two boys to share a room and have the
girl keep the same.

Speaker 17 (01:01:57):
Room, yeah, why not do that?

Speaker 16 (01:01:59):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (01:01:59):
No, that part would would I hate it? How what
are the ages of the.

Speaker 6 (01:02:03):
Kids five ten and fourteen?

Speaker 18 (01:02:08):
I think?

Speaker 1 (01:02:08):
Yeah, dude, absolutely not. Like, honestly, it's a little selfish
on her behalf. I get it, Like, you found somebody,
and that's amazing. Why the rush, Like why do we
have to move so quickly with him?

Speaker 3 (01:02:20):
You have babies to think about? Four and you talked
about this.

Speaker 1 (01:02:23):
You when you meet somebody, you're like, you have grown
kids and you're not even rushed to introduce There.

Speaker 4 (01:02:27):
Ain't no way my kids are meeting anybody I'm dating
within twelve months right in each other?

Speaker 18 (01:02:34):
Yeah, and they're already engaged.

Speaker 6 (01:02:35):
They have a wedding twenty six.

Speaker 2 (01:02:37):
This is gonna add quick.

Speaker 4 (01:02:38):
Wow, my god, I'm sad to say it's gonna end quick. Yeah,
the first sight is cool. But then if y'all gonna
live forever and ever, why would y'all rushing it?

Speaker 10 (01:02:47):
Right?

Speaker 1 (01:02:47):
Right?

Speaker 3 (01:02:47):
What's the year with?

Speaker 2 (01:02:48):
What's the rush we're gonna be we're gonna grow old together?
Why we rushing?

Speaker 3 (01:02:50):
Did this man not have a place to live? I'm confused.

Speaker 2 (01:02:56):
Yeah he did, but I.

Speaker 6 (01:02:57):
Don't know really what the circumstances of out.

Speaker 18 (01:02:59):
Maybe Alice was up and.

Speaker 10 (01:03:03):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:03:04):
Listen, I hope we're wrong, and I hope they get
married and they last a lifetime and everything is is great.

Speaker 3 (01:03:11):
But I feel bad for the kids because that's especially
a daughter.

Speaker 4 (01:03:15):
Yeah, I'm not saying like a son is any less,
you know what I mean. We shouldn't be concerned about
a boy moving in with a whole stranger, But how
are you putting your daughter in a room with with
young kids?

Speaker 2 (01:03:27):
Like you don't know what? Yo?

Speaker 1 (01:03:28):
Bro?

Speaker 11 (01:03:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:03:28):
No, people don't make sense.

Speaker 3 (01:03:29):
That's I don't love it.

Speaker 2 (01:03:30):
I do not love it.

Speaker 3 (01:03:32):
All right, Well, listen, yeah, don't thanks for me, No,
we got you. We're we're on your side with this.
Thank you for the call. Let me tell you something
the police, I mean, no, that's that's insane.

Speaker 2 (01:03:46):
Yeahane. Then also, this guy, you don't know anything about him.
This guy could be like a criminal, right, the.

Speaker 1 (01:03:53):
Fact that everything was so rush something happened he I
don't know if he lost his job or like whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:03:59):
And she was like, oh, just live with me. Something
is up here. But that's crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:04:03):
But at the same time, you hear stories like this
and watch this be the one that just works.

Speaker 1 (01:04:07):
Ed.

Speaker 2 (01:04:07):
I know, I want to be wrong. I want to
be wrong.

Speaker 3 (01:04:10):
I want to be wrong. But that's it's it's and
it's the kids moving into the same room.

Speaker 2 (01:04:14):
Yeah, we can just like that.

Speaker 1 (01:04:17):
Anybody, No, that door better be taken off. The hinges, Like,
I want to know everything that's happening in that room,
all right, six one seven, nine three one one nine
five six one seven nine three one one nine four five.

Speaker 3 (01:04:31):
Check in with us.

Speaker 1 (01:04:31):
We're talking about you, your life, your world, anything you
want only on ninety four backs. Hi, everybody, Good morning,
It's Ashley and the jam In Morning Show. We are
out here celebrating our sixth year anniversary. I cannot believe
we've been able to do this for six years. And
I think in the time of six years, you know,
I was just talking about this this weekend. I met
a guy and he was telling me, you know, he

(01:04:53):
listens to a certain morning show and he's like, they
have regulars, Like, do you have regulars on your show?
And I'm like, oh, absolutely, Like we have right Gulers.

Speaker 15 (01:05:01):
You know.

Speaker 3 (01:05:02):
You guys know what I'm talking about. Katie. We have
DJ tron Cat Daddy, I remember, got Daddy.

