Speaker 1 (00:00):
Especially morning show and you need to know.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
No, we got you three things you need to know
on Bustin's Number one for hip hop and the best
throwbacks you haven't any more. Five.
Speaker 3 (00:12):
Our investigation into this horrific act remains ongoing. It has
been ongoing, and I know there's been some frustration from
members of the community and others. We will continue to
endeavor to not confirm any information that is not yet confirmable.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
Monday, December fifteenth, And yeah, I would go ahead and
say that a lot of the members of the community
and province and providence in the surrounding area are frustrated
because where are we at with the shooter for the
Brown University.
Speaker 4 (00:42):
Nowhere?
Speaker 2 (00:42):
Yeah, absolutely nowhere. Saturday four pm, there's a shooting at Brown.
Two students were killed.
Speaker 4 (00:49):
I just saw a.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
Photo of one of the girls. Like, it's like horrifying.
Nine students wounded. Yesterday we found out suspecting custody. We're like, Okay,
this is good. This guy is off the show. He's
not gonna go crazy and try to do it again.
We see his photo. We're starting to learn about him.
Army was in a hotel, but he had guns. That guy,
(01:10):
he's been released. He's been released, and they now say
they have different evidence that points them in a different direction.
So essentially, we have no arrests. We have one grainy
video of a guy coming around a corner. It's not
even his face, it's just his back, and he's wearing
all black. What can we tell from that?
Speaker 1 (01:29):
Yeah, I don't know if this is the case, but
it seems like they have no idea they lost.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
It seems like they were very ill prepared for something
like this. I mean, even the mayor coming out right
there and saying like, I'm I know people are frustrated.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
Because parents who have students that go to this university.
I mean, let's look even further. I had a mom
today write me who lives in Providence and said she
was dropping her little kids off at school today and
she was petrified to do so because she's like, I
don't know if this guy's going to go to another school.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
Absolutely I would feel the same exact thing. And there's
a lot of parents out there don't have the choice
to keep their kids home and they have to drop
them off too.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
The president of Brown University doing press conferences yesterday day
before getting asked questions, doesn't have answers. It's like, guys,
we really got to be better, especially if we're going
to give the public some information, Let's make sure it's accurate.
Speaker 1 (02:20):
And let's just say you don't have the answers, then
don't take questions, make statements. We got some information out there,
but don't take questions if you don't know.
Speaker 2 (02:27):
Absolutely, So, as soon as we get more information on this,
I will keep you posted.
Speaker 4 (02:31):
I'm assuming we'll be learning a lot over the next
couple days. All right, let's go back inside the courtroom.
Speaker 2 (02:36):
The jury deciding Brian Walsh's fate in his murder trial
went home on Friday.
Speaker 4 (02:44):
Side.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
Did you see this? No, They deliberated for four hours.
They had a bunch of questions about one specific photo.
It was a photo of on a Walsh lying on
a rug in the living room of the of their
cohaes at home. Essentially, that photo, they were saying, you know,
is evidence that they were each kind of One side
(03:06):
was saying one thing, one side was saying the other.
But that rug that she was laying on, they found
pieces of inside of the trash bags in the dumpsters.
They found her blood on it. They found a portion
of her necklace. So the jury specifically wanted to see
that photo. I'm assuming she was just laying on the
photo like ingest in play, but they really wanted to
see that specific picture.
Speaker 4 (03:25):
The judge gave him the option.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
We answered your questions, do you want to stay a
little bit later tonight on a Friday night, or do
you want.
Speaker 4 (03:31):
To go home for the weekend?
Speaker 2 (03:32):
And they chose six men, six women, by the way,
jury is made up of, to go home for the weekend.
Speaker 1 (03:37):
I don't even know what they're delivering for me.
Speaker 4 (03:39):
It doesn't make me feel good. For what are we
doing that?
Speaker 1 (03:42):
Let's let's just do it.
Speaker 4 (03:44):
We know that he's been charged with the first degree murder.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
If convicted, he faces life in prison without the possibility
of parole. He's only doing twenty years for the other
two crimes, which by the way, they don't know that
he pled guilty to. I don't feel good about this, Like, why.
Speaker 4 (03:58):
Are we going home? Let's stay in let's figure this
thing out.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
Of course, Like you think that he's going to get off,
there's no way he gets off.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
There's no I listen in my soul, I want to
believe there's absolutely no way he gets off, but I
don't know.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
It doesn't make me feel good.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
That yeah, because the assumption was that this was this
one was going to be fast, quick, right to the point.
Speaker 2 (04:19):
But maybe they were tired and they just wanted to
get the hell up out of there, and they'll come
in here this morning, they'll start deliberating again.
Speaker 4 (04:25):
It won't take long, and we will have the guilty
verdict we want and out for.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
Being need somebody like us were like, guys, this is obvious, right, dude,
come on, let's just go around the room. Let's just
get this thing done.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
Yeah, next time, the fury of your peers santi all right.
