Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wake up, wake yo as, wake up, wake yo as wake.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
Hi everybody.
Speaker 3 (00:18):
Good morning, Happy Thursday. Also happy may this slink.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
We're cruising guy here fast right Hey.
Speaker 2 (00:27):
It does feel like that. I don't know if anybody
else feels that way.
Speaker 1 (00:30):
I feel like just the other day I was in Mexico,
in which it was December. Now it's here where summer,
it's may.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
I keep thinking like I really had the baby almost
a year ago. Now that is nuts.
Speaker 1 (00:44):
That's right. Wow, that that went by fast.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
That went by so freaking fast.
Speaker 3 (00:49):
And I like, again I'm thinking through like the pregnancy,
all of it. Like at this time last year, we
were like, okay, it could come today, it could happen now.
And then remember the day that I started throwing. That day,
we was talking about that too, but I started to
contract on air. I remember people were calling and being like,
(01:10):
go to the hospital. I ended up going like later
that well the next day because.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
You weren't fighting it, but you were like, I don't know,
it could be this, It could be that.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
We all could do that now, you guys, everybody know
everybody like it's like the day, like what was the
official do date?
Speaker 2 (01:27):
The official do date was like the twenty first.
Speaker 1 (01:30):
Yeah, and it was like the nineteenth. I don't know
what it could be. Hey, I think your baby's going to.
Speaker 4 (01:35):
Come out soon.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
I remember people called it and being like, what are
you doing go to the hospital right now?
Speaker 3 (01:42):
Yeah. Then I ended up they started getting closer at
like two, three, four in the morning the next day,
and that's when I.
Speaker 1 (01:48):
I think we just had this conversation. Like the other day,
we were walking out and I was like, you're not
going to be here tomorrow. You're going to have a baby.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
I remember us walking into the garage and.
Speaker 3 (01:57):
I was so uncomfortable and I was in pain, and
you were like, give me a hug because I'm not
going to see you now for three months, like you're
going on maternity.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
I said, no, I'll be here in the morning.
Speaker 1 (02:09):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (02:10):
I know, you're so badly. One of my water to
break with Daisy two never happened.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
I did. I wanted to happen here on air so
I can this experience thing.
Speaker 3 (02:20):
It is weird to think that, like I was so
pregnant this time last year and now we Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (02:25):
Like probably Frost, It's like gone by like very fast
for you. I'm sure being in the thick of it
has not.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
Well, no, I feel like it has.
Speaker 3 (02:33):
I mean we were saying last night, we're planning her
first birthday now, and I'm like, how how are we
planning her first birthday? How am I getting close to
the end of my breastfeeding journey?
Speaker 2 (02:44):
Round two is crazy as well.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
Yeah, your goal is to make it a year, right.
Speaker 3 (02:49):
Yeah, I'll make it a year for sure, and then
we'll see I always, like with Leilah, said the same thing.
I'm like, I'll stop at a year. I'll stop at
a year, But you know, you get attached to the
of it all.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
I mean, I think a year is good. It's those
parents who are walking around with like five year olds.
Speaker 3 (03:04):
Nah. I actually my and this is no offense to
anybody that does this. My friend's pregnant and she has
a two year old and the two year old was
still on the boob. I was like, get that kid
off the boob. She's twenty Like, what are you doing?
Speaker 2 (03:17):
It's weird?
Speaker 3 (03:18):
Now stop like you're about to have another baby. I
have a two year old walking up to you and
sucking on your nipple.
Speaker 1 (03:24):
It's not just it's uncomfortable for everybody else then they
could talk. So it's like, can I have to Can
I have some milk?
Speaker 4 (03:29):
No?
Speaker 3 (03:30):
Yeah, it's weird no, and even like yeah, I mean
I took a shower with Laila last night and she
asked me when hers we're going to look like mine?
Speaker 2 (03:38):
I go, you don't want that.
Speaker 3 (03:40):
You don't want that because they look different during breastfeating
dial Yeah, so yes, I said, honey, you don't want the.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
But they go back to normal.
Speaker 3 (03:47):
These are coat hangers. You could hang something on these.
You don't want that, but they were tracked right, they'll
go yeah. Yeah, but like it's.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
Not long, yeah, like pencils.
Speaker 3 (03:56):
Yeah, thicker, but anyways, Yeah, it is wild to think
that this year has flew by.
Speaker 2 (04:03):
I feel like baby here.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
But the feeling of it being warm makes it feel
so good. It makes you want to be outside and
just do things.
Speaker 3 (04:10):
Oh, people are out even yesterday and Marshall we were saying,
like we had the windows all open, and later even
into the evening.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
You can just hear so much chatter out on the streets.
Speaker 3 (04:20):
People are walking, people, people are like itching to get outside.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
And for you guys, if you have the windows like open,
you must hear the ocean.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
Right, Yeah, we can't.
Speaker 4 (04:27):
Oh it's cool.
Speaker 5 (04:28):
That's nice.
Speaker 2 (04:29):
Yeah, it is very nice. You can see it too,
depending on the season.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
Look at you right there, from Southee to a beach town.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
Wow, look I'm just a beach But wait for an
Are you back on the bike?
Speaker 4 (04:40):
Not yet, I gotta get his serviced. Actually, it's going
in on Friday next week and then we're back on
the trails.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
Well, we'll prep.
Speaker 4 (04:49):
Hopping curves and breaking ribs.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
We'll be ready.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
We will stay vigilant, and we will be ready to
go back to main.
Speaker 1 (04:56):
Last night, No, I actually had an event last night,
all right, wasn't that? I'm I left though?
Speaker 6 (05:03):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (05:03):
Should we not talk? Should we wait?
Speaker 1 (05:05):
We should have wait? I should probably because because I
should probably like apologize something. The hell which is one
one person.
Speaker 3 (05:12):
That may all right, well, we have an apology coming
hot at six point thirty.
Speaker 7 (05:16):
Good morning, actually and the jam In Morning Show with
DJ four and it's Saunty.
Speaker 8 (05:22):
When you need to know, we got you three things
you need to know on Boston's number one for hip
hop and the best throwbags you haven't any more?
Speaker 9 (05:30):
Five dang well, our medical staff, the comes medical staff MS.
Everybody that got to the gentleman, even though it's three
hundred and fifty feet a wire or whatever it is.
And then the fact of how I went down and
laying motionless, we're like all the plays going on. I mean,
Kraig saw it.
Speaker 10 (05:46):
I saw it.
Speaker 9 (05:46):
We both got out there.
Speaker 4 (05:47):
I think the ompire saw it.
Speaker 9 (05:48):
Unfortunately, because the way the ball kicked, it's extremely unfortunate.
Speaker 4 (05:52):
I mean, that's an understatement.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
That is an understatement.
Speaker 3 (05:55):
Thursday, May first, and a major League Baseball fan sustained
significant injuries in critical condition from a fall at PNC
Park there in Pittsburgh.
Speaker 2 (06:07):
Guys, I don't know if you have seen the fall yet, horrifying.
Speaker 3 (06:12):
Like horrforing and everybody saw it, like I felt like
it was on display.
Speaker 2 (06:17):
Everybody kind of watched it.
Speaker 3 (06:18):
First off in baseball, I don't know why it is
when someone runs out into the field, it stands out
to me so much more than any other sport. Maybe
because it's so grass, the grass is so getting out
there or something.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
I don't know what it is.
Speaker 3 (06:31):
But to fall the twenty feet from the balcony where
he was onto the it was almost.
Speaker 2 (06:37):
Like it was happening in slow motion or something.
Speaker 3 (06:39):
But when you watch, it felt like he jumped up
like celebratory and then he must have I don't know.
Speaker 2 (06:48):
It was the whole thing of it was very strange.
Speaker 1 (06:51):
Maybe his feet got caught and forced him the fall
like over, but it wasn't just that me. It was
like the flips down to the field. Yeah, that's the
scariest part about it.
Speaker 3 (07:01):
TMC has a photo of him and he's laying on
the stretcher and he's just his face is all bloodied.
Speaker 2 (07:06):
They're saying he's in critical.
Speaker 3 (07:07):
I mean, yeah, he did do a ton of tumbles
before he made his way down, but at one point
all of the baseball players on the field are just
turned and staring at him being put on the stretcher. Sir,
I mean, obviously an accident. He wasn't trying to get
to the field or anything. But watching it is it's scary.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
The unfortunate thing I thought. The first time it's happened
in Atlanta, I think in twenty fifteen, somebody actually died,
and it happens from time to time. I think people
get like and again, I don't know if.
Speaker 2 (07:34):
That could I hope he doesn't, but.
Speaker 1 (07:36):
People get excited. There was another guy who fell not
like not too far and he passed away like a
few years like after it happens. I think the excitement
of the whole thing, but it's scary to see this.
I think that's the first time I've actually ever seen
it on video like this.
Speaker 3 (07:50):
Yeah, because I mean again, it was a weird fall,
like it looked like he was jumping in excitement, yeah,
and then like his body just fell forward. I don't know,
but again, he's incritical and hopefully we have some good
news for you tomorrow ort the beginning of next week.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
But I wouldn't suggest watching the video if you want to.
Don't want to start your day.
Speaker 4 (08:11):
Out that way, because it was not good.
Speaker 3 (08:13):
All right, let's go to dad. I had this thing
on all day yesterday. It's getting out of contra. I'm
like taking calls and trying to figure out vendors and
things for Daisy's birthday, and there's Jen McCabe's face on
my phone.
Speaker 2 (08:24):
At the same time, it.
Speaker 3 (08:26):
Was cross examination day with daddy. Al you know, I
was looking forward to it for And I don't know
if you felt like this, because I know you watched
it too, But to me, it was very clear that
Alan Jackson was trying to set the scene for the jurors.
That two part number one, he believes Jen McCabe has
been coached up by the prosecution, whether it was Hank
(08:49):
Brennan or not, it would be remiss of anybody not
to say that Jen McCabe is.
