Speaker 1 (00:00):
Especially morning show When you need to know, We got
you three things you need to Know on Bustin's Number
one for hip hop and the best Throwbags You Haven't
any More Fires.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Wednesday, December tenth.

Speaker 3 (00:14):
Let's head to the Courtroom Week two with Brian wallsh
Yesterday we talked in length about his shopping trips.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
It was flashy in the court room.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
We washed him go into multiple stores, a Lows, a Walgreens,
a liquor store, buying multiple things throughout these multiple trips, peroxide,
band aids, ammonia, buckets, gloves, suits.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Buckets, lots of buckets, Yeah, lots of buckets.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
In the one video we talked about in length, he
was wearing a mask and gloves and some of the
other ones. He was smiling at the camera with his kids.
It just gives out of a movie. It's like a
movie scene.

Speaker 4 (00:51):
The buckets are for the parts right that he was
transporting what has to be. But why the band aids
right unless he cut his hands.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
I bet he did because he bought a hacksawl as well.
And in court.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
In the court room yesterday we talked a lot about
DNA DNA on the hacksaw DNA on certain items in
the house, slippers, you name it. DNA analyst Samon Selim
kind of broke down each item and whose DNA was
on what.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Here's an example.

Speaker 4 (01:19):
This was a sample of stained areas c on the
blade of a hacksaw. This provides support for inclusion of
Anna Walsh to this DNA profile.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
So on that hack saw the stained area honest sample
only on the handle of the axe, Al honest only.
Sample of a stand in a white tow fund and
trash by number two Anna only, sample of the interior
of one of his suits. Anna with limited support from Brian.
Sample of unknown tissue found in the Swampscott dumpster, Anna only.

(01:51):
So there were a lot of places where we just
saw her DNA. There were a few slippers in the
home where we saw both of them. I mean, listen,
you're gonna find in the slips in my home DNA
from both. I slide on his sometimes he saw like
the slippers. You're not really gonna get me with me. Yeah,
because remember, and I think this is the most important.
DNA can contain blood cells, white bo cell's skin, hairs alive,

(02:11):
and there's many things and to how they can pinpoint
whose DNA is on what so again. Back in the
courtroom today, I just truly believe in my heart of
hearts that the jury is like.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
We're good.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
Absolutely, we can wrap this thing up.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Uh, but we have to continue on.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
Uh. The jackpoll oot for the power Ball is crazy.
I want to make sure you know that you're up
to date on that. Nobody won on Monday tonight, as
the night drawing will be at nine hundred and thirty
million dollars, putting the cash value of the prize at
four hundred and twenty nine mil before taxes. That is,
of course, if they take the lump sum, because there
are options if you win, you can take the lump sum,
or you can get paid yearly.

Speaker 4 (02:48):
Take the lump sum, because you can't guarantee that you're
going to live out with the rest of your life.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Well, and that's the thing you don't want that mine
to just go take.

Speaker 4 (02:54):
The lump sum because it gives you more options to
do things right in the moments.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
I know that this isn't a good saying to live by,
but somebody said this to me the other day, and
the fireman keeps getting mad.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
He's like, I want you to get that out of
your head. Get it out of your head. And the
saying was, you can't take your money to heaven.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
That's so true.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
You can't take your money to heaven, but you obviously
want to put yourself in a good place so that
in your elderly years, like you have money, but you
can't take your money to heaven.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
That is also why you should have a strong will
so when you do die, then money gets dispersed however
you want.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
I can't stress that enough. You guys have been going
through this with my dad making sure like finances and
everything are in the right place, and it is a
couple signatures so that the state doesn't take every dollar
you own, Like that is a real thing.

Speaker 4 (03:39):
What about you?

Speaker 2 (03:41):
You know how I get about this, but you can't.
I know, I know, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
I know who is in charge of you if you're
there on life support, get to decide that who pulls
the plug?

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Yeah, Jesus, that's.

Speaker 4 (03:52):
The reality of it. If we're here talking about it,
I don't want.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
To talk about it anymore. I want to move on
to DJ Call.

