had a moment yesterday where I was like, how is
it Sunday? How are we doing this again? Only because
of the alarm clock.

People were pushing that with the shorter work week.

I think some places implemented that the four day work week, Yeah,
within like a ten hour day. Yeah, but they were
trying to they were trying to run that across the
board and the whole country.

That would have been fire, I think too, because they
realized something about a study I read that people were happier. Yeah,
but the four day work is that what they do though?
They add the two hours into the day, so.

It's ten hour days, which I would deal with. That's
easier than having uh, that's better than having five days.

I don't know. I don't know, No, I don't know.

It's not a way to complain about it.

I wish we could have three days, but as Americans,
I don't think we could handle that because I feel
like we're always on the go and trying to like
grind things out, work longer and stuff. With other countries,
I think they have more balance and they seem happier.

I mean, look at Spain. Yeah, I have a whole
in the middle of the day, just relax.

Other countries take the month of August off too, they're
on holiday and just chill out through in the entire month.

Wow, sounds nice. How is your guys weekend?

It was low key. Was able to go on a
date on Saturday nights, so that was good.

Yeah, but it's good good.

Yeah, it was really good because prior to that night,
I had been two weeks since we had sack, So yeah.

I was right into it. I was trying to like
play with it though dance, I wasn't going to it.

Yeah, So we played And where did you guys get
go on a date?

We went to this restaurant and groten Mask called Gibbet Hill.
It's awesome, It's like amazing and it's always books. So
we were able to like sneak in there like later,
like around eight thirty.

What kind of food is Gibbett Hill?

Speaker 1 (02:09):
They have steak and fish. But I think they're known
for the stakes because there's a farm right there too,
and it's all like farm to table type stuff.

Yeah, love it.

Four And how is your weekend?

Speaker 4 (02:19):
Chill? And had a little switch sixteen that I dj.
Other than that, we were cool them.

Oh, we had the birthday bash on Friday night.

Yeah, we went bowling over there at Urban Wild Oli
is a do vibe. Pretty nice to our friend of course,
always always.

Our friend, being the mother of his children. You have
to be specific.

Speaker 4 (02:34):
Yeah, it was a chill weekend.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
I got home on Friday and I just felt like
I was continually getting worse sick wise. So I called
my doctor and I'm like, listen, I've been on this
an abiotic now for four days straight and I don't
feel any better. And she was like, this is not right,
Like we're gonna have to switch you. So they put
me on a stronger antibiotic. But as you she told me,

by this morning, I should be feeling night and day,
and as you can hear, I'm not night and day.
I don't know what's next. Like this is the worst
sinus infection I have ever felt in my life mine.
I woke up this morning. I'm having like severe neck
pain now, and I read that that just means that
your sinuses are that congested. That like, yeah, it's crazy.

So I don't I'm like afraid to call. I don't
know what's next. I don't know if I have to
go see it at your nose and throat doctor like someone.

Speaker 4 (03:26):
Funny enough, that's an appointment I got today two o'clock.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
And your nose and throat.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
Yeah, because I'm tired of having these sinuses. My thing
is rampid, like damn near all year long. I know
sinus infection, so we gotta figure out something. But yeah,
it's not it's not fun. No, it is not fun.
It's not the amount appreciate you feel in your eyes.
Sometimes you get dizzy, you almost feel like you can't
see right. It's wild, bro.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
I had a headache so bad from it on Saturday.
It was to the point where it was like debilitating.
I literally couldn't lift my head off the bed. Yeah,
I'm not I'm not right. I don't want to be here.
I'm honest with everybody, Like I just I'm getting like mentally,
like really worn down by this. I've been sick for
three weeks straight, Like it's hard for me to mom
because I don't want to get up because my head

is hurting so bad. Like I just I'm at a
I'm really at a loss now. I was pragging when
they switched the antibiotic on Friday. I was like, Okay, great,
this is it, Like it's going to be stronger, this
is it. But it kind of made me depress because
I'm like, I'm already halfway through the other one. But yesterday,
I will say there was like a thirty to forty
minute span of time where I could smell, like faintly,

like I could smell something in the background. I wasn't
like fullon smell, but that has since gone away. Now
waking up this morning, I can't smell anything. It's usually
the worst in the morning and night.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
I don't know if this seed for you, especially when
I laid down, Yeah, you could feel it moving across.
I feel it across. If I lean over to one side,
I feel it just moving over to the other side.

