I'm sitting next to Timothy Champaway.

Speaker 3 (00:17):
He's wearing his sunglasses.

Speaker 4 (00:18):
I go, hey Timmy, Hey, tim I'll see you Monday night.

Speaker 5 (00:23):
Because they forgot about the heartbeat of this city, about
the heart beat of this team. They forgot about the
eighteen World Championship.

Speaker 3 (00:30):
They forgot that the New.

Speaker 5 (00:31):
York Knicks haven't won a series that mattered in thirty years.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Thursday, May fifteen, that was Dave Portnoy and you can't
count us out.

Speaker 4 (00:38):
I told you guys.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
I didn't bet the game, but I knew they were
gonna win last night, no JT. But they made it
happen at the guard in one twenty seven one oh two.
I just really feel like Jalen Brown was taking all
this chatter personally, and I love to see it. I
think he was like, well, wait a second, you're not
You're not gonna count us out.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
I appreciate the fans.

Speaker 6 (00:58):
I showed up tonight.

Speaker 5 (01:00):
You know.

Speaker 6 (01:00):
It was a great atmosphere. It was loud, you know,
and uh, I know it's easy to kind of write
things off, but we still got basketball to be played, right,
you know. I believe in his group, so you know,
don't count us out just yet.

Speaker 4 (01:12):
JB looked good out there. You look like a leader.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
Luke Cornett putting on a defensive show, seven blocks, played
out of his mind. And Derek White, Honey, god, that's
there's no there's a few.

Speaker 4 (01:22):
I guess we could put in the top five.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
But what a feeling it is, you guys, when you
could be turned with your back to that hoop and
you just know that ball's going in.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
That was Derek White in that first quarter.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
Couldn't miss, couldn't miss it.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
Miss You didn't see it, but he could not miss.

Speaker 7 (01:37):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (01:37):
You know who did see it?

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Though?

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Timmy Chella may like Dave Bournoyd just said, had his
sunglasses on and his Tims sat in court side, had
to watch his knicks lose.

Speaker 4 (01:47):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
I love it.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
This managed traveling.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
He may be right now one of the biggest actors
there is, but he just loves his knicks, and he
goes everywhere. He's out and about in New York City,
walking around with Kylie Jenner in the park, like he's
not worth millions and millions of dollars.

Speaker 4 (02:01):
So I love them.

Speaker 8 (02:02):
Do you think they roll out the red carpet for him?
Or he just shows up as a guy. Obviously there's
certain protocols you gotta take for him. But do you
think like they just roll out the red carpet and
private entrance and all these things, so he just wants.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
To be treated like, no, like I know the entrance
where the selebs come in and.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
No, Well, that's what you're saying.

Speaker 4 (02:19):
I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
I know.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
I said, I know where it is. I can see
because I have eyes balls, I'm.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
Not belonging, I can see anybody.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
If you sit.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
This, if you sit side, you have access to this
thing called the court Side Club. And at the court
Side Club you can see where like these people would
be brought in and out.

Speaker 4 (02:41):
And Okay, that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Have you been to that club many times? Okay, so
that's my whole point.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Of course, they got nizza, they got free food at
the inn there, and at halftime, they do pizza, candy bar.
It's half the reason I go. It's unbelievable, Like there's
no better atmosphere than the Old Court, like especially when
they're winning. Now, it's a really good time. Game six
is tomorrow night. It's an eight pm tip in New York.
I love it because it's a Friday night and they

(03:08):
gave us a heartbeat. It will be the odds are
against them. Let's just call it what it is. The
odds are against them, backs against the wall, but they're
fighters and JB is leading the troops and I love it.
Tomorrow nights, Game six tip, eight pm in New York.

Speaker 4 (03:23):
Let's stay in New York.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
Let's go to the Diddy trial. Unfortunately, you know, Cassie
on the stand for this one has just been it's sad.
I really don't like. It makes me sad. And every
day when the court starts and begins and we start
hearing these stories and and you know, articles are coming
out about things she's saying, it just it hurts my

(03:45):
soul because you know, she's she's married now and she
has kids, and she's a mom, and she's also pregnant,
like about to pop pregnant, and your emotions aren't your
own when you're like that, and to think she has
to relive all of this is just how horrifying in
front of Ditty and his entire family. A few things
that stood out to me yesterday. She talked about she

(04:06):
couldn't even count the amount of freak offs that she's
been to.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
She said hundreds.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
She said she would get such bad UTIs and sores
all over her mouth that it got to the point
where antibiotics didn't even work for her. Her body like
refuse them, so she would just take drugs and opiates
to get by because her life turned into freak off.
I can't move my body, I'm dehydrated.