Speaker 3 (03:56):
It's celebrating his fiftieth birthday in Miami.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
I don't think got the invite I wanted to see
him in the pictures.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
I guys, I'm sorry, I didn't know the relationship between
DJ Khalid and jay Z was here. But jay Z
gifted DJ Khalid for his fiftieth birthday a fully restored
nineteen ninety one bmw M three. This is what we
need four him because I have no idea that how
big of a thing this is. I just know that

(04:26):
Khalid almost cried when he saw it. He said, oh stop,
you're gonna make me cry. I used to sell alligator
shoes out of the back of this trunk. This is
the real deal. So obviously there was some sentimental value
here to this, to this car. But jay Z's out
here buying DJ called whole cars Kali.

Speaker 4 (04:43):
It seems super connected with everyone to the point where
he's getting these types of cars. I know, I'm just
gonna say, I don't want that car. Okay, if you
can buy me a car, don't have it for that one.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
I wanted to be a pushchat. We know, we know.
There's three things need to know.

Speaker 3 (04:58):

Speaker 5 (05:51):
Yes, good morning, Hello, good morning.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
Let's talk Disney. Are we a Disney adult? Do we
have kids that we would love to take to Disney?
Where are you out on the Disney spectrum?

Speaker 6 (06:04):
I do love Disney, you know, I love all the
Disney movies. Everything I've never been. I do have a
thirteen year old daughter.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
Wow, she big into Disney, Like, where's she at on it?

Speaker 3 (06:16):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (06:16):
Yes, especially when she was little. She was definitely Mickey
Mouse Clubhouse saying like forever though every morning?

Speaker 3 (06:24):
And did you have to I mean, because you know
how kids are. Did you ever have to feel the
why can't we go to Disney? I want to go
to Disney? Oh?

Speaker 6 (06:32):
Yes, definitely.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
Wow. Well listen, I get it.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
It's the if you ever looked it up, it's uh,
it costs a pretty penny, So I understand why people. Yeah,
I can totally get why people wouldn't be able to
make it. Now, if you did go, you have four tickets,
say you won this, it would be you. I'm assuming
your thirteen year old daughter and who else.

Speaker 6 (06:52):
Definitely I'd probably end up taking my sister and my
nephew he's nine.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
Oh what a trip that would be?

Speaker 6 (07:00):
Yeah? Definitely is ye awesome?

Speaker 3 (07:01):

Yes, I'm so excited.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
You're welcome, good luck. Imagine a thirteen year old would
have loved it.

Speaker 4 (07:25):
That's a perfect age.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
It is the perfect age because and by the way,
there's something about Disney too that makes you feel like
a kid again. It really does, and not in a
weird way.

Speaker 4 (07:33):
Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. But thirteen is a perfect
age because you're old enough to get on everything, but
you're old enough too to experience it.

Speaker 2 (07:40):
Yeah, you're still like, oh my god. I mean when
I see Mickey, I get excited. Oh my god, you
know what I mean. Like us, it's the guy. You
want to see the guy. We do it every single
day a twenty.

Speaker 3 (07:51):
There's nowhere else to be, no other stations doing it,
at least that I know.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
We're giving a Disney trip away on Monday.

Speaker 4 (07:58):
Good Morning and the Morning show.

Speaker 7 (08:01):
Good Morning.

Speaker 8 (08:03):
Bostin's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four
or five.

Speaker 3 (08:08):
Hi everybody, good morning. I just want to give you

(08:28):
two weeks.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
I'll be looking forward to that. In the meantime, I can't.

Speaker 3 (08:32):
Escape this story. I know Son, you have seen it.
AJ has seen it. It's pretty much everywhere at this point.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
Now.

Speaker 3 (08:39):
I will tell you that there are some people in
the comments section saying that it's AI, that it's not
a real story, but it's been posted on way too
many news outlets.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
I just I and by the way, I hate that.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
That is the life that we live now, right, Like
everything we see, we're questioning is this AI or is
that because AI has gotten that good?

Speaker 4 (09:00):
That being said, if it was AI, wouldn't they have
made a video about this?

Speaker 2 (09:05):
That's true?