Speaker 1 (01:05:09):
We have regulars who call the show often Ken tallahassee
Greg also a regular. Greg calls us from Florida very often.

Speaker 3 (01:05:21):
Hi Greg, good morning.

Speaker 15 (01:05:24):
Good morning, and happy anniversary six years. Yeah, I found
you all early on. So it's been it's been a journey.
It's been a magnificent, magnificent journey.

Speaker 11 (01:05:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (01:05:41):
J not not not the not the band, but we
love Journey the band. So and I have another song
about your anniversary, but it's a song about a girl.

Speaker 2 (01:05:51):
But it was a.

Speaker 15 (01:05:53):
Song by a song called Happy Anniversary by Little River
Band from eineteen seventy seven. There's a music video on
that they have that from that back in the day.

Speaker 3 (01:06:04):
I'll have to look it up. It wasn't boring yet.

Speaker 2 (01:06:06):
Oh you have it.

Speaker 15 (01:06:08):
Let's hear it, hapya verse free Baby. I got you
on my mind and I always think about you guys.
You all are at I don't even need to.

Speaker 1 (01:06:16):
Hear it anymore for its baby got you on that?

Speaker 16 (01:06:23):
Wow?

Speaker 3 (01:06:24):
Greg, that's Greg. I couldn't tell which one was you
or the song, So thank you so much for that.
And we do appreciate you listening my karaoke roots.

Speaker 1 (01:06:35):
Yeah, well listen people that, but I also listened to
the show all the time. But maybe don't call as often.
They've invested in you and followed along your journey. Remember you,
at one point were dating somebody and sending her a
ton of money and you had never met her overseas.

Speaker 3 (01:06:48):
You told me you stopped that, but then we found
out you didn't stop that. Where are you at?

Speaker 2 (01:06:52):
Are you?

Speaker 3 (01:06:52):
Are you still sending money here every once in a
while you are?

Speaker 15 (01:06:58):
Yes, But I'm not going I'm not.

Speaker 16 (01:07:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (01:07:01):
The short answer is yes, I sent her for forty
on March eleven, forty dollars on in Philippine Pesos on
March eleventh, But I'm not going nuts, but we still talk,
all right, She's and oh one more quickie. On March tenth,
I finished my job at UH with the State of

(01:07:22):
Florida at Stated Florida DP. So I'm now fully fully
retired wo as far as state work.

Speaker 3 (01:07:34):
And it's amazing. That's amazing.

Speaker 2 (01:07:37):
All right.

Speaker 3 (01:07:37):
Well, well, relish in your retirement, you know, just enjoy Florida.

Speaker 15 (01:07:43):
One of one other quick question? Never well, yeah, you
do you still have a way to play the Gavin
de Grosz CD.

Speaker 2 (01:07:53):
I don't think I'll cause electronics. I don't think she
got a CD.

Speaker 15 (01:07:56):
Player, right, you can play it on you can put
it in your DVD player and replace the.

Speaker 2 (01:08:00):
Why you can just go to iTunes.

Speaker 3 (01:08:02):
I as well, do not have a DVD player.

Speaker 1 (01:08:03):
I know I'm old school, all right, man, Well you
play well.

Speaker 15 (01:08:11):
We always appreciate you.

Speaker 2 (01:08:12):
Thank you, Thank you.

Speaker 3 (01:08:13):
R you know how to put on a regular on
our six year anniversary?

Speaker 2 (01:08:16):
How did you do it? Crazy? Greg was in the
Navy and was an officer and also went to Duke
went to I don't know what happened in the in between.

Speaker 1 (01:08:22):
But I don't know about you guys, though, I feel
like it's a slap in the face that we are
almost done with this show. It's our six year anniversary,
and Katie hasn't called the wish us a happy one.

Speaker 3 (01:08:32):
That's like, what's up.

Speaker 2 (01:08:34):
She's not a true fan, I guess see.

Speaker 3 (01:08:36):
And now she's probably gonna be outside with donuts.

Speaker 8 (01:08:44):
And the gam In Morning Show with d J four
and it's morning Bustin's number one for hip hop jam
in ninety four or five.

Speaker 1 (01:08:53):
Hi, everybody, good morning, A special morning. We are celebrating
our six year anniversary today, six years of getting up
at three o'clock in the morning and doing this show.
And I can't I honestly cannot believe it's been six years.

Speaker 3 (01:09:12):
It's funny.

Speaker 1 (01:09:14):
Somebody asked me the other day how long I've been
with JAM and I definitely got the number wrong, because
if I've been doing this show for six years, we
did ours for two seventy eight nine.

