Speaker 2 (00:29):
Here's your host, bow Driven.
Speaker 3 (00:33):
All right, good morning everybody. As always, I hope everybody
is having a wonderful weekend. It is, uh, Labor Day weekend,
last weekend of summer. And I remember my birthday's right
round Labor Day weekend every year because libor Day, my
birthday falls on the same day every year. Labor Day
(00:54):
doesn't necessarily but uh, I used to remember like going
to score, Oh, we didn't start until like the day
after thanks or Labor Day. That was like when summer ended.
Labor Day was the last big weekend of the summer.
And now these poor kids, I don't know, they got
the whole schedule screwed up. It's no more you go
(01:15):
to school for nine months, you're off for three months,
and I think it makes it harder on the parents
it's making it more difficult on daycare and how to
get people to make sure that scheduling vacations everything. I
know my young my daughters both have young kids that
are starting school, and they complained about it all the time,
and they're in Florida. Anyways, I am. I'm going to
(01:40):
talk about the cracker barrel thing later, but before I
get to that, I read a story the other day
that was disturbing for so many different reasons. There is
a I think it's a grocery store. It's Meyer me
E I J E R. And they're in the Midwest.
(02:02):
I believe like they're headed up in Illinois, and I
think they're at Michigan, but they're in the Midwest, and
they're not. They're fifteen billion dollar retailer, so they're not
a small company. They have this young man who was
is obviously challenged mentally challenged and working in his deli.
(02:22):
I'm sorry sixteen. He started there when he was fifteen,
and he is comes from a family that is not
very well off, and this kid is working because they
need the money. And he is apparently working in the
deli and doing his thing. And if you know anything
about the retail business, and when it comes to food,
they throw out tons of food. It's the stupidest policy
(02:44):
in the world. I don't understand it, but it is
what it is, and there will be tons of perfectly
good food being thrown out. So this young man apparently
would go eat a fruit cup that was in the
throw away pile right over in the side. It's expired,
(03:05):
they're gonna throw it away, so he would eat a
fruit cup because he was hungry. Instead of talking to
this young man and saying, hey, that's not allowed. We
can't do that. That food has to be thrown away
by policy, even though it's a stupid policy. Instead of
doing that, instead of talking to the young man and saying, hey,
you're not allowed to do that, they waited and continued
(03:29):
to watch him and get him on film eating one
or two fruit cups a day and maybe a yogurt.
And they waited until he had gotten to I'm sorry,
I ate a little bit of chicken to some of
the rotisserie chickens that were being tossed out. They waited
until it got to over one hundred and ten dollars
worth of retail value, and then called the police to
(03:53):
have this young man arrested for theft. Now they are
headed up. This was in Illinois, and I think it
was right outside of Chicago, and I thought, well, in Chicago,
one of the most leftists caring cities in the world,
(04:17):
if not well in the United States, if not the world,
And the way these people treated this young man had
zero compassion or understanding. And yet that's the people that
continues to say how inclusive they are, how kind they are,
how welcoming they are, and you set up a sixteen
(04:40):
year old, mentally challenged young man to make sure that
it was over one hundred dollars. These are the same
people who passed laws that allowed people in Chicago to
loot stores and get nothing and do nothing to them.
They literally let these teams run wild, crash stores, steal
(05:00):
whatever they want and nothing happens to them. And the
same exact people go in and set up a sixteen
year old, mentally challenged young man for eating fruit cups
that were going to be thrown away. What in the
world is wrong with you people? It absolutely It's one
of those stories that made me go, man, there is
(05:23):
it's a mental illness being that left. It is just
a mental illness. It is victimization.
Speaker 1 (05:29):
It is.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
Madness on a scale that is getting worse day by
day by day, and it is hurting everybody. I heard
Snoop Dogg the other day on a show, and he
was talking about how they had taken the masculinity out
of men and out of movies and tried to downplay
it and made the male characters are all stupid or
(05:56):
you know, effeminate and unable to handle the manly stuff.