Speaker 4 (09:05):
Right, So.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
They're calling her a hero, it says. A waitress from
Boston by the name of Riley Turner was arrested after
sprinting down the street and confronting a zero tip couple
with their own receipt. Boston PD arrested twenty four year
old Riley Turner after she sprinted half a block down
the street, chasing a couple who left a zero dollar
tip on a one hundred and.

Speaker 2 (09:28):
Forty two dollars bill.

Speaker 3 (09:30):
According to all onlookers, at Riley grabbed the receipt, ran outside,
caught up to the couple as they tried to cross
the street, slammed the receipt against the man's chest and yelled,
you owe me more than a signature. The woman tried
to pull him away, but Riley held the receipt and shouted,
you spend one hundred and forty two dollars and you
couldn't leave me one dollar, not one. And then the
man yelled back, we don't believe in tipping, and so

(09:51):
then the young girl yells back, then.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
You don't believe in eating out.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
When he tried to walk away faster, she followed alongside him.
Run fast, maybe you'll outrun your guilts. Anyways, this says
police arrived on the scene to break up the argument,
and she was arrested for harassment and disturbing the peace.
As she was taken and putting in the car, supposedly
she yelled, tip your servers or cook your own food.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
She's very valid, by the way, she's so hot.

Speaker 4 (10:18):
Yeah, she's a valid point, Like you should definitely be
tipping if you go out right, but at the same time,
it's not mandatory, so I don't know if I would
have chased somebody down, but I commend her for doing
it and standing up for all the servers.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
This is the agel, Like you go out and you
tip twenty percent. I mean, I know there are people
that might say, like that the service was like poor
and they didn't like it and whatever, and maybe they'll
go a little bit lower.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
But I think on average, you tip twenty percent.

Speaker 4 (10:43):
Yeah, like across the board, even when the service is terrible,
I still tip twenty percent, which is crazy.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
Right me too if if it's a waitress situation, but
I don't tip twenty This gets into this conversation. But like,
if I'm going to just pick up food and the
bills one hundred dollars and I'm just going in and
saying it's under Ashley and I'm grabbing it, I'm not
doing twenty percent.

Speaker 4 (11:01):
Absolutely not. I'll probably maybe five percent. Yeah, yeah, a.

Speaker 2 (11:05):
Couple bucks, you know.

Speaker 3 (11:06):
One that's throwing me that I can't decide on how
to tip, Like the frozen yogurt places because technically what
they're doing is like making sure that the candy's not
crazy from the kids and all that stuff. But when
you get up there, the screen prompts you and it's
like ten percent, fifteen or twenty.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
I usually hit custom because I just I don't know.

Speaker 4 (11:27):
I usually do like ten percent, or I throw some
cash into the tip jar, a couple bucks. Same with
the coffee people too, like throwing a couple bucks in there,
so at least they're making something.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
Yeah, the tipping thing is weird. What about uber eats.

Speaker 4 (11:40):
Uber eats, I always do like the you know, there's
three options I do, they're just the one above. Because
they're still getting you for a lot of money. I
tip them more because my driveway is a pain in
the butt, so I make sure that, like I take
care of them so they take care of my food.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
I don't think we could find anybody out here though,
who's like I just don't tip, like, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
I think because people go to the like they don't.

Speaker 4 (12:00):
Tip in Europe or not in Europe, which they definitely don't.
Can I tell you that it's almost easier?

Speaker 3 (12:06):
Okay, fine, but the staff in Europe they probably make
more money so they you know, some people live off
a tip.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
So you got a tip.

Speaker 4 (12:13):
It's funny like over there when you do tip, it's
like they're like taking aback. They don't understand, like they
understand because we're Americans, but they oh, yeah, you don't
need to do that here, right. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
It's an interesting yeah, And I think after twenty twenty
a lot of things changed with the tipping, you know,
with going in doing takeout and all that.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
But I will say, if this story is true, shout
out to that. I don't care. I will chase you
literally down the street. If Riley Turner is real, give
her a little little head nod from US six one
seven nine three one one nine four five. I highly
doubt we'll find anybody, but yeah, the tipping is, it's
it's different out there. Things are, things are changed.

