Speaker 1 (00:00):
Daddy and the gam In Morning Show with DJ fourn
It's saw Take Good Morning, Austin's.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Number one for hip hop jam in ninety four or five.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
Why everybody good Morning.

Speaker 4 (00:12):
I will full on admit that this is selfish, This
conversation is selfish. This weekend, I'm saying goodbye to one
of my good friends, Erin. She has decided to pack
it up and move from Boston to New York. She
just kind of wants like a little fresh start her job.
She can do it, she can, you know, kind of
work out.

Speaker 3 (00:31):
Of New York. Nothing will change there.

Speaker 4 (00:35):
So on Saturday night, we're doing like a big thing
for her, like a send off and all that stuff.
And I have battled on the inside, like I know,
I'm supposed to be like this is great, this is exciting, good,
good for you, follow.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
Your dreams, go do whatever. But I don't want her
to go. And I'm like, oh good God.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
In a mirror, i just feel like it's hard enough
for me to uh, you know, make time for my
friends now, the craziness of my house, and then to
think she's going to be that far away in New York.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
I'm just a little bit worried.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Well, I think it's okay to feel like that. That
means that you really cared about her and she was
your true friend. I think the other end of things
would have been bad if you were like, thank god
leave and you didn't care.

Speaker 4 (01:11):
Right, Yes, I just think I need to like put
on a better face and be like this is so
good for you, because I want to be like this
is stupid.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
What where?

Speaker 4 (01:19):
What? It was? A fresh start when you need a
fresh start for a bitch, Stay here, move to like parrovidence.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
What part of New York is she moving to?

Speaker 3 (01:27):
Just outside?

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Okay, so that's maybe she's not like moving to the moon.
So it's like the no, she's not.

Speaker 4 (01:32):
And I actually thought to myself, you know what, you
can use this as an excuse to go to New
York for the weekend.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
You can stay with her whatever.

Speaker 4 (01:38):
It's just, you know, the older you get, I feel
like you don't make a ton a ton of new friends.
And I kind of met her in my older age
and we clicked right away. Older age I'm thirty eight,
But you know, she wasn't like a college friend or
anything like that. And girls are really weird.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
I don't think you're at the stage yet where like
your kids are playing sports and you meaning or kids
like town kids, right, and you start becoming friends with
their friends. I do think you run into those things
as you age. But you also have a friend that
lives on the West Coast and you guys communicate like
every day, so it's and I know, like ideally you
want them closer. Yeah, but again it's not like it
can't work.

Speaker 5 (02:10):
No, I know.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
I'm just being honest that I.

Speaker 4 (02:14):
I'm excited for her and I'm happy for I'm like not,
but I'm going to pretend I am.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
I just don't you know.

Speaker 4 (02:19):
It sucks so sometimes in life like this is what happens,
and your friends move and they they do great things
with their lives. But it doesn't mean that I'm not
just like a little bummed that I won't be able
to just see her in twenty minutes.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
Well again, I'd rather have you say that about me
than like, bye, I don't care.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Yeah, I know, yeah you move, and I'm like sayonara,
yeah later, Dash and the.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
Jam In Morning Show with d J four And it
sucks A good morning Bustin's.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
Number one for hip hop jam In ninety four five.

Speaker 4 (02:47):
Hi everybody, good morning, it's ashing the jam in morning show.
All right, we're doing the check in right here. Six
one seven nine three one one nine four five. It
is six one seven nine three one one nine four five.
You want to check with the show about anything you want.
You have a story to tell us, You just want
to say, what up? You want to ask Jules a
question you want to want? You know, maybe you're wondering
where foreign is. I'll fill you in for the eight

(03:08):
hundreds of time. Anything you want, we'll talk about it
right now. There's one thing I love about our show.
I feel like I would put our listeners against any
other listeners from any other show. I truly genuinely believe
we have the best of the best. And you know,
when we introduce different people onto this show, you guys,

(03:29):
you just make them family. You know, whether that's a
good thing or the bad thing, you can you can
be the decider on that. But two nights ago, I
was getting tons of messages sent to me about Erica. Now,
Erica has been a part of the show here since
the retrial. Erica is one of the OG's the OG
Free Karen readers that have been outside of that courtroom

(03:50):
in debtam I mean, Karen knows her. At this point,
she was inside of the courtroom. You know, she's made
sandwiches for Karen Reid. Okay, she gave her a little
saying with a little sniaky snack on her way into court.
Erica takes care of Karen, and she also is always
willing if somebody listens to the show wants to go
down there and support Karen.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
She's like, hey, come find me.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
And I got a bunch of messages from our listeners
being like, ash this just in Erica got arrested. Usaid,
excuse me, I need to check in with my girl.
Erica is calling us live on her one call from
jail today. She's on a payphone somewhere and don't know.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
Erica is free. She's free. Everybody. The listeners love you, dude.
They were messaging me sending me the video of your arrest.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
Only you would get arrested and have your attorney right
next to you, like, oh, hold on, cops, here's my attorney.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
Start from the top. What happened?

