Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wake yo.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
If AJ was here, I would have had the mace
welcome back bed. But I don't want to throw you
for a loop, you know what I mean, Like I'm
just trying.

Speaker 3 (00:18):
I know I'm not, so I.

Speaker 2 (00:19):
Didn't That's why I didn't. Hi, everybody, good morning. We
are back. I can officially say without lying to you
that that was our last summer vacation is over.

Speaker 4 (00:33):
But I think like the reality of is we always
take it off at the end of the year, but
everybody does so, even the people in the car.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
We're not going to play these games with you. We're
gonna be off on Christmas.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
But but I will say this is kind of our
like we're settled in now until Christmas and we will
be here. We always have these weeks off in the summertime.
It's just they ask us not to tell you guys,
and then I get a barrage of d ms on
like the first day we're off of people. But I've
heard this before.

Speaker 4 (01:03):
Well, I understand, like the not Italian promoting it. At
the same time, people are going to tune in the
first thing and understand when not on vacation.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
They actually went to your social media and saw like Paris,
the Eiffel Tower. Yeah, and they were like, okay, well
doesn't seem like he is here fore, and how was
it last week?

Speaker 5 (01:20):
You know a lot of big news broke. That's only
That's the only thing I was. I kind of was
bothered by me too, was by like a cool they
don't vake. Everything is cool, and then all of a sudden,
boom bang bang, one story after another.

Speaker 6 (01:32):
I'm like, my god, we should have been here.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
I'm gonna be frank with everybody there. There's not a
time we go on vacation and something big doesn't happen.
If you recall the last time Karen Reid was found
not guilty on vacation, Yes, and we came back in
because that's right, Yeah, it is. By the way, the
listeners are now in on this. People are dm me
being like Ashley, it's every time. It is. Every time

(01:56):
we go on vacation or we go somewhere, some sort
of celebrity story, something big hits the tabloid, hits the news.
And this time it was the engagement on a random Tuesday. Listen,
We'll get to it. I actually posted on my Instagram
yesterday and I was like, we're back what are the
things last week that we missed that you were like, Damn,

(02:20):
I wish they were here so I could call them
so I could hear what they had to say. And
I got so many responses from you guys like we
would It would take the whole show for me to
get to all of them. But there's obviously some mains
that I'm clearly drooling at the thought about talking to
you guys about, which is the engagement Cardi and Court.

(02:41):
Cardi and Court is iconic, legendary. We don't even care
abou Karen anymore because Cardi and Court has been so
hilarious and Santia has no idea what I'm talking about
you because he was in Patty Karen speaking of she
was back in the news because she did her first interview.
We haven't seen Karen in a while, so she was
on the Howie Carr Show with Daddy out. Seems like

(03:03):
she won't do anything solo dolo.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
Yet it also.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
Still feels like in just a few small clips that
I've seen that she still kind of looks at him
like should I be answering said question or not. It's
it's strange.

Speaker 6 (03:15):
They have the very issues, definitely it's definitely plotted.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
Should yeah planned, maybe.

Speaker 5 (03:21):
Even maybe not so much planned, but it's definitely a
thing where it's like she kind of defers to him
a lot.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
I don't think she gets I don't.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
I don't want to say planned, but I do want
to say, I bet you some of the questions are
served up. I would I'm assuming they probably know at
least a little bit of what they're going to be asked.

Speaker 5 (03:36):
Yeah, because Jackson has been on this on this podcast
a few times. Yeah, and apparently they mad cool. I
didn't know that he was that.

Speaker 6 (03:42):
Close to himself to Howie, but yeah, for show some
some questions, So.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
Leah appparently via the messages I got from you guys yesterday.
And by the way, let me start out by saying,
you guys can also call when we start going over
this stuff to fill us in because I don't I
do not know what's going on. I want to start
out by saying that this is just what people have
been messaging me. I guess there's also now some beef
between Turtle Boy and Karen and Alan Jackson and maybe

(04:08):
Howie car I don't know if Turtle Boy felt the
type of way that they were on that podcast.

Speaker 6 (04:12):
I would.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
I would too, Recall, I opened this whole thing up
and went to jail for you. But people are gonna
have to fill us in because I'm not sure. I
don't know what happened. I don't know what he said.
I still want him to come on the show. So, yeah,
we missed a lot. I mean the summer I turned
pretty obviously, guys, we have to dig in on that.

(04:34):
Britney Spears was slapping herass on Instagram last night.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
It's just I can't too many things.

Speaker 6 (04:39):
Can I tell you?

Speaker 4 (04:40):
Of all those stories, the only one that went like
international was the engagement. That was the one where everybody
was like for me, for us, like it was like wow.
But everything else I'm like, oh my god, I came.
I missed so much.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
And to be honest, did you have some champagne in
Paris when I hit the news? Because of all the
people in this world, you deserve it.

Speaker 6 (04:55):
I had some.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
You literally, no.

Speaker 4 (05:00):
Out hold on, let me enjoy this.

Speaker 6 (05:01):
Yeah, I told him, guys.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Clown people. I don't care if people say they can
pull up their receipts on this. The very first I
can remember it like it was yesterday. Their first appearance,
aka that first game that Taylor went to. Santi was like,
they're gonna get married. This is endgame. That was the
first time we ever even spoke about Taylor and Travis.
This man has been singing it from the rooftops and

(05:25):
I said, I'd like to add in though. When she
went on that podcast, I said, you're not going on
a stupid podcast for your boyfriend?

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Did I not?

Speaker 2 (05:33):
I said, you're going on yes. Remember, I was like,
you're going on that for your fiance something more. This
isn't like a boyfriend girlfriend's situation. And now it's all
coming together, it's all making sense and that ring pretty penny.

Speaker 4 (05:49):
Yeah, but if you think about it, though, he doesn't
even worry about anything because he hit the lottery.

Speaker 5 (05:54):
He won, he got a ticket work to get a
baby bro exactaire.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
What was that?

Speaker 4 (06:09):
Because the thing is still in auto? And I fired
the next.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
I was like, are you really like rushing?

Speaker 7 (06:14):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (06:15):
No, fine, I'm sorry.

Speaker 2 (06:18):
We also have to switch everything up. We were going
to do the check in at six thirty, but I'm
sure people want to hear about our vacation, so we'll
figure it out.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
But we have so much to cover where have we
been what's.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
Been going on? You can hit the song now, son thumbs.

Speaker 6 (06:29):
I don't know how you hit the song.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
Well there's there's okay, well maybe fourteen seconds, go ahead,
hit it. Okay, We're good. I sound like I was dying. Okay,
Santi was in Paris, he was in Ireland. He was
hanging out with the fireman's family. And we also need
to know what Horne was doing, so we'll talk about
all that more. And of course the engagement.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
We missed you actually in the jam in morning show
with Foreign and Santy. You need to know.

Speaker 8 (06:57):
We got you three things you need to know's number
one for hip hop and the best throwbags?

Speaker 1 (07:02):
Do you haven't anymore? Five?

Speaker 2 (07:05):
Oh?

Speaker 9 (07:05):
Well, it was a great, great atmosphere here for the
game tonight. You know, fans were at tremendous injury energy walk.
You know, he played competitively, but then just couldn't sustain it.
So obviously we have a lot of work to do.
You know, he did do a better job all the
way around, coaching, playing all three phases of the game,
just wasn't up to what it.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
Needs to be.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
Well, there he is Tuesday, September second, and it's so
funny hearing Bill sound just like Bill, but not referring
to the Patriots losing, but instead referring to his North
Carolina tar Here's tar Hills taken an.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
L forty eight to fourteen to TC.

