Speaker 1 (00:00):
Oh maybe week up. We're back twenty twenty six. It
just always feels so strange the first So you gotta
get the first show out of the way. You gotta
get the jitters out of the way, get back on
some sort of semblance of a schedule. I posted this,
but coming off of being off for two weeks, especially
with little little littles at home, it kind of feels
(00:23):
like a mini maternity leave.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
Right, so I'm having to like rework my brain again
because now my body's doing that weird thing where it
doesn't feel right coming to work.
Speaker 3 (00:33):
I'm supposed to be at home.
Speaker 4 (00:34):
I see smothering and they probably got used to being there,
like you being there every skill day.
Speaker 3 (00:38):
Now, oh they got used to it. My boobs got
used to it.
Speaker 1 (00:41):
They are like they already feel a little full because
I've been nursing from sun up to sundown. Remember I
was gonna stop in January. Not but yeah, it's that
it's a weird thing. I know that after like this week,
I'll get back to my regular self where I'm like, okay,
me going to work is.
Speaker 3 (00:59):
Like for the best, because I was getting it was
getting spooky in that house with teenagers.
Speaker 4 (01:04):
What my schedule was like I didn't see most of
them until the afternoon because they're up in their rooms
and we're just passing because they don't get out of bed.
Speaker 3 (01:12):
So like in the morning they're in their bed, we're time.
I would get out.
Speaker 4 (01:17):
I would wake up around seven thirty or eight, but
then I would watch a show until like nine or
nine thirty. Then I would get up and work all day. Okay,
but that was sleeping in and that felt so so good.
But the best part is the end of the night.
I didn't feel like I had to rush to go
to bed, so I'd watch random stuff that night, like
stuff that I haven't watched in years.
Speaker 1 (01:34):
Yeah, I had trouble going to bed last night because
you know, I was so used to staying up. I
was up between probably you know, six thirty and seven
every day. But still, I mean, turning off the alarm
clocks is I just said it, like, we love what
we do, and it's we are very fortunate for that.
Speaker 3 (01:51):
It's just the three thirty. It's the three thirty.
Speaker 4 (01:54):
My my body, my liver. This past couple of weeks,
just just taking in alcohol like that was you.
Speaker 3 (02:00):
I'm actually just drinking like every day.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
You know, my liver is like just no, I didn't
even have one the first week of like Christmas.
Speaker 3 (02:09):
First of all, I can't believe it's it's here in past,
like how it was, like.
Speaker 1 (02:12):
The builds up for Christmas is so exciting, and it's
like a legit depression the next day because it's gone.
The first week with Christmas great, I was out and
about doing all the things, and then flew a hit
the house. The second week, I have not left the
home in overWe This is my first time putting on
makeup and rejoining society.
Speaker 3 (02:30):
You can hear it in my voice a little bit.
Speaker 1 (02:32):
But the girls got hit really, like we're talking fevers,
can't keep their eyes open.
Speaker 3 (02:37):
It's not coughing horrible.
Speaker 4 (02:40):
Do you remember this was maybe a couple of years back,
where from time to time people get sick around here
and you'd be like, oh, it's probably just the flu,
but you would throw it out there like it was
a common cold. Yeah, until I think the fireman got
hit with the flu and that put him on his ass.
Speaker 3 (02:55):
But when you get the actual like yet, you are
the only.
Speaker 1 (02:57):
Other person that I remember that you were like ash,
I got the flu, like I physically couldn't get out
of bed, and I was like, what, Like I'd never
experienced anything like that. Then the fireman got the same thing,
like body just like he couldn't function.
Speaker 3 (03:11):
Luckily, knock on wood.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
We know it was the flu because we had Leila
tested because we were scared.
Speaker 3 (03:18):
She her fever was pretty bad for like twenty four hours,
so we didn't bother gettingnybody else tested because obviously we
were in the.
Speaker 1 (03:23):
Sick flu den. But she just, I mean, she couldn't
keep her eyes open, like she was just so weak,
and she didn't want to eat. She's finally back to herself.
She's rolling her eyes at me again, just back to
her normal bitchy ways. But the baby, you just feels
so bad for because they can't tell you what's going on,
and you can't tell them that.
Speaker 3 (03:43):
Listen, this is gonna get better in a couple of days, right,
Like yeah, yeah, it take to go to sleep, Like
you know, it got to.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
The point where I was like, my nipples are just
gonna fall off because that's the only thing she wanted
to do, Like they're just gone.
Speaker 3 (03:56):
I don't even know myself anymore.
Speaker 1 (03:58):
But yeah, that's that's been the last seven days of
my life, I've literally left the house to maybe go
grab a coffee or like nothing. I just I didn't
leave yesterday. I never heard the house. Yeah, it's just
it's that's what it's been. So it's nice to rejoin society.
What's been going on out there?
Speaker 4 (04:14):
I can tell you that I don't know. I've been
going to a lot of like house parties and stuff
like that big house party guys like me in twenty
twenty four. Well, I mean it was a house party,
like in the sense of like around town and stuff.
But it was really good. It was good to hang
out people I haven't hung out with.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
Yeah, how was it hanging out with Joanne? It was awesome.
Speaker 4 (04:28):
Joanne when she gets into work mode is psychotic. There's
no like she's looking at the computer, she doesn't joke,
nothing's fun. But when she's away from Mark, it's like, wow,
you laugh at my jokes, Like I felt funny. So
but even that part, like we went up with different
friends like often and and and that part was fun.
Met some new people, heard one of the craziest poop
(04:49):
stories of my life from a woman. It was absolutely amazing.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
It was like highlight highlight of your of your vacation
A story A woman.
Speaker 4 (04:58):
Yeah, in a nutshell, she threw up in the bathroom
at a party. But then while she was throwing up
and her husband was in there, she had diarrhea at
the same time.
Speaker 3 (05:05):
So all this stuff was going on.
Speaker 4 (05:06):
But then what they did they cleaned up the bathroom,
but then they pushed the rest of it down a
you know the vents in the bathroom where the heat
comes up, They pushed it down there. So for years
this bathom smelled like a mix of diarrhea and whatever.
Speaker 3 (05:20):
But the people who owned the home couldn't figure out
where this smell was coming from. Did they scoop it
up into the vent? Well, I think there was a lot.
Speaker 4 (05:27):
A lot was happening there was Why was she so ill?
Because she drank so much and.
Speaker 1 (05:32):
It just kind of hit it all right, But I
drink so much that's not normally.
Speaker 3 (05:39):
I think I'm just.
Speaker 4 (05:39):
Gonna surmise that your body is used to drinking like
that that much.
Speaker 3 (05:44):
Hers wasn't.
Speaker 4 (05:45):
So after this happened, they put her out on the
front lawn like sleep it off while he finished like
just the cleaning. But I guess he didn't think to
clean down there. So I mean, but like like we're
getting told this story and it was so funny, Like,
imagine you telling this story now right.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
No, that's something that's not changing in twenty twenty. Yes
it's not new year. Knew me.
Speaker 3 (06:04):
I still don't poop.
Speaker 4 (06:06):
But these were the house parties that I was going to.
People were just sharing and it was great.
Speaker 3 (06:09):
Wow, that's cool.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
I will say if I was trying to think of
one main story that I have to tell you guys
from vacation is that my family and friends were calling
me the Grim Reaper.
Speaker 3 (06:20):
I'll have to give you a little bit more explanation
into that, but.
Speaker 1 (06:25):
As a little teaser, my dad obviously is in town
for the holiday. We go out the Christmas Eveve. Okay,
we're out Christmas Eveve. We're hanging out, great, awesome night,
wake up Christmas morning, Christmas Eve morning. My Dad's like,
by day, I gotta talk to you, But what what
do you want? It goes my new girlfriend dumped me
(06:46):
because of you.
Speaker 3 (06:47):
So I'll tell that story for back Especial Morning show.
Speaker 5 (06:52):
And you need to know. We got you three things
you need to know on Bustin's Number one for hip
hop and the Best you haven't any more vives.