Speaker 5 (04:47):
So I thanks for having me on, guys. I appreciate
I appreciate everyone. Karen too, that's great.

Speaker 6 (04:52):
We have so I've been dealing with them and get them.
Obviously they're trying to.

Speaker 5 (04:57):
They implemented this offer zone with the retry of Karen Reid.
We had one last year. You know, it's it's unprecedented.
They even said that at the beginning, right, A lot
of this time, a lot of these things don't happen.

Speaker 6 (05:09):
So we have this buffer zone.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
Well, hold on one second, I just want to explain everybody.

Speaker 4 (05:12):
The buffer zone, guys, is being implemented, says especially Beth Canoni,
because she's worried that the jury is going to be
able to hear the chance so she's kind of moved
everybody back as far as she can so they can't
hear everybody outside. I don't know, listen, I don't know
if that's true, but I just want to explain everybody
what the buffer zone is.

Speaker 5 (05:32):
So go on, yeah, yeah, So anyways, yeah, so we
have the buffer zone down there, and it's literally like
North Korea. It's terrible. So Microdots, another huge, you know,
person on the on the free Karen Reid side made
hoodies that are pretty much eligible to be worn in
the buffer zone. I've had the hoodie for over a

(05:52):
year now anyways, but it says criminals control Norfolk County.
So I've been wearing that because I can't wear anything
that says free Karen Read or free Terrible. So a
couple of weeks ago I had that on for your
offices or detain me. They basically said that they were
gonna that I was catching the charge, that I was
going to get arrested if I didn't remove the shirt.

Speaker 6 (06:10):
I took it off. I had a Terrible Boys shirt on.
Was en rage.

Speaker 5 (06:13):
So I was like just seeing red, like, I was
so mad, and I was like, you know what, I'm
leaving for the day anyways. So they didn't care. They
didn't care, you know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (06:20):
So I was like, let me just ask the question.

Speaker 4 (06:22):
It's only because you're in the buffer zone. Once you
step out, you can wear anything you want, right, okay.

Speaker 5 (06:28):
Right, which which which is even like which kind of
like makes it even more crazy because you can still
see me from the front of the courthouse if you're
in the buffer zone. Like if I'm in the buffer
zone with my free Tarrent redshirt on, my free Terrible
Boys shirt on.

Speaker 7 (06:41):
You can still see me from the front of the Cornhouse.

Speaker 6 (06:43):
If I yell, you can still hear me.

Speaker 5 (06:44):
So again, it makes no sense, none of it. None
of it makes sense. So anyways, I was wearing that hoodie.

Speaker 6 (06:52):
I was told that. I think they never gave me
a formal warning. They had said something on the lines
like you can't wear that hoodie here. I said, well,
what's the fun with it?

Speaker 5 (07:00):
Oh, doesn't it have Karen Reid on it?

Speaker 6 (07:02):
I said, no, it doesn't.

Speaker 5 (07:02):
It doesn't doesn't say Karen read, it doesn't say sort boy.

Speaker 6 (07:05):
It should be perfectly fine. It abides by the order.

Speaker 5 (07:08):
Then last week they grabbed me again, so I made
another Well, we made a shirt that said like the
mass State Police is the biggest gang in town, and
I wore that. No one said any thing to me
with that on, But then I wore this one in
yesterday arrested me while I was in the buffer zone.

Speaker 4 (07:23):
So so what people don't know is you're actually on
your way to be arranged this morning at NAM.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
Do we know what kind of charges you could catch?
Is there going to be like a fee, some sort
of penalty.

Speaker 5 (07:35):
I was charged with trespassing and picketing, which I mean,
if you saw the video, that's not what I was doing.

Speaker 6 (07:43):
But that's okay. You know, I didn't have a sign.
I wasn't yelling, I didn't have a bullhorn.

Speaker 5 (07:48):
Like, it was nothing like that. I was just like
walking up and down the street with my lawyer. He
had come down yesterday to check on a few of us, because,
like you said, he is the lawyer for the buffal
Zone you know fight that's happening in federal court. They
were down there too, so we were all kind of
you know what I mean, like just supporting Karen from outside.

Speaker 4 (08:04):
So now this morning with this are you are you
nervous that you're running a risk that they might say, listen,
you're not allowed out here at all.

Speaker 3 (08:13):
Is that a possibility or not?

