Speaker 1 (00:01):
Especially in the jam In Morning Show with DJ Foreign and.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Santi When you need to know, we got you three
things you need to Know on Boston's number one for
hip hop and the best throwbags you Haven't any More
five Tuesday, September second, and I almost wish our vacation
was delayed a bit. I bet no one else does,
because I know how mad you guys were than we weren't.

Speaker 3 (00:24):
Here last week with all of the things that happened.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
But Son Paris Fashion Week started yesterday, sat I missed.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
It, I know.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
And Post Malone making his debut, not on the runway
but as an actual designer, you guys. So it was
his first fashion show, presenting his namesake fashion label, Austin Post.
Now I've seen some of the photos. The last model

(00:53):
that came out came out on a horse. It's kind
of dope. He described the style to GQ as a
new creative expression and soulful extension of his identity. He
calls it Dallas Western meeting Southwest Ranch influences, and that
is exactly what I saw.

Speaker 4 (01:08):
It was.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
It was giving like.

Speaker 5 (01:12):
Cool cowboy, yes, and I feel like that's also what
he performed with when he when he was here. He
wore like these button up plaid shirts that were very cowboyish,
but they didn't look bad.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
What's the very famous western necklace?

Speaker 6 (01:24):
Is something tie?

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Yes, it's something tie, but it's a tie. Yeah, yeah,
I forget, But you guys know what I'm talking about.
As a lot of that with all the way button
up like denim shirts, it's it's a time. The models
that he chose looked good. They looked really good. It's

(01:47):
it's a certain look. It's not for everybody, let's say that,
but son, they did it at the Residents at one
point in time. To Carl Lagerfeld, it was the hotel
day board.

Speaker 5 (02:00):
I have not heard of it, but if I'm saying no,
I think that was spot on. But if Lago Fella
has something to do with that, then you know what's epic.
And Lago Fell, you know, famously was the guy who
had white hair dressed in black and white head.

Speaker 7 (02:13):
Right.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Yeah, if you're into fashion, you know who he is.
But either way, congratulations to Posty. I feel like Posty's
really you know, he's broadening his horizons. He has his
hand in everything at this point. Just recently modeled for skims.
Now he has his own fashion line.

Speaker 5 (02:27):
I feel like a lot changed for him when he
lost all of the weight, because all the fashions saw
definitely had a kid. Yes, and he looks really good now,
not saying you look bad before, but these clothes fit
so well now because of the way he looks.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
By the way, at the end of fashion shows, historically
the designer comes out.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
He came out holding a bud light.

Speaker 6 (02:46):
Of course, no cigarette, though he might have had.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
He might have had a sig all right. For a
lot of Apple fans, it's the most wonderful time of
the year.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Next Tuesday is the day Apple set to release and
announce it's new iPhone seventeen plus new Apple Watches, among
other potential new devices.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
So you know what that means everybody mark next Tuesday.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
Down is the day your battery starts dying a lot
faster than it's used to. I don't care what Apple says.
They've been sued for this. Before they drop a new phone,
the old ones stop working. It's bs but they're expected
to release a super slim iPhone people are excited about.
You're going to sacrifice battery life and camera quality there,
but you are getting a sleeker design.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
I'm good.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
I don't want to sacrifice battery life, and I certainly
don't want to sacrifice a camera.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
I feel like, why else do we all have our phone?

Speaker 5 (03:33):
It also give me the feeling that it feels like flimsy.
I don't like that, especially when it comes to iPhone
that falls.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
I always get excited because usually when we get a
new iPhone, we get a new update with new emojis,
and they be coming out of the woodworks with these
wild emojis, Like what do we need that for?

Speaker 3 (03:47):
But somebody always thinks we do.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
They also are going to retire the iPhone Plus model.
We were saying earlier, I think I have an iPhone
all my phones. iPhone Plus is right, it's the big thing. Yeah,
that's the only thing I buy. And a lot of
time that have some more storage too.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
Well, it's gonna be a relic now. So there you have.

Speaker 6 (04:05):
What's the price tag on these? Saying that's always important?

Speaker 3 (04:09):
I was gonna say, I feel like old price eight hundo.

Speaker 7 (04:12):
But those times there was probably six like that. Now
these were like like that.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
You know, I never paid for them outright, though, I
just do an extra like three at the end.

Speaker 7 (04:23):
Of the They basically lock you into a contract. But
I tell you that you don't have a contract, but
you're really paying for the phone.

Speaker 4 (04:30):
All right.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
Sunday night is the night for the MTV Video Music Awards.
Not sure who's watching those live, but if you plan
on it. The nominations are out. Lady Gaga at the top,
receiving the most nominations with twelve, Bruno Mars right behind
with eleven nominations.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Kendrick Lamar got ten Video of the Year.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
I'll give you two in the categories. That's obviously one
of the bigger ones. Ariana Grande Brighter Days ahead of Remember
this is for the actual video Billie Eilish Birds of
a Feather, Kendrick Lamar Not like Us, Gaga and Bruno
Mars Die with a Smile, Rose and Bruno Mars Apartment
apt Period, which we found out is Apartment Sabrina Carpenter
from Manchild and The Weekend and Playboy Cardi for Timeless

(05:11):
Artist of the Year. I don't think there's any shocks here.
Bad Bunny, Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga, Morgan Wall and
Taylor Swift and The Weekend.