Speaker 2 (01:09:25):
I gotta be coming up on you came here in
twenty thirteen, right, I don't know. Yeah, it was two
thousand and twelve to thirteen, so let's call it thirteen
and so it's eleven twelve years, so crazy. Twelve years Yeah, went.

Speaker 1 (01:09:39):
By fast, It really did, because I guess I forget
that it's been that long because when I think of
like a Maddie or a Billy, they've been doing it
for some time.

Speaker 3 (01:09:48):
But I mean, so have I Not that long, but.

Speaker 2 (01:09:51):
I definitely have. And I think it's probably two because
you've been through a different variation of your situation here,
So I'm like that probably made the time past too.

Speaker 1 (01:09:58):
But always on this station, yes, which is because you've
probably would beat me in years if you count them all,
but you have been on the same station consistently.

Speaker 10 (01:10:07):
No.

Speaker 2 (01:10:07):
I was fifteen years the first time through and six
years now. I started to hear when I was twenty.
I've seen a lots of people coming crazy crazy Coulo times,
and when I was an intern, I was Santi and
then yeah, crazy Kolo days, Like I didn't love them,
but they were fun, like I was playing a character
and going out and doing like all these crazy things.

(01:10:28):
I wish the video the Power video was around like
back then, because if I was recording like all that stuff,
that would be viral. Say oh my.

Speaker 3 (01:10:38):
Time time.

Speaker 1 (01:10:42):
I know you're gonna say me because so so don't.
But who is like beyond me, who's your favorite person
in radio?

Speaker 2 (01:10:49):
Well, what do you mean my favorite person? Yeah, what
do you mean?

Speaker 3 (01:10:51):
I don't know, Like who's you've been in it so
long and you're like, oh, this person's great.

Speaker 2 (01:10:56):
Like as like in what capacity because I don't know,
I don't.

Speaker 1 (01:10:59):
Meancessarily at radio, but just you're like that that's a
good person right there, and you're happy that they've succeeded
and you.

Speaker 3 (01:11:06):
Just love them.

Speaker 2 (01:11:07):
Honestly, I would have to say Foreurn, just because we're
on the same team now and I think the situation
that we're in, we're in like right now, it's positive,
like all around. Again, I've been through so many situations
where like it hasn't always been fun. I've worked with
people but I didn't like I've worked with bosses I hated,
or just situations like that. So to see this situation
now like be very positive, that's what I like.

Speaker 3 (01:11:27):
I that's a good answer.

Speaker 1 (01:11:28):
I feel like prior to the kiss, one weight change,
you might have said Justin, but he's different.

Speaker 3 (01:11:34):
Now he's bougie.

Speaker 2 (01:11:35):
Yeah, Like Justin came from a humble place. Now Justin
Justin's on the high horse that's higher than any horse.

Speaker 3 (01:11:42):
That hold us today.

Speaker 1 (01:11:44):
He actually told us today for and he just doesn't
have to put in vacation. Yeah, I don't do that anymore.
He changed the biz changes people.

Speaker 2 (01:11:53):
People don't understand when you work down the hall, you
automatically get a certain tone about you where you think
that your word is the word of not specifically him,
but anybody who's worked there before, like all of a sudden,
they know everything the.

Speaker 3 (01:12:04):
Touch of kiss.

Speaker 4 (01:12:05):
Yeah, And that's funny thing is Justin is who trained
me before he transitioned to kiss, Like he kind of
trained me and a few.

Speaker 3 (01:12:13):
Other people, like he's the best. He just you know,
we call it getting a taste.

Speaker 2 (01:12:17):
He does.

Speaker 1 (01:12:18):
I've been trying to tell him, like, don't forget your roots,
like Jamin, where your roots.

Speaker 2 (01:12:22):
He also doesn't like when we bring up his older
stories and those storylines get on there because he wants
to get the times of prison, wants to have the
times all the crazy things that he did before. Now
he should forget her kiss one away and he's like, no,
now he's favorite different he does. He doesn't like when
he does not like when we bring those things out, the.

Speaker 1 (01:12:40):
Kiss story, like when you're talking radio stories and where
people have come that man was sitting in a jail
cell at one point listening to kiss one way, being like,
I'm going to be on that station.

Speaker 3 (01:12:51):
That's crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:12:52):
And honestly, if we want to break this down, he
has me to thing for that because I made the
decision to hire him.

Speaker 3 (01:12:57):
That's true.

Speaker 2 (01:12:58):
But I will say when he came in, you his history, yeah,
and the way you feel about people who come from
beyond the wall. Yeah, because you just had a sense
that he was done with all that stuff. Behind came
to visity.

Speaker 3 (01:13:11):
He wasn't giving jail then he was, but I did talk.