Speaker 3 (12:51):
Hi, everybody, good morning. It's Ashley the jam In Morning Show.
So we're talking about this girl, Riley Turner. Whether she
exists or not, we don't know that. This story is everywhere.
I've seen it so many times. Waitress in Boston arrested
for chasing down a couple on one hundred and forty
two dollars bill.

Speaker 2 (13:06):
They left zero tip. She took the check and she
pushed it into his chest and was like, not one dollar.
She was upset. Nina is a current server in Boston.

Speaker 3 (13:17):
Nina, how often do you actually see this, that people
leave zero dollars on the tip?

Speaker 5 (13:24):
You'd be surprised. This happens pretty often, even on bigger bills.
I've personally experienced this myself. I would say people know
what they're doing when they do or don't want to tips.
It depends, especially where they're eating at. I personally have
worked at a lot of chain restaurants, including Olive Garden,

(13:45):
and Olive Garden is one of those places where we
offer free breadsticks and salad, and people think that they
can get that stuff for free and don't have to tip,
which is a major thing. It's very weird that people
don't feel the need to tip when they're being served.
I will never understand that either when it comes to

(14:06):
still that's over one hundred dollars, I feel like it's
valid to tip somebody because so when it goes back
and forth, back and forth to your table and doing
things for you, you don't think that they don't deserve
at least two dollars.

Speaker 3 (14:19):
I mean at two dollars, like if it's a Hondo,
it's a minimum of a twenty dollars bill. I mean,
I don't but yeah, you're right. I'm sure there are
people out there that don't believe that. On average, as
a server, what do you usually see for a tip
amount like fifteen twenty.

Speaker 5 (14:36):
The average tip on a mail I would say about
eight to ten dollars. It really happends. And that's that's
the thing against a lot of people. They choose perfectly
coed restaurants where prices that are lower so they don't
need eight to ten bucks.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
Are you still at the OG or are you at
a different place now.

Speaker 5 (14:59):
I'm in and now.

Speaker 2 (15:01):
You're in and out of different restaurants.

Speaker 5 (15:04):
No, I'm gonna know at the current job, but I
also have another job, so that's that's not my main job.
That's something that I make extra money.

Speaker 3 (15:11):
Okay, But you're you're basically saying that if even if
the bills a hundred bucks, you usually see eight to ten.

Speaker 5 (15:16):
Dollars usually around But it just depends also on your service.
Because we don't know how is she acting towards the couple?
Was she rude. Was she polite? Yeah, because for her
to have an outburst like that, it's not really normal
for people in the food industry. I'd say, I've had

(15:36):
people pay me zero dollars on a three hundred four
four hundred dollars bill, and I have I've been upset,
But I would never hunt somewhat down because one, we're
taught to never chase somebody. Yeah, because you could exactly
lose your job. That's that's not legal and certain restaurants.
So I don't agree with her running out and chasing
the couple down because that is harassment. But I do

(15:58):
resonate with Palap that she was. I just think that,
you know, it wasn't worth taking somebody ouse. You know,
it was like a five hundred, so I get it.
But it's one hundred and forty dollars. It's not going
to kill you, you know for sure. But we don't know
her living life style, right, so many.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
Fris Yeah, okay, well, thank you so much for the call.
And I appreciate it was eight dollars because she talked
too much. I think the guy was like my fries
or cold. Now because you gave me your life story,
I mean, are we hello. Nicole is in Quinsy and
Nicole has also worked in relationships. Nicole, I like this,
so you've they've signed the bill, they give you a
no tip or a bad tip, and then you hit

(16:33):
them with this line.

Speaker 5 (16:36):
I am so sorry.

Speaker 7 (16:37):
I just wanted to know if there was something that
I did that could have improved your experience here for
the next time.

Speaker 2 (16:45):
And do you get anything back?

Speaker 5 (16:49):
Always always like what.

Speaker 7 (16:54):
I like. I don't want to shoot my own horn,
but I feel like I'm a great server, especially don't
get anything less than eighteen percent on a check, but
you do get the people that come out and just
don't feel like they have to tip, and especially if
they're in a larger group of people and that person's
paying the bill and the whole table is like, oh
my god.