Speaker 5 (05:20):
Back in the day, they used to fly. So all
these award shows, they would come forty radio stations. It
was a party, it was an event. They would pay
for everything. It's a far cry because those days are gone,
and that's just a sign that award shows are dying.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
Fun fact, when I was in the real world, that's right,
we all got to like your season gets to go
to that current year's Video Music Awards and they like
show you in the crowd, like it was my moment
to shine.

Speaker 3 (05:44):
So my VMA's was when Lady Gaga wore a meat dress.

Speaker 2 (05:47):
That was the one I went to and I at
a commercial break.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
I mean, I can remember this like it was yesterday.
I stood up.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
Remember this is talk. We're talking like two thousand and
nine and ten here time frame. Drake and I in
the aisle together and I opened my mouth.

Speaker 4 (06:08):
No words, hot breath, nothing like.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
Like no like not even I did it.

Speaker 2 (06:14):
God breathed on me at that time, and I like,
nothing came out, Nothing came out, And it's it's a
moment I'll regret for the rest of my life because
I really feel like he would have taken a photo
because you know it was it was it was like
fear to fear Drake, you know, like that type of music.

Speaker 5 (06:31):
But that's cool to say that you were at the
award show. You got to school part of it.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
Yeah, it was really cool.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
And remember I went to the after party with Akon
and Akon had debuted like his new album at the time,
and I learned that he goes to his his own
album parties and doesn't drink so he can watch how
people interact to the different songs. All right, this three
things need to know for Tuesday September. Second, let's do
round two of these chants. The wrapper tickets.

Speaker 3 (06:57):
He's going to be hanging out at the MGM Musical.
Sati came in. He's a huge fan.

Speaker 2 (07:01):

Speaker 3 (07:17):

Speaker 2 (07:20):
We're gonna do that again tomorrow morning, seven twenty and
eight twenty in the meantime, correct me if I'm wrong.
We haven't had one person on the show yet.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
We just we just haven't shut the hell up.

Speaker 6 (07:33):
We've just been chatting.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
We have had so much to talk about and so
much to say that we haven't talked to a single
one of you yet, and you know that's not our style.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
So let's do the check in here. How are you?

Speaker 2 (07:44):
What is going on? What did we miss? You can
call us and talk about anything. Maybe I missed something
monumental in your life last week. Anything you want, call
me right now, join the show six one seven, nine
three one one nine four five six one seven nine
three one one nine five Hit us up.

Speaker 3 (08:01):
We're talking about whatever you want to checking on.

Speaker 4 (08:06):
Daddy and the jam In Morning Show with DJ Foreurn.

Speaker 1 (08:09):
It's saut Morning.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jam In ninety four
or five. Hi, everybody, good morning. We are officially back.
Well the three of us, myself son DJ forurign Aj
is on vacations, Han tell everybody what AJ's doing right now.

Speaker 5 (08:28):
She's vacationing in the lovely town of Tuxbury. So right
now she's probably just waking up, looking at her ceiling
and just wishing she had a cat or a.

Speaker 2 (08:37):
Doing enough and thinking about what stupid video she's gonna
have to do for Instagram today. She's definitely stressed about that.
All Right, what the hell is going on? What did
we miss from you guys? What happened last week? This
could one hundred percent be a story about you. You
could call to be like, oh my god, you guys
missed this and I was dying. I wanted to chat
about it. Anything you want. It's it's literally all about you.

(08:58):
Six one seven nine three one.

Speaker 3 (09:02):
Four five.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
Karinn is going to kick it off for us. Karin
our first caller of September, which is dope. Summer is over,
We're moving on. You're in Summerville, You're driving to work
and Santi says that you have some bad news for me.

Speaker 3 (09:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (09:20):
My I broke up with my boyfriend over text last Friday.
We were dating for about a year and a half
and things were going great. I'm thirty one, so I
thought maybe this was going to be the dude. Yeah,
and he sends me a text he helped me move
in I love seat. As you have a new roommates

(09:42):
coming in. I'm trying to make this look more roomy.
I call our apartments the villa, summer villa, and he goes,
I'm going to spit you some truth and you're not
gonna like it. You need to lose weight. That big
belly I saw when we lose the couch is not attractive.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
Wren, Honey, you're lying, that is what he wrote? Are you?
Are you being funny like I have raised Blake Covid?
I can't. You're a size eight?

Speaker 7 (10:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (10:13):
Oh dude, I'm a ten or twelve depending on the brand.

Speaker 3 (10:17):
What the hell?

Speaker 6 (10:20):
And to say it like that?

Speaker 4 (10:22):
True?

Speaker 3 (10:23):
So what did you say back? So because you said
you dumped him?

Speaker 6 (10:26):
Correct, yep?

