Speaker 1 (00:10):
Welcome back everyone to another episode of Football is King
here on Fox Sports. The Gambler Ryan Coyle joined alongside
Nick McLay for another underground episodes here making the most
of our living situation currently. But over the past few weeks,
you know, we've been doing a little four, a little NFL,
little college, mixing a little bit of everything. Today we
(00:31):
were like, all right, let's do a fantasy football kind
of crash course episode about a few weeks into the summer.
You know, fantasy football drafts are probably going to be
happening with the next seven to eight weeks. Let's give
the people a little bit of a crash course. I'm
sure people will be reading their magazines on the beach
coming up over the next so many weeks as we
gear up for football season. But it's just kind of
(00:52):
cool to take a look at some of these position rankings.
Some of them caught me off guard a little bit.
It just goes to show you how good of season
players had last year. That kind of snuck up on
us towards like the second half of the season. See
where some of these top rookies are projected. Even a
guy just like Bucky Irving last year, like really didn't
come ontil the second half of the season, and looking
(01:14):
at Fantasy Pros rankings, he's the number twenty two ranked player,
the number ten round ten ranked running back in the
entire NFL for fantasy football. So we're gonna call this
the crash Course Fantasy Football episode. Try to touch on
a bunch of different topics here over the next twenty
five minutes or so. But Nick, welcome back. How are
we and we're to talk from fantasy?
Speaker 3 (01:33):
Yeah, man, I'm good. I'm excited.
Speaker 2 (01:35):
We all love the fantasy you know aspect to football,
you know, create your own team, create your own you know,
fantasy dynasty.
Speaker 3 (01:41):
Whatever it is.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
But this is you know, the time to really zone
in on when you know what these depth charts are
really gonna look like. Heading into OTA is heading into
you know, the first weeks of practices. So it's gonna
be really interesting to see you know, new faces, who's
gonna really show up, who's gonna break out, and who's.
Speaker 3 (02:00):
Kind of gonna regress? You know.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
So there's gonna be guys that we're gonna see diamonds
in the rough, and we're also gonna see guys that
we expect to, you know, do well and just not
really perform well. So I'm excited to get into it,
excited to talk about it, and you know, it's gonna
be come up before we even know, you know, before
we even know what the season is gonna be right here.
Speaker 3 (02:19):
So I'm excited to get all into it.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
Yeah, my fantasy interest and like love of it has
kind of died down a little bit since since gambling
got involved and like touchdowns and stuff like that, but
it's still something where it's a must every year, Like
you're you're gonna you know, you're gonna be in at
least one league. It's good to be prepared for it
and ready to go. I'm in Dynasty League and then
I'm in a few kind of recurring leagues as well
(02:45):
that I've been in for for a handful of seasons.
So my first kind of look into it for for
this summer and as we head into the off season.
But what I wanted to touch on first was near
and dear to our heart in Philadelphia, in Saquon Barkley
in the year that he had last year, going over
two thousand rushing yards, as we know, loses a lot
(03:05):
of touchdowns zoning the goal line to Jalen Hurts. But
he comes into this year, according to Fantasy pros as
the number two overall player behind Jamar Chase, the number
one overall running back. And I'm coming from a point
of view that I think Saquan is going to take
a step back this year, not only in fantasy purposes,
but you know, in real purposes as well. But amount
of touches that he had last year rushing for over
two thousand yards, and last year was arguably, you know,
(03:27):
if not even an argument, that the healthiest he's ever been.
And you can attribute that to the offensive line. But
I think all the touches he got last year, I
think he's bound to take a little bit of a
step back. I'm not saying he's not going to be
you know, RB one worthy, or he's not going to
have a great season, but I think it's kind of
foolish to expect him to have as great of a
season as he did last year. And I know his
(03:47):
running backs, the running backs behind him, AJ Dillon will Shipley.
It's not like he's got guys, you know, on his
shoulder like that. Are they're gonna be stealing carries from him?
But so I think that they're going to try and
reduce Saquon's carries a little bit. Am I crazy for
or for expecting Sakuan to take a step back this season?
Or are you expecting him to, you know, have another
two thousand plus yard season and just say his situation
(04:07):
is just too perfect to mess up unless he gets hurt.
Speaker 2 (04:10):
No, I don't think you're crazy at all. I if
I'm be honest, I'm in the same boat as you.
I do think there's a little regression. I'm not going
to say there's really a big step just with the
talent that's really around him. You touched on it the
offensive line and his health. Playing behind a healthy offense
or an offensive line like this will keep you healthy.