Speaker 4 (07:43):
That's tough.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
Forty eight to forty.

Speaker 4 (07:46):
It's very tough. But I don't want to say get
used to it. But Tatar Hills aren't a big program
compared to some of the others, so it's going to
be a new experience for him.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
Well, dude, I mean, yeah, he's Bill Belichick regarded as
the goat, but the man doesn't have magical powers. They
were never this football powerhouse like you're talking about.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
So I mean he's gonna have to build it up.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
Yeah, the recruiting is gonna be important, and I think
he's definitely it's having the Dion effect. I feel like
in North Carolina now because watching the game last night,
seeing some of the stuff from this morning.

Speaker 3 (08:23):
I mean, Michael Jordan was there.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
I don't know if mj was going to see the
Tarhels football team play a couple of years ago.

Speaker 4 (08:30):
Now, to your point, it's gonna take some seasons, but
it'll get done. They will be a better football team.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
Jordaan was there, not to be confused with MJ Jordawn
his girlfriend. She was hanging out in a box with
Randy Moss, white tank top, baby blue pants. They are
still going super strong, and you know, they make the
joke that she's the real assistant coach for the Tiles.

Speaker 4 (08:52):
She probably tries to get in on the meetings and
tell Bill like what to do. But the sad thing
is is Bill is listening.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
I don't know if I'm gonna be reporting on the
North Carolina t'tar heels every game. I just think this
one is special because it's the first one Bill had
all eyes on him. But you know, forty eight to
fourteen is a tough blow.

Speaker 4 (09:09):
Do we think that Bill's going to stick thisself for
the long run? Because I can imagine him getting a
job offer in the NFL and him taking the job
because like.

Speaker 6 (09:17):
At the end of the day, if it's less stressful
and he's making go pickball, what yeah, because it's the NFL.

Speaker 2 (09:24):
And if Jordan's the assistant coach and she hasks fulaxss
what really?

Speaker 5 (09:27):
You know, Tor daunt his life is good and she's
probably like Papa, don't you know relax.

Speaker 2 (09:31):
Yeah, I'm all set with the hate on her.

Speaker 3 (09:36):
I mean that, like, how are we hate that woman
is living large?

Speaker 1 (09:39):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (09:40):
Living large?

Speaker 4 (09:42):
I guess I just go back to the interview when
she tried to control and then that's the part about her.
I think we don't like as an audience here if
she would just stand back and kind of just be
his girlfriend. We can all talk about the age thing,
but besides that, the control thing is where.

Speaker 6 (09:53):
It's the issue.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
Yeah, And I just don't want anybody to ever forget that.
One of the enemies on their list is Winny from
Kiss One Await, which, by the way, is I feel
like my most relatable thing with Jordaan. Yeah, okay, so
God bless her. All Right, people love this, son, I
know you will. Foreign you guys, you guys get big
into this. But Apple is holding their annual event next Tuesday.

(10:16):
We're getting the new iPhone. So you know what that means.
Take in the last few seconds of your battery life
working because the very second these new phones come out,
because it happens every single time, ours will suck and
the battery life will go away and we'll have to
get the new one.

Speaker 3 (10:31):
But this sounds pretty good.

Speaker 2 (10:34):
The iPhone seventeen is on its way, new Apple Watches,
among some other potential new devices that they've been teasing.
They're expected to release a super slim iPhone.

Speaker 6 (10:45):
Oh now, you.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
Will have to potentially sacrifice some battery life and camera
for the sleeker design. Plus, there is some speculation that
Apple might retire the iPhone Plus model, So if you
have an iPhone Plus US, you could be uh owning
a relic.

Speaker 4 (11:03):
I think that's what I have. I think I have
the sixteen and I'm not due for an upgrade because
I don't want to because I always skip a couple.
So I feel like the iPhone eighteen is one that
I'll buy.

Speaker 2 (11:11):
I'm not like I like the idea of having a
slim phone, but I need the most battery life I
can get. And I also feel like I'd rather have
a better camera than a skinnier phone. But this always,
I mean it's every time every time they announced new products,
the old ones fade out and they don't work as well,

(11:31):
and they want us to believe that's not the truth.
But I think there was a lawsuit around this at
one point in time.

Speaker 4 (11:35):
If the phone is slimmer and you sit on it.
I feel like it's gonna bend.

Speaker 3 (11:40):
It's giving razor vibes. Yeah, I don't know if that's
phones though.

Speaker 5 (11:45):
I'm sure it's not gonna break. I'm sure though. To me,
it's the camera though. If you telling me, you go
and sacrifice the camera. I just learn how to start
using my camera like in dope settings, and I just
need a better camera. If you don't not giving me
no camp, I don't want it.

Speaker 6 (11:56):
I'm good.

Speaker 3 (11:57):
No, I'm kind of with you.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
I'm not ready to upgrade, but I feel like my
battery's already being a little finicky, and now once this
one comes out, I might have to upgrade.

Speaker 4 (12:06):
I mean, Chelsea, your battery is finicky because you're on
your phone way too much. Let's keep it real.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
Press one run wrong button today. I was gonna let
the slide hilarious all right? And lastly, the oh, by
the way, that new announcement for the iPhone comes out
next Tuesday. The MTV Video Music Awards are happening on
Sunday night for the seven of you that care.

Speaker 3 (12:30):
The rest of us will probably wake.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
Up the next morning and watch some of the highlights,
but the nominations are out. I don't think anybody is
going to be shocked at some of these. Lady Gaga
receiving the most nominations with twelve, Bruno Mars right behind
with eleven nominations. I feel really bad to say this.
I know, not like I know the main Bruno Mars songs,

(12:54):
but I didn't know he was out here like this.
Eleven nooms for this year. Yeah songs, Yeah, I know. Well,
I'll get to some of them. Kendrick Lamar right behind
Bruno with ten. Video of the Year. I'll just do
two of the categories because this is the big one obviously.
Video of the Year, Ariana Grande for Brighter Days Ahead,

(13:15):
Billie Eilish for Birds of a Feather, Kendrick Lamar not
like us, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mar's song Die with
a Smile.

Speaker 4 (13:24):
Eh, I never heard of it, to be honest.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
I feel like every time we play this game, we
play the.

Speaker 6 (13:29):
Song and we've heard it sounds familiar.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
Die with a Smile. Bruno Mars again with rose apartment
apt period. I'm apartment.

Speaker 3 (13:43):
No.

Speaker 2 (13:43):
The only thing I've heard is APT mean appointment apartment apartment.

Speaker 6 (13:47):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (13:47):
Is there a number like that?

Speaker 2 (13:48):
Just does APT period?

Speaker 1 (13:49):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (13:50):
Like apartment.

Speaker 6 (13:50):
Period.

Speaker 2 (13:51):
If I'm writing that down, it's on an envelope apartment.

Speaker 4 (13:54):
Too, imagine like trying to read that up on say,
just why all these celebrities mess stuff up because of stuff.

Speaker 2 (13:59):
Like this like Sabrina Carpenter, Manchild The Weekend and Playboy
Cardi Timeless. Remember those are for the actual videos Artist
of the Year, Bad Bunny, Beyonce, Kendrick, Lady Gaga, Morgan Wallen,
Taylor Swift in the Weekend.

Speaker 4 (14:16):
And that I can understand. But the sad thing about
it is nobody's gonna watch his award show.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
Yeah it's I'm not staying up leap for it on
a Sunday.