Speaker 8 (10:29):
I left him on read because I just started crying.
I'm calling all my girls, and every single one of
them was like, dead stop. That is not of a
place of love. That's so cool. It's disrespectful, and it's
the law of is conditional. I have to be quote
unquote skinny and looking up pictures on Instagram sending them

(10:51):
to me like, oh, you were so skinny then I
was twenty five living in New York like I was
maybe too skinny then, And then I'm just like, why
are you comparing me to what I look like now?

Speaker 7 (11:03):
And that damn?

Speaker 8 (11:05):
And he'd make comments before, like I would send him
a picture of my dinner he'd be like, that's too
much in your place, or try and get me of
the gym. And it's been hard. I lost my mom
during COVID. I moved out of New York the potemic hit,
my mom got sick. I was her caregiver. Now I
just moved to Summervel a year ago, and I'm an

(11:26):
only child, so I still see my dad and Sealsbury,
and you know, it's been a big thing for me.

Speaker 6 (11:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (11:31):
I always been independent doing my thing. I'm working hang
Rent and you know, I just always felt like the
eyes were on me, and it was really hypno critical
of him because he loves his brown butter trup of
chip Coodiza Whole Foods every week.

Speaker 3 (11:49):
Yeah. I mean again, it's like.

Speaker 2 (11:52):
This is a sensitive subject for people in their relationships obviously,
but there is a way for him to talk to
you about it if that's genuinely how he feels, because
you know what, I'm glad he told you because now
you know and you could figure out what you wanted
to do with that information. But there's a way to
say it to like still take care of you and
show you that he loves you throughout. And that's just

(12:13):
not the way, like I saw your stomach while you
were moving the love seat, like bye.

Speaker 8 (12:19):
So now he's showing up un announced in my apartment.
I rolled up the shade. He's waiting for me outside
my window.

Speaker 3 (12:26):
Ah, oh, because he wants you back. Now, he wants
you back.

Speaker 8 (12:30):
Oh yeah, but he still won't recognize what he did
or what he said.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
Is there any part of you that is going to
let him gravel a little bit and then potentially take
him back.

Speaker 8 (12:42):
No, I don't think so. I haven't blocked on my phone.
I haven't blocked on Instagram. He sent me a meet
cue flyer for market Basket. The Summerville market Basket does
like put it fruit in your basket for whatever you're
looking for. And he sent that to me after he
sent the text your anxious avoided much And I said,

(13:03):
you can meet your next girlfriend there because you don't
longer have one. I can't believe he could be so cruel.
That's respectful and yeah, yeah, yeah don't. I don't want
to see you. I don't hear from you. He shows
up at my friend's house. He's been showing up in
my apartment trying to send little love notes, and.

Speaker 3 (13:21):
Well it's getting a little stock, right.

Speaker 2 (13:24):
Yeah, if you've blocked him on all platforms and he's
he's doing the old show up, it's but again, if
he's not saying the words like I'm so sorry, I
shouldn't have said that or said it in that way. Again,
if that's you know, if that's how he felt, good
for him for being honest. I just think there's a
way to say that to somebody where you can still
take care of them at the same time. Nobody's perfect,

(13:45):
But that's just that's so hurtful and so disrespectful.

Speaker 3 (13:48):
I mean, I'm with you on it.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
You sound okay though, Like not many people call us
to talk about breakups and sound this way.

Speaker 3 (13:54):
You sound like you're kind of in a good space
with it.

Speaker 7 (13:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (13:58):
I was home for the weekend and you know, I
went to the beach. I love the beach and sat
some girlfriends, just a retail therapy. And it's making me
feel good that every single one of my friends said
the same thing. Yeah, like you just can't come back
from that.

Speaker 2 (14:17):
Yeah, and I'm your friend to Karen, and I agree,
there's the way he said it it.

Speaker 3 (14:22):
Yeah, it's just a tough I'm with you. There's there's
such a better way to say it.

Speaker 2 (14:27):
It's so disrespectful, and I don't I don't think he
can come back from it either, But him him doing
all these showing up at your friend's house, Correzy. It
always feels better to be the one being chased, now,
doesn't it.

Speaker 8 (14:40):
Yep, absolutely, like you're now sorry that you lost me.

Speaker 5 (14:44):
Yeah, you would have.

Speaker 1 (14:45):
Thought about that.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
Yeah, not our problem. We're moving on, Karen. Good for you, babe,
stay strong.

Speaker 3 (14:52):
Thank you the day guy, you too, babe, have a
good day at work. Goodbye.

Speaker 5 (14:58):
That's what listen, here's what say. I've been on both
ends of that, and I will admit that in the
past I've had that conversation and one percent address it
the wrong way. With maturity, I've realized that, like health,
you can have that conversation with somebody if you're supported
and you come at it from the health point of view,
not so much on the esthetic point exactly.

Speaker 6 (15:19):
And I think like.

Speaker 3 (15:19):
It's gonna hurt, right, Like either way, that's it. That's
just a tough conversation to have.

Speaker 2 (15:24):
But if you yeah, if you come from it with
that anglic hey, I want you to be around for forever.
I'm worried about your health. That's a little bit different thing.
I could see her stomach when you were moving the
lazy boy.

Speaker 5 (15:33):
When my wife had a conversation with me, she was
very supportive and made it inclusive, like let's do this
thing together so that I appreciate what he did was
the wrong way.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
Yeah, and that's why he's a loser, a single loser
that's showing up at her friend's house.