Speaker 2 (08:53):
Doing a way better job in this child than she
has the first time. And who knows, maybe it was
Brian Albert. He's been a cop. Maybe he's the one
coaching up. I don't know who's doing it.
Speaker 3 (09:04):
But she looks good, she sounds good, she's poised, she's
not letting Alan get to her, get into her skin.
She's she sure did so.
Speaker 2 (09:16):
He that was the first part of it. He's like,
you know, did anybody tell you how to answer questions?
How to speak? That was the first part.
Speaker 3 (09:23):
The second thing that he's very very clearly trying to
tell the Jerseys they plotted a story, because remember he's
trying to push the narrative that John O'Keefe went inside
that home, he died in the home. Something happened with
the mccab family, with the Alberts, and this is all
this massive can't and cover up, right, So you know,
(09:44):
he asked her a lot of questions about Okay. So
after then Karen goes to the hospital and John's at
the hospital.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
You're inside your sister's home. What are you guys doing.
Speaker 3 (09:55):
She's like, we're sitting at the table, you know, I'm
they're comforting me, and we're talking about what happened, and
I'm telling my story and they're.
Speaker 2 (10:03):
Talking about what happened.
Speaker 3 (10:03):
And he said, oh, because you guys are like exchanging
stories and you're comparing stories. And she's like, well, no,
we're not comparing stories. Again, I thought she did a
really good job.
Speaker 5 (10:14):
Did.
Speaker 3 (10:14):
I also want to say, I don't know if you
feel like this, but I don't think it's weird that
after all that happened, she went and sat at her
sister's kitchen table and talked about it with her sister.
Speaker 2 (10:24):
If you're a juror, I don't think that's weird.
Speaker 4 (10:26):
I don't think so, because you know, he's trying to
make it seem like.
Speaker 2 (10:28):
Her like that shouldn't have happened.
Speaker 4 (10:30):
Yeah, but I mean again, she said it, we were
comforting each other, we were talking to each other. They
were some instances though, where he talked about like when
the Feds the other they kept calling them. Of the
officers from the other department or whatever came to visit her,
and she did not who she was. They came and
asked her jam McCain, She said, nah, they pulled up,
They walked up to a car, and then she said
(10:51):
she walked into the house and then they called immediately
and they were like, hey, are you jemakab would need
to talk to you, and she was like, yeah, just
give me a minute to get to get read. She
goes and calls two people, one of them being her husband,
another one being the other lady who was on trial
the other day.
Speaker 2 (11:06):
Carry Roberts.
Speaker 4 (11:07):
There you go. So Jackson is starting to make it
look like why did you need to do that.
Speaker 2 (11:10):
I'm calling my husband too, though, so I don't call it.
Speaker 3 (11:13):
It's not strange to me, but I get the picture
he's trying to paint.
Speaker 2 (11:16):
I can totally see it, you know.
Speaker 3 (11:18):
He also really tried to hone in like Michael Proctor
when he did his first interview with Jen McCabe.
Speaker 2 (11:25):
Instead of interviewing.
Speaker 3 (11:27):
Her right at thirty four Fairview, he allowed for her
to go home and he met her at her house.
Now on her end, she's like, I went home because
I had four girls sleeping my kids. My four kids
are sleeping the house. Now I have to tell them
what happened to John, like I have to go again.
That's the right answer. That's not weird or anything. But
his whole point is, Michael Proctor is not going to
(11:47):
interview at the scene of the home. He's never gonna
step foot inside the home where it all again, painting
a picture, right, Painting a picture that they were able
to have all this time to concoct these stories. Then
she was able to go home, and she invited Brian
Albert to come home with her for when she did
her interview with Michael Praster. But also again, if you're
just a regular person, if you're a civilian who goes
(12:09):
through something like this, I'm calling my husband, I'm sitting
with my sister.
Speaker 2 (12:12):
That's also not weird. I can see both sides to it.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
I really can too.
Speaker 3 (12:17):
Yeah, the biggest moment I think of the cross examination
yesterday was actually all the way at the very end,
not expecting you guys remember this at all. But in
the first trial to the grand jury, Jen McCabe said
that she heard Karen Reid say I may.
Speaker 2 (12:36):
Have hit him to a female EMT.
Speaker 3 (12:39):
Now in this trial, she is saying, without any doubt,
I heard Karen say I hit him, I hit him.
I hit him, cause remember that that's I hit him,
I hit him the three times. Has we've heard that
a few times? We heard that from a firefighter. Now
we're hearing it from her. And Alan Jackson is trying
to get to the point of, like, you guys are
all changing your store. So things got a little feisty
(13:02):
at the end.
Speaker 4 (13:02):
Of the day yesterday.
Speaker 11 (13:04):
Ask one more clear questions to Jackson.
Speaker 12 (13:06):
What was the answer you gave.
Speaker 10 (13:10):
An answer to the question about what we said on
the street to the e MT, the female EMT at
the scene.
Speaker 13 (13:18):
What did you say?
Speaker 14 (13:19):
She said, I don't know if I was asked specifically
what she said to a female mr.
Speaker 15 (13:24):
We're gonna end this now, have one more question, go ahead, okay,
sure is ignore the comments of counsel.
Speaker 11 (13:36):
Ask one question. Mister Jackson said that.
Speaker 1 (13:39):
She said, could I have hit him?
Speaker 10 (13:43):
Did I hit him in the presence of the female EMT.
That's what you testified to undergo at the Grand Jurorsi.
Speaker 11 (13:50):
Yes, because she also said that.
Speaker 2 (13:54):
Him saying I can't end it like this. I like it.
It wasn't like my strong daddy Al. I was like, please,
I can't hint it.
Speaker 1 (14:01):
Like and also if I'm on the jury, I'm not
going to ignore that.
Speaker 5 (14:04):
I just.
Speaker 3 (14:07):
Right. There are so many times she'll make comments like,
you know, ignore what was said, disregard as like it's
it's out there, honey, it's in the air, it's in
their Probably. I want to ask Nick about this because
I'm hearing rumors. So do we all know the He's
a he's a muscle he's like musclely looking guy.
Speaker 2 (14:28):
He's bald headed. He's John O'Keefe's brother.
Speaker 3 (14:31):
He always sits in the same spot in court every
single time something happened in the court room. Yesterday he
was moved. He's no longer allowed to sit in that spot.
The rumor is, and I'm gonna ask Nick about this.
There is a rumor circulating that he was never looking
at the stand and always grilling Karen, like he would
just stare at her and he wouldn't take her eyes.
Speaker 2 (14:53):
I don't know. That's a room.
Speaker 4 (14:54):
That's that's intimidation. Is last they had a little spat too. Yeah,
there's a the free words right there. Understand between him
and her and and she he said something to her
and she said something back. Yeah, I'm surprised that he
still was allowed to sit there, but hey, you gotta.
Speaker 1 (15:10):
Close to it.
Speaker 4 (15:12):
His point that, yeah, I don't think steering is an issue,
but like, what do you want him to do? Look
at the ceiling, right.
Speaker 2 (15:18):
I guess they want him to look at who's on
the stand. But you can't. You can't. It's not against
the law.
Speaker 5 (15:22):
You know.
Speaker 1 (15:23):
So you have to understand he believes that she killed you.
Speaker 4 (15:25):
That's what I'm saying, my brother. Yes I hate you.
Speaker 2 (15:29):
Yeah for sure, understandable for sure.
Speaker 3 (15:32):
But it just adds to the dramatics of that courtroom
and everything.
Speaker 2 (15:37):
So I don't know.
Speaker 3 (15:38):
So overall, what do you guys think? I mean, I
know Jemmy K will be back on the stand.
Speaker 4 (15:41):
But again, the coaching worked, the makeup work, the new
glam worked. I thought, I thought she came off a
lot more better because what we ought to believe that
the jurors that are here now have never seen anything
that has ever happened before. So these are their first
quote unquote impression of her. Right, So if this is
their first impression, they like, oh, why is this guy,
so like mean to this lady.
Speaker 3 (16:02):
Yeah, you know because the last time, oh, she was tweaking. Yeah,
she was shaken. They were calling her the wicked witch
of camp.
Speaker 4 (16:09):
Yeah she's.
Speaker 2 (16:11):
If in fact, you're wondering, how does Karen feel or
she is?
Speaker 5 (16:15):
Karen?
Speaker 1 (16:16):
Did you tell.
Speaker 2 (16:16):
Jenja make that Google search at that point?
Speaker 3 (16:18):
I did not.
Speaker 16 (16:19):
I did not tell Jim to make a Google search.
I certainly didn't tell her to make going at your
twenty seven either.
Speaker 2 (16:24):
What stood out to you most today?
Speaker 16 (16:25):
We know all the details, we know all the changes
in statements. It's just what will her reaction be? And uh,
it's just more of the same inconsistencies. Every statement's different underalls,
not under oath. If the cops are all wrong, this
is this is very similar to what we started.
Speaker 1 (16:44):
Because she's lying, she's she's talking a lot more of
this time around too.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (16:50):
I mean, clearly her her team and Alan Jackson has
told her, I guess you can answer questions outside of
the courtroom because she yeah.
Speaker 1 (16:57):
Which is whole a pr power moved there.
Speaker 3 (16:59):
Yeah all right, And last they remember how we discussed
the Atlanta Falcons defensive coordinators. Son is who did the
prank on shaudor Sanders remember this, Okay, So we had
the discussion where like he might lose his job over this, because,
you know, forun was saying that he had read there
(17:20):
was like a piece of paper left out for the
draft with all the kids' cell phone numbers on. It
was a draft cell phone number. You call that number
if in fact you want a draft should door Sanders.
So his son got a hold of it. They filmed
themselves making this prank call to him. You know, it
was actually like sad, I was upset, but we were like,
(17:40):
what's gonna happen? Will he lose his job? Well, the
NFL has in fact hit the Falcons with a two
hundred and fifty thousand dollars penalty, Hey, and the defensive
coordinator one hundred thousand dollars fine personally Yep, the.
Speaker 2 (17:54):
Falcons two and fifty and him one.