Speaker 4 (04:53):
It's wild.

If I go to like put my head down to
pick something up, but come up, I can feel it
in my head. I I also we discussed the nose
spray things like how you're not supposed to do them
a ton. You're only supposed to do them. It said
no more than three days. I have done them for
two weeks straight. I can't function without those things, Like
I can't sleep.

I gotta be careful.

What I know? Why? What is it about?

Speaker 4 (05:16):
I don't know. There's something.

Speaker 3 (05:16):
So there's some there's some meds that have an ingredient
in it that will actually create more like mucus and
that's kind of good for you. I don't know which
one it is because I try not to take anything
really like I try to do all those you know, vapes,
the vapor rubs and the yeah and the shower and
all of that. But yeah, there's certain meds that if
you take, can actually make it worse.

I know what you're saying. I know you're saying Ashley
like that. But if I didn't do that over the weekend,
I wasn't. I can't sleep. I literally can't sleep. So
I stop them now. But I'm gonna have this on
my doctor.

I don't know.

I know there's prescription ones, so maybe I need to
be on a stronger one.

Speaker 4 (05:51):
I don't know today.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
Yeah, I'm going to call students the show is over
because I again she she was like this new drugger
putting you on, you'll feel you will be in day
by Sunday and Monday.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
And I mean, do you think it's something more than
that in this societs in.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
Facttion No, I think from what I've talked from people
that I've talked to that have had really bad sinus infections,
nothing that I have is like different than their's. But
like the last girl that I was talking to, she
was like same thing where she was on two different antbiotics,
nothing did anything. She went to your nose and throat
and they put her on a steroid. So I don't
know if that's what I need, but I'm like beat down.

And then obviously I'm not going to sleep this week
because we're back to work and we're on like a
different schedule and it's just nuts. So I've just never
had it be this long. Yeah, And I'm like, I
feel like my spirits are I was getting better and
though my spirits are disowned. So anyways, we'll see, uh,
we'll see what what what happens today, But yeah, and

the fireman's working, so what a fun appointment that's going
to be with the two kids at the doctor's office.

now because something seems sus to me. I don't know
what's going on, but Taylor Swift snuck into the Chiefs
game with a folding table last night. The Chief's building
and security is saying that Taylor wanted this folding table

so nobody could see her get into the box. Now,
I thought to myself, Okay, she didn't want to be
seen coming in for whatever reason. She didn't want to
surprise her outfit. She don't want people to see what
she was wearing before they showed her on TV. But
then they do the entire broadcast of the Chiefs Eagles
game and they don't show this woman one time. So
now the Internet is going crazy with fan theories as

to why Taylor would make it clear that she didn't
want to be seen, the biggest one being there's a baby.
I mean, can't big. I'm not buying it.

that much if she were, right.

months old. It would be her first baby, so I

full broadcast and did not show her when they always

I mean, it'd be hard to see because in the
podcast that she did with them, you couldn't really see

telling the director what to do. The director, knowing that
this is where the money's coming from, starts agreeing with him.
But behind the scenes and like, this guy's a dummy brood.

thirteen wins is crazy. Adolescence was also a massive winner
in the limited series category, picking up eight total awards.

I feel like we talked about it. The young kid

did everything in one take where they would walk around

watched it, but The Pit was a big winter last
night won the Best Drama Series and Noah While won

I've heard rumors that people say that it is the

And that's whether that's true or not, I don't know.

This is massive. Milchick severed star Trammel Tillman taking home

don't know what the hell you're doing. His performance is unbelievable.

this was kind of crazy. This news came in literally
at like nine to fifty five on Friday. Brian Walsh
stabbed in jail on Thursday while awaiting trial. You know
the allegations, and we pretty much know that he killed
and dismembered his wife in twenty twenty three. If you

don't remember that story, he had some of the most
outlandish Google searches on the iPad, like to the point
where it was almost direct as if I cut up
my wife and put her in small pieces. How do
you know what I mean? Like that? According to his attorney,
he was attorney. He was stabbed at Norfolk County Correctional
Center in debt hum again. That happened on Thursday night,

and the Norfolk County Sheriff's Office did confirm that an
individual at the jail was treated for injuries that were
non life threatening, and it would it was an assault
that happened inside of the facility's housing units, so he
was just in his bunk pad.

