looked at the schedule when it firstcame out, and you looked at the
opponents. You had Mount Saint JosephAdam Maryland. They came up here,
they gave mcdebit a really good game. The Crusaders trailed into the fourth quarter
of that game and scored two touchdowns, Rico Scott scoring about a forty yarder
off a bubble screen to win thatone for mcdebit. Then the really game,

I think everyone was looking at thatif people thought mcdebitt might lose one.
Crusaders went to Wayne, New Jerseyand took on to Paul Katholic Crusaders
trailed by a lot at halftime,came back and won the game forty six
forty two. And then Lasou CollegeHigh School near Philadelphia, a tough opponent
is that mcdebitt and Lasau College hadsplit the last two years. Mcdebit taking

care of business here therefore seven totwenty one as they pulled away in that
game, and then the Crusaders justkind of cruised through the Midpenkista Division.
The Crusaders haven't even lost a divisiongame since twenty nineteen, Marty. But
as you looked at it once thosethree games, you kind of knew that
there was going to be a specialkind of a season, and you looked
at the schedule and realistically, notto mean anybody, it is what it

is. You looked at Cedar Cliffas the only possibility almost after that,
and that's that's really. Once thatgame was gone and in the books,
it was nothing to really you know, that was going to prevent them from
going ten to zero other than themselves. So Vishia mcdebit. Of course,
this is the quarterfinal game here betweenBishop mcdebit from Milton Hershey. It's a

rematch of a game a few weeksago. A mcdebitt their last opponent.
Two weeks ago, they took careof business against Flora d Dolphin out at
Hershey Park Stadium. As mcdebit wonsixty one to ten. It was thirty
five to ten at the half.And I think the thing mcdebitt really did
well that night is that they establisheda really good running game. Nazir Jones
Davis with a big game and ReethBarnes on the ground as well. They

were actually our players of the gamethat night. But it was good to
see mcdebitt really establish a running gameand that one as you're heading into the
playoffs. It's an exciting time,playoffs and such a big word art.
Right now, we're sitting out herelooking at an empty field while there's a
lot of young men in the lockerroom getting geared up, and there's a

lot of young men that are seniors. Some of those know that they're going
to put on the uniform and play. Some this could be their last game.
Some know that they're going to playin college, some hope that they're
going to play in college, andunfortunately, some are facing the fact,

reality that they're never going to putthe pads and the helmet on again.
So it is a great time,It is a big time, and it's
a serious time for these young mento, you know, want to come
out here and put it all onthe field tonight. So meltin Hershey Spartan's
back here on September twenty ninth atRock Ortenzio Stadium, mcdebit beat him fifty

five fourteen. Spartan's come in sixand five. They are coming off a
big playoff win as they were ableto win on the road against Eastern New
York twenty nine twenty three last week. Actually that game was that Milton Hershey,
but Milton Hershey led the game twentytwo to nothing. Eastern New York
game storming back and Milton Hershey hadto hang on and win that game.
If you look at their schedule throughthe year, started off with a really

exciting win over South Quentna Township thirtyfive to thirty four. They defeated Middletown,
had a close loss to East Pennsborough, who might be an opponent mcdebits
cs here. We'll see how thatgoes. Redland they beat them thirty six
twenty. They lost to Hershey thirtythree to twenty two. Of course the
mcdebit lost here. They had areally exciting game against Mislin County and blew

a big lead. Lost out inforty two thirty five, won forty seven
four against Lower Dolphin. They beatPalmira forty one sixth. Theedarcliff beat them
fifty four to eighteen and then ofcourse the big playoff win against the Eastern
Eyork last week twenty nine to twentythree. Take away that Cedar Cliff game.
If you look at it, theyhave to be thinking and coach Boegar,