Speaker 4 (17:57):
Hundred total three hundred and fifty k A prank call.
I'm taking my belt off.
Speaker 3 (18:05):
My son, even I would want to murder that, Like
he's he's in college, right, he's old enough.
Speaker 2 (18:13):
Like I don't know if he's got he looks older? Yeah,
Like what's just like I thought he was in his twenties.
Speaker 4 (18:19):
Yeah, I don't think those those any I mean that
I can't pay the statement. How's he going to play
a hundred thousand?
Speaker 5 (18:25):
Yeah?
Speaker 13 (18:26):
I know, but whatever he does, whatever he has you
take away the car like no, like bro a hundred
grand out of my paycheck because I yelled.
Speaker 1 (18:37):
I assume that the coach can afford that, because that
job is a good job. Grand thousand. It's hard.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
He wouldn't even be able to look at him.
Speaker 4 (18:47):
Honestly, Oh my god, I'd be so mad.
Speaker 1 (18:50):
Take away his PlayStation?
Speaker 4 (18:53):
What I'm breaking?
Speaker 2 (18:54):
It can't all right?
Speaker 3 (18:58):
He needs to know Forday, may the first make sure
you're listening live to jam And on the app.
Speaker 2 (19:03):
And while you're there, as as your pre second morning.
Speaker 4 (19:07):
Say and the.
Speaker 7 (19:08):
Jam In Morning Show with DJ four and it's sawd
Morning Clausin's number one for hip hop jamm In ninety
four or five.
Speaker 2 (19:18):
Hi, everybody, good morning.
Speaker 3 (19:20):
Sounds not me I if I get ahead of myself here,
but just want to paint the scene for everybody. Last
night you were hosting a movie screening here actually an
assembly row correct for the Thunderbolts. For Thunderbolts okay, which
is a Marvel film to.
Speaker 1 (19:35):
Marvel film getting praise, supposed to be amazing.
Speaker 3 (19:38):
We were chit chatting about a million things this morning.
I knew you had that last night. You said you
were sleepy from it, and then you said something happened
and you have to apologize to somebody.
Speaker 1 (19:52):
This thought to be here. Yeah, So when we host
these screenings, were there to warm people up, to interact
with the crowd, giveaway prizes. So I was on the
mic that the it was full, you know, going back
and forth talking about.
Speaker 2 (20:03):
Marvel people, things, all typical things.
Speaker 1 (20:05):
Yeah, talking about Marvel people. And now behind me on
the screen, they had a poster of the movie with
the entire cast and one of the people. So it's
Captain America is up there and Bucky and some other people.
These players are gonna come into play, so it's.
Speaker 2 (20:19):
Like you're literally speaking Spanish to me. I don't know
any of this, all.
Speaker 1 (20:22):
Right, Well, in a nutshell, somebody asked me if I
was a fan of Bucky, a character in the Marvel world.
I said no, and they asked me why, and I said,
because he has one arm. And then it hit me
and then I'm like then I sarcastically, I was like, no,
offense to anybody in here if you have one arm.
Two seconds later, this lady from my left raises the
(20:43):
one raises, well, hold on, there's a dispute there, and
she goes, I should hit you with this. So she
had an arm, she just didn't have a hand right,
So she's waving it and jezu, you know what I mean.
So I see that and I doesn't want you know
what I mean, I'm dying right. But then my response
(21:04):
to that was like, well, technically you have an arm.
If I would have said you just have one hand,
then you can be upset.
Speaker 5 (21:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (21:14):
I don't know if that was the right thing to do.
But from that point on they were still like thirty
minutes left staring at me. Her and her friend were
not happy. We're not happy with me. Then I'm like, damn,
I should probably apologize to this lady, But then I
don't want to go up to hers, so let me
do just a public one here. I am sorry for
making that joke. It was the easy joke to make
based off the Marvel universe with Bucky who lost an
(21:37):
army's arm. I forget exactly what what what happened, but
now he has a bionic arm, so he has two
arms once just made out of metal and it's technology.
So yeah, so that was the joke of the whole thing.
So I apologize to.
Speaker 2 (21:50):
You, to you, not to the woman with what hand.
Speaker 1 (21:54):
I don't know what happened to your arm, or more
specifically your fifth that's gone. But I apologize, And that
was it meant to you. It was an easy joke.
And sometimes, you know, we make fun just to lighten up,
like the moon, and we take it too far.
Speaker 4 (22:05):
I didn't know.
Speaker 3 (22:06):
I mean, you can't make amputee Joe if you don't
know if somebody has had something am well, myself.
Speaker 1 (22:15):
Might argue that with Technically, I don't think it was
an ampute Maybe she was born like that, so you know,
So it's not like.
Speaker 3 (22:21):
I mean, listen, this is a great debate right in
the comedy world. If we start saying, you can't talk
about white people, you can't talk about black people, you
can't talk about people without hands, it's not comedy anymore.
Speaker 4 (22:31):
Right, is not a comedian? Why are we talking about that?
I know?
Speaker 1 (22:34):
And that's the thing that last night I don't making
jokes and he was looking at Kevin Hart. I got
way too comfortable. Yeah, so I don't know, man, I'm
sure it was so naturally I did.
Speaker 3 (22:52):
He follows this account with this woman that has no arms,
and he shows me as she makes like eggs in
the morning.
Speaker 2 (22:57):
He's sucked.
Speaker 1 (22:58):
You know what's funny is that before the thing started,
I saw her, Like I remember she walked to the theater.
I was like, oh wow, that lady's.
Speaker 2 (23:07):
You noticed that she didn't have a hand.
Speaker 1 (23:09):
I did before it started, before I started doing like
the interaction part, but then I forgot about it.
Speaker 2 (23:14):
Right, you started flowing you thought you were Kevin Hart.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
I remember like seeing her.
Speaker 1 (23:18):
I'm like, oh, wow, she does have a hand, right,
So I do the thing and it's something in my
soul was like, wait, somebody in here it's gonna get offended.
And it's probably because they're missing a limb or something
like that. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (23:30):
Do you ever say something like that and you know
you shouldn't and you're like, your but hole gets like
super tight.
Speaker 2 (23:34):
Did you sweat?
Speaker 1 (23:35):
Yeah, because I just have done that feeling. I had
a feeling. And then there was an awkward laughter from
the crowd. So I feel like other people had seen
her too.
Speaker 3 (23:42):
So yeah, did you end up giving her a personal
apology or did you just left the.
Speaker 1 (23:47):
Pipe going round? There were too many people around. But
I did offer to come give her a hug.
Speaker 3 (23:51):
At one point when you made the one arm joke,
did the crowd respond, Yeah, they definitely did.
Speaker 1 (23:58):
Half the crowd thought it was funny. The other crowd,
which now thinking back, it was the one that was
like around her. They didn't think it was funny. And
like I understand.
Speaker 2 (24:06):
Because they noticed.
Speaker 1 (24:07):
Yeah, and like she like legit, lifted up her arm
and was like waving it at me. I should come
hit you with this like hat porn.
Speaker 2 (24:15):
Have you ever made a joke gone wrong?
Speaker 4 (24:16):
Oh? Yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely, and you feel it as
it's coming out to you. Do I'm not gonna lie
to you. I remember one time this dude on my
job was walking by with it with the supervisor. I'm
just jokingly going dead man walking. Sure enough he was
walking together getting fired.
Speaker 2 (24:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (24:33):
I had no clue. I'm just over it, like a
walk in the plank and that was it.
Speaker 3 (24:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (24:40):
After that, I try to I try to be calm
and cool.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
You know, there is nothing worse than when you make
the joke like that and you can just.
Speaker 3 (24:46):
See a response is not what you wanted, and you know, like.
Speaker 1 (24:50):
Yeah, I feel like I do it once. I mean,
it doesn't happen a lot with you. I feel like
something like this happens pretty consistently when you make a joke.
Speaker 2 (24:59):
And it's crazy.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
Yeah, might I have a similar one that I always
think about the same thing as foreign I'm at the
elevator with this guy and I'm joking about getting out
of this hell hole and blowing this popsicle standing because
I knew he worked here at iHeart And he gets
like teary eyed and he said, I'm well, I am
going to leave because I was just fired.
Speaker 4 (25:22):
How do you come back like you can't even say nothing.
Speaker 1 (25:25):
You either have to apologize right in the moment or
just keep it pushing. That's what you have to do,
because if you over explain the whole thing and makes
it worse.
Speaker 2 (25:31):
No it is. I mean, I listen. I don't make
amputee jokes though, so I haven't had one of those.
Speaker 1 (25:36):
Understand on the screen.
Speaker 6 (25:38):
I lost.
Speaker 1 (25:39):
I don't know who he is. Am I not supposed
to tie the two together in a joke?
Speaker 4 (25:43):
Truth, brother, right right?
Speaker 1 (25:45):
I didn't know.
Speaker 3 (25:46):
That she lost a hand son, you already said you
noticed her on the way, but then I forgot about it.
Speaker 1 (25:53):
I forgot about it, and she's got one.
Speaker 2 (25:56):
I forgot your truth.
Speaker 4 (25:57):
Another one armor.
Speaker 1 (26:00):
She was holding the popcorn thing like kind of hugging
it with like her left arm, and she had like
stop and then she picked up her left and was
waving it like at me. She wasn't it violent?
Speaker 2 (26:09):
An actual like famous story for an of me doing this.
One time we were all again.
Speaker 3 (26:16):
It was another work event, and there was champagne everywhere
and everybody's drinking their champagne. And I noticed that Justin
from down the hall and kiss like isn't drinking his champagne.
And I'm like, hey, bitch boy, pick up your champagne glass.
Speaker 2 (26:35):
We're all drinking. And he's very calmly like ignoring me,
ignoring me, like Ashley, he's not commenting back stop. But
I couldn't let it go.
Speaker 13 (26:45):
Oh what are you better than this, mister?
Speaker 2 (26:49):
I don't drink. I don't drink.