Speaker 4 (04:39):
And lastly, more bad news.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
The Patriots blew a massive lead, losing to the Bills
thirty five to thirty one, putting them at eleven and
three and essentially not letting them clinch that AFC East title.
Blowing a twenty one point lead is just so upsetting,
Dave Portnoy posting He's like, I can't I celebrated to early.
Speaker 4 (05:00):
I can't believe I did. That was way too early.
Here's our guy, Drake May.
Speaker 5 (05:04):
Yeah, just don't let you. Don't let it beat you twice,
you know, move on to the next week and learn
from it, and you'll take what we can and know
that we got some football ahead of us, that it
is important, still very important, and don't just go hang
our hat and keep your head up and know that
you know we had a chance and you know we're there.
Just that made more plays And credit to them.
Speaker 2 (05:23):
Drake was cooking in the beginning of that game whatever,
whatever his lady fed him.
Speaker 4 (05:27):
I was happy about it.
Speaker 2 (05:28):
Was it was looking good and then it just wasn't.
But a lot of other news in the NFL. MA
Homes blew out his knee. The Chiefs suck, and that
is just horrifying to add into that.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
Yeah, we're wearing what we're in December, so he could
be back by the summer.
Speaker 4 (05:44):
Yeah, and I mean Tom did it.
Speaker 1 (05:45):
Yeah, Tom's like special.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
Also back to the Patriots game, I think we all
should have known that once Josh Allen and Hanley Steinfeld
announced they we're having a baby, the Bills, we're gonna
beat us.
Speaker 4 (05:56):
They they got like a baby supporting that.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
But maybe come time for playoffs, Josh will be tired
from getting up in the middle of night interceptions.
Speaker 4 (06:04):
There's no way that baby's gonna be here that fast.
Speaker 1 (06:07):
Oh yeah, I don't know how far.
Speaker 4 (06:09):
Yeah, it's not well, it's not giving due tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (06:13):
I think we're.
Speaker 4 (06:15):
Babies are in a belly. They're in there for nine months.
It's just it's it's just.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
Nine yeah, so just crazy math won't math on that.
Speaker 1 (06:25):
That's okay, that's all right.
Speaker 2 (06:27):
And that's why you don't want him on a jury
of your peers. That's that's three things need to know.
From Monday, December fifteenth, we're calling it Santa's Sack.
Speaker 4 (06:36):
I don't know who came up with it. I hear
your talkbacks. I don't know who did this to me,
but somebody certainly set me up.
Speaker 2 (06:41):
Six one seven nine three one one nine four five
color twenty five one hundred dollars to Newberry Comics, a
Kendrick vinyl, a Dooche vinyl, and a portable record player
from Innerscope Records.
Speaker 4 (06:52):
It's Santa Suck Dashy Boston's number one for hip hop.
Speaker 1 (07:00):
Four.
Speaker 4 (07:02):
I feel like I'm gonna throw up.
Speaker 2 (07:04):
I always get like this when we get ready to
announce our grand prize winners. It was the luck of
the draw we took for the last two weeks anybody
that was called twenty five put their name in a hat.
We had Adam from Promotions pull the name. We shouldn't
do it like this, but I feel like this is
the only way to do it because if we called
(07:25):
the person and put them on hold, they would know yes.
So we're going to right now, live on air, call
our winner.
Speaker 1 (07:33):
Let's just hope they pick up the phone too.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
I won't say her name just in case she's listening.
So we're gonna We're gonna do it right now. He's
gonna call. And that's the uncomfortable part about it is
there's a chance that she just doesn't answer, and then
it's just such a dud because then we have to
keep calling her back to tell her.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
That she's because they may not recognize the number two, right,
but we.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
Told them that we were announcing it at this time
on Monday.
Speaker 4 (07:57):
Here we go, you do that's ring two. I would
have thought by now. Hell, hi, may I speak to Margarita?
Speaker 1 (08:06):
Please?
Speaker 4 (08:09):
Margarita, this is Ashley from Jamming. Do you remember me?
Speaker 1 (08:14):
I do?
Speaker 4 (08:16):
Guess what? Guess what we're going?
Speaker 1 (08:34):
My year?
Speaker 6 (08:35):
This is amazing. I know.
Speaker 4 (08:40):
Listen, me and are looking at each other. We're choked up.
Here's the crazy thing about you.
Speaker 2 (08:44):
When when our promotions director told us that it was you,
we were like, wait, we think this is the woman
with nine kids and multiple grandkids because I remember asking you,
you have nine.
Speaker 4 (08:55):
Children, who will you bring to Disney?
Speaker 2 (08:57):
And you said that's easy. The three that are still
living with me, do they know that there was a
potential for them to go to Disney World.
Speaker 6 (09:05):
My daughter just walked out of her room. She's a
senior and she's got a very high GPA, so she
deserves a trip to Disney.