And when you start doing that, over time, you absolutely
erode what made America America. You know, I've told this
story before because it's amazing to me, but it wasn't
but a generation or two ago where we had eighteen
and nineteen year old young men that were scaling a
(06:18):
wall at Normandy while being shot at and in drenched
clothing to fight off the Germans who had had every advantage.
And these kids scaled a wall and fought hand to
hand combat to lead the way for the rest of
our troops to invade Normandy. That's what we had a
(06:40):
few generations ago. Those were real young men who knew
what they needed to do and were willing to do
whatever it took to get there. And now we are
teaching these young men that being a man is bad.
It's toxic. It's toxic masculinity, and you can't be if
(07:01):
boys can't be boys, You guys are ruining this country.
Fifty percent of you are well a little bit slightly
less percentage than that, are ruining this country. And it
is going to you the policies. You're going to get
to the FO part of FAFO and you're not going
to like what happens. You think you will. You think
(07:22):
you're going to create some utopia. You're an idiot for
thinking that it doesn't exist. What exists is hard work, caring,
compassionate people who truly care about their neighbor and are
willing to go do whatever it takes. Your rest a
sixteen year old disabled boy for stealing some fruit cups,
eating some fruit cups that were going to be thrown
(07:43):
away anyways, Get out of here with that, all right.
This is Bonos Cars, rants about lots of other stuff
brought you by Chevrolet Buick GMC of Murphysboro. Come on back.

Speaker 3 (08:35):
All right, Welcome back everybody. So it is absolutely amazing
to me how much crap and I'd use a different word,
but I'm not allowed to how much crap the administrative,
the Trump administration is finding out about, not only the
(09:01):
Obama administration, but the Biden administration also, and how corrupt
these people were and how they were literally stealing from
the American tax payer. You know, Trump's first term, he
didn't really look he'd never been up there, he didn't know.
He did the best job he could, but he was
hampered all the way by the Russian collusion hoax, and
(09:24):
so he wasn't able to truly expose and he really
didn't know who to put in place. You know, one
of the things about owning a business, it's not me.
I mean, our business is successful, but it's not because
I do anything special. It's because I hired good people
who knew what they were doing and I let them
do their jobs. Trump built a multi billion dollar corporation
(09:49):
that spans multiple continents because he understood how to find
good people who do good jobs and let them go
do their job. Smart people, good jobs most of the time,
people with common sense. And so he's put people he
knew this time who he wanted to put in there.
He'd been vetting them for the last four years and
(10:09):
made sure that he had people that were input departments,
that knew what they were talking about, knew what they
were doing, and he didn't just go willy nilly, you know,
he had four years to prepare. And so I think
he's got some people in positions now that are truly
making a difference, and they're uncovering so much corruption. Howard Lutnik,
(10:29):
who is the Secretary of Commerce, found the other day
that the Biden administration had established something called let me
make sure I get this right. It was called Gnatcast,
and it was it was a nonprofit supposedly that was
set up to manage the National Semiconductor Technology Center. Now,
(10:51):
how many of us know that there was a National
Semiconductor Technology Center to begin with, much less Gnatcast, right,
So they set up this thing and apparently it was
completely against the law setting it up the way they
did this nonprofit that got seven point four billion dollars
four days before the end of his turn. Now this
is the same We don't know what else there is,
(11:14):
but he, Howard Lutnik, is calling back that seven point
four billion dollars from that nonprofit organization that, by the way,
had something like eighteen Biden administration officials, previous Biden administration
officials that were either on the board or part of
the Natcast hierarchy. They were using it to make themselves rich.
(11:35):
I don't care what you say, you can't prove to me,
or you'd never convinced me that they weren't doing it
to make themselves rich. This is the same administration whose
EPA parked twenty billion dollars seven days before the end
of the term of his administration. They parked twenty billion
dollars at Chase Manhattan Bank that was supposed to be
(11:55):
given out to seven or eight NGOs, non government organizations
that were supposed to have something to do with green energy.