Speaker 3 (26:51):
He like very nicely touched my hand. He's like, hey,
I'm sober and I've been sober.
Speaker 1 (26:58):
Yeah he had he had a bad problem too. Yeah,
we're trying to get him to relapse.
Speaker 4 (27:03):
You know I did. I did. I did that to
him at the wedding. I'm over here offering there, you
want one of these bottles of coke bro with Ja,
you should have, so I'm gonna get I'm going to
get another one. Y'all want something. They're both looking at
me like no, no, no, and that eventual I think
White was like we don't drink yeah, and then yeah,
I think told me, oh no, he's been out. I
felt bad.
Speaker 2 (27:24):
Well, now you know what I feel like home. I
feel so comfortable in this space. This is a safe
space on this show, especially in.
Speaker 5 (27:32):
The morning show with j feign It's sunny when you
need to know.
Speaker 8 (27:37):
No, we got you three things you need to know
on Boston Number one for hip hop and the best throwbags.
Speaker 17 (27:43):
You haven't any more vibe Karen?
Speaker 3 (27:46):
Did you?
Speaker 2 (27:47):
Karen? Did you tell Juja make that Google search that morning?
Speaker 18 (27:49):
I did not.
Speaker 2 (27:50):
I did not tell Jo to make a Google search.
I certainly didn't tell him going at too twenty seven either.
Speaker 16 (27:55):
What stood out to you most today? We know all
the details, we know all the changes and statements. It's
just what will her reaction be? And it's just more
of the same inconsistencies. Every statement's different under oalls, not
under oath. If the cops are all wrong, this is
this is very similar.
Speaker 5 (28:12):
To what we start he.
Speaker 2 (28:16):
Because she's lying.
Speaker 3 (28:17):
She's lying Thursday May first, You know, listen, easy for
carryed On to get up there and answer which question
she wants to outside of the courtroom.
Speaker 2 (28:26):
Put her on the stand.
Speaker 1 (28:27):
Oh could you imagine, Oh.
Speaker 2 (28:29):
My gosh, she won't go understand, but that would be amazing.
Speaker 3 (28:33):
That was kr outside of court yesterday talking about Jen McKay.
We are going round to with Jen mcab It was
cross examination day for daddy out.
Speaker 2 (28:42):
Let me tell you.
Speaker 3 (28:43):
What'd I had that thing on all day long. Listen,
We've talked about it in length, and nobody can deny.
Jen looks better. The teeth look good, the hair looks good,
the outfits are planned, the glam is nice.
Speaker 2 (28:55):
I mean, she has softened, if you will, from the
first child.
Speaker 1 (29:00):
That just is what it is.
Speaker 3 (29:03):
She looks at the jurors, she makes eye contacts, she does,
and she she did a she did a really good
job staying tough there with daddy al yesterday. A couple
things to highlight. I mean, I think it was pretty
evidence anybody that watched it yesterday. But if in case
you did not catch you up. Alan Jackson was definitely
trying to paint this picture of Hey, here you have
(29:24):
Jen McCabe, who didn't act like this in the first trial.
It seems like she was coached up. And you also
have a woman that is inconsistent. She didn't say the
same things in the first trial that she is saying today.
She also plotted with her family members. I'm Alan Jackson,
by the way, and I'm telling you what I am
trying to prove. Daddy Al said multiple times, Well, so
(29:46):
wait a second. You were inside the home with all
of your family members with no authorities. And she's like, well,
I mean yeah, we were discussing what happened. They were,
you know, making me feel better about this situation. We
just found our friend. We didn't know what was going on.
They were comforting me. And he's like, but was there
a police officer there? No, was there anybody listening in
(30:08):
in the conversation. No, So he was really trying to,
you know, play to this whole story of yeah, you
guys were all inside by yourselves because you were concocting
a story. You were trying to come up with who's
gonna say what when you talk to the police, you know.
And I thought she also did a great job of
just being a civilian who just went through something horrible
(30:30):
and was like, well, yeah, no, I did. I did
sit at my sister's kitchen. I did call my husband
first because a friend of ours had just died that
I love. And what else am I gonna do. I
don't know about you guys, but I'll call my husband first,
that's for sure. It's not weird to me that if
I go through something traumatic, I'm calling my brother and
or sitting down at his kitchen table if that's where
(30:50):
it happened. The big standout or stand off between Alan
Jackson and Jen McCabe came at the end of the
day and it was about the comments I hit him,
I hit him, I hit him. That's been any consistency
in this trial. We know a firefighter said he heard it,
(31:10):
and now we have Carrie Roberts saying she heard it,
and Jen mckabe was also saying she heard it. And
Alan Jackson's like, well, wait, hold up. In the last
trial to the grand jury, that's not what you said.
Speaker 11 (31:20):
Ask one more clear questions to Jackson, what was.
Speaker 4 (31:24):
The answer you gave.
Speaker 19 (31:27):
An answer to the question.
Speaker 1 (31:29):
About what was said on the street to the MT.
The the female MT at the scene.
Speaker 18 (31:34):
What did you say?
Speaker 14 (31:35):
She said, I don't know if I was asked specifically
what she said to a female MR.
Speaker 11 (31:41):
We're going to end this now. Have one more question,
go ahead.
Speaker 15 (31:49):
Okay, sure is ignore the comments of counsel. Ask one question.
Mister Jackson said that.
Speaker 1 (31:56):
She said, could I have hit him.
Speaker 10 (32:01):
In the presence of the female eag That's what you
testified to under at.
Speaker 14 (32:06):
The grand Yes, because she also said that I can't ignoreish,
you can't ignore it's out there years.
Speaker 1 (32:14):
I just just said that.
Speaker 4 (32:16):
And I think the defense is doing a good job
of showing that everybody's story is changing now all of
a sudden. People. Certainly we're hearing more clearer now years
later when before that's not the statement that you gave.
And the fact that they kind of keep trying to
dance around how to answer that question might play a
part into the Georg's mind, like, yeah, something's fishy.
Speaker 3 (32:34):
Over there, and to that point, you know, he'll say
so on this date you said this, That's that's when
it should be the most fresh in your mind.
Speaker 2 (32:42):
But now you're saying you heard this. It's also tough.
I mean, we can play Devil's Advocate here.
Speaker 3 (32:47):
Karen Read's outside talking about she's lying. I didn't ask
him to do that Google search. But you didn't even
remember that you drove the man of thirty for fair
few honey, Like hell, you know, we could do this
all day. We could do the whole show, a little
bit of dramatics. Inside the courtroom, John O'Keefe's brother was
asked to move. He will not be able to sit
in the same seat that he has been. The rumor
(33:09):
is is that he was kind of grilling Karen Reid
and her team, Alan Jackson and the boys, and they
had to have a whole sidebar about it. And he
will still remain in the courtroom, but he will sit
somewhere different. I guess we'll find that out.
Speaker 1 (33:21):
So you can look at them. You just can't give
him a dirty look.
Speaker 2 (33:24):
Right, I guess they felt like he was getting given
them the stairsation.
Speaker 3 (33:28):
But but porn said it best last hour. In their mind,
that is the murder of his brother. He's upset, rightfully.
Speaker 1 (33:36):
So blink a couple of times, turn your ahead from
time to time.
Speaker 3 (33:40):
Look at Jen for one second and then you go
ahead and look back. But yeah, he's been moved, you know.
Not something else that stood out to me too. I
could be wrong on this, and I'm sure we'll get
the answer well ish and we'll learn more. But I
thought we are all gonna ask Nick about this tomorrow,
or Nick, if you're listening, I'm sure you'll text me.
But I thought we learned that Chloe, Chloe is the
(34:01):
is the German shepherd left the house that night with
Brian and Nicole, Albert's daughter.
Speaker 2 (34:06):
When she left the party, she took the dog, is
what I thought I remember.
Speaker 3 (34:10):
But I noticed yesterday Alan Jackson was asking a thousand
questions to Jen McKay.
Speaker 2 (34:14):
When you bust into their room to tell them, wake up,
wake up? Did you hear a dog bark?
Speaker 3 (34:19):
No? Did you see a dog No? When you're walking
up the stairs, did you see a dog No? When
you went to the room you see a dog?
Speaker 6 (34:24):
No?
Speaker 2 (34:24):
Did you hear that?
Speaker 3 (34:25):
He was making it very clear, like so, I thought
he was trying to insinuate so the dog was there?
Or are you lying something is going on with Chloe,
which we know is going to come back up anyway.
But I thought, I don't know why he was doing that,
because I thought we already learned that Chloe had left
the house.
Speaker 4 (34:41):
And that's how I took it. I took it like
your line about running through the house yelling wake up,
wake up, because nobody was sleeping. And the reason why
you don't notice a dog is because everything had already
happened and the dog was gone. Dog is out of here. Okay,
you know what I mean. So for you that And
it's true though, because he did say, this is the
dog that protects the house and you're somewhat of a
stranger and screaming yeah at their parent basically, and the
(35:03):
dog didn't say nothing to you.
Speaker 3 (35:04):
One thing that did come out, which I thought helped
the prosecution, was that she goes. Chloe was never aggressive
with people. She was aggressive with other dogs.
Speaker 2 (35:13):
She goes.
Speaker 3 (35:13):
So I wasn't allowed to bring my dog to the
house because the dog was aggressive. But now if you
they I thought Alan Jackson did a weird job to
have kept saying like, you're a stranger to the dog,
and I'm like, she's not. My brother comes into the house,
My dogs know that know him right way. He's not
a stranger either way. We're gonna get to Chloe because
obviously the defense is claiming that the wounds on John
O'Keefe's arms are from Chloe. So we're gonna we're gonna
(35:35):
dig more into that. But listen, if we have to
say she's doing better than.
Speaker 6 (35:41):
She did, Yeah, no, she is.
Speaker 4 (35:43):
I'm not gonna hold you she's not. She's not getting upset.
Every I've noticed sometimes she kind of starts to build
up a little bit, you know, the blood starts the boy.
But then she just you see it, take a breath
and roll her eyes and then she just even enough.