Speaker 6 (15:45):
And he's also like thirty one, like you shouldn't be
doing it.

Speaker 2 (15:48):
Like yeah, six one seven nine three one one nine
four five six one seven nine three one one nine
four five.

Speaker 3 (15:55):
I missed you, guys, call me? What's going on with
your life? How are you?

Speaker 2 (15:59):
We're talking about whatever you want, whatever you got going
on in your world.

Speaker 3 (16:03):
It's the checking only on jam and good morning.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
We're back, Hi everybody, Good morning dashly in the jam
in morning show. Santy's in charge of the board today,
amongst other things, like to see this man stressed is
just a hilarious thing that you guys won't be able
to witness.

Speaker 6 (16:25):
But my shoulders are so tense, I know.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
I know, because you can't do your usual like this
is a whole additional layer of things. So right there,
he just didn't turn my mic on. He said, no,
you're not gonna speak today. Better I will tell you
when you can speak.

Speaker 3 (16:40):
So that's been tough. But anyways, we're checking in. I
missed you. How are you?

Speaker 2 (16:45):
What's going on? Six one seven nine three one one
nine four five If you want to say, what up?
School is back too, which is crazy?

Speaker 3 (16:51):
School is back. Summer is over. Tim is in Maldon.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
Tim, remind everybody good morning. Just remind everybody about the
initial time that you've called, because you use you now
won't stop calling us in a good way.

Speaker 3 (17:06):
But what was your what was your initial call to
us too?

Speaker 1 (17:11):
All right? So the first time I called, I think
it was like in July or something like that. I
was telling you all about how like everything's been on
like this crazy good high, like everything's really good for me.
Things have been happening the way I want. But I
was scared that something bad was going to happen, because
that's usually how things go in my life.

Speaker 2 (17:28):
Is And we told you to stop doing that, stop
living every day waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
Yes, yes, yes, exactly. Then the second time I called
update Jail, I was saying that, like, you know, things
were still going good, but then I ended up losing
the girl that I was talking to over some you know,
problems on both ends. I will say now, this past
month things have been so bad. I did not see

(17:55):
this coming. Like I first off, lost my best friend.
Secondly into my first car accident in my work vehicle.
On top of that, third, wasn't able to actually get
my money together because work was hell slow on top
of that. So, like you know, it was just one
thing after another, and I'm over here like thinking them
back to what y'all said that you know, you got

(18:16):
to stay positive. You gotta, you know, just take the
punches that life gives it to you. So I did that,
and then you know, work started picking up again. Girls
started talking to me again, even though I don't have
my best friend. I'm okay, question.

Speaker 2 (18:32):
Did you lose your best friend to like heaven or
did you lose your best friend because of an argument?

Speaker 1 (18:39):
I lost my best friend over an argument? Okay, like the.

Speaker 3 (18:46):
Man's dead, let's just say it. And I'm out here
being like, damn lost his best friend.

Speaker 4 (18:52):
Yeah, you could have said, we go on.

Speaker 2 (18:54):
Yeah, like, hey, me and my best friend argued, we're
not friends anymore.

Speaker 3 (18:57):
Instead you killed them off. Now every brakes few for you.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
Nah. Nah. This man is like low key dead to me.
It's like, I'm not going to go into like a
whole entire story time about what happened, but just know
that over a small situation that wasn't that big, this
man sent me over nineteen messages in the course of
one day, coming at my neck for no reason, and
then doubled down by saying multiple times he doesn't leave

(19:23):
back for anymore and called me a discreece of a
man and the sat escuse of a man over something
very small.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
I mean, if you think I'm gonna not ask what
the something small was, like, we have the time, just
like give us a quick synopsis, like what was so small?

Speaker 3 (19:37):
Did you owe him money?

Speaker 1 (19:39):
No? No, like it wasn't anything like I owed him
anything or that, like we did anything that like you know,
would get to that point. But basically one in July,
but actually day before his birthday, we got into an
argument over rent because he's my roommate on top of
that money, and basically he ended up assaulting me and

(20:02):
we'd like stop talking about that then, you know, fast
forward a few weeks apparently, his ex girlfriend hits me
up trying to get in contact with him because he
blew upon her, and I tell her I'm not talking
to him anymore, like we're no longer like really friends
right now. So meet and her reconnect because that girl,
like even though that this is actually get that, but
she's been there for me during times that I needed

(20:23):
like a friend and I needed somebody to like Okay,
So like, I understand that, you know, this is my
friend's ex girlfriend, and I cut her off for him,
But then at that point I didn't give it. I
didn't care about how his feelings were about things. So
we reconnected. She invited me to her birthday. Not only
does she invite me, but she invites another friend of

(20:44):
ours to the same birthday. Me and him both go.
I wanted to sit down with him and be like, yo, bro,
I got invited to your ex's birthday. I'm not going
there to like, you know, talk crap about you, or
to do anything like bad to you. It's just more
that I respect her still and she was there for me.
I'm gonna beat it for her birthday. He finds out
about it, and that's when all this ensued. I didn't

(21:05):
even get a chance to, like, you know, speak my
case when I just got all these messages and screenshots brings.