Speaker 4 (09:16):
Why God, I have the literal chills. I can't listen.
I'm so happy for you.
Speaker 2 (09:23):
We have done this trip, Santia and I Disney has
sent us and done all of the things that they're
gonna do for you. And let me tell you, it's
hard to go back to Disney once you go this way.
Speaker 1 (09:33):
It is just.
Speaker 2 (09:33):
They really roll out the red carpet. You're gonna have
the best time. You have one year to use this vulture,
so don't think you have to. You know, hurry up
and get on a flight anytime soon. You have time
to plan and make it the best trip ever. I'm
so excited for you. You absolutely deserve this trip. I mean,
nine kids and how many grandkids do you have?
Speaker 6 (09:51):
Eight grandsons and one granddaughter on the way. Tough year
and I really could use a vacation.
Speaker 4 (10:00):
Okay, don't. We're not doing I'm so happy to it and
you're gonna literally make me cry. I'm so happy for you.
Speaker 6 (10:07):
I'm so excited. Ah before it's the contest that I've
never won something like this before.
Speaker 2 (10:14):
No, it's this is exactly why we do it because
I know how hard it would be for you to
be able to you know, with all of those kids
and the grandkids, you're probably spending all your money on
them to be able to afford a trip like this,
and I'm just so happy that we, alongside Disney, can
do it for you.
Speaker 4 (10:27):
You're going to have the best time.
Speaker 2 (10:29):
And before you go, I want to talk to that
senior of yours because I want her to document and
show me everything while you guys are there.
Speaker 4 (10:35):
I can't wait to see it all.
Speaker 6 (10:37):
He's right here, Hi.
Speaker 2 (10:39):
Babe, We're going to Disney.
Speaker 6 (10:44):
I'm excited.
Speaker 2 (10:45):
I'm so excited for you, and Disney's sending you, so
let me tell you something. This is You're doing it
the right way. Your mom is amazing.
Speaker 4 (10:53):
I'm so glad, she called. Are you on social media?
I am all right.
Speaker 2 (10:57):
When you guys go to Disney me and you need
to connect because I want to follow your trip and
see how it is. You're gonna have the best time.
Congrats on graduating. Send your mom, I love don't hang
up this call. We're gonna get some more info from you,
but tell you. Tell your mom we love her, and congratulations.
Speaker 6 (11:12):
I love you guys. To you guys, Thank you Asley,
thanks for listening.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
Oh my god, everyone, everyone, everyone.
Speaker 6 (11:23):
I listen to you guys faithfully every day every day.
Speaker 4 (11:27):
I love you for that. We love you for that.
Speaker 6 (11:30):
I love you. Thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
Go hey, go call the family. We're going to Disney. Margarita,
Oh my gosh, emotional.
Speaker 1 (11:40):
Feel good.
Speaker 4 (11:40):
I feel I feel really good.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
She keeps alluding to having a tough year, so this
is good for her.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
I need nine kids, eight grand sons, a granddaughter on
the way.
Speaker 4 (11:49):
That's just there's that's a lot.
Speaker 2 (11:51):
There's a lot of moving parts to that, and that's
exactly who we would.
Speaker 4 (11:54):
Want to win a trip like this.
Speaker 1 (11:55):
That's our good deed for the day.
Speaker 4 (11:57):
You know what, You're right.
Speaker 2 (11:58):
I feel good now. I I can relax. Hi everybody,
good morning. That is just the ultimate feeling to be
able to pay you guys back. We appreciate you listening
so much. Good Morning Show, Good Morning. Futhing's number one
for hip hop jamming ninety four or five.
Speaker 4 (12:17):
Things are different for me now because I know Karen. Yeah, Cara,
Actually it's Cara to you.
Speaker 1 (12:25):
My buddy. That was a caller.
Speaker 4 (12:28):
No, that's what I call her. It's like Karen, what's up?
What's up?
Speaker 6 (12:31):
Car?
Speaker 1 (12:33):
So yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 4 (12:34):
I don't know when our next hang will be or
if there will be one.
Speaker 1 (12:37):
But I'm actually surprised you didn't get her information like
our phone number, because you're really good at like next thing.
You know they're texting you, you know, like hey, can
we talk something?
Speaker 2 (12:46):
By Yeah, I mean listen. I think she's probably got
a lot going on, and she's still dealing with all
these like civil cases and things, so I'm sure I'm
not high. She probably doesn't even remember a singular second
of our convo because she has a million of them,
but I'll remember it. I shall remember it.
Speaker 1 (13:03):
She mentioned me at all.
Speaker 4 (13:06):
It's like a sad scorned love. No I know, but
no she did not.
Speaker 2 (13:12):
If you missed any of that story from the weekend

my photo at Ashley Feldman tweeze on the Ashley not

but it is not Ai.
Speaker 1 (13:37):
Where's Chloe? That's what I want to know.
Speaker 4 (13:38):
We don't want to know. I should asked