They did it seven days before the end of the term.
You're just stuck twenty billion dollars over there, and didn't
think anybody'd find it. You act like that's they are
so deeply corrupt, But now it turns out they're even
(12:18):
more corrupt than your thought. So if you listen to
the show at oh you knew. I used to rail
against about that, the East Palestine Ohio train derailment and
what they were doing to those people, and why it
was okay to just ignore the people whose lives were
completely turned upside down. But judge who didn't do anything
to try to help those people, we can do. Same
(12:40):
thing happened in Hawaii with the fires over there. Same
thing happened in North Carolina with the hurricane when people
really needed our help. We couldn't give it to them,
but we could send one hundred and fifty billion dollars
over to Ukraine. It turns out the EPA. There's some
new emails out there about the train derailment and EPA
(13:02):
in East Palestine. There was a Ohio Democrat who worked
to discredit the scientists who tested the soil and air.
So I'm just going to read this to you. They
even put scientists under surveillance, using drones to monitor their movements.
The EPA is supposed to be keeping our air and
water clean not conducting surveillance and smear campaigns against independent scientists,
(13:24):
and yet in a News Nation exclusive, newly released emails
show that what was happening after the East Palestine trained
disaster in February of twenty three, the target an environmental
scientist whose test contradicted the EPA's narrative that there were
no dangerous levels of toxins in the area. Local residents
were told the official story. It goes on to say
(13:45):
when environmentalist scientists environmental scientists Scott Smith began testing for
toxins in East Palestine, drones were monitoring his movements. EPA
emails show the agency began collecting Smith's personal information, tracking
his movements, distributing his whereabout to more than fifty EPA employees.
They even circulated photos of his dog, so the corruption
(14:09):
wasn't just financial. By the way, these are the same
people who abandoned the people in Republican areas for any
sort of assistance that was needed. They literally said, don't
go to houses with Trump signs in front of them.
How corrupt can you possibly be? These are the same
Americans who actually paid the taxes, do their jobs, do
(14:33):
what they're supposed to, and you just ignore them because
they don't have the same political beliefs as you. You
are rotten, horrible human beings. And I don't mind saying it.
That's just mean and nasty. There is nothing about being
inclusive when you just will go past people because they
don't have the same political beliefs that you have when
(14:55):
they're in need. And they didn't do anything wrong. Just
absolute corruption top to bottom. Look, I don't know about you,
but I've always known it existed. I just didn't know
how bad it was, and I didn't know how we
could do anything to stop it. I always said, I
can't believe Trump didn't make all of the all of
the things he found out in the first term. Maybe
(15:17):
they didn't find all those things in the first term.
Maybe now they know where to look, and maybe now
they weren't as good at covering their tracks as the
Obama administration was, And so they're starting to come up
with all of these things that we all knew existed
but couldn't figure out why. Absolutely sickness. Also, I don't
know if you remember, but back in the day, Biden,
(15:40):
right after Trump got voted out in twenty twenty one,
early twenty twenty one, Biden goes in and starts selling
off all of the wall materials that the Trump administration
had had purchased to finish the border wall, and they
sold three hundred and fifty million dollars of unused Trump
border wall materials for pennies on the dollar. Guaranteed, there
(16:03):
were people in that administration that had their hand in
the cookie jar somewhere and knew how to go bid
on those contracts to try to buy that stuff at
pennies on the dollar, sold it, and there were kickbacks
being given back to many of the people in the
administration stealing our money again. But Trump went back and
apparently gov planet it just there was Trump administration announcement
(16:30):
the other day said gov Planet has recent agreement working
with the Officer Borders are to return border wall materials
that were previously deemed surplus and sourced by the federal
government to gov planet via existing contracts. So he went
back and got back all of the stuff that the
Biden administration sold and their going to use it to
(16:51):
finish the wall. That's how you get stuff done. This
is this is my issue with all of the people
that have a problem with Trump he's getting stuff done
that needs to be done. Whether you want to acknowledge
it or not, that's on you. But the truth of
the matter is, you cannot be okay with the levels
of crime that we have been having to be We've
(17:16):
had to put up with. You can't be okay with
murders constantly in these in our large cities. You can't
be okay with gangs of kids terrorizing neighborhoods. You can't
be okay with that. And it's not that hard to fix.