Speaker 3 (35:55):
Of watch her eye contact. Yeah, when she says certain things,
she looks to the jurors like, I don't know. She's
she's she's doing better. She is all right, Drake is
coming out with.
Speaker 2 (36:05):
Perfume.
Speaker 4 (36:06):
Oh knock alone.
Speaker 2 (36:08):
Summer mink might be nice.
Speaker 1 (36:11):
It's called summer mink.
Speaker 19 (36:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (36:13):
I don't like the way that sounds. It doesn't sound
like it smells good.
Speaker 3 (36:17):
Well, you want me to tell you what's in sure
notes of Italian citrus sage. I love sage, jasmine, rose
oil and spices. I mean follow until summer mink settles
on a rich woody amber alongside velveteer and musk.
Speaker 1 (36:35):
See the musk. That's what I don't like in the
time with the mink part, because when you say mink,
it makes me think of a coat. That makes me too.
Speaker 3 (36:42):
I thought kind of thought that was a play like
a summer mink, like a summer fur. Here is my
favorite part, Hunter Miller leaders. It's a Drake fragrance. They'll
be available online soon the eleventh. What do you think
that's going to run.
Speaker 1 (36:58):
You two fifty?
Speaker 4 (37:03):
It's not that expensive high end fragrance. We never smelled it.
We've never smelled.
Speaker 1 (37:11):
Have to assume that his high ends.
Speaker 4 (37:13):
Just because it's Drake and makes it look he's sending
candles to How much those.
Speaker 2 (37:18):
Things were crazy?
Speaker 4 (37:19):
Like a hundred dollars?
Speaker 2 (37:20):
They were not they were and they were like think
of a Yankee candle half the size.
Speaker 4 (37:24):
Yeah, bro, because we need to get it for Mother's
Day for the moms. Yeah, it was like what dollars for?
Speaker 2 (37:30):
Yeah, weigh weighed like literally less than a pound.
Speaker 4 (37:33):
Candles.
Speaker 3 (37:35):
I like I like wood type of smells like woodish,
and I like amber, and I like anything Drake does.
Speaker 2 (37:43):
So we'll say but but perfume. Perfume will run you
yea and cologne do you guys work?
Speaker 5 (37:49):
Yeah?
Speaker 19 (37:50):
How much?
Speaker 7 (37:51):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (37:51):
I spent a lot of money. I spent a lot
of money, especially if you're going for m and not toilet. Yeah,
what is like.
Speaker 3 (38:00):
Body spray in comparison to it'll be gone off your
body in an out.
Speaker 2 (38:08):
All right, I got some good news for you guys.
Didty good news? Well, yeah, you don't hear that all.
You don't hear that often. Here's the good news for Diddy.
Speaker 4 (38:20):
For Diddy, he will not be.
Speaker 2 (38:23):
In court on Monday in a jumpsuit from jail.
Speaker 4 (38:27):
A suit.
Speaker 3 (38:28):
He gets to wear a suit. The judge signed off
and letting him go business cash. He gets five button
down shirts, five pairs of pants, five sweaters, five pairs
of socks, and two pairs of shoes.
Speaker 2 (38:38):
Wait for it, without the laces.
Speaker 1 (38:42):
He's still gonna look not the same because we're used
to seeing him dressed.
Speaker 3 (38:45):
Up so well, you know, but you know he's like,
you get that appro that's better than these courtroom drawings
where you're in the orange jumpsuit.
Speaker 2 (38:53):
I mean, this is this is good news for him.
Speaker 3 (38:56):
Remember, I think he has a pre trial hearing I
believe today, but his start.
Speaker 2 (39:01):
Date is Monday.
Speaker 3 (39:03):
We're gonna have it as in next week Monday dueling
trials for us, it's gonna be a lot.
Speaker 2 (39:08):
I don't know how we're gonna do. One of us
is gonna have if I don't think that he's gonna be.
Speaker 3 (39:11):
They're not televising it because I think we would know
by now. Yeah, which is tough, but I mean we'll learn.
They'll be They'll we'll have to follow tweets and they'll
be a lawyer that's in the courtroom that's gonna come
out and tweet.
Speaker 1 (39:22):
The sex story is gonna be incredible.
Speaker 2 (39:23):
That's they're gonna be nuts, all right.
Speaker 3 (39:25):
The A three things need to know for Thursday May
the first talkbacks are the easiest way to win your
way into Kendrick lamar And says they are gonna be
a Gillette on the twelfth.
Speaker 2 (39:34):
That is just a few days away.
Speaker 3 (39:36):
Okay, listen for one of them and when you hear them,
say your name, say where you're from, Say your favorite song,
and you could be going luck.
Speaker 5 (39:44):
Sash and the Morning Show with d J four and
it's saw Take Morning.
Speaker 17 (39:49):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four
or five.
Speaker 3 (39:55):
You guys will not believe that this is coming. This
is like a very sundamental thing out of me, which
we don't get often on this show. This is gonna
blow everybody's mind everything.
Speaker 2 (40:07):
I'm good. I despise Meghan Markle. Nothing about her do
I like?
Speaker 3 (40:16):
I mean, she pretty much told Harry like give me
the Crown, bro, Like I'm ripping all of this from you.
Speaker 2 (40:22):
Meghan Markle is Prince Harry's wife, remember who?
Speaker 3 (40:27):
Yeah, And she just ruined everything. She just ruined everything
for Harry. He claims he's happy, but I.
Speaker 2 (40:32):
Feel like.
Speaker 4 (40:35):
Crown made him quit.
Speaker 2 (40:39):
She made him quit.
Speaker 3 (40:40):
Okay, But I'll give props where props are due. And
I stole something. I stole an idea from Megan Markle
and I want to tell it because I stole it
because I thought it was so good and I think
maybe other moms might want to steal it too. And
it's not jam because she like makes her own custom
jam and makes the peanut butter and jelly with like
(41:00):
peanuts from the earth or something whatever.
Speaker 2 (41:03):
She was on a podcast and she was telling.
Speaker 3 (41:08):
Whoever was interviewing her that she made email accounts for
each one of her kids, and every night she writes
them an email. She sends them a photo. Maybe it's
a one line, maybe it's two lines. Oh my god,
you said this today, so you know so. And she
started like getting emotional when she was telling it, and
then I found myself like choking up hearing her say that,
(41:31):
and I was like, this is something so it's free,
and it's something so small that I could do for them.
But when they're grown ups and they can look back
at these emails, even if I do one a month,
say I do one a month for the rest till
they turn eighteen, whatever it is. And it also sticks
(41:51):
out to me because one of my good friends, Aaron,
lost her dad and she has his journal and she'll
post like excerpts from his journal, and she reads his journal.
She's probably read it a million times. And I know
how much it means to her that he's not here anymore,
but that she has that piece of him. And I'm like,
this to me, is giving them that. So I'm giving the.
Speaker 2 (42:12):
Credits where it's due.
Speaker 3 (42:13):
It was Megan Markle's idea, but I am stealing that
and I started last night. I wrote them like I
wrote my first one, my first letter to each one
of them. It was a few lines and a photo,
but I took photos of them like that yesterday, like
in the moment, and I was like, this is this
is you, This is you right now?
Speaker 2 (42:32):
You have two teeth. I know you have more coming in.
You're crying to me. Isn't that such a.
Speaker 5 (42:38):
Right?
Speaker 3 (42:39):
It's very sentimental and it's but I just think, like
a twenty five year old me, to be able to
go back and read what my mom was like in
that moment.
Speaker 2 (42:47):
In that day.
Speaker 1 (42:49):
The biggest challenge is going to be keeping it up.
Like if you have fun with it, it'll be easy.
Speaker 2 (42:53):
That's what I mean.
Speaker 3 (42:53):
And again, like maybe I skip a few months and
then I write a couple entries in a different you know.
It's like, but I'm made the I won't say them
so nobody emails them. But I made the email accounts
something that I wouldn't like. It's specific to this, like
I wouldn't forget it, you know, and you can set
it up and do it all yourself.
Speaker 2 (43:13):
But I just I thought it was such a good idea,
and I agree with you.
Speaker 3 (43:16):
It's one of those things where and I literally said
that's the fire mail last night, and I wrote it
in Laylah's email. I was like, I will be so
mad at myself if I don't keep up with this
because I love talking about you.
Speaker 2 (43:26):
I'm gonna cry you to you. Oh it was it
was nice.
Speaker 1 (43:29):
I mean, you're not going to read it here on air,
like right, like it's for her, it's for her, but
twenty years so now she's not gonna know air.
Speaker 2 (43:38):
Oh, I'm not reading my little note to her, but
I will tell you.
Speaker 3 (43:42):
I uh the picture that I attached to Daisy's I
didn't send Layla a picture yesterday, but I did attach
one to to Daisy and it was just so funny
because she was just had this. It was a selfie
of me and her this big smile, and I'm like,
how dope will that be when she's a whole grown
adult to look back at herself as like that moment
baby moments.
Speaker 1 (44:00):
I think about my pictures from when I was a kid,
and from time to time I go back and look,
but it doesn't have the story behind each picture, and
I think that would be really nice.
Speaker 4 (44:10):
Though. I've heard of people writing to themselves in the future. Wow,
you know they at this age, and they'll write to
themselves and say, hey, ten years from now, this is
what we're doing, and they like somehow they forgot a
way to mail it. You get the mail ten years later,
open a reading, you're like, damn, I was in a
different mind space.
Speaker 2 (44:26):
Yeah, I do need to somewhere.
Speaker 3 (44:28):
I feel like maybe I'll put it in with like
their birth certificates or something, because I should write down
the email and the passwords.
Speaker 4 (44:34):
They always can act a Gmail account. It was okay, yes,
because we don't need no Aol account probably no, you
know what, It's crazy.
Speaker 3 (44:44):
And then that led me to think, like, damn, maybe
I should try to lock down some good ig handles
for these girls now.
Speaker 1 (44:49):
So I did it for all of mine.
Speaker 3 (44:51):
You did.