Speaker 6 (14:24):
I will.

Speaker 2 (14:25):
I will make sure though, when I talk about it
Monday morning around this time next after next weekend, I
will act like I did.

Speaker 5 (14:32):
It was so good by the way, y'all, y'all will
write apt stand for a partner. But in his song,
he's referencing a South Korean drinking game called a plateau. Okay, well,
I can't get in the game. You call out apartment,
and that's what. So he's just talking about his vices,
which we all have him.

Speaker 6 (14:49):
All right.

Speaker 4 (14:49):
I drank a few times that man loves cocaine and
gambling and alcohol.

Speaker 3 (14:54):
Yes, hey, sounds like a good time.

Speaker 2 (14:57):
That's really need to do for Tuesday, September the second
we found out that we do have a giveaway for
you guys.

Speaker 3 (15:03):

Speaker 2 (15:05):

Speaker 3 (15:44):
Hi babes, we're back.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
I just want to remind you, like I just said,
because listen you have to bear with us. AJ's out,
Sati's doing a million things. But Chance the Rapper is
going to be at the MGM Music Hall. That show
is in October, and we're gonna hook you up at
seven twenty and a twenty. We've been gone on and
I would say to you know, call us, because that's
gonna be the most important thing this week. I would

(16:05):
also say, leaves the talkback, but it's not going to
get played, So no offense. That's a lot to add.
That's a lot to add unless Forn wants to be
in charge of that. But Adam, do we know if
Foreren knows how to access to talkbacks? Foreign?

Speaker 3 (16:16):
Do you know how to do that?

Speaker 6 (16:17):
I do not.

Speaker 2 (16:18):
Okay, so don't leave us the talkback this week. I'm
gonna be honest with us.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
Call us.

Speaker 2 (16:21):
We just call us. Yeah, Like, let's make it easier
for everybody. And you can call us now if you
want to say, what's up? But we missed you six
one seven nine three one, I missed you. We have
a ton to cover. We got where the hell we
were what we were doing. We got engagements, we got
Britney Spears, we got Cardi b we got Karen Reid
so many things.

Speaker 6 (16:41):
Good morning, Dashy and the jam.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
In Morning Show with DJ Foreign It's sunt morning.

Speaker 8 (16:47):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jamming ninety four five.

Speaker 3 (16:55):
Hi everybody, good morning. We were on vacation last week.

Speaker 2 (17:01):
I know you know that. By now I can assure
you and promise you it's the last one of the summer.

Speaker 4 (17:08):
Yeah, because he was over.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
Yeah, we won't do it again.

Speaker 4 (17:12):
Technically we have two weeks left.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
Yeah, And you know what, most people the second it
turned September one yesterday, they were just like, it's over.
It's gonna be eighty at the end of the week.
It's fine. Yeah, we were on vacation. So I feel
like the first thing we need to address is what
was going on? First off, Foreign, how was it in here?
I know you spent a little bit of last week

(17:34):
with AJ, who's not here by the way, not because
she got too drunk at your event, but because she's
actually on vacation this week. How was she out and
about at this social setting. That's what I want to know.

Speaker 6 (17:47):
She was. She flourished, She seemed like she'd be long.

Speaker 5 (17:50):
Bro, Like, I haven't really seen you, so I'm used
to seeing AJ in here stressing a lot, you know
what I mean, Like she ain't got no man, so
she's depressed. Sometimes she's busy with whatever she does in
the stool. But over there, yo, AJ was outside for real.
She was leaning the rocking, She was doing all the
old school dances. It was taking shots. She was standing

(18:11):
on top of tables. What what Aj is my girl?
Anytime I won't have a party, Aj, you are in
there for free. I need that kind of energy all
the time. She did not care, smiling and we know
she got some good teeth smile from it.

Speaker 6 (18:23):
She was lit. It was it was a good time.

Speaker 5 (18:26):
They have something new, and maybe she knew she didn't
have to come into work, you know what I'm saying
for the rest of the week.

Speaker 6 (18:31):
So a little something. But yeah, for sure she she
she got after it for I mean.

Speaker 3 (18:36):
The biggest question, did she meet anybody?

Speaker 6 (18:39):
I don't know. I don't know. I made you on
the bike.

Speaker 5 (18:40):
I said it a few times, I said, my girl
from a from nine four five. AJ's here, fellas because
there was a lot of black men, Go do your thing.

Speaker 3 (18:48):
And did they all leave at once or did they
I didn't notice.

Speaker 2 (18:51):
They all were like, you know, what we're up out here,
we're going there that we are good.

Speaker 5 (18:57):
With time and her crew whatever she was with, shouts
at lady, they will dope energy. They will sitting right
byes about the DJ boof and they that energy definitely can.

Speaker 2 (19:04):
I mean that all goes to show if you just
go out relaxed, a good time, you know, you can
enjoy yourself. But she that's not how she goes out right.
It turns into a whole big production.

Speaker 4 (19:14):
And like the thing is, she probably went on and
had fun because she was hanging out, but the moment
a guy came up to her, she shuts that down
to the point where then all the negativity starts rolling
in and then she's like, no, I'll just be alone
the rest.

Speaker 6 (19:23):
Of my life.

Speaker 5 (19:24):
Every time I looked at her, she was she was
doing sign. She was either dancing on her table taking shots.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
She danced.

Speaker 6 (19:30):
Yeah, Yeah, she got some rhythm to her.

Speaker 5 (19:32):
It's a slight slight off beats, a white slightly slightly offbeat.
But she got it though, Yeah she got it. A
lot of people who know her were like, go, damn,
she looked good too.

Speaker 6 (19:43):
I had the agent.

Speaker 3 (19:46):
I don't know, I don't know any of the side.

Speaker 4 (19:49):
She's kind of thicky, right like, I don't know some
people at that, but she would like it.

Speaker 5 (19:56):
Right, She's not thinking you know what I mean, she's
thinking the right wing.

Speaker 4 (20:00):
The right places. Yeah, something to grab onto in the back.

Speaker 2 (20:05):
No, you guys, good, your description.

Speaker 6 (20:08):
A shout out to you.

Speaker 2 (20:11):
And so this is why people think that you like her. Me, yeah,
because you're you guys are out. No no, no, no, no,
not that, because you're just saying she's a thicky.

Speaker 6 (20:23):
Does that mean that he likes her?

Speaker 3 (20:24):
Why are they so pressed? They're pressed?

Speaker 6 (20:27):
You should know till Thursday?

Speaker 2 (20:30):
Think do you think I didn't get a single DM
being like oh aj is at Foreign's event And guys,
we said it on air anyway, but people are I mean,
we missed. We gotta dead this once and for all.
People are pressed for you.

Speaker 5 (20:45):
And her to be We work together, coincidental, she comes
and shows love well friends outside of work.

Speaker 2 (20:51):
Foreign can actually hear with his two ears, and he
hears her talk about her dating life.

Speaker 6 (20:57):
I'm good.

Speaker 5 (20:57):
Good, Why even you guys want me to even person?
That is kind of crazy? Not yeah, I'm talking about
the listeners like yeas should really like why would you
want me to go there.

Speaker 3 (21:05):
Y'all see how she is, and I value your peace.

Speaker 2 (21:08):
I don't want you to go.

Speaker 3 (21:09):
Don't go.

Speaker 6 (21:10):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (21:11):
Anything else we missed while we were on Vaca with
you in your life and the updates for us.

Speaker 5 (21:15):
No other than the parties and all that. Nothing else.
Everything's good. My son starts school today, Full Sale University
out in Florida.