Speaker 4 (04:27):
She said.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
He would have ivs ready for her as soon as
they were over to kind of get hurt.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
It's crazy.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
That is abuse on a level like you can't even imagine.
And again she did it because she thought he loves me.
This is love, like I have to do this to
make sure he doesn't love anybody else.

Speaker 8 (04:45):
Anytime he found out that she even had an inkling
of talking to anybody else, she was on him. She
was threatening whoever that was case in point, Kate Cutty
got threatened and all that his car got blown up.
She even said, in the beginning of the relationship, this
was the wild podsn She said that she would fight
back whenever he would hit her, she would fight back,
But then she quickly realized that anytime I fight back,

(05:07):
it only gets worse, right, So now she said, I
just basically, she just said, I just let him beat
me and then all hit me, and then I just
you know, we moved on with our life.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
Which is crazy.

Speaker 4 (05:16):
For ten years, she went.

Speaker 8 (05:19):
To work, whether it was movie premiers or things like this,
would like literally right backstage. I think they had gone
to Jamaica something and she was about to come out
on stage and he hit over the eyes. She had
a gash on her eyes. She had to wear glasses.
There was another time he abused her and she was
like moments away from touching a red carpet at an
event somewhere. I don't know if she said if she
went or not. It was just these these things, but

(05:40):
when you see them walk out and take pictures, all
smiles everybody. Yet, which come to think that just two
seconds ago behind that curtain, y'all would like just riff it.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
The famous video we watched of did he just beating
her on the ground when she was defenseless. They had
an event later that evening that she went to all smiles.

Speaker 3 (05:58):
And imagine the pain it takes even just be there
with him and you've got a Frankie, Yeah that's the who.

Speaker 8 (06:04):
But that will do something to you mentally, Like I
got it because she was worried about him.

Speaker 4 (06:08):
She was worried about protecting him.

Speaker 8 (06:09):
And they looked happy, Like anytime aside from this, anytime
you'd have told me yo, Cassie and them a happy
even broke up for whatever reason, but they looked like
they were in love. And to think that just moments
before they walked in front of those cameras there was
like abuse going on is wild.

Speaker 4 (06:24):
To think, Carrie.

Speaker 2 (06:25):
I remember the day that we found out that did
he settled with Cassie on you know, her book, and
basically Cassie was like, I'm going to publish this book
unless you give me X amount of money.

Speaker 4 (06:37):
We didn't know what the money was, but I remember
us three being.

Speaker 2 (06:39):
Like, it's got to be crazy because he settled in
less than twenty four hours.

Speaker 4 (06:44):
That is how much this man did not want the
book to hit the shelves. Duh.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
Now that we're learning about what her life was while
being with him, it makes sense. She asked for thirty million,
he gave her twenty.

Speaker 3 (06:56):
She deserves more than that, dude.

Speaker 2 (06:58):
Yeah, Like there's no I don't even think can put
him onitary value on it. But she took it and
she's still able to get on the stand and tell
her story. She also detailed, you know, an incident between
the two when you know, she.

Speaker 4 (07:11):
Says, did he raped her?

Speaker 2 (07:12):
And they asked, okay, well after that, did you ever
have consensual sex with him?

Speaker 4 (07:16):
And she said, yes, I did you know?

Speaker 2 (07:17):
And they said why and she said ten years because
of the relationship for ten years. You know, you can't
imagine what it would feel like to be abused in
that sort of way and your mind just manipulated.

Speaker 4 (07:29):
It's it's crazy.

Speaker 2 (07:30):
So today we'll begin the cross examination for Cassie. And
you know, FI and I were kind of going back
and forth about how the defense is going to spin this,
what are they going to say? And I think it's
a two part. I think they could say, well, you know,
she did these things willingly. That's the thing the first
part that they might try to push. But I also
think they're going to really concentrate on. Okay, you've detailed

(07:51):
that he's abusive. We know that, we've saw that because
that was part of their opening statements. We're not taking
that away. What he did in this video is monstrous.
But what we need to get to are these go
charges and what what have you proved to us about that?

Speaker 4 (08:03):
Who knows? We will see just.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
Expecting more videos. I'll be honest with you.

Speaker 4 (08:06):
There are there. They did see videos the jury. The
jury was shown videos.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
That's right only to the jury, only to.

Speaker 5 (08:14):
The dress.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
Allegedly of parts from the freak offs and emails between
Diddy and Cassie.

Speaker 4 (08:22):
The jury was shown videos.