One of the best offensive lines in the league. So
you know, he really wasn't taking that many you know,
(04:31):
peruses banged up wasn't too bad. I mean we noticed
that this is the first year that he just really
played a full season. So you get behind that offensive line,
you get in a system like that. But at the
same time, he had all the volume. He had the
three hundred and forty five carries, which led the NFL
by I think twenty So I mean the volume was there. Uh,
there was a shit ton of volumes. And he still
(04:52):
stayed healthy behind this offensive line. So I'm with you
in the regression. I think, obviously with a new offensive coordinator,
it's not going to be the same exact offense. And
speaking on that, it's Jalen Hurts his twelfth thirteenth play
caller in the last his last ten seasons of football
something like that, which is crazy. So I mean it's
gonna be I don't think it's gonna be the same
(05:13):
exact offense. But I think he's kind of due for
some regression. He hit two thousand last year. I mean
only I think, what nine other guys have ever gotten that?
So I think, you know, he may maybe this year
he provides more of a of a passer, you know,
out of the backfield. You know, maybe he gets more receptions.
But I think he's really due for a regression. And
you know, averaging one hundred and twenty five rushing yards
(05:35):
a game, it's gonna be hard to repeat that in
back to back years, So I don't think the regression
is really going to be noticeable. I mean, I guess noticeable,
but really drastic to this Eagles offense.
Speaker 1 (05:45):
Yeah, and I think one of the main storylines of
the offseason was the tush push and whether or not
that we and say what you want about say qualm,
but he even said it himself, like he got tackled
a crap a lot of times at the one and
two yard line and that kept him out of the
end zone. In with the twist push staying in effect,
you have to assume Jalen's still going to get his
fair share of touchdowns from that point. So awesome season
(06:07):
last year. I'm still expecting, as long as he's healthy,
another awesome season this year. But I definitely think it's
going to be on the Eagles mind a little bit
more to kind of keep him fresh. Sha Kwon's even
said it himself, where he's been like PCs guys like
Derrick Henry or Christian McCaffrey out there like running hills,
but he knows how much touches he had last year.
He's just been trying to ease into his offseason workouts
and I think that's kind of how the Eagles might
(06:29):
look to approach it this year as well, Try and
get aj Dillon and Will Shipley maybe a little bit
more involved on a week to week basis, throw the
ball around the yard a little bit more, and then
make sure sae Quon's fresh for the playoff run. But
obviously that that ties right to fantasy. But another kind
of topic I want to touch on when you when
you look at these top rankings for fantasy players for
(06:50):
this upcoming season, there's a bunch of wide receivers going
into their second year that are kind of in this
top like fifty range you look at according to the
Fantasy pros, got Elite Neighbors of the Giants at number nine.
You got Brian Thomas of the Jags at number ten.
Lad McConkey slides in at twenty three for the Chargers.
I'm surprised I still haven't seen Marvin Harrison's name. They
(07:11):
have him all the way down at number forty one.
There's four guys just that are of second year receivers
right there in that mix, Nick, who are you expecting
to be the number one kind of receiver out of
this star studded second year group. I see the league
neighbors ranked as the highest guy, But what's the quarterback
situation look like there. I've seen those pictures of Marvin
Harrison recently. I think he might be in for a
(07:33):
big second season.
Speaker 3 (07:35):
Yeah, I'm with you with the Marv. I really think there.
Speaker 2 (07:37):
I don't even know if you counted a bounce back season,
but really just a step up from next year. You know,
we didn't really see We saw the flashes of potential,
we saw what he could really provide, but he didn't
really put it together in a week to week basis.
I think with a year under his belt with Kyler Murray,
I think in that Cliff Kingsbury offense, they're going to
be firing. So I think Marv is due for a
(07:57):
really step up type of a season. But I really
I think with elite Neighbors, the talent there, there's no
one else around them. Same thing you can say for
Brian Thomas, but you bring in Travis Hunter, who could
maybe eat away some targets there. But we don't know
how that situation is gonna go.
Speaker 3 (08:12):
But I mean both those guys.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
Their volume, their target chair is going to be very
high with their team. It just really depends on their
quarterback play. Trevor Lawrence really kind of showed some promise,
but at the same time, you can't really stay on
the field. That Jaguars offense is kind of a mess.