Speaker 7 (21:12):
It to I'm sorry that was that's his girl, like y'all,
y'all wasn't cold before. So why are you going to
hang out with the ex when you're not with the
boyfriend and.

Speaker 2 (21:22):
Tim you're using the verbiage we reconnected? Does that with
your penis because like.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
We need no no no no no no no no
no no no no no no no no. All right, Yes,
what I did was a bit, you know, messed up.
And I can hold wholeheartedly say that I'm not innocent
in this, but I would never do that. I'm not
that much.

Speaker 3 (21:41):
Well, you know we had it.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
We hadn't go there, Okay, so you didn't pay him rent,
You didn't pay him rent, and then you no.

Speaker 1 (21:47):
No no no no no no no no no no.
It just wasn't done the way that she wanted it
to be done. That's what it was.

Speaker 3 (21:56):
What way is that.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
It was?

Speaker 1 (22:00):
And he thinks that because he found the apartment even
though me and the other roommates, so there's three of us,
even though we all signed separate leases. He thinks that
because he found the apartment that it's his way or
the highway. He has to do it. It has to be
done on his time when he wants it done to
stay that professionalism and all that stuff. And I'm like, dude, like,
if I want to pay rent a few hours after

(22:21):
or before you, I can do that. Like I'm also
on the lease. It's not going to change any thing. Yeah,
that's where that argument went.

Speaker 7 (22:30):
So just because a few days before, an hour after
you went and I became friends with his girl went
to her.

Speaker 4 (22:35):
Birthday party with another dud together. That's that was a stretch. Bro.

Speaker 1 (22:44):
You're missing You're missing a main You're missing a very
main key in central part. Tell me he assaulted me.

Speaker 7 (22:51):
That's the part my bad so because of rent and
then he whooped it over it. And now you went
and became friends with this girl and took another dude
to the birthday.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
Did you guys mess up anything?

Speaker 1 (23:03):
He didn't whoop anything. Destly like he pushed me. I
pushed him back. He went to go and like grab
my shirt, ripped my shirt. I like jabbed him in
the throat and then our oat.

Speaker 3 (23:13):
It to him.

Speaker 4 (23:16):
A few hours late, he ripped your shirt. You went
and became.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
Now he's assaulting me. Now he's assaulting me verbally.

Speaker 2 (23:24):
All right, Tim came, it's okay, all right, Well either way,
what happened here is to the end of it, your
your your best friendless however, things are looking up for you.

Speaker 3 (23:37):
Things are on the up and apple good.

Speaker 1 (23:40):
That's from everything else.

Speaker 6 (23:42):
I'm friends with the ex bro hang up on this, ok.

Speaker 3 (23:51):
You guys and the foul list.

Speaker 4 (23:52):
You can't do that.

Speaker 7 (23:53):
I don't care what that's get back right, That's that's
I'm gonna be friends and then and then to be
passive aggressive and be like, oh you know, I'm going
to the birthday party.

Speaker 4 (24:03):
Wait, but nothing's.

Speaker 2 (24:05):
Gonnatop because the way he worded it like he just
randomly hit him up nineteen times. No, he hit you
up nineteen times because you were with his ex girlfriend.

Speaker 5 (24:12):
And you also are looking for sympathy by trying to
say that he passed away to.

Speaker 2 (24:17):
Live said well, yeah, because he's he's like, hey, Ashley,
it's Tim.

Speaker 4 (24:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (24:23):
No, things haven't been good for me.

Speaker 2 (24:25):
I lost my best friend me and Santi looks at
you like, damn his best friend's dead. No, no, not
all right, and by the way, he said his friend
assaulted him, but yet he throat chopped him.

Speaker 3 (24:35):
God damn it.

Speaker 4 (24:39):
Day and the jam In.

Speaker 7 (24:40):
Morning Show with d J Foreign and Saut Morning Cousin's
number one for hip hop jamm In ninety four or five.

Speaker 3 (24:49):
Hi everybody, good morning.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
So we had to just pull an audible here because
speaking of things that we missed, I hit Foreign last
and I was like, what is this?

Speaker 3 (25:02):
We finally.

Speaker 2 (25:04):
Found out that Bobby Altoff didn't, in fact quit podcasting.
She started a whole new podcast called Not This Again, which,
by the way, we could have surmised her little rip
to my old podcast, I'm throwing a funeral to it.

Speaker 3 (25:19):
It kind of seemed like a rolla. I actually think
we may have said that at the time.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
Anyways, she throws out a teaser trailer for her new podcast,
and who is her guest none other than Drake. Now,
if you remember say what you want to Drake put
her on. Yeah, she was a nobody really, I mean,
she had a couple funny things with Funny Marco and
she was somebody, but she was really somebody after the

(25:46):
Drake podcast. And if you forget that that was him
and her laid up in a bed, chatting it up,
being very flirty.

Speaker 3 (25:55):
Numbers went crazy on that podcast.

Speaker 2 (25:58):
I mean they were breaking record for the numbers on
that podcast, and then all of.

Speaker 3 (26:03):
A sudden.