Just like the Biden administration kept saying over and over
and over again, we have to have new immigration policies
(17:38):
in order to stop the flow of people. We have
to have new immigration policies. We have to change our
immigration system. No, we just have to enforce the laws
that are on the books. We just have to make
crime not pay. We just have to make sure that
the criminals go to jail. We just have to make
sure we take them off the streets. El Salvador will
(18:00):
the murder capital of the world. And whether you agree
with his tactics or not, the guy in charge of
El Salvador cleaned it up inside of a year by
arresting all of the gang members and putting them in
maximum security prisons. And now there are less murders in
El Salvador than there are in Belgium. The same place
(18:23):
that was the murder capital of the world five years
ago has fewer murders than the country in Europe with
the least amount of murders. It doesn't take a genius
to figure it out. You got to put the bad
people away, and you can't rehab some people. They're just
not rehabitable. I got other stuff to talk about, but
(18:44):
I'm gonna have to do it in the next segment.
All right, this is Bonos Cars likes to talk about
everything except cars, brought to you by Chevrolet Buick GMC

Here's your host, bow Driven.
Speaker 3 (19:36):
All right, welcome back, everybody, So if you're anything like me, I,
I have been a huge fan of Cracker Barrel for many,
many years. I remember the first time I ever went
to a Cracker Barrel was nineteen I think it was
(19:58):
nineteen ninety and I had gone to visit somebody in Atlanta.
They didn't have any in Florida at the time. I
don't think. I had gone to visit somebody in Atlanta
and they said, hey, let's go get some breakfast. Let's
go to Cracker Barrew. I went, and I was hooked.
I loved the atmosphere, I loved the biscuits. I loved
Back before I decided to try to get healthy again,
(20:20):
I could eat lots of biscuits and gravy, and their
pancakes are some of the best in the world. I
also like good, down home southern cooking. That's what I
was raised on, and I enjoy it. I don't understand.
I didn't understand the reason for this massive change right
(20:45):
until I read an article the other day that explained
it to me. And I think it's going to bite
them in the butt. I think it's going to You
cannot please everybody, and when you start trying to, you
end up pissing off everybody. That's the problem is you
start trying to to appease one group, and the other
group starts to dislike you, and then you even say
something about trying to appease the other group, and then
(21:07):
somebody else dislikes you, and in the end you end
up destroying your business. And it's sad. But the core
demographic for Cracker Barrel is and was people in the South.
That's Southern crooking. So we'll see how it pays how
it does. But I can tell you that I finally
(21:29):
figured out what had happened, So I'm just gonna kind
of give you the overview of what I found out.
So according to Upward News, which is a news agency,
the story actually goes back to the nineties, And if
you remember, there was a big story back in the
nineties where Cracker Barrel had allegedly discriminated against gig customers
(21:50):
and workers, and that meant that hard leftists saw that
restaurant as a symbol of the South and decided to
attack it relentless. There was a there's a thing called
the Human Rights Campaign, which is the largest LGBTQ plus
advocacy organization in the United States, they had a Corporate
Equality Index that they was like a benchmark that rates
(22:15):
cost companies on their ESG scores, right, so for their
policies for practices and inclusion and those kind of things.
So Blackrock, which is one of the largest investment firms
in the world, if not the largest, used to work
with the Human Rights Campaign to judge companies and if
(22:37):
those companies fell out of favor with the Human Rights Campaign,
they Blackrock would pressure them into making changes. Turns out,
Blackrock owns three point two to three million shares of
Cracker Barrel, which is fourteen point five to two percent
of the Cracker Bails outstanding shares. And the Human Rights
Campaign is known for pressuring companies to become more inclusive
(22:59):
and leftist in nature, and if they give him a
bad score, they've become a targeted left for or leftist hate.