Offensive line isn't really all there, and you can say
the same thing about the Giants. But who's going to
be under quarter under center at quarterback and mean Russell Wilson,
(08:33):
Jackson Dart who knows. But at the same time, those
two guys, they are going to be eating up the
target share of both of their offensive So either way
you get one of them to you know, you're getting
volume on your fantasy team.
Speaker 1 (08:45):
All right, the transition to another second year player. Here,
it's a guy that I'm gonna have a close eye
on all season, and it's at the quarterback spot. And
it's not Jaden Daniels, but it's number one overall picked
from last year, Caleb Williams. Fantasy Pros has him as
that I'm thirteen quarterback going into the season. You look
at most fantasy leagues, you're probably playing with a ten
(09:06):
or twelve. So he's right there kind of on the
outside one of the top backup quarterbacks. But I think
he could be in for a big second season he
had going into last year. I thought everyone was kind
of saying that he had a great rookie situation he
walked into and that was proven wrong. He finishes the
year with his passing game coordinator basically as his head coach.
(09:26):
Nothing seems to go right last year in Chicago, terrible
offensive line play. But Chicago goes out this offseason, adds
a lot of beef upfront on that offensive line, have
some great weapons already and DJ Moore, they have roma duns.
They go out and get Colson Lovelin in the draft,
Dre Swift and Rashaun Johnson in the backfield, and they
bring in Ben Johnson most importantly at head coach. I
(09:46):
think Kayleb Williams is in for a big step up
this year in fantasy. He's my dynasty fantasy quarterback as well.
I'm expecting big things from him this upcoming season. What
are your thoughts on him and do you think he
can kind of elevate himself into you know, QB one
territory each week for fantasy because you've got a guy
like Bo Nixon there at number nine. Jade and Daniels
obviously had a great year. He's number three, but those
(10:09):
guys were picked after Caleb last year. Do you think
he can elevate his game and be one of the
top fantasy quarterbacks and just quarterbacks in the NFL in general.
This season?
Speaker 2 (10:16):
Yeah, I mean, the Bears did really everything that they
needed to do to at least get these guys in
their system, in their locker room that will be able
to make Caleb flurs, to be able to protect him,
to get in the guys to get males defeat. I
mean you already touched on it. On the offensive line,
everyone that they brought in. You got Colson Loveman, you
go out there and get him. You know, Luther Burden,
(10:38):
I think him and DJ Moore can be very complimentary
of each other. I kind of see some similarity in
their game. I think Luther can learn a lot from
DJ Moore and their assist Their play style can really
fit into Bean Johnson coming over from Detroit. So I
think they did what they needed to do to really
get you know, their system aligned and under a quarterback
with Caleb Williams with his playstyle. So I think, you know,
(11:01):
they did what they had to do, and it's all
really about execution at this point, staying healthy, stay on
the field in a tough division too.
Speaker 3 (11:07):
So I mean we saw it last year with the
offensive line.
Speaker 2 (11:10):
I think he had a league high sack, so I
mean he was running around with his like a chicken
without a head.
Speaker 3 (11:15):
So I mean, you got to this year they addressed
the issue. So I think they.
Speaker 2 (11:19):
Did really what they needed to do, and at this point,
it's about executing the game plan and the system.
Speaker 1 (11:25):
Yeah, and that was Caleb's I don't know, major flaw,
but major question mark coming out. It's just or But
it also was like his biggest skill his ability to
ad lib make plays on the run. But how good
of a player is he in structure? We'll see if
Ben Johnson's able to get the most out of him,
because we know what Jared Goff was. He's a pure
pocket player. I'm not saying Caleb needs to be that,
(11:47):
but certainly I think he needs to be rained in
a little bit. Go to another second year quarterback. This
will be the first year of him playing though JJ
McCarthy in Minnesota. I'm not saying that this is a
guy that you should count on for week one as
your guy, but maybe if you're looking that if you
take one of those Josh Allens or Jalen Hurts or
Lamar Jackson, one of those top performing fantasy quarterbacks, and
(12:08):
you want to wait till the later part of the
draft to get your backup, I'm saying, potentially, look at
JJ McCarty. They have n't met here at number twenty
two according to Fantasy Pros for fantasy quarterbacks going into
the twenty twenty five season. But he slides in and
he takes the spot of Sam Darnold, who threw for
four thousand, three hundred and nineteen yards thirty five touchdowns
last season. And JJ McCarty's got some wheels too, He's
(12:29):
got the ability to run. He's got Kevin O'Connell as
his play caller, Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison as pass catchers, TJ.
