MD.
Speaker 2 (02:36):
Do you think they can come back and get it done?
Speaker 4 (02:41):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (02:42):
The first of all, and I'm a second saying I
suppose that this form the butter of my hat every
time the play, when I go out and play in
parts of the play, I'm a full support of the Setics.
First of all, we don't still right this game will play.
We're not supposed to go for over times with New York.
Speaker 2 (03:06):
We're not supposed to go into overtimes with New York.
Speaker 3 (03:08):
I agree on that we we are the better team
and we should have won in regulation both times.
Speaker 1 (03:14):
You're welcome, thank you. Okay, We're not supposed to goople
over time with New York. It's not a team that
we have to whoople over time? Is that play a
Warrior or play Lakers or Cleveland that can Whoople over time.
It's not a team like Kniel Whooper over time.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
Well, I agree with you, but it has so now
the question at hand is going into New York oh
and two, can they come back and win this series?
Speaker 2 (03:40):
Do you feel that in your soul?
Speaker 1 (03:43):
No? You, like I said to you right now, Like
I said to you, I'm gonna sen for obthetics. That
game is over. I'm not lying to you because na
not gonna lie. Also, go and come out of Boston.
They're not gonna do that. The friend that gets the money,
it's already over to game.
Speaker 3 (04:03):
Wow, that's what if Jaylen Brown's listening to the show
right now.
Speaker 2 (04:08):
That's hurtful.
Speaker 1 (04:09):
Okay, look look at the second game to a plane,
this second game to play that did just tell making
a clean points your point? Shout? Why you make it
to your point? Shout? Waken go to the ring.
Speaker 2 (04:20):
You know what, I'm not gonna fight you on that like, hey,
it didn't work. Didn't work the first game, get to
the hoop.
Speaker 3 (04:26):
I I agree, but I do not agree that they
can't come back and win this series. There's a little
something special in the air. I feel it, and I
think they can get it done. We'll see the way.
Speaker 1 (04:36):
Call me back on Monday. Ball he make it to
your point. Shot, he's not making a shot. Why can't
go to the ring? You didn't want to?
Speaker 5 (04:44):
Got hurt?
Speaker 1 (04:45):
Didn't it paying all that money?
Speaker 3 (04:48):
All right, man, it's upset making, shot makingstipating himself.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
M D.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
Call me back on Monday. Let's chat.
Speaker 3 (05:00):
Okay, I'm gonna chat oufter the game on Monday, all right,
Go Celtics.
Speaker 2 (05:03):
For the love of God, listen.
Speaker 3 (05:04):
I mean, I would think most Celtics fans would say,
we can come back from this.
Speaker 2 (05:09):
We can get it done.
Speaker 5 (05:10):
Mathematically, the odds are so abased.
Speaker 2 (05:12):
Understand that I by a lot.
Speaker 3 (05:14):
I get it six one seven nine three one one
four five six one seven nine three one one nine
four five.
Speaker 2 (05:21):
Call me. We're talking about anything. You want. It's to
check in only on jam ninety four five. Good morning, fine,
take a boat.
Speaker 3 (05:27):
Hi everybody, Good morning, It's Ashley and the jam In
Morning Show. We're gonna do something different right here. Obviously,
this is the check in. We got so many talkbacks
a belf this while Nick roccohead joined us earlier that
we just called and text Nick. I asked Nick to
come back on because I got too many messages about
it and I would hate for you guys to not
(05:48):
get an answer on it. The shoes John O'Keefe's one
shoe that was found at thirty four Fair of You
and the other one that was collected at the hospital.
There was a lot of back and forth about those
shoes yesterday.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
Here's just one of the talkbacks we received.
Speaker 4 (06:02):
Hey, guys, can we talk about how Yuri pulled out
the right shoe labeled thirty.
Speaker 5 (06:08):
Four Fairview Road for bag and tag, But the day previous,
the left shoe was also shown backed and jagged.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
At thirty four fair View Road.
Speaker 4 (06:18):
So where's the shoe from the hospital.