Clearly, he doesn't have any friends there and he should not.

I'm saying like in the sense of like obviously, if
you kill somebody in prison, there's a lot of people

And what's crazy about his story is, I know there's
you know, we got kind of caught up obviously in
Karen Reid, but his story was wild too because he
was actually in trouble for something else. I think it
was like selling counterfeit paintings. So he was only allowed
to go from his home to like his mother's home
and that's where they found her body. He was dumping
it in the dumpster at his mom's apartment facility. Do

one thing on this show that stands out. Two things
on this show that stand out to me, both involving
foreign Number one KFC in Jamaica. I like, I am

at the point where I want to hop on a
flight just to have the chicken and come home, Like
I don't need to stay.

I need to know I've had it here. When I
went to Da I had it. Any country I go
to from now on, I'm gonna try KFC and se

smuggle it back into the country just because it's that good.

It has this sweetness to it. I don't understand. And again,
most chicken has seasoning on the skin, so once you
get through the skin and you get to the actual chicken,
it's kind of like bland right, and you have to
hope it was cooked right exactly. But there's season like
the taste is throughout the whole breast or whatever you're

eating it's amazing.

The only thing I will say is this is not
buying it.

Crispy chicken, that chicken is not crispy. It kind of
comes off a little not soggy, but it's a little
like half and half. It's not like the KFC that
you buy here where you like you hear crime, No,
it's not like that. But I'm telling the flavor in
it is amazing. I don't know what kind of flavor
they give, but they need to pass that around to
every CFC in the world because I.

Haven't had KFC since I was like ten, But KFC
lost its sparkle here in the States because it's not
it's not alone. It's not a standloading. I don't want
to go to KFC and get to the window and
tell you if I'm having Tackle Bell or KFC. I

The way it tastes, they changed the way cooks that
I love that I know you don't like.

I used to love their chicken pot pie, but nothing
over there tastes the same anymore.

same manufacturer. They say, yeah, so that has to do
with the fact that it tastes a little bit different,
and I'm assuming like back in the day they were
able to produce, I mean, use real chicken.

It's probably that's probably the reason why it's like Boston Market.
Boston Market used to be. It used to slap. Yeah,
the cobrad was a man. Then someone came in there
and changed the recipe and ever since then, Downhill the.

Second thing that I feel like has created a lot
of hype on this show, and now I'm I will
do it as mad. People hit me up last week
when we discussed Ashley, there's a market basket and handover
you gotta go. You Gotta go? Is the steak and
cheese that Ford has described from the market basket. Well,

first off, it's inexpensive, so that's exciting, but nothing brings
me greater joy than when people actually listen and go out.

I finally went to market Basket and took Fun's advice
and grabbed a couple of steak and cheese. And I'm
gonna tell you right now, it's they're good.

I grabbed two of them. I almost went back to
grab two more. Yeah, they're good Market basket. Got some
good steak and cheese thanks form.

Again the fact that they're inexpensive. But they load that
thing up whatever you want on it. They don't put there.
I usually go there and get extra grilled onions, mushrooms
and cheese. Made a little bit of ketchup in there done.
What kind of cheese American? Just regular American?

Is a steak diced up? Or is it in chunks
diced up? Okay, that's the way.

And I only ask what cheese because you know from
the Philly, Jersey area, so in ours on our steak
and cheese growing up, it's cheese.

And then you see them cooking like it's raw and
it's cooked. You go through some other spots it looks cooked.
They just reheat it and then throw it into a sub.
You feel me, well, listen, I did not believe you.
But there's the proof right there.

They feel like we need to go now. Just the scene,
this one right down the street, best six ninety nine.
You're gonna spend the six dollars like that is so
And that's not to give away from everything else they got.
They got the honey stung wings, they got you want
mashed potatoes, meat.

For it's got me believing there's like a little little
lady that sits there and she'll squeeze fresh orange juice
for you at the market Basket, like I've been missing out.

Some of them don't got kitchens and full on like
Deli's in there. But if you got one of those
swats broh, you could get fresh squeeze orange juice.

To us about the situation what they went through. So
with her, it was just more so on how she
was going through what she was going through within a
little time frame that I was going through what I

and be like, you know, are you Okay, I know
I'm going through my problem, but seeing the situation you're in,
if you need somebody to talk to, I'm always here.
And from there it was constantly, constantly texting, she on