Speaker 5 (08:14):
Okay, I mean if it's a possibility, they have a
better chance of seeing I don't know, but.

Speaker 3 (08:20):
That price out there in a pink tea.

Speaker 5 (08:22):
Yeah yeah, I like really really, I'm like, I swear,
like by nature, let's be really has been so yeah, yeah,
I don't want to see you guys up.

Speaker 3 (08:31):
Okay, but no, that's cool. All right, you're getting a
rain this morning, nine am.

Speaker 4 (08:36):
I I have no fear that I'll get a text
from you a little after nine saying it's all good
and you're back out there on on the front lines.
Some people say free Karen read you know what I say,
Free Erica, Free Erica. Good luck in there in court today,
girl friends posting.

Speaker 5 (08:50):
I appreciate you, Thank you so much.

Speaker 6 (08:52):
Have a good day, guys.

Speaker 3 (08:53):
I don't know how she does it, like with a
draw because of a bus zone.

Speaker 4 (09:01):
Her lawyer is the one in charge of pushing the
buffer zone closer to the front of the court.

Speaker 7 (09:07):
It is just right.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
Do you think it's crazy that you can get arrested
for wearing a piece of clothing only in that Yes, yeah,
I understand. Because also why not just stand outside the
buffer zone and just.

Speaker 4 (09:18):
Do what you do?

Speaker 3 (09:19):
You won't be seen if you're that far out of
the buffet. So she just said that you can't. Well
I'm not down there to know, because you know why
work all right?

Speaker 4 (09:27):
Six one seven nine three one one four five six
one seven nine three one one nine four five call me.

Speaker 3 (09:33):
We're talking about you, your life, your world, anything you want. Everybody.
Good morning.

Speaker 4 (09:37):
It's Ashley in the gym in Morning Show. Before I
go to Anthony and Stoneham, I want to show a
little bit of love. One of my besties Moms is
visiting right now from Germany.

Speaker 3 (09:47):
Oh good and talk, good and talk.

Speaker 4 (09:49):
It's Christine's birthday. She's here visiting from Germany. Like I said,
I can only have to ask her. I can only
imagine how she feels about the US of A in comparison.
I remember when I talked about her trip to Germany.
I don't feel like she gave it a great review.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
Well she was like nine, She's like, I went to McDonald's.

Speaker 4 (10:07):
Yeah, I want to go to Germany and have a
big old pretzel and yeah, what I want to I
want to sign up for a schnitzel with Christine. That's
my kind of Anthony is in Stoonem and has a
question for Santi. By the way, Jules gear up for this.
I don't know if you if you know anything about

(10:27):
any of this, but hi, any good morning.

Speaker 6 (10:30):
I've been listening to your show for years, always also
in the traffic in the morning in Boston.

Speaker 3 (10:35):
Love you for that.

Speaker 6 (10:36):
Thank you I had. So I'm dying to ask because
I heard me talk about it one day and I
googled it and I just some research and I want
to know more about Joe's hideaway. Yeah, so I had
booked ye for a weekend in the summertime with me.
I'm gay for my boyfriend and wants free of our
gay friends, and we want to go. We don't necessarily
know what to expect this step, like maybe.

Speaker 3 (10:56):
I jes Hodaway is a hold on, God, let me,
let me do this.

Speaker 4 (11:03):
Joe's Hideaway is a campground that is gay owned. Members
only adult males twenty one plus. It's gay camping facility.
They offer fifty two acres of sunning, hiking, swimming, and more.

Speaker 1 (11:18):
Yeah, and clothing is optional. And the best part about
it they end the night off with hot dogs and buns.

Speaker 6 (11:26):
How do you know all this?

Speaker 3 (11:27):
That's a good question.

Speaker 1 (11:28):
I just know, trust me.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
At the great place he's he's been, Anthony.

Speaker 4 (11:31):
He has been invited to Joe's Hideaway so many times.
It's time for him to step up to the plate.
And Anthony, if you've been listening to the show that long,
you know it's a it's a blurred lines with this man,
which is fine.

Speaker 3 (11:43):
We support him like like we could care less.

Speaker 6 (11:48):
Ill. Thank you guys for taking my call. I just
wanted to ask them. I just want to ask about it.

Speaker 7 (11:52):
All right.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
Well, hey, if you end up going, please call and
give us your review.

Speaker 6 (11:55):

think it'd be a bunch of daddy They gotta be nice.

Speaker 3 (12:02):

love it, Anthony, Thanks for the call.

Speaker 1 (12:06):

Speaker 3 (12:07):

with whom by myself? I don't know. Maybe the guy
that you go on I don't meeting.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
That's I don't go Okay, I do go on meetings
with a guy who's not straight. Yes, that's just business,
that's not pleasure.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
Yeah, oh perfect. Let's go to Sam, Sam.