Speaker 1 (44:52):
Yeah, So they had their names because like you just
never know and like that could become something, you know
what I mean?
Speaker 4 (44:57):
Do they like them?
Speaker 1 (44:58):
Yeah, it's just their names, yeah.
Speaker 3 (45:03):
Which is what you would ideally want. But I guarantee,
like minor, they're probably gone now, but you never know.
Speaker 1 (45:08):
I mean, wait, wait, wait, but which name would you
go with? Feldman or Joyce? And that's that's the thing there.
Speaker 2 (45:12):
So anyways, if you just let's have a moment. We
just have a moment here.
Speaker 3 (45:20):
Hopefully one day they look back and they're like, wow,
we love you Pickable, Hi everybody, good morning.
Speaker 2 (45:29):
Uh, there you have it.
Speaker 3 (45:29):
That was a kench Lamar song, by the way, So
run sprint over to the app and leave a talkback. Example,
my name is Santi from Hollis and my favorite Kendrick
Lamar song is.
Speaker 19 (45:46):
There.
Speaker 13 (45:46):
You have it?
Speaker 3 (45:46):
And that's your entry and DJ pop Dog Right, we'll
announce the winner this afternoon. All right, so we have
we have a little bit of an update in the
world of Jordan Hudson and Bill Belichick. We were just
talking Son and she had said she was going to
post a thirty five minute response to all of this,
(46:09):
all the backlash she's getting.
Speaker 2 (46:11):
I haven't seen it.
Speaker 1 (46:13):
Yeah, because she's not going to post it for some reason.
Speaker 4 (46:17):
Yeah, there was supposed to be some kind of public state,
like an official one.
Speaker 3 (46:20):
Yeah, and remember how there was well remember how there
was a swipe and there was like numbers on it.
Supposedly it was going to be a thirty five minute
video or statement or whatever. I feel like there's a
lot of back and forth on this Ashwell, we're chatting
about this look up Edelman, because Edelman has taking a
lot of heat.
Speaker 2 (46:38):
Yes, you know, most people that watch.
Speaker 3 (46:43):
The interview with Bill and Jordan Hudson are on the
side of like what is going on, Like what is this?
You know, Edelman's take was kind of different. He's like,
she is in charge of his PR. She is doing
nothing different than any PR person would do in an interview.
Speaker 12 (47:02):
Here's Julian coach Belichick and this whole interview thing with Jordan.
People are giving an unfair reality of what's going on
because she was jumping into that conversation during the interview,
just like any PR person would jump in when there's
an unnecessary question that probably didn't go over in the
pre production meeting.
Speaker 1 (47:22):
From what I've heard, Jordan is.
Speaker 12 (47:23):
Playing the Bears role, handling all the football ops, handling
a lot of his social a lot of his PR.
When you look at this situation and you say, oh,
this is his girlfriend jumping in, I think that's unfair.
I think she's actually working with coach Belichick in the
professional world and she probably went and said, hey, no,
we're not doing that. Doesn't that always happen whenever you
do an interview, Do you not have a representative there.
Speaker 1 (47:44):
Yeah, she's becoming his representative on top of being a girlfriend.
Speaker 2 (47:48):
Julian took a lot of trips the comment.
Speaker 3 (47:51):
No, for you to see the comments, they were like
stop it. I mean, people were so mad because they're
mad that he has that. You know, if you are,
they're mad that's his onion and they feel like she
is you know that he's in a get out situation
and he's awesome.
Speaker 4 (48:06):
Well that's kind of what I said, like when we
talked about it the first time, it's like this guy,
she seems to be running his I think I even
pulled up a article that said that she's the CEO
of a company that's trying to like kind of trademark
a lot of his quotes, and it's a business for her.
She's she's I don't it just so happens that the
conversation was about her. You know, I understand that.
Speaker 1 (48:25):
But Bill Belichick's daughter in laws, so the woman that's
married to his son basically came out and said that
she's acting unprofessional, and professionalism is not storming off the
set and delaying an interview. This is his daughter.
Speaker 2 (48:37):
The daughter in wall commented that on social media, honey,
are you, okay, well no, but she shouldn't be doing this.
Speaker 1 (48:42):
Should she not be doing this? Is Bill not listening
to anybody in his family and everybody.
Speaker 2 (48:46):
Is good daughter and should know her role, and she
should not be doing that.
Speaker 4 (48:51):
Whoever you're married to, the son doesn't even say nothing
to the pops, mind your business.
Speaker 1 (48:56):
We're just assuming this because nothing has been said publicly.
But this led to the the fact that I do
believe they have tried talking to him and being like Dad,
she's out for your money, She's this is a bad look.
She doesn't blah blah blah right that I can. I
tell you that I don't think that this guy is senile.
I don't think he's old, like old enough to where
it's like, oh my god, he's taken.
Speaker 2 (49:16):
That he's not getting that North Carolina John, that's the case.
Speaker 4 (49:19):
Yeah, we see him smiling and he's doing all kinds
of funny things on the beach with his girlfriend. But
we all know at the core, Bill is Bill, and
that little statement that she posted shows me that he's
still Bill. Like I already knew this was BS and
I don't want to be part of this circus. But
is Bill Bill? On the football field. Now he has
a girl who's twenty three, and he's kind of like
been engulfed in her, and.
Speaker 2 (49:40):
I kind of think that that's the point of this.
Speaker 3 (49:42):
I think Bill just wants to be Bill on the
football field, and now because he started dating her, there's
all of these things happening around it. And Bill's like, listen, Jordan,
you can handle that aspect. I'm just gonna do what
I do on the football field. Leave me out of
the rest. Fine, But he's seeing results, which is what
Bill scares about. But are the results good?
Speaker 4 (50:03):
Again, there's no publicity like bad publicity. There's no such thing.
They're making bread. He ended up in a dunking back
and you know what's fired. He got paid to be
quiet his did she Now if your girlfriend brings you
a layup like that, because I'm associated with a twenty
four year old and you know, my career is done.
(50:24):
He was kind of like the by God, remember because
Tom Brady happened, right, he kind of everybody was speculating
that it was because of him that he left, and
then he gets fired. So now my, my, my, my
image is a little tarnished. You know, I'm not the
greatest guy.
Speaker 5 (50:36):
No more.
Speaker 4 (50:36):
I couldn't win to win games now here, I am back,
I'm I'm living with a lively woman. I'm on a
dunkin Donut commercial, I'm smiling, I'm doing yoga on the beach.
His image is looking up, and I think she has,
if not one hundred percent ninety percent, to do with it.
Speaker 3 (50:50):
I personally think the only thing that would crush him
now is if he loses in North Carolina. If he
if he has this crazy season and he wins games,
No one's saying anything.
Speaker 2 (51:03):
They're like, all the you know what I mean. But
he starts losing, They're like, wait, but.
Speaker 1 (51:07):
It's also losing off the field. Well, it comes to football.
North Carolina is not the best called program. So it's
going to assume that he's not. Yes, if he turns
it around, different story, Jesus, get yourself a twenty four years.
Speaker 4 (51:20):
Yeah, there's no way in my bones that says that
Bill has lost a step in who Bill is. I
think if Bill doesn't like it, Bill is going to
be like, what not doing that?
Speaker 1 (51:29):
Listen. I just think he convinced him to be a fisherman,
and she was You want need to explain that to
you because it's very easy. He's seventy something, she's twenty four.
I'm sure it looks great with the clothes off. It's easy.
It happens all the time.
Speaker 2 (51:44):
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, yeah, because you know we're
just not I I'm with you. There are people being
like Bill's ill.
Speaker 1 (51:51):
He may, but I just say, like brand wise and
perception wise. If he's a football guy, he cares about
his legacy. At the end of the day, you don't
want to be remembered for having this thing around for
twenty you know, she's twenty four, and the pr is
kind of turned I don't know, and going to the
point of like, if wrong.
Speaker 4 (52:08):
What is wrong with her before? Before this interview, what
was wrong with her? Nothing?
Speaker 2 (52:12):
No, it was the age that I mean, it was
just the age.
Speaker 4 (52:17):
She was all a smiling she showed up to whatever,
even okay dressed. I mean that one event she did
dress up kind of you know, kind of risk, but
thank you for that. But again, she's a young girl.
But other than that, other than the interview we saw
with the mean, mugging facers saying, nah, we can't talk
about this.
Speaker 1 (52:30):
What is wrong with No, She's just young and it's
uncomfortable for some of us.
Speaker 4 (52:34):
People need to grow up. Man popping old dudes popping
over with young girls. It's nothing, okay, but I'm at
seventy something. I'm not going for a twenty four year old.
I'll die, that's what you're saying.
Speaker 2 (52:44):
Yeah, that's true. That's true.
Speaker 3 (52:46):
Joanne leaves you at seventy seven. Santi's out there Bridgewater State, U.
Speaker 2 (52:52):
Hang on Daddy's.
Speaker 5 (52:53):
Coming, especially show with FOURGN and Santi.
Speaker 18 (52:59):
You need to know no weed at you.
Speaker 8 (53:02):
Three things you need to know on bundon number one
for him UF and the best throwbags you haven't any more.
Speaker 2 (53:08):
Five yank both.
Speaker 9 (53:10):
Our medical staff, the comes of medical staff, MS, everybody
that got to the gentleman, even though it's three hundred
and fifty feet a wire or whatever it is. I mean,
the fact of how I went down and laying motionless,
we're like all the plays going on.
Speaker 6 (53:22):
I mean, Karik saw it.
Speaker 10 (53:23):
I saw it.
Speaker 5 (53:24):
We both got out there.
Speaker 20 (53:24):
I think you Ompire saw it.
Speaker 5 (53:25):
Unfortunately, because of.
Speaker 4 (53:26):
The way the ball kicked is extremely unfortunate.
Speaker 9 (53:30):
I mean that's an understatement.
Speaker 2 (53:31):
Yeah, definitely is Thursday May first.
Speaker 3 (53:34):
I don't know if you've seen the video by now,
but a fan at P and C Park in Pittsburgh
fell from the outfield wall last night, and horrifying.