Speaker 6 (21:21):
Shout out to him.

Speaker 3 (21:22):
He's in Florida, or he's starting.

Speaker 5 (21:23):
S going online for a couple of months and then
he's headed out to Florida top of next year.

Speaker 2 (21:28):
So today's his first A class.

Speaker 6 (21:30):
Yeah, I love that. Other than that, now, everything was cool.

Speaker 2 (21:33):
All right, let's go to Europe.

Speaker 6 (21:36):
Oh my god, I've been waiting.

Speaker 4 (21:37):
There's when they talk about Paris and they talk about
it being special, the city lights and oh parry. Paris
definitely hits. I went twenty years back and I just
went back. Oh my god. It was amazing, breathtaking, like
the sites, the scenes and the food was absolutely awesome.
It was like incredible. Paris never disappoints.

Speaker 2 (21:56):
Would you go back to Paris?

Speaker 4 (21:57):
I would go back to Paris next week. Paris is
one of those it is I feel like you can
go back a thousand times, you know, I at the
same spots and still have a great time.

Speaker 2 (22:04):
Because some people will say like, oh, yeah I went,
I went to ABC and D, but next time, I
really want to go somewhere else. But you're you'd be like, hey,
if we're going, I'd go there.

Speaker 6 (22:13):
So Paris is worth the hype.

Speaker 4 (22:14):
Paris is one thousand percent worth the hype. And what
has happened in the last couple of years because the
Olympics were there last year, Paris is now super clean.
I think in years past people have said.

Speaker 5 (22:25):
I've heard it's not dirty, like even treacherous.

Speaker 6 (22:29):
Yeah, near like hoodish.

Speaker 5 (22:30):
Bro especially people too, it's no good just people around
that every year you go take the pictures at the Euphold,
but after that it's kind of like you gotta watch
what he wants.

Speaker 6 (22:40):
No, no, no, no.

Speaker 4 (22:41):
The Eiffel Tower, the whole area is immaculate. Okay, the
whole vibe around it is absolutely awesome.

Speaker 3 (22:47):
Did you get in?

Speaker 2 (22:47):
Can you cause you can get in there right.

Speaker 4 (22:49):
Yeah, So we bought cut the line passes because sometimes
these lines are crazy. There are websites like online where
you can buy all these tickets, so you don't have
to wait in line.

Speaker 6 (22:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (22:55):
So we got and we didn't make it all the
way to the top because it was windy and they
shut it down from time to time. But we made
it to the second level, which you could see amazing
views from up there.

Speaker 6 (23:03):
It was awesome.

Speaker 4 (23:05):
One thing about the city, which again I didn't experience,
but I heard and my wife was complaining about it.
I guess the ordorants not as prevalent like over there.

Speaker 2 (23:14):
I've heard.

Speaker 4 (23:15):
I didn't experience it, but I guess there were some
situations where some people, I mean just straight onions. But
besides that, it's there were so much to do. The
food there, we had snails, we had everything, and the
sites were awesome. We had a total guy named Tiago
who brought us into the louver, and this guy was
a boss. He was cutting people, yelling at people. He

(23:36):
brought us up right in the middle of everything.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
To be honest, I think of the Paris leg of
the trip what blew me the most because I love
a good hotel, I have a good view. The hotel
that you stayed at where you could open up your
balcony and like look at the louver was crazy.

Speaker 4 (23:50):
Yeah, that was my wife's decision, and that was not cheap.
I can't imagine well worth the experience. And now we're
we travel with six people, so now we have to
get like lee two hotel rooms in that situation there
we had three bedroom suite and it was right, perfect location.

Speaker 3 (24:06):
It was no, it looked unbelievable.

Speaker 2 (24:08):
Yeah, there was one video where SOUNDI was like standing outside.
He was like, I'm in front of the louver and
that is my bedroom window right there. I mean that's
I I'm not gonna put you on the spot, but
must have been a pretty penny.

Speaker 6 (24:20):
It was a pretty penny.

Speaker 2 (24:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (24:23):
It was done by wifey who's very money conscious, right, Yeah,
so she spent the bread.

Speaker 3 (24:27):
Have to sometimes on vac you know, that's.

Speaker 2 (24:30):
The time to spend it.

Speaker 6 (24:31):
Here's what I say.

Speaker 4 (24:31):
It was a it was expensive, but the memories and
experience that we had and just seeing the joy of
my kids' faces and just the experience we experienced together
is well worth of, like the money for this entire tam.

Speaker 2 (24:42):
I feel like, other than Carter, they'll really remember. I'm
not saying Carter will have like vague memories of it,
but the older kids will remember.

Speaker 4 (24:48):
They absolutely will they yeah, they definitely. Well, Carter had
more fun trying to buy soccer shirts like around town,
and that was.

Speaker 6 (24:54):
Fun for him.

Speaker 4 (24:55):
He didn't love the examples like as much, but the
Eiffel Tower he loved.

Speaker 3 (24:59):
So we left Paris and we went we first.

Speaker 4 (25:02):
Then we went to Ireland. We went to two spots there.
The first place was Galway, and Galway is a smaller
town on the western coast of Ireland, and the Cliffs
of More are there. The town is great, it's small,
it's it's the vibe there is perfect. But the Cliffs
of More if you haven't seen them, there's massive cliffs
seven hundred feet tall and they are breathtaking. I have
pictures on my Instagram, but those pictures do not do

(25:24):
adjustice at all. You have to go there and see them.
Like I was taken aback. I was like, oh my god,
these things are amazing.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
Some fact, fore, the fireman's grandparents are from the Cliffs
of One literally the Motherland.

Speaker 6 (25:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (25:39):
So then we spent a couple of days there I
think was three, and then we went to Dublin, and again,
Dublin's a big city. I heard a lot of people
saying like, hey, Dublin's like Boston and all this stuff.
It's a big city, but it has so much culture.
I have to say this, if you're Irish, going to
Dublin must be the best experience because you feel the
Irish culture just walking around so many pubs, just everybody
was out there having a good and so nice.

Speaker 2 (26:01):
Can you feel why people would compare it to Boston?

Speaker 4 (26:03):
Absolutely, because it is a city. I felt like it
was more like Lun Lun than in a couple of ways,
but with Irish. But yeah, so absolutely I get it.
But it's worth a trip.

Speaker 2 (26:13):
The Irish are known for their drinking, not much for
their food. Do you feel like you were able to
fit in? Were you drinking Guinness?

Speaker 4 (26:19):
I was drinking Guinness. I haven't had a Guinness in
probably like fifteen years. I had at every place and
the guinness was Chris.

Speaker 6 (26:26):
I supported. Guinness does not taste like the og guinness.

Speaker 2 (26:29):
Everybody says that. Everybody that I know that's gone to
Ireland says the guinness tastes so much better when you
drink it in Ireland.

Speaker 4 (26:35):
It wasn't as heavy and thick as you think of it,
or even what you taste hair. It was Chris, it
was nice.

Speaker 2 (26:40):
Cool that you also got to see and like live
a little bit of the culture.

Speaker 4 (26:43):
The sheep dogs, oh, which is a whole other experience.
So they heard cattle like up in the hills of
Ireland and they trained these dogs like you want to believe.
This guy had about four or five dogs, all by
a different name, but they each would react to a
different whistle. That you had four whistles, that they all
knew what to do left, right, straight and all these things.
And this guy was like manhandling like just the sheep

(27:04):
and with the dogs and the whistle was pretty amazing.