Speaker 8 (08:24):
Yeah, she said. She said that he had taken videos
of her on his device. She had asked him to
delete it. He said he did, but then turned around
and was like, yeah, I never deleted. And he would
her and threaten and be like if you do something
black million.

Speaker 4 (08:39):
All right.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
And in Denham during the Karen Reid re trial yesterday,
we saw a forensic analyst who confirmed that she found
parts of glass and a piece of John O'Keeffe's hair
on the tail light of the infamous Lexus. Now, obviously
that was a prosecution up there, and then when defense
hopped up said, well, how could this car drive around

(09:01):
for forever and that piece of hair stick to it?

Speaker 4 (09:03):
Welson, we knew this was coming. This happened in the
first child.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
I think the big standout for me yesterday was John
O'Keefe's niece that was on the stand. She's in her age,
so we couldn't see it, but the transcript has come out,
and you know, she talked in length about their relationship
and just kind of said, for lack of better words,
it wasn't great.

Speaker 4 (09:21):
It was kind of trash there at the end.

Speaker 2 (09:24):
She can recall a moment where they were going back
and forth and John O'Keefe was like, it's fizzled out,
like it's done Karen, and Karen was like, it's not
done and kind of followed him up to his bedroom.
A separate time, she notes that John, I guess, had
left the house. She didn't even know, but she heard
Karen get on the phone and say come back. Your
niece and nephew wants you to come back, like you
can't do this to them, and she's, you know, she's like,

(09:45):
I didn't at that point know that he had even left,
So it certainly seems like Karen would use the kids
to kind of you know, everybody in an argument has
the one thing they know they can go to, Like
for me, it's like, okay, well your mommy doesn't know everything,
you know what I mean, that's my go to line
because it's like, dude, stop stopped the mom stuck, Yes,

(10:10):
get off the teat. But anyways, we all got that
one thing. And it certainly is even with her voicemails
that she was leaving. You know, she threatened with the kids,
and I think that's how she would kind of try
to get to him. But again standing out to me,
the niece said she said multiple times, could I have
hit him? Maybe I hit him? What could have happened?

(10:31):
Because remember the niece was the first person to come
in contact with Karen Reid when she got home from
the house, and she woke up and said that John
never showed up. And she was still saying that even
to the niece. And that is when she told the
niece called Jen McCabe and and you know.

Speaker 4 (10:45):
I said it earlier.

Speaker 2 (10:45):
There was a video of a girl and she's like, listen,
I don't know anything, but Karen Reid keeps saying I
dropped him and he went in the house.

Speaker 4 (10:53):
I saw him go in the house. So then why
is her brain telling her to say, did I hit him?
If you saw him go in the house.

Speaker 3 (11:00):
I keep going back. I wish they would have just
broken up. This relationship was disastrous. They would have broken up,
John would still be alive.

Speaker 4 (11:08):
Yeah, I guess there's a chance you could.

Speaker 3 (11:09):
Yeah, you could argue like, yes, maybe he would have
still gone to the butterfly effect or something like that exactly.
But them together pulling up to the house was a
crush of the whole thing.

Speaker 4 (11:18):
Not good.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
All right, there's three things you need to know for Thursday,
May fifteenth. Let's do round two of those Boston Calling tickets,
especially because our phones are working. Six one seven nine
three one one nine four five t Pain Public Enemy,
tlc Avril Levine, Dave Matthews, mannon hopefully you sixty one
seven nine three one one nine four five collars twenty
five for going to the Boston Calling Festival. Stephanie and

(11:41):
Lynn is our winner for the Boston Calling Music Festival.
We will do that again at seven twenty and eight twenty.
This is my last day of doing this I'm shutting
this down after this. Shout outs are for the end
of the show. However, I did have a mom just
write me and she's like, please, can you give a
shout out to my son Zaniel. She said it means
Angel of Mondays and he in fact is not. He's

(12:02):
a red headed, full Puerto Rican, very spicy child. So
happy birthday.

Speaker 4 (12:06):
It is Nanniel. I like that name, right head, So
she said.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
He's a red headed, full Puerto Rican child. And I
didn't get his age, but it is Daniel's big day
and his mom loves him a lot, so she wanted
to make sure I gave him a shout out.

Speaker 4 (12:19):
We're gonna do something weird and different here.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
We don't ever usually do the check in back to back,
but the phones weren't working, so we haven't really been
able to hear anybody.

Speaker 4 (12:27):
We've been just hearing from the talkback. So we'll do
it like this.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
If you tried to call for the check in, or
you want to call right now six one seven nine
three one one nine four five that is six one
seven nine three one one nine four five, call me.