And so that's what happened. Cracker Barrel is trying to
chase down something for the Human Rights Campaign to keep
up an ESG score, and I know that on the
first I don't know if Blackrock sold. That's the problem.
(23:21):
Blackrock owned three point two to three million shares owned
fourteen point five to two percent. We don't know that
Blackrock didn't sell in the last ninety days. What I
do know is that the day that they made the
announcement and changed the logo, the Cracker Barrel stock dropped
something like twenty percent and shaved one hundreds of millions
of dollars off of their market cap. So we'll see.
(23:42):
I don't know. I don't know how it's going to
turn out, but I can tell you it doesn't. I
don't think it's going to work. Speaking of other companies,
you guys may may have ever heard of Marcus Lamonez, right,
So he was the guy that the profit and it
was a TV show on CNBC, I think, and he
(24:03):
would go in and help these small companies, these small
people write in. He'd come in off make them an
offer to buy part of their company and work with
them and grow the company. He was the first shark
of Shark Tanks, and he was really good at it.
But apparently he after Bed Bath and Beyond went broke
bankrupt a few years ago and closed down all of
(24:24):
their stores, Marcus Lamonnies bought the bed Bath and Beyond.
He also owns Camping World and a few other large companies.
But he bought the bed Bathroom Beyond or a large
portion of it, put together a consortium of people. So anyways,
he is trying to resurrect the brand and decided to
make a statement the other day and talked about not
(24:45):
making not building any stores in California. It said, let
me see if I can make sure. He went on
to say that they're only going to have on mind
sales there because they're going to have to try to
avoid the higher taxes, higher fees, as well as unsustainable wages.
(25:06):
And he made this whole statement about it and talked
about how he really wants to open in California, but
the work environment is just impossible to be profitable in
and to still give the same amount of service and
the same good prices to customers there. So after he
got done making this statement, Gavin Newsom, who is slimy man,
(25:31):
he is slimy, decides to tweet out, or at least
somebody in his office tweeted out, oh, you mean the
company that filed bankruptcy two years ago and closed down
all of its stores. Okay, so we're talking about a
governor of a state. Somebody, a huge business person is
reaching out and saying, look, it can be better. It
is better in many, many other states. It doesn't have
(25:54):
to have this high regulations environment, it doesn't have to
have these incredibly high taxes, incredibly high wages. It doesn't
have to be this way, and it's destroying the state.
People are moving out of California at an alarmingly high rate,
and so our major corporations, Oracle just moved to Nashville
in an outburger, moved to Nashville because we have a
(26:16):
better work environment and a better base of people. You're
losing the people that are paying all of those high
taxes Newsome, and so instead of being welcoming and trying
to welcome some sort of discussion as to how it
could help grow the economy in California. You know Newsom
always is taking He constantly has taken creditly. We have
(26:38):
the fifth largest economy in the world. Yeah, that had
nothing to do with you, moron. It was there before you.
It's just based on the size of the of the economy.
You got more people. You got thirty million or forty
million people in your state, it's going to be a
big economy. What you don't talk about is the out
migration and how many of those people are leaving that
pay those high taxes and the budget shortfall. You walked
(27:01):
in eight years ago with a budget surplus of something
like thirty billion dollars, and now eight years later, you've
got a homeless problem that's out of control, you've got
a drug problem that's out of control, you've got an
illegal immigration problem that's out of control, and you have
a budget deficit of something like eight hundred million dollars.
(27:21):
You didn't manage it very well. But that's going to
be the same exact thing that's going to happen in
New York City if they continue down this road that
they're on. Oh, by the way, before I get back there,
one more thing about our man Gavin I told you
recently he's constantly been doing everything he could to villainize
(27:46):
the oil industry, the fossil fuel industry. There is more
oil under California than apparently under Texas. They spanned offshore drilling,
they banned drilling for oil in most of the parts
of tex of the state. They have Kern County as
the only count I think where they're drilling for oil
now in California, and so all of the oil companies
that service. One of the largest markets in the world,
(28:09):
if not the largest single market in the world, have
decided to pack up and leave. They said, look, we
can't make this work. You have regulated this to death.