Speaker 3 (27:07):
Yeah, you had to say best part of the trip.

Speaker 4 (27:13):
I'm going to be stupid and say experiencing this with
my family. But let's go city wise. Paris always hits Paris.
There's something special about the city.

Speaker 6 (27:22):
The last time he was in Paris was you alone
right now? It's my wife. I thought you did the
Olympic thing. Wasn't that a thing you did back in
the day?

Speaker 4 (27:29):
I did Athens?

Speaker 6 (27:30):
Okay, gotcha? But Paris. Paris is definitely the kids, bro,
that's amazing. It's like, come on that, It's.

Speaker 2 (27:39):
A goal for me for sure, Like I hope one
day to be able to take the girls on a
trip like that because it's it's so dope. It's so dope.
I mean I had people asking.

Speaker 1 (27:48):
Show with j Foreign and Sunty when.

Speaker 8 (27:51):
You need to know, No, we got you three things
you need to know on Boston Number one for hip
hop and the best throwbags you haven't any more vives.

Speaker 9 (28:01):
Oh well, it was a great, you know, great atmosphere
here for the game tonight. You know, fans were at
tremendous injury energy walk. You know, we played competitively but
then just couldn't sustain it. So obviously we have a
lot of work to do.

Speaker 1 (28:15):
You know.

Speaker 9 (28:15):
I did do a better job all the way around coaching,
playing all three phases of the game. Just wasn't up
to what it needs to be.

Speaker 3 (28:23):
Well, not much has changed with Bill's inflection.

Speaker 2 (28:26):
Tuesday, September second and a big boy Billy taken an
l last night. We're only talking about this because it
was Bill's debut as the North Carolina tar Heel head coach. Now,
they've never been known for their football, and it showed
last night. TCU beaten them down forty eight to fourteen.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
That's bad.

Speaker 4 (28:46):
It is bad, and I got to assume that for him, like,
losing is not fun for anybody, especially when you won
six Super Bowls. Right for his situation there, it's going
to get old if they keep losing.

Speaker 2 (28:56):
Yeah, but you also have to keep in mind, and
I brought this up last hour, I think there is
an effect of these type of coaches going down to
the collegiate level. I mean the Dion Sanders effect at Colorado.
I felt like I blinked and because that man was there,
people were wearing Colorado March. Now he did start winning
and that helped. But I mean, listen, Bill Belichick's head

(29:19):
coach of the Carolina tar Heels, and now all of
a sudden, we got Michael Jordan in the house. We
got Randy Moss in a box with Jordaan, a billy
boy's girlfriend. Like this doesn't happen if Bill Belichick isn't
on that field.

Speaker 4 (29:32):
That is true. And I listen, I have to assume
that the team will get better. I just hope that
he makes them good enough to make at least like
the top twenty.

Speaker 2 (29:40):
Yeah, I listen, I won't be talking about this every
single you know, after every single tar Hill game, but
I still find it impressive that he got those big
names out there. I find it impressive that Jordaan has
held on and the two of them are still going strong,
wearing a white tank top and her baby blue pants.
You know, the rumor is that she's the assistant coach there.

Speaker 5 (30:00):
She got a hold on for long. You know, you
never know when the end of rum that, you know
what I'm saying, she knows what He's an old man.
She knows what she's doing. She knows she's like, yo,
when this guy's you know what I'm saying. He just
tried to sell the crib and he's got some m's
and he's not a flashy dude, so he's got some
money in it. Uh, And she knows what she's doing.
But hey, how maybe this is the end of his

(30:20):
kind of like eer of his winning streaks.

Speaker 2 (30:22):
And they actually scored first, and they showed her and
then they showed him, and then they went back and forth.
And I was just crying because you know, she's clapping,
Randy Moss is clapping, and then there's Bill just staring
straight at there. They're so opposite, and he's just he's
the same old Bill, the same.

Speaker 4 (30:41):
Old Bill, same old Bill. But let's just be honest.
Like the media down there is different than the media
like up here. So I feel like he'll he'll ca
yeah than they would hear.

Speaker 2 (30:50):
Also just in the South in general, like every any
time I go to North Carolina, everyone's so nice and
they're polite.

Speaker 3 (30:57):
It's yeah, it'll be a little different. It'll be better
for Bill.

Speaker 2 (31:00):
All right. Cardi be teasing not only some new music
because it leaked fore and was telling me, but she's
also telling us that a tour is gonna be happening soon.
When is that gonna be, you know, when she's nine
minutes pregnant or is that gonna be after the birth?
Because I've seen your messages. I've noticed the court ensembles
as well. I'm telling you, is there a baby Patriot

(31:26):
in that belly?

Speaker 6 (31:26):
What? Admit?

Speaker 2 (31:29):
But Carti, she was on IG Live and she gave
us a little info on the upcoming tour.

Speaker 4 (31:36):
After all of this album rollout and album duties, I
will straight into tour prep, so there's no time to waste.

Speaker 1 (31:47):
There's not gonna be no time to wate.

Speaker 2 (31:49):
I'm going straight into tour preparation. Okay, so she probably
won't breastfeed them. She'll probably do formula because it'll be
a little tough if she's on tour.

Speaker 6 (31:57):
Though, mind you live she had just wolf down a
plate of to a fried chicken.

Speaker 3 (32:05):
Do that on an average day.

Speaker 2 (32:07):
Okay, that doesn't necessarily, but it's to me, it's the
way she's dressing, the.

Speaker 6 (32:12):
Way she's dressing, it's the way she's walking.

Speaker 2 (32:16):
It is, and if she's not pregnant.

Speaker 5 (32:18):
She it's but to swell up like that though, Yeah,
like she's like she's heavy down there.

Speaker 4 (32:26):
What's it sexy Red that was on tour pregnant?

Speaker 2 (32:29):
Right? Yeah, oh no, I don't think I mean Rihanna
remember the super Bowl performance. I think I think it
can be done. Listen, this was not planned. It cannot
have been planned.

Speaker 4 (32:41):
It just feels better.

Speaker 3 (32:42):
But the timing of it.

Speaker 2 (32:43):
The week before we left for vacation, we were talking
about Offset and how about his like his tune kind
of changed and maybe once he found out, like she's
pregnant with another man's kid, like he does, he wrapped
it up. He doesn't have that X factor anymore, which
was you're the mother of my chicken.

Speaker 3 (33:00):
He's not going to be the only man to say that.

Speaker 6 (33:01):
At that point, he's probably like you, you're bad goods.

Speaker 2 (33:04):
I don't want you, no more like real like I
don't want And by the way we're we're under the
assumption that it's Stephan Diggs.

Speaker 3 (33:10):
I mean, I don't know, could.

Speaker 6 (33:13):
I do too?

Speaker 2 (33:14):
But I am just like all for it. And I
think Forn pointed this outfit out the most when she
was in the apartment building in the dead of summer.
It's nine hundred degrees outside and she's in a full
fur coat, full length, hiding her belly, eggs, every every
every single court outfit, all of that wwe.

Speaker 5 (33:35):
When she walked out, she was in a full like
leather all black, and I'm like, bro, you gotta be steaming.

Speaker 4 (33:40):
I mean, for somebody who responds to everything, right, why
she responded to this, I think.

Speaker 3 (33:44):
That's yeah, all right.

Speaker 2 (33:46):
And lastly, let's be quick here, because Sonny's gonna have
a heart attack. Could the rock be adding Oscar Winner
to his resume? Everybody's talking about it, huge buzz around
his upcoming film. He's going to be in this MMA
movie called The Smashing Machine. Here's a quick clip.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
He probably looking at my eyes, how did that happen?