Hockinson as well. He's got a great setup to walk
into better arguably, you could argue better than what Caleb
Williams is dealing with this season as well. Am I
crazy to say that JJ McCarthy could be one of
the kind of sleeper players at the quarterback position.
Speaker 2 (12:50):
Yeah, I don't think you're crazy to say that, But
I think he really has to. He has to prove
something for me to actually have some confidence in him.
I know that you know goes without saying, but I
just didn't really see a lot in him in Michigan.
Speaker 3 (13:03):
I didn't really like him a lot.
Speaker 2 (13:05):
I like the situation he's in, Like you already touched on,
you got Jefferson throw to, you got Addison to Hockinson,
Aaron Jones in the backfield.
Speaker 3 (13:13):
You got a good offensive line, like you.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
Said, with the system too as well. He got a
good system with good offense. So I think he's in
a situation where he doesn't really need to do too
much and he can really manage and he doesn't if
he can just control the ball, don't turn the ball over.
And like you said, with his legs, I know he's
got it, you know, just surgery on his leg. But
I just saw a report that said he said his
leg is stronger than ever at this point. So we
(13:35):
saw what he can do with his legs. If you
can really do that at the next level, I think
he could be a sleeper type pick, you know, later
on the board. Maybe you know, like you said, you
don't start him right away. Maybe your quarterback gets hurt,
but I think he's he could be a pick later
in your fantasy draft that could really help you down
the line, if you know, you deal with some injuries.
Speaker 1 (13:56):
All right, how about some guys at the running back
spot that that you're looking at that or some more
sleeper guys down the board. I feel like running back
is the position in fantasy football least more so than
any that you get a guy off the waiver wire,
You get a guy one of your handcuff players, one
of your last picks, and they come out and be
like a league winner for you. They really take stride,
(14:17):
a guy like Bucky Irving, for example, what he was
able to do over the second half. Just kind of
doing a glance at some of these rankings, some names
are catching my eye. Cam Skataboo for the Giants. I
think Tyrone Tracy and Devin Singletary ahead of him. Not
much competition. They might really just go full youth movement there.
He's the number forty running back projected right now. A
(14:37):
guy like Ray Davis number forty two for the Buffalo
Bills with James Cook and his contract worries, who knows
what that situation looks like. That could be a potential
steal our guy Rico Daddle there at forty four to
the Panthers. He's probably gonna be the guy I think
in that backfield. Miles Sanders gone, Jonathan Brook's coming off injury.
(14:58):
Toba Hubbard I believe got hurt at the the last
year as well. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Speaker 2 (15:02):
Yeah, he did, but I think he'll I think he'll
still take the bulk of the carries, but he's you know,
I think even.
Speaker 3 (15:08):
With that, he's still put up.
Speaker 2 (15:10):
In the first half of the season, he was putting
up some good numbers, So I think Juba could do that.
Speaker 3 (15:14):
But one guy I'm really looking at.
Speaker 2 (15:17):
They just signed another running back who I don't really
know how this is gonna.
Speaker 3 (15:21):
Work, But I like R. J. Harvey in that Denver offense.
Speaker 2 (15:25):
I think he was very explosive in college and then
he comes and do out of the or right after
the draft he was RB one.
Speaker 3 (15:31):
They go ahead and sign JK. Dobbins. I think they
could be a nice one two punch.
Speaker 2 (15:35):
I mean, I think in that system with Bowneckt Sean Payton,
they want to you know, grit and grind teams out
with the defense that they have, so I think R. J.
Harvey comes into that system. I still think he's gonna
be RB one. I have a Rookie of the Year
ticket on him, really high on him, and even like
a guy like a Marien Hampton.
Speaker 3 (15:54):
I know the Chargers like to run the ballground and pound.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
I think, you know, the rookies that we're talking about,
I think a lot of are gonna get some volume.
So those two guys I'm looking at down the board,
a guy like quinnch On, juckets Nick Chubb just leaves.
I know they have Dylan Samson too. They got two
running backs in the draft, but I think Chunkin's gonna
take Bolk of that workload and he can really go
into that Brown's offense. I don't really think the Browns
(16:18):
Ovens is gonna do that much, but Chuckkins and someone
that can really, you know, come into this offense and.
Speaker 1 (16:23):
Provide another rookie running back that I have my eye on.
And I hate that he went to Dallas, but that
is Jaden Blue out of Texas. He stays in the state.
But I just remember that Clemson game last year. He
had this one run where he just turned the corner
and it looked like someone just put a fire up
his ass and he just took off down the field.