We absolutely cannot make it work, and we're leaving. We're
walking away from hundreds of millions of dollars worth of
plants and refineries because we just can't make it work.
And now, after years of people saying this is what's
(28:31):
going to happen, here's what's going to happen if you
do this. If you do A, B is going to happen,
and him continuing to act like he was smarter than
everybody else. A happened, or you did A and B
happened just like you were told. And now you're trying
to say, hey, we need to do something. Can you
come back? Will you come back? And the oil companies
are like, no, we're not coming back. You've done it
(28:53):
to yourself and there's nothing we can do at this point.
We've made other plans to move on. It's like the
abusive husband that keeps doing the same thing and finally
the wife says, hey, I'm done. There's just no more
abuse I can take. I'm just gonna leave. Oh well,
I'll change my ways now. No, no, too late, that
ship sailed. It is absolutely amazing to me that people
(29:17):
think that there are no consequences to the policies that
continue to happen. But it's gonna it's gonna get worse.
I'm gonna talk about it in the next segment. But
the the Blue States are not going to be happy
with what's going on, and I'll talk about why. But
I also read an article the other day the Jonah Goldberg,
(29:39):
who is a reporter on the Dispatch, was talking about
John Bolton being his house being raided this past week,
and look, if he disclosed classified information, he needs to
be prosecuted. But we warned all of them, We warned everybody.
(30:01):
Everybody on the right was warning the people on the
left when we told you idiots that running multiple coups
against Trump and trying to impeach him repeatedly for nothing,
raiding his home, arresting him, indicting him, trying to bankrupt him,
and then trying to get him killed was going to
have some consequences. You were warned, and now you're finding
(30:21):
out you can't just I saw some guy tweet the
other day that had tweeted back in twenty twenty, hey,
I hope Trump's going to be cool about all these indictments,
or in twenty three, I hope He's going to be
cool about all these indictments and trying to put him
in jail. And his tweet in twenty twenty five was, Yeah,
I guess he's not being cool about it. Yeah, he's
not being cool about it. You guys tried to destroy
(30:41):
the man. You think he's not coming back. Why who
wouldn't in their right mind come back and at least
try to get some retribution for that. I'll talk a
little bit more about that in the next segment. This
is Bono's Cars and really enjoys talking about this other stuff.

Speaker 3 (31:38):
All right, welcome back. Everybody got so much to talk
about him, I'm gonna have to shorten up how I'm
gonna talk about it. So it turns out that if
you've been paying any attention at all, there's this big
to do going on about Texas jerrymandering their congressional districts
and supposedly going to pick up five additional Republican seat.
(32:00):
Now that that's not a given, it's just that they
are drawing the map in a way that should cause
that to happen. But voters can vote, they have the
ability to do whatever they want to do. But the
Dems and all the Blue states are freaking out because
they are well they're freaking out because they don't want
(32:23):
Texas to do that, and so now they're threatening to
do it themselves. What the funny part about that is
that most of these Blue states are so jerrymandered now
that it's impossible for them to change anything. I saw
Wes Moore, the governor of Maryland, the other day, and
he's like, yeah, we're going to start redrawing our maps too.
You have one Republican House of representatives. One congress person
(32:44):
who is Republican from the state of Maryland. Trump got
forty three percent of the votes. You have one out
of twelve congress people who is Republican. How is that
representative of your population? Period? And most of the other
states you like that. I think there are five in
California out of like twenty something there are. Illinois has
(33:04):
like four or five out of seventeen or eighteen. You
can't jerrymander your states anymore. It's absolutely over with. And
by the way, if the Republicans state or the Red
States decided to continue to jerrymander, based on all of
the political analysis I've seen, the Republicans would pick up
about six more seats. So you don't want to go there.
