Ellen Faulkner, CEO with Lewis,tell us about yourself. So my background
at Lewis. I've been there forover thirty years and i started as an
account coordinator and now I'm in theposition as CEO. Love working with all
three of our offices, and Nashvilleis one of our biggest growth areas,

so I'm here probably more often thananywhere else. How long has your business
been in the area over twenty years. We started out with collaboration with HCA
and Vanderbilt Health Systems. We evenworked at the CBB to change the Nashville
positioning from country music to the MusicCity, and we helped with the branding
of its It's kind of fun tosee how that's evolved over the years.
What is the mission of your business? To grow companies and our people?

That is the focus of everything wedo. Describe what your business is about.
Our business is an advertising and marketing, full service company. We're very
passionate about what we're doing, soit's kind of exciting to get in the
room with a client that's just aspass sho it. We really get in
and become a partner and work reallyclosely with them. We really learn their
business as much as they do andare able to work in sync. And

so with that what you see isthe return on investment. You see the
growth as a company, and usuallytogether we're very successful in doing that.