Speaker 4 (12:41):
We're talking about anything you want, you your life, your world.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
You can coment on things we've talked about thus far,
or just call and check in only on JAM ninety
four five to one Dadly.

Speaker 1 (12:50):
And the jam In Morning Show with DJ four and
it's saw Tig Warning Bustin's number one for hip hop
jam in ninety four five.

Speaker 4 (13:03):
Okay, I take it back.

Speaker 2 (13:05):
Maybe I will do another shout out or two because
Daniel's mom just sent me the video of him hearing
the shout out and that was the cutest thing I've
seen all day. I don't even like kids like that,
and that was the cutest thing. Yeah, I like my
own back of that.

Speaker 4 (13:18):
Zaniel. You're a cutie, buddy. You are a q ting.

Speaker 2 (13:21):
All right, we're checking in. Chris is in Charleston. Chris,
thank you. I was really hoping we got one call
like this. So many people were counting the Celts out,
including Santi. Santi was on too, like twenty eighty five
with the Celtics. You want to just give some love
to Jalen Brown and he deserves.

Speaker 5 (13:39):
It first of all. Charles town shout out Towny. But
you know we got the reign in Eastern Conference. You know,
Finals player, you know we got the Finals Player of
the Year. I'm trying to thank you who you remind
me of last He looked like you know, Ashley in
a Northeastern Husky's uniform last night, diving across the bench
shout out, JB.

Speaker 2 (13:58):
That's right, Chris, that's right, Chris. I didn't want to
say it, but I like the comparison. No, listen, I
think he I think he took offense, like I said
to some of this narrative of you know, this season's over,
it's over, and he's like, wait a second, I'm Jalen Brown,
Like what do you mean.

Speaker 4 (14:11):
I can carry this team?

Speaker 1 (14:12):
And uh?

Speaker 4 (14:13):
He did? They put it on a show last night.

Speaker 3 (14:14):
Can they do it?

Speaker 4 (14:15):
Chris? Can they?

Speaker 3 (14:16):
Will?

Speaker 2 (14:16):
We be chatting on Monday for a game seven?

Speaker 5 (14:20):
Well, we got to go to the fake you know,
back to the fake God and MSG. We'll be back
in the real gud into game seven and you know what,
it will be nice if maybe you know Nanzi, you
know the you know, the germ and cruise there in
attendance just to see that win.

Speaker 7 (14:30):
What do you think?

Speaker 3 (14:32):
But our ticket plug doesn't go to games anymore.

Speaker 4 (14:36):
Thank you for the call, Chris. I don't. I will
be back like I'll be back in my Celtics era.
It's just not.

Speaker 3 (14:42):
But then also priority list, you have other people like
who you who you would bring to the game before us,
which is a whole other thing too.

Speaker 7 (14:49):
Well.

Speaker 4 (14:49):
I like bringing my single girlies so they can, you know,
find love. That's all I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
Megan is in Weymouth wants to give a shout out
to her realtor because she closed on a home yesterday.
Foreign and I know all about that. Sanati does too,
but it was a little bit more recent for Foreign.
I it is stressful. So I'm so glad you got
a place to live. And she's so happy.

Speaker 4 (15:11):
She speaks us, Magan.

Speaker 3 (15:16):
Tough man.

Speaker 4 (15:17):
I'm so sick of her. All right, moving on, Megan
got a home. Good for her.

Speaker 3 (15:21):
I don't care.

Speaker 2 (15:21):
I don't care about her home anymore. I hope it
doesn't pass inspection. Ethan is in Boston. Hi Ethan, good morning.

Speaker 5 (15:28):
Good morning, happy birthday.

Speaker 7 (15:31):
Thank you very much.

Speaker 4 (15:32):
How old?

Speaker 7 (15:33):
Thirty eight?

Speaker 4 (15:34):
Thirty eight? You don't sound happy? You all right, let's sell,
let's sell.

Speaker 7 (15:39):
Un of work. I'll take it, okay, take a day
off of work.

Speaker 4 (15:41):
Oh good? What are we gonna do for the big
B Dayuh?

Speaker 7 (15:45):
Mariel tonight.

Speaker 4 (15:47):
Oh I thought Mariel closed down for a little bit.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
Not yet, Oh okay, because I think they're I don't
know what they're doing, but I read an article about
how Mariel's going to be shutting down and then they're
gonna Reva.

Speaker 4 (16:00):
Yeah what else? What else you got going on?

Speaker 7 (16:05):
Maybe trip to Miami this weekend?

Speaker 3 (16:07):
Miami?