Speaker 1 (07:02):
Wow, here we are Monday, January fifth, and bear with me.
This is gonna be my first three things you need
to know since schottily knows when.
Speaker 3 (07:10):
In December.
Speaker 1 (07:11):
All right, Pats win big against the Dolphins. It was
a legit blowout, thirty eight to ten. Fourteen wins in
the NFL for the Pats is extremely, extremely impressive, but
everybody's talking about it. Getting the number two spot in
the AFC playoffs, meaning they will play Sunday at eight pm.
Speaker 3 (07:30):
Against the Chargers. I know it's so upset.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
It's listen, happy to be in the playoffs, happy to
be here, so fun.
Speaker 3 (07:36):
We'll be asleep. I feel like we got to watch
a little bit. This is a playoff game.
Speaker 1 (07:40):
I know we will, but that's coming off of week one,
going back to work.
Speaker 3 (07:45):
Will be sleepy.
Speaker 4 (07:47):
Listen, here's the thing they won. What did you say? Fourteen?
That's good, that's awesome. But this is where it really counts.
This is what said Tom aside why Tom is special,
because this is when it matters.
Speaker 3 (07:59):
I feel like we leave for a hot second and
all of a sudden, there's so much Patriot drama. I
know on Diggs, just like what'schooling? Like you're gonna choke
your chef pot. I don't believe it. I don't. I
just I saw the text messages, but I just I
don't believe it.
Speaker 1 (08:16):
I feel like he's got way too much. We got
too many kids, like he's got going on.
Speaker 3 (08:21):
We don't know him the field, we don't know him. No,
I agree.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
I also feel like, and I'm sure you've seen some
of them, Cardi is just out and about, like she's
at grocery stores, she's at five Guys, you actually have
the opportune at this time to roll up on Cardi
b out and about in Massachusetts, and there's a good chance.
Speaker 4 (08:40):
That you ask about what's happening with their boyfriend. She
might answer you pack she might. I wouldn't know. I
wouldn't I wouldn't roll the dice on that. But speaking
of him, he was asked about the playoffs.
Speaker 1 (08:49):
What sort of recipe the Patriots are gonna have in
store for the Chargers and iconic this is what we
Got's I go.
Speaker 6 (08:56):
Home and everybody's aware that you know, you don't want
to be on a details. I'm gonna say the same
thing that got us there, you know, No, we have
this low like saying don't switch to macaroni and cheeks.
The analogy came from somebody on Thanksgiving, came to their
family gathering and they made new mac and cheese, and
they say, don't trial in er on our day. You
know what I'm saying, So the same recipe, don't change
(09:16):
the mac and cheese.
Speaker 3 (09:17):
Let's not change the mac and cheese, you know what
I mean, same recipes.
Speaker 4 (09:20):
Would he be making references to recipes and stuff because
it connects to the chef? Do you think subconsciously that's
what's on his mind?
Speaker 3 (09:27):
Right?
Speaker 1 (09:28):
Yeah? You can't be facing strangulation charges against a chef
and shopping mac and cheese jokes.
Speaker 3 (09:32):
That's a good points on. I didn't even think about that,
you know what.
Speaker 1 (09:36):
I've also never seen a love like I've seen a
love for Mike Rabel. It just seems like the Patriots
and the players absolutely love playing for him. Certainly a
player's coach. Here he is on the Pats playing the Chargers.
Speaker 7 (09:50):
Well, get ready and get rolling and try to do
what we do every week, which is prepare and figure
out who who we have available and be ready to
go That's that's all we've done all and it's all
we'll be able to do this week in the playoffs.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
I love the videos of him after the game. He
just stands in the little tunnel and he'll wait until
the very last player comes in. He wants to dap
everybody up, show love, give him a hug.
Speaker 3 (10:13):
You'd like to see that better than what Bill did? No, yeah,
Bill was like we I don't even know where that
tunnel is. Bill's ever been.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
So there you have an eight pm kick Pats taking
on the Chargers in the playoffs. We are starting twenty
twenty six off right, And I'm not talking about the
food tree. It's Timothy Shallaby thanking his partner at the Critics'
Choice Awards last night and last yea.
Speaker 8 (10:36):
I'll just say thank you to my partner of three years.
Thank you for our foundation.
Speaker 3 (10:41):
I love you.
Speaker 8 (10:41):
I couldn't do this without you. Thank you from the
bottom of my heart. Thank you so much, appreciate it.
Speaker 3 (10:46):
I can die happy now, all right.
Speaker 1 (10:48):
So he wins obviously for Marty Supreme, which I haven't
seen yet.
Speaker 3 (10:53):
I didn't do that well numbers wise, No, it didn't.
Did you see the trailer I loved the trailer.
Speaker 4 (10:59):
I didn't hate the trailer, but I'm not sure it
connects with a mass audience though.
Speaker 3 (11:02):
Well, I think it's like a niche, niche thing.
Speaker 1 (11:05):
I you know, they've been talking about this role him
and Josh Safty for like two years or something crazy
like that. But either way, they're saying he could win
an Oscar for it.
Speaker 4 (11:14):
Yeah, and I think in a movie like that, like
the acting is probably amazing, the story's great, but it's
just not a popcorn film, as they say.
Speaker 3 (11:20):
The two of them have been in Palm Springs together.
Speaker 1 (11:23):
They went to another little award thing and they there
were rumors that they were going to show up at
the Critics' Choice Awards yesterday.
Speaker 3 (11:29):
They did. Chelsea Hailer hosted it. They were a little
bit late, but.
Speaker 1 (11:34):
They made shock waves over the internet over the weekend
because Kylie posted one of her dresses that she wore
to an event in Palm Springs with Timothy, and he
commented with a bunch of orange hearts. Now this is
their literal first interaction on social media, because they don't
do that. We've never got the real confirmation. Then he
accepts Best Actor from Marty Supreme at the award show,
(11:55):
and he says, quote, thank you to my partner of
three years, thank you for our foundation. I love you.
I couldn't do this without you. They flashed to Kylie.
What does she mouth back?
Speaker 4 (12:07):
I can't if he's calling her her partner, he foundation foundation.
Obviously their relationship is going strong, which is great to hear.
But when you say partner, does that mean that you're
going to keep a partnership and not take the next
step to marriage.
Speaker 1 (12:22):
I don't think so, because he has said and by
the way, who the hell am I? But he has
said in articles, you know, like he wants a family.
Speaker 3 (12:29):
He wants I think, I mean, you can have a family.
I shut off. No, but I'm already you're already pissing
me off.
Speaker 1 (12:39):
No, But I mean in the article he referenced like
a wife and kids, So that's you.
Speaker 3 (12:44):
But I don't know, and I hope they do it.
Speaker 4 (12:45):
And also for Kylie because she's dealt with a lot
of bs the last like ten years of her life
with or with her partners. So well, I mean, I
mean Travis Scott wasn't well. He never looked up, he
was always looking down. But no, it's listen for someone
like me who's a fan of the couple to hear
him actually acknowledge up there and then her mouth I
love you back to I think one thing for me
(13:06):
that always stands out is like I would die to
know his interaction with her kids, because we can't forget
like she has two little kids at home, you know,
and she's always traveling with them and they're around, so
there's clearly a relationship between them.
Speaker 3 (13:19):
You would think after three years, have you ever heard
him talk about sports? He's unbelievable. He is locked in on.
Speaker 1 (13:26):
Batman's multi faceted, he's got talented all over the place,
and Dune's on its way.
Speaker 3 (13:31):
I can't wait for that dunes on all right. Lastly,
Will Smith is facing some serious.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
Legal troubles after a violinist by the name of Brian
King Joseph filed a lawsuit last week alleging sexual harassment
and a pattern of grooming against Will Will Man.
Speaker 3 (13:50):
This is just Will.