Speaker 2 (34:15):
Well?

Speaker 6 (34:15):
Have you ever heard of? The Ultimate Fighting Championship the UFC.
That's the bloody thing they're trying to bang. This guy
is the best he has ever seen.

Speaker 1 (34:28):
Do you hate each other when you fight? Absolutely not.

Speaker 2 (34:34):
So he's playing MMA fighter Mark Kerr in the film.
Emily Blunt is co star. The big talk also is
that he's had to slim down something serious. There's a
couple of viral photos of him where he's almost unrecognizable.

Speaker 4 (34:48):
Yeah, like he's still big, but when you see him,
you used to like seeing a guy who's probably pushing
like three hundred pounds and he's like beefy. Yes, now
he's leaner, and I think it's just noticeable because again,
when he's wrestling and he's big like that, you just
picture him something different.

Speaker 5 (35:02):
Now he looks lean and mean and mind you, in
the trailer, he looks like regular Rock. He might even
look bigger than regular Rock. So for me to see
the pictures that went viral, I'm like, damn, he lost
mad Way for this role.

Speaker 6 (35:13):
Like that.

Speaker 2 (35:13):
There's some there's some traditions with film that never die
and that they still really stand on. And it's the
Venice Film Festival and how long the standing ovation is
people go and the stars go and they watch the film.
Fifteen minute standing ovation for the Rock and for Emily Blunt,

(35:34):
and it brought that man to tears. He was boohooing.

Speaker 4 (35:38):
And which, by the way, they don't give it these
things out just to do them. If they've given you
that big of an ovation, it's because they respected in
the performance.

Speaker 6 (35:46):
Was that good?

Speaker 2 (35:46):
Yeah, So congratulations potentially to the Rock.

Speaker 3 (35:49):
That's three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (35:50):
For Tuesday, September the second, we are gonna do our
first giveaway of the morning We've missed you. I'm gonna
bless you with some ticket six one, seven, nine, three, one,
nine or five call her twenty five. You're going to

Speaker 8 (36:10):
Morning Bustin's number one for hip hop jamm in ninety
four or five.

Speaker 1 (36:16):
This What did I miss?

Speaker 3 (36:24):
What did I miss?

Speaker 2 (36:28):
What did I miss?

Speaker 3 (36:28):
Too many things? Rape, too many things, too many things.
I asked you guys in my social media yesterday. I
was like, what the hell did I miss?

Speaker 2 (36:36):
I really feel like on this vacation, probably because I
had Razor Blade COVID. I was laying low. I did
not know any of the massive, massive stories other than
the the which we'll get to.

Speaker 6 (36:48):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (36:48):
But I would love for you guys to call chat
with us about this, weigh in on things that you
were like. I was so pissed that you were out.
I had to listen to kiss want to wait, and
I was dying to know what you guys would have
said about ABCD whatever it is six one seven, nine,
three one four five, call me. I would love for
somebody to join the show. The first person in September,

(37:09):
the first person back from us being on vacation.

Speaker 3 (37:12):
Let's get it out of the way.

Speaker 2 (37:15):
Whilst we were on vacation, Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift
got it gay a random Tuesday. I mean, I just
not that I was shocked by any means, but like
on a Tuesday, just out of nowhere, Like the pictures

(37:39):
weren't that clear when you zoomed.

Speaker 3 (37:43):
But how did she write it? She wrote like the
gym teacher?

Speaker 2 (37:48):
What does she say? Do you remember this song?

Speaker 6 (37:49):
I don't remember it.

Speaker 4 (37:50):
I remember seeing the pictures and I thought that, like
I appreciate it because it finally happened, but it felt
like a whole set though.

Speaker 6 (37:57):
That's what I didn't like.

Speaker 2 (37:58):
Your English teacher and you're gym teacher are getting married.
So come to find out, you guys, this was this
man's backyard. They were getting ready to go out to dinner.
We only know this information because Travis Kelsey's dad has.

Speaker 3 (38:11):
Loose lips and he gave us the info.

Speaker 2 (38:13):
But they were getting ready to go out to dinner,
and he said, hey, let's go have a glass of
red wine like in my little backyard courtyard before we go.
And he had the whole thing set up obviously had
hired a floral team. And now that area is giving
Taylor Swift to me, whole thing it looks like this

(38:34):
gi just well, that's why I.

Speaker 4 (38:36):
Thought it was a giant set because I went in
a picture that like him to have.

Speaker 2 (38:40):
That right, it's giving like midsummer night dream with like
just I don't know, it's her vibe. Now the Taylor
Swift sleuths. And if somebody wants to again correct me
six one seventy nine three one five wag in on this.
I actually had some people say, when you talk about
this ash, I'm gonna I'm gonna turn the rate because

(39:00):
I'm people were nauseated with how much it was being covered.

Speaker 3 (39:04):
Uh, it was everywhere.

Speaker 2 (39:06):
If you zoom in on the one photo of them
where it's actually pretty close up. Some people are cleaning
that if you look at her hair, it looks like
she had headphones on.

Speaker 1 (39:18):
I E.

Speaker 2 (39:19):
It was the day of the podcast.

Speaker 6 (39:23):
Now, well we're going to.

Speaker 2 (39:25):
Change because she was not at the dinner, you know
what I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (39:28):
But we know that her.

Speaker 2 (39:29):
Glam would have been done, nails would have been done,
all the things because she was doing the podcast. But
if you do, if you zoom in on her hair,
it does kind of look like she has had headphones
on for a little bit.

Speaker 4 (39:42):
Was her hair down in the podcast?

Speaker 3 (39:43):
I can't remember, Yes it was.

Speaker 2 (39:46):
I mean, the ring is again these pictures, the ring
is just nuts. I I finally read up on the
woman who got the call from him. She made this custom.
I mean, it's like fairy tale ring. It's it's it's
mass if. She later debuted it because she went to
the Cincinnati game with him at Arrowhead over the.

Speaker 3 (40:06):
Weekend, so we got to see it out out of
the street.

Speaker 4 (40:09):
I mean, what was the price sag on that.

Speaker 2 (40:11):
Oh, I mean, who knows, but I don't know. Like
when you zoom in on the photos, they're not crispy,
like it doesn't look like they were downloaded.

Speaker 3 (40:19):
It looks like and you know, there was a lot
of thought put into that.

Speaker 6 (40:23):
Absolutely.

Speaker 4 (40:23):
So are you saying that they didn't have a photographer
with a nice camera or did they somebody take these
with an iPhone?

Speaker 10 (40:28):
I mean even the last the last swipe right, it
has a it.

Speaker 2 (40:34):
Has funky white borders. Yep, like where this is the
this is the biggest star in the world. And you
whoever the photographer was, couldn't figure out how to do
a better crop job.

Speaker 6 (40:48):
She just did what she wanted to do because she
had know y'all are gonna eat it up.

Speaker 2 (40:51):
Well.

Speaker 4 (40:51):
At the same time, it wasn't her plan this, so
he would have had to think about all these things.
And then how is he gonna hide a photographer coming
in the house randomly? Right, So he probably had somebody here,
I go take these pictures, Hey.

Speaker 2 (41:02):
Joe, I'm gonna propose to that's what this is giving.
I even saw some of my photographer friends being like,
what the what the hell is this? Because this is
not professional.

Speaker 6 (41:19):
Compared to him.