Speaker 4 (16:08):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (16:09):
I never understand this. Foreign does it too. I'll be like, oh,
what are you doing this weekend? I'll be like Wednesday,
and He'll be like, I might go to Jamaica.

Speaker 4 (16:14):
It's like, what do you mean? What do you mean
you might go to Miami? It's Thursday? Like tomorrow is Friday?
Are you going to Miami or are you not?

Speaker 7 (16:23):
We'll see, Okay, it depends tonight, okay.

Speaker 4 (16:26):
Ethan, Well, listen, let me know tomorrow if if we're
going to Miami or not. I guess like in a
book a.

Speaker 2 (16:30):
Flight, All right, all right, come bye it or maybe
me and you have Satia night plan.

Speaker 4 (16:35):
But like I'm not kidding, is that not true?

Speaker 2 (16:38):
It'll literally be a Monday or Tuesday, and for will
be like, yeah, I might need Friday off.

Speaker 4 (16:42):
Oh for what might go to Jamaica.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
Who might go to Jamaica or might go to Florida,
which is wild.

Speaker 3 (16:48):
But to your point, tomorrow is the weekend.

Speaker 4 (16:50):
How well, it depends on how tonight goes. What's gonna
happen tonight.

Speaker 3 (16:53):
It does not sound happy.

Speaker 2 (16:54):
No, he's pissed that it's his birthday, all right. Six
one seven nine three one. That is six one seven
nine three one five.

Speaker 4 (17:05):
We're talking about anything you want, you, your life, your world.
Hit us up.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
The phones are back, thank god. Oh man, Hi guys,
good morning, happy to chat with you. We had at
drama this morning. The phones were down, and luckily for us,
they were down on Kiss one to Waight Side and
that's why they got fixed.

Speaker 4 (17:22):
So that's huge for everybody. That is massive for us.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
But since we didn't get to hear you from the
check in and they were all talkbacks, we're just doing
it right here.

Speaker 4 (17:31):
Zach is in Fall River. Hi, Zach, good morning, Hi,
good morning.

Speaker 3 (17:35):
How are you?

Speaker 4 (17:36):
How are you?

Speaker 7 (17:38):
I'm good. I just wanted to shout out my system
because she tried to win on the Kendrick mar tickets
for me or for us, and she didn't. But I
just wanted to give her a shout out one here.

Speaker 4 (17:49):
I was gonna be so excited for you. She tried
to win us tickets and she did. Damn. That's tough.

Speaker 2 (17:54):
Well, you know he's gone. But there's always next time,
another pair of tickets. Maybe maybe what about Boston Calling
Music Festival.

Speaker 4 (18:01):
She could shoot for those.

Speaker 7 (18:03):
Oh maybe, yeah, I'll have to hut her now.

Speaker 2 (18:05):
Yeah. We do it every morning at seven. Tell her
to get on it will all right.

Speaker 7 (18:11):
If you're watching, if you're listening.

Speaker 2 (18:14):
Hello, if you're listening, Hello, do something Zach, thanks for
the call.

Speaker 3 (18:22):
Okay, okay?

Speaker 4 (18:24):
Uh is it Davin Davin? Okay, Hi Davin.

Speaker 9 (18:29):
Hi, Yeah, it's Davin. I just wanted to shout out
to the city of Boston and we came together last
night and we did it for my man JT.

Speaker 5 (18:36):
Right.

Speaker 4 (18:37):
Not to be confused with Justin Timberlake, like my Instagram thought.

Speaker 9 (18:40):
But can I give a shameless plug?

Speaker 3 (18:45):
Sure?

Speaker 9 (18:46):
Yeah, follow the Instagram Davin underscore.

Speaker 3 (18:49):
Shikaitano easy spelling.

Speaker 9 (18:52):
Okay, yeah, that's a hard one.

Speaker 4 (18:54):
But what kind of content you got up there? What
are you pushing?

Speaker 9 (19:00):
I'm pushing just honestly, fire picks in myself.

Speaker 4 (19:03):
He's pushing fire pics of himself. What a cell? What
do you do for like money and life?

Speaker 9 (19:11):
I'm actually a social media content creator, but right now
I'm working for a media firm.

Speaker 2 (19:16):
Okay, well, Davin, thank you so much for the call.
It So, do you want him to spell Davin underscore?
Do you want to spell the last year?

Speaker 7 (19:23):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (19:24):
So it's it's d A D I N underscore S
I C C H I C N.

Speaker 7 (19:33):
Oh.

Speaker 9 (19:34):
It's a little hard.

Speaker 2 (19:37):
As I'm I don't work in social media, but as
just somebody who's around it.

Speaker 4 (19:41):
Change your handle to like at Davin.