Speaker 1 (13:51):
Acting out after having been like abused by Jada for
so long. I don't know what's going on, but this
guy says that the harassment started in twenty two, twenty four,
after he was hired on Will's true story tour that
started in March of this past year. He said he
discovered a threatening note and items in his room that
indicated a sexual threat of violence, prompting him to report
(14:13):
the incident to tour management. After that happened, after he
reported it, he said he was then retaliated against and
there was some weird things happening.
Speaker 4 (14:25):
Yeah, They've been rumors about Will for years, especially when
it goes down down this angle with the men there.
I mean, people come out and said they have witnessed
Will heading and sexual with men.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
Interesting.
Speaker 4 (14:35):
So that being said, the grooming thing is really interesting
because people of power tend to do this with people
who are below them.
Speaker 1 (14:42):
Skuy said in an Instagram post the day after Christmas.
Earlier this year, I was hired to be a performer
and a major, major tour with somebody who's huge in
the industry. So I was excited, you know, I was
so proud of myself to get this opportunity. Unfortunately, some
things happened, and I can't get into the details of
exactly what that was because it's already a legal issue.
But the real reason I'm speaking out about this is
because getting fired, are getting blamed or shamed or threatened
or anything like that. Simply for reporting sexual misconduct or
(15:05):
safety threats at work is not okay.
Speaker 4 (15:08):
I did see one thing that Will said to him.
He said that they have a really special connection. So
again that's like could it be grooming. Yes, But at
the same time, like I could say that to anybody, right, Like,
especially if you're performing up on stage and you have
a connection up on stage, can you get taken the
wrong way?
Speaker 3 (15:23):
Possibly?
Speaker 1 (15:24):
But maybe Will's attorney, by the way, is saying that
the claims are false, baseless and reckless.
Speaker 2 (15:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (15:31):
Yeah, he's slapped the man. So I know, I still
feel bad for Will with.
Speaker 1 (15:37):
What happened with Jada, do you know what I mean?
It's like he's got to deal with that every day.
I don't agree with this, but I also don't agree.
Speaker 3 (15:43):
With what she's doing to that man.
Speaker 4 (15:45):
Yeah, man, do she She's broke, she's still thinking about
pocket pockets, been dead.
Speaker 1 (15:48):
She reads poems to Will every morning when you wake up.
Imagine that's three things you need to know for Monday,
January fifth.
Speaker 3 (15:54):
We missed you.
Speaker 1 (15:55):
We're back, of course you can call us six one, seven,
nine three five.
Speaker 3 (15:59):
The hell have you been up to?
Speaker 1 (16:00):
Or you could leave us a talk back down that
free iHeartRadio app once jam and is on. Hit that
red microphone and say happy twenty twenty sixth good morning,
we're back.
Speaker 3 (16:09):
Morning show.
Speaker 5 (16:09):
Good morning, Bustin's number one for hip hop jam in
ninety four or five.
Speaker 1 (16:17):
Hi everybody, good morning, We're back.
Speaker 3 (16:25):
I already don't know what we're talking about my story.
Speaker 8 (16:28):
Do you know?
Speaker 3 (16:28):
I thought we were waiting for a bigger time. Oh,
I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (16:31):
I didn't think we're doing it this early because I'm like,
it's a big story.
Speaker 3 (16:35):
I don't know, but we can they call can? I
was gonna say what they call it in the bedroom?
Speaker 4 (16:43):
You know?
Speaker 9 (16:44):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (16:44):
But you know it's fine. Let's start out with the bang. No,
it's fine. So do we remember.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
The Venetian Gate where I needed to go to the
Venetian and needed to add people to the Rezie and
Billy Costa had to help me do so, Okay, So
I went to the Venetian and honestly, ten out of
ten it was such a dope experience in there. Now, remember, guys,
(17:14):
let's close our eriyes and time wise, we're gonna go back.
This is Christmas eveve, so two days before Christmas. The
Venetian just does such a fantastic, amazing job. I mean,
it's hard to get a res you got to do
it like in the summertime. But I think it was
something crazy like sixteen thousand ornaments they have in the restaurant,
(17:35):
like hanging. You just you really get a sense of
like it's Christmas time in there. So myself, the fireman,
my bestie Casey, and my dad go to the reservation.
It was supposed to be my brother and his girlfriend,
but they ended up having to come later, so it's
the four of us. We get in there and we're
(17:58):
in this really sick like booth situation. So the seating
was Fireman, Ashley, Casey, my dad. Now, I did a
couple of times leading up to us leaving on vacation
insinuate to you guys, like, hey, my dad's dating somebody, right,
(18:18):
I think I told you guys that, And actually, for
like health purposes, I was saying that it's been really
nice for me to have somebody like on the ground
able to go to doctor's appointments and stuff, because my
dad's had a lot of those lately and it's been
nice to have somebody there that you know, can articulate
to me what the doctor said if I can't be
on FaceTime or whatever the case may be. So I
value that part of the relationship for sure. Nice again,
(18:40):
nice to have boots on the ground.
Speaker 3 (18:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (18:42):
So I post some content from inside the Venetian because
we're having a great time. And in one of the photos,
I scooed in next to my friend Casey, who's again
my age, and she's kind of squashed next to my
dad and we take a photo.
Speaker 3 (19:01):
We're like, I think I saw her.
Speaker 1 (19:03):
You guys, just picture just picture me, my friend and
my dad in a photo. We're squishing into booth, right,
So I post that. All of a sudden, you know,
a group text happens and it's the picture, like a
screenshot of the photo, and it's my dad's new girlfriend saying,
oh look what my friend sent me. I Her friend
(19:26):
follows me on Instagram, saw the photo and said that.
Speaker 3 (19:33):
It was disrespectful. So this is how it starts.
Speaker 4 (19:37):
To go out to dinner with your daughter essentially, that's
what That's what it That's what it was.
Speaker 1 (19:42):
That's what it was at its foundation. He's going to
dinner with me, my husband and my best friend. Okay,
my dad, who's you know, an older man, Yeah, okay,
and Casey my bestie who's just turned thirty nine a
week ago.
Speaker 3 (20:02):
So that's how it starts.
Speaker 1 (20:04):
Now I kind of think, like, haha, we're being funny here,
so I'm not really sure how to play this. We
joke a little bit back and forth in the message.
She says, you guys, have a good night. I'm going
to and insert like her local bar that she's going to,
and you know, my dad's like, have a good night.
Like we're like kind of joking back and forth.
Speaker 3 (20:23):
It's an early night.
Speaker 1 (20:24):
For us because our reservation was at like four fifteen
early bird special, so we have dinner there, we go
back out Marshfield for a couple of drinks. Everything's seemingly fine.
I wake up the next morning and I'm honestly, I.
Speaker 3 (20:36):
Blame you, guys.
Speaker 1 (20:37):
I blame the people that listen to this show for
the breakup, because my dms are now blowing up of
people being like, is this the girl?
Speaker 3 (20:44):
And I'm like, guys, is who the girl? People? People?
Speaker 1 (20:49):
Some people really thought that my best friend was my
dad's new girlfriend. Now y'all have seen Casey on Instagram before,
I don't know why you're acting like this. Yeah, so
I jokingly respond to one of the questions of somebody
saying like is this your dad's girlfriend, and say like,
hah no, is this not my dad's girlfriend?
Speaker 3 (21:10):
Like what are you guys doing? Like joking?
Speaker 1 (21:12):
So I think that was I think that was the
post that maybe sent her over the edge. And it's
funny because my brother and his girlfriend and myself, my
friends we got in like a hot debate about this
because long story short, my dad ends up telling you
on Christmas Eve that his girlfriend dumped him because of
the disrespectful posts on my social media. It was disrespectful
(21:36):
that he was sitting next to my friend in a booth,
and it was disrespectful that I had posted saying like, hey,
that's not the girlfriend.
Speaker 3 (21:44):
Am I crazy?
Speaker 8 (21:47):
Lid not?
Speaker 4 (21:48):
And I'm trying to look at it from their perspective
of this whole thing, and look at it from like.