(33:25):
But the biggest problem they have right now is the
twenty thirty census is coming out. It's going to be
done in five years, and based on the out migration
of the Blue states, based on the people moving from Illinois,
people moving from California, the people moving out of New York,
(33:48):
it is now looking like when the census is done.
And by the way, why do you think the Dems
keep fighting to continue to count people who are here
illegally in the census, because if we don't count those people.
If California's got ten million people in the state that
are here hill illegally, first of all, they shouldn't be
(34:08):
counted in the census. They shouldn't have the representation. They're
not supposed to be here to begin with. But if
they don't count those people, California would lose like ten seats.
Where do you think those seats would go. They're going
to go to places that have got the population. Texas, Tennessee, Florida,
all of the states that are gaining in Idaho. Idaho's
(34:28):
supposed set to pick up another seat in this next census.
I think it was Nebraska or one of the other
red states is set to pick up another seat because
people are moving to those states. Why do you think
they're moving there? The people that have the ability to
leave the draconian measures you guys put in these blue
states are doing that. They're voting with their feet. They're
moving to other states. And I've said it before. If
(34:52):
you're one of those people, don't bring your there here.
There's a reason you left there. Don't turn there or
here into there. Please, Dear God, don't do that, But
it looks like, based on the new twenty twenty or
twenty thirty, it look tooral landscape that's going to shift
dramatically in the favor of Republicans. But I've read something
(35:17):
the other day that said that the blue Wall will
not exist. I think there was something that said, don't
help me do this. But there was something that I
read that said there were like twenty different scenarios that
would have worked in the twenty twenty four election for
Kamala Harris to be able to win after the twenty
thirty census when the next election is held in twenty
(35:40):
thirty two, out of those twenty scenarios that would have
put her in the White House, only five will still exist.
Speaker 2 (35:50):
Why do you think that is?
Speaker 3 (35:52):
Why do you think you're losing control because of policies
because you don't. You do not have a pulse of
the American people. You have a pulse of the ten
or fifteen percent that are out of their minds and
are crazy about it, and we'll say or do anything,
(36:12):
but they don't speak for most normal Americans. Most normal
Americans just want to get up, go to work, take
care of their kids, be with their family, have a
beer on Friday night with their buddies, go to a ballgame.
Speaker 2 (36:26):
America is unique.
Speaker 3 (36:27):
It is unique in its greatness, and trying to constantly
change that into something else doesn't work. Speaking of changing that,
I read something the other day in England. There was
a mosque that's being built somewhere in London, I think,
or just outside of London, and there was a protest
going on and a young man twenty three years old,
(36:49):
literally if you watch the video you'll see it literally
was just singing, I love bacon. That was it, nothing more,
I love bacon. And they arrested him. They arrested him
because they deemed singing I love bacon in front of
where a mosque is going to be built hate speech.
(37:09):
And you know what else, the Anti Defamation League decided
to come out the other day and say that America First.
They added the term America First to its glossary of
anti Semitic hate or anti Semitic and hate speech. That's
what they said, according to the ADL glossary or the
(37:29):
Anti Defamation League's glossary. Here's what they said. America First
is a term that references the World War II era
America First Committee and is used by extremists in anti Semitic, racist,
and xenophobic ways. America First in conservative circles often refers
to an ideology that was promoted by Donald Trump when
he ran for office and served in office, which emphasizes
(37:52):
American nationalism, non intervention, anti immigrant, and anti globalism beliefs. Nope,
we're not anti immigrant. I am anti globalism. I'm not
anti immigrant. I'm anti illegal immigrant, and I am about
American nationalism and I am about non intervention. It is
not up to us to intervene in other countries. Crap.