Speaker 5 (17:12):
No, you were great. Everything was amazing.

Speaker 7 (17:15):
How do you now defend not tipping?

Speaker 2 (17:17):
Yeah, like, what's the how? Man?

Speaker 3 (17:19):
I love that you put people on the spot though
that it's just so crazy to me that anybody. Again,
I'm kind of with the the thought process of if
we're going out to dinner, then we're tipping, like that's
part of the experience and the bill.

Speaker 7 (17:31):
Yes, and like shout out Pop Dog. When he goes
out to eat, he tips, he takes care of the servers.
I've waited on him before. Like, there are people who
take care of their servers no matter where they go,
no matter how many people they come out with, and
there are people who are just like, nope, you know what.
I don't feel like I have to tip, And you're right,
you don't have to tip, but you also don't have

(17:51):
to come out to eat either.

Speaker 3 (17:53):
Well, thank you for that little tidbit of information. I
appreciate it. I am now going to take this conversation
and twist it because Papa is our boss, so essentially
like we serve him, right, So I cannot wait for
my Christmas card. My Christmas card better be thick, you know. Yeah, yeah,
I'll be awaiting that.

Speaker 4 (18:12):
And clearly she recognized Pop and the conversation was there,
and that's the only reason why he tipped.

Speaker 8 (18:22):
Bustin's number one for hip hop. He am in ninety
four or five.

Speaker 3 (18:27):
Hi, everybody, good morning. I love hearing celebrity stories. We
all know I love my celebrities. We all know I'm
obsessed with some of the couples. My newest obsession who is.

Speaker 4 (18:41):
It Kylie obsessed?

Speaker 2 (18:44):
I I did just I love them so much.

Speaker 3 (18:47):
We were we Actually you didn't get to tell the story,
but we were talking about Buster Rhymes the other day,
and you have it.

Speaker 2 (18:54):
You have a story.

Speaker 4 (18:55):
Buster Rhymes came to one of the summer jams I
think it was, and he was getting ready to go
on stage like before, and I was telling him how
much time he had and all this stuff, filling him in.
And then afterwards when you do interviews and awe stuff,
and he's talking to me and he's basically just acknowledging
and saying like okay, thanks. But we were so close
because the music was super loud that a spit particle
went from his mouth and landed like on my lip

(19:17):
and nose and I and I'm like, oh, okay, I
just wiped it up, and like that was that. But
I remember too, like damn, and I was close. I'm
like his breath is best.

Speaker 3 (19:26):
I'm glad you didn't say anything in the moment, because well, no,
I'm just saying he I'd be like, oh, like yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:33):
Spin on you by accident obviously.

Speaker 4 (19:35):
Yeah. That was also the same concert that Ellll was
there right before, like he's up on stage just like
this one. He was ripped banging out push ups, getting
like this his like pump on like right there with
catering walking around him. I'm like looking around, I'm like,
this is so surreal.

Speaker 3 (19:49):
Getting his pump Oh man, I know you have the
best like old school radio stories.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
I'm so jealous that you lived in that era, that
same concert.

Speaker 4 (19:55):
This is the final one though. Did he was there
and did he perform? Did he like did in a
amazing job? I remember him like I got the videotape
of the concert, gave it to him, so ok, he
could watch on the bus like afterwards, but he like he.

Speaker 2 (20:08):
Wanted to, like he'll watch film and see.

Speaker 4 (20:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
Yeah, So who was he there with at the time,
Like did he have a big crew?

Speaker 4 (20:14):
I think yeah, he always came with a big crew.
Was always massive too, so but he had a lot
of people there, but one thing behind with him, like
behind the scenes. He was always about business and getting
like the job done. I mean in retrospect, like what
he did at night with some with something different.

Speaker 2 (20:27):
But totally yeah.

Speaker 3 (20:29):
Yeah, celebrities. Telling stories about celebrities is also cool because
we you know, we don't really necessarily get to know
the inner workings of what they do when they hang
out and they go to these posh like lavish events
with each other, and you just know things pop off
because at the end of the day, they're regular people
just like us. Kate Winslet. If you don't know who

(20:49):
Kate Winslett is, she's an amazing actress. She's the star
of Titanic. Hello, she didn't move over for Jack.