Speaker 3 (19:43):
As you have to post more. Yeah, you have nine
posts in private.

Speaker 4 (19:48):
You're private after Davin goodbye, after all that.

Speaker 3 (19:52):
Yeah, and he's private with nine posts.

Speaker 4 (19:55):
Like we can't see your fire picks because you're private.

Speaker 3 (19:58):
Yeah. He sounds like a young kid, but he's learning.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
Do we have?

Speaker 3 (20:01):
Do we have?

Speaker 4 (20:01):
Can we very quickly Tryanne? Good morning?

Speaker 2 (20:06):
Good morning.

Speaker 4 (20:07):
I'm gonna let you go, honey, I'm gonna let you go.
Go ahead, tell.

Speaker 10 (20:12):
Him I survived my carnival crew.

Speaker 4 (20:17):
Okay, he lives to see another day.

Speaker 3 (20:19):
But you survived. Usually when people go on vacation, like
I had the most amazing time. I survived.

Speaker 11 (20:25):
You No, it was good. I had no complaints. Like
it's definitely like a young people crowd, like real party club.
Like I loved it. I honestly, I had no complaints.
The room was nice, that it was clean.

Speaker 3 (20:43):
It was clean.

Speaker 11 (20:43):
The food, the food, the food was good. But I
feel like for me, for some reason, every vacation I
go on once the first one or two days I do.

Speaker 3 (20:55):
I get the runs.

Speaker 10 (20:59):
It was kind of life.

Speaker 4 (21:00):
Could you please lie?

Speaker 3 (21:01):
Could you please?

Speaker 1 (21:02):
Like?

Speaker 5 (21:02):
Why are you calling me.

Speaker 4 (21:04):
Talking about the run?

Speaker 10 (21:06):
If you want to clear your system?

Speaker 3 (21:20):
And the jam In Morning Show with d J four
and it's Sad Morning.

Speaker 4 (21:24):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four five. Well, everybody,
good morning.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
I hate doing this because it's not on TMZ, but
it's on the Daily Mail. Shade Room has just posted
it looks like Chris Brown just got arrested.

Speaker 3 (21:47):
Crazy man Chris Brown.

Speaker 2 (21:50):
Chris Brown arrested in Manchester, England over alleged twenty twenty
three bottle attack. Thirty six year old was detained by
Met Police the Lowry Hotel suspicion of causing grievous bodily
harmed just after two am. The arrest him from an
incident that occurred in twenty twenty three in London. A
producer alleged that Brown struck him over the head with
a bottle before punching him and kicking him as he

(22:13):
lay on the floor.

Speaker 3 (22:15):
It seems like they were waiting for him to come back.
I also assume this was the first time he's been back.
If they did arrest him for that or show, I.

Speaker 2 (22:21):
Would think it's crazy because the comments section is this
is strange because he the last thing he one of
the last things he had posted was free toy, beeful
or nuts. I don't think there's I don't think that
two have anything to.

Speaker 4 (22:35):
Do with each other.

Speaker 2 (22:36):
I think he just finally came back to the country
and they were like, all right, we know where he
is and we can get him now.

Speaker 3 (22:40):
But maybe he'll pay the fine and bail and get
out because I assume he's on tour, right, Is that
why he's there?

Speaker 4 (22:46):
Yeah, I would think he's doing a show or something. Yeah, well, hey,
he is on tour. We know that because he's coming
a fun way.

Speaker 3 (22:52):
Just a quick warrant. They'll figure that out quickly. Chris Man,
It's too bad because like obviously, let me the circumstances
behind this one, like who knows. But if it wasn't,
if it wasn't for all these public things with him,
he could have been the biggest thing on the planet,
bigger than Michael, Bigger than I don't know if it
would have been bigger than Michael, but he would have
been like at that level right now, he would be

(23:14):
the right there.

Speaker 2 (23:14):
Yeah, if I had the talent, if I'm deleting everything
that he's done. And I just think about him performing
at one of our summer jams, like took my breath away.
I was just singing, like the dancing just all out
entertaining crazy.

Speaker 3 (23:29):
And there was one part when he was performing. He
was up there by himself without dancers and just had
the audience captivate.

Speaker 8 (23:34):
And he doesn't lip sync nothing. It's all like he's
dancing doing somersaults in the air while singing.

Speaker 3 (23:39):
There were girls here crying, crying who worked here? He
has a right?

Speaker 2 (23:44):
I mean, I still get messages about please please please
hook me up with Chris Brown tickets like yeah, I
mean he's sold out fun way. Yeah, It's just the
Rihanna stuff is as hard, like you can't it's slow left.