Speaker 2 (26:05):
Gone taken down, never to be seen again. You may
have been able to catch little snippets of it gone
the internet does it slew thing finds out that Bobby
and Drake have blocked each other on social media, they
unfollow And now, if you were recalled during that podcast,

(26:26):
there was something between them.

Speaker 6 (26:27):
Absolutely, it was flirty.

Speaker 3 (26:29):
It was fun.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
Drake's an actors, so there could have been a little
bit of that there. But they had something, and Bobby
was married at the time, and the rumors went crazy.
People were saying that they hooked up and that's why
Bobby alltof got herself of the.

Speaker 5 (26:44):
Divorce, and watching that podcast, you can see that they
definitely had chemistry, so it was easy to believe that too.

Speaker 3 (26:50):
For sure. I mean, crazy rumors came out of it.

Speaker 2 (26:53):
It got so bad that they were saying Drake had
banned her from certain restaurants, she couldn't get into certain
clubs because of him.

Speaker 3 (27:00):
Rumors were nuts.

Speaker 2 (27:02):
So now all of a sudden, she does a teaser
trailer for her new podcast called Not This Again, And
there she is with Drake walking towards another bed to
lay in to do a new podcast. We did not
know when it was going to drop. I was going
to grab breakfast, I come in. I'm like four in son.

Speaker 3 (27:21):
It happened.

Speaker 2 (27:22):
Bobby all Tough just dropped her brand new podcast with
Drake but minutes ago. So obviously we had to get
you guys some clips keep you, you know, updated on
what's going on. I think the question we all care
about the most important what happened between Drake and Bobby.

Speaker 9 (27:44):
Probably because it'll make more sense why I was so
scared to Yeah at the first show, I'm just gonna
I'm giving my version.

Speaker 4 (27:51):
Okay, go ahead, I'll take a sip.

Speaker 9 (27:52):
Then take so many SIPs. At the first show, before it,
we got a little little argument, little tiff, little back
and forth, a text message.

Speaker 4 (28:05):
I was being a little chippy, yeah, And.

Speaker 9 (28:08):
I felt like, then you you wanted me to come
to your show. You were like, come to the show
when I'm in LA. So I was like, okay, because
I care about you, Yeah, but I want And then
I think because of our communication before that, because we
weren't really on the best of terms when I went,
because we kind of had that little back and forth.
I felt like you were mad.

Speaker 3 (28:25):
At me there.

Speaker 9 (28:26):
I sent you a nice little message while you were
still on stage and I left early, and I was
like you basically I was it was not a nice message.

Speaker 1 (28:33):
And then you I was like, like four songs from
the finale.

Speaker 9 (28:36):
I didn't think you had your phone. I didn't know
you would see it. I thought it would be something
you'd see later on you text me.

Speaker 3 (28:43):
I swear I.

Speaker 9 (28:44):
Could still hear you when you were There was a
message on my phone from you, and it was long.

Speaker 3 (28:48):
I was like, you saw your phone, and then you
saw my phone.

Speaker 9 (28:50):
And then within twenty minutes, I'm blocked on text, Instagram,
everywhere in the interview has to be nice. It wasn't,
and I'm not agreeing with thought.

Speaker 10 (29:01):
You made me feel like our interview was the reason
that your life was bad.

Speaker 4 (29:05):
And then I just said, well, I'm going to get
rid of the interview.

Speaker 10 (29:07):
Then then you know, ever have to see it ever
again a dance and I.

Speaker 9 (29:10):
Said, and I said great, and I just deleted it immediately,
and people were like, why didn't you archive it? I
was like, I don't ever want to see that again.
It's gone.

Speaker 3 (29:19):
I still don't feel like we got an answer.

Speaker 2 (29:21):
In fact, I have more questions now that to me,
I mean the fact that she could send him a
text in the middle of his show and he looks
at it and it bothered him so much.

Speaker 3 (29:31):
Though, that does lead me to believe there was something
going on between the two of them.

Speaker 7 (29:35):
Well, she said in the beginning that they had there
was a back and forth between them before the show,
whether that had to do with the podcast or maybe
the rollout of the podcast or whatever it was. And
then Drake was like, you know what, come out to
my show. She was like, I'm coming out to the show.
She came out and felt like he was giving her
bad energy still so her she was just like, you

(29:56):
know what, middle finger to you. Whatever she said to
him and dipped, thinking he's Drake, and Drake says, I
had a break in my show. If you remember the
Drake and twenty one Savage show, before he brings twenty
one a Savage back on, he disappears, twenty one Savage
comes on stage, there's a good maybe fifteen minutes, and
then he pops back out with him. So he said

(30:16):
he's on the stage. He happens to see his phone,
goes on his phone, looks at his phone, sees the
message from her, and he has the time. He goes
off messages on the thing goes off on her and
he's like, yo, you ain't you know you're basically you're
dead to me. And so was that interview now she
playing tip for tap, being like, oh, you're not going
to block my interview, I'm gonna do it, and she
deleted it.

Speaker 3 (30:35):
But it just feels like there's something there, like.

Speaker 7 (30:39):
That there's something beforehand. Again I think, I mean, yes,
you don't do that, just somebody.