Speaker 2 (01:13:15):
To him about his past and he was honest with it,
but you got the tone that he was done with
all that that he just wanted to change his life
for the better. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:13:22):
So he'd be like your number three after Foreign.

Speaker 2 (01:13:24):
Sure, possibly he could have had.

Speaker 3 (01:13:26):
That number two spot, but he backed it up.

Speaker 2 (01:13:28):
Yeah Yeah, yeah, rich people things.

Speaker 3 (01:13:30):
Like Foreign would say.

Speaker 1 (01:13:31):
But I know, I still can't believe it's I can't
believe we've been doing it for six years, but I
really can't.

Speaker 3 (01:13:36):
Yeah, I feel like it was like a blink.

Speaker 2 (01:13:38):
I feel like it's been three years.

Speaker 5 (01:13:40):
I know.

Speaker 3 (01:13:41):
I kind of do too.

Speaker 1 (01:13:42):
Actually, when I text the fireman that this morning, he
was like, oh my god, we got to we gotta celebrate.
I'm trying to get a blizzard from dary queen.

Speaker 2 (01:13:48):
Do you remember, like early on, we'd have these meetings
with the boss shows back and it was just horrid.
I hated it. It would give me anxiety. It was
just awful. It was bad.

Speaker 1 (01:13:59):
Yeah, but that's with every new show about we gotta
do and you know we we we busted busted ours,
Yeah we did.

Speaker 3 (01:14:07):
And like I was saying earlier, it's it's crazy to
celebrate six years.

Speaker 1 (01:14:10):
And in the midst of that, a pandemic and all
that stuff because you know, they got they got rid
of a lot of new morning shows during that time
because they had to save money, and so I know
we were on the chopping block.

Speaker 3 (01:14:21):
I knock on wood. I'm still crazy that we made
it through.

Speaker 4 (01:14:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:14:26):
And another thing with this too, I'm sure have you
gone through this? How like how many times have you
gone home and been like, I don't know if I'm
going to be married because I talked about something on
the radio that caused hell in my life.

Speaker 1 (01:14:35):
I would say that's like every other day. Yeah, yeah,
one that sticks out to me big time. I don't know,
why he Well, now I'm not talking about it again.
A couple of years back, I was telling about how
like he really loves taking baths, and.

Speaker 3 (01:14:52):
That sentim, well, he got the firehouts and they were
like Joycey likes taking back.

Speaker 1 (01:15:01):
And he was so mad because at the time we
didn't even have a bathtub, but we had just gotten
back from vacation, and every night that man was taking it.

Speaker 3 (01:15:09):
And he doesn't call it baths, he calls it a tub.
So he was taking tubs like every night, and I
couldn't believe you're a man. You didn't even fit in
that tub.

Speaker 1 (01:15:20):
That was one that almost ruined our marriage. Dude, for me,
it was the only fan Yeah, the only fans was tough.
The only that was the night that you packed a duffel.

Speaker 2 (01:15:27):
That was the time he went.

Speaker 4 (01:15:28):
He was on the way to the hotel and then
turned around. No, that was a different night. And I
forget what that one was was, But because like you was,
you were done, he was, he was in the car,
you booked the hotel.

Speaker 2 (01:15:39):
I think I was driving down to Burlington. I got
to Burlington, drove all the way back, but it was
like I thought, that was the only fan I don't remember.
But the Only Fans was bad because she found that
I was spending seventy dollars a month on only fans
And to me, I thought it was just more dep
more adult videos, right, But to her she viewed it
as me paying like almost like a prostitute. And that's center.

(01:16:02):
I mean, it's different, right. So when she found that out,
she didn't speak to me for like a week, and
it was bad. But again, and I understand what she's saying,
and I have to see it from that point of view.

Speaker 1 (01:16:13):
So yeah, but then it's like there's levels to this
because you were going through that and it was like
really bad at home, but you have to come in
here and you have to go to the side. And
our job is to distract people from what they have
going on, and that means putting our stuff to the side.
There's been so many times were off air, I'm boohooing
and the second the mic is on, I'm.

Speaker 3 (01:16:32):
Like, hi, good morning you just this is just out swallow.

Speaker 2 (01:16:35):
You just have to.

Speaker 1 (01:16:36):
And I've been getting so many really dope messages this
morning of people being like, my mornings are with you guys,
Like that's that's all that I know, I drive to
work and I listen to you guys.

Speaker 3 (01:16:46):
We got this talk back.

Speaker 11 (01:16:47):
Hey, guys, I just want to let you know that
I haven't been listening for six years. I went away
for a little bit.