Speaker 3 (23:56):
Things started to die away though, like you know, you're
starting to seem win a war just in good light.

Speaker 2 (24:01):
I do know that those two have made amends, like, yeah,
they're good. She by the way, on another note, I
think we have a clip of it. She's I'm putting
this in air quotes because she's dropping a song tomorrow.
Not to tell your Thunderform because I'm sure you'll put
it in New Music Friday. But she's dropping a song.

(24:24):
I can't even say song, but she's dropping something for
the Smurfs. Well, we'll have the whole thing tomorrow. But
here's a clip. I don't know what she's saying right there,

(24:46):
but it's just that.

Speaker 3 (24:49):
On repeat, she's saying, girgamel, gargamel, get away from me,
man man.

Speaker 4 (25:00):
So yeah, I mean they're calling it a Rihanna song,
but I don't know.

Speaker 3 (25:03):
I guess if she's singing it is a song right right.

Speaker 10 (25:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (25:08):
But you know, I've seen her in the studio and
I was like, wo how But then I saw it
was for the Smurf I'm like, this isn't going to
be a real voice.

Speaker 3 (25:15):
Yeah, and the Smurf movie, I'm sure it's going to
entertain a certain group of people like kids, but it's
not going.

Speaker 2 (25:20):
To before And somebody that works in the building caught
me in Santi yesterday because we're walking and I.

Speaker 4 (25:28):
Go, what is the Smurfs about anyway?

Speaker 2 (25:31):
And so Santi trying to explain to me with the
smurf is, and the guy that works in the building goes,
are y'all talking about literally?

Speaker 7 (25:37):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (25:37):
Because I don't know. I don't know the storyline. I
know Gargamel is the bad guy.

Speaker 3 (25:42):
I couldn't tell you what the foundation is. But every
episode is basically them. They live in the earth and
Gargamel was trying to kill them. That's every episode. And yes,
and gnomes right in the kinder, Yes, but I think
they're smaller. I think they are mini right, And every
episode was them out smarting Gargamel and surviving like that
every episode, So every episode they're running for their life. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (26:03):
Yeah from Garden the Smurfs get no peace? Yeah, absolutely
no peace.

Speaker 3 (26:07):
I don't remember it being good. I remember just being
like one of these eighties things that was fine. It
had to be huge.

Speaker 4 (26:12):
Well, it was a TV show and now it's films and.

Speaker 3 (26:15):
Yet for kids. But looking back now, it's like yeah, stupid,
you know, then it was probably the best thing on TV.

Speaker 4 (26:22):
I mean, I still think I still love the Flintstones.
I think that's still cool.

Speaker 3 (26:26):
But at least the Flintstones you had more of a
practical feeling behind them, right, You weren't like these many
things living in the earth getting chased.

Speaker 4 (26:34):
Around by bedrock.

Speaker 3 (26:36):
Yeah, running running your car around every run in the store.
But you're trying to That's not more like makes more
sense than like the Smurf Family. It's more like, yeah,
what do you what do you say?

Speaker 4 (26:49):
Then, would be the best cartoon?

Speaker 3 (26:51):
Well, that's that's hard to ask. That's hard to ask
because that's what gear up.

Speaker 4 (26:55):
I've asked it.

Speaker 3 (26:56):
Okay, what is the question?

Speaker 4 (26:57):
What's the best cartoon of time, all aholl time of
all time.

Speaker 3 (27:01):
Most iconic bunny, what the bugs? Bunny? Looney Tunes? I
would probably says that, But then if and.

Speaker 4 (27:12):
But that the same thing is the road Runner Looney Tunes?
Because I remember that, Yes.

Speaker 3 (27:18):
Devil Tom and Jerry Mickey Mouse like like obviously, and
then we can go into the eighties g I Jo
Jason's Transformers, he Man, thunder Cats.

Speaker 4 (27:30):
Wow, Yeah, I still flint Stones is still up there.
That's Flintstones is Iconic Stones, Barney.

Speaker 3 (27:36):
But that wasn't a card a cartoon man, Okay, it
was live action. Alf was not a cartoon though. What
Alf was live action was as well. And he came
to Earth and wanted to just eat cats. What that's
the story? Was an animal and you wanted to kill cats? Basically, Yeah,

(27:57):
he looks like a dog. Yeah is he the he's
an alien?

Speaker 4 (28:02):
Alf is an alien.

Speaker 3 (28:06):
Like a dog. Like a dog.

Speaker 4 (28:11):
He looks like my dog. That's what Teddy looks like.
People tell me this all the time. It looks like ALF.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
I don't think, Yeah, your dog is is not Really, I'm.