Speaker 4 (12:26):
Sam. I couldn't remember how or why we got introduced
to Joe's Highway, but it was you.

Speaker 3 (12:31):
Hi, Sam, Hey, how you doing.

Speaker 7 (12:34):
I'm good man, I'm the one that introduced to it.
I'm the one that's been calling and trying to get
you over there. I'll see them goodies of yours.

a lot of stuff in the gay community. And you

(13:07):
know about that stuff. You're gonna see a lot of
that stuff. Yeah. And so these couple of weekends that
are coming on because I was just dead the last
weekend and I've been helping cleaning up the campgrounds and
trying to make the camp gowns look good so that
way everybody can come and enjoy themselves. Party. Be a
bunch of holes.

Speaker 8 (13:25):

only go from there.

Speaker 4 (14:06):
All right, I'm on the reservation events, and I think
Santi most likely will go August eighth through tenth because
that weekend is known as boots and jocks, polished boots.

Speaker 6 (14:18):
Girl.

Speaker 7 (14:20):
I'm going to tell you right now, Santi puppy, you're

Speaker 4 (14:41):

Speaker 5 (14:42):

Speaker 3 (14:42):
Actually, I'm gonna put you on hold.

Speaker 4 (14:43):
I want to get your numbers in case we have
any more questions about your reservation.

Speaker 3 (14:47):
It's email only.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
The sounds a lot of fun, if that's what you're
saying to right. It sounds like a big celebration and
like a good time.

Speaker 4 (14:53):
Jules, when the original caller called in and said he
wanted to talk to Santi about a camp, did you
ever think that it was.

Speaker 3 (14:59):
A little bit yeah, I mean, yeah, yeah, I know
you wasn't talking about, you know, santi altfare just like
legit camping. It would be Sandi camping with like penises.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Yeah, two men want sleeping bags and the gam In
Morning Show with DJ four and it's Sati Big Morning.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four
or five.

Speaker 3 (15:21):
All right, everybody that is going to do it for us?

Speaker 4 (15:23):
On a Friday, I am going to Marshfield to spend
the weekend. I'm going out Saturday nights. I'll be out
and about in the city. Actually, my friend Erin is Oh, yes,
she's moving to New York. But we're doing a big
going away party for her at a brewery where we're
all expected to bring our dogs. I'm not bringing my dog,
just so we're clear. But yeah, Big Mama going to

(15:45):
be out on Saturday night. So that's going to be exciting.

Speaker 3 (15:47):
I'll be local. You are going to Chicago.

Speaker 1 (15:49):
We are going to Shytown. Well even today, like actually
it's exciting. Back on Monday. Yeah, I think we just
needed like a getaway. I think my kids have all
like had it with the sport, and I think they
all just need something different.

Speaker 3 (16:02):
So are you going to be a normal person and
have Deep Dish Pizza please for the love of God,
So I.

Speaker 1 (16:06):
Am having it on Sunday. Yes, I won't be normal
for the rest of the time, but Sunday I already
made a resie.

Speaker 5 (16:12):
I'm ready to go.

Speaker 3 (16:13):
But Giordano's where you going, Natti Luma, Natti bomb. I've
been there.

Speaker 4 (16:19):
So Deep Dish Pizza is so good. If you like
cheese and bread and sauce, it's so good.

Speaker 1 (16:23):
And it's deceiving too because the pizzas aren't that big,
but when you eat and they're so filling.

Speaker 3 (16:28):
Bomb all right.

Speaker 4 (16:30):
By the way, remiss me not to mention some big, big,
big mix show weekend happening for Jamming all weekend long.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
I don't know what kind of like BBQ action you're
going to have.

Speaker 4 (16:39):
The parties will go inside, will be house parties, and
you'll need music.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
So I think it was twenty twenty when we were
going off for this. It was this exact time when
you guys had me mixing live to kick off like the.

Speaker 3 (16:51):
It's that I'm willing to forget. Yeah, you know that
was pretty upsets jam and Baby.

Speaker 4 (16:58):
The Mix Show Weekend starts at noon, but I think
beyond that even more important. You can win tickets to
the weekend plus ables merch all weekend long. It's another
talkback situation when you hear the Weekend leave us a
talkback and you could be going to his show plus
getting some of his merch.

Speaker 1 (17:13):
I also assume his merch is expensive.

Speaker 3 (17:16):
It is, and it's good quality.

Speaker 4 (17:17):
Yeah yeah, never forget ted, DROs yeh ed Ros, have
a great weekend. Everybody, Happy Memorial