Speaker 2 (20:56):
But anyways, she was on the Graham Norton Show and
she told this like random bizarre story about her and Eminem.

Speaker 8 (21:05):
Eminem asked me to shave his bottom, driving him off.

Speaker 3 (21:10):
It's always like a pooh bum thing for me when
I come on this handheld.

Speaker 2 (21:15):
Well he did. He said, would you shave my up?
And I said, I'm sorry, I don't. I don't do
personal grooming.

Speaker 4 (21:22):
That's like a crazy because I just wanted to like
what was the context, right, right?

Speaker 2 (21:27):
Like why were you in a scenario with Eminem where
he even had a razor? Right? Yeah, because guys aren't
carrying that around.

Speaker 4 (21:36):
How does it lead up to that specific thing? Right? Like,
if you're asking somebody to do that, it's a very
intimate ask.

Speaker 3 (21:43):
And then like all I picture him is him doing
that laugh around That's not really how he is, but
it reminds me of that.

Speaker 4 (21:50):
I think probably thought it was a joke, yeah, and asked,
but Kate definitely thought it was for real.

Speaker 2 (21:54):
Do do we know? Did he used to.

Speaker 4 (21:55):
Drink eminem pills?

Speaker 2 (21:59):
Okay, sounds like pill something like.

Speaker 4 (22:00):
He was like he's so now for a while like
it was a problem.

Speaker 2 (22:04):
I'm trying to think what my favorite celebrity story is
like from working here, because that is a common question
I get all the time. I mean, maybe when you
yeaded j Lo that was I know you guys, remember
this was an old friend. But you would go up
and put your hand out like you were going to
dapt somebody up, and you would move in and go
yeat and Sati did that to j Lo. She did

(22:25):
not think it was funny.

Speaker 8 (22:26):
No.

Speaker 4 (22:27):
She was also very confused. But it was a lot
of the bosses here that were upset with me because
they thought that she was going to get upset and
just walk away off. Jail's manager was like, what was that?
And you know, we had a good laugh about it.

Speaker 3 (22:40):
I go back to the and it's funny because we
there are celebrities in and out of here all the time,
not necessarily for our station, more back in the day
than current day. And the two that really stand out
to me. One Ed Sheeran was here for for Kiss
and jam really because we play ed, but Ed Sheeran
acted like him and I went back like like I

(23:02):
lived in Ireland, you know, like that.

Speaker 2 (23:03):
He was just the sweetest guy. And then the other
one was Kenny Chesney.

Speaker 4 (23:07):
He wasn't here for both of those, but I heard
both of them.

Speaker 3 (23:10):
They shipped in like sand, so we could have like
a beach bar in here for this man. I've never
seen women act the way they were acting with him here,
so that was another big one. I don't know if
I'm missing any am I missing any of these celebs
that have come in and we had this.

Speaker 4 (23:23):
I have an early one from when I was like
twenty two, when jay Z had just released a Blueprint
two I think it was, and my job for the
day was again him to autograph like all the posters,
and I'm in the studio with him, just one on one,
and that crazy, and I remember having a conversation with
him about the way he spells his name and he
hates when people say seeing like s e A and

(23:43):
he was like so specific, even going back to when
he was a kid, that it had to be Sean.
But in that moment, I had him sign a personal
a personal one for my wife that we still have it.
I have to find find ask and I have it.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
So you also met Drake.

Speaker 4 (23:59):
I met Drake a few tire Yeah. So if you
go on my face Facebook pages, pictures of us there.
This was when he first first was out, but like
you could tell that he was going to be popular,
but you still had access to him. I don't think
we'd be able to do it like this day and age.
But at the time he was taking pictures, autographs to
an interviews. But he was really nice. Yeah, yeah, super cool.
Kanye is the most interesting one. The most interesting one

(24:20):
because he walked into the room where we were all
in and we were broadcasting live. By the way, I'd
eyeline around, which is very weird. He looked at me
in the eyes kind of confused, but he wanted to
know what everybody's job was in the room, every saying that.