Speaker 3 (21:52):
I so was.
Speaker 1 (21:53):
I I was really trying to be like okay, because
my brother was like super defensive, being like, well, I mean,
you know, here he is in a booth with a girl,
and you're posting that's not his girlfriend.
Speaker 3 (22:03):
A hat I'm like, dude, they're old.
Speaker 4 (22:05):
But you also you also have to understand like what
you do for work and your social media following to
understand where the comments are coming from too.
Speaker 1 (22:12):
So I wrote her, you guys, because I wrote the
girlfriend because I could tell my dad was upset, you know,
and I just was like, I need to explain to her,
like what's going like our world.
Speaker 3 (22:24):
So I wrote that.
Speaker 1 (22:25):
I said, listen, I'm doing my show and I'm telling
people he has nobody, somebody new in his life.
Speaker 3 (22:31):
He's dating somebody new.
Speaker 1 (22:32):
She's going to doctor's appointments, she's cleaning out his apartment,
she's around. And so the first time they see my
dad for the holidays, and there he is next to
a girl.
Speaker 3 (22:42):
I guess they.
Speaker 1 (22:43):
Weren't really thinking and they immediately were like, wait, is
this the girl? Is he dating like a younger girl?
I don't know, but that's where that's coming from, not
a place of like.
Speaker 3 (22:53):
Let's go ahead and get you jealous. But yeah, no, she.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
She was high horsing at that moment. She couldn't see
past the fact that he was being disrespectful. And I'm like,
I'm sorry I said this to her. I'm like but
if a photo of him out with me and my
husband and my best friend is what's going to end
your guys relationship, then like it probably wasn't as strong
as maybe you guys thought it was. Also, I don't
(23:18):
I don't want to be a part of the breakup.
So if my dad ends up messing this up on
his own accord, that's cool. I can sleep with that.
But this is crazy.
Speaker 3 (23:28):
This is nuts.
Speaker 1 (23:29):
And so she says, well, I was gonna take him
to the Browns game on Sunday. I'm gonna I'm gonna
just transfer him.
Speaker 3 (23:34):
The tickets, you know.
Speaker 1 (23:36):
So we keep going back and forth, and finally I
just say like, hey, I mean this in the most
respectful way possible, Like you're doing too much. It's Christmas Eve.
I don't think she celebrates the holiday, but I'm like,
it's Christmas Eve, and now this guy's moping around, like
what you want to break up with him?
Speaker 3 (23:54):
Can you wait till the day after Christmas?
Speaker 1 (23:55):
I mean, it's kind of weird, like at that age
to be doing this I thought was very string I agree,
but you guys know how I am with his girlfriends,
So I'm really trying here.
Speaker 4 (24:06):
You know what, I could not say, and I could
understand it, but I could understand her being upset if
he was the one that posted on his own Instagram
account of him next to you to these two random girls, right,
that's a different story. Now I can understand that's so
kind of innocent. But okay, I can see it from
that point of view. But this was your Instagram account.
Speaker 3 (24:21):
And you guys.
Speaker 1 (24:21):
I want to post the photo again for you so
bad because I want you guys to see it and
so we can all act this out together and play along.
Speaker 3 (24:28):
But now I know I got spies. Yeah, well that's
a weird thing.
Speaker 1 (24:32):
Her friends are following me and now, and that's why
I said that you let your friends gas you.
Speaker 3 (24:36):
You and I had a mutual friend.
Speaker 1 (24:40):
Whose friends would gas him, okay, and we would be like,
he doesn't actually think that way, but he has all
these people turping in his ear.
Speaker 3 (24:48):
Remember talk about this. I forget who the friend is.
Do you know who the friend is?
Speaker 1 (24:55):
So I can't say who the friend is, But.
Speaker 3 (24:58):
But they used to.
Speaker 1 (24:59):
They their friends would be chirp, chirp, chrip, chrip, chirp,
trip trip, and finally they would sart.
Speaker 3 (25:03):
I'm like, you're gonna let your little birdies in your ear, like.
Speaker 1 (25:06):
Yes, you know where you're talking about, Bertie, I do
know who you, okay.
Speaker 4 (25:10):
And that's exactly in our business. And this we talk
about this off the air, and it's hard for a
listener to understand this. It's usually when somebody else hears
the story that we talk about on the air that's
not directly connected. By the time the story gets back
to the person, it's been gassed up to sound like
the craziest thing ever. And that's a major issue. It
sounds like this is the exact same thing here.
Speaker 1 (25:29):
The birds started chirping the bird's gossip, that's what happened.
So so let's call the bird. I don't know her
friend's name, let's call her Sarah. So Sarah hits up
that my dad's girlfriend is like, have you seen the
daughter's post today? Have you seen that Scott is out
drinking with this girl and they're in a boost together.
(25:51):
Can you like, look how close he's sitting next her.
Something along those lines to the point where she took
it real serious. And again, I wish I could post
the phone poo again, but I'm I'm not saying with
that because hey, fast forward. She ends up telling me,
I'll entertain the conversation of like getting back with him. Guys,
they went to the Browns game together, they were together
(26:11):
last night.
Speaker 3 (26:12):
It was seemingly for attention.
Speaker 4 (26:15):
Does a friend listen to this radio show?
Speaker 3 (26:19):
Let us pray? No, I don't know. I don't know.
How well do you know your dad's girlfriend? Is she
jealous type? I don't know. I used to know her
back in the day. I don't really know.
Speaker 1 (26:28):
This really put a bad taste in my Mouthnest because
it was like because it was like a, oh, I'm
just gonna I'm here, I'm going to appointments, I'm helping
with his health, I'm doing all these things, and now
I'm just gonna leave because he was sitting.
Speaker 3 (26:42):
So what was I supposed to do? Put him next
to the fireman in the booth? And then like, I
don't it's my best friend.
Speaker 1 (26:49):
Do you really think that if he was out here
cheating on you, I would have posted it, right? But really,
I mean, also, I am forty years old this year,
Like I don't have time for.
Speaker 3 (26:59):
This, you're in your sixties.
Speaker 1 (27:02):
One thing about it that spooked me is ABC right,
all bitches are crazy I've been saying this. I said
to the fireman, what was keeping me up at night
is I'm crazy?
Speaker 3 (27:11):
Now?
Speaker 1 (27:12):
I thought it would go away in my olden age,
like I thought, Yes, I'm I'm crazy admitting I thought
when I'm sixty, so.
Speaker 3 (27:22):
I don't think it does.
Speaker 1 (27:23):
It might get work, you guys six one, seven, nine,
three five. I would die if it was one of
you guys that saw the photo and could comment. But Emma,
what what a morning.
Speaker 5 (27:38):
Show when you need to know? We got you three
things you need to know on Bustin's number one for
hip hop and the best throwbags you haven't any more?
Speaker 1 (27:46):
Five Monday, January fifth, We are back and the Patriots
win big against the Dolphins yesterday, thirty eight to ten.
Speaker 3 (27:55):
It was a blowout, Honey.
Speaker 1 (27:57):
Fourteen wins in the NFL is a big feat to
be proud of. But the bottom line is those fourteen
wins mean nothing.
Speaker 3 (28:04):
At this point.
Speaker 1 (28:05):
We are all back to zero and zero. They got
the number two spot in the AFC playoffs. They're gonna
play at home. We'll be at Gillette. It's an eight
pm kick against the Jarret Chargers. But like I said,
it's zero to zero.
Speaker 3 (28:15):
Yeah, when you're in the playoffs.
Speaker 4 (28:17):
Could you imagine having the season that they did and
then all of a sudden losing the first round. I
would be so pissed, But foresee it. I feel that
they could passed the first round like easy.
Speaker 3 (28:25):
We just need Drake.
Speaker 1 (28:26):
May's wife to keep feeding him, feeding him all of
the things, and we need.
Speaker 3 (28:30):
Steff On Diggs to stay out of trouble. We really think,
we really like he choked. His chef says yes, says me, okay.