Speaker 4 (28:23):
Just doing it on Eric because an alien because I
feel like you guys would make this up.

Speaker 3 (28:28):
Just apologize.

Speaker 4 (28:31):
Yeah, that's true.

Speaker 2 (28:33):
Yes, Alf, alien life form from the TV show ALF
is an alien.

Speaker 4 (28:37):
His real name is.

Speaker 2 (28:38):
Gordon Shumway and he is from the planet Melmac in
the Andromedia Galaxy. The show follows Gordon's journey after his
home planet is destroyed and he crashed lands in the
garage of the Tanner family. The Tanners take him in
and they know him as Alf. What I still am

(28:59):
looking at him and Loki think he looks like a dog.
So okay, this is a good question. Now would you
would you rather the aliens look like Et or Alf?

Speaker 4 (29:07):
I'm going Alf.

Speaker 3 (29:08):
It looks friendly, more appealing.

Speaker 4 (29:11):
Yes, if this is what the aliens look like, I
can get.

Speaker 3 (29:14):
Behind this and Alf can articulate his thoughts. Et couldn't.

Speaker 4 (29:18):
That's right? So yeah, well, eTOD phone home?

Speaker 3 (29:22):
What the only good cat is a stir fried cat?

Speaker 7 (29:28):
Cat?

Speaker 3 (29:28):
Alf?

Speaker 4 (29:29):
Really?

Speaker 3 (29:29):
Alf, dude? So many times in the show he would
go for the cat.

Speaker 4 (29:33):
That'll be like.

Speaker 3 (29:33):
Alf, No.

Speaker 4 (29:36):
Alphai no Wow. So okay.

Speaker 2 (29:39):
From what we can gather from our knowledge, aliens eat
rece's pieces and cats we can survive that we could.

Speaker 3 (29:47):
We we will get through this.

Speaker 1 (29:51):
Morning show with DJ four and it's Mornington's.

Speaker 4 (29:55):
Number one for hip hop jam in ninety four or five.

Speaker 2 (30:00):
All right, everybody, we're gonna get up out of here.
We have to go solve crimes in Denham.

Speaker 3 (30:05):
Oh what else?

Speaker 4 (30:06):
What else would we do with our time?

Speaker 3 (30:07):
Let's let's go pull up to the house and inspect
the lawn.

Speaker 2 (30:10):
Yeah, Ellison, if I were ever to be in Canton
for any reason, I'm driving by us.

Speaker 4 (30:16):
For us, for this show, for everybody, for us, like
just to see you know, but I would have to
be in Canton. I'm not making an extra trip.

Speaker 3 (30:25):
I mean, I feel like a good Friday night would
be to drive out there, expect and go from like
the waterfall there and just to see what it's like.

Speaker 4 (30:32):
Yeah, that's not like yeah for me it is.

Speaker 3 (30:35):
That's like exciting. Yeah, Like usually it's wine and I'm
passed out, all right.

Speaker 4 (30:40):
Shout out Son.

Speaker 3 (30:41):
Shout outs to m Harris eighteen and Aaron Kate four two.
A shout out to you DJ for Ashley were to
Ease in the Am. Make sure y'all check out the pod.
I'm back tonight for the late night Drip and then
tomorrow we pick up the weekend party at Tiki Rock.
Make sure y'all pull up on me at DJ form
for more details.

Speaker 2 (30:57):
Son, why don't you take the time right here to
kind of explain everybody what's going on with the podcast,
because I'm getting dms and people think that foreign's doing
something different, So I know you're part of the meeting.

Speaker 3 (31:06):
We're changing the way we do the podcast and the
way that we post them. Instead of posting every single
segment in the entire show, We're breaking it down to
two podcasts, Part one and Part two. Essentially it's ours
six to eight and eight to ten. In the logistics
behind it, we're trying to cut down in the commercials
for all of you guys.

Speaker 2 (31:20):
So yeah, the commercials the shorter were it was like
they were thousands of commercials, like it was just nuts.

Speaker 4 (31:27):
So we think this is a better way. That way
you guys can listen straight through.

Speaker 3 (31:30):
I mean it's either that or they're trying to not
give us some digital bonuses, but regardless, easier.

Speaker 2 (31:35):
Could definitely be both. By the way, thank you for
doing the talk backs today when the phones were down.

Speaker 4 (31:44):
I appreciate you.

Speaker 2 (31:45):
So the phones are back and we will talk to
everybody tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (31:49):
Rihanna's got new music coming out and it's Friday and
we got Game six so it'll be exciting. We'll talk
to you then by