Speaker 4 (30:45):
That you get.

Speaker 7 (30:45):
They connected, They connected the way they talk about it,
and they keep talking about this, but the way they connected,
like even she says she was like, Yo, when I
met you, I didn't think you were going to be
so cool, and like I could see us being friends
and he was like, yeah, same thing with me, you
know what I mean? I thought you was mad cool,
he was mad chill. And and then again they don't
discuss what the beef was over. I wish they would
just say what.

Speaker 2 (31:05):
Which is again leading me to believe that something because
just say it.

Speaker 5 (31:09):
Like, and also, who fights with somebody they haven't hooked
up with like this though, right, like.

Speaker 7 (31:13):
Maybe maybe or maybe she thought maybe he's a flirt, right,
for sure, he's a flirt, and thought she had a chance. Yes,
he I am small timer, just landed the biggest artists
in the world, and I think I got a chance
with him, and he's not treating me right and he's
maybe flirty, flirty a little bit. She's going through and
she says this in the beginning of the interview. You

(31:34):
you came into my life when I was kind of
going through something, so might lend to what y'all was saying.
Maybe there's a little something something there. Yeah, not that,
not that I'm saying loud. It sounds kind of boyfriend.

Speaker 2 (31:50):
Remember, remember she does this interview, she's laying in bed
with like you were saying, the biggest artist, one of
the biggest artists in the world, and there's already rumors
that her and her husband aren't doing well. And then
that interview drops, it goes and she gets this divorce.

Speaker 3 (32:07):
Why did you guys they.

Speaker 7 (32:09):
Already the way she put it is that they were
ready in turmoil before this interview came.

Speaker 3 (32:13):
Fine, but then, but then, and that's.

Speaker 4 (32:15):
Just added fuel to the fire.

Speaker 2 (32:16):
And even in this interview, because Forn and I kind
of split it up for and was watching at the beginning.
I've been watching since the middle part of it. They
have something, yes, I haven't kind of over my shoulder,
there's something between them, and like they have this connection
and is it now friendly? Maybe? But he he makes jokes, oh,
you got a boyfriend now, like he's flirting with her,
like even and she's like, this is You're not supposed

(32:37):
to be asking me questions like do you want to
get married?

Speaker 3 (32:40):
What kind of girl do you like?

Speaker 2 (32:41):
Drake's doing his to be honest, he's being silly with her,
and I think that's the part.

Speaker 7 (32:46):
That's like, and she was going through something with the
boyfriend and maybe the boy you know again, you're not
She wasn't big, nobody knew her.

Speaker 4 (32:53):
I don't even think a couple of subscribe like she.

Speaker 3 (32:56):
Was a you had like three viral clips with funny Marco.

Speaker 4 (33:00):
That's what I read. That was it.

Speaker 7 (33:01):
So now here you are with Drake, your husband, don't
like whatever y'all going through.

Speaker 4 (33:05):
What better way to make a man jealous?

Speaker 7 (33:07):
You're vulnerable and not even standing next to Drake, and
and Drake is actually giving you vibes.

Speaker 2 (33:12):
Wait and no, not, You're laying in bed with him.
You're living out every girl's fantasy here. You're laying in
bed and you're getting the interview that like big time
people that do that as.

Speaker 3 (33:24):
A lip for a living can't get.

Speaker 2 (33:26):
And you get this interview and you're laying in bed
with him and you're He's he clearly saw her on
the Funny Marco podcast and was like, she has something
I'm gonna because there's just no like it doesn't.

Speaker 3 (33:37):
So anyways, in my half, oh, you have another clip
for him? What is this other clip?

Speaker 1 (33:41):
Now?

Speaker 7 (33:41):
This is the part that you were talking about in
your half? What he talks about his type of girl.

Speaker 3 (33:44):
Yeah, which, by the way, this is gonna this is
gonna really upset some ladies.

Speaker 9 (33:48):
What's what's a your type?

Speaker 10 (33:50):
I don't know if the world is ready to accept,
like what what I.

Speaker 4 (33:55):
Feel is like my dream?

Speaker 10 (33:58):
Yeah, well isn't my partner because I feel like there
it's like tweaked out, like goth kind of like tat
it all over your type.

Speaker 9 (34:06):
Have you ever been been with anyone like that? Really?

Speaker 8 (34:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (34:10):
Where do you.

Speaker 3 (34:11):
Find them like comic con kah, I wish you would
give me real answers.

Speaker 4 (34:15):
I really, I.

Speaker 10 (34:17):
Really feel like I used to end up with like
a goths batty with just that's absolute.

Speaker 9 (34:25):
Towards you want a goth batty with big boobs. That's
what your type is.

Speaker 4 (34:30):
Yeah, also funny, a.

Speaker 9 (34:33):
Funny goth batty with big boobs.

Speaker 6 (34:37):
Guys.

Speaker 1 (34:37):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (34:38):
She goes on to be like, show me a photo.
Do you have a photo?

Speaker 2 (34:41):
And he pulls out his phone and shows her and
you can see she's like taken aback, like he had
a picture.

Speaker 3 (34:45):
Of a goth batty.