Speaker 1 (28:37):
Allegedly, Allegedly, Cardie could be listening right now.
Speaker 3 (28:41):
She's out and about.
Speaker 1 (28:42):
People are running in the Cardi b at five Guys
and at the grocery store Carti's in New England.
Speaker 3 (28:47):
You could be listening.
Speaker 1 (28:48):
We love your girlfriend, I love Stefan Diggs answer, and
Santi brought this to my attention last hour. When you're
in you know this sort of like felony strangulation charge
with a chef.
Speaker 3 (28:58):
You might not want to make food references either way.
It's fun. Here's Stephan Diggs talking about playing the Chargers.
Speaker 6 (29:05):
It's when I go home and everybody's aware that you
know you're gonna want to be on the details.
Speaker 3 (29:09):
I'm gonna say the same thing that got us there.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
You know.
Speaker 6 (29:12):
No, we have this little like saying, don't switch to
macro any cheeks. The analogy came from somebody on Thanksgiving,
came to their family gathering and they made new mac
and cheese and they say, don't trial in the er
on our day. You know what I'm saying, So same recipe,
don't change the mac and cheese.
Speaker 3 (29:26):
We just with that. We can't. That happened to us
in this samet. It was like she made different mac
and cheese and he was like, how dare you? We
discussed this, not to defend her.
Speaker 4 (29:38):
It's Thanksgiving, so you want to do it like you
want to do a little special.
Speaker 1 (29:41):
No, no, you know age old like my mom makes
the like super White people green bean cast role with
the frozen little crispy, don't switch it up, No, don't know,
with theshroom soup and the and the French style frowz.
Speaker 3 (30:00):
Nasty things with the onions on top. Stop.
Speaker 1 (30:03):
I don't what if they do one's better, all right,
it doesn't matter, It doesn't matter. No, But seriously, that
man needs to stay out of trouble because we need him.
He's catching a lot of footballs and we love to
see it. Also, we'd love to see the relationship between
Mike Rabel and the players. He's a players coach man.
He stands in that tunnel and he waits and he
DAPs up and he hugs everybody after every single game
here he is.
Speaker 7 (30:23):
On the playoffs, we'll get ready and get rolling and
trying to do what we do every week, which is
prepare and figure out who who we have available and
be ready to go. That's that's all we've done all
year and it's all we'll be able to do this
week in the playoffs.
Speaker 1 (30:36):
Eight pm kick, which is upsetting. It's a little late
on Sunday, but it's playoff time.
Speaker 3 (30:41):
We're gonna have to suck it up. If it's a
close game, we have to watch the entire thing to
have to suck it up.
Speaker 1 (30:46):
All right, It's twenty twenty six, and I will be
shoving it down your throats all year long, honey. And
that is the relationship between Timothy Shallomey and Kylie Jenner.
Speaker 3 (30:56):
Now it's probably not on.
Speaker 1 (30:58):
Everyone else's timeline like it is on my, but it
is overwhelming. That means I must just watch videos of them.
Twenty four to seven because I can't get away from it.
Timothy Shallomey thanking his partner last night when he won
Best Actor for his role in Marty Supreme and last y'a.
Speaker 8 (31:15):
I'll just say thank you to my partner of three years.
Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I can't
do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of
my heart. Thank you so much.
Speaker 3 (31:25):
Appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
I mean you, guys so over. Here's what you missed
about my favorite couple. Over the holidays. One of the
Kardashian Jenner somebody gave out gingerbread houses.
Speaker 3 (31:35):
Timothy's name was on Kylie's. Oh it's said Timothy.
Speaker 1 (31:38):
Okay, so we saw that. Over the weekend they were
hanging out in Palm Spring. She went to an event
with him. She posted herself in the orange dress. He
comments on Instagram under her account a bunch of hearts.
We haven't seen that interaction on social media. I was like, guys,
we're getting somewhere. We're getting to something. Then he wins
last night the Critics' Choice Awards and he says thank
you to my partner of three years, thank you for
(31:59):
our phone d I love you, and I couldn't do
this without you. I just played it that to me,
that's not the biggest part they flashed to her, She mouths,
I love you ya. I mean.
Speaker 4 (32:13):
Valentine's days a month and a half away. Could we
see this happening soon?
Speaker 3 (32:16):
Month and a half? I think you're doing the number right,
like a month? Okay, a month and ten days.
Speaker 1 (32:23):
Joyne's got nothing coming her way. Yeah, it's the fourteenth
of Vebruary.
Speaker 3 (32:27):
Maybe he goes and asks Caitlyn for a hand in that,
and so right, yeah, you would have to ask Caitlyn. Yeah, So,
I mean I feel like he's going to do that
now in order to get things lined up of V Day. Yeah,
you know, I said this last hour.
Speaker 1 (32:39):
I've thought a lot about what his relationship with is
with the kids, and he must have when three years
they've been together.
Speaker 3 (32:46):
And correct me if I'm wrong. She has two kids, right,
she does. She has Stormy and wait, my god, what
the hell is happened?
Speaker 4 (32:57):
They're both with Travis Scott right, yes, okay, I just
want to make sure.
Speaker 3 (33:02):
Kylie Jender kid Wolf is it no wolf? That's right?
I think it was born wolf and then they changed.
Speaker 1 (33:08):
It air it was it was born it was fel
different right, yes, yes, so it by the way, he
so Stormy we got and then Air, who was born
formerly Wolf Webb, wolf Webster, then to Air.
Speaker 3 (33:22):
Like imagine felled Ai r E. Imagine your kid is born.
Speaker 4 (33:26):
Then all of a sudden, you're like, you know what,
I'll change your name. That's like confusing.
Speaker 1 (33:30):
But listen, Timothy said, my partner of three years, right,
Air was born in twenty twenty two, so he came.
Speaker 3 (33:38):
In early on in that in that little kid's life. Yeah,
so maybe he met him when he was still Wolf.
I mean, Timmy's like, you know what, Wolfe's a stupid name.
It was tim who changed that, all right.
Speaker 1 (33:52):
And lastly, you're getting this because I didn't know what
was happening. I learned of it this morning and I
can't believe it. The Karen Ree Lifetime flick is Onay
on the way is in Saturday, it comes out. I
just watched the trailer this morning. It came out right
before Christmas. Uh, usually the Lifetime flicks bootleg as hell.
Speaker 3 (34:11):
I didn't mind this, you know what.
Speaker 4 (34:14):
I didn't hate the like it looks kind of like
they stepped it up just just a bit.
Speaker 1 (34:18):
The one part that set me in the trailer I'll
play a clip is when the police roll up to
the scene. They don't show Karen's face. That the actress
Karen in the which he turns around. She has blood
around her lips and she was like kissing.
Speaker 3 (34:31):
They wouldn't well, maybe she was giving him mouth to mouth.
Speaker 1 (34:34):
Maybe I didn't like it, though it was very it
was very lifetime of them.
Speaker 3 (34:38):
We need someone now, that's a guy.
Speaker 2 (34:41):
He's in response.
Speaker 1 (34:42):
Then just behind me is the location of the death
of Boston police officer John O'Keefe.
Speaker 2 (34:52):
Karen reed, you have the right to remain silent.
Speaker 8 (34:55):
I loved this man, Karen, Did you kill John O'Keefe,
Aaron Rey.
Speaker 3 (35:02):
It just feels like this whole town is trying on me.
I'll be frank with you, guys.
Speaker 1 (35:07):
If I'm Karen, I'm watching every single one of these
I'm not missing a second. I'm watching every doc you
make about me, every film, every article.
Speaker 3 (35:17):
I want it. I'm too nosy. I need to know.
Speaker 4 (35:19):
Since we're talking about it, I think it's safe to
say that we played a major role for the last
couple of years in both these cases.
Speaker 3 (35:25):
Right, Yeah. If we're not in this, I'm gonna be pissed.