Speaker 2 (24:34):
He was like specific about that.

Speaker 4 (24:35):
And I found it interesting because it just got got
me feeling that like what his mindset is like, like
he had a curiosity to everybody's job because he was
interested even from top to bottom, just how the room worked,
how it was so fluid and everything like that. It
was kind of impressive.

Speaker 3 (24:49):
That's beyond It's just cool because you got to meet
some of these people before they became I mean, Drake
has arguab arguably for some like the biggest out there.
I I guess mine would be in that because again,
like Santi's era, he got to this was it was
the radio, the radio and just the what word do

(25:10):
I want to use?

Speaker 2 (25:10):
That?

Speaker 3 (25:11):
Like, the access was so different to these celebrities.

Speaker 4 (25:15):
What changed it when social media becomes such a big
thing these artists need they could just go on They
could communicate with their following totally and they were massive.
Back then, you had to do the radio tours, the
TV tours, you had to do everything and dedicate time
to all this stuff.

Speaker 3 (25:29):
Yeah, Lizzo was probably one who, like Lizo, came in
here and performed for like fifteen people before she was
Lizo and then she became this massive person that was
like with the bananas and everything, but crazy.

Speaker 4 (25:42):
So Tracy Morgan, he's a famous Yeah comedian, we're talking
about Buster rhymes in this entire thing. He's the only
person who's been banned from the studio for life. He
came in to do an interview and he was just
acting crazy on and off the air, making people feel uncomfortable,
like running people's shoulders and all the wild stuff. Then
after that we told the Comedy Connection at the time, like, yeah,

(26:05):
he can never come back.

Speaker 2 (26:06):
Yeah, but did you ever have any celebrities in here
that are no longer with us?

Speaker 4 (26:11):
That's a good question. Probably, I'd have to think deeper
on who has passed.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
Yeah, because that would be crazy, like you met them before. Yeah,
Like I always conferred to me Lady Gaga too, right or.

Speaker 4 (26:26):
At the guard full letard and everything. Yeah, I think
I look good.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
You got some tales to tell?

Speaker 4 (26:31):
Yeah, I do.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
That's the best. The old school radio days were really
the best. I'm Saturday. I missed them and show Good Morning.

Speaker 8 (26:40):
Bostin's number one for hip hop jamming ninety four or five.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
All right, everybody that's going to do it for us?

Speaker 3 (26:48):
We got to get out of here. You know, we're
party prepping. We're in party prep mode.

Speaker 4 (26:53):
We are What time do you want me to show up?

Speaker 2 (26:56):
You're gonna be my photog on Saturday. Canna drive all
the way.

Speaker 4 (26:58):
Honestly, I just want to get invited twenty of your parties.
I just want to go to your house because you've
been You've lived in the house for three years now.
You haven't invited.

Speaker 2 (27:04):
Three years, just one. It's been like no it had
I just in like August was one year, grow.

Speaker 4 (27:12):
Up, regardless, I haven't been.

Speaker 2 (27:14):
If it hits the three year market, you haven't been
then one, then that's a real problem. I wanted to
get some I want some other things, like why won't
you invite the kitchen?

Speaker 4 (27:22):
All right?

Speaker 2 (27:22):
And I get the island.

Speaker 4 (27:23):
Readoun it will be something else and something else all right?
Shout outs, Yeah, shout out to the Marshield clan of
people just hanging out there. Yeah, maybe something.

Speaker 3 (27:32):
Marsh plan of people. It's like we do this at
the same time every day. But yeah, sure, shout out
to the Marshfields.

Speaker 4 (27:39):
Seems like a nice town.

Speaker 2 (27:41):
It's a beautiful town. It's a really nice town. Really
nice people, says me. You remember when I said that,
and that woman called in, She's like mm mmmm. She
was saying that the people of Marshaeld aren't nice.

Speaker 4 (27:51):
I think because like she looks up to the people
of Marshall, she was from like a lesser town.

Speaker 3 (27:57):
Okay, right anyways, so yes, shout out to the people Marshfield.