Speaker 2 (34:46):
I guess that's to do with big boob and he no,
he said I actually did a podcast with her before,
and I like this is what I like. Hey, later
on in the podcast around like the sixty minute mark,
if you guys want to go list and later this
is for you. For him, she straight up says to
him are your abs real?

Speaker 3 (35:07):
Or did you get work done? And he's like he
He kind of like.

Speaker 2 (35:11):
Looks at her and goes, you've been You've been waiting
to ask that, and she's like, I'm serious, Like how
often do you work out?

Speaker 3 (35:15):
Like did you did you get your apps done?

Speaker 2 (35:18):
Did you get a procedure And he's like, well, listen,
a lot of people get that procedure. And she's like, okay,
but did you get that procedure and he's like, no, like,
you know, and I posted that photo I had it
on and he what's the app that all the celebs
use face tune? Or he said something about face tune
but that he he. I don't know if he like

(35:38):
actually said I used it, but he's like, you know,
I put it up and then it was like there
was I was in with face tuned.

Speaker 6 (35:43):
And tightening up a bit, but he he he.

Speaker 4 (35:46):
So he's trying to tell us that he doesn't.

Speaker 7 (35:50):
Know how I know he's lying and that he got
that me and Sante correct that he did have a
BBL in his stomach because the first thing he says
is a lot of people do this.

Speaker 3 (35:58):
Yes, why I know, I thought that was I thought
that's not just so.

Speaker 4 (36:02):
Easy, bro, I be in the gym.

Speaker 3 (36:05):
You're right. He wanted to make it clear like who
cares if I did? Everybody does it. That's what I did. Well,
he also brought that up for it.

Speaker 2 (36:14):
He goes, yeah, it doesn't don't doesn't everybody say that
I got a BdL two. He goes, did you notice
my trunk when I walked in? And she's like, I wasn't,
And she's like, I wasn't looking at your body and they.

Speaker 7 (36:24):
Had The chemistry is good there, it is. They have
a good chemistry. Whether it's sexual or whatever. They have
a really dope chemistry. You can see playoff on screen.
I mean even walking out to the which is a
massive room. I don't know what hotel or what bedroom
they went.

Speaker 3 (36:37):
Where they are.

Speaker 4 (36:38):
That thing looked like a warehouse with a massive bed
in it.

Speaker 3 (36:40):
He said.

Speaker 2 (36:40):
It's a it's an extremely popular wedding venue overseas.

Speaker 7 (36:43):
Okay, And then he's walking hand in hand like she
like like they walking down the top vibe, you know
what I mean?

Speaker 4 (36:49):
Again, it was it business?

Speaker 7 (36:51):
Was it her in a vulnerable state, like Songsy was saying,
And he's about to be you know, she's about to
be divulced. She's going through it. I just landed the
most handsome, you know, biggest artists in the world. Eat
my shorts, Helby and Hubby's like, oh my god, so
this is what you're doing now. You are a horror
for being in the bed, you know, and that whole
thing plays out. She's like, nah, I'm on top of
my game right now.

Speaker 4 (37:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (37:08):
For her to be able to talk to Drake any
old kind of way and you miss nobody. Yeah, their
relationship was a little deep.

Speaker 2 (37:15):
You cannot convince me that they haven't hooked up as
you cannot convince sex.

Speaker 6 (37:22):
Absolutely No.

Speaker 3 (37:23):
Drake reminds me of like a makeout queen. I don't know.
I don't even know if it was sex. Maybe they
made out, maybe they cuddled again, they don't know, but something.

Speaker 5 (37:31):
It gives a feeling like me, they've had something in
the past. I don't want to call it like an affair,
but I've come across many people who had affairs. They
have a certain thing about them where like they're they
have the secret between them, and that's building off their
whole entire chemistry. That's what it's given me there.

Speaker 3 (37:44):
Like honestly, her new boyfriend.

Speaker 6 (37:46):
I'm like, yeah, I'm done with it.

Speaker 2 (37:50):
There's much more and I will make sure for three
things you need to know. We are ready to go tomorrow.
But I just wanted to get this to you immediately
because let's be honest, this is gonna be all day.

Speaker 3 (37:59):
And I really think.

Speaker 2 (38:01):
Drake's gonna get made fun of for this because he's
not serious that he's being silly the whole thing like that.

Speaker 3 (38:07):
He doesn't highly straight up answer.

Speaker 7 (38:09):
The beginning you saw the second half. The beginning half
he does get serious. Okay, beginning half he is, this
is like silliness, but he talked, but he tells everything
that we already know. Drake is sensitive. He admits it.
He's like, I'm a sensitive dude. I always feel like
I'm doing right by people, and then when somebody feels
like the right that I'm doing is a negative impact
on their life, like she did, He's like, that's when

(38:31):
I cut people off. It happens to me. Music, it
happens to me and all these things. And he's like,
I'm just hyper sensitive about that. Other than that, I'm
cool because I feel like I do everything with their
good conscience.

Speaker 2 (38:40):
You know. Yeah, well listen, tomorrow, we will make sure
that we have everything and anything. Yeah, Abs, I just
ask that when you to see me, to start my
sleeves look the other way.