Speaker 4 (35:27):
And also, if we're in this and they make me
look like a pair, I'm suing.
Speaker 3 (35:33):
No, you yourself have said it. You look like Dwayne Johnson,
So I am going to sue everybody. God, I hate you.
That's three. By the way, it's out.
Speaker 1 (35:43):
Saturday, guys, the tenth. That is three things you need
to know for Monday, January fifth. The pod from last year.
If you missed anything, you could catch up on everything.
We'll be starting a new today, but the way to
make sure you don't miss a second of the show
is by downloading the free iHeartRadio app. The Once you're there,
search a sh l double leak and Morning.
Speaker 3 (36:03):
Sadly end of Jami Morning Show.
Speaker 5 (36:05):
Good Morning About is number one for hip hop jamming
ninety four five.
Speaker 1 (36:12):
Hi, everybody, good morning, It's Ashley the jam of Morning Show.
We are officially back. It's been a minute, we missed you,
and we're doing our first check in of twenty twenty six,
so feel free to call us right now six one
seven nine three one one five six one seven nine
three one.
Speaker 3 (36:29):
One nine four five. In the meantime, we're gonna start
with a talk.
Speaker 10 (36:32):
Back Ashley Sanday Quick question, your vacation. Do you guys
get a pay vacation or is that like vacation time.
How do you get two and a half weeks off
because my company sucks and gives us nothing.
Speaker 4 (36:50):
Yeah, I guess contractually we are we have four weeks
vacation per year, so yeah, that's we we bank them.
Speaker 3 (36:56):
We do two in the summer and two and eve
in the year, that's what.
Speaker 1 (36:58):
Yeah, we always keep too for the end of the year,
so that sometimes it's stressful because people around here don't
do that and people will be going on vacations and
vacations and we're like, we just got a hold on.
Speaker 3 (37:09):
We just got to get to the end. So yeah,
we take two, usually in the warm months, two of
our weeks and then we save.
Speaker 4 (37:14):
The two and I guess the two and a half
weeks works out because like the holidays fall during during
the week, so we don't yeah those days, so.
Speaker 3 (37:20):
We get to it.
Speaker 1 (37:20):
Essentially, we take the ten days plus we have a
personal day too, so essentially we have four weeks plus
a day, and the way we kind of scatter them
it makes sense for the end of the year. Also,
I don't know if you saw this, but there's this
meme that's been going viral where if you take your
vacation days.
Speaker 3 (37:36):
At a certain time, we have to do that. We
should do it. We have to do it now. We
should because it can get you like an extra four
long weekends or something nuts like that.
Speaker 2 (37:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (37:44):
I think the first one is this month at some point. Right,
is it President's Day, President's Day or Mlkday?
Speaker 3 (37:50):
Yeah? President Day is next month, So I feel like
we do we have off MLK Day, we do, Yeah,
which is when it's next week? Right, the weekends in
two weeks, right, see you later, see on that Tuesday.
Let's let's do it. See you on that Tuesday. Everyone.
But yeah, that's how that works. So people get mad
at the vacation thing around here.
Speaker 4 (38:09):
You already have a vacae plant coming up, right, Yeah,
we're going, well, yeah, we're going back to Europe in August.
Speaker 3 (38:16):
We're going. Yeah, the talks have begun for the Big four.
Oh oh, you're doing an actual vacation trip. We're going,
who's we oko? Yeah too. He wants to do Hawaii, Hawaii.
Speaker 1 (38:31):
He wants to fly to l A, stay two nights
with my best friend Jody there, and then do a
week in Yeah.
Speaker 3 (38:41):
We're going to avoid avoid Honolulu. We're not even gonna
go there.
Speaker 4 (38:43):
My suggestion would be the two days on the way back,
because yeah, because when you're flying out to something like that,
the the excitement, the excitement to get there is doable.
It's the way back where you're like, oh god, I
have to break this up, and then it's a long flight.
It's they have a direct life from Boston now too, well,
we plann on.
Speaker 3 (38:58):
Just going direct back, just like rip the band aid.
Speaker 1 (39:01):
But either way, these just but then I'm like, I
don't know, It's November, so I also want to I
want to go to Yellowstone.
Speaker 3 (39:07):
I have all these things you said you diday yellow
I would do Hawaii Hawaii hits.
Speaker 4 (39:11):
And if you do a direct flight on the way back,
it's usually overnight flight, so you'll sleep on the plane.
Speaker 3 (39:15):
Your Yeah, yeah, forty, bro, yeah forty.
Speaker 1 (39:20):
All right, call us who's gonna be the first person
to join the show in twenty twenty six on the phone.
That is six one seven nine three one one nine
four five. That is six one seven nine three one
one nine four five. We're talking about you, your life,
your world. What did I miss over the last two weeks.
Speaker 3 (39:37):
We're back. Then, Hi everybody, good morning. It's Actuley in
the jam of Morning show. We missed you, We're back.
We hope you had a great vacation.
Speaker 1 (39:45):
Today's like the most Monday of all Monday is mondaying.
It's it's a struggle for all of us.
Speaker 3 (39:53):
But we're back.
Speaker 1 (39:54):
Twenty twenty six. What's it happened in store for us?
I saw this meme that like choked me up. And
it was a cartoon of a guy putting away his tree,
and the tree was like is it that time? Like
I'll miss you. Please make this year the best year.
So when I see you at the end of it.
(40:16):
That got you know, that like choked me because it
was just like, hey, you know you, it's a reset.
Now you have the whole year, Like make it the
best year, and then I'll see you at the end
of the year and you can tell me about how
great it was, Like I'll see you then. Tree.
Speaker 3 (40:28):
That sounds like you made a resolution for this year.
I didn't.
Speaker 1 (40:32):
I mean, it's a cartoon. No, I'm not the New
Year k new Medea, Like I'm just the same old psychopath.
Speaker 3 (40:42):
I hate those people.
Speaker 4 (40:44):
I understand the thought process of starting something new, especially
of a turn and every year.
Speaker 3 (40:48):
But it's but you're still rotten, Mallory.
Speaker 1 (40:52):
We know you six one seven, nine, three, one one
four five, six one seven nine three one one nine
four or five call us.
Speaker 3 (41:01):
Join the show. What are you doing? How are you doing?
What did we miss? Our first call of.
Speaker 1 (41:05):
Twenty twenty six And it's from an anonymous But I
love this. Let's get right back into it.
Speaker 3 (41:10):
This is why we do it. You need our opinion
on something with a guy? Tell us this something.
Speaker 9 (41:17):
So I had I had met a guy maybe like
five or six years ago. My son had actually I
had just had my son, and he's not my son's
father obviously, but we had met on a dating app.
I was very like, you know, his dad isn't around,
and I was very just like lonely and depressed. I
(41:38):
went on the dating app to kind of just like
meebe people and talk to them. Oh, I met this
guy and we hit it off really good. He grew
up about forty five ish minutes for me, so we
did message a lot of the time. But then he
did end up coming down to where I live and
seeing me, like meeting me. We just met under parking lot,
(41:59):
ordered food and hung out.
Speaker 1 (42:00):
Hours and we're just going to breeze over what I
we're going to breeze over. We met at a parking lot,
like you guys.
Speaker 9 (42:08):
Didn't want to go, and we talked and we face timed,
but like.
Speaker 3 (42:12):
I was like, why are you against a restaurant where.
Speaker 9 (42:16):
Cherry, Well, there's very minimal restaurants around me, and it's
very like it's just like basically a TGI Fridays and
an olive garden, and I can't eat alive garden, so
it's Friday's or basically like a Wendy's, a burger. Not
many places, all right, Yes, we had face times, we
had texted like we got to know each other. But
(42:38):
he grew up a very damaged person. He had a
four year old son, but he didn't see his son,
I guess his baby mama. There was a lot of
history and problems. He had put himself on child sport
to be like the bigger person and to try to
do right for his son, but he didn't.
Speaker 11 (42:56):
Have a stable home.