Speaker 3 (06:20):
I'm getting a lot of messages about this too. People
are showing side by sides. Wait, how can this shoe
be that shoe? I didn't even know this, Nick, you
do have an answer for us on it.
Speaker 5 (06:32):
Yeah, So basically, Uri Buchinnick pulls out a shoe that
was shown the day before that was supposedly found at
thirty four fair View Road, which I do want to
add that shoe that was found at thirty four fav
of You Road was very dirty. It was found in snow,
and when it was shown to us in court, it
was very clean, as if it either wasn't the same
(06:54):
shoe or they cleaned it, which would definitely be against
the rules because you're not supposed to alter with evidence.
But what he did was he pulled out a shoe
and claimed that it was from thirty four Fear of
You Road. Hence why there was about a thirty minute sidebar,
and Judge Bev does what she does best and went
into cover up mode and was like, oh, sometimes that happens.
(07:14):
There's so much evidence in this case. But really it
shouldn't have happened because that shoe was placed into evidence
the day before by officer I believe it was Keith.
He had shown that shoe and then a sidebar happened.
Alan Jackson and Brennan had gone into a room with
Uri Buchannick and they obviously had to figure out something,
(07:36):
and then when he came back on the stand, he
shows the left shoe that was from the hospital. Now
I don't know exactly what the mix up was or
how that was mixed up, because the evidence bag should
say where the shoe is from. But as we know,
seeing other searches and evidence found. They don't keep notes
or reports of things, hence why we see so many
(07:58):
mix ups in this case.
Speaker 3 (08:00):
Well, they do, Nick, but like Ury said, sometimes they
do it ten eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, nineteen months later.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
Okay, it just.
Speaker 5 (08:06):
Depends when they get to it twenty one months. Well,
we do know that the commonwealths memory gets better as
time goes on, so that would make a little bit
of sense. But yeah, I mean, Alan Jackson, I'm sure
it's put it this way. If it's a big deal,
Alan Jackson will bring it up. If he doesn't bring
it up, and it was just an accident and a mistake, exactly.
(08:28):
That's one thing too. A lot of people are like, well,
the shoe found on the scene had a black sole
and the shoe shown in the pitcher had a white sole. Listen,
this defense team is on everything. If they think it's
a big deal, they will raise questions to it. If not,
then everybody on the internet needs to chill.
Speaker 2 (08:44):
Yeah, that is correct.
Speaker 3 (08:46):
Do you know how many times I have to look
at photos Ashley look black, sol Ashley look white.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
I'll ask him, I'll ask.
Speaker 3 (08:53):
Him, I'll ask him next, I know you're in the
midst of a move. I appreciate you coming back on.
Thank you for figuring out shoe gay for us.
Speaker 2 (09:00):
Appreciate it, you got it. It's nuts.
Speaker 3 (09:02):
I was getting side by sides of like, well, how
is this shoe from thirty four to fair of you?
But it's the same shoe that I agree with him.
I think if it's brought up today, Alan Jackson's going
to try to poke holes. But if he does not
even mention the shoes, Guys, it was an accident and
that is why that sidebar was crazy. It was a
long time.
Speaker 5 (09:19):
You do assume that the court would be in line
with all the evidence and make sure that everything's checked out, like, yeah, twice.
Speaker 3 (09:25):
This has happened already, so who knows, Like there's just
an I don't you know, the thought about the shoe
being dirty.
Speaker 5 (09:31):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (09:31):
When they take it to the lab, do they have
to clean it for principle? I don't know how that works. Yeah,
they can't touch it.
Speaker 5 (09:36):
They got to leave it as almost the way they
received it.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
You might take some pieces and things off of it.
But yeah, I saw that Nike here, I was like, yo,
that looks like a brand new snaker.
Speaker 3 (09:45):
Yeah, all right, if we missed anything at Ashley FELDIM
into ease on the Ashley as always.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
If you're in the car listening and you're like, damn,
I gotta get out.
Speaker 4 (09:52):
Of the car.
Speaker 3 (09:53):
I want to keep I want to keep listening, I
want to keep following along. Just listen live on the app.
It's freak