Speaker 12 (01:16:55):
I was in Connecticut at a camp.

Speaker 11 (01:16:57):
That's all I'm going to say.

Speaker 6 (01:16:58):
You guys, rock I've been listening to since I got out.

Speaker 3 (01:17:03):
In Connecticut at a camp prison, and it sounds like
it was thinking about it.

Speaker 2 (01:17:08):
I thought she was. I thought she was kind of clear.
She won on vacation.

Speaker 3 (01:17:12):
Yeah, but at first I was like, maybe rehab, but
six year rehabs.

Speaker 2 (01:17:16):
If it's a lot, that's a lot of time. If
it's Connecticut, then she probably did something federal. So I
assumed she was Forden checks and you know, light work
stuff like that.

Speaker 3 (01:17:25):
But six years now and she and she chose us. Yeah,
I appreciate it. Yeah, And even behind the wall, you.

Speaker 4 (01:17:32):
Guys, oh yeah, Hollywood blanco, Hollywood blonde excelling right now.

Speaker 11 (01:17:37):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (01:17:37):
And if you're somebody that's new to the show and
you're like, what the hell is that? You know, when
we started the show, I don't know what happened, but
word got out in jail and I started getting these
letters from people that were locked up and we started
reading them. I would come in here and have ten, eleven,
twelve letters stacked up for me every day. No, it
got to the point where I remember being like, we

(01:17:58):
can't do this every day. You're gonna do But those
letters fizzled. Like there's every book, there's chapters in all
the books, and we had our beyond the Wall chapter.
And like I said, like Floren said, some of those
guys are really excelling, which is amazing.

Speaker 3 (01:18:12):
Yeah, not enough to date when I say daughters, but
at least, but.

Speaker 2 (01:18:17):
At least he gave Justin a chance.

Speaker 3 (01:18:19):
That is right and just and now Justin, who's done time,
thinks he's better than you. That's got to be a.

Speaker 2 (01:18:25):
Follow my boy. No, at the end of the day,
I never went to jail winning.

Speaker 3 (01:18:29):
Happy six years, sadly and with d.

Speaker 8 (01:18:33):
J feign it's morning Bustin's number one for hip hop
jam in ninety four or five.

Speaker 1 (01:18:43):
All right, everybody that is going to day arrass on
our six year anniversary. Happy six years, guys, happy six
years six years to us. I'm celebrating tonight. Not with
a cocktail with a blizzard.

Speaker 3 (01:18:56):
Listen.

Speaker 1 (01:18:56):
D Q is officially open in Marshfield. It's been open
for a couple of days. I've been driving past that
thing and I'm just I'm done with it. I'm like,
I got to show it some respects. I gotta get
in there.

Speaker 2 (01:19:05):
Does Adkio on your spot do a free ice cream day?

Speaker 1 (01:19:08):
Well it's not a grillin chill. They just do ice cream,
which is kind of disappointed because I've heard the grilling
hills are.

Speaker 2 (01:19:13):
Good, but I don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:19:15):
I don't know if it does.

Speaker 1 (01:19:16):
But I have seen the signs outside for the new
like confetti blizzard. It's like a birthday cake. It's like
in a situation I'm usually brownie fudge blizzard, like old
school galley.

Speaker 12 (01:19:26):
But I don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:19:26):
We're going to see. I might dance. I'm celebrating six
years and.

Speaker 2 (01:19:29):
You like to go like every day too. Huh. So
if it starts, is it going to stop until next year?

Speaker 1 (01:19:32):
Well that's the issue. Like some people do real heroin,
I do it in ice cream form. And it's young
kids that work in there. So I walked in one
day last summer and I was like very stern face
and I'm like, you guys are not to let me
back in here. I don't want to be allowed back
in here if I get in line, tell me you
will not serve me. And they nobody got that. They

(01:19:54):
just stared right right at me. I know right after
you left, like yo, that tall lady was like they're
they're twelve. Like it was uncomfortable for everybody.

Speaker 3 (01:20:01):
So I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:20:02):
I'm I really am going to try to limit myself
to twice a month while it's open twice a month.

Speaker 2 (01:20:08):
Twice a month, I think you can go like at
least once a week, Come on right twice honestly?

Speaker 3 (01:20:13):
Yeah, Oh, I know you're not I no, you're not
talking a little. You haven't lived in three hundred and
sixty five days.

Speaker 2 (01:20:22):
Last time I had ice cream, I couldn't like remember
twive in years. Wow, that's probably been years.

Speaker 3 (01:20:27):
That's so sad, and you're telling me to have it
once A were trying to fat me up, no pullump
me up. Shout out.

Speaker 2 (01:20:39):