(38:15):
We will help everything, we can, do everything we can,
but we don't run other countries. You guys got to
figure that out. We're not here to take care of
the world. But now America First is according to the
Anti Defamation League, America First is uh hate speech. These
people are trying to control all of speech, because if
you can control speech, you can control the narrative, you know,
(38:40):
Stalin said one time, education is a weapon whose effects
depend on who holds it in his hands and whom
it is aimed and at whom it is aimed. In
our education system over the last several decades, and I
told you it's one of the UH. One of the
forty five state of goals of Communism was to take
(39:01):
over the education system, and they've done a pretty good
job of it. The problem with them taking over the
education system is that our education system, especially the higher
education system, is full of a bunch of Marxists and
Communists that hate America for whatever reason. And I'm not
sure that they haven't been infiltrated. And I don't know
(39:24):
how it got there, but it got there, and it
has happened over several generations, to the point that now
forty percent of eighteen to twenty nine year olds have
a positive view of capitalism, but forty four percent viewed
socialism positively, and thirty four percent reported a favorable view
of communism. This man, Donnie Guy that they are trying
(39:49):
to elect or get elected in New York City, who
says he's going to bring down the high cost of living,
He's going to bring down the high rents, he's going
to bring down grocery prices, he's going to bring down
all of these things. He's going to give free this,
free that. Here's my question. When was the last time
(40:12):
a Republican was the mayor of New York City? Oh wait,
it was Rudy Giuliani. Bloomberg was a Republican and then
switched parties, so he doesn't count. But he's he's pretty
far left too. But it was Guliani. And guess what
happened when he was mayor of New York. New York
City was a great place. Now you walk down the street,
(40:36):
like literally in front of the Ritz Carlton, and there
are people with needles hanging out of their arms, and
everywhere you walk in the city you stay stoned half
the time because there's somebody smoking pot everywhere on the street.
It is absolutely it has been destroyed, just like most
of our big cities have been destroyed. Sure you can
(40:57):
find nice parts of them, but for the most part,
they've been destroyed. Which is why Trump is trying to
make a point. I don't think he's I don't think
he really wants to federalize anything. I think he wants
to make a point, just like he did with the border,
that when you actually enforce the laws. The last the
(41:18):
last statistic I read was we were nine straight days
in the middle of summer when murders go up because
of heat. We were nine straight days without a single
murder in Washington, DC, and it hasn't happened in something
like seventy five years. Car jackings down ninety percent. Why
(41:39):
why all of a sudden in fourteen days, In the
fourteen days since he federalized the police force versus the
previous fourteen days, carjackings are down ninety percent. Not a
single murder in the last nine days. How do you
get results like that? Oh? Wait, you just actually do
your job. You just let the police do their job.
(41:59):
Use daffit with enough police. This defund the police craft
that we went through five years ago. It's communist. It's
a way to create anarchy in our country. The police
are not. You know what. One of the things I'm
most proud of is the or happy with, is the
bodycam being worn by all the cops, because almost every
(42:21):
interaction I see with a cop, almost every single interaction
I see with cops, I am proud of those officers
for maintaining their cool and calm and respectfulness in the
face of absolute hatred being spewed at them constantly. I
think it was the greatest thing we could ever do,
is put body cams on everybody to prove the cops
(42:43):
are not the bad guys. And by the way, I'm
gonna go back to this, Ma'm donnay. Don't you think
it's interesting the irony that they haven't figured out that
it's democratic policies that have caused the sky high cost
of living in New York and California. You guys keep
saying you're gonna bring something down, You're gonna cost of
(43:03):
living too high. It's your policies that cause it. The
cost of living isn't that high in Tennessee. It's not
that high in Florida. It's not that high in Texas.
It's not that high in Nebraska, where you have policies
that actually take care of people. The cost of living
is where it's supposed to be, with the exception of
groceries every now and then. The cost of living is
high in California because gas is six bucks a gallon,
because you've got fast food workers making twenty dollars an
(43:25):
hour minimum. It's a law of economics, morons, It's gonna
happen every time. Some people just can't be learned no
matter what we do. We just can't learn them. But
we'll keep trying. We'll just keep trying, We'll keep poking
away at it and maybe one day they will see
(43:47):
the light. I doubt it, but I'm still hopeful that
there will be light at the end of the tunnel
and it will not be another train. All right. This