(16:45):
I mean, he's got speed for days in acceleration and
with what's in front of him right now, Javonte Williams,
who over the past few years has been disappointing, He's
got Miles Sanders right there in the mix behind him,
Like there's not much competition there, and there's there's an
opportunity for him to become. You know, I think I'm
not going to say a star in the NFL, but
a big time like playmaker, like kind of I would
(17:06):
kind of look at him as maybe like what Tony
Pollard was when when he first came into the league,
where all right, Johnson Williams might be the first and
second down back, but Jayden Blue by the end, he's
gonna be the guy getting those explosive runs, explosive carries.
That's a sleeper that I'm taking a chance on. I
think in some of my drafts at the running back spot,
there's a there's a lot of rookie running backs and
(17:26):
goes hand in hand with what we talked about leading
up to the NFL Draft this year. It's a lot
of really good rookie young running backs. Let's transition over
to the receiver room a little bit. Now, one guy
that new face in a new place. He's bounced around
over the past few years. He was the number one
receiver in football for a handful of years. But that's
(17:47):
Davante Adams. He relocates now out to LA with Matt Stafford.
H Cooper Cup goes over to the Seattle Seahawks. So
it's Pooka, Nakua and DeVante Adams out there. I think
Davante is a great fit if he's able to stay
on the field. But I think him and Matthew Stafford
are kind of a match made in heaven. What are
your thoughts on him this year? Fantasy football Wise, Fantasy
(18:08):
Pros ranks him as the fifteenth best receiver headed into
the season.
Speaker 2 (18:12):
Yeah, I'm with you. I think him and Nikola could
be crazy with the route running, but both of them.
Stafford's gonna sling the ball. We've seen that his whole career,
and with DeVante with his route running, I think he's
going to be open a lot of the times. And
like you said, just got to stay on the field.
But if m and Nikua can both stay on the field,
they're going to be dangerous offense. And Kyraen Williams, if
(18:32):
he can also stay on the field and stop fumbling,
it's gonna be a crazy offense. But he's someone that
you're gonna look at and he's going to be a
top fifteen, top twenty wide receiver in fantasy. He's going
to be if he plays at least fifteen sixteen games.
But also another guy that new face, new or new place,
new face, Cooper Cup in Seattle. I think he's getting undervalued.
(18:53):
I know he really needs to stay on the field
as well. But with him Jacksonmith a Jigba obviously, I
think Jackson Dijig is going to be wide receiver one
take a Bocalows targets taking most most of that volume share.
But I think Cooper Cup, as you know, if he
can stay on the field, he's an older guy, can
run those routes for Sam Darnold. I think those underneath routs.
(19:13):
I think those two guys new place for new face,
new Place. I think both of them, could you know,
provide some value.
Speaker 1 (19:21):
All Right, we talked about a bunch of these second
year receivers. We have one that we haven't touched on
yet and that's Keon Coleman. Excuse me for the Bills.
He's a guy that I haven't really heard his name
much this offseason outside of playing in some like celebrity
basketball games and he was cooping. But I think too
that could take a big step up this year. But
(19:43):
he's ranked forty seventh according to Fantasy Pros heading into
the season. But he's a guy that we haven't even mentioned.
And that's how good some of those top kind of receiver,
these receivers going into year number two. They but outside
of him that competing for targets Joshua Palmer, Khalil Shakir,
I think he could have a big second year. We
see receivers more so than not I think, out of
(20:04):
any position take that big leap in their second season.
I think that could be a potential steal in the
draft where you think about Kean Coleman head into this
year with you know, the number one fantasy quarterback at
least right now in josh Allen.
Speaker 2 (20:15):
That's why I was just gonna touch on coming off
of an MVP season. I think with a quarterback like this,
I know the volume there, they don't really throw the
ball that much. But I still think if he you know,
you got that one year under your belt, he wasn't
looking up. I think you missed like four or five games,
maybe came out of a few games. But if he can,
he's one that stays on the field. You know, you
gain that chemistry with an MVP quarterback, You're gonna gain
the trust, You're gonna get a lot more of targets
(20:38):
in the offense. So I think he's someone that comes
into this season expecting a huge, you know, step up
from last year. Like you said, they only really have
Khalil Shakur Shakir and then they just went out and
signed Joshua Palmer. Maybe Palmer's more of that you know,
red zone type of threat, but also Keyon's and athletic
got you can go up in the.
Speaker 3 (20:55):
Red zone, go up and throw it.