Speaker 2 (53:46):
Is again an understatement.
Speaker 3 (53:47):
Watching it is just and you know, Santa, you said
it too, the way he you know, kind of spun
and tumbled down from falling at least twenty feet down.
I saw a quick picture of him on a stretcher.
He's in critical this morning, and he was just kind
of laying flat. He had blood all over his face.
It's so like the fall itself is so crazy.
Speaker 2 (54:08):
Have you seen it at this point?
Speaker 3 (54:09):
Foreign It's weird because it's like he's jumping up like celebratory.
Speaker 1 (54:15):
Yeah, he almost got like a little bump at the end.
Speaker 3 (54:17):
I know, I know.
Speaker 2 (54:19):
The fall itself is so strange. Dude.
Speaker 4 (54:21):
Did he jump up like out of excitement?
Speaker 1 (54:23):
I think yeah, because the play had happened, and I
think they, like everybody got super excited. I think he
got too excited and fell over, unless somebody behind him
maybe did the same thing and kind of like changed.
Speaker 2 (54:32):
Such a eerie scene. The whole park goes quiet.
Speaker 3 (54:36):
Every baseball player then turns and they're all just staring
at him, lying like lifeless on the field, And I
didn't know this that this has.
Speaker 1 (54:43):
Happened before, happened before in Atlanta. I think in twenty
fifteen somebody fell from the upper deck.
Speaker 2 (54:47):
And felt down goodbye and lost their life, yes, and died.
Speaker 1 (54:50):
It's scary.
Speaker 3 (54:51):
It is.
Speaker 2 (54:51):
It's so scary.
Speaker 3 (54:53):
So you know, as we get more info on that,
I'll keep you posted. But uh again, we're being told
as of this morning that he's in critical.
Speaker 2 (55:00):
All right.
Speaker 3 (55:01):
On a happier note, so we're finally getting our answer
on Celts schedule for round two. Now we know we're
waiting to see are they going to play the Knicks
or the Pistons. Those two play tonights. We might even
get our answer. However, game one, no matter who they're
playing Monday nights. I hate this schedule. I have a
little bit more for you Monday at home. So we're
(55:23):
talking next week. So next Monday home, next week on
Wednesday night home and then New York or Detroit gets
the Saturday game back in New York or Detroit on Monday,
and then coming back home to us the following Wednesday
for a games.
Speaker 1 (55:40):
That does suck. So if we want to go to
a game ash, it's going to be on Wednesday night.
Speaker 2 (55:44):
I can't do it. I can't. I can't because I
can't not drink. I have a problem. Hey, I can't.
I can't, That's honest.
Speaker 3 (55:51):
I can't because the only time I went to a
Celtics game and didn't drink, I was pregnant.
Speaker 2 (55:56):
That's the only way. They can stop drink.
Speaker 1 (55:58):
And I'll drive you home, But.
Speaker 2 (56:00):
Then I still have to get up at three thirty
and you're not driving me all the way to Marshfield's.
Like that's crazy.
Speaker 4 (56:04):
I won't go.
Speaker 3 (56:05):
Yeah, I'm just how did they get at Saturday night game?
You know, by the way, tough for us in general,
even if we don't go staying up for an eight
thirty tip, Like, come.
Speaker 1 (56:15):
On, why the thirty?
Speaker 4 (56:16):
That is way too late.
Speaker 2 (56:17):
That's the way too. I think we can all agree
A seven is okay.
Speaker 1 (56:20):
Yeah, seven is fine.
Speaker 3 (56:24):
So anyways, I'll let you know when we find out
exactly who they're playing.
Speaker 2 (56:28):
But round two will start on Monday.
Speaker 3 (56:30):
I think you know, we talked about this yesterday with
them kind of being riddled with injuries. You you might
fight the argument, oh, we want to keep the momentum going,
but I think a little rest for them can go
A long way right now.
Speaker 2 (56:42):
A big birthday. We gotta celebrate.
Speaker 3 (56:44):
Travis Scott celebrating his thirty fourth today, blessing everybody with
a little bit of a rollout, like DJ Forourn always says.
Here is his teaser trailer that he dropped for his
next album, Jack Boys two.
Speaker 18 (57:03):
Complicated that red mellow blue, Roberta packed it like a
shelby because of ten buses, stayed swapping, sterry yells, oblige, bumping, married, bumping, married, Marry, Christmas.
Speaker 12 (57:23):
Round married ship.
Speaker 2 (57:25):
The visuals of this thing are crazy.
Speaker 3 (57:27):
At one point, he's leaning against a Lamborghini with the
top open and they're straw in it and a horse
is eating.
Speaker 1 (57:34):
Out of his lambo.
Speaker 2 (57:35):
That's when you know you just have more money than God,
Like what are we doing?
Speaker 3 (57:38):
But uh, if you go right now to Jackboys dot
Travis Scott dot com, you can get merch for jack
Boys too, which we're thinking is going to be released
tonight at midnight, which is dope because Fororn can give
us some new music Friday tomorrow from Travis Scott.

Speaker 3 (57:56):
The quality is high, So if you're looking for something,

Speaker 2 (59:03):
Five call us.
Speaker 3 (59:04):
Ravenus is going to kick it off for us in
prov also a music producer.
Speaker 6 (59:11):
Yes, good morning everyone.
Speaker 5 (59:13):
How are you all doing.
Speaker 2 (59:15):
We're good? How are you?
Speaker 18 (59:17):
I am good?
Speaker 6 (59:18):
I'm good. Thank you for having this segment.
Speaker 4 (59:20):
I love it.
Speaker 5 (59:20):
I love it.
Speaker 6 (59:22):
Just real quick. I am a music producer from Providence,
Rhode Island. I go by the name of Ravenus. I
called about maybe like two three weeks ago to promote
a music contest that I was in. I'm in another
one with Cymbaland and Orbit where I get a chance
to be featured on his EP possibly and also have
a studio session with him. I'm currently in third place
(59:43):
in the fourth round, so I'm doing really well in
the top five advance to the next round. So I'm
just calling the station to promote that, and you know,
also just thank you for the opportunity for allowing.
Speaker 3 (59:56):
Me to do this.
Speaker 2 (59:57):
Now, if somebody wants to go hear your song with
you made to get this far and it, where do
they go?
Speaker 6 (01:00:03):
I need to go on my Instagram page, which is
Underscore Rabinous Underscore.
Speaker 2 (01:00:10):
Spell Rabinous for us, Because.
Speaker 19 (01:00:12):
You know, I A, Z, I N I Z you
got it song? Are A Z, I and I and
I Z you got it?
Speaker 2 (01:00:24):
Here all afternoon santy doing it?
Speaker 1 (01:00:26):
You got It's not Santi doing it. It's underscores and
it's it's spelled crazy.
Speaker 6 (01:00:31):
Yeah, I know.
Speaker 1 (01:00:32):
It's like.
Speaker 2 (01:00:34):
Mberlin have like an actual website or something.
Speaker 6 (01:00:39):
So the contest is hosted by Orbit, who uh has
like a website. But the link to vote for my
song is in my bio.
Speaker 4 (01:00:48):
So if you go and my.
Speaker 6 (01:00:49):
Instagram page is the very first link, you can click
the vote. The votes free as well.
Speaker 2 (01:00:53):
I love that. See yeah, you gotta throw that in.
Speaker 3 (01:00:55):
We'll get on your Instagram page in the year twenty
seventy five at this rate, because Santy can't. Okay, first off,
he was making I'm gonna be honest with you what
just happened. He was making fun of you and your
Instagram handle. He got mad, threw his phone, knocked his
coffee over, and just spilled coffee.
Speaker 13 (01:01:12):
You know we call that raby thanking.
Speaker 3 (01:01:16):
All right, why don't you one more time underscore spell
it out for everybody and then they can click the
link in your bio.
Speaker 6 (01:01:23):
Underscore A an ivy underscore.
Speaker 2 (01:01:28):
Doesn't sound too difficult to me. Good luck, buddy, keep
us post.
Speaker 6 (01:01:31):
Thank you, I appreciate you're welcome them.
Speaker 1 (01:01:34):
Sorry you want to talk about it?
Speaker 2 (01:01:37):
How what are your pants.
Speaker 1 (01:01:39):
They're there's a couple of drips there, but I think
all my pants are black with coffee.
Speaker 2 (01:01:44):
So mad, throwing the phone.
Speaker 1 (01:01:46):
Note what bothers me about this? If you can have
an Instagram name, make it be very clear. The underscore
is absolutely killing it because then it's a detriment to you,
telling you what your actual thing.
Speaker 4 (01:01:55):
A lot of times people don't think about this when
they first create the page getting but now by the
time you get an opportunity, like they say like damn yeah,
and trust.
Speaker 1 (01:02:04):
Me, I'm not the only one.
Speaker 7 (01:02:05):
Wait.
Speaker 1 (01:02:05):
Wait, there's underscores.
Speaker 2 (01:02:06):
Hear that and that, and you always just want it
to be your name or what you go by. If
you can.
Speaker 1 (01:02:11):
Ravenous is a great name. Just take out the underscores.
A'll find a way around them. That's all I ask guys.
Speaker 3 (01:02:16):
All right, in the meantime six one seven nine three
one one nine four five that a six one seven
nine three one one nine four five call us. We're
talking about you, your life, your world, anything you want.
Speaker 2 (01:02:28):
We're checking in. Hi, everybody, Good morning, It's Ashley and
the Jamie Morning Show. Uh listen, we're checking in on
you right now.