Speaker 5 (41:20):
Yeah, this is just not but maybe this is it.
It's like, you know, this is real, this is us.
That's the message I would.

Speaker 4 (41:27):
Have liked, maybe like a shot of their hands together
when the engagement, with a nice picture and then maybe
afterwards some video that they post talking about it. But again,
this gives me like she was not.

Speaker 2 (41:36):
Prepared, Like we're nitpicking here. I'm telling you right now,
I'm not telling Swift she's wearing that. That's not what
she is choosing to wear. If she's getting engaged. She
did not know this was coming.

Speaker 6 (41:47):
No, No, she.

Speaker 11 (41:48):
May have thought at some point, but I trust me
she wasn't like, let me go grab my shriped frock
and my wooded heels for my purposed.

Speaker 6 (42:01):
Yeah, it's all purposeful. Look at it from the other way.

Speaker 5 (42:04):
Maybe this is the message that they trying to send us, right,
It's like, we're not a production. This is not like
you know, this is not This is not a setup,
This is not a gimmick. This is real life and
in real life, this is just who we are, Like
this is how we just chill.

Speaker 2 (42:16):
No, this yeah, this like all you have to do,
guys is open up her Instagram look at her other
photos in comparison to the bootleg proposal.

Speaker 3 (42:26):
This was not professional.

Speaker 6 (42:28):
But this is the brand, you know, this is.

Speaker 2 (42:32):
The photos.

Speaker 5 (42:33):
That's what I'm saying. The other photos are the brand.
That's that's Taylor the brand. Maybe this is her just
being like, yo, this is Taylor Swift for real, Like
this is me, Like I don't need to glam up.
We don't got to put a whole bunch of swipes
because yeah, you slide on the second picture, they look
like damn near the afternoon and early morning, like she's pale,
And I'm like, why would you let that picture slide
like that?

Speaker 2 (42:52):
And you know what if you and if you look
at the two of them on the day of the podcast,
she's wearing the watch same thing for it.

Speaker 3 (42:58):
She's super pale.

Speaker 2 (42:59):
He's hand this is giving we hid Joe our the
guy that I don't know cleans the house maybe like
takes care of things I don't know, like an assistance.

Speaker 4 (43:11):
It's the guy who handles all the production for the podcasts,
the pot cast guy.

Speaker 3 (43:16):
Yeah, it's somebody.

Speaker 2 (43:17):
He was hidden because she's not going through her closet
and being like the striped frock is the one that's
the one I want the entire world. So you are
in Paris and these photos got to you.

Speaker 4 (43:30):
It's just a tough thing for girls. I have to
assume too, because you never know what's gonna happen, so
you constantly on edge of like always trying to look good,
have your nails on and stuff like that, so you
don't wind up with a situation like that.

Speaker 2 (43:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (43:42):
Whatever, Listen, they're happy.

Speaker 2 (43:43):
I don't care. Our job is to do this into Nippick.
So that's the engagement, and I'm happy for them. I'm
not gonna lie. I'm not throwing any shade towards this engagement.
People hate it. People are sick of it. They're sick
of them. The one thing I'll tell you, which I
thought to be hilarious my entire vacation with my dad,
was chatter about this, and my dad was.

Speaker 10 (44:05):
Like, Buddy, I got the idea. I was like, what
He's like, you could give away on your show tickets
to their wedding everybody.

Speaker 2 (44:15):
I said, good, But I said, I really hope you're
not serious, and he he was dead ass. He really
thought we had access to this woman like this. I said, Dad,
No one's going to be able to go to their wedding.
Let alone us just giving away to you want Jen
and Randolph till we call her twenty five going to
Taylor Swift's wedding doesn't work like that, all right, Let's

(44:37):
move on. Speaking of somebody who I feel like we
should have a little access to. But maybe that's just me.

Speaker 3 (44:43):
Karen Reid Car what's up.

Speaker 5 (44:45):
Dude, I'm kind of I don't know, I'm kind of lowke.
He still upset Bro. Everybody else and the mother is
doing anything. But we were the champions, Yeah, we were.

Speaker 2 (44:53):
Horne actually text me pissed over the breaks and he's
like ash David Nan he's down the hall. No one
told me.

Speaker 6 (45:00):
Edie was here on the kitchen in the building.

Speaker 4 (45:02):
But they're doing everything so controlled after the fact that
I'm starting not to like it, because I feel like
the control part is over now. We should be hearing
about Karen her like her real person.

Speaker 5 (45:12):
Harn and Jackson are controlling their narrative. These other two
guys have nothing to do with what they got going on. Yeah,
and that's why I keep saying there's a rift between
the two, that the both sides of that party.

Speaker 2 (45:23):
I'm kind of at the point now where I want
Caroen to really spill the tig. Tell us about the relationship,
talk to us about this man, like, tell.

Speaker 5 (45:30):
Us, what you even doing with Jackson is coming off
to me like a pupping master in the in the
in the sense that you know, again, remember he did
this pro bono, right, so he didn't really get paid.
On the second I think to him, he's kind of like,
I'm gonna we're gonna, we're gonna slow roll this thing.
We're gonna roll it out, and we're gonna get a
big bag. And that's how I'm gonna make my millions,
you know what I'm saying. But he's definitely the guy
who's leading the ship when it comes to her and

(45:52):
everything and how we should do things, whether it's gonna
become a movie, whether it's coming to you know, interviews
and all of these things. But well, I still feel
like we have had Yannetti in here. We could have
had what was the new guy that joined the trial,
the other lawyer whatever his name was, like one of
them body Lessie.

Speaker 2 (46:07):
Yes, well, listen, this whole thing is about things that
we missed while we were gone. And I bring up
Karen because Karen went on finally doing her first interview
with Howie Carr. Now, there's no way Howie Carr paid
her the big bucks. I don't know how how he
was able to bag this one. Now, Ford did mention
that Alan Jackson Daddy Al had been on his podcast before,

(46:28):
so maybe there was a little bit.

Speaker 3 (46:29):
Of it in there.

Speaker 2 (46:30):
But Karen read Alan Jackson sat down with Howie Carr.
And the moment that really everybody's talking about is Karen
feeling a type of way that the Hollywood rumor is
that Elizabeth Banks is going to pay her play her
in an upcoming film.

Speaker 6 (46:45):
Is this the same movie that you sold the rights to?
What you showing?

Speaker 7 (46:49):
Probably I've probably read that the same time you did
give her take a couple of minutes. I have nothing
to do with that. It's not authorized by me in anyway.
There's a lot more to it than what I think
Elizabeth knows at this point. But I've never spoken to
her this, so.

Speaker 5 (47:04):
This is not the authorized bless this, okay, And it's
really her storytell I mean, at the end of the day,
this is Karen Reid's story to tell.

Speaker 1 (47:13):
It's not Hollywood's story to.

Speaker 6 (47:15):
Make up and to fill in blanks that they want
to fill in.

Speaker 9 (47:18):
It's a little bit of a shame that she was
never even consultant or even contacted.

Speaker 3 (47:22):
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Speaker 2 (47:25):
Just because you're playing somebody in a film, you gotta
call them up, you gotta tax them, you gotta get
their blessing you.

Speaker 3 (47:33):
It works like that.

Speaker 4 (47:34):
The other thing is, though Karen and Allen, you guys
aren't storytellers. You guys do something very specific. People in
Hollywood get paid to entertain as foundation this movie has
to be entertaining to the massive.

Speaker 5 (47:45):
Well, but play Devil's Advocate. She wants the story told
her way.

Speaker 2 (47:51):
It doesn't work like that, though.