Speaker 2 (20:57):
So so I think if you just gained that trust,
get really I think he is someone that will you know,
step up like we were talking about with Marvin Harrison.
He's not going to take that step up, but I
think he's someone in this next year that is going
to need to get targets, more volume, gain more trust
from your quarterback and your offensive coordinator, and I think
that'll just lean or just make you, you know.
Speaker 3 (21:17):
More confident or your quarterback more confident in you.
Speaker 1 (21:22):
All right, wrap it up with the tight end spot.
Quick hitter. Here, we're seeing a little bit of a
changing of the guard. George Kittle right now projected as
the number one Fantasy football tight end. He's obviously been
at the top for a handful of years. But you're two,
three and four. You got Brock Bauers, Tray mcbriden, Sam
laporta changing of the guard there, Mark Andrews down at
(21:42):
number five, Travis Kelcey all the way down at number eight.
I think I'm buying into Travis Kelsey having a bit
of a bounce back this year. I think if he
was going to come back this season, it was to
you know, make some noise, it makes something happen. I
think he's accomplished plenty in his NFL career, and he's
also got plenty going on off the field. If he
was if he was gonna come back this year, it
(22:03):
was for a reason. I'm buying into a bounce back
year from Travis kelce You're telling me you can get
him as the eighth or world tight end when you
know the past two three years he's been a first
round pick most most years off the board. I think
he's got a bounce back season, but a changing of
the guard of the tight end spot. Just big picture
thoughts on that position.
Speaker 3 (22:22):
Yeah, I'm with you with the Travis Kelsey.
Speaker 2 (22:24):
I don't think he's gonna take that much of a
step up just because of how bad of the season
that he had last year. I think he's still gonna
have you know, he's thirty five, He's in an offense
that's kind of getting older. The weapons there, they're getting
Marquise Hollywood Brown back from injury and Rashid Rice back
from injury. I think a lot of those targets are
going to go to them. But I still think he's
going to be a top ten, top eight. I guess,
(22:46):
like you said, tight end. So you know, I wouldn't
go out and you know, really go out and try
to get him. But if he's still there, he's around
waiting for you, I wouldn't mind taking that stab. But
I really think it's gonna be like a Bowers and
Trey McBride them one two. I think, you know, Trey
McBride was one of the maybe one in tight end
last season and he had two touchdowns. But brock Bauers
(23:10):
obviously with the season that he had last year. Now
Gino Smith coming in media Ashon Genty to get more
eyes in that backfield, maybe that opens up the middle
of the field a lot more so, I think tight
end wise, I think brock Bowers is probably gonna end
tight tight end one with Trey McBride right behind them.
So you write a little changing of the guard, George
Kittle and Travis Kelcey coming down a little bit, and
(23:32):
even Mark Andrews going down a little bit. I know
they're looking for that bounce back to the season after
how it ended last season with a drop. But I
also like Isaiah likely in that offense that Ravens team
likes to play that twelve personnel and their receivers they
only bring back you know, Jay Flowers and Shaw Bateman,
both reliable targets, you know, but they also bring in
DeAndre Hopkins. I think those two tight end sets though,
(23:55):
I think they're more you know, confident with them with
those two big pass catchers. So with those tight ends,
I think Isaiah likely someone who was a tight end two,
but someone down the board that I would take a chance.
Speaker 1 (24:05):
On player two that before we get out that I
didn't even know this was a transaction this offseason. This
move was made Evan Ingram to the Broncos. I think, yeah,
I think that's an interesting fit too. With how we
saw Bonis kind of operate in that offense last year,
I think a guy like him over the middle could
really thrive. And what we saw was Sean Payton with
(24:26):
Jimmy Graham in the past, he showed the ability to
get the tight end involved for sure. But all right,
a little Fantasy football crash course episode. We'll probably touch
on these a little bit more over the summer, maybe
get our guy roy on for an episode or Mark
we kind of go a little bit deeper. But yeah,
it was just a little overview of each position, some
(24:47):
guys that we got our eyes on. But as always, everyone,
thank you for tuning in. Next week, we'll go back
to a little bit of college stuff. We might do
gambling centric college episode next week, talk about some of
our favorite over unders. Are some of our favorite futures
that we got to get eye on right now. But
we'll go to college next week. We'll go NFL and
then maybe circle back to fantasy once we get back
(25:08):
into two July. But thank you everyone for tuning in
here on Fox Sports The Gambler. Keep it locked and
we will talk to you next week. The Gambling Phillies
