person and that I get to workon something that I'm really passionate about.
I don't kind of necessarily believe inlike this work life balance. It's kind
of all one thing, and soI'm just working on something that I'm a

building and that's kind of been mymo for the last, you know,
decade plus building companies. What isthe mission of your business? Creating these
inspiring places away from home and awayfrom the office that you can get out
to and do some work. AndSwitchyards is always open. It's open twenty
four to seven, the music's alwaysgood, the coffee is always hot,

and it's just kind of a placewhere you want to hang out for a
few hours and get some work done. We call ourselves a neighborhood work club,
and so what we consider neighborhoods isthese kind of iconic residential neighborhoods that
every city has, and East Nashvillefelt like it had the creativity, just
kind of the emergence that we liketo see in neighborhoods, and so that's
why we decided to pick that oneas the first location. But we're gonna
do more in kind of the bestneighborhoods where people are living in spending time.

is you get access to all ofthe locations for one membership fee. The
vision for Nashville is that no matterwhat neighborhood you live in, you have