Speaker 9 (42:58):
So then we had continued to hang out. He had
ended up getting a place up in New Hampshire and
I had, I know, like a lot of resources, so
I said, like, go to community, actually get first lesson security. Look,
I helped him out. Now, I had had a decent
amount of money because I had kind of personal but
(43:20):
I had been getting money from the state for food
stamps and I lived with my parents, so I wanted
to help him out. So I gave him some money
and we went to the market and I bought him
food first house, so we wouldn't go hungry. That's just
me and who I am. Fast forward, we were still talking.
I was going up to his house seeing him, and
(43:40):
we had a falling out. I cannot remember what the
falling out was about.
Speaker 11 (43:47):
No, it was not that.
Speaker 3 (43:52):
We can't even.
Speaker 9 (43:55):
Go ahead in the period of me and him like
seeing each other and they and I had gotten him
a Father's Day gift that was super sentimental to him,
just because that's me and who I am, even though
I'm that's not the child of my father. It's just nice.
Speaker 3 (44:11):
Later we have a stabis.
Speaker 9 (44:14):
I had fallen we had fallen out. I had moved
on with my life. Now, mind you, at that time,
years ago, I had cash apped him for something, so
he was on like my list of people to cash
app so I was cash apping my friend and I
see his name and like, oh my god. I like,
I always wondered what had happened to him, So then
(44:35):
I sent him a dollar, and about a day later,
I didn't think he was going to message me, he
messaged me and he said, I do remember you, how
have you been? Ended up finding out he had a girlfriend,
and I know this is bad of me, but I
really didn't care. I was like, you know, I miss you.
Let's reconnect, let's hang out, let's catch up, Like we
have such a great connection years ago, but we were
(44:57):
both very damaged people that it wasn't gonna work. So
then I was like, years later, let's kind of see.
Speaker 11 (45:02):
How it is now.
Speaker 9 (45:04):
And we had hung out and it was really good.
I got an apartment. At the time, years ago I
lived with my parents, so now I got in an apartment.
He had come over, We hung out, we watched some TV,
and we reconnected and it was really good. So then
the next about week, we had been talking every day.
(45:24):
He had been coming over, we had been having dinner together,
and he had just kind of been like, you know,
what would life be like if we were together? And
I was like, well, you need to figure out what's
a home? You know what I mean? And then he
said to me, he goes, I would like you to
meet my dad. Now, his dad is his only person
in his life that he has a good relationship with
and he care for.
Speaker 3 (45:44):
Yeah, and then are we getting to the anonymous? Are
we getting to the advice partment? Okay?
Speaker 12 (45:50):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (45:51):
Cool? And I'm hanging on by a thread here.
Speaker 9 (45:56):
One night I had said to him, it was about
like a weekend and I had and I want to
talk to you about something.
Speaker 11 (46:01):
He goes, what's up?
Speaker 9 (46:02):
And I said, what do you think if you moved in.
Speaker 11 (46:05):
With me as friends?
Speaker 3 (46:07):
As a friend?
Speaker 9 (46:09):
I know him, yes, because I've known him for years
like I do. Like when you meet somebody, you just
there are certain people in your life you trust and
you can get along with and you understand them.
Speaker 11 (46:21):
That's me and him.
Speaker 9 (46:24):
So I had said, we're just friends. I have a son,
so obviously you're not responsible for my son. I just
need a little bit of money for like the added
like outweigh of bills and things like that. Now he
doesn't have a ged. He like he doesn't have his
life together in a way of like a thirty year
old man. Because he's living with a girl, and he
(46:44):
was very depressed in the time that we didn't talk,
and he tried to commit suicide. So he has a
lot going on. And I said, I can help you
get back on your feet. We can obviously entertain what's here.
And we talked about it, and then he said, I
really have to go home because it's late.
Speaker 1 (47:02):
We will all right, I'm going to do everybody that's
crashing on ninety three right now a favor.
Speaker 3 (47:08):
Let's fast forward. Today is January fifth of twenty twenty six.
Speaker 1 (47:12):
Year.
Speaker 9 (47:12):
You're not talking anymore.
Speaker 3 (47:14):
We're not talking anymore. We're not did you did he
ever actually move in?
Speaker 1 (47:19):
No?
Speaker 9 (47:19):
We have that conversation that night, and then he went silent.
Speaker 3 (47:23):
Okay, so you basically I think he.
Speaker 9 (47:26):
Went silent because he's just scared.
Speaker 4 (47:31):
Oh everything, God, Why is it when you asked him
to move in or you threw that out there, you
kind of are putting like the issues on him.
Speaker 3 (47:39):
It seems like you might be carrying some baggage too.
Speaker 4 (47:41):
I feel like you guys are both in really volatile
those spots, and this moving in thing is a crazy idea.
Speaker 3 (47:46):
Yeah, I don't think it's for the best.
Speaker 9 (47:49):
I didn't want him to be with somebody. He said
he wasn't happy with her, and maybe that's wrong. I'm
I'm sure of that, but I was just I wanted
him to be do better and be successful. And you know,
he said to me that Nike goes. He was like upset,
crying on my coaches. Then I don't understand why you
(48:10):
had to come back into my life again. Well because
I care about you, so.
Speaker 1 (48:14):
I you know you sent him the dollar, you knew
what you were doing. Listen, I think what needs to happen?
How old are you anonymous? Yeah, babe, I think you
need to just like figure it out with your life.
Let him figure it out with him. He's got some
things to work through.
Speaker 12 (48:32):
You know.
Speaker 1 (48:32):
I still, to be honest, want to know why you
can't get the olive garden, But I don't have the time.
Speaker 3 (48:37):
So I listen, I think you.
Speaker 1 (48:39):
Do you let him do him and maybe one day
when you guys kind of like resolve your own personal issues,
you could link up.
Speaker 3 (48:46):
But in the meantime, stop cash apping them, let him live,
you live, and you know all the things.
Speaker 9 (48:53):
Okay, all right, thank you?
Speaker 3 (48:55):
Sure, I don't I don't know what what you want
I don't even know what just happened.
Speaker 4 (48:59):
I honest she wanted us to tell her to go
pursue him, get him to move in with her, and
maybe you guys, at some point that's that's what she
wanted to hear.
Speaker 1 (49:07):
Why can't she have the all you can eat breadsticks?
And I don't know why because now I'm not going
to sleep tonight. I'm worried about that, honestly. And like,
what food did you get delivered in the parking lot?
Like it was better than the author?
Speaker 3 (49:18):
You know what you were doing when you sent that dollar? Yeah,
don't you dare that's a tactic. Oh my god, it's
twenty twenty six and we're back to our old ways.
Speaker 1 (49:26):
Six one seven nine three one one nine four five
six one seven nine three one one nine four five
call me.
Speaker 3 (49:32):
We're checking in morning. Did you see this story while
we were out that ray J said I did.
Speaker 1 (49:37):
The reason that he didn't get invited to any of
the Diddy Freak costs is because.
Speaker 3 (49:41):
He's not handsome enough. By the way, I don't think
that Raj is ugly kidding me.
Speaker 12 (49:47):
No.
Speaker 3 (49:47):
I think the thing is that Ragel just talks waye.
Speaker 1 (49:49):
To just really now it's like, you know, Brandy's like stop,
please give it a rest. Hi everybody, good morning, We're
back twenty twenty six ing Maria is in east Bridge.
Speaker 3 (50:00):
What Maria has been holding for a while? Thank you
for holding, babe. We missed you. How are you tell
me everything?
Speaker 11 (50:06):
Good morning, Ashley, Happy New Year, Happy new Year.
Speaker 3 (50:09):
We made it.
Speaker 11 (50:11):
Mine is not as exciting as a lost caller.
Speaker 9 (50:13):
Well, I mean.
Speaker 3 (50:17):
She said where she lives. She has no restaurants where
like jail? I like where else? I don't know. It's
very strange, but you know whatever, How are you? How
was the holiday? Oh?
Speaker 2 (50:28):
Great?