Speaker 5 (47:52):
I know that I know that she wants to story
told her way, because again you got to remember, for years,
stories have been made about her and she's never really
because they haven't really been able to tell the truth.
I got the sense like they want to. They want
to do this explosive thing and uncovered things that they
weren't allowed to do in court and in trial. And
that's kind of like the avenue that they're trying to
go down.

Speaker 2 (48:12):
And this just didn't Just got a text from Nick
Rocco who said, Karen doesn't want to talk too much
because there is a civil trial still going on. Okay,
but here's an example for you. Timothy Shallow made one
thousands of awards for playing Bob Dylan. Never once spoke
to Bob Dylan. It does. I'm sorry, Karen, but.

Speaker 6 (48:28):
It's a public thing.

Speaker 2 (48:30):
Yeah, Like this is Hollywood and the way Hollywood works.
I use this example to saun to you this morning.
There's ten fifteen films about Whitey Bulger. I remember the
one specifically with Johnny Depp. Like, there's going to be
multiple movies about Karen. People are gonna pick and choose
the ones they want to believe. And I like Elizabeth. Thanks, Yeah,
I don't think that's a bad choice. Just looks wise.

Speaker 4 (48:52):
If no to Elizabeth And the only thing that the
only negative part about her, which I can maybe think
that she's thinking and she's not bigging off. And if
you want this to be massive, you want an a list,
start to play you. Maybe that's the part about this
that she doesn't like. But Elizabeth, this is from here.

Speaker 2 (49:07):
Had to say right now, can you think of another? Like,
I mean, I'm not saying it has to.

Speaker 6 (49:10):
Be Elizabeth Banks. I couldn't think of one.

Speaker 2 (49:13):
Right, So what's wrong with losey?

Speaker 5 (49:14):
Banks looks like her can play off. The problem is
I mean again, the problem is is that nobody talked
to him. That's what Alan said, Like, I.

Speaker 3 (49:22):
Feel like they're coming off as like cocky to me.
I'm sorry, somebody like Karen Honey like, you're gonna.

Speaker 2 (49:32):
Get to tell your story. You sold your rights, You're
gonna But Elizabeth Banks doesn't owe you a phone call.
I bet you in the end, now that this has gone,
she will, She'll probably reach out again. I don't know
all the tea and I I don't have the full story.
And Knick's texting me and I don't know how much
he wants to tell me. But there's drama with Turtle

(49:54):
Boy too. And is it that they went on the
Howie Car Show for free and they didn't go on
Turtle boys show? Maybe I don't know. People need to
call me and they need to fill me in. But
I am gonna have to stand with Turtle Boys.

Speaker 6 (50:08):
I let it.

Speaker 5 (50:09):
I let it slide one more time. This is almost
like this the third slight that Turtle Boy has kind
of it's weird.

Speaker 2 (50:15):
It's weird if it comes out that Karen and Daddy
Al went on Howie Cars Show for free for zero
dollars before they went on Turtle Boys. If I were him,
I would constitute that as a slap in the face.
Number one, he's a major part of the reason why
she's free. But number two, hey, what to jail for you?
He literally missed.

Speaker 3 (50:35):
Days with his children for you.

Speaker 5 (50:37):
It's something's off to me about the reason you're free.
Let's let's keep it a buck. Because your case was
done done. They had thrown you under the jail rightfully
so unrightfully, so whatever it is, however you feel about that,
but your case was nowhere to be seen. And Turtle
Boy is the guy who put it on a on
a on the on the New like it went viral
because of him. If if she does another interview after this,

(50:59):
this is me, I'm thinking it's terriboid. If she does
another interview and it's not me.

Speaker 2 (51:05):
If it's not me, it better be Oprah. Who it is?

Speaker 5 (51:10):
You already, you already gave the small platform the freak
should have been me, And then you go to Oprah, right,
and you gave it to Howie.

Speaker 6 (51:17):
Shout out to Howie.

Speaker 5 (51:18):
I'll only started hearing about Howie after the second trial.
Now all of a sudden, you're giving it to somebody
else and not me, the guy who who like helped
you out.

Speaker 6 (51:25):
I'll be I'm not about talking about Shorty again. Ford.

Speaker 2 (51:28):
You told me too that in one of the clips
she's talking about she didn't have any money. She just
sell her house like she's hurting for cash. So if
you're doing, if you're giving out freebies, why not give
it to the man who literally missed family time for you.
I don't know, but again six one, seven nine, we
missed these things. You guys are filling us in.

Speaker 1 (51:45):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (51:45):
Nick Rocco is saying that he hit us up and
he could get bab Alessi on the show. If we
want that to happen, we'll have a show chat about it.
No shade ters you, Nick I just well, well well
we'll trot. Yeah, but what about doing freebie's what's up?
We don't have a lot more time, so very quickly,

(52:05):
I just want to play this compilation, because my god,
have we been missing a ton?

Speaker 3 (52:10):
With Cardi b in court, talk about an.

Speaker 4 (52:13):
Icon and if you wanted to scratch your cuver face
with your right hand or your left hand, if you
wanted to do it, you could have done it correct, but.

Speaker 3 (52:21):
I didn't because that had a baby sadly disabled, yes
or no?

Speaker 2 (52:25):
At that moment when you're pregnant, I'm very disabled. You
you want me to tell you.

Speaker 9 (52:30):
Things I can't do.

Speaker 4 (52:32):
I don't think I was like on a high level angry.

Speaker 2 (52:35):
I was more on a high level of.

Speaker 3 (52:38):
Concern, very concerned.

Speaker 6 (52:41):
And why were you concerned?

Speaker 4 (52:43):
Because I'm pregnant and this girl's about to beat my ass?

Speaker 5 (52:48):
Hello?

Speaker 11 (52:49):
Hello, Hello, The facial expressions, the things Cardi.

Speaker 2 (52:57):
If you watched an IG Live with Cardi, it's exactly
what you're seeing court. She's not holding back, she's not
changing herself because she is in court. And if you
are also somebody that missed the show last week and
you are like, wait, why is Cardi even in court?
There is a woman who is claiming that when Carti
was pregnant with culture, so we have to think way back,
her first baby that hurt. She's a security guard at

(53:18):
Carti's gynecologist, and she is claiming that her and Cardi
got into it physically and that Cardi beat her up.
And even Carti's Guano has now taken this stand and
been like, I didn't see if this is a cash grab,
you can totally tell it to cash grab. The woman
waited years to come out and say it happened. Her
photos of the potential injuries. It would look like me

(53:39):
smiling at the camera right now, not as.

Speaker 5 (53:41):
She wanted to a shrink like. Years later, she went
and saw a doctor about her injuries. Months later, and
they kept trying to press Cardi about calling her fat
basically yeah, and she was like, she was like, she
was like, she was like, yo, Cardy's frazy.

Speaker 6 (53:56):
Cardi firstself starts.

Speaker 5 (53:57):
Doing the like look like her And one of her
responses was she was like, I mean she's security big
And then she was like what do you mean by that?

Speaker 6 (54:08):
Like she could secure the building, she.

Speaker 2 (54:10):
Could protect all right, Santi is going to have a
heart attack because of the time. There are so many
things we have all week. I was just trying to
get to the big things. I will say this for
all of my galleys that watch the summer I turn pretty.

Speaker 3 (54:29):
Belly's pissing me off.

Speaker 2 (54:30):
But for the love of God, who did tailor's hair
at the wedding?

Speaker 3 (54:34):
She should be fired