Speaker 3 (01:02:35):
Good time to call if you want to tell us
a story, if you want to ask for advice, just
to say, what up, anything you want six one seven
nine three one one nine four five six one seven
nine three one one nine four five. This talkback is
coming from a conversation we had earlier where I was
saying how I heard a convo with Megan Markle, and
(01:02:56):
she was saying she emails her kids daily so that
when they're adults, they can go back and you know,
look in on whatever was happening with them in life
at the time. And I was like, wow, that's actually
a really dope idea, So I'm gonna do it. And
even last night the farman was like, even if you
skipped a whole year, no one would know, Like, you know,
it's just it's a nice little thing to do. And
(01:03:18):
you know, I use the example of one of my
really good friends who lost her father and he has
she has his journal and she loves to go back
and look at his entries and stuff. So I kind
of thought it was a little not to that. By
the way, never said that Megan Markle invented this. She
just said she does it.
Speaker 2 (01:03:31):
Because we had someone call in, like, ah, Megan Markle
didn't invent that. I've been doing it for years. Sorry,
I just overheard Megan Markles say it. But here's the
talk back.
Speaker 20 (01:03:42):
So now I think the email thing is cute and
it's a good idea, but I know, thinking of my
own emails, I always have to hit search older emails,
Search older email, and a lot of the time the
stuff disappears or auto deletes once it gets so old.
So I don't know how that would work out in
the future. A lot of things I feel like would
be missing, even the stuff a star that's important goes
(01:04:03):
missing once it gets so old.
Speaker 1 (01:04:06):
She doesn't strike me as a type of person who
operates her email often, and she's the type of woman
who is on there with two hundred thousand unread because
the stuff she's saying clearly like she's getting spammed y
with craziness.
Speaker 4 (01:04:18):
These emails are not going to be for anything personal
other than just sending one email.
Speaker 3 (01:04:23):
And I made the emails for like the handles so
weird and out there that like this, when they grow
up won't be their personal email.
Speaker 4 (01:04:31):
This will literally just be here's something that you can
log into, go check out. Are you gonna? Are you
going to title? The like, how are you going to
title the subjects of each email?
Speaker 6 (01:04:41):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (01:04:42):
So should do the title and the date?
Speaker 4 (01:04:44):
Yeah? Yeah, all five one, eight thirty four am.
Speaker 3 (01:04:48):
Yeah, oh okay, because yeah, I think the ones. I've
only done one so far, so I just put my first.
Speaker 4 (01:04:52):
Because when they log in. The idea is that it's
going to be all new emails, true, right, because you're
never going to open them you yourself, right, so they're
gonna just jump in and be like, damn, I got
emails from five to one twenty five.
Speaker 2 (01:05:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:05:05):
Wow, this is a great idea. This could also work
if you knew you were dying and you could write
stuff to your kids so when you pass away that
I can read this. Jesus no. But honestly, that's the
only thing that I have left, right, Like I can't
go back and do and do this for them as kids.
But if I got diagnosed with something German moving forward though,
bang bang.
Speaker 4 (01:05:22):
Bang, you could do a moving forward by the time.
Speaker 2 (01:05:26):
You could just write like a journal, you know, like
I was saying, it's true.
Speaker 1 (01:05:29):
But I feel like I have something like this with
video form because I shoot so much video of my family,
Like all the time I look back and I can
see like old videos and all that.
Speaker 4 (01:05:38):
Oh five oh five oh one. The day I made
fun of an ampute.
Speaker 1 (01:05:43):
You guys are making it feel like I went up
to her and was like, too gone an ampute The
day I made fun of amputees two and amputee.
Speaker 3 (01:05:53):
I Love You, Carter.
Speaker 5 (01:05:56):
And the Morning Show with d J four and it's
sat Morning.
Speaker 17 (01:06:00):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four
or five.
Speaker 2 (01:06:06):
This is real rich, Foreign real rich. I was like, oh,
I want to talk about the trial because they have
off today and you know, so I was like, no,
I have something else I think we should talk about.
Speaker 4 (01:06:22):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (01:06:22):
I was like, cool, What's what's up?
Speaker 10 (01:06:25):
Right?
Speaker 2 (01:06:25):
You're not right.
Speaker 4 (01:06:26):
I'm showing he thinks that we.
Speaker 3 (01:06:31):
Should apologize to him because we're pushing a narrative that
he attacked the amputee.
Speaker 4 (01:06:38):
Yeah, I mean, you know, did you guys?
Speaker 1 (01:06:44):
You guys, do you start from.
Speaker 2 (01:06:45):
The start from the top. People listening now they don't
know what happened.
Speaker 1 (01:06:49):
Or I'll do it. Go ahead.
Speaker 3 (01:06:50):
Ashley Santy was hosting an event last night. He said
from his own mouth, in the first trial to the
grand jury, he saw a.
Speaker 2 (01:07:01):
Woman walk in with her hands. That's how he started
the story without a hand.
Speaker 21 (01:07:11):
He sees the woman, he notices it, all right. He
gets up there, he's like, Hi, everybody, I'm Santi. All
of a sudden, he's like, let me make a few joke, he.
Speaker 2 (01:07:21):
Jokes, because you know I'm hosting. And somebody asked him, Hey, Santi,
what's your favorite character?
Speaker 4 (01:07:28):
Worst character?
Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
Hey, Santy, what's the worst character? And Santi goes, Bucky
is the worst character?
Speaker 5 (01:07:35):
Duh, he said, Why Bucky?
Speaker 2 (01:07:38):
He goes, he only has one alarm?
Speaker 1 (01:07:42):
All right, Yes, when you say it like that, that happened.
But I think the notion that I singled her out
is unfair. I noticed her when she walked in, but
then I forgot about you simmering in your subcontract because
you know what happened something when you saw the one army.
You made a joke to yourself. It's a woman with
(01:08:03):
one arm.
Speaker 2 (01:08:04):
You guys, that require two hands.
Speaker 4 (01:08:09):
If I knew her, if Ashton wasn't here, I'd make
a joke about how, but nobody, So let me just
continue about that. That's crazy in you so much that
when you were asked the question, it just blurted out naturally.
Speaker 1 (01:08:23):
The perception to the public is that that's how it happened,
But that's not what it was. It was an innocent
joke that I kind of made forgetting that the girl
with one arm was in the in the crowd that joke,
she wasn't there. What would that joke be any better
if she wasn't there? No, no, we should not be
making front of amputee. But I wasn't. Though I wasn't.
(01:08:43):
Barky was technically not an imputee. He lost his arm
in battle, right right, right, but now there's a bionic arm.
From the time you walked in, son on your mind,
I gotta make fun.
Speaker 2 (01:08:57):
Of somebody without her was taken. He couldn't wait to
get looks.
Speaker 4 (01:09:00):
Like Bucky.
Speaker 1 (01:09:03):
And this is what I mean what you guys have
been doing like holiday, You're making it like like a lot,
like ten times worse than it.
Speaker 3 (01:09:10):
Then after that he was like, guys, thanks so much.
I appreciate you having me and surprised Buckie's actually in the.
Speaker 2 (01:09:16):
Audience he is here.
Speaker 4 (01:09:22):
I felt bad in the moment I had to apologize,
but then I even that you didn't even go and
apologize for her. But don't you think that would have
made it like a lot worse. She probably would have
liked that, been like, listen, you should have just.
Speaker 2 (01:09:32):
You should have just stood on that joke.
Speaker 1 (01:09:34):
She was staring at me, she was unhappy, and again
I apologize. It wasn't the point of the whole thing.
But I couldn't go up there and like double down
on him. I apologize.
Speaker 2 (01:09:43):
You tried to be a comedian.
Speaker 4 (01:09:44):
That's what you do.
Speaker 3 (01:09:45):
I did.
Speaker 1 (01:09:46):
I did. I got out of my lane. I should
have just stayed in Wane.
Speaker 4 (01:09:49):
We in here in this little circle of I was
understand your jokes, you know, I mean, as weird as
they all. We don't take them outside of these walls,
outside of the don't take that act on the road.
Keep it here in the studios. Please just leave that.
Speaker 2 (01:10:04):
No one's buying tickets to that, absolutely not.
Speaker 7 (01:10:08):
Sadly, and the Morning Show with d J four and
it's Spig Morning Bustin's.
Speaker 17 (01:10:13):
Number one for hip hop jam in ninety four or five.
Speaker 3 (01:10:18):
You know what's so crazy? I am so happy that
they're not going to be in court today, Like I
need a break because it's it's a lot I'm feeling.
I'm feeling like I'm glued to my phone yesterday.
Speaker 2 (01:10:29):
Mommy was like, who's that? I was like, that's Jenn McCabe.
Speaker 1 (01:10:33):
Like, why am I.
Speaker 2 (01:10:33):
Saying that's my three wheel? I I can't, like I
need a day off.
Speaker 3 (01:10:37):
Court is back tomorrow, thank the Dear Lord with her,
which is yeah, because somebody said it best, like daddy
al hasn't even gotten to the Google search.
Speaker 4 (01:10:47):
Yeah, so we got she might be there for a
couple of more days.
Speaker 2 (01:10:49):
She really might, She she really might.
Speaker 1 (01:10:51):
But why take the Thursday off? Why not just take
the Friday?
Speaker 2 (01:10:54):
What is going on today that they're off? I don't know.
Speaker 4 (01:10:55):
I think that's the schedule normally, is it not a
lot of.
Speaker 3 (01:10:59):
Times if Bev say to them, hey you're getting all
if you're taking off, we're getting off early or whatever
it is.
Speaker 2 (01:11:03):
She kind of tries to stick to that. So who knows.
Speaker 3 (01:11:05):
Maybe she this was planned. I have no idea, but
either way, thank you Bev Canoni if you did it
for for us because we needed a break.
Speaker 2 (01:11:14):
Do you know I can't whistle really.
Speaker 1 (01:11:19):
Close enough?
Speaker 2 (01:11:20):
Though, never been good?
Speaker 6 (01:11:24):
What you what?
Speaker 5 (01:11:26):
I know?
Speaker 2 (01:11:27):
Like if it sounds like you're spitting attempting to whistle,
I get.
Speaker 1 (01:11:33):
You have to do a consistent blow for it to
kind of like make the sound.
Speaker 2 (01:11:39):
Let him have it. You're enough. Stop with the comedy,
Stop stop with the comedy. Shout outs.
Speaker 1 (01:11:46):