Speaker 11 (50:28):
Well, yeah, I'm want to be truth folks. I know
you have children and I have grown children. So I
said I was going to do something different this year,
and I was gonna do it. The shopping two days
before Christmas. Well that's a lie. I was in the
stores like two days before and I got it all done.
So I know that sounds boring, but super proud of myself.
(50:49):
And I was rapping at like midnight.
Speaker 2 (50:53):
Gifts.
Speaker 3 (50:53):
Yeah, right down to the very last second mm hm.
Speaker 11 (50:58):
And then on Christmas Day driving down to Boston to
visit family and thinking that I'm going to find a
place to eat. That was the challenge, driving everywhere and calling. Yeah,
but you know what, not everyone is Christian. So guess what.
Found an Indian spot just somewhere into and Alf and
(51:20):
pulled in and we had Christmas dinner just like that. Yeah.
So just pulled into a random spot and.
Speaker 2 (51:32):
People like, what's this.
Speaker 11 (51:33):
We're like, yeah, it's in your food, So rice, non bread, whatever,
just sat there, eat.
Speaker 3 (51:43):
Bomb a little hummus.
Speaker 1 (51:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (51:47):
So just in case if you thought that you're going
to be able to drive him ound all over Boston
and looking for I don't know food on Christmas Day, Well,
first you accomplished the wrapping at midnight, you finished giving
up every day gifts, and then you're driving around for
spot to eat. Yeah, you can always have like whatever.
They can't be I don't know. No fast food was open,
No dunkin Donuts was open, no subway under that.
Speaker 2 (52:08):
Yeah, you know, and I'm hoping.
Speaker 11 (52:10):
You know about the Patriots New Year's Eve, the Patriots work.
Speaker 3 (52:15):
Know what happened?
Speaker 11 (52:15):
Firework? Yeah, you have little kids, so you messed out.
So next year you have to go. And I went
there with my twenty five year old. So they have
festivities New Year's Eve for families. I don't know if
you want to google that or look it up. And
then fireworks at like seventy.
Speaker 3 (52:30):
And that was awesome.
Speaker 1 (52:31):
All right, Well I will look into that. And now
I know if I am not eating at the house
where I can go.
Speaker 3 (52:38):
Thank you, thank you for that.
Speaker 11 (52:40):
So they've got some advice for you.
Speaker 9 (52:41):
And good luck to you.
Speaker 11 (52:42):
Turning forty soon.
Speaker 1 (52:45):
Yeah November, but it's you know, it'll be here before
we know it. Thank you so much for the call.
I'm glad you had a great New Year, and glad
you're still listening.
Speaker 3 (52:54):
You know what's wild?
Speaker 1 (52:57):
Get in the car on Christmas because the morning been
so fast, and all of a sudden, we're sitting there
and I'm like, I need a coffee.
Speaker 3 (53:03):
Like I don't want the coffee that's at the house.
Speaker 10 (53:05):
We all know this.
Speaker 1 (53:05):
There's something better about going out and getting coffee. But
it's Christmas, so nothing's open. I'm driving around all all
of a sudden I come to and I'm like, I did.
Speaker 3 (53:13):
This last year.
Speaker 1 (53:14):
So the last two years in a row on Christmas,
I've been driving around trying to find coffee. I drove
to every single coffee shop. I knew in the town
of Marshfield, except for the actual one that I found
out was open for like five hours in the morning.
It's like, stupid, I should slap myself. I'm not gonna
do it again. Now I know this year where I'm
going with a coffee shack.
Speaker 3 (53:32):
Goosand percent you do the same thing next year too.
Speaker 1 (53:34):
Yeah. But if I'm looking for dinner, I had prime
rib by the way fireman shoved up. I had a
nice prime rib for Christmas. It was ten out of ten.
Speaker 3 (53:40):
All that was before. Well, now I know hummus and
none for sure. Carmen is in Rhode Island. Carmen, good morning,
Good morning. We just got married. Betch we did it.
Speaker 12 (53:54):
We just got made in Rhode Island at the Omni
on the day after Christmas.
Speaker 11 (54:02):
And then we had.
Speaker 12 (54:03):
Planned to go to our honeymoon in Saint Martin and
that was beautiful. I never been there before, but it
was amazing.
Speaker 3 (54:11):
Yeah, let me ask you something.
Speaker 1 (54:12):
Day after Christmas wedding, are is the is the hotel
still decorated? Are you still leaning into Christmas or have
you moved on? Because like the like for me, by
lunchtime on Christmas, I'm taking trees down. I'm not playing
these games.
Speaker 12 (54:25):
Well no, I already knew they were going to still
have all the decorations because I asked. I wanted to
make sure, like I got pictures with the giant cheese
that they put up. But for the actual wedding, like,
I didn't want too much Christmas to core, so I
just stuck with like the dark green and a little
bit of reds around the tables.
Speaker 1 (54:43):
But that was it.
Speaker 3 (54:44):
I love it. How how long have you guys been together?
Speaker 1 (54:48):
Uh?
Speaker 12 (54:49):
Seven years?
Speaker 3 (54:50):
Seven years?
Speaker 1 (54:51):
Wow?
Speaker 3 (54:51):
Hold you yeah, thirty? I love it all right, yeah
the young lovers.
Speaker 1 (54:59):
Yeah.
Speaker 12 (55:00):
Well the only thing when we were to leave the
next day, our flight got delayed twice because of the snow,
so we had to stay two days in New York
before we actually went on our trip.
Speaker 3 (55:09):
Well, listen, you made it. That's the positive.
Speaker 12 (55:12):
Yeah, yeah, it was nice.
Speaker 3 (55:13):
Yeah, Well, congratulations and send your new husband to our love.
I well, thank you so much, and you're welcome.
Speaker 1 (55:21):
That's always a weird thing, you know, like the day
after I don't know about how your house is, but like.
Speaker 3 (55:25):
I want to rip my skin. I want to rip
my skin on, Like I get so.
Speaker 1 (55:29):
Excited to put the decorations out and then this second
it's over. I want them to I can, And now
I feel like my house looks nakey, really like there's
nothing up now. See on the twenty six we took
like everything down, but now it feels nice. So it
feels like we have more space. It definitely does feel spacious,
but then there's like something cozy to having all the
trees up and all of the things. By the way,
(55:50):
I want to play this talk back because I know
the last two weeks have been a lot of reruns
and you guys have certainly, you know, vocalized to me
on Instagram how you feel about that.
Speaker 3 (55:59):
But for those of you that hung in like this,
you guys.
Speaker 1 (56:03):
Are the only radio show that I would listen to
reruns for over five days in a row for so
happy you guys are back.
Speaker 3 (56:14):
I love you guys so much for that. Seriously, No,
that's amazing.
Speaker 1 (56:17):
And you know, while I was out over the last
couple of weeks and just seeing people in town, a
lot of people saying that they love the show and
they listen to the show. And you know, whether I
don't care what year it is, we're always going to
appreciate that compliment, So.
Speaker 3 (56:28):
We love you. We're back.
Speaker 1 (56:29):
Happy twenty twenty six. Hi everybody, good morning. It's Ashley
and the jam In Morning Show.
Speaker 3 (56:34):
We're back.
Speaker 1 (56:35):
I know you're in the call right now post VAK
and you're hurt in. So hopefully we can make you laugh,
distract you a little bit because listen, the scaries were
at an all time high last night.
Speaker 3 (56:45):
I text Santi at like eight am yesterday. I said, bro,
I got anxiety. Yeah, and I was like, let's just
call him sick.
Speaker 10 (56:50):

Speaker 3 (56:50):

were giving.
Speaker 2 (57:15):
Now that's my artist name. I go by J C. Drippy.
Speaker 8 (57:18):
What uh?
Speaker 3 (57:19):
What kind of art do you do? JC? Drippy?
Speaker 2 (57:23):

Speaker 1 (57:46):

Speaker 2 (57:51):