I think, would tell them,look, let's keep this close.
We've played in some big, toughgames mcdebitt. You know, they've played
in one or two, but reallyhaven't played in the amount of games that
Mountain Hershey has. So coach hasto be saying to them, look,
keep it close, let's get itdown into the last eight ten minutes and
see what we can do. Mcdebit'sfirst team defense. Milton Hershey's the only

the two weeks. What did youlook at, what did you focus on?
What were you hoping to see fromthe guys, And it'll take us

through that couple weeks. You know, we in the bye week, we
practiced Tuesday and Thursday, good twohour practices. Uh. Tuesday, he
kind of went best against best andit was a very spirited practice and I
thought it was one of our bestpractices all year, which we needed because
of, you know, coming offplaying the Keystone Division World really challenge much.

I thought it was good. Alot of competition, a lot of
talk back and forth between offense anddefense and uh, but it was all
it was all good nature. Butit was very competitive. Was very competitive
practice. And that was coming offof a very good, maybe the best
JV win we've had since I've beenhere. We played a very good Man
On Township JV team and one eighteenfourteen. So it's two groups back to

back days and we came back andyou had a decent practice on Thursday.
Give them the rest of the timeoff. The coaching staff went over and
scouted the Milton Hershey Eastern New Yorkgame of Friday night, you know,
Monday, Monday this week, wecame back and got to work, start
getting ready for s O practice forMilton Hershey. It's just real quick about

that opponent, and we'll get tothat later. But would you have rather
coached against a different team and yourcounty team? I suppose no disrespect to
Milton Hershey, but would it havebeen better and even for the guys for
motivation to have a different team gonein? Yeah? I mean, you
know I always played for the playoffs, play somebody and didn't play, you

know, and especially you know MiltonHershey has athletes and can make some plays
or best receiver and play I guessthe first time. And sometimes when you
play a team that you'd be prettyhandled in the regular season, you know,
your guys have a tendency to letup a little bit. So you
know, the coaching staff we've beenhon our guys all week about that.

Fortunately, you know, we've hadsome guys stickle. We we've had we'd
have bugg going around on the teamand guys been from practice. But yeah,
I mean, you always like tosee something different. But in the
same token end is you kind ofknow what the team's gonna do. Although
they seem to show something different ondefensively every time we play them. Is

this a week where you maybe calledit just asking. They call it captains
aside and challenge them as far asmotivation for the rest of the guys.
We've done that. Uh, youknow, Krisland Santa on practice after practice
Monday, really challenge the defense.You know, we always challenge the offense
a little bit, and so youknow, I mean it it. Uh,

you know, we're gonna change upsome things. Uh. The two
games that we did not have schoolday of the game we have not played
well. You know, we've donezooms to make sure the guys are out
because they have a tendency that stepall night and then sleep all day and

us at South as the tackle.Because he's transferred after his sophomore year,

he's ineligible for the playoffs like NixLogic was last year. So you know,
Dallasdownport has had some experience. Youknow, he started earlier in the
year. Guard we've been sneaking ina little bit here and there. Some
people may have missed it, butwe've sneaking him in a little bit playing
right off the tackle, especially thelast series of the first team offense.

We've been We've moved JJ to geta little work at left tackle. I
brought Dallasand to play right tackle.So, uh, that's that's probably the
biggest one. Liam Cox has playeda little bit of receiver, but you
know he's punted for us, sosomeone will take that over the punty duties.
And then uh, the the alsboys haven't played all year, but
got cleared to play the last gameagain, slowed off and so they did

a good job. But you knowit's not like we have to replace him
because they didn't play the other ninegames. That's start about a tight end
and nut because even when I can'tmake the games, Art and or I've
always you know, it's tight endtouchdown. They always say Marty would be
happy. What about their blocking?Haven't eve been happy with the tight ends
as a hole with their blocking?Yeah, for the most part, Nick

has done a good job blocking youknow here and there. You know he's
you know, you'd like to seeit a little bit more. But he've
done very well. Liam started offslow bloking. He's not where we wanted
